National Debt Relief saved me thousands on my debt and paid it off in less time than if I had filed bankruptcy. I could have been paying the same monthly payment to a bankruptcy trustee for 5 years, not the three years it took NDR to completely settle the debt. I highly recommend.

For the most part the experience is good. I still get calls from some creditors but I thought your company was going to contact the creditors. I have not been answering these calls. Should I and explain the situation? I guess I am not sure what to do. I would appreciate talking to someone. Thank you.

Hopefully, experience will get better over time. I have no idea if they have talked with the creditors yet, or negotiated with them. All I know is I am still be contacted by the creditors and still paying money into a fund that will eventually be used. Other companies are contacting me now that I am behind on payments. I wish there was a faster way to resolve this.

I have been in the program for over a year and I have never been dissatisfied whenever I talked with anyone at NDP. Very professional and they know what they are doing. Great results so far. I feel they are genuine and they want the best for me.

Before I signed up for the plan, My questions were answered on time and I felt assured this was a plan for me. Now when I have a question and happen to call in I feel like I am wasting the associates' time. They are unable to answer my concerns or promise a callback that never happens. Customer service is poor. The plan sorta works I guess. Not what I expected at all!!

So far one of my debts has been resolved and everyone I have talked to are very helpful and quick to explain the details of my account. I hope the rest of my debts gets resolved fast and the transactions are smooth. Thank you!

I just don't understand why this is so difficult. You have money to work with and still after I have asked to reach out to a collection agency several time and now it’s all over my credit because your employees dont know how to do their job. No I would never recommend your company to any of my friends or family!!! They answer the phone as if I just called McDonald. It’s horrible. Also for the time you have wasted my money to make yours which is not what I was guaranteed with Adam on the first sales call. I am extremely disappointed in the way things have been handled. I still get calls & letters from my debtors after several months of joining NDR. The main reason why I joined when I did was to get the calls & letters to stop but it seems that your company has only contacted 1 of my debtors so far, maybe 2? It’s been over 3 months already. I joined CareCredit years ago in the past & they immediately stopped the calls & letters from my debtors within a month. I am not seeing the same great service with NDR so far.

NDR has given me my life back, so far 1 out of 6 debts have been settled. It’s a slow process but at least I know they are working on giving me my life back and I have learned my lesson. I wouldn’t know where would I be without NDR.

I have found NDR to be a reputable, ethical, company. I was concerned about being ripped off financially however NDR is very transparent. All verbal conversations are followed up with an email. When I first contacted them, the person who responded was very knowledgeable and reassuring, giving me hope there was a way out of the nightmare I had gotten myself into. So far my experience has been an overall positive one, and I would definitely recommend this company.

So far every time I call them I have own personal worker. Keep me updated on what is going on with my accounts. Very helpful and knows what they are doing. Every time I get a letter or phone call I send it to them right away so we can be on same page to get the best settlement from companies.

So far, great debt relief program. Not only do they help get you out of debt but help guide you to remaining debt free. Within a few months they worked to get some of my cards and off with less than half that I owed!

When I inquired about National Debt Relief they boasted about customers only having to pay on half of their debt because of NDR negotiations but in actuality it's only a savings of about 20% of the debt due to NDR 25% commission fee added to the overall cost, which I didn't know about until well into the program. Also customers should also be able to see the payment schedule of to the debtors not just the schedule of the payment going into the escrow account. It is misleading and confusing to not see both. I think I would have been better off talking to my debtors directly.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great. They always keep me updated with whatever is going on with my account whether they were able to settle with a creditor or just to let me know something has been paid. I've already recommended them to my daughter and my sister.

We are very happy with what National Debt Relief had done for us. We had expected to be hounded to death by creditors, but we have only had one call and they quickly ended the call when we told them National Debt Relief was handling our account. We still have one creditor to go so it is not over yet, but to this point we are very satisfied.

I feel the overall process to get signed up was an easy process and I like that I can communicate easily as well but I feel the settlement process is taking way too long. I was there last 3 to 6 months and it's been close to 7 and I've only had one debt settled and I really have not received an adequate answer as to why.

So far, everything has been fine. Unfortunately, if something doesn’t happen fairly quickly, in the next two months or so, I will have to declare personal bankruptcy. Then my $125,000 of debt and National Debt Relief will be of no consequence. I'm trying hard to avoid bankruptcy but it is just too overwhelming. I've been sending payments to National Debt for 5 months now and they still have not settled my debt. I didn't know it would take this long to settle my debt. I'm constantly getting phone calls from 3 companies for payments and still getting statements that have not reduced at all. I did not expect this. I only hope when they do settle that they will give the money they have collected from me.

I been paying 5 or 6 months already and until now there's still a lot of agency calling me about my credit card payment. And my other credit card "Wells Fargo" keeps on crediting my savings account for automatic minimum payment! I don't know now. The representatives at National Debt Relief are always understanding, never pushy and I feel like I'm actually receiving help. It is humbling to have to ask anyone for help in a situation that is most likely your own fault. The lender's solution is most often a significant rise in interest as a penalty for not having enough money to make a payment.

This company has been so helpful in dealing with our creditors. We have/had good credit but they kept raising the interest rates. I was also paying insurance on this which came to the same amount as what was owed as far as the monthly payment was concerned. This gives us a good feeling, knowing they are working on our behalf.

Approximately 47% of money paid into NDR has gone to fees. I've been enrolled for almost 10 months. I wish more had gone to actively settling the debts via maybe a monthly fee over the term of the program rather than so much toward fees upfront. I was advised that my credit score would tank and that I may still receive collections calls, which it has and I do - even at work. This was not an easy choice to make. There are definitely consequences for incurring debt. I'm glad that 3/10 of my creditors have currently been satisfied. On a positive side, NDR is readily accessible via the internet, email and by phone with professional and helpful information and demeanors.

I was nervous at first but realizing that with their help I can be debt free in a year I have faith again. I'm not a fan that my credit score takes a hit during this progress but once the debt is paid off it will recover. Thank you Debt Relief for all your help.

Since registering with NDR approx 6 months ago, one of our debts has been handled as promised. We are becoming comfortable as time progresses and expect the remainder of our debts to be satisfactorily resolved in the same manner. Thank you National Debt Relief.

So far made two settlements and been flexible. No complaints except how much lead time is needed to change a payment if needed. But that's more of an issue with systems than anything else. This system works really well so far! I recommend it over the alternatives.

I recently finished graduate school and got a job in the Bay area, but the cost of living here is ridiculous. Unfortunately I'm also on probation for the first year of my new job, so my pay isn't stellar but after a year I get a huge promotion, and this is pretty much my dream job. I tried talking to the private companies that hold my debt, explained that money would be tight for just a year, and they weren't willing to accommodate me at all. I tried keeping up the payments, but couldn't. It got to the point where I was eating Cheerios three meals a day because that was affordable, and I still couldn't pay all my bills.

I was not given an explanation of when each of the creditors in my plan would be contacted. It was my understanding that each would have been contacted initially informing them that I was in the program. Apparently the limited power of attorney is being sent only as National Debt Relief is ready to negotiate a settlement, so, even though I have changed my contact information to National Debt Relief and blocked their telephone numbers, THEY STILL CALL ME USING NUMEROUS TELEPHONE NUMBERS, THREATENING LETTERS, ETC.

When initially starting, the whole process was clearly explained and understandable. Also it was nice to know that they were very familiar in dealing with each of my creditors.

They have kept up on my account and let me know how I may help them with everything to go smoothly. I have one problem though and that was with faxing paperwork in that they requested it was faxed in three times and it seems that no one is responsible for receiving these when they are sent. I have been enrolled in this program for several months now. There have been no communications from NDR or resolutions while my credit score severely dropped. While overall I am satisfied with the entire experience I do have the concern that there seems to be a lack of communication between National Debt Relief and my creditors. As I expected my creditors have been calling me and that is fine as I inform them of my enrollment for debt relief. However it has been several months now and my creditors continue to tell me they have yet to receive any proposals from the service. They also say they aren't allowed to communicate with the program until they have received said proposals. I am happy to be enrolled in the program and certain the outcome will be positive. I just wish communication between my creditors and the program would commence.

When I entered the program, I tried to add an additional account a week or so later. I assumed it was there, and at the end it wasn't. I still have 1 account in collections, and you offered no assistance. Also, once I took the loan you offered, I didn't know you were keeping $2000 plus in fees. I have only myself to blame, but if I were to do this all over again, I would not have signed up.

I would like to have someone discuss a roadmap for paying off my debt. I have no idea what order or priorities my various debts have for being paid off and I believe I would have more confidence in the program if the program had some more transparency.

So far National Debt relief has been great. I had so many credit cards and was paying the minimum for so long. I really had gotten myself into a Debt nightmare. I just felt like I was underwater. National Debt has no "I" in their TEAM WORK, most of all human beings with no judgment! I've called to get updates or have questions answered with not 1 delay.

I am happy that I am on the last year of payments. They have saved me thousands of dollars and prevented a bankruptcy. They hired an attorney at no additional charge to handle a creditor that wouldn't settle. I know they are a for profit company but they have done a great job. The people at NDR have been very easy to work with. They are very kind and helpful. They seem to understand when life throws you a bunch of curveballs. National Debt Relief did successfully negotiate settlements with my creditors. However this caused each of them to continue to report to the 3 bureaus. Credit score dropped. But their intention is to get debt paid off which was successfully in the works. Advertisements state there is no out of pocket cost. There is a fee for this service.

My experience with National Debt Relief was very good. The contact person stayed in touch and was very helpful in making sure I understood the process, the expense to me and the length of time it would take to get my creditors to hold off. Once the creditors knew I was being handled by the debt relief company, they stopped calling me as well. I was able to finally get some sleep once they took over.

Whenever I call the representative is always very understanding and kind. I don't feel judged and it makes me feel safe enough that I can call again, which is huge for someone used to dealing with debt collectors. The program works as expected. However, the support I received while on the program was only adequate. Oftentimes my real question or issue was ignored and the response was just a predefined template that did not relate to my specific issue. The portal I would also describe as adequate. It does what it needs to but seems to be lacking. Not all upcoming deposits are shown. The lack of a knowledge base or self-service documentation requires you to open a service request for everything.

Not able to account update or talk to anyone to help get this information! I just want a paper statements each month to make sure my accounts are being managed correctly and payments made as this company has in writing to the customers. I am not happy with their account management.

I feel just sending a little text saying that working hard on account. Sometimes I think you're not working hard but, if I had text I would feel better. The ones you have done were great!!! You got in touch but then it seem to stop and I increased money.

Have contacted these people in the late October 2015. At that time, debts were taking every pennies that I was earning and my credit score started shaking. But 9 months later, I am glad I trust them because sometimes I wanted to quit the program since there is a period of 6 months. You just saving money on the account their open for you, and they will tell you not to worry on your debts even though you will see your credit score going down. But 6 months after, they settled all my cases and my credit score is increasing every month. My only suggestion for them will be to make sure they check on their clients. Calling National Debt Relief was the best thing that have ever happened. They explained to me the process and assured me that in the time frame that they have given me I will be relieve of my debt. I was skeptic at first. But they showed me results. They will even work around your budget to solve your problem. And they keep you updated on the progress of your case. In total they performed way beyond my expectations.

I have been with National Debt Relief since April and have already settled 2 accounts. I do wish they would spread their payments to the end or in smaller increments to help move the process along. They already know the total amount that will be their "fee". I don't see why they cannot spread that over the X amount of years you are set up for the program. Other than that I am satisfied with the customer service every time I call.

They are more concerned about paying themselves first instead of actually caring about the customer's situation and resolving the debt first. That also take forever to begin the process. To this day I still receive calls from collectors, as states they will put a stop to those harassing phone calls, that's a lie.

Cards are being paid off at a good rate. NDR is complying to our agreement as promised. I would recommend NDR to anyone in trouble with credit card problems. Cards get paid off with a zero balance so you don't have bankruptcy. That is what I wanted. To get cards paid off without just not paying so in time my credit will be in good shape again.

The only time I receive a call is if I missed a payment. I have no idea how the settlement process is going because no one provides me with updates. I should at least be sent e-mails or something. I live a busy life and shouldn't have to go out of my way to find out how my negotiator is handling my situation. Additionally, I do not feel as though I was adequately informed of HOW low my credit score would drop upon entering this program. I don't qualify for ANYTHING now and probably won't for the next five years although this program is only scheduled to last two. I am overwhelmingly unsatisfied currently because I have no progress to gauge with.

I was sent an email that my withdrawals would be stopped due to a hardship. Then received notification that wasn't true, that it wouldn't be stopped until the next cycle. Unfortunate circumstances required me to stop payment through my bank and cost me $25 that I couldn't afford that week. I spoke to a representative and then his supervisor. She told me to forward the email because there was no record of it on your end. After trying, the inbox was full. At this point, I don't know what my account balance is and I'm unsure if I'll continue after my financial situation improves.

Nearly 4 months into the program and still being hounded with phone calls and threatening letters from the credit card companies. I have only seen two settlements and had hope to see more by now. Never been through this before so this may be the norm but I was lead to believe the phone calls and letters would stop soon after the credit card companies received the letters that were provided.

I have had good experience but haven't heard from them in a while. I know they moved headquarters though. I'm keeping track of my payments. If I get a small inheritance, I hope to pay it off next year, so will need to know my balance at that time. Thank you.

In the first place I thought they're going to pay my debts by lending me the money, but it wasn't, they're paying them from the money I paid to them. I was wrong. Anyway it's already there and need to finish my contract, hoping everything goes well.

I had credit card debt that was beyond what I could handle. National Debt Relief was of great assistance to me in solving my problem and were able to reduce my debt by working with the credit card companies. NDR employees were friendly, helpful, efficient and were just a phone call away. Yes, I would recommend their service.

Wish they were more upfront on how badly credit score would drop, credit card accounts would go into collections and then they would negotiate with collection companies with Chase and Citi bank. All the money I put into account to settle goes out to pay creditors, I thought company would pay settlement with their $ quickly then recover said amount through my payments into this account. I am working with 4 credit card companies, two are in "negotiations," none have settled my credit. Went from 720ish to 590ish. Poor rating in a few months. If I knew this would be so bad I wouldn't have moved forward for only a 13k$ debt.

Their automated system when calling me is horrible! When I answer the call it's a dead line and when it does work it takes forever to get to talk to a real person and they act like they don't know why they called. Also they request more money every time you talk to them. If I have the extra money I would have already given it to them. They took forever to start the negotiating with creditors which completely ruined my credit!

It's been almost 2 months since I enrolled in the program, and I don't see any progress or any settlements reached. No one has contacted me to give me an update of any negotiations. I keep getting calls from my credit cards, which I understand, but I thought NDR was going to do a faster job.

I have not yet seen any action from National Debt Relief with regard to my account. It appears none of the institutions have yet been contacted. I had thought that some conversations with these institutions would have commenced and were ongoing.

I have an issue with NDR at this time because, I don't understand why they are now (when I'm almost clear of my obligations to creditors) slowing down the process. In the beginning they were calling often to settle but now they have given me this excuse.

The procedure set-up for solving debts is appreciated and reasonable. There is need for creditors to be notified sooner so that incoming calls from them become minimal. Creditors try to negotiate with me without going through a debt consolidation program.

So far, they have deducted from my account more money in their fees than they've paid my creditors. I am not sure I'm going to be saving any money by doing this. Good to work with, but they do not follow up on their online service requests in a timely manner. They did help me clear my debt very quickly by getting a loan from Liberty Lending, which I am just waiting to see (and praying) if it was worth it.

I expected them to be too good to be true and they kind of are. They promise no hidden fees and you will never be charged more than the monthly 9.95 service fee but I've been charged a ton of transaction fees that I have no idea what they are for. They won't discuss anything over email and overall I just feel like their customer service is lacking and they aren't what they say they are.
