Helpful people who take time to answer questions. With a large debt looming over me, I am glad to find a company who can offer me a way to resolve my problem. I appreciate the fact that in our state I was able to have legal counsel when a creditor tried to go against their agreement.

I called to ask a question. Not only did she answer the question but she also went ahead and did it what the email was wanting me to do. To resolve it. So far so good. Can't wait to get the rest of them taken care of.

I really dont know what or how I would rate my experience as of this date. Nothing has been paid and all I see is my credit rating tanking. Receiving lots of threatening mail, so has this service contacted any of my creditors. Really unsure at this point in time. But you do manage to take your (my) money out of the account on time.

I have only been with National Debt Relief for a short time and so far I am very happy with the results I am getting. We are saving over $1000 in Min monthly payments where we were going nowhere as far as paying off our credit card debt.

I was notified immediately with a report that one debt was resolved and that another required a limited power of attorney form to be completed and notarized. I greatly appreciate being informed in so timely a manner of anything pertaining to financial situation.

So far so good but it's only been a month. I stumbled onto NDR as a result of last minute cold feet (literally) with another company where I felt I wasn't getting straight answers. I've felt comfortable here with the info I receive and the clear communications I've gotten. Everything is as it was explained and happening in the agreed upon time frame. The budget put together for me however is a little shaky and I don't think very workable... but I'm trying.

Liking the way National Debt Relief is progressing me toward a debt free life. Two down a few more to go and then I'll be happy to be free of debt, everyone that I have had contact with has helped me out greatly.

Customer service reached out to me about an offer on my Disco Card. They got a ridiculously good offer much better than they or I thought possible. Problem was I didn't have the funds in my account. This deal was so good that we worked it out.

It’s a year in and I’ve got four cards settled. NDR has been very helpful. They contact me before they make a settlement. They put everything in an account for you and if you have enough in the balance when you make the settlement they’ll just take it out and make it to the company. It’s made it so much better not having all these credit card bills and just knowing I will be debt-free in a couple of years. I would recommend them if they wanna get out of debt. I know my credit score’s horrible, but hopefully in a couple of years I can build that back up. I just wanna be credit card-free.

Contacting NDR was an easy experience. All representatives were pleasant and helpful. They made a unpleasant experience easier. The only issue I have is when your accounts are settled. Not sure how long it takes to have final notice of settled debts.

My experience has been wonderful. I feel safe, taken care of, and protected. All the unpleasant things, they are tending to for me. I actually did recommend NDR to someone... my son, Eric **, who is currently enrolled in the program.

I have been very pleased with my experiences so far, but the responses to the messages and communications from creditors I send are very impersonal. The computer already gives a robotic answer when it receives the email, but the comments I add to the emails I send are responded by people in insignificant or incorrect to my comments with the notices. It's be better if they didn't respond at all sometimes.

Jeovanny was very helpful in explains how it works. I had experienced some hardship in the last couple of years. He explained every step. Made it very easy to understand. They let you know if you qualify right away. I so ready to start the process. You have access to your account at any time.

I'm unable to access my online access with National Debt Relief. The IT department demands that I use a NEW access code and am unable to use ANY of my previous codes. I can't use ANY code similar to the LAST TWENTY INTERACTIONS. Therefore I must not use any of my previous passwords and make up another password just for National Debt Relief. NEVER HAPPEN.

My experience, albeit short, is not creating the results I had expected. I am overwhelmed by creditor calls daily, some as many as 10 and it is severely disruptive. It was not explained to me that this would occur. If it is not the purpose of your company, to assist clients with creditors, then an explanation of why this continues to happen would greatly be appreciated.

So far so good! We just started the process and I'm hoping it goes well. The people were very helpful and make you feel comfortable. I'm glad we made the choice to get rid of our debt. I hope that everything goes smoothly.

Good concept, but had issues - On the upside, NDR does what they say, they handle negotiations and payments to creditors. However, being with NDR did not stop 3 creditors from suing me, knowing that I was enrolled in the program. In fact, it might have encouraged the lawsuits so that they could get money faster knowing that I was paying NDR. It costs 200+ to order legal paperwork to take to the court as you cannot represent yourself legally if you want NDR to handle the account. Also, I made a large lump sum payment (3000+) after speaking with 3 different reps to confirm the amount needed to get all of my accounts in a repayment status. I was given the wrong information 3 times apparently and a large amount went to fees and the 2 outstanding accounts were not handled...

My contact was Jose **, he was very helpful and explain the whole program patiently step by step. I'm very glad I picked NDR and hopefully the program is all that I'm expecting. When I received the welcome call can't remember the name of the person I talked to but he also explain what I needed to know. Very knowledgeable.

Been a wonderful experience so far. Been so helpful, through the process and helping to relieve stress in my life. The updates and notices keep me on track with what is going on, with the accounts. Just a pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you.

Contrary to what was communicated there is no dialogue between negotiators and the client. The amount of settlement during negotiation was simply sent to my email and told to sign. When I asked to speak with someone I was told it wasn't an option. That was not consistent with information given with initial call.

This company does a great job. If you ever need help this is where you need to go. This company had great customer service and they have helped me when I got myself in trouble because of health reasons. Everything they have told me they have done. I highly recommend.

Overall I had a good experience with National Debt Relief. I felt like in general the customer service was friendly and quick. I felt like the program was excellent because they offer a full refund of your payments (minus some standard fees) if you have to cancel (I did cancel because I filed bankruptcy). Their website is pretty cool, but I wish I had the option to cancel a payment without having to send correspondence. And my only complaint was that I had to give 5 business days notice to stop or change a payment - this was difficult at times because of my family life being busy. So I would have loved to see the notice at like 3 business days.

It took me about a year to finally decide if this was the best route for me to go with my debt and I only wish I had done it sooner! They were able to settle 2 cards in a matter of 3 months and is in the process of settling another one!!! National Debt Relief has been a blessing. Like many of their clients, we never envisioned we would one day be buried in debt. When beginning this program, they tell you about the $9 or so service fee per month; however, they did not tell us about the fee for every payment, fee for payments over the phone, and they set up settlement with creditors on a monthly payment plan, so you are paying the fees every month on every payment.

I felt respected and treated fairly. It takes a few months to get going with the credit card companies. Everyone I've talked with at NDR has been very nice. I can say I'm feeling "relief" using NDR. George was easy to work with and very helpful!

Well it's been a year and everything has been perfect. I'm very happy with the service and so far, the results. There are so many non-reputable credit repair companies. I was very well pleased with the process of enrolling in the program. Olivia ** was excellent in explaining the program and the process, the amount it would cost monthly and any questions I had. I needed to get out of this debt that has been going on much too long.

Despite the fear of the unknown when journeying down this path, NDR provides a light in the darkness. My spouse and I were very unsure and had anxiety about the process, but the staff provided all the answers we needed and reassured us through it. Once NDR has negotiated terms with a creditor, they provide a simply, fast and efficient method for the customer to accept the terms.

Great customer service, exactly what they say they will do and good terms! Less than 2 months before our first debt was settled for less than half of the original amount. We would definitely recommend this company, as saving to pay a debt is hard with a family but having a dedicated bill is something you will do no matter what. My experience has been okay with National Debt Relief. They are helping me reduce my debt and get my finances in order. Not extremely satisfied with the timeline taken to contact and try and resolve credit issues. NDR makes sure you deposit sufficient fund so they can take their "fee" (NDR fees are high) prior to contacting and trying to resolve any creditors. That's probably why they tell you it will take 6 months to start the process. Not very happy with this company. I been in another credit counseling center many years ago and they managed to resolve accounts at a much faster rate.

The staff has always been kind, professional whenever I called. From the very first day, they took control of my debt. They set up an amount that I was to pay every month and was advised to contribute extra if I was able to. I highly recommend National Debt Relief if you are unable to pay your bills every month!

Everything was easy. The counselor explained everything and was easily understood. Five minutes later after one credit was resolved, another one came across and I gave my approval to accept the offer. I hope I can be out from under this in shorter period of time than what it was estimated to be.

They took the worry how I was going to dig out of debt away. Not dealing with the calls made it worth it. They'd check in with me every so often but no harassing calls. They make it easy to live through the mess I got in.

I have been with the program almost 2 years. I had eight accounts in the program. I have had 2 removed and 1 account was settled in 15 months. 1 more account was just recently taken care of. I had a doctor bill on the account and since it was too old they closed it out so the account was closed by you with the amount of zero. And I still paid you the company fee. After I told you guys the account was closed. I receive a phone call from you every day claiming there is an update and there is not an update. I wish the calls would stop. Unless they have made a deal.

Working with the National Debt Relief Service has taken the stress off my shoulders regarding my accounts. The agency determines with my creditors on how much I can pay and when it will be paid off. My credit scores continue to plummet, though, and that brings me some stress. It is hard to finance anything with low credit. I wish the creditors would understand that people have family issues and being able to pay bills living on social security is a joke.

Every time I have spoken with a team member, they have always been very courteous, well informed, and helpful. I have only been enrolled in the program for about a month. I have completed all notifications to creditors as suggested in enrollment packet. I do wish some type of notification might be sent from NDR to creditors sooner than 6 to 8 months.

My wife called the NDR Representative and I received a phone call immediately and explained the purpose of the call and all the details involved. I spoke with Katie ** and she explained everything in reference to my situation and then followed up with an email and a phone call after that to see if I had any questions. She followed up again by calling me at home to have a conference call with my wife and to explain the program once more in details. She was very informative and courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. She always followed up with email messages to ensure we understood all the instructions and just in case if we had any questions.

This has been great relief for me. It was an easy process to turn my debts over and let them negotiate a lower payoff. The best part was having just one bill to pay them all and not have to worry about making a separate payment to each one every month. I would use them again if need be, but hopefully I never get into deep debt again.

I sent an email on July 7, 2017 and as of today I did not receive any response. I asked for: A list of creators that was paid off and the amount that was paid off. A list of creditors that are pending negotiation and payoff amount.

I like the fact that it took 2 years to pay off my bills faster however, they were taking money from me when my bills were paid off already. They had to refund me. They added a bill which they could not negotiate with them so I asked them to remove the bill.

Creditors still calling - They haven't stopped calling. Even when I give them your number. When should they stop calling? That's my only concern. It was easy to sign up for. And they're otherwise helpful. I'm otherwise happy so far with the company of National Debt Relief.

Ever since the first day I decided to work with National Debt Relief to pay off my debt I've had great experiences with their representatives. They called me up when there was a problem and they notify me if there can be a settlement, which is really helpful.

I wish that I could have more advice. Customer service is amazing; very friendly. If I had more communication with the negotiators, I think I would understand the process more. I had four creditors, and settled three of them within two years. My final creditor is still unresolved. It has been awhile now and everything is status quo. No updates. No advice. One creditor hanging over my head.

Excellent customer service! I always knew they would help me through the process and explain everything. I have one creditor left - yay! Please do be aware you will pay taxes on those high amount credit cards once settled. I'm happy they were able to work with creditors and come to a reasonable settlement. I incurred my debt so it wasn't right to declare bankruptcy. This was the best alternative. Their portal is awesome and so helpful to see deposits, etc.

I would say this is the best debt settlement program. All the employees are responsible and work hard to make the life of their clients easy. I would recommend NDR for everyone out there who is trapped by payday loan and credit card issues. The staff are very nice and work with you during your financial situations. The only down side to their methods is that they collect from you first, then contact the creditors to settle, versus some other source that will pay off for you and then you pay back your debt program monthly, meaning you rarely will get collector calls. You will get collector calls for about 6 months (maybe more) before the calls become greatly reduced to none over time.

Encounters with National Debt employees are professional and courteous. They strive to answer every question and if necessary, they don't hesitate to transfer me to someone who knows the answer. My frustrating experience with National Debt occurred just three days ago. I was at work trying to quickly and privately fax a document to National Debt. I had written down an incorrect fax number. So I called National Debt to get the correct number. Unfortunately the customer service rep forced me to give all my identifying information before she would give me the fax number! I was mortified in front of four co-workers.

Although I think I was told I would get a monthly status phone call of my case and that has never happened, every time I call I am astounded at the customer service. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding whats going on with my account and I've asked the reps to repeat information -and they re-word it so I better understand. They're very personable, every time and I am not uncomfortable with calling them. Very empathetic in the care they give over the phone towards what can be a very touchy subject for most. I have recommended them to many people and am really glad I went with them for my debt consolidation.

Excellent customer service. National Debt Relief is a company with integrity. They deliver the services they say they will with efficiency and professionalism. Their customer service is tops, every representative I have spoken with was kind and helpful. I have referred others and will continue to do so.

I began paying down my debts about a year ago. I make 2 payments per month (automatically deducted from my checking account) and the debt relief service negotiates a payment amount with my creditors and then begins to pay it down. I have a way to go but it's getting done and I don't have to do anything more than make sure I have enough money in my account to make the payments.

You could communicate with me more frequently about where you are in the process of dealing with my creditors. Have any of them agreed to the terms? I still get 6-8 calls a day from them even though I gave them all the info about contacting you. They are still telling me they don't deal with you in settling debts. Kind of has me worried that they are going to take me to court. I have paid my payments to you every month and not seeing any results. If my name ends up in the paper for a judgment I will die. I might as well have filed bankruptcy. I just need someone to tell me what is being done on a regular basis without me having to call you.

Easy to talk to and deal with. Have been very eager to get things done in a timely manner. Everyone has been more than happy to help and always pleasant to deal with. I was hesitant to get involved with this process but knew I needed to do something. So glad I chose this company.

Just used papers to close all accounts by notifying all debt holders I have. So far no real problems other than Wells Fargo & Discover. They appear to be planning to take the hard line. Wells Fargo said they would be sending the case their law dept. Discover said they do not recognize debt relief. Your package has prepared us for fielding calls, etc. I hope the process gets easier as process continues. I like not having easy available credit cards. My wife seems lost without them but, we need to get separation. Thanks in advance.

I have gotten no feedback from anyone regarding settling my debts. I continue to get notices and phone calls from creditors. I was told to stop making payments so now my credit is even worse. I pay every 2 weeks and so far, I am not sure what I am paying for.

My experience has been mostly positive. The people I have had the pleasure of talking to on the phone have been really helpful at answering my questions. Getting the same offer several times in the course of a month for payments almost double what I was already paying was a little obnoxious. They have done nothing to date. I am continuously getting calls from creditors. When are they going to take care of this for me? Evidently did not give them all the information they need. Why did they not contact me. I was under the impression everything was a go. Am about ready to pull the plug if something is not done soon. Have enough on my plate without worrying about something I assumed was being taken care of.

They're helping really good. When I call they answer the questions I have properly, when there's a settlement they send me a email or call just to make sure everything is going well. They've been a great help so I could have only 1 bill to pay. That is the greatest help I could have.

The program is great but it would be best if they gave an entire breakdown of their fees, atty. fees etc. Once a settlement has been reach, it would be beneficial to have an option to pay as scheduled or a lump sum without any additional payments.
