I was very nervous to reach out and get help with my debt, but this process so far has been reassuring to me that with National Debt Relief I will finally get some help in resolving my bad debt. Everyone has been very helpful and they seem to spend a lot of time making sure I understand and I really appreciate it.

Service representatives very clear and worried I understood everything. They were very clear on all aspects of the contract. All questions were answered. They always allowed time for me to think about my decisions before having me sign. They guided me to all the process and allowed me to ask questions at any time.

I was very disappointed with your service. I know that one of our Credit Card companies called you to set up payment for them and they were told it could not be done at this time. It had already been 3 months past due. I have never in my life been past due on anything. Your company does not explain how exactly it works. And I was not told that in the end of the agreement with you that the creditors could send us a tax form to claim the money not paid to them as money we took in so hence pay taxes on them. I went to you as I was in trouble. All your company did was cause me more trouble. If I am asked if anyone should use your service I will definitely tell them in no uncertain terms should they. The only thing I can say good about your company is that your Customer Service reps are very kind. I believe that most of what they told me were lies that you insisted they tell me but they were sure nice about it.

I got my first settlement done yesterday 3-7-2018 and was very pleased. I hope the rest go as this first one did. So far National Debt Relief is the best I have done. Just wish I would have done it sooner.

For 2018 I decided to take charge of my finances. My life was secured and I could focus better on improving my credit score. I did some research on agencies that have been doing this for many years and yours came with good reviews, along with another one. I called both, both submitted their plans based on my profile and I like your plan better. I have to admit that their representative was a much better salesperson, had a better rapport, but in the end the numbers made the difference.

They were helpful from the the start and never made me feel bad about the situation I got myself into. I already have 2 settlements... one being almost a third of my debt with the place. If you are at a point where you are “drowning” and have even considered bankruptcy; I highly recommend you try this route. The stress relief alone is worth it!

Since then I have worked with them, they have gotten me out of debt, supported me, kept me current with my status, helped me get back on track when I had a problem paying, and congratulated me when I paid off a debt. Just finished signing up. It would be beneficial to get a call once everything is signed. Since there are more than one documents and they come through more than one email it would be reassuring to get a follow up call to affirm that all documents are signed. Waiting for the hard copies to be delivered would not be so bad if I had some confirmation that everything was completed through a call or and email stating all documents completed and hard copies to be mailed.

We have had an excellent experience so far. Everyone we have worked with has been upfront and honest. Everything they have told us has been exactly what has happened. They have completely settled 1 of our creditors, and have agreements in place with 3 others. We are very happy we chose NDR, and we are excited to continue working with them.

When calling to review a settlement I am sick of being asked my SS number not once but several times everyone I’m transferred to very irritating and scary as a consumer. You have my info and should not ask more than once.

We were not able to make the payments and National Debt Relief set up an account from which we pay into and they draw out based on the agreements they make with our former creditors. I've had very little feedback from them. I've sent them additional information from creditors that have contacted us directly. And when I, six months later, asked how come I never got some kind of notification that they had received them they said, "You sent something?"

I got into debt settlement with National Debt Relief and I set it up over the phone. I’m still working with them and it’s going okay. I pay monthly and it's working out for me pretty well. Plus the cost is accurate. However, their website sucks. Every time I try to log in, it seems like I have to reset my password so I don’t even bother anymore. And they keep calling me and telling me that I need to log in, but every time, I have to set up a new password. Overall, going with this program has made me stress-free. I have health issues and it seems like the bills that we have right now are overwhelming. The other bills that we had were just too much and it felt like I never got to see my husband ‘cause he was working so much. I have told a few friends about NDR.

I had a lot going on at the time and I needed some assistance. From the first moment I called National Debt Relief through the whole process, they were able to do things efficiently and we didn’t waste a lot of time. I was pleasantly surprised that NDR decided to resolve my biggest loan first. I thought that they had to wait till there was sufficient money in my escrow account so that they could pay off the reduced negotiated amount loan in full. NDR was able to negotiate not only a significant reduction on my biggest loan but also arrange a two year monthly payment plan that they would take out of my monthly escrow deposit. Plus it was interest free. I can breathe a sigh of relief now. NDR are good at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get out of debt.

Felicia was very good in reviewing everything that I went over with Mark ** on March 4, 2018 or 3 days ago. She answered all my questions. I only had a few but she was very good and answered them all to my satisfaction. It was a very interesting and education conversation.

So far the program has been pretty easy to get involved with. I did not like the constant phone calls after the initial email conversations while trying to make a decision on whether to go through with the program or not, but outside of that everything has been fine. I LOVED the person I had my welcome call with! I cannot remember her name but she was real and honest with me and told me about her situation that matched mine and encouraged me. Actually I did not really negotiated with your personnel and it was my Husband who dealt with your Representative up to the last part in closing the application. It seems every time I call I get new information that I should have received when I first hired you all. I keep getting the same email about a settlement that has already been accepted. More accurate training so reps can give more accurate info would exponentially improve customer service.

I was over my head in debt. Couldn't keep up with the payments. So far so good; on one debt I owed 9k. I settled for 3k. I still has 2 creditors to go and even though I am going thru a hardship they work with you to help you reach your goal. Don't be afraid. This is my second time. I did a similar program in 2009. After they are all paid your credit will go back up. Just make sure to send your confirmation to the credit bureau so they can remove it off.
