Brittany was very helpful. My only concern is that I cant get a document or email confirming our conversation. This is concerning. Also, I was never told that more monies were required along the way. I'm disabled and my benefits are the same every month.

All around great company to deal with... Really seems like they want to help you out... They go above and beyond to solve new issues you have. I would recommend them to anybody needing help getting out of debt.

I have been with Debt Relief for a few years now and waited to do my review because I feel that an actual experience with this company would take time. I have had a very good experience with National Debt Relief! They were very good at explaining how it works and followed through with everything they promised. They are also very good at communicating with me whenever a new settlement came in.

I'm giving 4 stars because I really appreciate all they've done in settling my accounts for. Would be 5 stars if not for the high commission percentage they charge so - 0.5 and - 0.5 for the sales call. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone just to find out it was really a sales call. I didn't like how he wasted my time trying to sell me more debt when I'm already in debt.

I have been struggling financially for way too long. I was referred to NDR and am so grateful. I'm married to a farmer and things were not going well so we had to use the credit card a little more than I wanted to and I got upside down in my credit cards. I thought that relief help might be a good way out and get it paid for and not do bankruptcy. National Debt Relief has been really helpful, kind, considerate and understanding. Anytime, I've had a question, they've been very informative and able to answer all of my questions. Working with them has relieved a lot of the financial stress that I had. I've been with them for almost a year and they are doing what they said they would do and I kept up my end of the bargain. Hopefully, in about three years, we'll have it all taken care of.

We’re two years into NDR's program. My interactions with their team have been very positive and they're very helpful. They have made our life easier since we don’t have to deal with the monthly payments with the minimum payments and since working with them, we’re able to keep things more focused and budgeted. I now have very little interaction with them. I simply email them and they do what they have to do. We get monthly statements and they contact us when a new creditor makes an agreement. They're on top of everything.

yesterday and several numbers later spoke with answering machine... I tried again and was told they had spoken with Credit One a few minutes earlier but gave me another a number to call. Two calls later an answering machine... I told her... she said not to try anymore. She would note it!

While I obviously can't rate the program yet, I have been very pleased with the enrollment process. The details were all laid out specifically and clearly. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. Rocco clearly understands the ins and outs of the program and made sure I understood them as well.

For the most part everything has been great, really felt like they wanted to help me out from the get go. Since enrolling, most of the customer service has been pleasant, there has been a few agents who were not the friendliest. That's why I gave 4 out of 5 stars, customer service is huge for me.

Testing new monthly payment (reduction in monthly Payment due to new IRS/CA tax payments) for 90 days and then discuss next step. It's been a lot of stress relief since joining the program a little more than a year ago, knowing the phones the call have stopped after about 2 months into the program. We have about 2 1/2 years left to go and we will have just house and car payments left and we already seen a positive change in our credits scores (mine & my wife's).

They have really help with our debt. I have been in program for 1 year and they have already settled on 7 accounts. It is a relief that they have taken over a huge burden. I am happy with my experience with National Debt Relief (NDR). Their response time is relatively quick (about 24 hours due to timezone). I signed up last year (06/2016) and NDR settled my 5 accounts for student load debt (08/2017). Please understand that you must really commit to resolving your student loans.

Overall, the customer service reps that I have worked with have been courteous and professional. They always present a positive and helpful attitude, and are a pleasure to work with. I have a couple of suggestions to improve the level and quality of service. First, have the reps spend more time reviewing the file before responding to a customer. For example, I have repeatedly been asked to provide Power of Attorneys that were already in the file. Also, I have been asked if I can provide additional funding, when I have repeatedly stated that it is not possible. A few times I attempted to provide additional funds, with negative results. Please note that these are suggestions to improve customer support and are not intended to be criticism. I have also been pleased with the timely responses and the settlements reached with my creditors. Thanks for your support.

The only thing that has happened so far is me depositing money into an account. I'm getting collections calls from multiple creditors at home, my cell, and at work. Meanwhile I have paid almost $2000 toward my debt negotiation with no negotiating going on right now.

Coming to grips with my struggling financial situation was hard but asking for help was even harder. I felt embarrassed and hopeless but NDR was understating, straightforward and optimistic. Just phone contact so far. Mr. ** was very good explaining the program to me. Only problem is I did not expect all of the phone calls from every company in the world wanting me to buy or subscribe to their product.

When I first spoke with a representative, they explained the program to me very clear, and I distinctively remember them saying that my issue would be resolved in 3 years at the price they quoted me. I know they also made it clear that if I were to be able to add more to my payment, the debt would be resolved quicker, but it was my understanding that at the price they quoted $343 a month, my debt would be resolved in approximately 3 years. I do not see how that will happen. Also, other than my forwarding notices from creditors to you, I never hear from anyone about anything. Communication after the initial set up has been nothing. I guess as long as my debt gets paid off, I will be happy. Had I known then what I know now, I would have tried a different method.

Customer services has always been a informative and pleasant experience. My debts are gradually going away. It is a relief to be working with an agency that is actually doing what they said they would do. I would repeat this experience.

I have been on the program about 18 months now and it has been a very good experience working with the folks at National Debt Relief. The first person I spoke to from NDR was great, very informative and took the time to explain things. Since then I am honestly not sure what is happening because you have no specific point person to contact. The only thing I am sure of is that I now have a very poor credit rating, I am receiving many phone calls per day from my creditors which I do not respond to and wonder if this is what the next 3 years will be like. When I have called customer service at NDR I am told that creditors have a right to try to collect on their debt. I get that but hasn't some conversation taken place with NDR to come to a compromise on how much of debt will be repaid? If NDR has not served as a middleman here then what is their function here? I could have arranged an agreement with my creditors on my own!

Your representative gave a thorough explanation of the offer. She further informed me about what funds I had in my account. I also was informed at on Sept. 26 I would need to add $16.50 to be applied along with my $124.50, as well as Sept. 27th 53.91. There are others like you that work with a company that can help take care of other things such as getting a house, and taking care of getting up to date with other bills. Your company seems to be good, but it would be great if you had a little help.

National Debt Relief gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. It was a little stressful when we missed 2 creditors when I thought I was all set but they got it done in the end. I did have a very bad experience on the phone getting hung up on and in one case dealing with a very rude & unprofessional women with the Underwriting team. Hold times were also bad. You should set an expectation & ask permission when placing a caller on hold. Extremely important to check on them rather than keep them wondering. In the end you guys came through for me and my overall experience was good. I recommend better training for those answering phones & always call someone back if they get disconnected.

I think your rates are too high. Service is okay but not the best. I hate having to repeat myself and ask/answer questions more than once. Do I think the service is worth the money… not really sure at this point - almost wishing I had just filed bankruptcy. With every settlement, I’m asked if I can pay more – NO! Overextending myself and my situation is what got me in the predicament I’m in now – not doing that again. Negotiations have stopped due to low funds in reserves but major fees still get paid. I’m a little bitter but I was asked my opinion.
