This company and its employees have been a God sent. They explain things where anyone can understand them. They keep you up to date. They will call you when get a new deal to see if you approve before they go through with the deal with the other company.

So far nothing has really happen. I've only been in this program for a couple of months but things take time with patience & I'm looking forward to sticking with program & giving National Debt Relief a chance to set me free from debt.

National Debt Relief have save my life. I was in a bad situation. Didn't know where else to turn to. When I call and spoke to a young man by the name of Earl ** we spoke for an hour and he give me all the detail, set up all the arrangement and I agree. I paid so much every month. They do all the calling, all the arrangement with the creditors and keep me inform of what they were doing each time. It's now one year and all my credit cards are paid off all 14 cards. Thanks to the team at National Debt Relief. I thank them so much. God bless you all.

So far so good. Easy to follow progress through their web page. Looking to have my debts settled within the next four years. Always friendly and quick to answer questions. You always know where you are in this process. I'll stay the course and be debt-free.

I am almost done with my payback. It has been without any big problems. I am happy to have had the help and I am more happy to be done with it. The payback did take longer than was originally quoted, but that was because I could not afford to make giant payments.

Help when you needed! - not to add their excellent customer service. Highly recommendable for those with financial debt issues. They will give you an honest review on how to lessen and tackle your obligations from the get go.

I contacted my representative to change my billing message. He told me I had to call customer service, but your hours are outside of Pacific work time. I called and left messages for your customer service team but no one has called me back. I would really like to pay my bill but no one seems to want to contact me back.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good and nice. We were getting in a hole with a lot of debt and we needed to get out. But as we're going through the program with NDR, the fact that they told us to make small payments on our credit cards made all of our credit cards delinquent. We did that for the amount of time they told us to and I found our credit now is horrible. We had an unexpected move come up, so getting a house and living have been horrible to go through because of our credit.

The experience was very awesome from the beginning but somehow I wish to be communicated with more frequently in terms of what's happening with my account. This is only problem I have an issue with so far. Overall the Customer Service from the initial stages made an impression on me.

I have only been a customer of National Debt Relief for a few months and already have a settlement with one of my creditors. They have always been very helpful and understanding throughout this process. I'm hoping to have avoided a terrible debt situation I was putting myself in with their help!

I have had excellent success with National Debt Relief. They keep me informed of any offers from debtors and how much I have already paid off. They also keep me informed of balance in account, also any amount I need to add to it.

A few weeks ago I submitted a negative review regarding National Debt Relief (NDR) for having a slow rate in reaching debt settlement agreements my creditors. Offering outstanding customer service to clients really matters to NDR. Since the review, NDR completed 3 debt settlement agreements within the last week. Once I set up my account and returned all necessary statements and forms, I haven't heard anything from National Debt Relief. My credit was fine but about to go downhill when I contacted NDR. It has been left to me to deal with my creditors when I understood that they would negotiate on my behalf. I am considering changing the way I am going about this.

When a crisis comes in life, finding not only help for your problem, but excellent help, is almost impossible. With NDR I have found that excellent help with people who are professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They made a very difficult situation and decision, transparent and straightforward, while being courteous and honest. Awesome experience, customer service is great. They are really there to help you in your situation. I was terrified about going through this, but they have helped me through this with kindness and caring. Every time I have called they have been very helpful with what I needed to tell them.

3 years ago I'm in debt of around $80,000.00 in credit card bills, and I call National Debt Relief asking them to help me out in my situation. Signing up for the program was easy. I was a little skeptical since I have been taking a beating financial for the last few years. Honestly, I had nothing to lose. Got an email last week with a offer from one of my credit card companies to settle my account for a little of $12k, which ultimately saved me over $14k. We will see how my other credit card issues work out.

Took care of my debt. Real pleased. Frustrations at times... different people tells you different things. For example... I was told my debt suppose to clear at certain time with consistent payments yet when the time comes they said I still owe more. Very annoying!! It is like there is a poor record keeping!

I only have one more Creditor to get on board regarding my program. I could not be happier with the results in my program. Hopefully I will be through with the program the end of this year or the first of next year. Thanks to National Debt Relief.

I recently became a single mom of 3 and before defaulting on payments since he refuses to help pay the credit cards, I asked for help and I am happy I did because I got approved for help & I was able to pay my rent on time and keep my car payments on time as well. I know it'll take a few years to clear up on my credit report but it's better than bankruptcy.

Happy with the debt reductions but am not happy with how long the process is and how badly it hurts your credit. Also all the fees you pay you would have been better off to try and negotiate with your creditors yourself. The program lasts for 3 years at the least. Then after those three years you can try to rebuild your credit score. If I had to do it again I would not have signed up for this.

National Debt Relief has been great to me. Their customer service representatives have always been very helpful. They explain each step of the process and will answer any questions about the program. Due to a serious health problem, I was using credit cards to pay medical bills to groceries. Being ill in the USA is very expensive, even with health insurance.

I have had a huge burden lifted from my shoulders. In August of 2014, I had debt from medical bills, a credit card, and private student loans totaling over $17,000.00. I had a lot of trouble paying each one on time. I struggle daily with adult ADHD and my executive functioning skills, like being timely with financial obligations, are poor. I work a lot harder than the average person to keep on top of these things. Paying bills/debt may seem like common sense for most, but it's like calculus to me. I couldn't make enough of a monthly payment to actually pay down my debts. Interest just kept accruing and I felt hopeless. On top of this I had (and still have) my 6 figures of consolidated federal student loan debt.

I am very pleased with the progress of my consolidation. 4 out of 6 accounts have either been paid off or are in the process. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help in settling debts. I will be helping to get my father set up very soon.

Currently we have been making payments for a year into the Global Solutions account. We have had 1 creditor that has come to an agreement for payments. I am unaware of how many creditors are still trying to be paid and where we are with moving forward. Who has been contacted? Who is working on getting an agreement? Where do we stand right now with our credit. Our credit scores didn't take "a little hit". It was significant and we couldn't co-sign for a student loan for our daughter. It has been frustrating paying into an account and not knowing where we stand or how long this will take.

I was treated with respect and professionalism. They answered all my questions and were supportive through the whole process. I was on debt about $60,000, and they helped negotiate with my creditors and I only ended up paying about half of that back. With the fees and the loan I got to speed up the process, I ended up still paying about $60,000, however my creditors were off my back and the interest charges stopped.

Originally I signed up for this service under the impression that I would save money and was paying a monthly service to NDR for services rendered. Now I am finding out they take a significant portion of my money as a negotiation fee. I am paying them almost $4000 to satisfy just over $10k in debt. Never. Again. I am finishing my current repayment agreement, as that negotiation fee has already been taken from my account, and not signing another, not enrolling any additional debt. I can and will correct my debt and credit on my own.

Well I find it strange your statement says I recently joined. I joined almost 3 years ago. Everything has gone along Great until about 2 1/2 months ago. I made a 3k deposit to get this completely finished and Know with only Two accounts left, you seem to have dropped the ball and are doing nothing to get the last to negotiated.

I'm a first time user for this program. I will say, “Do they resolve debt, yes." Communication could be a lot better. No one can ever tell you exactly what's going on. I've sent multiple emails with a generic response and no follow or email back. Also when calling in I have to repeat the same information 5 or more times to just get to the person that can help me. The employees seem to know what they're talking about but if you're looking for a program that keeps you in the loop with updates look elsewhere. When an account is settled they will call you to see if it's something you're interested in but other than that, that's all the communication you should expect to receive. The original person you talk to to set up the account will be the first and only time you all talk. They are quick to respond be when something is needed in regards to processes to follow.

National Debt Relief has been helpful in resolving my debt issues. Customer Service is always friendly and helpful and answers any questions I have to the best of their abilities. I would and have recommended it to friends and Family. It is overall a good service.

I was very impressed with the initiation advocate that helped me get started with the process for which I was able to acquire. I truly needed to pull out of debt due to a financial hardship and National Debt Relief was there to guide me with a blueprint to get me back on track financially. Best customer service! Always willing to answer any questions you may have. Remember this is a company so they are in it to make money. You will be charged for every little thing. I'm okay with that knowing they have my back. Friends have complained that credit consolidation companies overcharge. I don't agree. They are handling a situation I let get way out of control. Glad I did this. I highly recommend if you're over your head at least give them a call.

Signed up on 4-15-17. Although NDR has been VERY prompt in taking my payments, I've seen ZERO activity indicating anything has been resolved. This will soon come to a screeching halt when I quit the program, and demand that every dime to be returned to my account!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! And yes, I HAVE spoken to about four "Customer care reps" ALL WITH A DIFFERENT STORY!

They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are there when I needed them. They are on top of their game. They are always courteous. They always alert me when something is getting ready to take place. I am very pleased with them.

Overall I've been very happy. My only complaint is they always call me at work. I mention my work hours every time but I'm always called at work. Other than that very friendly customer service. Answer any question and are helping me improve my credit.

I enrolled with NDR in March of 2016. In a little over a year they have settled four creditors. They have always been willing to work with me to enable the settlements. A couple of times I was served with papers. Because I had also signed up with GITMO (the NDR lawyers) everything was taken care of and I never had to go to court. I was very grateful for their help. I would highly recommend to anyone who signs on with NDR to add on the lawyers. The nominal extra charge has been worth it!

It has been 2 plus years since I have been enrolled in NDR. I have been nothing less than COMPLETELY satisfied. They have worked with me from the beginning making sure I had enough money to pay my other bills. They have answered any and all questions I have ever had. They have advised me every step of the way. I would have had to declare bankruptcy if it wasn't for them. At this point, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am to be free of debt in several months. What a relief. I would recommend them to anyone.

The only thing I recommend is for NDR to immediately notify the creditors via a letter that they are working on behalf of the client. So far I am pleased. Many of the creditors stated that I should have went to CCCS instead and not pay someone to get me out of debt. The ratings are very good with NDR so I chose them. I am happy I did! Thank you!

I have never been at peace than I am now with National Debt Relief! They have been proactive in settling with my creditors. I always have great customer service experiences whenever I talk to them. This company is the best company so far.

I was super happy to enroll with National Debt Relief, as it seemed that this was the answer to my debt prayers. They stated that they could help me, however, I've been on the program for a little over three months and have only had one debt resolved in which National Debt Relief made almost $800.00. I receive debt collection calls almost every hour, sometimes more even on Sundays. I keep contacting NDR to see how negotiations are going, but the answers I get are the ones they send you in the booklet. I'm not expecting a miracle, but I thought for sure most of my credit cards would have accepted some type of payment by now. NDR makes 21% off of your reported debt, so I would think that I'd see more effort. Thus far, I've heard nothing and I'm wondering if I made an awful mistake. Now I'm in too deep and bankruptcy would be the only solution, which I was trying to avoid.

I was very apprehensive at first to join NDR because I wasn't sure if it was the best or smartest option for me. I read a few reviews and decided to give it a shot. They told me it will take about 3 years to get out of debt but in reality it took 2. Their staff is really helpful and informative. You will be taken care of. Thank you NDR!

I joined the program when I seemed I was in over my head with some complicated debt. I am halfway into the program and still in process of trying to clear debt but so far so good. Anxiously wanted to get this over with.

I am only halfway through a 42 month process and I have been quite satisfied so far. The beginning was a bit rough, but was warned it would be so, but they were there to help me through it. Once all creditors got on board life became much less stressful! Of course I look forward to being finished and I am very thankful for all the help I have received. They have been very forthright with keeping me informed and on track. I have no problem recommending them to anyone who has gotten themselves in over their heads.

I really didn't have that much debt, but I had too many companies to pay off that went beyond my budget. I also wanted to avoid all their harassing phone calls as well while trying to stay in good standing with everybody that I owed. That's where National Debt Relief came in. Every time I got a letter or phone call from someone, I would send NDR the phone number or copy of the letter and they would be the buffer in between.

NDR has helped us tremendously. Due to an unscrupulous bookkeeper taking out several credit cards in my husband’s name without his permission, he was extremely in debt when we were married and we weren't aware of it. She destroyed every record. We are trying to do the right thing and pay as much as we can. NDR has been the answer to our prayers.

Yes, NDR has helped me pay off my revolving debt, has saved me money in the process, but I wish the representative I signed up with would've given it to me straight. I was told 2 1/2 years and my debt would be paid off, when it will more likely be over 3 years. Also I wasn't told that you would be asked to give more money than the monthly amount you agreed to. I guess at least those debts will be paid.

Once they got info I was never updated. Debt companies calling but I was told not to answer calls from them. I still do not know what the next step is. I just know money is taken out of my checking account. I don't know even know if creditors accepted National Debt Relief offers.

Around three months ago I rate my experience as 5 stars, however I think totally different now. I have enrolled in the program in August 2016, my debt was around $18k and I started making monthly payments of $400.00 which was much better than what I was paying to CC companies before enrolling. By the 6th month I have 2 out of my 5 CC resolved... NDR charged 25% of the total debt at the moment (it got increased in the last 6 months since it is a requirement of the program), I was ok with that because I had less stress than what I had before...

A wonderful experience as both men I spoke with were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly and had no bother or hesitation if I needed things explained again. Very patient, beautiful manners and never rushed me. It was the best phone I ever had dealing with financial issues. Thank you so much.

During my entire experience with National Debt Relief I have been treated respectfully, and not talked down to or lectured. All aspects of the program were thoroughly explained to me and all of my questions have been answered anytime I've had one or many. It's early in the process for me but I've had a good experience so far. They've settled a couple accounts and have been understanding to my limited cash flow in the process. I feel encouraged that this will work out to be a beneficial move for me. Long way to go yet though!

Signing up was easy and the service team was helpful in helping to understand the steps I needed to take. I am not receiving collection calls which I was concerned about. I have been enrolled for 3 months. I would score higher but as of yet, none of my accounts have been cleared. I will be really happy when I can start seeing those results.

I have not been with them long enough to know how they will be at the end. I am happy so far, but have several accounts still pending. One account is Chase which claims they don't work with this company.

Everyone at NDR has been extremely helpful every time I call or have questions. They have worked with me with payment amounts, when I got divorced, not only did they postpone my payments for three months, they also advanced payments to one of my creditors to ensure I did not lose a large settlement offer. I haven't heard from anybody in months. I have no idea what is happening with my account. I was supposed to be done in October and I don't know what is settled and what's not. I have given my cell number and repeatedly ask them to call that number. Still no communication.

Recently enrolled - just a few months and already have my first settlement offer which is half of what I originally owed! Hopefully this will continue with the rest of my debt that is enrolled but it appears we are off to a great start!

I have been a client of NDR for about 3 months and everyone I have spoken with or emailed has been SO helpful and responsive to my questions in such a timely manner! I am happy I am a customer of this awesome group!

System works well for you, but destroys credit score. They will cut your credit debt by a lot. We are paying our debt off pretty quick. I am very happy that we are getting our debt gone, but it hurts knowing what it is going to take to rebuild our credit. We will have negative marks on our credit score for a while, because it goes on your credit score as the company agreed to settle for a lesser than owed amount.

I have good experience with customer service when I call. They are courteous and give me the answer to my question right away. I was never on hold for more than 2 minutes. The person on line is very knowledgeable.

This is a tough program to complete. Glad to have made it! I felt/Thought at completion, called graduation that there would be a package of paper work that would say: You have settled the debts, the debtors have received all settlement payments. Some sort of settlement certificate - proof of Action. I received a e-mail, "You graduated. Here is your overpayment check." (While pleased to be finished, this takes away from the programs class level for me). Thank You for the help. In good shape now!

I am pleased with experience with National Debt Relief. I am still in the process of the debt relief but so far so good. They are always very courteous on the phone and eager to help me with questions or concerns I might have. I can review again when I have completed the program.

Feel that the debt should be paid upfront and then payments made to the company. My credit has dropped drastically, which I knew would occur, but if they paid all the debt up front and I made my monthly payments to them, I feel it would be better. Also feel that they should be more available via email.

Don't include a Credit Union in your debts. They will sue you... It is a Federal Union. Credit cards are handled greatly by Debt Relief. I am so glad I saw their advertisement about three years ago. It has really helped me out, since I was about 88 years old when I began with them.

I have had a very good experience with NDR. All of my accounts are settled and will be paid off within another 18 months. This is just possible because I made deposits far ahead of schedule, but NDR did a great job getting settlements for my accounts. I would recommend to anyone with credit card issues.

I'm now 240 plus days into the program, and only one of my accounts have been settled. I was sold the idea that I would start to see results in 6 months or less. My credit continues to take its lumps with each past due month. Until the settlement is complete, I can't give positive feedback on this program. TBD.

I felt that NDR was completely transparent and honest when explaining the process. My credit score did drop, as expected, but all of my debts have been settled. I had 4 accounts totaling about $9,000 and within a 6 month period there was a resolution for each and I am now on my way to being debt free. I will make monthly payments for the next 2 years until my debts rate paid off. NDR was able to get the creditors down quite a bit on the total owed, but they do take a percentage for their services once the account is settled on top of the service fees.

Whenever I have called I have been treated with courtesy and respect. The people I have spoken to have been very helpful. When settling my Bank of America account I had to send the same paperwork by certified mail at least 3 times. That was annoying. I have not heard anything lately, but now I have two accounts left to settle. My only complaint is that I wasn't told the reduction of my bill would be counted as income. That really hurt me on my income taxes for last year.

Waiting on any kind of action on their part, too bad they can't assist on funding the debt instead of having to wait for their magic number to start negotiations. Meanwhile the creditors get more vicious on collection, and making life miserable while having to wait till funds are build up.

Having been considering many options coming across National Debt Relief seemed to be the step for me. Enrolling was easy and they made sure to tell me what I needed to understand of the process and that it would not happen overnight. I am excited about the process and getting the help to get out of debt.

The performance is a average acceptable. The only problem I see is the counselors or negotiators have not contacted me and an extremely long time to let me know and keep me on the updates as to what accounts have been paid what accounts are still open what and no negotiations are going on. That is the only problem that I see.

I've been enrolled in the program for less than a yr and they have already settled 2 credit cards. My credit score did tank, but it's already going back up. By the end of this year I will.have 4 more accts paid off out of the 10 I enrolled. So far so good. The automated system will call you quite a bit, but most of the time it is just to see if you want to speak to a customer service rep. Other than that, I'm notified through email about my acct.

So far it seems ok. I'm worried about interest rates accruing and clients still calling even though I've asked them not to. I guess I was expecting more feedback and communication from NDR... I'm thinking NDR is bargaining for me and re the first settlement but I believe I need to take a more active role in bargaining.

I use to hear about my account however now I assume all is well because I don't hear anything unless I contact you all. I would like to hear more about my account information or get a quarterly statement or something to inform me a little more. Thank you.

Also, beside the Bill collector on the statement, it would be nice to know what Bill it was in reference to. That would make it more convenient to keep track of which bills were being settled. As far as the satisfaction with the co. Itself... I have no complaints.

I found NDR very easy to work with. I appreciate the help they provided me in getting out of debt. With their help I am now working on mostly a cash basis on everything I do. Not having to deal with the creditors was helpful in reducing my stress. My questions and issues were handled quickly and to completion. I was very happy in the end to be able to get a loan to pay off the credit card debt. I have not yet checked my credit score, but am going to check soon to see if my score has raised. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This is suppose to help you get out of debt not add more on you. When I signed up they explained that all fees would be in with my monthly payment, well I found out today that the 25% they charge for settling an account they take ALL at one time! So my one account they had settled got $1 and they made sure they had their $700 for simply making a phone call to get a settlement and haven't even worked on any of my other accounts. Needless to say I made a HUGE MISTAKE trying to get out of debt, it was just costing me more. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND NDR TO ANYONE! LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

So far the experience has been good. The program only pays off one debtor at a time, and I am still getting warnings for a couple of creditors that have not been satisfied. Would entertain paying an extra point to have debts all settled in one deal. Otherwise, lucky to have National Debt Relief.

So far I am pleased with the settlements that have been negotiated. The only thing I am not really happy with is the amount of time it is taking to settle with the credit card companies. I was told it would take 3-6 months and it has been 14 months. As of today I still have one more creditor that hasn't been settled with. In the meantime, there are interest charges, etc., that keep racking up, as well as my credit score continue to drop, i.e., this last settlement racked up almost $1000 in interest and late fees before it was settled. I would guess the same situation is with this last creditor as well. Not that I am going to try to borrow money etc., anytime soon, but up until about a year ago, when I signed up with this service my credit score, in 40 years' time, had never went below 678, now it is 458. Very disheartening since I have worked all my life to have a good score and now when I actually might need it - it is crap.

I can't wait to get out of this program!!! They take way too much profit from my debt and realized it has not been worth it. This program only saved me a few bucks. Very disappointed. They take way too much money from people and were not clear from the beginning about their profit from the program.

So far, I would rate NDR 5 stars. They've been really easy to deal with and they seem to really care every time I call and talk with a representative. Their website is also very easy to navigate and access.

They are very helpful and are great with answering questions. I was unsure of what I wanted to do, but they helped me make up my mind. Just wish debt could be settled soon to begin payments. Hopefully it will help my future.

Pardon the pun, but it is truly a relief to see progress on all my debts happen so quickly, right from the start, and throughout the time I've been using NDR. I watched my credit score dip at first, as expected, but I just got an alert the other day that my credit score has now rebounded by a 41 point increase in just 30 days now that I've been in the program for not even 2 years yet.

On the whole, it has been a good experience. There are a couple of issues, however. Agents. I understand that they have been trained to take their time with the customers and engage in friendly conversation. This can be nice, but it's a pain if you are in a hurry and just want something quickly such as information, and especially so if you have to wait on hold for an available agent. Perhaps the agents could speed up the calls if others are waiting, and be more discerning on whether or not the customer wishes to chat.

I have to be honest, I was worried about working with this company. I'm a single mom with over $11,000 in credit card debt. This company's plan to help seemed too good to be true. I actually didn't really understand the process, partly thinking it was loan that would only be able to go to paying off my credit cards. They have settle credit card debt and helping on my auto repossession. Everything has went well. I would like to think that my auto debt will be taken care of as well. For the most part I am very satisfied with the program. There was a point in time that due to financial arrangements with one creditor I was asked to provide additional funds. I was only able to contribute a small amount more towards my monthly payments to NDR. I hope this cuts my commitment down but not sure. I was set up for 3 years to get all debts taken care of and I think I have 16 months left to go.

They worked with me on what was going on. They took care of one account and were starting on another when I had to cancel. Due to other accounts I did not have the funds to continue. I had to make a decision on how I was going to keep my home. So I had to file a Chapter 13. I will recommend them to all my friends 'cause they do a very good job.
