They gave me tons of information and were patient with me through the whole process. This can be such an embarrassing thing to have to go through, but not once was I made to feel ashamed!

Pretty good customer support. Works within my budget to help me settle my accounts. The fees are a bit high, but they do all the negotiating and set up payment plans for me. It's worth the costs to save the time and frustration of attempting it myself.

We were wanting to buy a house sooner than later and our credit was not good, so we needed to try to get everything straightened out. We were getting overwhelmed and couldn't make headway or figure out how to do anything so we decided to look into relief help and see if it would help. National Debt Relief took care of everything and has been really nice and helpful. They call as soon as they get anywhere with the creditors or if they have any questions. Since working with NDR, I don't have creditors calling me a hundred times a day. They've been able to relieve the stress of trying to figure out how to manage everything. So far, it’s been great and I've told people about them.

Initially, I was looking for debt consolidation but I found National Debt Relief. I talked it over with the wife, and we decided to go with NDR instead. I called the other month just checking on it. Customer care is excellent and they showed that they cared about my account. Anytime that they had something popped up in the account, they gave me a very quick response. They gave me more advice for building credit in the future as well. We are still working with them right now as we still have one debt which is in the process of being paid off and ends in October. They already came to an agreement, and we're just finishing that out. NDR was very quick with talking to the creditors, so it was very fast-paced. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I was having some problems with my bills since I got sick. National Debt Relief has always been polite in dealing with me. I was describing things or waiting for explanations about things and they were patient with my ignorance of the system. They have taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders. However, I was told one account was settled but I kept getting letters. I thought it was taken care of but I found out it was not. There's a mix-up and I don't know whats happening with that so I'm concerned. I talked to them yesterday and they're trying to resolve that issue and then work on another account.

This is the first time that I've spoken to someone in customer service that appeared to really want to assist me. Very refreshing. Wish more of your employees were this way. Although we are not satisfied with our overall service this experience was very good.

I've had some problems over the last few years, but it always gets taken care of and I have only experienced a couple representatives that I wouldn't want to talk to again. Most importantly, when I was sued by Capital One, I was given everything I needed, advice for court, and all the support I asked for.

National Debt Relief gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. It was a little stressful when we missed 2 creditors when I thought I was all set but they got it done in the end. I did have a very bad experience on the phone getting hung up on and in one case dealing with a very rude & unprofessional women with the Underwriting team. Hold times were also bad. You should set an expectation & ask permission when placing a caller on hold. Extremely important to check on them rather than keep them wondering. In the end you guys came through for me and my overall experience was good. I recommend better training for those answering phones & always call someone back if they get disconnected.

I feel it is an excellent service, my only concern is why letters are not sent out to those creditors letting them that we are one of your clients and all negotiations will come through this services. Basically that is my only concern, most creditors states no one has send us anything stating you are in a program.

I think your rates are too high. Service is okay but not the best. I hate having to repeat myself and ask/answer questions more than once. Do I think the service is worth the money… not really sure at this point - almost wishing I had just filed bankruptcy. With every settlement, I’m asked if I can pay more – NO! Overextending myself and my situation is what got me in the predicament I’m in now – not doing that again. Negotiations have stopped due to low funds in reserves but major fees still get paid. I’m a little bitter but I was asked my opinion.

My parents experience with NDR has been great. I am still receiving calls and letters from American Express and Synchrony. They said they didn't know anything about my debt relief. I thought they were going to be notified. Synchrony threatened collection agency. I do appreciate all you've done but it seems like there's more to be done... am I right?

I found that anyone that I spoke with provided me with accurate information and were patient and willing to answer all of my questions. All but one debt was able to be resolved in the original time frame specified. By extending out the time by 4 months they expect that I will be able to resolve that debt as well. The only element that I could offer a suggestion to improve in, would be to stop the automated calls. I was getting 6-7 auto calls per day, that then connected with an customer service person who had no idea why I was called. It turns out that some of them were to see if I would accept an offer, but, they did not identify this to me and I could not sit on the phone while at work waiting for them to decide why I was being called.

I am very pleased with the communication, efficiency and results after barely 6 months of the program. I trust National Debt Relief to do what they said that they would do: get me out of debt within 3 years. I have settled 3 accounts for good numbers and have 3 to go.

National Debt Relief has been a godsend for us! Due to some unemployment and underemployment issues we got into trouble with our credit cards and had to reach out for help. NDR had the highest recommendation online and it was certainly well deserved! They put us on a manageable repayment plan and have already negotiated with two of our creditors for less than half of what we owed. Working with the customer service has always been a great experience. They answer all my questions and keep me updated to what is going on with my accounts, like when they will be settled and anything else that might be going on.

I decided to cancel my account because the program doesn't relieve debt at a quicker time, rather it'll clear debt in 2.5 to 3 years. When I canceled, I spoke to a gentlemen about my cancellation and he was a little adamant at my decision and became upset at me when I asked why I'm not getting most of the deposits I already put in toward my account. He said that NDR charged 25% of settled accounts and more fees which gave me no confidence in continuing the program.

Absolutely amazing. Have taken care of me the whole way through. Helped me when I needed to change dates for payments to be taken out and always kept me up to date with negotiations with my account. Would recommend to anyone. I may even pay off my debt sooner than I thought!

When I signed the contract with NDR I was not adequately warned about the amount of money to pay as an NDR fee per creditor agreement. Thus I am now conscious of the amount of $700 and some dollars per settlement as an amount too high for my disbursement with each creditor case of debt cancellation. I have had to recently be warned by NDR to increase my monthly contribution to meet costs of debt cancellation. I was not expecting this.
