My experience with National Debt Relief was wonderful. The representatives are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in great detail. At a time when I was at my lowest trying to figure out how I was going to get through and struggling to make ends meet, I was provided a solution to pay off my debts in a way that I found to be manageable and reasonable. It is great to have peace of mind and know that I will be Debt free within a few years. I feel completely relieved to have that burden lifted.

I like the fact that it took 2 years to pay off my bills faster however, they were taking money from me when my bills were paid off already. They had to refund me. They added a bill which they could not negotiate with them so I asked them to remove the bill.

I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Kimberly **. She was very helpful and informative in enrolling me into the program. She was very upfront with the whole process and I highly recommend National Debt Relief to anybody, facing financial hardship due to credit card debts or any other circumstances. I had a bad experience with another debt relief and I'm so happy, that I found National Debt Relief.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. 10+ stars are not ever enough to go with how awesome the customer service is. I am truly impress at how the amount of debt occurred is going to be gone within a matter of years. This has been a huge blessing and is so much better than filing bankruptcy. Creditors still calling - They haven't stopped calling. Even when I give them your number. When should they stop calling? That's my only concern. It was easy to sign up for. And they're otherwise helpful. I'm otherwise happy so far with the company of National Debt Relief.

Staff was kind and answering all my questions and concerns. All creditors are debt directly to NDR number, so you're not bothered by collectors

Ever since the first day I decided to work with National Debt Relief to pay off my debt I've had great experiences with their representatives. They are very knowledgeable about the service they provide and are very helpful. I can say my over experience with this company has been great, even told a few of my friends that were considering bankruptcy to give them a call first.

Daren is the consummate professional. He is patient and understanding. I appreciate the sensitivity with which he handled our situation. They have been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They keep you update on any changes. Their website is user friendly. They seem to actual care about your situation and want you to get out of debt and stay out of debt.

So far it has been a positive experience. I feel better that my bills are being paid and they are not "hanging over my head". Probably should have done this sooner than I did; but at least things are finally working out for the best. I believe (although I would need to check) there are only two more bills to be paid. A third bill will be paid off in August. More than half way there!

I've been a client of NDR since February 2017, my first settlement was completed in late July for less than 50% of what I owed. I was hesitant when I first signed up for the program, but I'm glad I did. I'm feeling good about being debt free in 48 months and not having to pay minimum payments forever.

I would without a doubt recommend to anyone. In 2 months they already have gotten settlements with 3 creditors and saved me a lot in the process and now those are taken care of. They always keep me updated of anything new so I always feel I'm there with them. I was evaluating different options with my financial situation and ended up talking to a couple different companies then I liked what National Debt Relief had to say. In the beginning, I had conversations with their team, got information about the program, how it works and then evaluation of my situation. Then I’ve had a few interactions with them over the phone as far as adjusting payments or scheduling extra payments, and all of the team members were very well, pleasant and professional. National Debt Relief has delivered so far on what they’ve advertised and they’re helping me get out of debt once and for all. It's relieved a lot of stress, which is the biggest thing, and I couldn’t be happier so far. I'm satisfied with my overall experience.

I had a debt and it was so bad that all my bills were two and a half months behind. It came to a point where we only ended up with $50 for food and electric. It was a juggling act and I had no way to turn it around but go to bankruptcy. Then I decided to try National Debt Relief, and so far, I’m liking it. I had a good experience with their team. They called me up when there was a problem and they notify me if there can be a settlement, which is really helpful.

I wish that I could have more advice. Customer service is amazing; very friendly. If I had more communication with the negotiators, I think I would understand the process more. I had four creditors, and settled three of them within two years. My final creditor is still unresolved. It has been awhile now and everything is status quo. No updates. No advice. One creditor hanging over my head.

Excellent customer service! I always knew they would help me through the process and explain everything. I have one creditor left - yay! Please do be aware you will pay taxes on those high amount credit cards once settled. I'm happy they were able to work with creditors and come to a reasonable settlement. I incurred my debt so it wasn't right to declare bankruptcy. This was the best alternative. Their portal is awesome and so helpful to see deposits, etc.

I would say this is the best debt settlement program. All the employees are responsible and work hard to make the life of their clients easy. I would recommend NDR for everyone out there who is trapped by payday loan and credit card issues. However; you all gotta know that, there has to be determination to get out of debt and start financial freedom. Keep on doing what you are doing National Debt Relief. What an awesome job!!!

It's been a year and I am for sure feeling relief. It will be my pleasure to refer all to National Debt Relief. The team really work to help you. Everyone I have come in contact with knew how to be professional and thorough. The Best.

The staff are very nice and work with you during your financial situations. The only down side to their methods is that they collect from you first, then contact the creditors to settle, versus some other source that will pay off for you and then you pay back your debt program monthly, meaning you rarely will get collector calls. You will get collector calls for about 6 months (maybe more) before the calls become greatly reduced to none over time.

Encounters with National Debt employees are professional and courteous. They strive to answer every question and if necessary, they don't hesitate to transfer me to someone who knows the answer. My frustrating experience with National Debt occurred just three days ago. I was at work trying to quickly and privately fax a document to National Debt. I had written down an incorrect fax number. So I called National Debt to get the correct number. Unfortunately the customer service rep forced me to give all my identifying information before she would give me the fax number! I was mortified in front of four co-workers.

Although I think I was told I would get a monthly status phone call of my case and that has never happened, every time I call I am astounded at the customer service. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding whats going on with my account and I've asked the reps to repeat information -and they re-word it so I better understand. They're very personable, every time and I am not uncomfortable with calling them. Very empathetic in the care they give over the phone towards what can be a very touchy subject for most. I have recommended them to many people and am really glad I went with them for my debt consolidation.

Excellent customer service. National Debt Relief is a company with integrity. They deliver the services they say they will with efficiency and professionalism. Their customer service is tops, every representative I have spoken with was kind and helpful. I have referred others and will continue to do so.

I began paying down my debts about a year ago. I make 2 payments per month (automatically deducted from my checking account) and the debt relief service negotiates a payment amount with my creditors and then begins to pay it down. I have a way to go but it's getting done and I don't have to do anything more than make sure I have enough money in my account to make the payments.

You could communicate with me more frequently about where you are in the process of dealing with my creditors. Have any of them agreed to the terms? I still get 6-8 calls a day from them even though I gave them all the info about contacting you. They are still telling me they don't deal with you in settling debts. Kind of has me worried that they are going to take me to court. I have paid my payments to you every month and not seeing any results. If my name ends up in the paper for a judgment I will die. I might as well have filed bankruptcy. I just need someone to tell me what is being done on a regular basis without me having to call you.

Easy to talk to and deal with. Have been very eager to get things done in a timely manner. Everyone has been more than happy to help and always pleasant to deal with. I was hesitant to get involved with this process but knew I needed to do something. So glad I chose this company.

I am very happy with my experience so far. I feel so much better health wise. Everyone has been so helpful and kind to me. I also am happy with the way they are handling the finances. I can see for myself how everything is being done. It is great to be free of debt.

I called to update National Debt Relief about a new notice AT&T. The agent that I talked to was polite, and knowledgeable about my account. He also informed me of how the other accounts are progressing. I have been very pleased with NDR. Thank You.

Just used papers to close all accounts by notifying all debt holders I have. So far no real problems other than Wells Fargo & Discover. They appear to be planning to take the hard line. Wells Fargo said they would be sending the case their law dept. Discover said they do not recognize debt relief. Your package has prepared us for fielding calls, etc. I hope the process gets easier as process continues. I like not having easy available credit cards. My wife seems lost without them but, we need to get separation. Thanks in advance.

Customer service has been good - but again we have been involved for 3 months and no progress as of this point. Looking for that first success that will make us feel a lot better. So far, we haven't had many phone calls or letters from our creditors.

I have gotten no feedback from anyone regarding settling my debts. I continue to get notices and phone calls from creditors. I was told to stop making payments so now my credit is even worse. I pay every 2 weeks and so far, I am not sure what I am paying for.

At first I was a little skeptical just talking to someone on the phone and not face to face. But after looking at other reviews and talking to the customer representative, I felt comfortable using this method. The customer packet I received was very helpful and I would recommend using National Debt Relief to anyone who needs help in getting out of debt.

National Debt Relief has been a valued source for allowing myself to pay off a large credit card debt without claiming bankruptcy. Customer Service has always been available when I had questions or needed guidance on issues I had never experienced before. There is a fee that is substantial, but in comparison to how much I have reduced my outstanding debt, their service has been of great value. I have to date paid off/settled 80% of my outstanding debt and can now see the light at the end of the tunnel to being debt free.

I can sleep at night knowing National Debt Relief has my back. Our debt is food, medical copays as my husband is in disability and not working. I also know you pay for good service but this monthly amount of $441.00 is really hurting me because I live on my Social Security but what choice do I have. Helpful and calming. I just started the program and I am a bit nervous. I'm hoping for the best and hope they can do what they say they can do. I'm upset I'm in this situation. Divorce and putting kids through college was tough. I'm putting faith in NDR to pull me through this.

My experience has been mostly positive. The people I have had the pleasure of talking to on the phone have been really helpful at answering my questions. Getting the same offer several times in the course of a month for payments almost double what I was already paying was a little obnoxious. Thankfully they were able to reach an agreement that worked for me and my financial situation with one of my debtors. A few more to go though.

They were nice and answered any questions we had. Not too Lengthy of a process was required. Everything they sent us email wise was self explanatory and had all the information we had talked about. They were very helpful and had good customer service.

They have done nothing to date. I am continuously getting calls from creditors. When are they going to take care of this for me? Evidently did not give them all the information they need. Why did they not contact me. I was under the impression everything was a go. Am about ready to pull the plug if something is not done soon. Have enough on my plate without worrying about something I assumed was being taken care of.

I assume that most people would have the skepticism about these programs as I had with National Debt Relief. I did my homework online looking for the right answer to help me, I even utilized a Lending Club a debt loan program. Which of course added to my issue in the long run, I was inches from bankruptcy and losing everything.

I've found everyone very helpful whenever I called to ask questions and always felt questions were answered fully. I haven't even been enrolled a full year and already 2 bills are paid off and I'm working on the third. Best decision I made.

The NDR staff has been always helpful and very responsive in helping get through this. Sometimes it was difficult in the beginning. The representatives were always able to offer advice and answer critical questions. We recently broke the ice with a stubborn debtor. This making completion of the program and rebuilding of my credit--well in sight.

First settlement with a creditor. Courteous. Would have gotten 5 stars, but called and didn't leave a message. I had to call and follow up on the missed call. But I got through with ease. It was good news and accompanied by an email confirming our conversation.

Nick who did the initial application was thorough, efficient, and friendly. The follow up welcome with Mark was just as good. Both answered all my questions and knew how to allay my concerns. The only thing no one mentioned was the $37 that was charged to my bank account, but that was not a problem. I am happy to have found a way to get out of debt.

NDR has taken a load off my shoulders. The plan worked out. Has reduced my monthly payment allowing me to pay off 3 accounts so far. When I have a question, they are quick to answer. I would certainly recommend.

I called 3 days before payment due. Rep Advised needed 5 working days before due date to get skipped. She was very pleasant. I asked if I could skip August. Was advised of course. She read disclosure and handled in a reasonable amount of time.

Satisfied so far. Hate that someone stole my car. It looks as if I'm going to have to get another one and my credit score is in the dump right now. Things have went really smooth. Easy process. I'm happy I done this but was hoping I would not have to finance anything during this 3 year process.

They're helping really good. When I call they answer the questions I have properly, when there's a settlement they send me a email or call just to make sure everything is going well. They've been a great help so I could have only 1 bill to pay. That is the greatest help I could have.

The program is great but it would be best if they gave an entire breakdown of their fees, atty. fees etc. Once a settlement has been reach, it would be beneficial to have an option to pay as scheduled or a lump sum without any additional payments.

With such a touchy subject NDR guided me through the steps with caring and dignity. Set up was painless and the pay amount saved me hundreds! I had my first offer to settle in what seemed like no time! I totally feel getting out of debt is within my reach now!

My experience with them was professional and helpful. I feel like they actually cared and made a difference. I have had my debt cleared and much lower than if I did it. I have been transferred to a consolidation loan company but I feel confident they will help me too.

Communication, updates, security, confidentiality, personal phone contacts, emails, on time payments, easy and flexibility, negotiations on payments, fast approachable, customer service is easily access, satisfactorily, happy to recommend this service to others. Great company to do business with, great help when you are seriously in trouble with debts.

My finances were in dire straits, with me unable to even pay my minimum payments, which amounted to more than one of my paychecks a month (almost $1,600 monthly) after a stretch of health issues. I had almost $45,000 in unresolved debt, with most of that unsecured. NDR settled with many of my creditors for amounts that almost defied reality (from a good standpoint for me, example - $9.5 k for about 3k including fees). One of my creditors sued me for the remaining funds, and NDR provided legal services from a top-notch lawyer in my home state to fight for me. After reaching a settlement with all of the creditors (even the party that sued me) in just over a year, they utilized a subsidiary to help me consolidate the remaining payments with financing. They even lowered another payment (the suing group) by doing so! My total repayment was roughly 70% of the original debt, even with the financed amount.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I was offered. Mainly the pricing. You save me $3000 but you charge me over $2000 so I am destroying my credit for years, dealing with collection agencies, and dealing with your customer service terrible attitudes just so I can save $800 over a few years. Terrible, terrible service.

Sent NDR information on collection and judgment from creditor when we were served papers at our home and told we had a limited time to reply and have not had a good outcome when we even paid extra for attorneys for just this! We don't need to be sued over debt.

It takes forever to get a negotiation/settlement. I feel like if the turnaround rate was a bit faster, more people would use this system. It's just hard waiting months at a time for something to happen. When a settlement does come, it is awesome but waiting all that time and credit being affected is the downside.

Everyone I have spoke to is great. No matter whom I have spoke to knows exactly what is going on and knows what to do for my account. I can call any time of day or night and get questions answered. This has been a great experience in a situation that I was unsure of and a bit scary to start off with.

When I called them a little over 3 months ago, my credit score was at 736. I couldn't afford to keep making payments on my debts at the present rate, so I signed up with them to assist me with my debt. I have made three payments to them so far. My credit score is now 462. As of this day, not a single creditor has been spoken with (I still get calls and emails and have forwarded those on), much less debt negotiated with them. I have been told it takes 5 to 6 months (don't remember that being emphasized when I signed up) to build up my account before negotiations with the creditors can begin.

Quite happy so far. Have only had a couple calls with them but your people seem courteous and knowledgeable. We do need another welcome packet. Ours got rained on and stuck together. I don't really have anything else to say but thanks for the help and appreciate ya all.

I feel like this program is very helpful but you have to make sure all your money is accounted for that you put into the program. The loan program they use makes you pay back a lot more than you would expect to have to pay back. Otherwise my credit score is going up.

When I entered the program I was told my debts would be paid off in 30 months, give or take a few months @ a certain rate. After being in the program for 1 yr, I was told they needed to add additional monthly cost from 100.00 to 250.00 per month & that I would now be in the program for 5 yrs total. We are somewhat satisfied with how the program works. We do feel, however, that there were pertinent details that were not clearly shared with us upfront. This made us feel uncertain with our decision to remain in the program.

It is not difficult to get sucked into credit card offers and then find yourself in a debt with 24% of what you owe spinning out of control. National Debt Relief has with great competency reduced 1/3 of my debt and their lawyers keep up with any legal problems. They are continuing to settle my debt at a fraction of what was owed.

When you come to me with a offer to settle a account all I ask for is the truth... too much to ask. My faith in the company is unsure, I ask how much to settle you say 2084.00. I say does that include your fee you say yes then find out that's not true. Another 900.00 plus fee is added on. This is not what call right and trustworthy.

I worked with National Debt Relief to finally get rid of over $40K in credit card debt and they were great. I managed to pay it all off in 2 years at 75% what I owed. Now I am back on track and would recommend them to others. Only caveat is that your credit score does take a huge hit when you first start but mine has quickly come back up now that I am done with the program, and I am doing better than I was before entering into the program.

When I first engaged NDR, I was told a monthly payment over 48 months that may change slightly +/- depending on the settlement. The amount of 675 monthly was doable. The first 2 that was settle because they made such a short term for payment made my payment go to 734 monthly and I made it clear it can't be more. It appears this has not allowed NDR to further negotiate with the other creditors and has made this a stressful situation as TD Bank is looking to serve me for that debt which is the stress I wanted to avoid, not to mention the other 3 credit card companies still not negotiated.

My experience has been excellent. All question answered and never any problems we calling. The update emails are nice and easy getting things paid off. They explain everything very well so you can understand it all and they send you a copy of everything.

When I join National Debt Relief my wife had just lost her job. I had to take a small cut in pay in order to keep the business going. I heard a commercial on the radio and decided to give them a call. They listen to my concerns and what was going on with my situation. They put together a plan and it has been working quite well for the last 3 years. The only thing I believe that needs work is the fact that if you pay extra in they cannot tell you when you will be finished with your plan because it should be at an earlier date. But other than that communication has been great and I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Was not told about the 25% you all take when I signed up. Was only told about your monthly fees. The negotiations take too long, you can't speak to the negotiators, and you did not get me very good deals on the last three debts.

When I called the National Debt Relief number I spoke with someone who identified with me that I wanted to pay but couldn't with my new circumstances. With the rents being what they are in the SF Bay Area I needed to consolidate and pay an agreeable amount I could afford and they helped me achieve this goal!! It added up quickly and then after missing some payments the interest rate went up, my bills were higher, my credit report started to drop and I was going to be bankrupt if I couldn't figure something out. Luckily I had a friend who did it and told me about it and now I'm on the road to financial freedom.

Not really helping. For example let's say I owe a debt collection of 3000 and ever since went to debt relief I owe 7000. And they finally got results and want me to pay 5000. What a awful result. Also even tho I had other collections 1 came in really fast to settle but now I have to repay the collection plus National Debt Relief. I thought I would just deal with one thing, one person, one service. For help not great at all.

I think the customer service is outstanding. Everyone puts your mind at ease when it becomes stressful. However, I was told when I joined the program it would take approximately 3 years to complete. Although, I made a few adjustments to my payment schedule in the beginning, which I was aware would add some time on at the end, I was thinking it would add on only a few months (per the math in my head). However, it seems now it is adding on a year or maybe even two more, when I should have been done much sooner. Not sure why this is, but it is disappointing. Other than that, it was nice to have them handle it for me since I am so busy.

Since I have enrolled in this program, my life is much better, I don't have the stress of trying to pay off high-interest credit cards. There is a monthly payment and that's it. My debt is being resolved but very slowly. I started in 2015 and it looks like things will be resolved by 2020. It also is costing more than anticipated. The end goal is resolved debt, which we are working toward... so at the end of the day it is a successful process.

I have been pleased with the way National Debt has handled my account and I’m almost free of debt now. I would have wished it to be faster but I was unable to add money extra in my account. I would suggest this program for anyone struggling with credit card debt.

The service is great. I had a lot of questions that all were answered promptly. I averaged a savings of 60% from this service. This also taught me a very good lesson in not relying on credit cards. The only negative thing I can say is that the collection calls got old especially on Sunday morning.

They never call me about updates and 4 months later, the credit cards company still called me, not good experience sorry. At this time nobody called me from the company National Debt Relief...but they take my money from my account every month.

3 years of very doable payments. They were able to negotiate within the perimeters they set at the very beginning and no additional fees were required. The reason not five stars is because when they negotiated a fee they would call and email and if I did not respond in 2 hours and it was 4 hours they would say the negotiation was dismissed because we did not call back in a timely manner even though the email said 24 hours. I was reprimanded more than once for not taking their call immediately.

When the program was set up we were scheduled to finish in 3 years and finished a few months early. Which was wonderful. Now we are done and our credit scores are on the rise and with much less debt. Very easy to work with and always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

I came to these guys because I needed help with getting my finance situation straight. I was looking into getting a loan to consolidate debt and not pay as much interest as credit cards. What they don't tell you is that the program doesn't start until you have made many payments. I was already struggling to make my payments on time and then they add another large monthly payment on top. I was never late to any payment until I signed up for this. Had I known it was going to take months of additional payments I would not have signed up.

Any representative I talk to whenever I called made sure that all my question was answered according to my satisfaction. If any settlement from creditors was made they call and let me know. They update me on any changes that occur. At this time they have accomplished 1 settlement... on top of that happening as fast as it did... just a slow process to reach my ultimate goal of relieving the current debt. Waiting for the next acceptance is a little frustrating.

As is usually the case when looking for help for a debt crisis, we came across National Debt Relief. From the very first contact with E.G. I felt relieved and in good hands. As we worked our way through the process and the months went by, NDR was extremely responsive to our every call and email. And when we encountered a debtor that wouldn't work with us, NDR was there to hold our hands through possible litigation. The only exception to this was at the very end, with the very last creditor, I felt like I had to prompt and get NDR moving to settle the last debt. But with that creditor, I'm told they're very demanding and what I perceived as "dragging their heels" was in fact, NDR's experience with them. We are now free and clear of all our debts and still NDR is working to ensure our credit report is as it should be. I would recommend NDR to anyone.

I really never hear from this company, they take my money twice a month, but I have no idea where I stand now. I never get updates. Not sure if I would recommend this company. I think in the past two years they have reached out to me once and that was to ask if I could put more money in the account and I said no. Still don't know how many creditors have not been paid.

When I first signed up I was told my credit would take a small hit. It knocked over 200 points off. Nobody calls for updates, etc. I hear nothing like after July one more payment to have and then they're done. My credit is worse than they led me to believe it would be.

Polite and patience even if I call them for the same concern they will repeat the answered. Never had a time when they never answered a concern I had regarding receiving a payment.
