National Debt Relief has been a blessing even though I'm still working on getting all the debts paid. Fortunately, no one has taken me to court and that I appreciate. Yes, I have collections on my credit report; however, the good side to that is the collections will disappear once I have the creditor paid-in-full. I still have a couple of years with National and hope to be able to contribute more monies than I currently am; however, I have no complaints regarding National's help. I would definitely recommend National to a friend ~ it has kept me from having to file Bankruptcy that would have been caused by a family emergency that was not in my control. I thank you, National Debt Relief. :o)

The support I have received is outstanding. The counselor go over the info so I can understand it. They answer my question. Love the support and would recommend to my friends from the beginning. I knew this program would work for me.

So far my experience is ok. I just started in February and out of the 7 accounts enrolled, I only have that is 1 that is resolved. I was hoping for a little more confirmation that all accounts were at least contacted and the negotiations are or did take place. I still have creditors calling so I assume not all were contacted yet. I really like the fact that everything is online and you can check progress anytime. They also call to let you know that a negotiation happened so you are always in the loop. Mahalo!

We have a lot of debt and weren't getting anywhere with it, so we went with NDR. Every interaction I've ever had with them was always a positive one. They're courteous and able to answer any questions I had. Also, the calls stopped and that was a good thing.

I am receiving a lot of phone and text. I am two months away from, start paying debtors. I am able to manage my finances better. I am confident, that I be able to pay my debts. I am glad I reach out for help and assistance.

Great experience. They are getting me out Debt faster than I would paying it myself. It would have taken me over 15 years to pay off all that debt. I would recommend this service to anyone in order to avoid bankruptcy because in the end bankruptcy cost more.

I was nervous when I decided to consolidate my debt, I didn't know what company to pick until I started to take a look at customer reviews and complaints. By doing my research is how I came across NDR, and I am glad I did. They settled my first debt three months after I enrolled and now, I'm a month away from being debt free. I signed up for a three year term and all of my debt was settled in 2 years. Yes your credit will be impacted but hopefully after settling your debt you will be able to save money to hire credit experts to fix it, at least that is what I am doing.

It was a pretty fluid process, with my agent doing all the leg work and me just plugging in digits. Everyone was nice, welcoming and understanding. I was approved quickly, and to know that there would be lawyers on my side to help when companies get pushy is a great value!

I bought a house that needed a lot of renovation. I bought the house because I was tired of paying rent and watching my money go down the drain. I got in trouble with credit cards trying to fix up my house so I asked National Debt Relief to help me thinking it would clear up some money to spend on renovation. I pay Debt Relief $391 a month. I find it is really putting a strain on my budget to pay that much as I am living on a fixed income! Plus I have lost my good credit rating.

I have to say the company and employees I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. I would tell anyone to use this company. Though my debt is not a pleasant lesson National Debt made it a much more pleasant experience.

I tried to resolve my situation using the online customer form but got computer generated replies which didn't help. I then called in and felt I was being treated rudely so I asked for a supervisor and then still felt I did not have respect. So i was transferred to quality control where I was going to cancel all future transactions. As I am still not happy that fees are taken so fast from extra money I made deposits with instead of trying to settle some of my small accounts but Brian was persistent in explaining why this was done. I wish that NDR would spread out the fees along with payments so it was an equal amount and not drain the customer's account by taking all the fees upfront. But Brian made it a better experience and will determine in the next month or so if I stay with the program or choose to settle my accounts on my own. Depends if I get any communication as what is happening with my accounts.

I had 12 credit cards. When I started this program 3 are already paid off. Now we are on card # 4. National Debt Relief has live up to their name. Their negotiations skills are on point, I trust them to have me debt free in 3 years. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend.

It has been a real stress relief working with National Debt Relief. No more calls, letters and emails telling me that I'm late and that I need to make a late payment. It's been a year since I've started the program and they have 4 of my 10 debts. My credit score took a hit but it is slowly recovering, and I'm more than willing to bet it would have been worse if I hadn't gotten help from this company.

Excellent customer service! Every time you speak with a rep (and when you call you get a different rep) they always know exactly what's going on with your account! They are great with follow ups both calls and emails and break down payments. Also they let you know when and how much you should deposit into your account so you won't have any payments denied! They really work around your budget!

Since signing up I have not had any communication with NDR. They have not called me or sent any updated information. There has been nothing except for my credit rating going to crap. I believe at least monthly follow up should be mandatory.

I have been with the program for nearly a year. My smallest debt was resolved a few months ago which I was very happy about, and another one is being worked on currently. I still have a way to go, but it's been a relief to have National Debt Relief working on my behalf, and dealing with any issues or problems that come up.

Overall I am very happy. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't listen and take forever to return email or phone calls. They also lose paperwork. My account has been standing still with no progress on the last two accounts. I would recommend to friends.

So far, so good. Still have no settlements but the phone calls have stopped. Very pleased with Randolph's professionalism but until we move to the settlement phase, I have little to no data to gauge my satisfaction. Up to now my experience is just as Randolph described it would be and that is very encouraging.

When I signed up for the program in February of 2015 I was told it would take me 33 months to pay off my debt! The harassing and threatening creditor phone calls and mail stopped and National Debt Relief handled everything for me. My last payment was last month and it only took 29 months instead. So glad that I chose to use this program.

I went into this agreement expecting for it to take some of the load (Creditors). I feel I was duped into a scam. I have done all that was recommended i.e.: account closure, closed and opened bank account's, mailed changed of addresses, ect... I have not heard from NDR to let me know of any progress they are making. I have been clobbered by my creditors by mail, by phone, and e-mail. At the time I entered into this I was not late or delinquent on any of my accounts.

I had a great experience so far. It was easy to work with my contact Max to confirm that I qualified for the program. He was helpful and the approval was quick. I recommend calling if you are in a financial spot and need help figuring it out.

They were very helpful and friendly. They know what they're talking about and was always asking if you had questions or didn't understand anything. And they were fast in their response and sending the information out. I just enrolled, hopefully that's a sign of their commitment and service.

The process is, at times, tedious but that is a small price to pay for the level of transparency the service provides. My agent, Teddy, was informative and up front about the initial sign up and agreements, which was appreciated. The monthly payment amount is acceptable and easily scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the creditors on my account settled as quickly as it did and it's a relief to see the monthly "thank you for your payment" emails again.

The creditor calls have gone down dramatically. My monthly payment is less than 2 of my creditor's original payments combined. Life is a little more enjoyable now. I'm still broke but a more bearable broke. A few settlements have been completed and a few more payment plans have begun. Thanks!

When I first made the initial call I was hesitate but my father explain to me that he was once a member and they took care of his debt in total. My father became debt free in three years. My wife and I contacted them in Jan of 2016. The person on the other end made it sound like, "Oh, we always win. It's so easy. They are afraid of us. We will be with you every step of the way." The high pressure sales tactics of the initial sign up should have been our 1st warning light. Whenever there is a settlement offer, they call you multiple times a day until you accept. They don't even tell you that you can deny it unless you ask. It ruins your credit. They charge you 21% of the original amount. They don't tell you about every offer, just the ones that help them make $$. Oh, and you have a decent chance of getting sued like us. Run far far away!!!

I get frequent updates on the status of negotiations with my creditors. I really appreciate it. I had previously worked with a company who took thousands of dollars from me, went out of business. I am not satisfied at all. It is very bothersome to me that NDR takes care of their fees before they actually send my payments to the creditor. This was never discussed with me. When I enrolled I only thought there was one flat fee and not a fee for each account that was settled. I would like a supervisor to contact me immediately.

National Debt Relief explained every step of the way. They helped me get out of debt in a year and half, which was half of the time they had quoted from the start. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We even had one collection in court and they took care of everything from start to finish.

I uploaded my power of attorney document through my customer portal. Waited for about a month, upon logging in I saw that nothing changed, nor did I get any call about settlements or offers. I then sent an email asking what was going on, then only was I told that my power of attorney was signed incorrectly and needed to be fixed. I wish in the future if a document is unable to be processed, you should let the person know instead of waiting for me to ask the question.

This program was excellent. Every single person I spoke to was knowledgeable and pleasant. When we were enrolled we were told it would take approximately 3 years and it was almost exactly that long. We enrolled in Nov 2014 and will have all of our accounts resolved by September 2017. I did have one lawsuit filed against me (due to not paying on an account I had enrolled in the program). But the NDR representatives helped me through the entire process. I didn't end up needing to go to trial and the lawsuit was eventually dropped. Obviously it was a very scary experience but any time I called or had a question, the representatives were more than happy to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this program.

I have been with NDR since 2015. They have cleared up most of my debt and I have been very pleased with their service. Recently I have had medical issues and NDR have been so accommodating and empathetic to my situation. No pressure, definitely on my side trying to assist me. Today I spoke with a specialist named Amber. Kudos for the excellent customer service she provided, as do all your CSR.

Extremely happy with the results and will recommend people as long as they do right by me. I had my doubts about them. So far things are going well with our debts being settled. Only thing that needs some fine tuning is touching base on how to get the things off of credit report.

Perhaps I did not pay attention or read all the documentation but I am disappointed to learn the negotiations do not take place until cc are seriously overdue or in collections and there is enough money in escrow to make a deal. I was forced to negotiate my own deal with Citi collectors and not National Debt Relief.

Great customer service. Helps me with all the questions I had and made sure I was comfortable before making any decisions. Still in process of this whole deal. I'm very excited when I found this program, they were able to work with me and I accomplish a lot by doing this. I am disappointed with some of the lack of communication and recommendations to settle my accounts. For example, I have only had one of my accounts settled, and that's because I was encouraged to settle for a monthly amount that pretty much takes all of my monthly installment payment. So, for that reason, the other accounts will have to wait until March 2018 before I can settle any of the still outstanding accounts. I understand I can make more deposits outside of my regular monthly deposit, but if I am able to make LARGER monthly payments, I wouldn't have had to engage National Debt Management to resolve my debts because I could have CONTINUED MAKING PAYMENTS! So now I am in a bit of a fix, because I do not have more money to send you guys and my accounts will continue to be unsettled. I am not very happy.

I've had nothing but success so far with them. They answer my inquiries in a rapid and timely fashion, and work with me whenever I need to reschedule a payment date. The repayment cost is not astronomical, and so far I've had no issues with them.

My experience in the beginning was pleasant. I was filled with hope. However, when things started to take a turn for the worse in my life I quickly learned that I was just another number and not a person. I lost my job and I get a call every couple of days "have you done this yet" "when will you get to this" "we need your payment" "if you don't do this lawyers will come after you" "if you don't pay us we will drop your account". Wow is all I have to say. That's not even all of it. In a very overwhelming time as losing your job and family members in and out of the hospital, the last thing you want is to be harassed like they are a creditor. When you explain your situation it seems to go on deaf ears. They really don't care. There is no hardship program. Funny how the manufacturer of my vehicle will help me out more than a "Debt RELIEF" program. Right now I'm just disgusted.

NDR fights hard for credit card debt and helped me quickly reduce my debt. I wish I had known more about the impact on taxes so I could have prepared better. 6800 bucks in extra taxes the first year and 6000 bucks the second. Ouch!

It is starting to work. More creditors are starting to participate. Do not let the creditors bully you or try to make you think that they are your only alternative. Your credit score will go down and will eventually go back up. Live within your budget or you will never get it done.

She did accomplish my request, so I am satisfied. She was able to complete the change, and I appreciate that. Quality of phone on her end was very poor.

Thus far, I've been satisfied. However, I feel like you take too long contacting creditors. I'm now back to harassing phone calls from 2 creditors & one of which you've negotiated with yet haven't given them a timeline. I added a creditor to my program & due to them not being contacted & through other tactics, they've managed to withdraw monies from my acct, so now I must remove them from the program. There has to be a better system in place.

So far, I have had one account settled. It was for less than half of what I originally owed, so I'd say that experience was great. I still have several more accounts to settle, so I can't review the program as a whole yet.

When it says 'Client success team' it looks like spam. I nearly deleted it without opening it. I wonder how many clients delete it without ever reading it.

It's almost a year now since I started the program. Everything's going as expected. Nearly half my debt with creditors is settled. Having to worry about a single payment rather than a dozen makes a world of a difference. Less stress is wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. There are just two things though. Just filed my taxes but that was expected. And I still get constant calls. It happens nearly every weekday, up to 2-3 times and the numbers change so I can't just block them.

If anyone has negative things to say about this company, they simply have never dealt with them before. Not only are they working diligently to get my debt reduced, but their staff is amazing. It's beautiful, and you can't put a price on peace of mind, even though I'm paying less than half to NDR, of what I was paying creditors before I signed up. It's a slow process because I can't afford to pay more money each time. But hopefully I will be able to speed up the process. It has made my life less stressful without the daily calls from the collections. The updates on the progress of my accounts has been very helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful! Only recently I told them I have extra money and want to close the last two accounts - they have taken a month and still not closed the accounts. That's the only issue I've had with them in the 3 year program!!

I will start by saying that this program seemed to be a good idea and it seemed to be going well for over a year. I paid 50% of my debt off. Then, apparently, I made the mistake of switching bank accounts this past year and I kept calling to let NDR know that I no longer used the acct. they had on file. They would keep telling me that I would have to call back once my posted payment cleared and I kept insisting that it would not clear because I no longer use that bank. This continued, two calls later - I ended up paying with my new debit card, just so they could update my bank information. One of my debts was scheduled to be paid 7/27 and a withdrawal from my new acct. was going to be deducted 7/28 (which takes 8 days to clear in their system by the way) this caused NDR to lose my agreement with the debtor and my account went back to its original balance.

After months of stressful living I decided to research National Debt Relief, I found they were an accredited company with really good reviews. I decided to make the call and I'm so glad I did, within minutes they were able to formulate a plan for my situation, Lower my monthly payments and allow me the opportunity to start to bring my debt under control.

Initially the payments were in my budget then each time they settled the amount went up. This June I was supposed to complete the program but have to keep paying for almost another year. Sure the debts themselves went down with how much they were owed but overall I'm sure I played much more than the cost of the debts to this company. It grouped all the bills and stopped the interest, but trashed my credit the entire time I was paying for over 3 years once it's done. Then with each bill paid off look forward to paying the irs a tax fee on write off accounts even though they were paid to two different companies and settled.

The team is always so understanding and has solved all the problems I've presented. Went into this nervous but they eased all my fears and walked me through the worst of it. Even when we were sued they helped me take care of it fast and without stress and anxiety. I'm so excited. I'm less than a year away from being debt free!!

After making payments of more than $1,500 over a five month period there have been only three settlements made and I am still getting many phone calls. After reading the Client Welcome Package, I believed that "One of the first things your debt resolution team does for you is to send the Authorization to communicate and Cease Communication Letters to many of your creditors." To date, most of my creditors have not been informed. Also, records from NDR and the third party do not match.

So far, only bad things have happened. Lots of credit calls, credit tanking, insurance premiums higher because of failing credit. I'm feeling pretty vulnerable and not particularly protected or supported by company's involvement. I am hoping this improves as process continues, but right now things aren't good.

It cost me a lot every month and it felt so much better to be done at the end of the program. I did have some collectors putting bad things on my credit report. National Debt Relief did have an attorney that dealt with the bad credit report marks.

I am so relieved at the hard work we have put into this service. I also question the length of time it takes to pay this off. We were set up for 18 months, it's gone beyond that deadline. I saw that the attorneys get paid before my bills do. They get a lot of the money sent to you. If that was not a priority my bills would have been finished by now.

I have only been in the program for about 2 months and so far it is ok and they are working with me and trying to get things resolved. The credit card companies are always calling and trying to be a real pain, but all in all things are better than not doing anything.

Very easy to sign up, advisor was very friendly and called in timeframe I asked, everything done electronically except things that must be done via paper which are clearly described in the booklet and are very easy to do. So much less stress. Has changed how I spend money and that is the best part!

Finally they're done with my case but they charge me about 4000 dollars more than what they signed on contract, their customers service was good but I never understood about that 4000 dollars, I wish they had translated for other languages, but they don't. It was a hard experience.

During the two plus years I was with NDR I actually had more damage than good to my credit report and I was summoned to court because of a lack of responsibility on NDR's side. I had to fight, on my own, with no help from the supposed legal department I had paid to cover any problems. The statements were confusing and I could never get a straight answer from anyone there. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
