The National Debt Relief have solve my problem for me. I was desperate over my debt but since I heard about them and contact them about eight months now I have been saving to build up my credit again. I recommend to everyone who is indebted to call.

I took one star away because I had to pay $300 more than estimated. Money is very tight for me so that was disappointing. I'm glad that I was able to pay that extra $300 monthly and not all at once. That helped but was still inconvenient. All in all everyone was good to me, I canceled my debt program with another company because one of the employees gave me an attitude problem.

I had been involved with a different credit/debt consolidation company and when I looked at the ad I decided to give National Debt Relief a call. I talked to them for a few minutes and I decided to go ahead and start doing the debt relief with them. The rep who I had the initial conversation with described the program. When I heard that they could work with my high interest loans I'm being convinced but other interactions I've had is when they called or emailed me about a settlement that they come to set and I'm well satisfied with that. We were getting head over heels in debt and so I decided to look into debt relief services with NDR. Their representatives were courteous and were able to answer the questions I had. Working with them has made things a lot easier money-wise.

I tried to look around for some prices and National Debt Relief was the top one on my list. So far, I have a great experience with them and I am a satisfied customer. I was informed when I called NDR that my financial hardship could be resolved. They structured a reasonable plan to follow and let me know upfront that resolving my finances was gonna take time. Half way there and NDR has help me with a lot of credit card debt and got us a lot off our credit cards, however hasn't been so great with medical debt so it's 50/50 on how I feel. Can't wait to be done though.

NDR was a Godsend. I was finding it impossible to keep up even with the minimum payments after making several large purchases to get a new (to me) house in living condition. Other offers for help were definitely NOT to my advantage. I have recommended to friends and relatives!

The decision to do this was very hard and a bit scary. I was treated with respect and patience. All my questions were answered thoroughly and completely. I was not made to feel like I was a failure. The representative and I were a team with one mission... to clear up my debt.

This process went well until the very end. In December 2016, we asked for our final payoff. It was given and the draft was submitted while I was on the phone with them. A few weeks later they called and said we owed MORE money. They still call every few weeks saying that it wasn't paid in full. I have a witness to the phone call, and it was made plain several time that we wanted to complete the payoff. Their refusal to provide final program "graduation papers" has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. They got all of my creditors paid off, and I am happy about that, but then they don't want to acknowledge completion.

The worry of my inability to pay off my debts have been lifted with this program. I am so grateful. Some of my accounts have already been paid off; with others being worked on. I can begin to see light at the end of the tunnel. I can actually see my debt being paid off in my lifetime. Thank you so much.

Little excessive on the automatic phone calls, but you're just trying to help me. All is well. Maybe a human voicemail would help, because my phone does not have much service where I live so I get a ton of missed calls and you fill up my voicemail box. One human phone call would save maybe 100 automated.

Just signed up for the program and I'm satisfied so far. They said they would reduce my debt by 50% and their fee is 23% but it works out to roughly 33%. Anyway, the main thing is when I am done with my payments over 39 months, the amount I will end up paying is less than my total debt by roughly 24%.

We are new with NDR and are hoping things get better. So far, not much to like. The biggest problem is that GCS continually takes their draws before the scheduled date, causing checks to bounce and fees to be levied by our bank at $26 a pop. Our cash flow is budgeted out to the penny, so we REALLY need them to take the money out AFTER our income is deposited in the bank, not BEFORE. I've asked repeatedly for them to adhere to the schedule to no avail. HELP! I have other concerns but seem to be out of room!

I had to tell them all my debts and debtors then talked to them on the phone and they explained to me how it was going to work. The enrolment process wasn't too bad and their counselor was very informative, helpful and comfortable to work with. Addressing my questions and concerns worked just fine. It made my life easier because my payment is less than what I was paying during a month for all my credit cards and I know in a year or two it's all going to be paid off. In terms of the cost in relation to the quality, they were very reasonable. It's a good company and it's been a good experience.

It's like, "Well, I can't keep jumping in and another $400 here and $200 there." As we’re going along, something needs to get paid off. And it’s not like I can do that without making me strain my budget to the max. But overall, they do an awesome job.

Great! I wasn't sure if they could help or if was approved but they made everything so easy and approved me within an hour. This service is definitely something I would recommend to anyone have debt problems. I recommended them to a friend and he also was approved quickly.

While I just enrolled with NDR within the past week, my experience with them so far has been wonderful. Signing up for this type of program was not an easy decision. The representative that I spoke with, Eric, understood and explained the program thoroughly (and patiently). I don't know if I had more questions that most people, but regardless, all of my questions were answered.

I like that I don't have an interest rate and one lump sum that I'm paying toward. I don't however like the fact that no negotiations will be started until I pay about 6mo into the NDR account towards my debt. I'm blocking phone calls and messages but still get nasty messages about credit cards and a loan that I've stopped making payments on. I knew I would take a hit on my credit but going from low 700s to 489.

I am totally satisfied with the work of the National Debt Relief. It has taken the headache away. The headache from credit card companies. What a relief, yet the phone calls keep coming for reasons I don't understand. However I know if National Debt Relief was not involved, I would been turned into pieces.

Overall satisfied but the banks and my creditors keep on calling me including collective agencies also some companies like Chase or Walmart. They don't accept to deal with you guys. They say they have their own company and I have to negotiate with them. So I am still bothered daily which I don't like it. You guys need to contact or write a letter to these companies and tell them you took over and they don't need to bother me. I gave you Power of Attorney right.

The customer service agent was thorough with her explanation of the payment agreement and answered all of my questions. She also reminded me to view my payment arrangements online and sent me a link so that I may do so. I accessed the link and my account information was all there and accurate.

The people I have worked with to start this process were great. They explained everything where I could understand it and made me feel at ease about how the process will go. They went over all the documents with me explaining what all the terminology meant.

Always try to answer all questions and very patient. Give full explanations to show the pros and cons and encourage you to be positive and patient. Customer service people if they don't know an answer will try to research and find the answer... If put on hold, they check back to inform you about status of your question.

I was very unsure about this program at first but with my financial situation I had to do something. I have been in the program for less than a year and me personally I have experienced a bit of anxiety with not paying my creditors because I always pay my bills on time. Then I had my 1st debt negotiated and settled. Talk about relief!! It is actually working out for me. Customer service has been outstanding. I've not had much communication from NDR. I would be more satisfied if I could get email updates on the progress of my debt. I started awhile ago, about 8 months ago and I'm not making any progress. They are also not very good at contacting the companies.

Is very effective, but takes time, and needs to have more communication with a customer, more closer you know, could be by phone, by mail, some way but has to be better, sometimes we need to know what is going on. Maybe I have to say, be a better with the hispanic, especially those who does not understand 100% the language.

They put them self in my position when come to understanding me, understanding not having job to be available to pay your bills on time, having people calling you everyday with only one question. Money. Understanding helping is what get here.

I have never had a bad experience so far with anyone I have dealt with on the phone. Everything has went very well. They are always kind and explain things for thorough and offer great advice. My only suggestion (or complaint) is to make adding additional accounts a tad bit easier. I have had a little bit of trouble adding a new account, but aside from that working with National Debt Relief has always been good. We have built a good relationship I believe.

It seems as every time I call to try to expedite any settlement after "extra funds" have been added I get the run around. A high percentage is already being paid to National Debt Relief to try to settle the accounts and the staff has not been very helpful at all. For anyone considering debt consolidation consider doing it on your own. The only reason for hiring NDR was for ease of access and to allow them to take care of all the "issues". When calling it just feels as if the staff does not care about my finances or my financial well being. The system is not LEAN and I can only hope that for future clients that National Debt Relief put an emphasis and focus on the clients.

I needed assistance to get rid of the credit cards so I could build my credit up again and do some things. The other company I've tried only removed negative items but I still had to pay the credit card. Then I went with National Debt Relief and they've taken care of a couple of credit cards. I got a call yesterday from a restricted number and I asked them not to call me back from a restricted number. They gave me solutions on how to deal with the creditors. They advised me to give their number to the creditors if they call, fax them if I get anything in the mail and change my address to their address, they'll take care of it.

So far I'm not happy with the experience. I don't like bill collectors constantly harassing me and having this vague detail as to when these debts will be resolved... My opinion will probably change in a few months. We'll see... Time will tell. So far nothing much has happened.

I am pleased with how quickly the company started to resolve my debt. The information they gave me and the help over the phone has been good. Only complaint is they should have more information on paying taxes on interest and what will happen if a client will not settle. I send things to my portal and you do not receive them. I'm have no idea why I have $83 plus in charges on my account… for what? So my overall experience with this debt relief company is not good. Everytime I had to contact Customer Service, my question, problem, etc was handled with a lot of efficiency and respect. Their agents are very knowledgeable and kind. Good organization if you find yourself in trouble with debts. They resolved 4 out of 6 of my debts, then I had to quit using them.

So far I'm pleased with the program. Started in May and one account has been resolved. Just waiting to pay that off and getting confirmation from creditor on account being settled. The negative part of the program is not paying accounts which puts a negative impact on credit score. This was explained prior to signing up and I understand why they are doing it. It seems some of the other creditors are pushing back more with constant phone calls and mail about account being past due. Otherwise the company communicates well and have responded quickly to all my questions and concerns.

They stop the communications with debt collectors trying to reach you to collect debt. They work on your behalf to reduce and resolve your debt. A good choice for those who don't want to go with Consumer Credit Counseling and their attempts to hook you up with more credit cards. If you elect to have them legally represent you for an added monthly fee it almost ensures that your creditors won't walk away from the negotiations. Just change your creditors bills' address field, don't take any calls from creditors, and you'll find yourself paying about 3/5 of you original debt at an amount you can afford.

I have been a part of their program for about 6 months now and it has been the easiest thing I have ever done. I was skeptical at first, but their program is amazing. I have already had 1 of my accounts negotiated down by over 1800 dollars and they handle everything! I wish I had done it sooner and would definitely recommend this program to anyone who needs it. I wish I didn't still receive calls, but communication is quick and easy and when I talk to people and let them know I am settling my debt, they say the same thing I do, "Oh!
