My 36 months will be up in February 2018 and I'm 52% paid off? Not happy, I've only skipped one payment. I'd be better off if I contacted them myself and paid the debt. There's over $2,400 in my account. Pay something off! I'm frustrated and wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know! The 2 stars is for the people in customer service, they're nice but nice doesn't pay my bills.

1 card down and 2 more to go. Has been very helpful. Friendly and a payment I can afford. Even have it broke down into 2 monthly payments. Which is very helpful as well. It's automatically withdrawn on pay day. Convenient and easy. Glad I'll be free of these debts in 2 and a half years versus 11 years. And I'm looking forward to rebuilding my credit. I miss having an almost perfect credit score. This way I'm relieved of interest which helps to eliminate debt faster. Along with saving money. This program has been a blessing to our family in this aspect as well.

I was deeply in debt due to helping out my son. When he could no longer keep up his payments I was desperate. NDR gave me a way to at least partially pay off my debts. I'm half way through a 34-month program. Three out of 5 debts have been settled. Whenever I call everyone I've talked to has been wonderful. Always pleasant. Happy to answer any questions I have. I've been very pleased with my experience.

I am so excited to be working with National Debt Relief. I have only been in the program for a couple months already have one card paid off. I appreciate talking to the National Debt Relief customer service. They have always been kind and courteous and they always have my best interest at heart.

Great service thus far. Agents communicate very well and answer questions in a timely manner. The process to get started was simple and direct. It was easy to gather information, I especially liked that I could send everything through email and only had to be on the phone when it was time to finalize everything and sign documents. I've been trying to settle my account balance, paid up front an additional $2,000.00 earlier this year & haven't heard a word from anyone where I'm at with settling. It's like my money was taken & no one is bothering to do anything with my account now, not too happy at this moment.

I've been in the program just over a month and they have a pending settlement with my largest creditor for a savings of a little over $5k. If the other accounts go like this one I'll be debt free and able to start fresh after going through a divorce.

I have been in this program for approximately 1.5 years. Initially I was led to believe it would be a shorter period but of time till all debt was paid off. Now it appears it will be at least another 6 months.

I am pleased with the customer service and all the company is doing for me. Getting out of debt nearly seemed impossible but thank to National Debt Relief they have helped me a great deal and are continuing doing an excellent job. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Out of 12 separate debts, one has been negotiated and cleared/paid off. Customer service and communication is always timely and helpful. It was either this or bankruptcy and although my credit has tanked, for me this is working and is a much better option.

I send reply on the site and never gets answered. I get called over and over about the same thing and it seems no one puts notes on the account. Not one creditor has been notified. But you want to build the account up. Makes no sense.

I have already received 1 settlement offer since I started working with your company. Every time I call for help or information, your staff is so polite and willing to help. I also really appreciate the update calls that come every so often just to let me know what's going on and if you need any more information from me. Answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. They went over all the paperwork and was a help filling it all out. Was courteous, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Told me if I have any questions to call anytime and set up the portal.

Overall not clear on what the process was from the beginning. Not all debt enrolled, never been explained why. I had to solve my own legal problem because debt was missed and I trusted that you had it all. I would not recommend you.

Appreciate my bills being paid off with the help of your negotiations. The only thing that surprised me was the amount charged for service. Was a little more than I expected, but still appreciate the savings on some of the accounts. I hope to conclude paying off the remaining bills asap. It will be a great relief. From here to three years from now my plan is to be out of debt. And so far the people of National Debt Relief were able to settle one of my 5 other accounts. They are doing an amazing job so far and they keep their word. Thank you guys and hope for more good things to come.

Our experience from starting the application process to approving a settlement along with all the questions in-between have been handled professionally and promptly. I had been to an attorney who suggested I negotiate with the credit card companies to lower my debt, but I felt I wasn't competent or calm enough to do that. Received a call from customer service to discuss a resolution on one of my creditors on my account. The representative was very focused and the phone conversation was short and effective. The follow-up email communication and resolution was timely.

Way too pushy when you call about adding additional funds. I have told them a zillion times if I could I would. You feel bad enough about being in the program, and then you have to listen to this. I am sure many clients feel the same way I do. It is not easy to get in a program like this. For me personally I was able to make the minimum payment on my account, but I was just getting by.

NDR has given keep peace of mind. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and put my mind at ease. They respond back to emails quickly and even had 1 of accounts settled within a month. It takes time but NDR has been the best thing I ever did.

So rigid and intolerant. Still creditors are contacting me for payments and I do not see any results except paying the monthly due. Very regrettable for me to involve. Very unhappy.

I have had a very good experience with NDR. They were exceptionally responsive to whatever questions I posed them. They always made it a point to email me and call me with whatever offers they received from my credit card companies and listened to me when I needed to clarify the offers. They made me feel comfortable in the decisions I made. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the program and what they are able to do and all the help they provide but they should let the debt collectors know right away that we are involved and trying to better our situation instead of waiting till we have accumulated enough in order to do so.

We are constantly getting letters in the mail from debt collectors asking us to pay less than what we owe. Why haven't you guys taken those opportunities? We were told to ignore those letter from the beginning, but they sounds like great opportunities.

Everyone I talk with so far has been very nice. Just waiting for things to get going with my program and to get my settlement from my creditors. It's only been about two months so not much has happened. But when it does I hope it goes well.

I'm into this now but still really lost with details or what happens when I pay it in full. I have little to no communication through the process. All I know is now all these telemarketers call me. The customer service desk people are really helpful but act like they aren't able to answer questions.

I have been really happy with National Debt’s ability to help get my debt under control and eliminate a lot of it! It has been a relief to get my debt under control and I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulder and the whole process has been really easy and explained well.

Their payment plan is a little high, but for all the credit cards I have, it's reasonable. I feel relatively good as they've helped me. They've settled two of the bigger accounts which I appreciate.

I've been with them since March 2017. I was scared at first but just like they said within 120 days I had 2 great debt relief offers from creditors and I'm looking for more. They called me and also emailed about the offers and all I had to do was click accept and it was done.

Easy to work with and if you have any concerns they will explain the issue best way possible to help to understand and also come up with an easy and manageable time frame to pay off your bills and help you to rebuild your credit so you will be able to move into the future without having a cloud over your head.

I had credit card issues and I've researched National Debt Relief to see what their ratings were. When I first signed up, the guy was very courteous. They told me the program will take two to four years to complete and so far, they’ve taken care of two debts. It's been a while since they've given me an update and I've sent some emails on some notices that I've got in the mail, but I haven’t heard anything from them. However, working with them has been exactly what I have expected and I'd recommend them to others.

Last year, I had rough unexpected expenses when the hurricane came in Orlando and I realized that I was using all the money to pay debt. I'm already 73 and I want to get out of debt and go through settlement, so I can have the rest of my life in comfort. I didn’t start receiving collection letters or calls because I was on time with all my creditors but at the time that I enrolled with National Debt Relief, I didn't have any cash flow and I stopped making the payments because I used that money to pay them. But, I have not received that much calls, only about two or three and as soon as they tell them that I'm with NDR they stopped calling me.

I would recommend once you decide to start the program, expect to see a decline in credit score and delinquencies with your creditors but that's the only way to get back on track. This program has allowed me to be able to pay down my extensive debts with a monthly payment I can afford presently. I could not have made the monthly payments on each previously and would have taken much longer and more costly.

I wanted to get rid of my credit card bills. I called National Debt Relief in November and I’ve been working with them for eight months now. Everything has been very positive and helpful. I have 70% of my debts settled with 30% paid and things should start to pick up after this September because I'm putting out a lot right now. Also, in order to settle a $10,000 bill, National Debt Relief increased my payment at the terms of the creditor but got it settled for $2400 instead of $10,000. I'm paying two-tenths of my paycheck right now and I’m looking to get it done by Christmas.

I like National Debt Relief’s price, the time that they said it would take to pay my debts and their method of doing it. They helped me to come out with a settlement with my creditors instead of me trying to pay off all my debts which would take forever and my credit will still be messed up. The cost of their service is also more affordable for me even though it's $500 a month. I'm able to upload my end documents that I get from my creditors and their reps called when they have come to a settlement to see if I will agree with it. I was assisted in a timely manner too when I called them for questions. I’ve been in their program for less than a year and out of 5 creditors, about four of them were already paid up. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I worked with National Debt Relief and I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband's in the military. When he got relocated, I had to quit my job and it took me a lot to find a job so we were struggling and the only one that ever talked to me about relief help was National Debt Relief. Enrollment process was easy and he just asked me a few questions, gave me a game plan, sent it to underwriting, then he called me back, and it was for three days total. Then my first interaction with their team was great. The lady explained it very well and she said, "In my opinion, I think this is a good offer for you. I would advise you to take it, but it's up to you." The second lady that I talked to, the second time we settled one was not very friendly.

We ended up getting the tight spot and interest rates, late fees and then everything else just started going nuts. And getting with some health issues that screwed up and started backing, so we decided to look into relief help. So far everything's been great with National Debt Relief. We've got a couple of debts off the list and we're working on a few more. I gave National Debt Relief all the numbers and they were hunting them through. But, people who didn't want to give up are still calling us after, though National Debt Relief wanted us to expect that. They also had an agreement with Discover, so it was different from all the rest. But, they would call us if an agreement has been reached, and they say how much it is and then ask for confirmation if we're okay with it. Working with them has taken some of the pressure off. So the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train, but an exit light. Keep up the good work.

Josh helped me through the process of paying off my credit card debt in 48 months. I'm hoping to retire at age 67 but with my debt, I didn't see how. I was searching for different options on the internet and I liked the reviews that National Debt Relief had. They also seem like a large company that I had heard of and was a little bit familiar with. The reps were great. They were very courteous and very understanding. I was in debt and not getting a raise in my job so I was getting behind in my payments. At the initial signup with National Debt Relief, the guy said I was gonna pay $340 a month and out of that was their cut, that that’s all I was gonna pay for the 30 months. I even initially asked if that’s gonna be it and if there was going to be no surprise cost after that. But I was surprised as lately, there’s been an additional 15% for their service fee. I was disappointed there. I finished this last month just recently, the first week of the month, and it’s back to $340. I question the last four months though.

A friend recommended National Debt Relief to me, and they have been helpful and efficient for the most part. They took a tremendous stress out of the equation of my family but I would only have one caveat to that statement. The largest portions of the debt were credit card settlement and it's not happening. That might not be necessarily the fault of NDR, but it would be nice if six or seven months later I'd have a clear picture on all of the debts. Other than that, NDR was pretty great.

The representative I spoke with was very helpful… however, I couldn't get anyone to answer my main question about rebuilding my credit score. It really bothered me that my credit score, which is very good (I just have too much debt), would tank. After talking with another person, and getting too many pat answers, (you know, the "that's a very good question," response) but no definitive answers, and after a very unsettled night's sleep and feeling very queasy, I sent the cancellation request in the very next day after signing up. I received no phone calls regarding my cancellation, just an email saying they received it. Very interesting experience… Since I got myself into this debt, I will find a way out of it. Just could not go through with the program.
