I have to say I was very reluctant to join National Debt Relief, however, when I did a google search on National Debt Relief and read all the positive reviews I was relieved when I signed with National Debt Relief and they help you and guide you.

My experience with National Debt Relief was rewarding. I can't say enough good things about my relationship with National Debt Relief. Anyone finding themselves in financial difficulties should reach out and get help. Now I am debt free and I am so thankful.

When I called National Debt Relief, I was desperate. My finances had been out of control for decades, and I had been trying to get by, largely by paying minimums on my credit cards. I researched debt-relief companies, and National Debt Relief had the best reviews and most reasonable terms. It took year and a half, but now I can say, "I am debt free!"

I feel that I was ripped off and paid too much. I paid to attend court sessions that the lawyers stated I didn't need. I could have prepared my own answers. And the percentages that they charge to pay off the creditors were way too expensive. I wish I knew better, otherwise I would have settled on my own. My credit score is so low. Thanks National Debt Relief.

The time it takes to reach "agreements" with debtors is lacking, there's several accounts still floating out there damaging credit reports even more playing the waiting game. We were really hoping to have a lot more settlements taken care of that has happened so far.

We have only been with them a couple of months so far their customer service has been great. But I would prefer to review towards the end of the experience. I just don't think I have a good idea of how everything will go yet. A friend of mine had a great experience so we are hoping to also.

Good service and overall experience with NDR. I am looking forward to being debt free. Not getting phone calls from creditors is a blessing. Carlos did a very good job at explaining the program and how it could help my situation.

A few years ago, I contacted National Debt Relief. The customer service representative was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, & professional. Most importantly, he quickly put my mind at ease. I was able to pay off my debt ahead of schedule (28 vs 33 months) which provided great relief. In the end, I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to anyone needing the same type of help. They're an awesome company & really care about their clients???

National Debt Relief is a very caring and professional company that has helped me immeasurably in reclaiming my life. I tried Freedom Debt Relief which was a horrible company that gave me the worst advice and only made life worse. When I changed to NDR everything changed and the harassing phone calls and threats stopped immediately. Not only that, but I am way ahead of schedule in settling my outstanding debt and getting my life back on track. NDR keeps you in the loop at all times and their representatives are polite, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend NDR to anyone who finds themselves in financial difficulty.

I have to say that I was very leery about doing any kind of Debt Relief. But my experience was so smooth that I almost didn't think it was real. I must... say that I really wouldn't have done it if I didn't have Christopher ** be the one to guide me through it. His personality is so refreshing and truly genuine. I am so thankful for all he had done for me. I mean this so sincerely.

NDR has done everything they told me they would do - no gimmicks/no tricks! As of November, my debts will PIF!!! They always called to discuss a settlement offer and to request my authority to move forward. GREAT COMPANY and I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service that I receive. They are always helpful and answer all my questions. If it has to do with Billing, Questions regarding where my account is in payment process, how many payments left before the end date they answer everything.

My experience was great with this company. That gave me direction and hope to get my finances back in order. They settled all my debts while meanwhile have a very affordable payment plan to pay them for the services. They saved me a tremendous amount of money and settled all of my accounts for at least 50% less than what I owed!! Great company!!

When we first started working with National Debt Relief, they told us that they could get us out of debt within three years. I believe they may do that two years. So far, National Debt Relief has settled all of our accounts except for one. They were for the most part settled for around 40% to 50% of the original account balances. They have done an amazing job for us, thus far.

They are very friendly and always point me in the right direction. They get to the creditors in a timely manner and help ease some of the stress. When it's time to settle on a debt, they give great information on why it's important to settle or not. They seem to always have your best interest when making decisions.

Every time I have called, the person who answers has been kind, professional, and reassuring. My debts have been negotiated promptly and without any calls to me. I really appreciate all the efforts made by National Debt Relief.

My situation was dire... NDR gave me the opportunity to reduce the interest due on a list of high-interest loans by negotiating with my creditors. This gave a relief to my stress with their intervention because the creditors accepted their terms. A win-win, if you know what I mean.

I was in a very "tight" spot and NDR was able to assist me in getting my debt in order so that it could be paid in a timely manner. Very instrumental in settling one particular debt that was ready to go to court - so appreciative for their time and service.

NDR stays in close contact with their clients and their creditors. They respond quickly to emails and calls and try to resolve the situation quickly. They put an end to collection calls and threats from creditors. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They are only concerned with their clients' financial well-being.

I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to anyone who is over their head in debt and still wants to pay their creditors. National Debt Relief explained their program clearly and have done everything they said they would do and more! They always answered any question I had and their legal team helped out when I was served with papers by a few of my creditors. All accounts were settled. Communication is always great!!

I have recommended National Debt to several of my friends and work mates. This company has helped me through some rough times when I was sick. Easy to work with. Every customer-service rep was very helpful and considerate of my circumstances. I did not have to worry about phone calls from bill collectors. It all stopped as long as I made my payments regular.

Everything went smoothly and quicker than expected. The only thing I would change is there could have been more of an explanation on some of the forms that were sent. I would go through this again if needed. The initial setup was super easy and the guy that helped was very professional and was not pushy about getting me signed up.

They have been very helpful in getting the bills I submitted to be lowered. Also working within my budget so payment more than I could afford. Statement of payment made and balances on pending agreement are easy to find. Also able to stop phone call from the high-interest loans that put in a bad financial shape. Was even able to change payment days when I let know in advance.

Overall, I think the concept is a great idea. I prefer the lower payments. I understand the reasoning behind your process, but when I have called in to ask questions I feel as though I was mislead originally. The fees associated with settling an account are very high, so it takes the consumer quite a bit of time to pay off the debt. Who's to say your bargaining power is going to be able to persuade them not to sue you? I just feel some portions are still risky and I'm only about 8 months into the program. I still have 12/14 debts that need to be settled... I have a long way to go and am afraid they will not wait.

I am overwhelmed with the amount of phone call I receive each day. I am busy and I don't have time to reach out to each of these people. I assumed you would be calling them and working out the arrangements by now. I am getting at least 15 phone calls a day and every time I block it they use another one. I am not happy with this process thus far. If I have to do the legwork in contacting them why are you guys here?

They were awesome the whole time and were a great relief both mentally and financially. I was very stressed over my debt and they came along at the right time. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of debt relief, I hope I never need this kind of help again but if I do I know where to go.

While I am happy that my debt is being paid off, I only wish the fees can be taken out after the debts have been paid off. I cannot have another debt paid off until my account goes through 6 months of fees. As a customer in good standing surely this should not be the case.

Without NDR I don't know where I would be. I was $14,000 in debt and I only had to pay about half that to become debt free. They have taken a huge weight off my shoulders and I couldn't be more thankful.

Very informative, great communication skills, and representatives answer questions by taking their time and making sure the customer understands in detail. Help is always provided when needed. The representatives work with the auctioneers to make sure they can make the payments and will change payment plans regarding on how much the individual is able to afford.

Everybody I work with there was very helpful and encouraging. I did not have one bad experience from beginning to end and if I have to I would do it again. Very friendly and outgoing. When they had concerns they talk to me about it. Very helpful all the way around.

I was very hesitated to make this phone call. Usually I get someone that has broken English and it is hard for me to understand. I was taken care of professionally and not made to feel that I messed up. All my questions were answered in detail when needed.

It's difficult to rate because I haven't had your program interact with any of my creditors and it's a little stressful at this point because I wasn't aware that you would wait to contact them. I've done everything asked on my part but credits are refusing the change of address and are mentioning lawyers. I hope this situation improves but it's not too assuring at this moment.

The intake was great, Jessica was very helpful. I emailed 7/7/17 to change my payment information and it wasn't changed. I changed banks as suggested and now the payment is trying to go through the old bank. I asked to stop that payment and change the bank info but it can't be done? Why? So now if it goes through there is going to be a fee and I will have to pay more at the old bank. I sent the information on the 7th so this wouldn't happen.

I was crushed with debt. Afraid to make the first phone call. Was all very smooth, constant contact. They were great on the phone and email follow up. I'm now 2 years into the program and over 95% debt resolved. Just tremendous.

I heard about National Debt Relief through a friend, and NDR asked me questions about my income and if I would be able to pay the certain amount that they suggested. I needed some help with my debts so I decided to look into getting relief help. National Debt Relief's team was professional, courteous and they made sure that I understood that they were not a scam. Though I wish they communicated more with me, the representative knew what he was talking about and helped me quite a bit. I faxed National Debt Relief and phoned them back, giving them permission to go ahead and do what needed to be done if I can’t get a hold of them. I’ve been in the program for four months and the process is going to take 24 to 48 months. I deposit what I need to which is $347 a month. It has stopped a lot of phone calls and has given me better confidence that eventually this will be resolved. I tell my creditors to check with National Debt Relief and I hear from them no more. I'm glad I got in the program.

I was over my head in credit card debt. I was going to do bankruptcy. But then I called National Debt Relief and they talked me through. It is more than I like to spend each month, though. It’s still a struggle each month to come up with $600. But when it’s done, I’m going to be okay. I’m happy with the program. Would like to know what to tell my creditors when they call demanding payment or repossession of not secured property. These are items where I used the credit card to purchase i.e.a Generator.

I don't know if this is good or bad. I enrolled in the beginning of May 1917. As far as I know nothing has happened. I am still getting phone calls and letters from my debtors. I tell them to contact National Debt and still they call at night on Sundays. So, I do not know if this program is helpful or not...

A company, T.J. Maxx. Calls me every day and said they will send me collections if I don't make a payment. I think you guys should deal with them as soon as possible because they bother me. I think you guys should negotiate with them next. Please! Then I will give you a 5 star. Thanks for your help.

They say that customer service is their goal & so far they have exceeded my expectations, specifically Clinton, my debt advisor. I had a million questions which he gave me clear, concise answers to. I am very excited to get started after my 1st payment in a little over a week.

The agent was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with me to help me figure things out. Best customer service ever. She provided all the information that was needed answered all my questions. She always call back when she had to have approval. She was very prompt doing so.

The customer service at Nat'l Debt Relief have been very professional and upfront about what to expect. My tax accountant concurred with what I was told to expect. This is not what I had planned in life but they are taking me through it with dignity.

This program has taken such a load off my shoulders. After nasty divorce, a medical diagnosis no one would ever want, then several complications, I was overwhelmed with debt. Also coming from a good paying job to medical disability, my expenses were unmanageable. Everyone from intake to follow through is professional and helpful. NDR staff have been very nice and helped me manage my debt in less than three years. When I came to them, it seemed hopeless and as we proceeded there were a couple of times I could not accept the settlement offers from my creditors and twice I was served with legal papers but NDR assured me that it would all be fine and eventually it was and they kept me from getting sued. The only issue I did have was they kept calling even when the offer was turned down because I didn't have the funds to accept it. Better communication between departments might solve that issue. It wasn't so bad being called but it takes a lot of question and answers to find out that it was the same offer being talked about. Minor detail. Everything else has been wonderful and I am now 90% debt free.

Overall a great experience with your company. Thanks for everything you do to help. Every time I have a question you're always there to give me the right answer. Looking forward to finish my program and be out of debt for 1st time in many years.

I only have one complaint. The monthly statements from Client Solutions is very hard to read and figure out the balance of my account. Other than that, I am very satisfied. The descriptions could be more detailed. It was very hard to tell what the transactions were for. Just need more detail.

I am already sleeping better. Everyone has been very helpful and answered all of my questions. Alana especially made me feel like we were not failures from the get go. But it will be weird to default on payments because so far we have not missed any.

My financial obligations was more than I was bringing in and I was overwhelmed with bills. I went with National Debt Relief and working with them makes me feel positive towards getting all my debts paid up. When they’re ready to set up a payment arrangement with one of the creditors they’ll email me to let me know what’s going on and if I approve of it, and then I do. But one thing I need to find out is why they’re not going in to clean up the credit stuff. They claimed they’ll do that so I would like that to happen. I realized the other day when I went in and a lot of the things that were paid off are still on my credit report. Also, they should contact or send in an issue letter to all the creditors on the list to let the creditors know that they’re handling the case and that they'll follow up. That way, the creditors won't put me in the credit bureau as delinquent payments. Other than that, it's been a positive experience.

I am happy with the progress so far. At first it takes a while to get your very first claim. The people have helped me get started and I hope they continue to help move forward past the calls and other form of contact via the creditors.

I am pleased with the level of service that I have received this far. The plan to get out debt is coming along at a decent rate and I don't have to deal with delinquency calls. I would definitely recommend these services to others. Thanks.

National Debt Relief is wonderful and recommended. I turned $70,000 cards and credit lines debt over to them and in 4 months so far they have negotiated away $7,000, and as I make fixed $945 monthly payments all debt will be gone in 48 months.

My experience was pleasant and reassuring that I was headed the right direction. I trust NDR to be fair and to have my back while I work to reestablish financial stability after hardship. The representative was polite, patient and very thorough.

Two out of eleven have now been resolved. That's great. I'm hoping as time goes along our credit scores will improve. The nasty phone calls from creditors has stopped. It is my hope I can increase the deposit in my account after the first of the year. By then other financial responsibilities will be satisfied. Again thank you for all you do.

They are very informative, keep me up to date with all activities on my accounts. Very satisfy with their negotiating skills. I started off with a high balance and my bill were cut in half. I couldn't have done that without their help. Very thankful!

The person that helped us start everything was so nice, thorough and reassuring. We've been constantly helped the entire time we've been on the program, regularly contacted every step of the way and in between for check-ins to see how we're doing and if we have any new questions. The program is fantastic and immediately saved us over 200$ a month in payments we would have made to credit card companies. So far we've paid off two cards, one of which alone would've taken us at least 5-8 years to pay off if we were lucky. That bill is gone now and it's great. I highly recommend this company to anyone with financial debts, they're very kind and helpful. We have yet to communicate with any person at National Debt Relief that hasn't been a good person.

Before contacting NDR, I had reached point where I was just making monthly interest payments, and thought I'd never find a way out -- I didn't want to default on my obligations, either. NDR provided a planned, facilitated plan. They negotiated settlements with my creditors, ran interference, and allowed me to see a clear path to resolving my debts. In another year, I'll be clear. They've done everything exactly the way they said they would, and lived up to everything they promised. I would absolutely recommend their services to others (including friends and family)!

NDR was very helpful and described everything in detail. They always stopped and asked if I had any questions along the way. Each part of the process was explained to me and each part that I was required to sign was read along with me and this made it a lot easier. I thought it would be an overwhelming process, but they made it easy. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get out of debt.

Granted, my credit score has suffered a great deal (and I was fully aware and completely understand this), just time to buck up and work on that now. It took about 2 years to get all of my enrolled debt cleared up, but it is completely Gone... One thing I would suggest to stress more that when you are enrolled in this program and debt is paid off, this is now considered taxable income and you Will owe taxes on it. So prepare for that! They're easy to tackle and work with and they didn’t pressure me at all. They told me to fax them and when I called them back when I was ready, the process went smooth. But I finally called back to a senior representative and they got it taken care of.

Now, months after being with NDR, I get a call from Synchrony Bank trying to collect about $600.00 more on the account than when I first signed up. NDR has been a blessing to me. I was laid off and racked up very high credit card debt over a 3-year period. I wanted to be responsible and still pay my creditors and take accountability for my actions versus filing bankruptcy. So far so good. I have completed most of the forms over the last couple of days. I'm sure there is something I have missed. I have not made my first payment yet to my account. As far as the process goes, not too difficult. Agents talk kinda fast, I hear slow and talk slow so that is a little bit of a barrier on my part. Other than that, the program is going to save me money in the long run! I'm happy about that!

I have called multiple times and was promised a phone call back within 24 hours. To this day I have not gotten one. And I can't call during my business hours as this is my personal affairs. One unhappy client.

I've only been in the program 4 months. Nothing has been done with any of my accounts to my knowledge (other than my monthly amount being debited out of my account). I was told the process takes 3-6 months. I have been receiving some creditor calls, which I shouldn't be getting as I have changed all my numbers, I just don't answer the phone calls.

The only issue I've had is trying to change the date of withdrawal from account. 6 business days seems ok until you forget and try to change it a week later due to payroll dates. Is it possible to change to 2 bi weekly payments so they fall on pay dates?
