I absolutely love this program, it has low payments and I will be closer to being debt free in less than 2 1/2 years. My credit score has gone up a little each month thanks to this program. I have highly recommended this program to a lot of family members needing help.

I decided to look into relief help because I lost my second job and I depended on that and so, I couldn't keep up with my bills. At first, I spoke to somebody from National Debt Relief and they said they would send me the information. I had to go through email process approval and so forth. They were very courteous but, unfortunately, what I was told is not what is happening now.

I feel connected to her and the company as a result!!! She literally spent two hours going through each credit card and making sure we were in compliance - amazing employee!!!

I acted out of desperation. Consumers should be aware that they should call their creditors and try and resolves their hardships before using Companies like National Debt Relief. I found out after the fact I could have saved myself thousands of dollars and my financial hardship would be a thing of the past by doing so. $5600.00 later and $6600.00 still to go I will be paying my original balance. I did not save by using National Debt Relief. My financial hardship will continue for another 2 years. 4 years total. Too many for a single woman on social security.

The team at National Debt Relief was great. They were courteous and answered all my questions. Now, NDR has settled half of the cards for half the amount I owed to them. And so, I only have three more to go. Overall, my experience with NDR has been great.

I'm overwhelmed with credit card debt. I tried to get relief help because if I would get a lot of that debt gone, that would be great as I would be retired next year. I received mail from National Debt Relief and I decided to call. The enrollment process was easy. Everything came up and it was accurate. I’m comfortable with the team and every time it was settled with one company, I get an email or phone call and I’m pleased with it. It's been fine and it started slowly for the past few months. It goes by the money that I send. But right now, they get things taken care of in no time at all. The payment arrangement is great and if they don’t raise my payment, I don’t need to complain.

Some of my credit has been resolved, so I know it's working. The website is easy to understand and navigate, and all the people I've spoken with so far have been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It's easy to add money to my account, and the guidebook I received was helpful.

Updated on 09/07/2018: National Debt Relief took the debts we had and they came up with a payment. It doesn’t leave us with much left over but still, they’ve already cleared out so much. The program works and the people are on top of the situation. They don’t usually call me because they know I’m not allowed to answer the phone too much at work, so they’ll either email or call my wife. And they say, "We can do this" or “We got this.” They don’t force us to accept the offer but instead, they recommend. They’re really nice people and they’re like, “Hey, it’s a good deal. This is what they’re gonna settle for” or whatever the case is and they would take payments. Also, their pricing is very fair for what they do because they go and battle for us.

Leo was very helpful and kind. He was prompt at getting all info and correspondence. Once application was received, it took very little time to get approved and receive all documentation, etc. The lady who called to finalize process was also very nice and thorough. They both wanted to make sure that I understood everything & was comfortable with it all.

So far the process has been easy and the service has been great. Hopefully they can do what they say they can do. I will post another review as the process continues. The gentleman that handled my case from the beginning was extremely helpful and accommodating. The calls and emails were right to the point. So far so good!

We researched different companies and found that National Debt Relief had very good ratings. We talked to a representative who explained how everything would go down. He asked what kind of financial issues we’re having and took the time to make a program that was going to work for us. They explained that it’s going to be hard, would affect a lot of things in our lifestyle but would build back up eventually as long as we’re willing to work on it. I appreciate that from my standpoint as a client. So far, my experience has been pretty good. National Debt Relief has been very helpful. They tell us step by step how to work with each individual and how to handle people who call regularly. And if I need to call them anytime, they’re there for me. I’d recommend them.

After my husband died, I didn’t know what to do because I didn’t have a job and I tried to take over his business but I was bad at it. I did what most widowers do when they shouldn’t, I got a credit card and tried to live off that but it got out of hand. He had good customer service. The follow-up person on the other hand seemed to have been reading a script and didn't have the patience when I would ask him a question. At times I couldn't understand him maybe because he was talking too fast.

This is a wonderful program but unfortunately it wasn't the right fit for me. I became overwhelmed with debt after going through a family crisis. I could barely function and was terrified of how much more damage a lawsuit could do to me. NDR seemed like the answer to my prayers. After listening to my circumstances NDR set up comfortable monthly payments and told me they often settle accounts for less because creditors don't want to lose out by going to court or bankruptcy. Everything was going fine until I had to deal with an account from hell. They refused to settle and the account quickly doubled from late fees, court fees, lawyer’s fees and interest.

I am very pleased with my service thus far. National Debt Relief has worked hard to get my debt down and paid off. I would recommend others to use this service as well. I am happy to know that at the end of this I will no longer have that amount of debt hanging over me.

All was well done and clear but as for fees there was some vagueness. I was told repeatedly by Orion and the welcome customer that it was all coming out of my monthly payment. This is misleading as the fees are really not included and end up costing an additional monthly fee or more.

I am a pretty new partner with NDR but am really getting concerned as even though I signed an agreement that NDR would represent me and contact all debtors on my behalf, I am getting calls and letters from collection agencies and am getting very uneasy about this partnership. I partnered to help my situation instead of making it worse in that I am paying NDR but feel as if I am digging myself a deeper hole.

They are wonderful and they explain everything to you. The first time I called they explain the process. Once they do that they start everything asking you questions and they make you feel okay. After that they called you 2 days later to finalize everything and I'm very thankful because this is not easy. Amazing help.

Took a few years to settle both my accounts but it was worth it in the long run. I'm not too happy of the high percentage charged for the service, or the global savings account that was set up for me that charged x amount of money. Overall I'm moderately pleased with the service. I was still taxed by the IRS! Money saved on settlement is to be added as additional income when doing taxes. Every dollar counts..

They offer excellent customer service and they are very informative, they will tell you everything you need to know. The process is easy and fast. You will however need access to a computer to print or scan documents and e sign documents and check your email constantly.

I’m sick and tired of living from paycheck to paycheck. I tried negotiating on my own and did all of those tricks that you hear about calling the creditors and telling them about my circumstances and if they'd work with me. One of them actually did but it was like an insult to the injury more than anything. I’m a responsible resident and I want to pay my debt. When I called National Debt Relief and explained what was going on, they told me that they understand and I qualify for the relief help. We talked about it all and I told them the things that I have tried. They told me they will lower it a percent for six months. So I gave them a try and it's been amazing.

I liked the way National Debt Relief talked. They’ve helped with a few of my issues but I can't get my password from them. I lost my password and I can't even look at the statements they sent me. I emailed them and they never answered me back so I am a little upset about that. But it’s been pretty good. I have to see if I can call them and talk to them. From what they’ve sent me and I got to look at, they want to take $900 out of my account in December, and then again in January, and I can't afford that much money. They got four of them taken care of and three of them are already paid off. I’m still waiting to hear from them on some of the larger ones.

The initial contact was pretty good. Jerry patiently walked me through the electronic paperwork. However, the welcome agent was impatient with me. She sounded like she read from a script and was not flexible in answering my questions. The third agent, I believe her name was Christine, was both patient and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and resolved a few issues. Jerry, the first agent, rates a B grade. Christine, the third agent, gets an A. The welcome agent, the second agent, gets a D. She needs additional training. She is not ready to deal with the public.

I got disabled early and I had to retire. What hurt me was until I got Medicare, I had to pay and also pay the insurance, which about killed us. And when I did that, our debts was a total of $20,000. And then, my son got sick with cancer and he died last year. I also called Sam's credit card, our first creditor, and I said, "Can you cut me a little slack on the interest so I can pay you?" But they charged me $100 for the card a year more. After that I said, "To hell with you. I ain't playing with you anymore."

Couldn't understand the process. Very confusing, as if reading off a cue card. Just received an email stating to sign some papers, no document attached. Very complicated. Try and make it more user friendly. I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Only thing easy was signing up for the portal.

Updated on 1/18/19: I had four credit cards and I basically pay them. National Debt Relief would take two monthly payments and they would do all the working so I could pay them off. So far, two are paid off and I've got two more to go which I feel like these last two are taking a lot longer than the others. I thought I'd be done by the fall of 2018, but then in the fall, they told me the spring of 2019 and I don’t see that happening. I would like more information on why these last two cards -- ‘cause I felt like I paid a lot of money -- are taking so long. I don’t know where it's at and that's confusing me. However, they helped me understand things if something comes up and where I was at. They're kind and helpful. If I have a question or a concern, they would reach out within a day if it was an email. NDR is a good company and they're helping me get it together, and I just want it sooner than later.

Initially, I believe customer service was fantastic. My sensitive financial circumstance was handled with care. However, the details of the intended delinquency and potential effects were not clearly explained until after consent had been given. That sort of information should be explicitly state at the onset of the process. It would also be helpful to have a more comprehensive summary of totals (e.g., Total Balance, Total Fees, Total Paid, Remaining Due, Remaining Payments, Payment Period).

I enrolled in this program 4 months ago. I've been putting $388 a month into this account. I received a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago and I sent it to NDR. It was a letter threatening to garnish 10% of my paycheck. I called this company 5 times and nobody could give me answers. Finally a spoke to someone last week and she told me that they reviewed the document that I had sent them and that it wasn't a legal document. She told me that it's nothing to be worried about and that they're using that letter as a "scare tactic". Well... I was lied to.

I wanted to consolidate my bills into one payment. National Debt Relief has been pulling money from my account every two weeks but I don’t know where I am when it comes to my account status. I got in the program January and the last I heard of them was in February.
