Thank you for the due diligence. I had little or no trouble from what was required from me. My experience with NDR was a pleasant one and I would gladly recommend it to friends and family. There was a time when I didn't understand what was required from me but I was helped properly and promptly.

I am not able to pay the debts so I looked into National Debt Relief. The reps were helpful so it has been pretty good. They have resolved some of my debt issues since signing up with them. My credit scores are going up so I recommended them to a few people.

I wanted to pay off my debt so I needed a settlement. National Debt Relief is doing a great job. Every time they need anything, they called and anytime I called them, they answered my questions. I feel like I am getting closer to be free of debt and it means a lot to me.

Customer Service is very great and fast! Respond very quickly to questions and give accurate information on whom to contact when creditors want to negotiate. Representatives is nice and friendly. Really showed that they cared for the consumers and made sure that we understand the program.

The automated follow-up phone calls are really annoying. They are too frequent and call at a range of different hours within the day. If it is a really urgent matter it is understood. Otherwise, for simple updates please just communicate via email. Thank you.

7 months ago I experienced a life altering change in which I had to either file bankruptcy or contact a debt Consolidation Agency. I contacted Debt Relief, they helped me establish a plan that I could afford and contacted the debtors to accept a reduced amount of what I owed. So thankful.

I got into big debt because of back-to-back disasters of Hurricane Sandy and major medical issues. 9 months into the program NDR set up for me and I have no complaints. When we first started this they said that the monthly payments would run around $350 and there have been times when they run almost $700. We are on a tight budget and they ask if we can put extra money in but no way. Plus they do multiple withdrawals from bank. Why not just one for the month??

I understand your company is just trying to help, but I believe an email and an excessive amount of phone calls if that email is not answered within 5 minutes is a little much. Some of us work at 11 in the morning.

I am new to NDR and so far they have been wonderful to deal with. It's a process that requires patience since in the beginning. You receive a lot of calls for collections but the representatives are wonderful at what they do and always help reassure me when I question myself was this worth it... yes it was.

I just completed the application and enrollment process with National Debt Relief. The response to my online inquiry was amazingly prompt, and the gentleman who assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient and informative with his responses to my questions. The woman who assisted me in my welcome call today exhibited those same qualities. I was pleased with their professionalism. I had looked at several websites evaluating debt relief companies, and National Debt Relief was highly ranked and had good reviews. I can now see why, and am happy to add my accolades.

The agent was very helpful in confirming that the message was referencing the settlement agreement reached with Capital One. They also confirmed my email response to proceed had been received and processed. Very professional and direct. That was appreciated. There's nothing worse than failure to get to the point quickly.

Relief being the key word. It is so good to hear when another company is paid off. When you hang up you know all the questions you are asked and answered. When they call you with another proposal they iron out every detail and the payment plan for the vendor.

Honestly I have more stress. Maybe I misunderstood your terms. The total amount that I consolidated is 21,000. I'm paying $179.00 every 2 weeks for 48 months which is 17,184. I'm not saving that much. That's too much. For now I will stay with you but I'm looking to go in a different direction.

Considering there are a ton of other debt consolidation companies out there, I would not recommend National Debt Relief. After I had graduated from the program and was able to secure a loan with Liberty Lending, I kept receiving a notice in the mail that I still had an account to which I owed over $1,000. As I further investigated with employees and managers from National Debt Relief, it turns out the person from National Debt Relief paid the incorrect account. Since it cannot be retroactively reported to the credit bureaus, it will now sit on my credit report for another 7 years as a negative account that wasn't paid. National Debt Relief said they would pay this account because it was their fault, but that doesn't help me with raising my credit score. Disappointed is an understatement. I would never recommend this company when there at least 3 or 4 better ones out there.

It's been a great experience so far, I look forward to see what will happen in the coming months and to see how I can be debt free with their help and guidance. I hope that we can come together to make this a quick and smooth journey to financial freedom.

Initially the amount required to pay monthly was fine and I was so pleased. Then it jumped up to over $600.00 a month which put me in a bind. I had taken out a reversed mortgage in order to make it possible to meet other financial debts, but NDR's increase has put me right back where I was and has put me in a financial hardship. I was notified by mail that I am in danger of losing my home. I have to call today and speak with a counselor to see what I can do to keep my home, if possible. I have called numerous time and spoken to an agent, with NDR, to try to get this amount down to a more manageable figure but to no avail.

I just joined NDR a few months ago so I still haven't formed a solid opinion. I will say that signing up was a good experience and my debt counselor was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. He explained the program very nice and plainly. Once I entered the program, I was a little thrown back once I realized that I was still paying two of the 4 creditors that were enrolled in the program on top of paying my monthly payments to NDR. That put me further behind than I anticipated. I'm still trying to hang in there and see if I can make it through.

It's been several months, and I don't see any settlements arranged and no payments made to the creditors. I was told a few weeks ago that I had to put more money in my account. I liked the tone of the person I spoke to at National Debt Relief. I initially understood the 7% as being a one-time 7% not realizing the program is 7% per year. I was a little culture shocked when I finally got the full agreement. I got to admit that they had been looking for my best interest. Even though it has cost me a little more than I thought, overall, it's still less than what I would be able to pay.

I started with NDR almost ten months ago. I told them how much debt I had and they asked me what kind of payment I could make every two weeks and we agreed on the payment. Since then, they've been taking a lot of money. It's a four-year process at the most and we haven't reached the first year yet. Each time I've got a problem, I call them and they respond extremely fast. So, they'd been extremely helpful. They don't call me every day but would like me to add more money to my bi-monthly payments. However, right now, I can't, so I'm just making my regular payments. Overall, it's not the best experience they've given me in settling my debts but outside those circumstances, it's been going smoothly with them and so far, so good.

I wish customer sale representatives were available after hours for clients that work off shifts. Communication is my only issue. I really dont know what or how I would rate my experience as of this date. Nothing has been paid and all I see is my credit rating tanking. Receiving lots of threatening mail, so has this service contacted any of my creditors. Really unsure at this point in time. But you do manage to take your (my) money out of the account on time.

So far so good but it's only been a month. I stumbled onto NDR as a result of last minute cold feet (literally) with another company where I felt I wasn't getting straight answers. I've felt comfortable here with the info I receive and the clear communications I've gotten. Everything is as it was explained and happening in the agreed upon time frame. The budget put together for me however is a little shaky and I don't think very workable... but I'm trying.

Customer service reached out to me about an offer on my Disco Card. They got a ridiculously good offer much better than they or I thought possible. Problem was I didn't have the funds in my account. This deal was so good that we worked it out.

It’s a year in and I’ve got four cards settled. NDR has been very helpful. They contact me before they make a settlement. They put everything in an account for you and if you have enough in the balance when you make the settlement they’ll just take it out and make it to the company. It’s made it so much better not having all these credit card bills and just knowing I will be debt-free in a couple of years. I would recommend them if they wanna get out of debt. I know my credit score’s horrible, but hopefully in a couple of years I can build that back up. I just wanna be credit card-free.

Contacting NDR was an easy experience. All representatives were pleasant and helpful. They made a unpleasant experience easier. The only issue I have is when your accounts are settled. Not sure how long it takes to have final notice of settled debts.

I'm unable to access my online access with National Debt Relief. The IT department demands that I use a NEW access code and am unable to use ANY of my previous codes. I can't use ANY code similar to the LAST TWENTY INTERACTIONS. Therefore I must not use any of my previous passwords and make up another password just for National Debt Relief. NEVER HAPPEN.

My experience, albeit short, is not creating the results I had expected. I am overwhelmed by creditor calls daily, some as many as 10 and it is severely disruptive. It was not explained to me that this would occur. If it is not the purpose of your company, to assist clients with creditors, then an explanation of why this continues to happen would greatly be appreciated.

So far so good! We just started the process and I'm hoping it goes well. The people were very helpful and make you feel comfortable. I'm glad we made the choice to get rid of our debt. I hope that everything goes smoothly.

Good concept, but had issues - On the upside, NDR does what they say, they handle negotiations and payments to creditors. However, being with NDR did not stop 3 creditors from suing me, knowing that I was enrolled in the program. In fact, it might have encouraged the lawsuits so that they could get money faster knowing that I was paying NDR. It costs 200+ to order legal paperwork to take to the court as you cannot represent yourself legally if you want NDR to handle the account. Also, I made a large lump sum payment (3000+) after speaking with 3 different reps to confirm the amount needed to get all of my accounts in a repayment status. I was given the wrong information 3 times apparently and a large amount went to fees and the 2 outstanding accounts were not handled...

My contact was Jose **, he was very helpful and explain the whole program patiently step by step. I'm very glad I picked NDR and hopefully the program is all that I'm expecting. When I received the welcome call can't remember the name of the person I talked to but he also explain what I needed to know. Very knowledgeable.

Contrary to what was communicated there is no dialogue between negotiators and the client. The amount of settlement during negotiation was simply sent to my email and told to sign. When I asked to speak with someone I was told it wasn't an option. That was not consistent with information given with initial call.

This company does a great job. If you ever need help this is where you need to go. This company had great customer service and they have helped me when I got myself in trouble because of health reasons. Everything they have told me they have done. I highly recommend.

Overall I had a good experience with National Debt Relief. I felt like in general the customer service was friendly and quick. I felt like the program was excellent because they offer a full refund of your payments (minus some standard fees) if you have to cancel (I did cancel because I filed bankruptcy). Their website is pretty cool, but I wish I had the option to cancel a payment without having to send correspondence. And my only complaint was that I had to give 5 business days notice to stop or change a payment - this was difficult at times because of my family life being busy. So I would have loved to see the notice at like 3 business days.

When beginning this program, they tell you about the $9 or so service fee per month; however, they did not tell us about the fee for every payment, fee for payments over the phone, and they set up settlement with creditors on a monthly payment plan, so you are paying the fees every month on every payment.

I felt respected and treated fairly. It takes a few months to get going with the credit card companies. Everyone I've talked with at NDR has been very nice. I can say I'm feeling "relief" using NDR. George was easy to work with and very helpful!

Not extremely satisfied with the timeline taken to contact and try and resolve credit issues. NDR makes sure you deposit sufficient fund so they can take their "fee" (NDR fees are high) prior to contacting and trying to resolve any creditors. That's probably why they tell you it will take 6 months to start the process. Not very happy with this company. I been in another credit counseling center many years ago and they managed to resolve accounts at a much faster rate.

The staff has always been kind, professional whenever I called. From the very first day, they took control of my debt. They set up an amount that I was to pay every month and was advised to contribute extra if I was able to. I highly recommend National Debt Relief if you are unable to pay your bills every month!

I have been with the program almost 2 years. I had eight accounts in the program. I have had 2 removed and 1 account was settled in 15 months. 1 more account was just recently taken care of. I had a doctor bill on the account and since it was too old they closed it out so the account was closed by you with the amount of zero. And I still paid you the company fee. After I told you guys the account was closed. I receive a phone call from you every day claiming there is an update and there is not an update. I wish the calls would stop. Unless they have made a deal.

Working with the National Debt Relief Service has taken the stress off my shoulders regarding my accounts. The agency determines with my creditors on how much I can pay and when it will be paid off. My credit scores continue to plummet, though, and that brings me some stress. It is hard to finance anything with low credit. I wish the creditors would understand that people have family issues and being able to pay bills living on social security is a joke.

Every time I have spoken with a team member, they have always been very courteous, well informed, and helpful. I have only been enrolled in the program for about a month. I have completed all notifications to creditors as suggested in enrollment packet. I do wish some type of notification might be sent from NDR to creditors sooner than 6 to 8 months.

My wife called the NDR Representative and I received a phone call immediately and explained the purpose of the call and all the details involved. I spoke with Katie ** and she explained everything in reference to my situation and then followed up with an email and a phone call after that to see if I had any questions. She followed up again by calling me at home to have a conference call with my wife and to explain the program once more in details. She was very informative and courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. She always followed up with email messages to ensure we understood all the instructions and just in case if we had any questions.

This has been great relief for me. It was an easy process to turn my debts over and let them negotiate a lower payoff. The best part was having just one bill to pay them all and not have to worry about making a separate payment to each one every month. I would use them again if need be, but hopefully I never get into deep debt again.
