Friendly, quick service in planning a debt free life. It took less than an hour to set up a plan to resolve and eliminate my debt for good. All staff was very friendly and helpful and not judgmental of any issues. It was easy and quick without any hassles.

When I entered the program I was told my debts would be paid off in 30 months, give or take a few months @ a certain rate. After being in the program for 1 yr, I was told they needed to add additional monthly cost from 100.00 to 250.00 per month & that I would now be in the program for 5 yrs total. They were sorry, nothing they could do about it

We are somewhat satisfied with how the program works. We do feel, however, that there were pertinent details that were not clearly shared with us upfront. This made us feel uncertain with our decision to remain in the program.

It is not difficult to get sucked into credit card offers and then find yourself in a debt with 24% of what you owe spinning out of control. National Debt Relief has with great competency reduced 1/3 of my debt and their lawyers keep up with any legal problems. They are continuing to settle my debt at a fraction of what was owed.

When you come to me with a offer to settle a account all I ask for is the truth... too much to ask. My faith in the company is unsure, I ask how much to settle you say 2084.00. I say does that include your fee you say yes then find out that's not true. Another 900.00 plus fee is added on. This is not what call right and trustworthy.

I have never worked with a more productive, and hard working business in my life. They have help me get my life in order financially. I'm so happy I chose this business to help me. It seems like they're pulling off miracles. Whatever they're doing for me, I love and appreciate them all. Thank you very sincerely.

I worked with National Debt Relief to finally get rid of over $40K in credit card debt and they were great. I managed to pay it all off in 2 years at 75% what I owed. Now I am back on track and would recommend them to others. Only caveat is that your credit score does take a huge hit when you first start but mine has quickly come back up now that I am done with the program, and I am doing better than I was before entering into the program.

The associate I worked with were Very helpful and professional. Any questions I may have had someone was willing to help. Overall a great experience. I couldn't thank y'all enough for all of assistance, time and efforts to help me during this challenging time in my life.

My experience has been a positive one thus far, the company has done what they stated they would do for me and I am satisfied. I would recommend them to a friend/relative, etc. My credit seems to be improving, they are responsive with my inquiries.

My experience was very informative with the gentleman I spoke to. I had questions on my status and the harassing phone calls from certain collectors. He told me exactly what is being done and what to do if I get letters or emails from those people. I give this 2 thumbs up on customer service.

So far I haven't had any problems. Easy to start program and friendly helpful staff. Easy to understand welcome packet. Easy process setting up account. No upfront fees. The entire process has been very smooth, clear and concise. Would recommend.

When I first engaged NDR, I was told a monthly payment over 48 months that may change slightly +/- depending on the settlement. The amount of 675 monthly was doable. The first 2 that was settle because they made such a short term for payment made my payment go to 734 monthly and I made it clear it can't be more. It appears this has not allowed NDR to further negotiate with the other creditors and has made this a stressful situation as TD Bank is looking to serve me for that debt which is the stress I wanted to avoid, not to mention the other 3 credit card companies still not negotiated.

My experience has been excellent. All question answered and never any problems we calling. The update emails are nice and easy getting things paid off. They explain everything very well so you can understand it all and they send you a copy of everything.

You were very patient with me. Have gotten excellent reductions from my creditors. Have been most satisfied. I plan to continue to work with you until my creditors are paid in full. I normally don't talk to friends about my finances. If asked I would recommend you.

National Debt Relief has been extremely helpful in eliminating my debt! They are extremely responsive and follow up with answers to any questions I might have. The initial process of getting set up was easy and quick. It is a sigh of relief to know that I am financially getting back on track!

When I join National Debt Relief my wife had just lost her job. I had to take a small cut in pay in order to keep the business going. I heard a commercial on the radio and decided to give them a call. They listen to my concerns and what was going on with my situation. They put together a plan and it has been working quite well for the last 3 years. The only thing I believe that needs work is the fact that if you pay extra in they cannot tell you when you will be finished with your plan because it should be at an earlier date. But other than that communication has been great and I would recommend these guys to anybody.

So far service is five star. I have not settled everything yet but so far it has been a pleasure. You have a great team of people that are willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers and making them smile.

Was not told about the 25% you all take when I signed up. Was only told about your monthly fees. The negotiations take too long, you can't speak to the negotiators, and you did not get me very good deals on the last three debts.

When I called the National Debt Relief number I spoke with someone who identified with me that I wanted to pay but couldn't with my new circumstances. With the rents being what they are in the SF Bay Area I needed to consolidate and pay an agreeable amount I could afford and they helped me achieve this goal!! I'm no longer charging but living below my means without stress.

My experience started with Mr. Yasha **. He was very patient with me. I am slow on phone. I had a huge amount of papers to sign and he helped me through it. He was so patient. I appreciated that so much. In a society where everything is moving fast we need patience. So far everyone has been very helpful.

I cannot thank National Debt Relief enough. I had gotten into financial trouble with credit lenders and it was bad. I was literally robbing Peter to pay Paul. $250 dollars a month more than I made. It added up quickly and then after missing some payments the interest rate went up, my bills were higher, my credit report started to drop and I was going to be bankrupt if I couldn't figure something out. Luckily I had a friend who did it and told me about it and now I'm on the road to financial freedom.

Not really helping. For example let's say I owe a debt collection of 3000 and ever since went to debt relief I owe 7000. And they finally got results and want me to pay 5000. What a awful result. Also even tho I had other collections 1 came in really fast to settle but now I have to repay the collection plus National Debt Relief. I thought I would just deal with one thing, one person, one service. For help not great at all.

I think the customer service is outstanding. Everyone puts your mind at ease when it becomes stressful. However, I was told when I joined the program it would take approximately 3 years to complete. Although, I made a few adjustments to my payment schedule in the beginning, which I was aware would add some time on at the end, I was thinking it would add on only a few months (per the math in my head). However, it seems now it is adding on a year or maybe even two more, when I should have been done much sooner. Not sure why this is, but it is disappointing. Other than that, it was nice to have them handle it for me since I am so busy.

National Debt Relief has addressed my concerns directly and worked to quickly remedy the credit gaps in my history. I am completely satisfied with their performance! I would most certainly recommend National Debt Relief to any and all of my friends!

Since I have enrolled in this program, my life is much better, I don't have the stress of trying to pay off high-interest credit cards. There is a monthly payment and that's it. I am really thankful that I enrolled in this program. The people who work for National Debt Relief have been very helpful and courteous.

My debt is being resolved but very slowly. I started in 2015 and it looks like things will be resolved by 2020. It also is costing more than anticipated. The end goal is resolved debt, which we are working toward... so at the end of the day it is a successful process.

I have been pleased with the way National Debt has handled my account and I’m almost free of debt now. I would have wished it to be faster but I was unable to add money extra in my account. I would suggest this program for anyone struggling with credit card debt.

So far so good. One of three credit cards down. Hopeful to have a resolution for the other two soon. Would love to be finished with the program within 12 months. The payments are tough but if I come out credit card free, I will be happy.

The service is great. I had a lot of questions that all were answered promptly. I averaged a savings of 60% from this service. This also taught me a very good lesson in not relying on credit cards. The only negative thing I can say is that the collection calls got old especially on Sunday morning.

They never call me about updates and 4 months later, the credit cards company still called me, not good experience sorry. At this time nobody called me from the company National Debt Relief...but they take my money from my account every month.

3 years of very doable payments. They were able to negotiate within the perimeters they set at the very beginning and no additional fees were required. The reason not five stars is because when they negotiated a fee they would call and email and if I did not respond in 2 hours and it was 4 hours they would say the negotiation was dismissed because we did not call back in a timely manner even though the email said 24 hours. I was reprimanded more than once for not taking their call immediately.

When the program was set up we were scheduled to finish in 3 years and finished a few months early. Which was wonderful. Now we are done and our credit scores are on the rise and with much less debt. Very easy to work with and always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

I came to these guys because I needed help with getting my finance situation straight. I was looking into getting a loan to consolidate debt and not pay as much interest as credit cards. National Debt Relief offered a program instead. The rep made this program sound like a really good alternative to a loan to consolidate debt. What they don't tell you is that the program doesn't start until you have made many payments. I was already struggling to make my payments on time and then they add another large monthly payment on top. I was never late to any payment until I signed up for this. Had I known it was going to take months of additional payments I would not have signed up.

I am satisfied with National Debt Relief on how they handle my case. I am inform that whenever I receive any letter or statement from creditors to fax them a copy and they will handle the rest. Any representative I talk to whenever I called made sure that all my question was answered according to my satisfaction. If any settlement from creditors was made they call and let me know. They update me on any changes that occur. With National Debt Relief they want to settle as quickly as possible, in my case I have one creditors left to settle out of five and I can't wait to be debt free. Thanks NDR with your program.

At this time they have accomplished 1 settlement... on top of that happening as fast as it did... just a slow process to reach my ultimate goal of relieving the current debt. Waiting for the next acceptance is a little frustrating.

As is usually the case when looking for help for a debt crisis, we came across National Debt Relief. From the very first contact with E.G. I felt relieved and in good hands. As we worked our way through the process and the months went by, NDR was extremely responsive to our every call and email. And when we encountered a debtor that wouldn't work with us, NDR was there to hold our hands through possible litigation. The only exception to this was at the very end, with the very last creditor, I felt like I had to prompt and get NDR moving to settle the last debt. But with that creditor, I'm told they're very demanding and what I perceived as "dragging their heels" was in fact, NDR's experience with them. We are now free and clear of all our debts and still NDR is working to ensure our credit report is as it should be. I would recommend NDR to anyone.

Relieve, that's exactly how I feel having these fine people working with myself to get debt free and having finished the program I can live my life without worry which is the way I use to feel before I found myself with too much debt and not being able to work anymore and ending up on fixed income.

I really never hear from this company, they take my money twice a month, but I have no idea where I stand now. I never get updates. Not sure if I would recommend this company. I think in the past two years they have reached out to me once and that was to ask if I could put more money in the account and I said no. Still don't know how many creditors have not been paid.

Has helped me out immensely. Keeps me updated on my accounts and runs all offers by me and I choose if I want to accept it or not. Also gets all the phone calls off your back. I will be free of this debt in less than three years!

Not happy. When I first started the agreement, the agent never said my payment would go up every time an offer comes in. He never mentioned this. So, I will be filing bankruptcy now, instead of this. Customers need to know exactly what the requirements are before they commit to this.

When I first signed up I was told my credit would take a small hit. It knocked over 200 points off. Nobody calls for updates, etc. I hear nothing like after July one more payment to have and then they're done. My credit is worse than they led me to believe it would be.

Harassing phone calls. I was told to tell all my debt personnel that I am with this company. I have been more harassed now than before. Also I don't know if anything has been paid. What am I supposed to do? I have been told that I am wasting my time with the whole thing. Help.

The only bad thing I can say is that NDR doesn't keep constant contact with the customer. I don't know what they have done if anything at all yet. But an update would be nice.

Very helpful. Answered all my questions and concern every time I call or email. Never had a problem. When confused they were there to answered my questions. Polite and patience even if I call them for the same concern they will repeat the answered. Never had a time when they never answered a concern I had regarding receiving a payment.

Although it brought my credit score way down, that's where it would've gone anyway if I hadn't got help from NDR. The monthly payment was manageable, and it only took 3 years, in which I only have 1 year to go. I'm already bringing my credit score back up, and qualify for a mortgage now. Thank you NDR!

There are WAY too many fees. If it were not for the fees, I would have more money in my account to pay bills. My experience has been satisfying especially since I am deaf. I started with NDR in December and had 12 accounts. I now have 5 that are still to be unresolved. Overall I am content with the program, but concerned about the last five remaining. I don't feel that the customer service agents are very informed and feel that while initially things seemed to be moving along, it has come to a halt. CSR used to contact me within the two day timeframe when I send an email, but now I find myself having to call back to get someone to talk to and usually no one can tell me anything about my account that I don't already see online. The negotiators seem to have all the answers, yet I cannot speak with them.

I was very happy that anyone I talked to was very helpful and the debt specialist I had was very nice. This process was overwhelming to me and he made me less anxious and at ease. It was much appreciated.

You ask for my experience with National Debt Relief/Global Client Solutions LLC, and so far I have no experience other than paperwork and global client solutions drafting my bank account monthly without fail. That is the only communication between me and any of your company's. All three of the credit card company's continue calling me relentlessly, so evidently your company's have not done anything other than charge me. I would appreciate receiving something in writing telling me something. Do not call me because I am dodging all out-of-state calls and calls that do not show who the caller is.

I've been a client of NDR for just a few months but already some of my debt (credit card accounts) are being settled. The process is easy. The counselors are professional, courteous & friendly. Medical debt forced me to over extend on other credits cards but they never judge. My creditors refused to work with me & so I was getting nowhere. It is very comforting to have help. If you are experiencing stress & worrying about what to do, I recommend National Debt Relief. The only drawback I've experienced is when returning calls I've had to going through a small wait time getting to a counselor. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I am only 8 months into a 36-month process so I cannot report results yet. I can, however, state that every interaction I've had with NDR has been very professional. Everything was laid out clearly and followed with an extensive packet of information regarding the program and specific instructions on dealing with credit card companies and collection agencies.

Good customer service however they take a long time to settle accounts. Most small accounts settled quickly, however, a year in to this we feel a bit forgotten. They do work well with us though. We recommend this as an alternative to bankruptcy.

The time it takes to reach "agreements" with debtors is lacking, there's several accounts still floating out there damaging credit reports even more playing the waiting game. We were really hoping to have a lot more settlements taken care of that has happened so far.
