I have only been with National Debt Relief for a few months. The people I have dealt with at the company have been helpful and patient. I have already had one of my debts settled with a significant balance reduction with the payoff. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

Overall, my experience has so far been good. But I will like to have a monthly update ON my situation. Not based on my monthly balance alone but also if there are any progress with any of my creditors. Thank you.

I've been a NDR customer for few months now. They have been very helpful, very understanding and patient with me so far. I have only good things to say about this team! Excellent customer service and most of all they are getting me out of debt like they promised.

I would like to have someone discuss a roadmap for paying off my debt. I have no idea what order or priorities my various debts have for being paid off and I believe I would have more confidence in the program if the program had some more transparency.

So far National Debt relief has been great. I had so many credit cards and was paying the minimum for so long. I really had gotten myself into a Debt nightmare. I just felt like I was underwater. It was extremely stressful. I'm halfway to my goal of paying everything off. If I had not started working with National Debt Relief I would still be paying minimums and getting nowhere. You can't take out loans or get any credit cards while in the program so it is teaching me to have discipline and really think about anything I buy so that I know the Debt mess I was in will never happen again.

The service and the people have been great to work with so far, though I am in the first year of the relationship. The only thing I would say could improve was more clarification of the processes up front. I was not aware of how and when contact would be made to my creditors.

They have always been very helpful and always polite. Work well with people and the situation. Very friendly. Whenever I've had an issue they have been able to help with the answers. I would recommend them to anyone. They have kept me informed on all our settlements.

Would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to a friend. They are excellent at communicating every step of the way. Funds are held in an account in my name. I get statements every month from the bank account. Online access is easy to use.

We could have done it on our own but having NDR was amazing. We paid off 20,000 in debt in 6 months and it feels amazing to no longer be drowning. No more calls from debt collectors and we will be financially secure for life. Learning to live within your means is hard sometimes and people get into trouble. The people at NDR have been very easy to work with. They are very kind and helpful. They seem to understand when life throws you a bunch of curveballs. I have had some problems keeping the funds there for my deposits. Every time they have been able to reschedule the drafts. I would recommend anyone who needs help with debts to consider NDR.

I'm not happy with their CSR. They are not trained to assist people. NDR should hire better personnel and train them focusing in customer services. EVEN THIS SITE IS THE WORSE. To leave information of bad experience is not allowed.

National Debt Relief did successfully negotiate settlements with my creditors. However this caused each of them to continue to report to the 3 bureaus. Credit score dropped. But their intention is to get debt paid off which was successfully in the works. Advertisements state there is no out of pocket cost. There is a fee for this service.

My experience with National Debt Relief was very good. The contact person stayed in touch and was very helpful in making sure I understood the process, the expense to me and the length of time it would take to get my creditors to hold off. Once the creditors knew I was being handled by the debt relief company, they stopped calling me as well. I was able to finally get some sleep once they took over.

Whenever I call the representative is always very understanding and kind. I don't feel judged and it makes me feel safe enough that I can call again, which is huge for someone used to dealing with debt collectors. They are easy to work with and it's nice to see my debt go down on their gauges on the website.

I have successfully settled three credit accounts in the past six months. The fact that my credit score has dropped significantly due to the nature of the program is the only thing that I wish could be avoided, however the relief from debt is worth it in the end.

The program works as expected. However, the support I received while on the program was only adequate. Oftentimes my real question or issue was ignored and the response was just a predefined template that did not relate to my specific issue. The portal I would also describe as adequate. It does what it needs to but seems to be lacking. Not all upcoming deposits are shown. The lack of a knowledge base or self-service documentation requires you to open a service request for everything.

Not able to account update or talk to anyone to help get this information! I just want a paper statements each month to make sure my accounts are being managed correctly and payments made as this company has in writing to the customers. I am not happy with their account management.

I feel just sending a little text saying that working hard on account. Sometimes I think you're not working hard but, if I had text I would feel better. The ones you have done were great!!! You got in touch but then it seem to stop and I increased money.

The program has already made 3 substantial deals to get settled quickly. It's saved me a lot of interest money and I appreciate it very much. I was in a state of humbleness trying to get everything caught up and could never do it.

Experience would have been better with ongoing communication of progress. It is such a long process and all so automated that one begins to feel like there is no forward movement. It is impossible to see progress by using their computer program to track money.

Have contacted these people in the late October 2015. At that time, debts were taking every pennies that I was earning and my credit score started shaking. But 9 months later, I am glad I trust them because sometimes I wanted to quit the program since there is a period of 6 months. You just saving money on the account their open for you, and they will tell you not to worry on your debts even though you will see your credit score going down. But 6 months after, they settled all my cases and my credit score is increasing every month. My only suggestion for them will be to make sure they check on their clients. Calling National Debt Relief was the best thing that have ever happened. They explained to me the process and assured me that in the time frame that they have given me I will be relieve of my debt. I was skeptic at first. But they showed me results. They will even work around your budget to solve your problem. And they keep you updated on the progress of your case. In total they performed way beyond my expectations.

I have been with National Debt Relief since April and have already settled 2 accounts. I do wish they would spread their payments to the end or in smaller increments to help move the process along. They already know the total amount that will be their "fee". I don't see why they cannot spread that over the X amount of years you are set up for the program. Other than that I am satisfied with the customer service every time I call.

I got divorced in 2012. I quickly racked up $24,978 in credit card debt (some of it was from when my husband & I were together). Facing minimum monthly payments of over $800 with all of those cards combined (11 of them!), as a single mom, I had no idea what to do. Joining the program was the best decision I ever made! Here I am three years later and all 11 of my creditors have been resolved. I have two months left of payments and then I will be 100% DEBT FREE. They are more concerned about paying themselves first instead of actually caring about the customer's situation and resolving the debt first. That also take forever to begin the process. To this day I still receive calls from collectors, as states they will put a stop to those harassing phone calls, that's a lie.

I have been satisfied with my experience so far. I think the fees charged are excessive but I guess that is something you have to expect for this kind of service. Everything has been explained well though, and I have been kept very informed throughout the entire process, so I am please with that.

Cards are being paid off at a good rate. NDR is complying to our agreement as promised. I would recommend NDR to anyone in trouble with credit card problems. Cards get paid off with a zero balance so you don't have bankruptcy. That is what I wanted. To get cards paid off without just not paying so in time my credit will be in good shape again.

They are helpful whenever I have any questions regarding my account. Overall settlement process is taking a little longer than I thought but not having to worry about settling myself is definitely worth it...

The only time I receive a call is if I missed a payment. I have no idea how the settlement process is going because no one provides me with updates. I should at least be sent e-mails or something. I live a busy life and shouldn't have to go out of my way to find out how my negotiator is handling my situation. Additionally, I do not feel as though I was adequately informed of HOW low my credit score would drop upon entering this program. I don't qualify for ANYTHING now and probably won't for the next five years although this program is only scheduled to last two. I am overwhelmingly unsatisfied currently because I have no progress to gauge with.

I was sent an email that my withdrawals would be stopped due to a hardship. Then received notification that wasn't true, that it wouldn't be stopped until the next cycle. Unfortunate circumstances required me to stop payment through my bank and cost me $25 that I couldn't afford that week. I spoke to a representative and then his supervisor. She told me to forward the email because there was no record of it on your end. After trying, the inbox was full. At this point, I don't know what my account balance is and I'm unsure if I'll continue after my financial situation improves.

Nearly 4 months into the program and still being hounded with phone calls and threatening letters from the credit card companies. I have only seen two settlements and had hope to see more by now. Never been through this before so this may be the norm but I was lead to believe the phone calls and letters would stop soon after the credit card companies received the letters that were provided.

I have had good experience but haven't heard from them in a while. I know they moved headquarters though. I'm keeping track of my payments. If I get a small inheritance, I hope to pay it off next year, so will need to know my balance at that time. Thank you.

I've had a good experience so far. It's moving slow but I guess it's because there isn't enough money to move faster. I haven't been able to add extra money to my monthly amount due to limited income but so far so good. I would definitely recommend this service.

In the first place I thought they're going to pay my debts by lending me the money, but it wasn't, they're paying them from the money I paid to them. I was wrong. Anyway it's already there and need to finish my contract, hoping everything goes well.

I was very satisfied up until this last credit card. It's the last one then I'm finished with the program. I have over $500 in my account and the calls I made to find out when I am done I am getting no answers or satisfaction.

I had credit card debt that was beyond what I could handle. National Debt Relief was of great assistance to me in solving my problem and were able to reduce my debt by working with the credit card companies. NDR employees were friendly, helpful, efficient and were just a phone call away. Yes, I would recommend their service.

Wish they were more upfront on how badly credit score would drop, credit card accounts would go into collections and then they would negotiate with collection companies with Chase and Citi bank. All the money I put into account to settle goes out to pay creditors, I thought company would pay settlement with their $ quickly then recover said amount through my payments into this account. I am working with 4 credit card companies, two are in "negotiations," none have settled my credit. Went from 720ish to 590ish. Poor rating in a few months. If I knew this would be so bad I wouldn't have moved forward for only a 13k$ debt.

NDR has alleviated the phone calls from the agencies I owe money to. My debt is declining as I make my monthly deposits. I am thankful for the help and advice the representatives provide. I would recommend the agency to my family and friends. Thank you!

I had a okay credit score before joining. The phone calls all day and night is just more I could stand. This part of the process was not exactly what I had thought it was going to be. My score is now in the toilet. It really don't make you feel good.

Their automated system when calling me is horrible! When I answer the call it's a dead line and when it does work it takes forever to get to talk to a real person and they act like they don't know why they called. Also they request more money every time you talk to them. If I have the extra money I would have already given it to them. They took forever to start the negotiating with creditors which completely ruined my credit!

It's been almost 2 months since I enrolled in the program, and I don't see any progress or any settlements reached. No one has contacted me to give me an update of any negotiations. I keep getting calls from my credit cards, which I understand, but I thought NDR was going to do a faster job.

I have not yet seen any action from National Debt Relief with regard to my account. It appears none of the institutions have yet been contacted. I had thought that some conversations with these institutions would have commenced and were ongoing.

I have an issue with NDR at this time because, I don't understand why they are now (when I'm almost clear of my obligations to creditors) slowing down the process. In the beginning they were calling often to settle but now they have given me this excuse.

The procedure set-up for solving debts is appreciated and reasonable. There is need for creditors to be notified sooner so that incoming calls from them become minimal. Creditors try to negotiate with me without going through a debt consolidation program.

The customer service representatives have been very kind and courteous. Most of my questions are answered pretty quickly. They are currently helping me become debt free, my first debt was settled in six months, so it does take time, but be patient.

Very professional and friendly. Very easy to work with. Service was excellent. Payments were taken out on time. As well as recorded and easily checked. Settlements were great and it felt great to get out of debt in 48 months.

Though nobody ever expects to end up in financial hardship, my experience with National Debt Relief made the experience of getting out of debt a bit easier. All my phone conversations were easy to follow and were polite. If needed, I definitely would recommend this program.

Nobody likes to have to seek services like debt consolidation, but this team has made this a very smooth and comfortable process. I ask them to add another company a month ago and still have not heard from them. I noticed on my account, it has not been added. Other than that, I guess it's okay. They sent a message stating one company excepted the deal they offered. So that's why I say so far so good.

Very helpful with helping me to pay off my debt. National Debt Relief has been able to reduce the amounts that I owe on each of my credit cards and work out payment schedules with the creditors to quickly pay off the cards. I would also recommend paying the extra few dollars per month for the legal services they offer. It comes in handy if any of the creditors decide they want to take you to court.

Great service, a little bit slow at Negotiating but other than that no problems. Love and very please with the service I received. Every time I called they were very polite and professional and took care of me quickly. I didn't even need to call back. The question was answered right the first time.

I really like that when had a legal issue with a credit card, they reassured me and just took care of it. I felt so much better. It was a small law suit regarding the terms of my agreement with Citibank. I was very worried. I thought that was amazing!

I have not received any other emails. They keep calling me. American Express is really upset and I receive at least 3 offers from law firms and Debt companies every day telling me they can help me. Don't know what to do.

Starting this process was not an easy decision, because I knew it would initially affect my credit score. I'm glad I did commit to this process, it has alleviated a lot of stress from my life. Once I changed the contact information for my creditors to contact National Debt Relief, The harassing phone calls from the creditors stopped.

I have been with National Debt Relief for about seven months. I am satisfied with the negotiations of my accounts so far. However, I am not so satisfied with the fees they charge. So far, they have deducted from my account more money in their fees than they've paid my creditors. I am not sure I'm going to be saving any money by doing this. It seems the amount I'm saving by settling the accounts is going to National Debt Relief and I'll end up paying what I owed anyway, and destroying my credit in the process. They seem to be working on my accounts and I am grateful for that. I'm all for everyone making a buck, but I think their fees are too high.

My wife lost her job in February and it took her much longer to find a full time employment. We got behind on our credit card bills and thanks to NDR for helping us find an alternative to bankruptcy. We've been very happy with their assistance. Life is getting back to normal once again. I don't think I could of said that without NDR.

Good to work with, but they do not follow up on their online service requests in a timely manner. They did help me clear my debt very quickly by getting a loan from Liberty Lending, which I am just waiting to see (and praying) if it was worth it.

I expected them to be too good to be true and they kind of are. They promise no hidden fees and you will never be charged more than the monthly 9.95 service fee but I've been charged a ton of transaction fees that I have no idea what they are for. They won't discuss anything over email and overall I just feel like their customer service is lacking and they aren't what they say they are.

I am so excited about National Debt Relief. They always keep me informed of any changes that has come about with the program. They are always willing to help me if I have any questions and if I'm not on my game they call me or email me and let me know.

I'm on my 3rd month now with the program and I'm still at 0% progress made. So maybe it will get better soon but as of now I'm still wondering how this is gonna turn out. Getting a lot of calls from creditors saying they have no recollection of the debt management program I'm in. So hopefully time will heal what I'm trying to do. Fingers crossed.

I signed up for NDR in May of this year, 2017. At this point, my debts have not been settled. NDR has been very cooperative with answering all my questions and concerns. The few times I have submitted request for service, I have received a satisfactory reply.

I am very annoyed. I have been in the program 5 months and there hasn't been any negotiation with my creditors. I repeatedly check on my account status and have seen no action taken. I am ready to cancel the program and work directly with the banks to resolve the issue rather than let this company continue to sit idle.

I have had an overall positive experience. All of my cards have been settled except one. I am however anxiously waiting the final card to settle. If I could have this last card settled as quickly as the first I would be 100% positive. As it is I am 75% positive. Customer service is always helpful though.

Overall, I'm happy with the help I got. What I didn't like was the fine print everywhere that was never explained and even when I asked questions to make sure I understand, they would never respond in writing for me to reference.

I really appreciated the help and the service I received the first few years but it was all done through the phone. Now they have a portal to see your account but I did not get one until December. When all I had was phone, one of the operators told me I was done with payments in like May but when I called to close account they told me I still owed like 3,000. I guess it was what I owed them not the creditor.

I have had a relatively good experience with NDR. The people I speak to are always nice. The rates they charge are way too high. I don't like paying into the plan for months and then they take $700 or $500 out all at one time. It feels like I'm taking 2 steps forward and then 1 step back.

So far it has been a very positive experience. Everything seems to be honest and upfront. When settlement has been reached makes me feel better one down. Communication seems to be documented very well from person to person so you don't have to explain everything again. My initial consult with National Debt Relief was a relief. The representative was kind and understanding and nonjudgmental. I entered the program and thought they were there to help, but I had nothing but hassle and had 2 of my accounts go to court because they refused to pay the creditor. My situation was change because my mother in law died and we were able to pay the full amount off immediately and National Debt took 4 to 5 months to do and finally I had to contact a lawyer to pay the bill of myself and request the money back. It was the most stressful situation ever. I would never recommend them to anyone.

As of right now, no results have taken place. I am waiting to have some of my bills to be cut in half. Also, I am a little worry about my bills being 120 days being past due. I have never been in this situation before, when will National let me know when my bill money that I sent in, will be used.

It made me sad to be behind on debt payments, but I knew the companies were taking advantage of me when I realized their interest rates were two or three times the standard rates.

I spoke to National Debt Relief. They walked me through the procedure & paperwork. They were able to get the creditor to stop calling. After about one and a half years they see I am on time with the payments so they put me in touch with a loan company. I am getting a loan so my life is stable, one payment every month. So they haven't actually updated me on any progress. But they keep sending me emails to rate my experience. Basically I've been giving them $500 a month for 5 months and haven't heard anything from them since I signed up.

Although the process has been slow, the company is getting the job done. Only one of my accounts have made a settlement in 3 months. But hopefully the other bad accounts will be taken care of soon. The company has been in touch with me every week and keeps me updated on everything.

So far, only two months in, I have had a great experience working with National Debt Relief. The customer service has been exceptional and the financial advisors are very thorough and walk you through the entire process. They are upfront about timeframe and they work with creating a plan/budget which you can afford.

I am new to this so there is not much for me to say. Except that Synchrony Bank is a royal pain. All other creditors have only sent emails. They however are relentless. I called in to let NDR know but was told I had to wait it out. Send me another once this has been resolved. I am starting to consider bankruptcy due to Synchrony Bank's harassment.

I suppose I was expecting a more immediate impact when signing on with National Debt Relief. Although I have been paying into my newly opened account for 3 months now, I feel as though there has been no interaction between National Debt Relief and the two debtors that I have turned over to them. I have called a couple of times, and have been assured that they would be contacted after I am past due by 60 days.

Just make sure ALL of your debt is listed when you start, the monthly fee offered for services is reflected off how much debt is included and mine was not all included at first so the monthly fee I was offered went up $200 off the bat! However, they are quick, responsive and have reduced a LOT of debt for me making this a very easy process.

Things are going well so far, I am pleased with the communication and the results NDR is getting for me. The website is easy to navigate. When I reached by a collector and I refer them to NDR, I typically do not hear back from the collector which has been huge relief.

Well I was hesitate about turning my debt over but it has been ok. They were helpful when I needed to reduce my payments. My payments are comfortable with my budget now but they go back up next month. I'm tired of a couple of companies constantly calling. I'll be glad when that is over. My experience with National Debt over the past 38 months has been nothing but positive. They have to date fulfilled every claim that they made when I began working with them. So far not too impressed. Six months in and only one account settled. Seems like they are more concerned about collecting their own fees than removing accounts. As they get their fees my negative accounts continue to increase in amounts.

I'm coming into the last 9 months of my program and am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was not aware of the entire process when I signed up and was extremely disappointed to see my good credit tank, otherwise good standing accounts go into collections and getting threatening letters talking about putting liens on our house. I also had to file paperwork with the courts which is something I despise. If I was aware of the negative impacts this program created I would of chosen a different company to help me with my debt. That being said I did save a lot of money, and will be completely out of debt in far less time than I would of otherwise. I have had a very good experience with this Company. They do what they say they will do. They deal with each outstanding debt and arrange for a payment to them that is much less than the original user debt. If I were to ask for a change it would be to make the monthly payments to them about 10% lower and extend the duration a little longer. Also, a monthly progress E- mail would be appreciated. THANKS.

I was surprised when actually in the program how inflexible the program actually is. It was way more expensive than I expected too. If I weren't already enrolled I would withdraw from the program but you already have so much of my money.

They charge way too much for settling your debt. If a credit card company forgives you 50% National Debt Relief charges 23% fee so you're only saving 27% and you have to claim the 50% that's forgiven as income. Not right! Not saving much at all.

National Debt Relief has changed our lives. We are just about finished with our program and almost 100% debt free. Working with NDR has relieved so much stress for us, we can't even begin to describe. It was easily one of the best decisions we've made as a married couple. I would highly recommend using them.
