The service and experience has been great. Would recommend to anyone. Using National Debt Relief has been a blessing and has eased my mind. They have made my debt manageable with a monthly payment I can afford. The smartest decision I could have made.

There are WAY too many fees. If it were not for the fees, I would have more money in my account to pay bills. My experience has been satisfying especially since I am deaf. I love the convenience of getting an option via email that allows me to say yes or no for a settlement offer without having to use a telephone.

I've been using the program for a little over a year, so far it's working. I'm on account 3 of 5. They are settling at 50% or more!! It's amazing!! My only complaint is when they get a new settlement and want more money. I've had to come up with $400 before or lose the offer, but I have also learned they will do what they can to make it work. Even changing their fees around. I feel they are truly working with you. They have my full confidence, can't wait to have it all paid and clear!

I have seen debt reductions. My credit report indicated positive reporting which allowed me to receive housing. If you pay, you will see great positive changes which will allow you to do more when credit is involved. Great service to those in bad debt, trying to get out.

The customer representative was considerate, thorough, and empathetic to my situation. She answered all of my questions and reviewed the offer to make sure I understood all of the aspects of the terms. I was informed that the team is working with the remaining companies to get the best deal.

I had my reservations at first about trusting a company with my debt, but I am so glad that I took the leap of faith! I cannot recommend National Debt Relief enough! They have taken the stress out of my life! They handle everything, and I do mean everything! We actually had one of our creditors sue us and serve us papers. I started with NDR in December and had 12 accounts. I now have 5 that are still to be unresolved. Overall I am content with the program, but concerned about the last five remaining. I don't feel that the customer service agents are very informed and feel that while initially things seemed to be moving along, it has come to a halt. CSR used to contact me within the two day timeframe when I send an email, but now I find myself having to call back to get someone to talk to and usually no one can tell me anything about my account that I don't already see online. The negotiators seem to have all the answers, yet I cannot speak with them.

I was very happy that anyone I talked to was very helpful and the debt specialist I had was very nice. This process was overwhelming to me and he made me less anxious and at ease. It was much appreciated.

You ask for my experience with National Debt Relief/Global Client Solutions LLC, and so far I have no experience other than paperwork and global client solutions drafting my bank account monthly without fail. That is the only communication between me and any of your company's. All three of the credit card company's continue calling me relentlessly, so evidently your company's have not done anything other than charge me. I would appreciate receiving something in writing telling me something. Do not call me because I am dodging all out-of-state calls and calls that do not show who the caller is.

Since calling NDR we have had 2 bills paid or being paid. This is just great news. To get out of our debt problem with your help is outstanding. Both of us are greatly satisfied with this service. I have recommended you to other friends.

I've been a client of NDR for just a few months but already some of my debt (credit card accounts) are being settled. The process is easy. The counselors are professional, courteous & friendly. Medical debt forced me to over extend on other credits cards but they never judge. My creditors refused to work with me & so I was getting nowhere. It is very comforting to have help. If you are experiencing stress & worrying about what to do, I recommend National Debt Relief. The only drawback I've experienced is when returning calls I've had to going through a small wait time getting to a counselor. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I am only 8 months into a 36-month process so I cannot report results yet. I can, however, state that every interaction I've had with NDR has been very professional. Good customer service however they take a long time to settle accounts. Most small accounts settled quickly, however, a year in to this we feel a bit forgotten. They do work well with us though. We recommend this as an alternative to bankruptcy.

It would make it a lot simpler if I could speak to the same person each time I call. When calling you speak with a different person and get different answers a lot of the time. That makes the process very confusing sometime. I've been very satisfied of the way my accounts have been handled.

A great experience. Handled rather quickly and great communication. All debts settled within 7 months with the help of Liberty Lending. I'd recommend NDR if you want to avoid bankruptcy. My total debt was cut in half. Will take a little longer to pay off altogether with the lending company but worth it overall.

I am happy with service from National Debt Relief. The only thing I have a problem understanding is, I pay $255.50 every 2 weeks including fees. And I called you for help because we are having problems paying our bills (Things are tight). So when I get a call saying you have reached a settlement for one of our accounts but need another $800, where do you think we are going to get that kind of money.

When I called National Debt Relief, I was desperate. My finances had been out of control for decades, and I had been trying to get by, largely by paying minimums on my credit cards. I researched debt-relief companies, and National Debt Relief had the best reviews and most reasonable terms. It took year and a half, but now I can say, "I am debt free!"

I feel that I was ripped off and paid too much. I paid to attend court sessions that the lawyers stated I didn't need. I could have prepared my own answers. And the percentages that they charge to pay off the creditors were way too expensive. I wish I knew better, otherwise I would have settled on my own. My credit score is so low. The time it takes to reach "agreements" with debtors is lacking, there's several accounts still floating out there damaging credit reports even more playing the waiting game. We were really hoping to have a lot more settlements taken care of that has happened so far.

We have only been with them a couple of months so far their customer service has been great. But I would prefer to review towards the end of the experience. I just don't think I have a good idea of how everything will go yet. A friend of mine had a great experience so we are hoping to also.

When we first started working with National Debt Relief, they told us that they could get us out of debt within three years. I believe they may do that two years. So far, National Debt Relief has settled all of our accounts except for one. They were for the most part settled for around 40% to 50% of the original account balances. They have done an amazing job for us, thus far.

Everything went smoothly and quicker than expected. The only thing I would change is there could have been more of an explanation on some of the forms that were sent. I would go through this again if needed. The initial setup was super easy and the guy that helped was very professional and was not pushy about getting me signed up.

They have been very helpful in getting the bills I submitted to be lowered. Also working within my budget so payment more than I could afford. Statement of payment made and balances on pending agreement are easy to find. Also able to stop phone call from the high-interest loans that put in a bad financial shape. Was even able to change payment days when I let know in advance.

Overall, I think the concept is a great idea. I prefer the lower payments. I understand the reasoning behind your process, but when I have called in to ask questions I feel as though I was mislead originally. The fees associated with settling an account are very high, so it takes the consumer quite a bit of time to pay off the debt. Who's to say your bargaining power is going to be able to persuade them not to sue you? I just feel some portions are still risky and I'm only about 8 months into the program. I still have 12/14 debts that need to be settled... I have a long way to go and am afraid they will not wait.

I am overwhelmed with the amount of phone call I receive each day. I am busy and I don't have time to reach out to each of these people. I assumed you would be calling them and working out the arrangements by now. I am getting at least 15 phone calls a day and every time I block it they use another one. I am not happy with this process thus far. If I have to do the legwork in contacting them why are you guys here?

While I am happy that my debt is being paid off, I only wish the fees can be taken out after the debts have been paid off. I cannot have another debt paid off until my account goes through 6 months of fees. As a customer in good standing surely this should not be the case.

Very informative, great communication skills, and representatives answer questions by taking their time and making sure the customer understands in detail. Help is always provided when needed. The representatives work with the auctioneers to make sure they can make the payments and will change payment plans regarding on how much the individual is able to afford.

It's difficult to rate because I haven't had your program interact with any of my creditors and it's a little stressful at this point because I wasn't aware that you would wait to contact them. I've done everything asked on my part but credits are refusing the change of address and are mentioning lawyers. I hope this situation improves but it's not too assuring at this moment.

The intake was great, Jessica was very helpful. I emailed 7/7/17 to change my payment information and it wasn't changed. I changed banks as suggested and now the payment is trying to go through the old bank. I asked to stop that payment and change the bank info but it can't be done? Why? So now if it goes through there is going to be a fee and I will have to pay more at the old bank. I sent the information on the 7th so this wouldn't happen.

I’ve been in the program for four months and the process is going to take 24 to 48 months. I deposit what I need to which is $347 a month. I don't know if this is good or bad. I enrolled in the beginning of May 1917. As far as I know nothing has happened. I am still getting phone calls and letters from my debtors. I tell them to contact National Debt and still they call at night on Sundays. So, I do not know if this program is helpful or not...

A company, T.J. Maxx. Calls me every day and said they will send me collections if I don't make a payment. I think you guys should deal with them as soon as possible because they bother me. NDR staff have been very nice and helped me manage my debt in less than three years. When I came to them, it seemed hopeless and as we proceeded there were a couple of times I could not accept the settlement offers from my creditors and twice I was served with legal papers but NDR assured me that it would all be fine and eventually it was and they kept me from getting sued. The only issue I did have was they kept calling even when the offer was turned down because I didn't have the funds to accept it. Better communication between departments might solve that issue. It wasn't so bad being called but it takes a lot of question and answers to find out that it was the same offer being talked about. Minor detail. Everything else has been wonderful and I am now 90% debt free.

Overall a great experience with your company. Thanks for everything you do to help. Every time I have a question you're always there to give me the right answer. Looking forward to finish my program and be out of debt for 1st time in many years.

I only have one complaint. The monthly statements from Client Solutions is very hard to read and figure out the balance of my account. Other than that, I am very satisfied. The descriptions could be more detailed. It was very hard to tell what the transactions were for. Just need more detail.

I am already sleeping better. Everyone has been very helpful and answered all of my questions. Alana especially made me feel like we were not failures from the get go. But it will be weird to default on payments because so far we have not missed any.

My financial obligations was more than I was bringing in and I was overwhelmed with bills. I went with National Debt Relief and working with them makes me feel positive towards getting all my debts paid up. When they’re ready to set up a payment arrangement with one of the creditors they’ll email me to let me know what’s going on and if I approve of it, and then I do. But one thing I need to find out is why they’re not going in to clean up the credit stuff. They claimed they’ll do that so I would like that to happen. I realized the other day when I went in and a lot of the things that were paid off are still on my credit report. Also, they should contact or send in an issue letter to all the creditors on the list to let the creditors know that they’re handling the case and that they'll follow up. That way, the creditors won't put me in the credit bureau as delinquent payments. Other than that, it's been a positive experience.

National Debt Relief is wonderful and recommended. I turned $70,000 cards and credit lines debt over to them and in 4 months so far they have negotiated away $7,000, and as I make fixed $945 monthly payments all debt will be gone in 48 months.

My experience was pleasant and reassuring that I was headed the right direction. I trust NDR to be fair and to have my back while I work to reestablish financial stability after hardship. The representative was polite, patient and very thorough.

Two out of eleven have now been resolved. That's great. I'm hoping as time goes along our credit scores will improve. The nasty phone calls from creditors has stopped. The person that helped us start everything was so nice, thorough and reassuring. We've been constantly helped the entire time we've been on the program, regularly contacted every step of the way and in between for check-ins to see how we're doing and if we have any new questions. The program is fantastic and immediately saved us over 200$ a month in payments we would have made to credit card companies. So far we've paid off two cards, one of which alone would've taken us at least 5-8 years to pay off if we were lucky. That bill is gone now and it's great.
