I've been with the company now for a year. And I'm very embarrassed with the work they do. They already got rid of 4 of my credit cards. Still working on others. Sometimes I might have to split a payment and I haven't had no problems with them. Highly recommend.

I have completed my enrollment period and am happy it's over. Initially I was very satisfied with NDR. With the exception of one incident the staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. One incident mid way soured my feelings greatly. I was sent a notice from one of my credit cards and was told I had x amount of days to respond. I called NDR - they would look into the matter but not to worry I had ** days to respond. The settlement was not handled in a timely manner nor was the settlement lower than I was told it would be. Would I go thru NDR again, probably not. It sounded good at the time.

Have no problems with this service. Quickly got one account resolved. Still waiting on the others but everyone I have talked to have been so nice and courteous. Willing to work with me when I have a change or emergency arise. I would totally recommend.

Signing up was relatively easy, although there is a lot of paperwork. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and went over all the paperwork. I even received emails apologizing for getting back to me in a couple of days when I emailed questions. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some results soon. Thank you.

While I can't say that the experience was smooth sailing, I can say that once Costa got involved things were better. He has been an amazing help and I am glad that I had him to lean on. I am updating my previous review because that did not include my experiences with Costa.

This company knows what it is doing. I started in Feb-March and I have two offers that I took. It knocked off months from debt. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. I would recommend this company to anybody that is in need of financial help. They help every step of the way.

They've been ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I didn't know many programs like this. I based it on the fact that they were associated by the Better Business Bureau. VERY supportive, guiding me throughout my program with them. No questions were dumb. They answered them professionally. They informed you where you at in the program. I DEFINITELY recommend it to any one who's going through financial times.

I am Completely satisfied with the services I have received. So far National Debt Relief has resolved 4 of my credit cards with no hassle. Communication from Them could be a little better but overall I am satisfied with the way things are going.

I joined National Debt Relief in January 2016. I have always been able to talk with customer service where my questions have been answered. This is a company with many years of experience and who truly cares about helping. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. I haven't even heard if Chase has made an offer. Whether there is enough money in the accounts or not I want to know if they have made a settlement offer. I want to settle this soon as possible as it affects more than me in my life. Every time I ever hear from you guys it is so vague and not informative. It is almost 4 months already. Tell me something please!

Yes, I'm grateful for NDR taking care of my debt issue for me but they initially insisted I contribute $90 more a month than I was comfortable with and it turns out too much is taken out of my account monthly. I have been running out of money days before the following payday every two weeks. That $90 would have allowed me to remain comfortable throughout the process.

As a customer of National Debt Relief, in the beginning I was very skeptical. I was nervous about my financial situation, had very little trust in anyone, and wasn't sure what I was going to do about my debt problems. After getting laid off, and having to start my own pressure washing business just for some sort of income, everything seemed to pile up on all at once. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. No matter what I did, no matter how hard I tried, the whole kept getting deeper and deeper.

I was in credit card debt way over my head and today after letting National Debt Relief consolidate all my credit cards and with easy payments twice a month that I can afford. I am now working on closing out all my credit cards and rebuilding my credit. I just received a letter today from one of the banks that I owed and they said my account was closed out. Yeah!!! My experience with National Debt are excellent. They keep me informed and updated on every transaction. I am almost finished with the program in the amount of time they told me that I will be in the program. I was hesitant about asking National Debt Relief for their services but I am happy I decided to move forward with them. They worked with my tight budget so that I could make the monthly payments. So far maybe about 4 months in they were able to resolve 3 debt problems with the creditors.

I am satisfied with National Debt, there are creditors that are still calling and state they have not been contacted. I would like to see a settlement agreement with all debtors soon. I'm sure National Debt will do their best to reach settlements.

Any time I have any questions or concerns customer service was able to answer either by phone or email. We were drowning in debt and I just became disabled. We were lost, didn't know what to do until we made the call and got help from y'all. Thanks.

Impressed so far. We haven't had any creditors hassling us. We have already resolved one debt in a few months. Hoping things continue to run smooth. We have a few more years with the program but it is such a relief to be getting out of debt and rebuilding our credit.

It's too soon to give an opinion. I feel everyone we have worked with to start the process had been truthful & supportive. We get lots of calls from our collectors we were told we would. Again, it's too soon to say how the program is benefiting our family. We are glad to have the support.

When I called 2 years ago, their promise seemed too good to be true. I am thankful I called them! The employees are friendly and very helpful allowing me to understand how my money is being used. When calling in, the young woman I spoke with was very friendly, kind and helpful. Took care of my problem with the first call! And I wasn't on hold for long... the phone call was answered quickly and sufficiently!

I signed with National Debt Relief about 9 months ago and was told that it may take a while to get some offers. It's been 9 months and of the 4 items I am working on, only 1 has been negotiated with no communication on the others. I have emailed my account person numerous times and typically get a one word or two word response of "nothing yet" or a simple "no" when I ask for updates. No communication = no customer service.

I was able to consolidate my debt into one monthly payment because of loss of income. This took a lot of stress off of me and I am able to get out of debt quicker and if I receive additional money from odd jobs or substitute teaching I am able to pay off my debt quicker.

Having NDR taking over my debts thru the last several years, I have been able to find quite a bit of relief in staying within a manageable budget. I have found them to be very friendly each time I have talked to them and helpful. They also have tracked my account to where I could always check to see where I was at in completing my debt's relief.

Before we came to NDR, my fiancé and I were deep in credit card debt that stemmed from years of underemployment and costly medical bills. These bills soon overpowers our monthly income and we are out of options. When I discovered NDR completely out of coincidence, our lives changed. I had been take advantage of by a contractor who had run-up over $10,000.00 in credit card debt in materials and tools. Then absconded without finishing the construction of my house. Being a disabled vet on limited income, I found myself using my monthly benefit check to pay the above debt. With nowhere to turn, I had to decide whether to pay the bills or buy groceries and pay my mortgage payment and utilities. Paying what I could I soon became severely past due on my credit card accounts. Paying some cards on one month and paying the others on the following month. Even though I contacted the credit card companies and explaining my situation, they did not do anything to assist me. Instead, they raised the interest, and the minimum monthly payment amount due. Then they began charging late fees on top of the higher interest.

We have been working with National Debt Relief for about one year now. My wife and I exposed ourselves to considerable debt with credit cards through some unexpected large expenditures and bad habits. NDR has been very easy to work with. The communication both via email and phone has been excellent. The only thing I wish I had known, and maybe at some point in the very long process it got lost or overlooked, is that creditors can sue you before NDR settles the account. This costs out of pocket filing fees at the courthouse, not to mention time that needs to be taken out of work to appear. Overall, we are glad that we chose this option to reduce our debt.

Very slow on settlements and lied to me on how they make settlements! Thought they would aggressively go after settling on credit cards they the accounts have been closed for years. I've already been offered settlements on most accounts and could probably save money doing it on my own.

Easy to get set up with, relief not having creditors call me all the time (except for one that I was told not to transfer my phone number and address with calls me 3-4 times daily, once I speak with them I get a week of no calls). Have not heard from anyone regarding the status of my account but then again it only been 2 months so not much money in my account for them to use yet.

Needed help with 4 credit cards. The first 3 were settled within a year. I was told the 4th credit card dispute was going to be the easiest to settle. It's been actually the longest to settle! By the time I pay my monthly fees and settlement fees I will be paying full amount! Usually when I call to get any information the person doesn't know much. I can't wait until my program is done! I could have settled on my own and with less timing if I would have known the process before I enrolled.

I am now getting the credit card companies starting to call me despite the cease and desists and my changing the contact information to you guy. The gentleman I spoke to (on your team) was very helpful. He took the number down and promised to have the matter handled without me getting involved.

Hard to say. I still got creditors calling me. They said they didn't hear from you guys so my experience is half a star. It been two months so far and I don't know if they will accept a pay out.

I was told that all my debt would be satisfied within 28 months and a few creditors have not even been contacted several months into this process but they (NDR) are taking money from my account every month, sure hope they do more soon!

They were efficient, were always there to answer questions, communicated effectively and must be really skilled at negotiating. Never was hassled by creditors and even paid my debts off ahead of schedule. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

I will say that being in financial debt was extremely stressful and caused me daily anxiety. Peace of mind when they took over and I only had to worry about the two payments coming out of my bank a month and knowing that they were settling my credit card debt made my life a lot better. My only criticism is I wished it could go faster even when I was able to give extra money to my account. I absolutely thought it was too good to be true! Once you qualify, usually within 2 years all your debt, that you submitted will be paid off. Just passed my 1 year mark and 3 bills are paid off! Truly amazing process that you have to put trust into.

The reason I'm not totally satisfied is that when I check my account online I can't ever see what's been paid off, how much is remaining on a bill or how long I have left to keep paying. Other than the fact I don't really know what's going on, it's fine.

So far, so good. It has been a good experience but I think you need to call the client once in a while just to let them know what is the status and how are things going. I don't get phone calls, so I have to call myself just to find out how is things going for me.

Well I didn't recently enroll. I enrolled about 2 years ago now and haven't heard from anyone in quite some time now. I'm hoping to have all debt eliminated soon within the next year. It would be nice to get updates on what's been paid and what hasn't. Would also be nice to know what's been paid so far and what's still owed.

Your company has been very helpful from day one. Being very patient and answering all my questions before I agreed to even start program. Now that I am in they are on top of any questions, and concerns. Very helpful and you get to be sent free in no time!

Initial contact was pleasant and very informative. The process was easy and they work out a plan to fit your budget relieving the related stress immediately. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm happy to be paying off my debt, but I really feel the fees charged by NDR are very high. Also, I've told them repeatedly that I cannot always answer the phone during certain hours, so do not call... and yet they put me on an automated dialer to be called during those hours with nothing important to tell me except to call if I want an update. It went on for a few weeks! Also, they always seem to want more money from me even though I have told them I do not have any more to give. I feel like my experience has been about average, but I'm still a little jaded about the system they use. I'm neither impressed nor disgusted by the company.

You never want to have to go to a business like National Debt Relief, but the people here are professional and great at what they do. The booklet they gave me was easy to understand and very helpful with how to deal with creditors. Whenever I had a question they were patient with me and very helpful. Responses to my emails were within 24 to 48 hours. The fees are low which is very helpful for someone like me who now has a tight budget. They were able to get two creditors dealt with within 6 months or so. When I had difficulty paying my payment they were able to help me out.

I was able to pay my debt off in under 3 years. The customer service always exceeded expectations, and with having a set auto withdrawal date left me with very little to do. If I ever have to do this again I will go with National Debt Relief.

NDR is doing a fabulous job with managing my debt. I have only been with them a couple months but they have already negotiated a settlement with one creditor. I have been enrolled in the program for 8 months with only one of my debts being resolved. My other debtors are calling my family harassing them looking for me. I've changed my information to the recommended from NDR but they still call.

I sometimes will contact National Debt Relief to ask how to add money to my account? When will it register? I was somewhat disappointed when I called to have one of my accounts paid in full. The representative told me monies that is deposited into the account is distributed between account that have accepted a payoff amount. I didn't, at first, like that way of doing business but after a while I understood why National Debt distributes funds in that manner. I am, at this time, satisfied with your service.

My husband was retiring, I'm in school and we just had a little one. With my husband's military retirement, his original paycheck has been cut in half and he would also not be getting a housing loan. I looked online and at reviews and I called National Debt Relief. I listened to what they had to say and thought it over. I then called them back and started doing the paperwork to get in. To determine my monthly payment, they went off of the bills I have to pay and the bills I could not give them to pay, such as childcare, gas and that type of stuff since they're in my name and not my husband's. They estimated how long it'd take to do it then they came up with a figure that was about one-third less than what I was paying, which gave me a little bit of breathing room.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief a couple of years ago and they have been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me pay off my credit card debts, whilst freezing interest and reducing the overall amount by a significant %. They are always available if I have any questions, and negotiate with my creditors on my behalf so I do not need to worry. Overall at the start the process was great. I was assured everything was going to work out and not have too much worry. I'm very type A and I like updates and follow ups. Their lack of follow up is what is bad about this company. Maybe I shouldn't expect the person who's handling my affairs to call me once a month but I do. All they ever tell me is to get on the portal and I can look at what's going on, I guess I like a human connection.

Everyone has been great to work with! From the beginning, staff was so empathetic, helpful, and professional. The first few months were a little uncertain because we did not hear anything about any movement on our debt, but they had been negotiating behind the scenes. At month four, two debts were settled one week apart! It felt so good to see movement forward!

I got an email saying I was currently enrolled. I am not currently enrolled. I should be currently finishing up my program. It's been great except when I was sued and then to court by a creditor. Nobody warned me that could happen.

I have nothing but good thing to say about National Debt Relief. They reply quickly. Super fast at resolving credit card debt. Saving me thousands and thousands of dollars!!! I would do it all over again. I hope I am never in this situation again though!

Pro: Like how they can deal with the credit card company for me coz I don't have time and lack of info to deal with them. Con: I understand they have to wait until they do something but when that happens it seems to take forever to settle the debt.

Waiting to send creditors $$ when I was making my payments on time and was not behind and now the phone calls and mail is outrageous. I only enrolled to lower my interest. I have called and asked for you to contact the creditors and explain what's going on and only to have more calls. Also the 1 card I didn't send you because I use it for business lowered my credit because of now being late with the other people. Thanks.

The only issue I have is that I have to call National Debt Relief for status updates. I know I get an email once a month, but it doesn't show status of accounts not paid off. It would be nice to have NDR call while negotiations are being worked on. All customer service reps are pleasant & helpful.

When trying to make a settlement with personal finance and they told them they do not do settlements National Debt Relief did not get with me and let me know this. Other than this I would highly recommend National Debt Relief.

Could use more communication on status of negotiations with creditors. Fees are very high making resolving debt Difficult and lengthy. First debt settled quickly but months have gone by on the second debt resolution with no word or contact. Second debt was almost the same amount of money but has so far taken more than triple the amount of time to resolve due to the high fees charged for services by NDR.

Terrible thus far! You ruined accounts that were never to be placed with you. Now I get letters from them wanting attorney info claiming YOU guys said you had one; yet, you apparently just left that open ended. This experience is awful.

I have been having a great experience with National Debt Relief. They are very attentive and have quickly negotiated with 2 of my 3 creditors to lower the overall amount owed and to pay them off in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with their service and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family in their time of financial crisis.

My experience was very good, I had someone that explained what would happy and received enough information needed to know what to tell my creditors. I am anxious to see how it goes as creditors begin calling more and more.

My bank hasn't given you the accounts yet. My credit score is steady right now so it hasn't been affected. I've read reviews on the Global company and the reviews are very poor. I guess those reviews are from people who deal directly with them instead of going through a third party like National Debt Relief. Talking with James was a very good experience and he is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He won my confidence in NDR. That's a plus.

If someone was comfortable enough to talk about money matters I would recommend you. Always got my questions and I feel better about things. A weight was lifted off my shoulders now that I am working with you. Staff listens my concerns, make you feel at ease, very well spoken.

After everything was set up and the money was being drawn out of my account I haven't heard a word from the team. Not what or how they are negotiating with my creditors or even if they have started. Just kinda left hanging. Need more communication.

They have been easy to work with and have relieved me of my stress level. Always willing to answer all questions, courteous, and has my best interest in mind. Accounts are getting paid off. Really like following activity in the privacy of my home on the internet. Highly recommend them.

They have only taken care of 3 cards since January and I was hoping for more than that and the amount is being taken out of my checking account every month and they should be in the negotiations. Should be in the works.

It seemed like a great resolution but at the end it was not. Pros: I only had 2 payments to worry about that were withdrawn from my bank. I was given an "end of debt date". Cons: They did not resolve my debt by the date given. I was told I would finish in April, I was called in March and notified it would extend to July (6 additional payments). Come July, I still have 1 unresolved account which will require 6 additional payments. So I chose to resolve that account on my own and avoid NDR's service fees, which are not low. In a nutshell, if had to do this again I would've have done it on my own. I was excited and had confidence in them but I feel I was let down. Not a fan.

National Debt Relief takes away the stress of paying off credit card debt. They handle everything for you. I love the option of additional payments to make the process take less time. I hope to be debt free in less than, two years! I appreciate their professional, understandable, help. I highly recommend this company!

So far they have settled all but one of my accounts. I am confused though on how many payments I currently have left as opposed to my account balance and the proposed settlement amount for my last account. If anyone could help me understand the difference I would appreciate very much.

NDR had great follow through when they were getting me to sign up but since I signed up I haven't heard from them since. I was told that people would call me up with settlements soon after but no one has called me in over 2 months. Seems like they were eager to get the business but not eager to help either the settlements.

I thought this was a scam when I first started, but I was so desperate to get out of debt so I tried it out. I paid off my debt in a year and a half. Customer service has always been great as well. Very helpful and they were able to get me debt free.

Since signing up with NDR at the end of March, I have had no contact. They probably went over this with me in my initial sign up, but I am not really sure what to expect now that I'm almost 4 months in. I know it's a waiting game but I kind of expected my smallest account to be closed.

I can sincerely say NDR did an exceptional job in eliminating my unsecured debt. It took less time than we thought and very little effort on my part. Always a good experience dealing with all levels of the staff and always successfully.

So far we love the service! One of my debts has been resolved with five to go. They have kept me informed about the process. This was a much better option than bankruptcy. I really appreciate that I have had 0 contact with creditors. They handle all of that for me.

I've been enrolled for over a year. One debt settled, but the second one has had problems. An agent disenrolled me from the program without my authorization. The agent no longer works there. I've been given a second offer, but it was worse than the first. I've been told multiple times I would be contacted with a solution. I constantly have to call to get information. National Debt Relief has already collected their fee and refused to return it. I don't feel that my case is being handled seriously because they've already taken my money and have no incentive to continue resolving the debt.

They have helped me a lot. This is a great company. I would refer this company to my family and friends. They are good at what they do. My credit score is better than I have had in years. They have helped me when I needed them.

Good, but not great. While there are mechanisms to show progress with resolving debt, there is nothing to show where in the process negotiations are or who is being talked to and when asked I commonly receive prepared or canned answers. Seeing more clarity in this area would be nice.

I didn't have any problems. They handled my accounts and helped me get back on track. I would recommend them to my peers if they needed any help. If I ever had a problem, all I had to do was call and they helped me with my problems. I appreciate all the help I received and the money they helped save me.

I am 2 payments into my program and am still getting multiple calls daily from my accounts. I was under the impression that all of that would stop. How long before they stop harassing me. This is more stress than I was expecting.

Each time I have communicated with members of the team they have been friendly and helpful. In the amount of time I have been partnering with them there has only been one time I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I would say that is pretty good considering how many times I have been in contact with them. They have provided us with peace of mind and a way to focus on paying off our bills without the hassle of creditors calling numerous times a day.

I thought the process didn't start until I signed all the paperwork. I printed out that important paper that I needed to mail in never signed it and yet my funds have been withdrawn. Then I get this bank statement with all these fees withdrawn.

When I've talked with reps from NDR I've had positive experience but nothing sent to me showing active results or updates on what's being done for me. If I really knew what was happening with more details I'd be more happy with service. As of right now it just feels like I'm making payments without any results.

While I understand they can't control the creditors, sometimes it seems as if the whole process is pretty drawn out. They wait until you are so far behind before offering a settlement. I would recommend speaker to your creditors first then sign up if you can't work it out.

They have good Customer Service, however it needs some improvements, I enrolled 1st day of February but until now the creditors I enrolled with are still sending me their bills. It is kind of slow for NDR to not have the settlements amount from the three creditors I have had till now.

I was about $20k in debt, and after speaking with them the first time and every time after the first, they've been extremely helpful and guiding the entire way. I've been in this program for about a year and a half and now I am only about -$4k.

If I knew then what I know now, I would NEVER have gone with them. They pay one bill at a time, they take their fee first which is 25% of the balance you owed your creditor not what they settled your debt for, they never settle for 1/2 of what you owe. We had one creditor sue us and it shows on our credit report even though they negotiated the settlement. A big rip off!!!

Highly recommend National Debt Relief to anybody. They have been the most cooperative, the most helpful, the most friendly and the most understanding. Has been a great relief and would do it again in a heartbeat. The best decision I have done was pick up the phone and call for help when I saw the ad on TV. Was the best decision I've made.

NDR does not move quickly to squelch harassing phone calls from creditors which was not made clear in the introductory materials. So the first few months will still be a very trying time in that respect. I have not proceeded any further along the path yet, but hope for good results. Remains to be seen.

I sent quite a few bills to work on for us. We are giving them a lot of money a month and very little action is going on. Took a whole year to pay off one account and there is never any money in the bank when we give over $800.00 plus a month. We were told all our debts would be cleared off in three years and I don't see that happening at the rate of one bill a year. I am constantly getting calls from creditors when they should be working with this company. Was really excited to go this route rather than BK but I now have doubts. We will stick out the three years we agreed to but after that we will be done. We could have worked a deal with a lot of these creditors ourselves at the rate. Very disappointed.

Customer service varies between very helpful and apathetic. I have not gotten a time period of how long my payments and the finish date of my plan. This would be extremely helpful. I would suggest either paper or electronic statements showing payoff dates.

Overall, my program has been easy. However, when I have called asking for updates on the length of the terms changing, the person I spoke with was unable to give a satisfactory explanation. She could not estimate when the program would end or why there was a hold up with a particular card. She said this was out of her hands and being addressed by the settlement branch. It seems she should have been able to answer more completely. This has happened more than once when I've called with a question.

We have been with National Debt Relief for under a year and already have 35% of our debt paid off. I get calls all the time telling me that a deal has be struck with a collector and my verbal approval is all they need. The multiple times I have called customer service I have had great responses to my questions and problems resolved immediately. Basically in a bit shell, NDR has saved my life. I have already recommended this company to multiple people.

The people are nice and seem to try hard. They are responsive to my calls and emails and appear to be well organized. However, their settlement process is extremely slow and prodding. I came into some money and want to "wrap things up" before the money is gone and they don't seem to move forward on my open accounts. My decision on recommendation is pending...

Very happy with everything wouldn't change a thing! The staff is very nice and effective on what I need and how it gets done! I've had to move my pay dates due to life at hard times and they are very helpful and willing to move my payment and to keep me informed if anything changes! I called for assistance one time I wanted to adjust the monthly payment. The representative I spoke to heavy sighed several times which is rude. He also spoke down to me with just about every word he said. Again rude. I am an adult and I should be treated with respect by your representatives. In the end we got the matter taken care of. This was after being put on hold five times for several minutes. It made me question what kind of company is National Debt Relief. Al ** who signed me up was very professional and treated me with respect on each contact. I hope that I don't regret this experience any more than I already do.

I've been in the program for about 11 months and already 33% of my debtors have been taken care of. So far I'm very happy with the results. If things continue as they have I should be finished with the program within another year and a half. This will relieve me of a lot of stress. I do not remember being told that I would be getting 1099 C's on the debt I owe. Because of this I found myself with a large bill from IRS... Which then caused me to lower my deposits to you. I was told that it would not cause me to go beyond my finish date of Oct. of this year. Wrong... Now you told me it was be Feb. 2018.

I was unaware until today that a 21% fee of the total debt was charged. Today it was explained to me from a rep. She actually was the best and informed me well today. She should be commended. They have resolved 3 out of 11 of my accounts about 1 a month. I have added additional monies in my Escrow account and only wish more aggressive activity at settling more accounts.

This program is absolutely amazing!!! You provide your information and NDR does all the work for you. They find many ways to contact you about your account, just to check up or help with account information, and try their best to provide you with the best options for your income. Depending on your payments and consistency you get offers for loans to help pay your debt and build up your credit sooner rather than later. I started one year ago and they have already settled and paid my accounts and provided a loan company to help build my credit. This program is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat!

My husband and I have been in the program for almost 3 years and they still haven't settled our last account. The money is in there and we don't know what the problem is. Also, the term they use of "settle for 50% of the original loan" is garbage. We had 8 accounts with them and 1 settled for 50%. Every other one has settled for WAY MORE. By the end of the program we saved less than $500 out of $18,000. Now we have given them an extra $1500 and 2 additional payments of $388 on top of our original agreement. We just want this to be over already!!! Settle the last account that we entrusted to you. The timely manner is RIDICULOUS!!!

I signed up and my money is drafted each month but I really don't hear from them in any way besides that. I have only been enrolled for going on 3 months. Perhaps when I am in longer I will hear from them more. I got the initial paperwork and guide when I signed up on what to do and say.

Overall they did fine, acct was to be over & done w/ over a year ago. For some reason they keep telling me, "Last acct wont agree." Had enough money in the acct to cover, but they didn't, so my acct is still open, long past due & no settlement & they don't contact me!

It's frustrating that my creditors are putting negative account info on my credit report, during your negotiations with them. Your company should be able to assist me by asking them not to report this on my credit report. When I called to ask, I was basically told it was not your problem but mine? So instead of my credit getting better, it's getting worse.
