As I am not completely done with my debt consolidation I can't say that I'm happy with this process. Pros. In my opinion this is better than doing a bankruptcy. Did you not get any more harassing phone calls from your creditors, you may have One like Barclays that will send you notices that you have been reported as dead LOL and asking your family members for money. But in general they take care of you.

I was feeling a "bit" stressed over the amount of bills and monthly payments I had gotten myself into when I read about National Debt Relief. I contacted them, got some paperwork sent to me, established a manageable monthly payment, then I fell. I was off work for over 5 months!! Fortunately the monthly amount I pay them was doable and they have made some settlements with a couple of my creditors and are working with others. Some folk would tell me I would be sorry, that it was scam, that I shouldn't deal with anyone out of state, but I can now tell them, "I made the right choice!" Thank you National Debt Relief.

The folks at "National Debt Relief" were very helpful in negotiating my credit debt and lowering the amounts owed, gave low monthly payment options, helped raise my credit score back to 600 from 400, and within two years I am now debt free!

Very knowledgeable staff that can answer all questions quickly and with the ability to lower my debt so quickly it makes it feel like they care about me and my financial future. I have tried other west help companies with pretty much no help. They took money and did not complete what was agreed on.

The representative that is working with me is articulate, prompt, honest, and efficient. I was quite impressed with the negotiated agreement that he worked out with the first creditor. He was honest about what could happen and made no false statements.

Extremely dissatisfied with the knowledge of the representative that helped. I have one debt settled and am making $400/month to the creditor and only 100 to my account to settle another. They wouldn't let me pay off the 1st creditor debt completely and put 20% into my account to speed up negotiations. I was furious and wanted to clear that debt completely because at the rate of $100 a month I'll never settle. Talked to a manager and he assured me this can be done and have been waiting for his call back. Bad advice and service.

I'm not happy with other this company, work very slow and bring your payment higher when you need to reschedule a payment with advanced notice. Interesting that one debtor was finally paid and payment become higher. I think is time to look for other options.

So Far so good, hardly have any pestering phone calls. Additional payments are very tough when you schedule the 1-15 of month. If additional payments are needed they need to be scheduled after the 15th of the month. My limit for additional payment is $250. Customer service is very polite and seem eager to help.

They have been very good about communicating with me in a timely manner. The portal is an awesome way to track my progress. I still have a long way to go but I believe they will be with me every step of the way. Coming up on my first year.

Great service so far! I was a bit skeptical at first when I decided to enroll with NDR. This program is great, the people are very friendly and efficient, and the process moves quickly, they work to get your bills paid for a reduced amount. They have settled 4 of my accounts within six months.

I have Been totally left in the dark about what's going on. I'm being harassed at my work, at home. I've called and can't get any answers. I'm quite upset about everything. And not getting support. I have made all my payments but no support.

I really can't rate you as a business right now because I still have creditors calling me. You're taken 3 deposits out already and still no negotiating with at least one of our creditors (the one with the lowest amount on the card). Ask me a few months from now when I start to see results.

When beginning with NDR, there was constant communication. Usually a weekly or monthly telephone call. After 4 months that abruptly stopped and the only communication I now have is when I initiate the communication. That bothers me as I usually do not get answers to my questions as to where NDR is on negotiations with creditors on my behalf.

I have asked that your team please contact Sallie Mae which is the reason I had to come to you for assistance with debt. I continue to receive numerous calls from them and they have "sold" my account to other debt collectors. I thought this company would work with them to get this to stop. I appreciate working with the other debt collectors but I really wanted Sallie Mae addressed.

My experience so far has been very professional but I'm just in the beginning phases of this process. Website has all the information on my deposits and where my accounts stand for now with the amount of dollars that have been deposited so far.

When I came, I was in a great deal of debt and I was really helped by the program. It was easy to add new debt if needed and when I called in, the people on the phone were generally helpful. The only issue I ever had was that initially I was told that the payments couldn't be on specific days, but had to be a specific amount of time apart. In other words, I couldn't do all payments on the 2nd and 17th of each month, I had to do 2 weeks apart, which occasionally caused problems when I had two payments on a single paycheck. After a while, I did get someone who was able to get me on specific dates, which made the whole process a lot easier and made my budget planning work much better.

The process is a long one. But we are starting to make slow progress. My Experience with NDR has been worthwhile. The customer service is second to none and take into consideration their client opinions. Getting hold of a person is easier than expected. Though getting transferred to a Quality Control Specialist is not as easy.

There was much enthusiasm signing me up and starting the program. My monthly deductions continue as my credit score declines. But I do not see where there's any benefit. My balances remain the same. Please tell me this is not a scam? I would like to see some results and be dealt the same enthusiasm shown at enrollment.

I have had a very good experience with National Debt Relief! They were very good at explaining how it works and followed through with everything they promised. They are also very good at communicating with me whenever a new settlement came in.

I'm giving 4 stars because I really appreciate all they've done in settling my accounts for. Would be 5 stars if not for the high commission percentage they charge so - 0.5 and - 0.5 for the sales call. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone just to find out it was really a sales call. I didn't like how he wasted my time trying to sell me more debt when I'm already in debt.

We’re two years into NDR's program. My interactions with their team have been very positive and they're very helpful. They have made our life easier since we don’t have to deal with the monthly payments with the minimum payments and since working with them, we’re able to keep things more focused and budgeted. I now have very little interaction with them. I simply email them and they do what they have to do. We get monthly statements and they contact us when a new creditor makes an agreement. They're on top of everything.

I'm married to a farmer and things were not going well so we had to use the credit card a little more than I wanted to and I got upside down in my credit cards. I thought that relief help might be a good way out and get it paid for and not do bankruptcy. National Debt Relief has been really helpful, kind, considerate and understanding. Anytime, I've had a question, they've been very informative and able to answer all of my questions. Working with them has relieved a lot of the financial stress that I had. I've been with them for almost a year and they are doing what they said they would do and I kept up my end of the bargain. Hopefully, in about three years, we'll have it all taken care of.

It's been a lot of stress relief since joining the program a little more than a year ago, knowing the phones the call have stopped after about 2 months into the program. We have about 2 1/2 years left to go and we will have just house and car payments left and we already seen a positive change in our credits scores (mine & my wife's).

Overall, the customer service reps that I have worked with have been courteous and professional. They always present a positive and helpful attitude, and are a pleasure to work with. I have a couple of suggestions to improve the level and quality of service. First, have the reps spend more time reviewing the file before responding to a customer. For example, I have repeatedly been asked to provide Power of Attorneys that were already in the file. Also, I have been asked if I can provide additional funding, when I have repeatedly stated that it is not possible. A few times I attempted to provide additional funds, with negative results. The only thing that has happened so far is me depositing money into an account. I'm getting collections calls from multiple creditors at home, my cell, and at work. Meanwhile I have paid almost $2000 toward my debt negotiation with no negotiating going on right now.

Just phone contact so far. Mr. ** was very good explaining the program to me. Only problem is I did not expect all of the phone calls from every company in the world wanting me to buy or subscribe to their product.

When I first spoke with a representative, they explained the program to me very clear, and I distinctively remember them saying that my issue would be resolved in 3 years at the price they quoted me. I know they also made it clear that if I were to be able to add more to my payment, the debt would be resolved quicker, but it was my understanding that at the price they quoted $343 a month, my debt would be resolved in approximately 3 years. I do not see how that will happen. Also, other than my forwarding notices from creditors to you, I never hear from anyone about anything. Communication after the initial set up has been nothing. I guess as long as my debt gets paid off, I will be happy. Had I known then what I know now, I would have tried a different method.

When I have called customer service at NDR I am told that creditors have a right to try to collect on their debt. I get that but hasn't some conversation taken place with NDR to come to a compromise on how much of debt will be repaid? If NDR has not served as a middleman here then what is their function here? I could have arranged an agreement with my creditors on my own!
