Program works as explained as long as you continue to fund as set up. Always helpful, understanding and willing to go over my account when I call them. It is a great way to become debt free as long as you commit to it.

They have settled one debt for me in 4 months. However, I just recently lost my job (just what I needed when I was already struggling) and had to stop making payments because I'm only collecting $275 a month for unemployment and no other benefits. They have been understanding so far. It's been almost 2 months and I'm hoping to start working again soon.

It's been 4 months since I have enrolled in the program yet I already have 2 creditors that have been resolved. The best part of all is that I am paying this creditors almost 80% off the original credit balance I have. Money is always an issue... I, myself is unemployed, broke and scared to answer the phone because debt collectors kept calling and you have no money to pay them one by one. So far my experience with NDR has been very good. Just so happens that I come up with one I was asked if I would pay an extra amount to accept an offer that was on the table for one of my creditors. I could not afford to do that. NDR went back to the creditor unresolved in my favor to pay it down. Highly recommend them.

So far so good. I have been enrolled for 4 months and my second account was just settled this week!!! I wish the creditors would stop calling me even though I changed my contact information over to NDR as directed. You are given a lot of information at enrollment and that can be overwhelming.

Two years ago my life changed drastically from a divorce that I did not expect the same week having lost my job not because of performance I might add. Left me still today financially unable to survive. I am on my way to recovery because of the caring staff.

Very upset that the customer fee for resolving a debt was the majority of monies deposited to resolve debt. Could not find anything in info sent to me stating it would cost me 23% in customer fees (I assume this is 23% of that particular debt). I am sinking as I type this, but decided to wait and see if this will work for me. Obviously you can't resolve any more debts until monies are built back up.

I am NOT impressed with NDR. I feel that all they want is their money (commission) and every time I had called about a new offer they told me I always had to pay more (due to NDR collecting their fees). They are unfriendly and I feel like they are not helpful. I'll NEVER go back to NDR.

Haven't had any dealings with the program other than paying for it. Seems like they should at least be keeping me up to date on what is transpiring, like if the Power of Attorney letters were sent to my creditors but I have heard nothing.

The person that was helping me was rude I felt. I told him my issue and he act like he really couldn't help me. I was not please at all with the phone call that I had. I had to explain myself too many times for him to understand the meaning of my call. It should have not took as long as it did.

At the beginning they were patient when they were filling out the forms. They are doing a great job and handle every question with ease. I like the fact that the payments are automatically deducted. It has been great experience and I am glad that I do not have to go through bankruptcy.

I enrolled some months ago and made a $20,000 deposit in order to expedite the process. Initially, I was thrilled with both the results and customer service. However, there are two accounts outstanding that should have been resolved months ago and for some reason, are stagnant. I am unable to get an explanation of this delay nor an updated status. I am considering canceling the balance of the program if I don't get some satisfaction immediately.

I signed on for $16k in debt to be paid off in 31 months. After only 6 months of on-time payments, NDR has settled 3 of my 4 creditors saving me almost $5200 in comparison to me paying my debt off alone. That is in addition to saving me interest charges. I always receive fast responses when submitting questions or calling the hotline. The customer support is wonderful. Choosing NDR is smart for debt relief.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been fine. They do help with getting settlements as promised. The drawback is they are not there for you when you get summoned to go to court. They charge you to write up a response to the subpoena which never helped me in my two times taken to court. But it did cause them to call the companies and come to a settlement agreement faster.

It has been a good experience, because they all work with the client AND creditors. Especially the clients. They considered my economic problems and helped by my paying less. They have really helped me. The only problem is I do not have good credit!

I have made two deposits to my account with no confirmation that the monies are there. As well I was told I would receive a confirmation via email and I have no idea what is going on; other than my accounts are calling 6 to 7 times a day harassing me. I should have researched this more before making this decision.

It's frustrating trying to get a hold of someone who can actually answer my questions. I didn't get a straight answer to multiple things. I got a few different answers a few times. Five years ago my debt was easily manageable and I was not too worried. Then in one year all my Debts interest was arbitrarily raised. My cards that were around 6-9% were suddenly in the 25%+ range and I had no way to meet the minimum payments. I was falling behind with no real way to fix it. After a little research, I found National Debt Relief and called them, on Christmas. They walked me through the process of getting them on board to manage this and have them work with my creditors. As of this year, again on Christmas, I am now debt free and am able to breathe again.

I don't appreciate the service I get when I call, they seem to be rude. My payment is way too high each month, and the last 3 months I had to call in order to lower my payment so I could survive the months and pay my other bills. I guess I need to do that again.

I feel that for my credit card debt NDR has been sufficient. However, when I set up the account I had 2 personal loans that I was reluctant to include but after a lot of encouraging from the person who set me up with NDR, I did include those loans. Since then I have had civil action brought against me with both of the personal loans and when NDR reached a "settlement" with them it was several hundred dollars over the initial debt. AND when I spoke to the creditors myself it turns out that the "settlement" was for more than they were asking as well.

Your underwriter Mona ** was not very pleasant to speak with regarding my case. Most of your representatives are nice and very helpful and accommodating. But not her. Mona is abrupt and rude to speak to with. Mona needs to learn how to be cordial and friendly on the phone.

It has been OK. I have been having to monitor closely, things not being reported as well as putting extra funds in account so there is no overdraw in my Global. Be glad when done with program. I feel I am having to do their job. They seem to be not calculating and including cost of fees being taken from account every transaction and bank fees which has several times made account short if I would not have put extra money in account. And when I started I gave them a list and then they dug into past 7 years trying to put those items in the pot without my consent. Those were accounts charged off from previous divorce and were well past 10 years old so wasn't happy they did that.

Poor housing choices left me with over $50k in debt. I was scared of doing this online in the beginning but National Debt did help me get through it. What I really like is that I have learned discipline. $950 a month from my income for almost 4 years. I am almost debt free. Since I now know I can do it I will have at least $500 a month going into savings for the rest of my life. My only complaint is they never really informed me that I was done. They still have my account open as far as I know. It would be nice to get some closure from them so I could pin it on a wall.
