Can not believe the support I received this afternoon. Start up was great and a huge relief at this time for me. I hope the next few months will help me get back on track to living a stress free life.

I rate my experience with National Debt Relief as a 5 star. Johnathan was very polite and he was able to answer all my questions. I look online to see if I could find someone that will help me with this debt. I did not want to file bankruptcy. I did want to pay my creditors, and I did. But I could only pay just the minimum. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you.

Very pleased with the care and concern. Professional attitude. I feel a lot better. I would recommend this program to all who are going through a financial hardship. Everything was explained to me. I was in needed. Given contact information that I need.

All was well done and clear but as for fees there was some vagueness. I was told repeatedly by Orion and the welcome customer that it was all coming out of my monthly payment. This is misleading as the fees are really not included and end up costing an additional monthly fee or more.

I am very pleased with the application process. They were very helpful and fast at time of deciding if I qualify or not. The staff was very kind and explain all details in a knowledgeable manner. Also the method of sending the documents to me where I can really see what I was signing. Ms. Tiana ** were over every page of the contract with me and clarify any doubt that I had at the moment. I believe this technology is great, in regards to send documents via e-mail attaching the contract and both looking at it and signing them.

I am a pretty new partner with NDR but am really getting concerned as even though I signed an agreement that NDR would represent me and contact all debtors on my behalf, I am getting calls and letters from collection agencies and am getting very uneasy about this partnership. I partnered to help my situation instead of making it worse in that I am paying NDR but feel as if I am digging myself a deeper hole.

They are wonderful and they explain everything to you. The first time I called they explain the process. Once they do that they start everything asking you questions and they make you feel okay. After that they called you 2 days later to finalize everything and I'm very thankful because this is not easy. Amazing help.

Took a few years to settle both my accounts but it was worth it in the long run. I'm not too happy of the high percentage charged for the service, or the global savings account that was set up for me that charged x amount of money. Overall I'm moderately pleased with the service. I was still taxed by the IRS! Money saved on settlement is to be added as additional income when doing taxes. Every dollar counts..

I was on the verge of bankruptcy and debating on whether or not I should file for bankruptcy. I was Google-ing and found out about National Debt Relief. Every interaction I’ve ever had with them has been exceptionally pleasant. The woman I spoke to when I first inquired about National Debt Relief was amazing. She made it sound like it was okay and she understood what I was going through, that it happens and they were going to try their best to help me out. I make my payments every month and it’s a huge burden off my back. The debt collectors aren't harassing me and once they call me, I refer NDR, which is what the woman told me to do. My life has been very, very positive. The only thing is that they don’t help with student loan debts and medical debts. Other than that, working with them is wonderful and they have been helpful. I recommended a family member.

I'm getting swamped and smothered under the debt I created with some credit cards. I got tired of being enslaved to them so I decided to look into relief help. National Debt Relief's team was informative. Every time I had a question, they would answer it. I didn't feel like I was being criticized or made fun of. They offer excellent customer service and they are very informative, they will tell you everything you need to know. The process is easy and fast. You will however need access to a computer to print or scan documents and e sign documents and check your email constantly.

Just getting started and so far the experience has been smooth. Carly and Jonathan made the set-up process much less painful and embarrassing than I expected. True professionals. Applied and approved and on the move out of debt in just a couple of hours. I feel like a load has been lifted.

The whole process took two weeks to set up but only because I faxed the paper but they didn’t receive it and I wasn't told that they didn't. I’ve been able to consolidate all my monthly bills into one payment and it made things a little more stress-free. I’ve been working with them since March and they’ve already resolved two of my debts. It’s been a pleasant experience and I’m satisfied with the way things are moving along.

I’m sick and tired of living from paycheck to paycheck. I tried negotiating on my own and did all of those tricks that you hear about calling the creditors and telling them about my circumstances and if they'd work with me. One of them actually did but it was like an insult to the injury more than anything. I’m a responsible resident and I want to pay my debt. When I called National Debt Relief and explained what was going on, they told me that they understand and I qualify for the relief help. We talked about it all and I told them the things that I have tried. They told me they will lower it a percent for six months. So I gave them a try and it's been amazing.

I liked the way National Debt Relief talked. They’ve helped with a few of my issues but I can't get my password from them. I lost my password and I can't even look at the statements they sent me. I emailed them and they never answered me back so I am a little upset about that. But it’s been pretty good. I have to see if I can call them and talk to them. From what they’ve sent me and I got to look at, they want to take $900 out of my account in December, and then again in January, and I can't afford that much money. They got four of them taken care of and three of them are already paid off. I’m still waiting to hear from them on some of the larger ones.

I need someone from your company to call me ASAP. I have made several attempts to call and either am on hold for a long time OR the person handling my claim is not responding back. I ended up getting laid off work and wasn’t able to pay a loan back. Once I went through a debt relief program and realized how much debt I had, that’s when I thought I needed to do the program. National Debt Relief was more flexible with the times and if I ended up coming in the hard times, I could still call in and get my payment lowered and I would also be able to pay extra if needed. I had a few questions about two different charges coming out on a different dates and their reps explained that it was the agreement for the ending payment. I would recommend NDR to a friend. They’ve helped me a lot and it was a really good experience.

One of my friends recommended to me National Debt Relief. Prior to that, I already talked to another company. I compared both and decided that National Debt Relief is good for me. They gave me three kinds of options and described the ones that are good and bad then, I decided to go from there. They've been very good. I have many inquiries and when I ask them, I get answers very easily. I have to pay a lot of credit cards and I've paid one of them through National Debt Relief. The initial contact was pretty good. Jerry patiently walked me through the electronic paperwork. However, the welcome agent was impatient with me. She sounded like she read from a script and was not flexible in answering my questions. The third agent, I believe her name was Christine, was both patient and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and resolved a few issues. Jerry, the first agent, rates a B grade. Christine, the third agent, gets an A. The welcome agent, the second agent, gets a D. She needs additional training. She is not ready to deal with the public.

I got disabled early and I had to retire. What hurt me was until I got Medicare, I had to pay and also pay the insurance, which about killed us. And when I did that, our debts was a total of $20,000. And then, my son got sick with cancer and he died last year. I also called Sam's credit card, our first creditor, and I said, "Can you cut me a little slack on the interest so I can pay you?" But they charged me $100 for the card a year more. After that I said, "To hell with you. I ain't playing with you anymore."

The welcome call was very explanatory but the service agent talked very fast and was (at times) very difficult to understand. I was searching around for debt settlement companies and National Debt Relief's emails kept popping up. I answered one of them and spoke to one of their reps. He was very friendly and explained the process. As a salesman, he tried to upsell me but I was confident enough to go ahead and do it, so I did. Any questions that I came up with, he had an answer to. He offered me a variety of solutions based on my affordability. When he had all the information he needed, he came back and told me he was going to reduce my debt by a certain number which I liked.

Couldn't understand the process. Very confusing, as if reading off a cue card. Just received an email stating to sign some papers, no document attached. Very complicated. Try and make it more user friendly. I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Only thing easy was signing up for the portal.

Updated on 1/18/19: I had four credit cards and I basically pay them. National Debt Relief would take two monthly payments and they would do all the working so I could pay them off. So far, two are paid off and I've got two more to go which I feel like these last two are taking a lot longer than the others. I thought I'd be done by the fall of 2018, but then in the fall, they told me the spring of 2019 and I don’t see that happening. I would like more information on why these last two cards -- ‘cause I felt like I paid a lot of money -- are taking so long. I don’t know where it's at and that's confusing me. However, they helped me understand things if something comes up and where I was at. They're kind and helpful. If I have a question or a concern, they would reach out within a day if it was an email. NDR is a good company and they're helping me get it together, and I just want it sooner than later.

Initially, I believe customer service was fantastic. My sensitive financial circumstance was handled with care. However, the details of the intended delinquency and potential effects were not clearly explained until after consent had been given. That sort of information should be explicitly state at the onset of the process. It would also be helpful to have a more comprehensive summary of totals (e.g., Total Balance, Total Fees, Total Paid, Remaining Due, Remaining Payments, Payment Period).

This company helped me consolidate my overwhelming bills. I was able to pay off everything in 2 years. After my husband passed away, this was very helpful since my income was cut. I recommend National Debt Relief 100%. They were helpful and very kind to me.

I enrolled in this program 4 months ago. I've been putting $388 a month into this account. I received a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago and I sent it to NDR. It was a letter threatening to garnish 10% of my paycheck. I called this company 5 times and nobody could give me answers. Finally a spoke to someone last week and she told me that they reviewed the document that I had sent them and that it wasn't a legal document. She told me that it's nothing to be worried about and that they're using that letter as a "scare tactic". Well... I was lied to.

I wanted to consolidate my bills into one payment. National Debt Relief has been pulling money from my account every two weeks but I don’t know where I am when it comes to my account status. I got in the program January and the last I heard of them was in February. They told me it would take time because I owe a certain amount and I needed to build up my account before they can start distributing out money. I need to check and give them a call to see what's going on.
