I was having a hard time keeping up with all my bills. I was not behind, but I felt like I was drowning in debt. I have one year left of a 3-year program. NDR has handled everything so professionally. I have had minimal if any phone calls from debt collectors. I am able to log into my bank account that they set up for you for this purpose and see the progress on my settled accounts. NDR is great if you need this type of service.

I am NOT impressed with NDR. I feel that all they want is their money (commission) and every time I had called about a new offer they told me I always had to pay more (due to NDR collecting their fees). They are unfriendly and I feel like they are not helpful. I'll NEVER go back to NDR.

Haven't had any dealings with the program other than paying for it. Seems like they should at least be keeping me up to date on what is transpiring, like if the Power of Attorney letters were sent to my creditors but I have heard nothing.

The person that was helping me was rude I felt. I told him my issue and he act like he really couldn't help me. I was not please at all with the phone call that I had. I had to explain myself too many times for him to understand the meaning of my call. It should have not took as long as it did.

At the beginning they were patient when they were filling out the forms. They are doing a great job and handle every question with ease. I like the fact that the payments are automatically deducted. It has been great experience and I am glad that I do not have to go through bankruptcy.

I enrolled some months ago and made a $20,000 deposit in order to expedite the process. Initially, I was thrilled with both the results and customer service. However, there are two accounts outstanding that should have been resolved months ago and for some reason, are stagnant. I am unable to get an explanation of this delay nor an updated status. I am considering canceling the balance of the program if I don't get some satisfaction immediately.

I signed on for $16k in debt to be paid off in 31 months. After only 6 months of on-time payments, NDR has settled 3 of my 4 creditors saving me almost $5200 in comparison to me paying my debt off alone. That is in addition to saving me interest charges. I always receive fast responses when submitting questions or calling the hotline. The customer support is wonderful. Choosing NDR is smart for debt relief.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been fine. They do help with getting settlements as promised. The drawback is they are not there for you when you get summoned to go to court. They charge you to write up a response to the subpoena which never helped me in my two times taken to court. But it did cause them to call the companies and come to a settlement agreement faster.

I have made two deposits to my account with no confirmation that the monies are there. As well I was told I would receive a confirmation via email and I have no idea what is going on; other than my accounts are calling 6 to 7 times a day harassing me. I was not informed that I was going to have to pay taxes on the agreed payoff. After that and your 25% fee actually cost me more money and changed my Credit from Above average to horrible. This was a very expensive and costly lesson to learn.

I stay confused on this deal 24/7. First I was called by a very happy and anxious lady that told me a creditor had settled an account for $797.33 and then find out it was $800 and some. I'm just not sure about this and losing faith in the whole thing.

It's frustrating trying to get a hold of someone who can actually answer my questions. I didn't get a straight answer to multiple things. I got a few different answers a few times. I'm just not fully satisfied with the experience. If it's your business/enterprise/company you should be able to answer questions directly.

I was told I wouldn't get sued. Second person being paid off sued me. I have asked too many times to get in writing that it has been paid off from each client. Nothing. It got paid off so done is done. Very much a sales crew in beginning with hard sales. Thanks.

My only negative disposition occurred when I called to re-add a debt I wanted to handle on my own. The response was unpleasant. Five years ago my debt was easily manageable and I was not too worried. Then in one year all my Debts interest was arbitrarily raised. My cards that were around 6-9% were suddenly in the 25%+ range and I had no way to meet the minimum payments. I was falling behind with no real way to fix it. After a little research, I found National Debt Relief and called them, on Christmas. They walked me through the process of getting them on board to manage this and have them work with my creditors. As of this year, again on Christmas, I am now debt free and am able to breathe again.

I don't appreciate the service I get when I call, they seem to be rude. My payment is way too high each month, and the last 3 months I had to call in order to lower my payment so I could survive the months and pay my other bills. I guess I need to do that again.

I feel that for my credit card debt NDR has been sufficient. However, when I set up the account I had 2 personal loans that I was reluctant to include but after a lot of encouraging from the person who set me up with NDR, I did include those loans. Since then I have had civil action brought against me with both of the personal loans and when NDR reached a "settlement" with them it was several hundred dollars over the initial debt. AND when I spoke to the creditors myself it turns out that the "settlement" was for more than they were asking as well.

I was nervous coming in, but I am comforted now. I was very skeptical, didn't know if I could trust anyone with this huge responsibility. Now the score is, 1 down, 4 to go! So far, so good. Quality Customer Service. All bases are covered. Evidence shows that National Debt is doing a great job.

Your underwriter Mona ** was not very pleasant to speak with regarding my case. Most of your representatives are nice and very helpful and accommodating. But not her. Mona is abrupt and rude to speak to with. Mona needs to learn how to be cordial and friendly on the phone.

They were very quick to answer any questions. They also been resolving debt within 6 months. During this time, I was able to talk with someone that explained how to stop collector calls, which saved me a lot of stress.

It has been OK. I have been having to monitor closely, things not being reported as well as putting extra funds in account so there is no overdraw in my Global. Be glad when done with program. I feel I am having to do their job. They seem to be not calculating and including cost of fees being taken from account every transaction and bank fees which has several times made account short if I would not have put extra money in account. And when I started I gave them a list and then they dug into past 7 years trying to put those items in the pot without my consent. Those were accounts charged off from previous divorce and were well past 10 years old so wasn't happy they did that.

Poor housing choices left me with over $50k in debt. I was scared of doing this online in the beginning but National Debt did help me get through it. What I really like is that I have learned discipline. $950 a month from my income for almost 4 years. I am almost debt free. Since I now know I can do it I will have at least $500 a month going into savings for the rest of my life. My only complaint is they never really informed me that I was done. They still have my account open as far as I know. It would be nice to get some closure from them so I could pin it on a wall.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good and nice. We were getting in a hole with a lot of debt and we needed to get out. But as we're going through the program with NDR, the fact that they told us to make small payments on our credit cards made all of our credit cards delinquent. We did that for the amount of time they told us to and I found our credit now is horrible. We had an unexpected move come up, so getting a house and living have been horrible to go through because of our credit.

The experience was very awesome from the beginning but somehow I wish to be communicated with more frequently in terms of what's happening with my account. This is only problem I have an issue with so far. Overall the Customer Service from the initial stages made an impression on me.

Happy with the debt reductions but am not happy with how long the process is and how badly it hurts your credit. Also all the fees you pay you would have been better off to try and negotiate with your creditors yourself. The program lasts for 3 years at the least. Then after those three years you can try to rebuild your credit score. If I had to do it again I would not have signed up for this.

Currently we have been making payments for a year into the Global Solutions account. We have had 1 creditor that has come to an agreement for payments. I am unaware of how many creditors are still trying to be paid and where we are with moving forward. Who has been contacted? Who is working on getting an agreement? Where do we stand right now with our credit. Our credit scores didn't take "a little hit". It was significant and we couldn't co-sign for a student loan for our daughter. Originally I signed up for this service under the impression that I would save money and was paying a monthly service to NDR for services rendered. Now I am finding out they take a significant portion of my money as a negotiation fee. I am paying them almost $4000 to satisfy just over $10k in debt. Never. Again. I am finishing my current repayment agreement, as that negotiation fee has already been taken from my account, and not signing another, not enrolling any additional debt. I can and will correct my debt and credit on my own.

Well I find it strange your statement says I recently joined. I joined almost 3 years ago. Everything has gone along Great until about 2 1/2 months ago. I made a 3k deposit to get this completely finished and Know with only Two accounts left, you seem to have dropped the ball and are doing nothing to get the last to negotiated.

I'm a first time user for this program. I will say, “Do they resolve debt, yes." Communication could be a lot better. No one can ever tell you exactly what's going on. I've sent multiple emails with a generic response and no follow or email back. Also when calling in I have to repeat the same information 5 or more times to just get to the person that can help me. The employees seem to know what they're talking about but if you're looking for a program that keeps you in the loop with updates look elsewhere. When an account is settled they will call you to see if it's something you're interested in but other than that, that's all the communication you should expect to receive. The original person you talk to to set up the account will be the first and only time you all talk. They are quick to respond be when something is needed in regards to processes to follow.

Signed up on 4-15-17. Although NDR has been VERY prompt in taking my payments, I've seen ZERO activity indicating anything has been resolved. I enrolled with NDR in March of 2016. In a little over a year they have settled four creditors. They have always been willing to work with me to enable the settlements. A couple of times I was served with papers. Because I had also signed up with GITMO (the NDR lawyers) everything was taken care of and I never had to go to court. I was very grateful for their help. I would highly recommend to anyone who signs on with NDR to add on the lawyers. The nominal extra charge has been worth it!

It has been 2 plus years since I have been enrolled in NDR. I have been nothing less than COMPLETELY satisfied. The only thing I recommend is for NDR to immediately notify the creditors via a letter that they are working on behalf of the client. So far I am pleased. I was super happy to enroll with National Debt Relief, as it seemed that this was the answer to my debt prayers. They stated that they could help me, however, I've been on the program for a little over three months and have only had one debt resolved in which National Debt Relief made almost $800.00. I receive debt collection calls almost every hour, sometimes more even on Sundays. I keep contacting NDR to see how negotiations are going, but the answers I get are the ones they send you in the booklet. I'm not expecting a miracle, but I thought for sure most of my credit cards would have accepted some type of payment by now. NDR makes 21% off of your reported debt, so I would think that I'd see more effort. Thus far, I've heard nothing and I'm wondering if I made an awful mistake. Now I'm in too deep and bankruptcy would be the only solution, which I was trying to avoid.

I really didn't have that much debt, but I had too many companies to pay off that went beyond my budget. Every time I got a letter or phone call from someone, I would send NDR the phone number or copy of the letter and they would be the buffer in between.

Due to an unscrupulous bookkeeper taking out several credit cards in my husband’s name without his permission, he was extremely in debt when we were married and we weren't aware of it. Yes, NDR has helped me pay off my revolving debt, has saved me money in the process, but I wish the representative I signed up with would've given it to me straight. I was told 2 1/2 years and my debt would be paid off, when it will more likely be over 3 years. Also I wasn't told that you would be asked to give more money than the monthly amount you agreed to. I guess at least those debts will be paid.

Once they got info I was never updated. Debt companies calling but I was told not to answer calls from them. I still do not know what the next step is. I just know money is taken out of my checking account. I don't know even know if creditors accepted National Debt Relief offers.
