I had only good things to say about National Debt Relief. They had save so much money helping me consolidate all my debt. I feel so happy with all they been doing for me. I’ll recommend 200% this company.

I am very very pleased with the settlement agreements that the National Debt Relief (NDR) team have been achieving with my creditors. I had tried to negotiate with my creditors on my own and the creditors were unwilling to do anything to help me. The results that the NDR team are getting are nothing short of miraculous.

Garret really helped me out a lot. Words cant describe how much I'm greatly appreciated for him understanding my situation. Thank you very much for all the knowledge that I know now without having to file bankruptcy. Was looking into it but Garret and National Debt Relief helped me.

I had a very nice experience with the Debt Consultant. She was patient, nice, knew exactly what she was talking about, and sounded very experienced. I feel like I understand the process and procedures much better than I previously did. There is no doubt that this is the best Debt Relief company.

Everything was described to me in a way I could understand. Both parties were also patient and kind. I also received fast service when I called back with a question. I feel more relaxed knowing that I am not drowning anymore.

Taking the first step to get out of debt is hard. Hesitant to call but finally made the decision to inquire about the program. Customer service agent was very helpful and put me at ease about my financial situation. He took the time to let me know what options I could take to start the road to being debt free. After signing up with the program, he again took the time to let me know as to what I would expect in the days to come. I just called back to have my Welcome Call into the program. Customer service agent was again helpful and put me at ease. She then took her time as to what I would expect going forward. This was the best decision I've made.

Updated on 10/19/2018: We were in debt quite a little bit and couldn’t get anywhere with the bills because 90% of the monthly payment would go to paying interest. But we've already gotten a couple of them paid off of our bills with National Debt Relief's program. We got our bills down manageable, so we can make our payments and don’t have to keep going in debt by borrowing and borrowing and borrowing. I pay NDR a little over $600 every month. We're able to make the payment and still have over $1,000 left for each month. NDR's customer service was very professional and I recommend them to any of my friends that might need them. It was a big relief trying to find a way out without having to file for bankruptcy.

My experience has been good so far. I've recommended them to two people. The concern from the people I have talked to seems sincere and have a good response. I hope to get out of my present situation as soon as possible, and it seems like National Debt Relief is the way to go.

Felt comfortable, all my questions got answered, not sure if this is for me but may as well give it a shot. I have heard some good things about the company and nothing negative. I'm in a position where I truly need help and this should do it.

I was so overwhelmed and avoiding dealing with my ever drowning debt, I finally gained the courage to push through my fear and finally contacted Lawrence ** back about my debt. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered questions quickly and understood my concerns with joining the program. Process was relatively easy and very efficient. If they hadn't called us right away after networking probably would have not further pursued. Representatives - knowledgeable, personable however, ALL have spoken too fast, difficult to understand at times, background noise challenging. All did "slow down" when asked. Kim ** was knowledgeable in identifying what our best options were. Overall a good experience thus far.

The phone calls were extremely easy and straightforward. Never once did I feel as if I was being judged for the debt that I had and was given nothing but positive feedback and encouraging words. I received an email explaining the accounts that had been settled and how they were going to be paid. I had been a little nervous that they were taking my money every month and had not seen anything come of it. I was pleasantly surprised by the email. I called the customer service just to double check my account was correct when I noticed my balance at Zero. It's alarming at first but after speaking to Christal. She helped me understand how the funds are taken out of the balance to pay the fees and resolved debt. Working with National Debt Relief is better than paying all the interest on my debt and trying to rob Peter to pay Paul to get all the different payments made. During the enrollment, they emailed me paperwork and I filled it out and emailed it back. They told me they needed me to pay a certain amount and asked what days I could pay it on. And I pay them twice a month. I've been with NDR for a year now, and they email me when I reach a settlement and I let them know if I agree with it. The payments are a little rough but they are better than the debt I had. Lower payments could be better but I can understand that they’re trying to get settlements down in a certain amount of time, too.

When I did my research, National Debt Relief had great reviews. So, my initial call was very positive. My experience has been positive, and their response time and follow-up have been good. They are very pleasant people and they explain things logically. I am still in the program -- I have a little bit left. They withdraw bi-weekly amount. If I have a question, I call and vice versa. I'd recommend them.

I was having trouble with my payments. I found National Debt Relief online and I called them. They gave me some suggestions, then I made a contract with them. The enrollment process was perfect and everything was very friendly to understand. I was also impressed that they knew what they were doing. They told me that they found a solution for my account, explained the process to me, and worked with me all the way. They gave me a solution and an option and tried to set up the payments for less than four years. I agreed with that since I wanted to be relieved of those debts. Their customer support has been excellent, too, and I feel good about the cost of their service. It has been really fair.

My customer service so far in the process has been excellent! Both Michael ** who enrolled me and Simon (did not catch the last name) who did my welcome call were excellent (professional, efficient and well informed) and I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to others.

Everything is progressing as we were told it would. The debt is being negotiated and settled and we're very happy with the results so far. The process has a LOT of paperwork and agreements but it's relatively simple after everything is put in place.

I like it when I get an email and an offer has been made and that lets me know that things are happening and love to see bills paid off. Hate getting calls and letters but that has improved over time. Would like to see bills get cleared or offers made a little faster, but I like this company so far.

The initial phone call I received was incredible. I slept like a baby that night! The welcome call after the papers were all signed was a little hard to understand, but the welcome packet that was e-mailed afterward went in depth about the questions I had! When I realized I couldn’t get access to my older contact info, the crew was very polite and helpful when updating. I had many questions in regards to this first settlement and I was helped and given further info on the others. So far my experience has been amazing. My original consultant assured me that I was doing the right thing and admired me for getting help and that y’all would take care of the rest. I had excess debt so I got on the program of National Debt Relief. But after going through their program for a year, I'm still no better than I was a year ago, so I've discontinued with the program and I'm filing for bankruptcy. The enrollment process was lengthy and I satisfied just one of my accounts within the year that I was on their program. They had set up payment once a month for an agreed amount. But after they got one account settled and they were serving my other accounts, all of a sudden they said that I wasn’t putting enough money in and I had to put in more money, and that was one of the reasons why I stopped. Also, the service cost more than what I was satisfied with. I'd tell a friend or family member not to do the program with National Debt Relief.

I liked National Debt Relief from the get-go. They were straight up with what they wanted to say. I signed up with them and I’m still on the program right now but I'm almost done with it. My negotiators have been really good and they answered my questions. The only thing is if I miss a payment, they shouldn’t try to push for it.

We went through everything, then they sent me an email and I signed up. It took 24 hours to get the approval. The negotiators are doing their job. I can call them all, and they normally call me with a settlement, and they email me. They are helping me work down some of my debts like getting it and making settlements so that I can pay less. The cost is also good for the quality of service I get. I still have another year, but my credit score is already going up. They are a good company.
