I struggled to make the call for this program. I was on time with all my payments, however, struggling month after month to do so, and with so many nights of loss sleep, as well as a heavy oppression. Made the Call!! Sooo Happy that I did!! The one I was paying on time never late was taken away. Some I really needed is gone. Made my other credit look really bad. I should have just done mine instead of both me and my spouse. I thought it was a good idea so now am in it I'll see what in outcome will bring. I really hope this get my credit back on board.

National Debt Relief was one of the companies I looked at and I saw high recommendations for them. When I enrolled, it was super easy and they were real nice. Right now, I'm still working on their four year debt relief program and it's been good. They've kept me up-to-date and I feel like they're really concerned about my debt. They were also outstanding in working with me on my payment plan. They asked if I could make that payment, I said yes, and they figured it out. It has worked out very well so far and the process has been much less stressful than I thought it would be. Everybody I talked to has gone above and beyond and their service has been better than everybody else's so, I stayed with them. With National Debt Relief, I could see that I'm in control and I'm going to get out of this debt. If you're overwhelmed with debt and you need to get help along the process, you should also deal with National Debt Relief.

I researched online and based on National Debt Relief's stats with Better Business Bureau and reviews from multiple resources, I made up my decision to go with them. I applied online on their website then I got a call. I went through very knowledgeable people in the beginning of getting the settlement started. So far, they have gotten me through two settlements and I'm waiting on another one. I like that they have a website that I can go to to look up the information and see where I am in the process of the settlement. They don’t blow up my phone or nag me a lot. They take a lot of pressure off me and that’s one reason why it’s been so nice with them.

I looked up different ways to help with my credits since I was struggling. I looked at the reviews and saw that a lot of people were pleased with NDR. I put three credit cards in with them and I pay a certain amount per month and then, after this I will have them do the credit repair. It's been a couple of years since I signed up and I know that one credit card will be completely settled this year. They've been really great throughout the whole process. It's been really easy. They're understanding and wanting to help, which is great. Also I felt very comfortable working with them.

Really like how you talk in easy to understand terms. Everyone was very patient. The contract and terms are as promised. What a relief, if this gets me out of debt before retirement, I will be eternally grateful. My rep Nick was so understanding how difficult this was do during working hours.

Got into this program, going by the excellent reviews I read. Sure glad I did. Their customer service is excellent. Rich in details on how the program works. Very detailed about answers to all questions one has. When calling for help with an issue I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before talking to a rep. The entire process is kind of complex and long, so be ready to spend a lot of time in front for your pc and on the phone but thanks to their knowledgeable staff and their willingness to help it was all well worthy.

It would be nice if my representative would check with me to see if things are going well or to answer any questions that I might have. This seems to be a good company but just a little slow in showing me results.

The process was made much more convenient during this difficult time. We appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable associate that assisted us through this process. The only downside was the accents of some of the workers made it difficult to understand everything being said, not foreign accents just regional ones.

First, I was pleased to get one credit card company resolved. But, talking to this man was like talking to a recording. I even asked him if he was reading his responses to my questions. Refused to answer Yes or No. Had pat answers and everything but yes or no to yes or no questions. Finally had to put me on hold to get permission to answer affirmative or negative. Good grief. Like pulling teeth. Very very uncomfortable conversation and obvious he wanted off my call.

Sounds promising from the beginning and debt can be a scary ugly thing. It's nice to have people available that can assist without dealing with a lawyer. Information is straightforward and it's not an easy process to go through, but the people that I've spoken with have explained everything in detail and I'm hoping for a positive outcome. We shall see.

Frank and Charles were great walked us through everything. They explained if we had questions. Would recommend anyone that has issues with finances would contact you so you could receive the same great service that we received. I would recommend this company and I'm so glad they offer these types of services. The legal thing is also a good thing because being in debt is scary enough as it is and to have to go through legal issues with debt is just frightening.

I got injured from my job. I’m still waiting on surgery. I’m basically in a situation where they won't pay for a strained back. It's about the poorest time and I need to figure something out. I have been with NDR for two years now. In the past week, they have negotiated with two more of my creditors. One will be paid off in August, and the other by February of 2019. This leaves only one more creditor to go! I began the program with eight. I had two different suits brought against me in the past two years, and I am very glad that I signed up with Gitmeid, their legal dept. They negotiated with both creditors on my behalf, and I thankfully never had to go to court. To anyone considering NDR, believe that they really are in business to help people. In addition, every time I have spoken to their customer service people, I have always been made to feel like a valued person. Every rep has been kind, helpful, and never made me feel rushed or that I was taking up their time. After today, I really can see a light at the end of the tunnel!

I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was settling my accounts. They settled a total of 2 but I had 21. Plus, I kept stressing to them that there were difficult creditors, like American Express and Discover, that I wanted to have settled first. But they ignored everything that I said, so, I immediately called and canceled with them. Then I had to have a bankruptcy attorney.
