I'm on my 3rd month now with the program and I'm still at 0% progress made. So maybe it will get better soon but as of now I'm still wondering how this is gonna turn out. Getting a lot of calls from creditors saying they have no recollection of the debt management program I'm in. So hopefully time will heal what I'm trying to do. Fingers crossed.

I signed up for NDR in May of this year, 2017. At this point, my debts have not been settled. NDR has been very cooperative with answering all my questions and concerns. The few times I have submitted request for service, I have received a satisfactory reply.

We are FINALLY seeing our debt getting paid off because of NDR!!! They have been super helpful every step of the way!! Every time we call, the man or woman we speak to very friendly and understanding of our situation. I'm so happy my husband and I decided to go with this program.

These people are knowledgeable, fair and understanding. They made everything easy and were always available. I can't believe that all my debts are now paid, and how they were able to negotiate to lower my balances. I highly recommend them!

I am very annoyed. I have been in the program 5 months and there hasn't been any negotiation with my creditors. I repeatedly check on my account status and have seen no action taken. I am ready to cancel the program and work directly with the banks to resolve the issue rather than let this company continue to sit idle.

I finally got all my credit cards paid off. When I was younger I got into some tough times financially and tried using my credit cards to get out. Now it's like I have a fresh start and more money in my pocket each month. It's like I can finally breathe again.

I am still fairly new in my experience with National Debt Relief; however, I have found all of my contacts to be very helpful, genuine and concern for my situation. Even though I do not have very much in my account yet I have heard from my creditors that contact has been paid. So far, I am very please with all of your help.

Debt and finance are very private and personal. I was struggling post divorce and National Debt relief was recommended by a friend who'd used them many years before. From the first phone call to the last, every communication was friendly, stress free and all of their employees were helpful with every question that I had. With their help, I made it through a year sooner than I'd expected to. I would recommend them to anyone that found themselves in a similar position.

I have had an overall positive experience. All of my cards have been settled except one. I am however anxiously waiting the final card to settle. If I could have this last card settled as quickly as the first I would be 100% positive. As it is I am 75% positive. Customer service is always helpful though.

I've been with them about a year and a half with over 24,000 dollars in debt. So far they have paid out my biggest account but I have yet to see it fall off my credit. Sure it won't be too much longer. They always great on the phone and have helped me so much.

Very clear explanations and willing to take the time needed to answer questions. Everything was covered and the emails matched up well with the conversation. I am relieved that something is finally being done about my debt. I also like the fact that they have a reputation for successfully negotiating with these creditors.

We have only made one transaction as of yet, but at this point the company has been more than helpful in making sure I understand each step, and I have told friends and family about my experience and will continue to do so throughout my experience.

Customer service is excellent and whenever there's any issue or question with my account, it is handled pleasantly and professionally. I would highly recommend this service to friends without any reservation. I am also impressed with how quickly phone calls are answered and how quickly my account is accessed.

I have just started my debt relief program. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to completing this program with success. When I had questions, I was able to call for information. I was given help immediately. I feel comfort in knowing that this agency is there to help me.

Overall, I'm happy with the help I got. What I didn't like was the fine print everywhere that was never explained and even when I asked questions to make sure I understand, they would never respond in writing for me to reference.

I really appreciated the help and the service I received the first few years but it was all done through the phone. Now they have a portal to see your account but I did not get one until December. When all I had was phone, one of the operators told me I was done with payments in like May but when I called to close account they told me I still owed like 3,000. I guess it was what I owed them not the creditor.

Never thought I'd ever use a debt relief program in my life. I reached out to them finally for help. They have been amazing with no questions asked just willingness to help. I have a few debts and 1st one settled was insane at how low it was.

I was out with a knee replacement and not able to work and I was able to lower my payment with no problem. I am now back to work and I can make payments that were scheduled to make. I would recommend this program to another person, I did recommend this program to my daughter and I have not been rewarded yet. Please show me something to confirm this, it has been over 90 days.

I have had a relatively good experience with NDR. The people I speak to are always nice. The rates they charge are way too high. I don't like paying into the plan for months and then they take $700 or $500 out all at one time. It feels like I'm taking 2 steps forward and then 1 step back.

So far it has been a very positive experience. Everything seems to be honest and upfront. When settlement has been reached makes me feel better one down. Communication seems to be documented very well from person to person so you don't have to explain everything again. The employees that I have dealt with seem to be very friendly and concerned with my request.

They do a great job but it takes very long to settle the debt but once they are on it they will settle for a great price and the customer service is terrific. I would definitely recommend this for everyone I know.

My wife and I committed, stuck to the plan and graduated the program. It was scary for us at first but it was obvious we were dealing with professionals. My initial consult with National Debt Relief was a relief. The representative was kind and understanding and nonjudgmental. When I received the paperwork and had questions I was sent an email response within 24 hours. They were easy to work with and very professional. Thank you Debt Relief for giving me my life back.

I entered the program and thought they were there to help, but I had nothing but hassle and had 2 of my accounts go to court because they refused to pay the creditor. My situation was change because my mother in law died and we were able to pay the full amount off immediately and National Debt took 4 to 5 months to do and finally I had to contact a lawyer to pay the bill of myself and request the money back. It was the most stressful situation ever. I would never recommend them to anyone.

As of right now, no results have taken place. I am waiting to have some of my bills to be cut in half. Also, I am a little worry about my bills being 120 days being past due. I have never been in this situation before, when will National let me know when my bill money that I sent in, will be used.

I have had a pretty great experience. I always get the help I need from the company. They are willing to work with you to make sure you're on track. I have had a few set backs since I have been in the program and I have always been reassured that the company will work me.

It has been a few months and I have not settled one account yet. But rest assure my credit rating has been taking the hit nearly everyday. I'm not sure if I made the right choice at the moment on all of this. If this continues I will more than likely leave the program.

So far so good, none of my debts have been settled as of yet. I had to put a hold on depositing monies into my account because of a financial setback, but whenever I call there everyone I speak with is so nice and helpful.

Only a few months into the program, working with NDR was easy and fast. I am still waiting to hear what the settlement is. I can only reply as to what my experience is and was so far. The people I have worked with, were understanding, quick to reply back and helpful. Can't wait to see what settlement is.

I appreciate your help in reducing the high interest rates on the debts I'm paying. With the reduced rates, I am able to pay my debts faster and get out of debt. Thanks for your assistance. It made me sad to be behind on debt payments, but I knew the companies were taking advantage of me when I realized their interest rates were two or three times the standard rates.

I spoke to National Debt Relief. They walked me through the procedure & paperwork. They were able to get the creditor to stop calling. After about one and a half years they see I am on time with the payments so they put me in touch with a loan company. I am getting a loan so my life is stable, one payment every month. Thank you National Debt Relief.

So they haven't actually updated me on any progress. But they keep sending me emails to rate my experience. Basically I've been giving them $500 a month for 5 months and haven't heard anything from them since I signed up.

Although the process has been slow, the company is getting the job done. Only one of my accounts have made a settlement in 3 months. But hopefully the other bad accounts will be taken care of soon. The company has been in touch with me every week and keeps me updated on everything.

So far, only two months in, I have had a great experience working with National Debt Relief. The customer service has been exceptional and the financial advisors are very thorough and walk you through the entire process. They are upfront about timeframe and they work with creating a plan/budget which you can afford.

I am new to this so there is not much for me to say. Except that Synchrony Bank is a royal pain. All other creditors have only sent emails. They however are relentless. I called in to let NDR know but was told I had to wait it out. Send me another once this has been resolved. I am starting to consider bankruptcy due to Synchrony Bank's harassment.

Non-judgmental experience right from the beginning. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders after signing up. Knowing that they will be there to work with my creditors and stop the threatening phone calls will take a lot of my stress away.

I suppose I was expecting a more immediate impact when signing on with National Debt Relief. Although I have been paying into my newly opened account for 3 months now, I feel as though there has been no interaction between National Debt Relief and the two debtors that I have turned over to them. I have called a couple of times, and have been assured that they would be contacted after I am past due by 60 days.

Just make sure ALL of your debt is listed when you start, the monthly fee offered for services is reflected off how much debt is included and mine was not all included at first so the monthly fee I was offered went up $200 off the bat! However, they are quick, responsive and have reduced a LOT of debt for me making this a very easy process.

National Debt Relief has been helpful, taken a ton of stress off my plate, and helped me get back on track with my finances. They care about what I can afford, and will give me warnings if I have to miss a payment, but I know they want me to succeed.

When I had over extended myself financially they were able to help me get back on track. I would recommend highly. Everyone is very helpful and easy to talk to. They handle my accounts professionally and quickly. Now that I am on the right track I have a better feeling about my financial health.

Things are going well so far, I am pleased with the communication and the results NDR is getting for me. The website is easy to navigate. When I reached by a collector and I refer them to NDR, I typically do not hear back from the collector which has been huge relief.

Well I was hesitate about turning my debt over but it has been ok. They were helpful when I needed to reduce my payments. My payments are comfortable with my budget now but they go back up next month. I'm tired of a couple of companies constantly calling. I'll be glad when that is over. Credit score has already dropped almost 300 points in 3 months. Waiting to see what happens.

My account is currently in the early stages of progress and has not begun the negotiating process with my creditors but so far but everyone has been so helpful thus far. I just began my debt relief program in May of this year. I am anxious to see how much money/interest the National Debt Relief team will save me.

From the initial phone call inquiry through the latest creditor resolution I have been very happy and impressed with the courteous and professional response from those the NDR. This was a difficult decision to make and the staff were compassionate and caring about my debt situation. I have a ways to go but I am optimistic and thankful to have NDR deal with my creditors. They haven't done anything yet as far as my debt goes, so I really don't have a review yet. I am sure once my debt goes down and I stop getting phone calls, I will have a good review to write.

My experience with National Debt over the past 38 months has been nothing but positive. They have to date fulfilled every claim that they made when I began working with them. What seemed to be a hopeless situation when I began the program has turned into a very positive outcome. My life is no longer consumed with worry about how I would ever get out of debt. So far not too impressed. Six months in and only one account settled. Seems like they are more concerned about collecting their own fees than removing accounts. As they get their fees my negative accounts continue to increase in amounts.

I've just begun the process with National Debt Relief but I've been pleased with my experience so far. I'm coming into the last 9 months of my program and am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was not aware of the entire process when I signed up and was extremely disappointed to see my good credit tank, otherwise good standing accounts go into collections and getting threatening letters talking about putting liens on our house. I also had to file paperwork with the courts which is something I despise. If I was aware of the negative impacts this program created I would of chosen a different company to help me with my debt. That being said I did save a lot of money, and will be completely out of debt in far less time than I would of otherwise. Ultimately I am pleased with my experience, and I know in a matter in a year or 2 my credit will be back on track.

I have had a very good experience with this Company. They do what they say they will do. They deal with each outstanding debt and arrange for a payment to them that is much less than the original user debt. If I were to ask for a change it would be to make the monthly payments to them about 10% lower and extend the duration a little longer. Also, a monthly progress E- mail would be appreciated. THANKS.

I was surprised when actually in the program how inflexible the program actually is. It was way more expensive than I expected too. If I weren't already enrolled I would withdraw from the program but you already have so much of my money.

NDR has been a lifesaver for me! I am now debt free and able to focus on my financial health! If you are trying to come out from underneath debt, they are the one for you! I don't know what I would've done without them. I now have financial freedom!

The gentleman who HELPED me through this process was Andrew. He was AMAZING!! Explained all the aspects of this process. They charge way too much for settling your debt. If a credit card company forgives you 50% National Debt Relief charges 23% fee so you're only saving 27% and you have to claim the 50% that's forgiven as income. Not right! Not saving much at all.

National Debt Relief has changed our lives. We are just about finished with our program and almost 100% debt free. Working with NDR has relieved so much stress for us, we can't even begin to describe. It was easily one of the best decisions we've made as a married couple. I would highly recommend using them.

When I join this company I thought they will negotiate with my creditors and lower my monthly payments and my balance right away, instead they are collecting money from me, then will negotiate when they have enough money to present to the creditors. That's nice, but that's not what I am hoping for. I'm a little disappointed. Over all, the plan is good but it's not for me. The Staff are polite. Keep up the good work. Good luck.

Well we just started 2 months ago. If everything works out like Paul says it will be great. I don't like the phone calls we get every day but that's just part of it. Hate that my credit score is so low but it will get better. Can't wait until it's all done.

Rep was very helpful over the phone. She helped make a better offer for me, to pay off another creditor sooner, without increasing our payments to National Debt. You felt like the rep had our best interests at heart, she wasn't just trying to make a fast buck for the company. Customer service is great. Thank You for your help.

N.D.R. got an agreement with one of my creditors on a settlement. All I was told by the N.D.R. rep on the phone was an amount to be paid. I was never told about this matter still being negotiated, nor was I told that the creditor would lien my home for the full amount, which I would never have agreed to in the first place. N.D.R. did not fully disclose all details pertaining to this matter, I was told by someone in their legal department that I was sent an email, which I still haven't seen. I consider this to be an injustice to me.

NDR helped me shed significant credit card debt which would keep me up at night! My credit has even rebounded after the payoffs! I was in a massive hole in the spring of 2015 which I didn't know how to claw my way back from, but thanks to NDR, I did. Thanks again.

They settled my first 1000 debt for 350 dollars in just two months. I was so amazed and pleased with NDR. I just started and was somewhat skeptical as to what could be done but NDR was top rated so I went with them. The staff has been so helpful.

They actually ended up ruining my credit. They even let a few of the creditors go into court judgments against me which really damaged my credit. I feel that they did not do what they promised they were going to do for me and I ultimately ended up having to renegotiate most of the settlements myself. It's been an uphill battle attempting to repair my credit score. It's most likely going to take me years to get it back to where it was.

I have found that NDR folks are sometimes very clipped when talking on the phone. Instead of considering what I am asking, the response goes along the lines of; Our way or the highway. This can be very frustrating when you start the call off frustrated with a nagging creditor.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions. I would recommend National Debt Relief to a friend. We have just started the process so I don't have enough experience with that part of it to comment at this time but what we have done has been very professional.

My experience with NDR has been amazing. They are very helpful and are very professional. Over the phone they are nice and really make you comfortable in any need that you call for. Always never too busy to have a short conversation even to talk about the weather.

For the most part I'm pretty happy. However sometimes people are not as friendly As they should be and don't take my problems as seriously as I think they should. Like one of my creditors Goldenwest Credit Union is taking me to court and so far I'm just hanging in limbo with no answers about it being resolved

I have had very good success with this program. Yes it makes your credit go upside down, but it has taught my husband and I the importance of saving and paying cash. We have resolved $7,000 of our $30,000 credit card debt so far in just 4 short months. This is much better than bankruptcy.

I was really stressed out with my creditors, but after talking to Nelson with National Debt Relief, I felt more at ease and confident I could finally be debt free!!! I would have given more stars. However, the biggest issue I have is that this company will call all hours of the morning and late into the evening by a computer voice. If something is needed, you do not get calls from a human, it's a computer. When you call back, you get the same voice and are placed on hold for many minutes. I feel that if they contact you, it should be interpersonal, and not placed on hold for long periods of time. Other than that, great company. For the exception of waiting to hear from a creditor’s lawyers, or being served by the police with a notice that you are to appear in court for a debt. They take care of it, but it should not get that far if they are working for you.

Working with National Debt relief is wonderful. They are very professional and their program is amazing. They are very thorough and explain everything up front. They saved my life, at a time when I was at my last straw with debt. Wonderful!!!

I found NDR to be comprised of a professional staff providing the client with guidance and direction. They were always ready to answer questions or reply to emails. National Debt Relief has been doing a fantastic job contacting and negotiating with my creditors. My part in all of this has been extremely minimal. The phone calls from creditors has come to an end! I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to anyone currently experiencing a large debt.

National Debt Relief has helped us get back on track financially. Their customer service team is extremely helpful, and they have provided the help that was promised. The only negatives I have to say is that 1) I wish they would communicate more often with the status of unsettled accounts, and 2) I wish it was easier to pay off your account early. At first everything was great and everything was set up quickly. After being set up, it has seemed to be out of mind for several months. It would be nice to get status updates, just to let me know if the companies are responding...

The Customer Service Reps are very good to talk with, that is a huge plus! We do believe however that the whole experience and time frame has been dragged out longer than we thought it would be. We also thought we would have received larger discounted payoff figures and a smaller percentage of payout to NDR. We just want this whole thing to get over with quickly, but it looks like it will be stretched into 2019, not good!

Fees and percentage that the company takes for their portion is too high and based on the highest amount due after they have let interest compound. The process seems to be drawn out probably for this reason. It takes forever to get through to customer service.

So far I am pleased with my services! Customer service has been great and everything has went as explained and smooth. I am looking forward to having all my debt paid off and being debt free! I would recommend National Debt Relief to any of my friends and family!

I was with NDR for last 23 months. I will leave US due to my immigration status. I requested them to hold on deposits until 1 year since I won't be able to make any due to uncertainty with my next job/work place. I was totally shut down stating they can not do that, so I requested the best options is close the account. The person I talked simply said go ahead I close the account, I will get the balance if have any.

National Debt Relief was able to assist me in lowering my debt acquired from a nasty divorce. Times were really hard and they made it easy and resolution was swift. I've recommended National Debt Relief to a family member and they too are having satisfactory results.

I would of given 5 stars but I don't like them asking for additional funds. I budgeted for the amount they told me and coming up with more is really a strain. Other than that I love my experience. I especially like seeing my accounts paid in full.

The team put my mind at ease when I was getting frustrated and stressed about our credit card debts. They started the process and at first I was a bit doubtful as to how good they were and how long the process took, but they came through. The debts were being paid off and settled little by little. I can rest easy now and work on my dream of owning my home.

I am happy with how the negotiations came about and how great the Debt Relief staff were at taking matters into their own hands with every single one of my credit card companies. However, I did not like how long the repayment period was or that being a part of this program has ruined my credit score. Because I had to stop making payments to my credit cards, I was named a delinquent and my credit score was very affected by it. I do appreciate the financial help I received but I wouldn't recommend the program due to its long term credit damage.

I value the time that I spent in the program. I wish that my score wouldn't have been affected so much. I learned that I can do what they do and cut out the middle man. You still end up paying about the same amount of the original balance (w/ the negotiation charge they tack on). When I first joined up with NDR, I was very scared and a little skeptical. I put my trust in them and right now it is completely paying off. The process can be a little frustrating because there isn't a lot of information you get along the way and that can be completely maddening. By that I mean where they are with making settlements with creditors.

I have nothing but good experiences with the people at Debt Relief. They have always answered my questions to where I understand what is going on. They have handled any problems we have had with the creditors and taken the burden off of us. It was a no worry experience. I knew things were being taken care and they didn't pressure us to up the amount we deposited in our account. They worked with what they had.

Very disappointed. The process wasn't explained very well and I feel I paid out too many fees to Nat'l Debt. I had 3 accounts, and ended up settling the third one on my own. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This company is great until you reject an offer. Once I rejected a settlement offer I got chastised for not accepting the offer. Then the very next day they called me again with the same offer that they never sent back after I rejected the offer. I'm on the edge if I'm going to stay with this company. I would recommend to shop around for a company that puts your best interest in mind!

This whole process is expensive for me, and taking so long to negotiate. If I don't call for an update, I'm not provided with one at all. I need a break in payments, as I sometimes just need a break with nothing happening, and calling is such a long process. I just feel we are stalled and nothing is being done.

I've been enrolled for a year and I've resolved approximately a third of my debts. They keep the collection calls away and negotiate all of the settlements. I'd give them a higher rating if their fees were a little lower; but, as I said, they handle a lot, so I guess it's worth it in the long run.

I have been happy with my experience so far. I presented National with six credit cards that I was having difficulty paying on my own. As of September I will only owe on two. Unfortunately, the payments are a little high for my current income and may have to leave the program before the last two credit cards are paid off. I told Nationals reprehensive that I will contact them when that choice has to be made.

I finally spoke to Mo ** who was able to easily explain what issues remain with my account. He even offered to calculate another payment schedule that would reduce my payment for four months and still allow funds to be available to settle a current creditors account. The previous man I spoke to was rude and basically made me feel bad that I had to ask to lower my payment substantially for two months prior to this review. Mo was courteous, listened, helpful and was a gentleman.

I am still in debt... my credit score keeps going down... I can't use any of my credit cards... My payments keep going up even if I can't afford to be paying those amounts... I thought this is to help people... I am a mother who has three kids who depend on me and I barely have to have ends meet and my payments keep going up.

National Debt Relief helped me recover from a bad situation and a large amount of debt. When I joined them it seemed impossible but they helped me pay off my credit card debt. I achieved my goal and for that I am very thankful.

My credit card debt was piling up due to being out of work for medical leave and I knew that I was going to have to do something drastic to fix it. I tried getting consolidation loans with companies that wouldn't approve me because of my credit score. (Sadly, I had high utilization yet no late payments.) After speaking with Yan and going through my options, I am on a two year process of becoming debt free. He was upfront about everything, including what the fees would be and making sure that I was aware that my credit score was going to take a major hit until the settlements started coming in. He answered all the questions that I had about the settlement process and told me what to expect in the future.

When signing up for the program I did some research and saw that people were being asked for more money to settle some of the debt. I asked our rep this and he assured us this was not going to happen; unfortunately it did. We pay a lot of money and it seems the negotiators are not doing a good job managing the money we give them. I had a settlement presented to me that did not have a lower amount owed and NDR wanted $3000 more to settle, NDR presented this 6 times. At one time they wanted $8000 more for two accounts combined. I'm paying $1704 a month and they keep asking for more. Ridiculous!!!

I had a fantastic call with my Debt Specialist and he walked me thru all aspects that I can expect. Answered all my questions and put me at ease. Enrollment specialist was great as well relaying all the required info and what I could expect with my enrollment paperwork.

Everyone at NDR are top notch - great communicators and they get what you want right away with hassle free discussions. Doesn't matter who they give you -- the answers are in moments. And keep you up to date on all agreements via every avenue of communication- VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK IN MY CASE.

The company does their best to get good settlements. They are not so receptive to the client taking an active role also. I had them draft 5000 from my account to pay a specific creditor. Last I spoke to them they had 3800 left, and no agreement had been reached with the creditor I wanted to settle with. I spoke with a supervisor on two different occasions. I'm still waiting on a resolution, meanwhile, I'm considering going with a Christian based company.

Both the Debt Relief Specialist and The Underwriting Department were professional, easy to talk to, and made sure I understood the different facets of the program. They provided points of contact for each of those facets. I feel I can get help in the right area when needed. I am very hopeful this is going to be a good experience to accomplish my goals.

The only thing I could suggest is on the welcome phone call, when your representative is reading from the script, maybe have them slow down some. My rep was talking pretty fast, made it hard to understand all of the dialogue. Other than that she was very professional and helpful. They cut our credit payments down very well. At least 50% if not more that they resolved with our creditors. I would recommend this company to anyone. They call to update our status and also call the creditors to work out agreements so we do not have to pay high interest rates with the creditors.

The "intake" process it was very easy; it was clearly described, documentation was available. The issue is after you setup your account with NDR. They start to pull the monthly fees out of your checking account and that is all. You do not hear anything from them for months. I started the process late April this year and now is August; I have been inundated with calls from Credit cards and even got threaten being sued (I did change the address and phone number for all accounts as instructed by NDR) and I heard nothing from NDR during this time. Are they talking to the creditors? When do they start paying the creditors? I have no visibility in any of that. So one area of clear improvement should be in the communication taking place all along the time that you work with NDR. Thank you.
