I was leery at first but Chrystal was understanding and sympathetic regarding my financial situation. I felt comfortable sharing my information with her. She gave me the confidence that I could pull myself out of the financial hole that I am in. I am so HAPPY! I would recommend anyone that I knew was going through a financial crisis to give your company a chance!!

I've been with them since March 2017. I was scared at first but just like they said within 120 days I had 2 great debt relief offers from creditors and I'm looking for more. They called me and also emailed about the offers and all I had to do was click accept and it was done.

Easy to work with and if you have any concerns they will explain the issue best way possible to help to understand and also come up with an easy and manageable time frame to pay off your bills and help you to rebuild your credit so you will be able to move into the future without having a cloud over your head.

Last year, I had rough unexpected expenses when the hurricane came in Orlando and I realized that I was using all the money to pay debt. I'm already 73 and I want to get out of debt and go through settlement, so I can have the rest of my life in comfort. I didn’t start receiving collection letters or calls because I was on time with all my creditors but at the time that I enrolled with National Debt Relief, I didn't have any cash flow and I stopped making the payments because I used that money to pay them. But, I have not received that much calls, only about two or three and as soon as they tell them that I'm with NDR they stopped calling me.

I had credit card issues and I've researched National Debt Relief to see what their ratings were. When I first signed up, the guy was very courteous. They told me the program will take two to four years to complete and so far, they’ve taken care of two debts. It's been a while since they've given me an update and I've sent some emails on some notices that I've got in the mail, but I haven’t heard anything from them. However, working with them has been exactly what I have expected and I'd recommend them to others.

They are very awesome. Pay attention and explain everything clearly. I love it. And I will recommended to my friends if they are have same situation like me. They are kindness and try to understand because I'm not native speaker but they have any solution to help me understood that program. I'm very appreciated.

The staff is very informative and concerned about peoples debts. They ask questions that will help you decide if this is the path that is where you need to go. I am satisfied thus far with the progress National Debt has made with me and enrolled creditors. No hidden surprises, customer service is awesome from a phone call away or email. I am enrolled in a three year program and so far so good. They work within your budget and no pressure. I would recommend once you decide to start the program, expect to see a decline in credit score and delinquencies with your creditors but that's the only way to get back on track. I dealt directly with NDR with every correspondent I receive, I cut all communications with creditors and let NDR handle the rest. It feels great to pay one low payment a month knowing that my accounts are being settled and I can save for other things. This has been the best decision I ever made financially, I know for sure I will be more responsible moving forward with how I handle my credit once this process is completed!!! Thanks NDR.

This program has allowed me to be able to pay down my extensive debts with a monthly payment I can afford presently. I could not have made the monthly payments on each previously and would have taken much longer and more costly.

I was having a hard time with my credit collectors. I started looking up online for some program to help me out and National Debt Relief came up on top of the line every time. I inquired about their services and everything was perfect. They were nice and professional. They've been very helpful and able to work with me. I started off paying about $200, and right now I'm going through some hard time again and I'm paying $100, but everything looks good so far.

Some of my creditors still call me on the internet but it’s slowing down and I have an answer to them. I haven't had any account settled yet, but they are very professional and helpful so far. I am very scared, but I feel a tad better. My credit score has dropped drastically, but I hope it will rise once the accounts settle. I am still on pins and needles everyday but it is to be expected. I like National Debt Relief’s price, the time that they said it would take to pay my debts and their method of doing it. They helped me to come out with a settlement with my creditors instead of me trying to pay off all my debts which would take forever and my credit will still be messed up. The cost of their service is also more affordable for me even though it's $500 a month. I'm able to upload my end documents that I get from my creditors and their reps called when they have come to a settlement to see if I will agree with it. I was assisted in a timely manner too when I called them for questions. I’ve been in their program for less than a year and out of 5 creditors, about four of them were already paid up. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I worked with National Debt Relief and I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to get rid of my credit card bills. I called National Debt Relief in November and I’ve been working with them for eight months now. Everything has been very positive and helpful. I have 70% of my debts settled with 30% paid and things should start to pick up after this September because I'm putting out a lot right now. Also, in order to settle a $10,000 bill, National Debt Relief increased my payment at the terms of the creditor but got it settled for $2400 instead of $10,000. I'm paying two-tenths of my paycheck right now and I’m looking to get it done by Christmas.

My husband's in the military. When he got relocated, I had to quit my job and it took me a lot to find a job so we were struggling and the only one that ever talked to me about relief help was National Debt Relief. Enrollment process was easy and he just asked me a few questions, gave me a game plan, sent it to underwriting, then he called me back, and it was for three days total. Then my first interaction with their team was great. The lady explained it very well and she said, "In my opinion, I think this is a good offer for you. I would advise you to take it, but it's up to you." The second lady that I talked to, the second time we settled one was not very friendly.

We ended up getting the tight spot and interest rates, late fees and then everything else just started going nuts. And getting with some health issues that screwed up and started backing, so we decided to look into relief help. So far everything's been great with National Debt Relief. We've got a couple of debts off the list and we're working on a few more. I gave National Debt Relief all the numbers and they were hunting them through. But, people who didn't want to give up are still calling us after, though National Debt Relief wanted us to expect that. They also had an agreement with Discover, so it was different from all the rest. But, they would call us if an agreement has been reached, and they say how much it is and then ask for confirmation if we're okay with it. Working with them has taken some of the pressure off. So the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train, but an exit light. Keep up the good work.

I was searching for different options on the internet and I liked the reviews that National Debt Relief had. They also seem like a large company that I had heard of and was a little bit familiar with. The reps were great. They were very courteous and very understanding. NDR was exactly what I was looking for. They were very upfront and sympathetic. Everything that they said I needed to do was followed through. So, it's been a good experience. They're good at communicating and they keep me up-to-date. They have been a huge stress reliever and I would recommend them to anybody else who's seeking for debt relief.

A friend recommended National Debt Relief to me, and they have been helpful and efficient for the most part. They took a tremendous stress out of the equation of my family but I would only have one caveat to that statement. The largest portions of the debt were credit card settlement and it's not happening. That might not be necessarily the fault of NDR, but it would be nice if six or seven months later I'd have a clear picture on all of the debts. Other than that, NDR was pretty great.

I was in debt and not getting a raise in my job so I was getting behind in my payments. At the initial signup with National Debt Relief, the guy said I was gonna pay $340 a month and out of that was their cut, that that’s all I was gonna pay for the 30 months. I even initially asked if that’s gonna be it and if there was going to be no surprise cost after that. But I was surprised as lately, there’s been an additional 15% for their service fee. I was disappointed there. I finished this last month just recently, the first week of the month, and it’s back to $340. I question the last four months though.

I've spoken with debt specialist Brandon, with NDR. Enrolled today in program. On each occasion, so very knowledgeable of his work, very professional, yet friendly and humorous. I am not a people person, yet Brandon was/is incredibly good to work with. He helped and followed through with EVERY concern and debt. NDR knows their job, follows through on every occasion. I haven't been a very good client, but really just allow them to take the payments from my bank account every month like clockwork. They are living up to everything they said they would. My salary became compromised. I was earning less than half than what I was normally making and I had to use the credit card to pay regular debts every month. My credit card was becoming impossible to pay and it's not very good to have a credit debt with the line of work that I have. The representative I spoke with was very helpful… however, I couldn't get anyone to answer my main question about rebuilding my credit score. It really bothered me that my credit score, which is very good (I just have too much debt), would tank. After talking with another person, and getting too many pat answers, (you know, the "that's a very good question," response) but no definitive answers, and after a very unsettled night's sleep and feeling very queasy, I sent the cancellation request in the very next day after signing up. I received no phone calls regarding my cancellation, just an email saying they received it. Very interesting experience… Since I got myself into this debt, I will find a way out of it. Just could not go through with the program.

I just joined NDR. So far all the agents that I have talked to are nice and professional. They cover everything you need to know thoroughly, basically leaving me with no questions to ask. They make you feel comfortable with the program before you make any quick decisions. Excited to see what else they can do for me.

The concept and responsibilities, both of NDR and myself were easily explained. The process was totally friendly and professionally done, and conveyed to me a sense of confidence that gave me great mental relief. I just signed up with services with Eddie ** 7 11. Everything went very well. Eddie was very good. The guy at the legal "welcoming call" talked too fast but other than that I am very happy. I didn't have to stay on hold and there was no judgment. Very happy about that.

I found out after the fact I could have saved myself thousands of dollars and my financial hardship would be a thing of the past by doing so. $5600.00 later and $6600.00 still to go I will be paying my original balance. I did not save by using National Debt Relief. My financial hardship will continue for another 2 years. 4 years total. Too many for a single woman on social security.

I received mail from National Debt Relief and I decided to call. The enrollment process was easy. Everything came up and it was accurate. I’m comfortable with the team and every time it was settled with one company, I get an email or phone call and I’m pleased with it. It's been fine and it started slowly for the past few months. It goes by the money that I send. But right now, they get things taken care of in no time at all. The payment arrangement is great and if they don’t raise my payment, I don’t need to complain.

Updated on 09/07/2018: National Debt Relief took the debts we had and they came up with a payment. It doesn’t leave us with much left over but still, they’ve already cleared out so much. The program works and the people are on top of the situation. They don’t usually call me because they know I’m not allowed to answer the phone too much at work, so they’ll either email or call my wife. And they say, "We can do this" or “We got this.” They don’t force us to accept the offer but instead, they recommend. They’re really nice people and they’re like, “Hey, it’s a good deal. This is what they’re gonna settle for” or whatever the case is and they would take payments. Also, their pricing is very fair for what they do because they go and battle for us.

Leo was very helpful and kind. He was prompt at getting all info and correspondence. Once application was received, it took very little time to get approved and receive all documentation, etc. The lady who called to finalize process was also very nice and thorough. They both wanted to make sure that I understood everything & was comfortable with it all.

So far the process has been easy and the service has been great. Hopefully they can do what they say they can do. I will post another review as the process continues. The gentleman that handled my case from the beginning was extremely helpful and accommodating. The calls and emails were right to the point. So far so good!

After listening to my circumstances NDR set up comfortable monthly payments and told me they often settle accounts for less because creditors don't want to lose out by going to court or bankruptcy. Everything was going fine until I had to deal with an account from hell. They refused to settle and the account quickly doubled from late fees, court fees, lawyer’s fees and interest.
