Throughout all my dealings with National Debt Relief I have met with excellence. Information is open and always accessible. There is no question that is not met with consistent open information. All the Customer Service people have been informative and very respectful. By going to them I have admitted that I have a problem. Yet never has anyone ever made me feel bad. All attitudes are positive: “We’re working together to solve these problems.” Thank you for that. Your respect is a precious commodity to those of us already feeling bad. My thanks to all of you from the negotiators to the people we speak with. You are providing a very needed service. You obviously strive for excellence and you are meeting your goals. And I truly thank you.

I have only been a client of NDR for a little over 2 months and they have already resolved one of my creditors for around 50% of the balance I had owed. Not to mention all the interest it would have racked it. I am excited to see the process move forward and how it all turns out in the end. The customer service reps have been amazing each time I have reached out. Thank you so much!

I wanted to get squared away on everything. After checking the reviews of National Debt Relief, I decide to go with them. Their people were nice, friendly and helpful. They took over the account, did what they do, and tried to resettle. It’s pretty easy to get ahold of them for questions. However, it takes a while for them to talk to people and get things situated but it's fine with me. They’ve taken care of one account so far. It has been settled completely making life a little better. I would recommend National Debt Relief. If somebody else needs their services, NDR can do something for them.

Sought their help because I couldn’t keep up with the payments. NDR representatives were very nice and professional and have settled three of my accounts so far. They're very good but my payments are a little bit high. I’m hoping that maybe I could get them lower to make it more comfortable since they have settled some of the accounts. Other than that, National Debt Relief was great and I have no issues with them at all.

I had a lot of debt and I had been off of work for quite a few months due to a lot of medical issues. I needed help to get back on track financially. I've been working with National Debt Relief since October and the payments have been manageable. It's a little difficult because it is high end up, but I'm working around that. I've also sent them multiple emails and letters that I've received from credit card companies and they've responded back to me or contacted me by phone at least once a month to let me know of offers and that they're on it. They estimated it would take about 48 months to get everything settled.

I'm very satisfied so far at this point in the process. I am looking forward to getting a fresh start. It has been difficult not paying creditors when you are used to keeping everyone paid and happy. Then there's the flood of calls for payment. Some have eased up. But a few of the collection agencies are steadily calling every day.

We have had a great experience with each staff we have spoken to. They explain in great detail to our questions. When we had problems with debt collector the problem was handled promptly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with all the help given us.

The people at NDR, especially their management team, really care about customer satisfaction. I once had a slightly unsatisfactory experience and within just a few weeks was reached out to from the management staff who reviewed my call and did whatever it took to make the satisfaction right. I would recommend the NDR service to anyone I know. It has been quite the pleasure working with them.

I am happy with the experience that I have had with National Debt Relief. I do have a issue with how they contact you when there is a settlement to be negotiated. The last experience I had was not good. They did not give me the complete information on the fees that would be charged.

No problem. But it gets a little frustrating getting multiple repeat calls on the same issue, after it had been addressed. Also when you call in the length of time it takes to get to a customer service agent, to just have to repeat your information over. Thank you.

National Debt Relief is a fantastic organization. They are helping me get out of debt and fast. I was in over my head and they have helped me get back on track and get my debt taken care of for a low monthly payment! They make dealing with the debt easy and they are there for you every step of the way anyway you need them!!

This whole experience of overwhelming debt and feeling of hopelessness but National Debt has been so personable and "the light at the end of the tunnel". When we got the call that one of our creditors had settled it was a great feeling giving us hope and comfort knowing that we were on the path to being debt free.

The problem with payment was quickly resolved. I was confused about what happened but then after talking to them it was all resolved... They understood my concern and after explaining everything got straightened out.

Explained the process simply even I could understand. They addressed my legal issues (summons), I really needed help with all the legalese. Brokered payments to my creditors, to the satisfaction of both parties. They keep me advised of my progress, and I have access to my records. I would highly recommend this agency.

I started the program a long time ago. I needed help because I have too much debt I need to fix and I didn’t have the money to pay. I went with National Debt Relief and after trying their service, I liked it. They were able to answer all my questions and when I changed my schedule for the payment plan, they were able to fix it. They were able to fix a few of my debts. I know they are still trying to fight or settle the debts with a bigger amount and that’s probably why they haven’t fixed the other ones. None of my creditors have sent me a letter taking the debt out, which is weird, but I have checked and they’re not in my credit report anymore. National Debt Relief has done a great job.

When someone decides it is time to take control of their financial affairs and get a new start, it can be very scary. I found relief and peace in my life taking the first steps and trusting the National Debt Relief team. I have yet to have anything resolved because I am new in the program. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that they will be of great help in my financial affairs and helping me become debt free.

When I finally made my first phone call, they gave me hope. I was over 25K in debt due to medical expenses due to ObamaCare. I am one of the many middle class people slammed with outrageous medical insurance premiums. I work for a top 10 pharma and my insurance premiums went from $60 per month for a family of 4 to $650 per month. Also went from no deductible to $3500 deductible. When one child had appendicitis and another was hospitalized twice in one year, my financial situation was turned upside down. National Debt was able to help me see the light and was an ally for me.

I couldn't keep up with debt payments so I looked into relief help. Every time I talk to somebody at National Debt Relief, they're always very pleasant and they help me understand and always explain everything very well. But, I get around five calls a day from them whenever they've resolved a new debt. I'm still going through the process, but I've resolved two of my debts through them. The cost is good, but some of them are wanting a huge chunk on the first two or three months and then the last few months, but I can't give more than what my payment is. Other than that, working with NDR helps with keeping the debt collectors off my back and I don't feel stressed.

National Debt is a wonderful place that helps you solve your debt for half the money that you owe to your creditors. I started with them all in March 2017 and they have settled already four of my accounts. I don't bother them or call them. I let them do their work. Take my advice people, don't hassle them. They can only do what they can do. I like them because they have already settle debt that I had in the amount of 9,000 dollars already. This a great company???

They were very courteous and understanding and absolutely helpful! As much as I did not want to go this route, I finally ran out of options and had no other way out. I will be debt-free within 3.5 years and less if I contribute funds faster. Otherwise, would've taken me minimum 15 years to get back to the black.

I enthusiastically give NDR 5 stars because the service they provide is exactly as advertised, and genuinely saved me from an endless cycle of debt and shame. I have a small suggestion for improvement, but nothing that would keep me from recommending to a friend. The process is incredibly easy and they are always available on the phone. I had a couple of months where my auto-pay failed because I didn't have enough money in my account, and they don't charge a fee when that happens. You just reschedule and it's all good. They work the way you would hope they would: not like a predatory company that could easily take advantage of people who are having debt problems.

I have to say this company works fast and is on top of everything. I would recommend it to friends and family. The company is courteous to all your needs and they always keep you posted. I'm not really sure if it's going to be ok when I first got started. It sounded very helpful and Mr Devin ** was very polite and gave me a good understanding but I'm still feeling uncertain. I need more comfort on how this really works because I'm getting threatening calls.

I know it's a long process. I hope that NDR is reaching out to my creditors to let them know what's going on. Sometimes I just feel like I'm out The by myself and it's a bit scary to wonder if NDR is reaching out to them. I did receive one email from NDR saying that they would start payments when my account is built up.

NDR did a wonderful job of getting a settlement for a "difficult" credit card. They handled everything and got the debt settled. The law firm associated with NDR is amazing. They also got a settlement with another credit card company for about 1/3 of what my balance was. I was truly amazed when they told me the amount they settled for. I had to ask them several times to repeat the amount because it was so low. They are incredible!

One of my creditors took money from my bank account and it put me way over and I was charged over draft fees. When I called your company for help I was told they couldn't do any thing and I needed to deal with the bank. I tried to close the account and they said I have to pay back the money first. Your company didn't help me and now I don't know what to do. I don't have the money to pay back.

I have had great experience with National Debt Relief and the people have been very friendly and understanding and working on making sure my accounts are being taken care of. And I've settled with one account and the account was settled which was a great savings.

I am still getting bills from this company, saying that I still owe over $2,000.00. I faxed you a copy of the bill today that I received in the mail today. If this bill has been resolved, why am I still getting notices from them that I still owe them money?

Originally we were told it could take up to 6 months for negotiations to start going through, but within 1 month we already had 2 proposals from our creditors, and another 2 the following month. So far, very impressed with NDR and their promptness.

When we first started this they said that the monthly payments would run around $350 and there have been times when they run almost $700. We are on a tight budget and they ask if we can put extra money in but no way. Plus they do multiple withdrawals from bank. Why not just one for the month??

I understand your company is just trying to help, but I believe an email and an excessive amount of phone calls if that email is not answered within 5 minutes is a little much. Some of us work at 11 in the morning.

I am new to NDR and so far they have been wonderful to deal with. It's a process that requires patience since in the beginning. The response to my online inquiry was amazingly prompt, and the gentleman who assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient and informative with his responses to my questions. The woman who assisted me in my welcome call today exhibited those same qualities. I was pleased with their professionalism. I had looked at several websites evaluating debt relief companies, and National Debt Relief was highly ranked and had good reviews. I can now see why, and am happy to add my accolades.

The agent was very helpful in confirming that the message was referencing the settlement agreement reached with Capital One. They also confirmed my email response to proceed had been received and processed. Very professional and direct. That was appreciated. There's nothing worse than failure to get to the point quickly.

Considering there are a ton of other debt consolidation companies out there, I would not recommend National Debt Relief. After I had graduated from the program and was able to secure a loan with Liberty Lending, I kept receiving a notice in the mail that I still had an account to which I owed over $1,000. As I further investigated with employees and managers from National Debt Relief, it turns out the person from National Debt Relief paid the incorrect account. Since it cannot be retroactively reported to the credit bureaus, it will now sit on my credit report for another 7 years as a negative account that wasn't paid. National Debt Relief said they would pay this account because it was their fault, but that doesn't help me with raising my credit score. Disappointed is an understatement. I would never recommend this company when there at least 3 or 4 better ones out there.

Initially the amount required to pay monthly was fine and I was so pleased. Then it jumped up to over $600.00 a month which put me in a bind. I had taken out a reversed mortgage in order to make it possible to meet other financial debts, but NDR's increase has put me right back where I was and has put me in a financial hardship. I was notified by mail that I am in danger of losing my home. I have to call today and speak with a counselor to see what I can do to keep my home, if possible. I have called numerous time and spoken to an agent, with NDR, to try to get this amount down to a more manageable figure but to no avail.

I just joined NDR a few months ago so I still haven't formed a solid opinion. I will say that signing up was a good experience and my debt counselor was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. He explained the program very nice and plainly. Once I entered the program, I was a little thrown back once I realized that I was still paying two of the 4 creditors that were enrolled in the program on top of paying my monthly payments to NDR. That put me further behind than I anticipated. I'm still trying to hang in there and see if I can make it through.

I liked the tone of the person I spoke to at National Debt Relief. I initially understood the 7% as being a one-time 7% not realizing the program is 7% per year. I was a little culture shocked when I finally got the full agreement. I got to admit that they had been looking for my best interest. Even though it has cost me a little more than I thought, overall, it's still less than what I would be able to pay.

I started with NDR almost ten months ago. I told them how much debt I had and they asked me what kind of payment I could make every two weeks and we agreed on the payment. Since then, they've been taking a lot of money. It's a four-year process at the most and we haven't reached the first year yet. Each time I've got a problem, I call them and they respond extremely fast. So, they'd been extremely helpful. They don't call me every day but would like me to add more money to my bi-monthly payments. However, right now, I can't, so I'm just making my regular payments. Overall, it's not the best experience they've given me in settling my debts but outside those circumstances, it's been going smoothly with them and so far, so good.

It’s a year in and I’ve got four cards settled. NDR has been very helpful. They contact me before they make a settlement. They put everything in an account for you and if you have enough in the balance when you make the settlement they’ll just take it out and make it to the company. It’s made it so much better not having all these credit card bills and just knowing I will be debt-free in a couple of years. I would recommend them if they wanna get out of debt. I know my credit score’s horrible, but hopefully in a couple of years I can build that back up. I just wanna be credit card-free.

Contacting NDR was an easy experience. All representatives were pleasant and helpful. They made a unpleasant experience easier. The only issue I have is when your accounts are settled. Not sure how long it takes to have final notice of settled debts.
