Everyone I spoke with was very professional and very personable. They answered all questions at every level. The information was easy to understand and explained in simple terms, but I was not talked down to. Finally, I have breathing room again in the finance department.

Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my concerns and questions. I really appreciated his willingness to speak with me multiple times so that I could research before committing to the program. I am really grateful for the patience and understanding that they had, all while making me not feel like I was a failure, which I felt going into this.

Both my wife and I had been unemployed for six months. Even when we did get jobs, we were so far behind we ended up resorting to payday loans. National Debt Relief have done a very good job with my account and all the people are very nice. I'm glad I found National Debt Relief so I could take care of my debit and live a better life debt free.

Since they haven't done anything yet but collect my money I cannot rate their performance. It's impossible to rate them, my creditors still call me daily. They should have a system that could prevent me getting those calls since they told me to stop paying those monthly bills.

We are very happy with this path we chose. National Debt Relief has nearly cleared all our debt and helped keep them from bothering us. They also took on Discover when they filed a suit against us. We would recommend them to anyone that is in a bad debt situation.

I have a lot of credit card debts and I looked over some programs. National Debt Relief came up and it was rated by the Better Business Bureau. Everything that I've dealt with, with them, has been really good. They've all been friendly and helpful and they're able to help with any needs I needed help with. I've been able to get rid of a lot of the creditor calls. They're giving them the information that they've given me to give to them, so it's made my life a lot easier. Paying it off in an easier way has helped with my life tremendously. All in all, my experience was gentle, easy, and helpful. From what I've dealt with so far, they have a really good program and I recommend it.

My wife and I had agonized how to get ourselves back under control. We spoke with reps from NDR on multiple occasions as we kept coming up with more questions before we made this major decision. Everyone that we worked with was patient and thorough, there was NEVER the smallest bit of pressure placed upon us... Since we have joined the program, we have already settled 2 of our accounts (as of this writing, it has only been 6 months since we joined). The lenders have thrown stumbling blocks along the way but with every one, NDR has been there to help us. The customer service is very excellent. They are very prompt with handling matters. They want you to get on track to be debt free. They are willing to work with you. They also help me with a legal matter and settled it for me so I wouldn't have to worry about it. They put my mind at ease.

I have love my experience with National Debt Relief. They have help me with two of my debt and two more to go. It's harder to talk over the phone due to being overseas. But they make sure I get the information I need. When I do talk to them over the phone they are very nice.

National Debt Relief Company did a great job in lowering my credit card debt by 51%. I always received courteous and in-depth answers to my questions as we went along with the process. I was nervous at first but always received reassurance from the staff at NDR. It took a little less than six months to resolve my debt. I gave the NDR company only four stars because they set me up with a loan company to pay off my remaining debt in two years at a whopping 25% interest rate. I realize that my credit is poor but couldn't the interest on my remaining debt be just a bit lower, say, 20%? But I am happy I went with National Debt Relief Company. I would surely recommend them to anyone with overwhelming credit card debt which would take many years to pay off.

Not satisfied with outcome on my credit score, slow to process card companies. Score dropped, I wished I had not signed up for services. I would not do this or recommend to anyone. My score is horrible and very disappointed.

The company hasn't done anything yet so I'm not sure how good it is but I am still getting calls from creditors and they haven't settled anything yet. I contacted them about the calls I have been receiving but they said they couldn't do anything. Everything is fine though.

Even though we consider ourselves savvy, through a series of unfortunate circumstances (the economy, husbands hrs cut back, etc) our debt got out of control. I called National Debt looking for help. From that first phone call, they were nothing but understanding and supportive. They have fought for us every step of the way, even when one debtor had threatened to take me to court. National Debt had stayed in contact even when nothing is happening to check on us, see if we have had any hardship changes or just to say nothing to report. Yes, it is hard. Yes our credit score has tanked. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have settled all our debts and about 6 mos away from finishing the program. I would highly recommend National Debt to anyone in the same situation we were in.

For the most part my experience was ok. But after the fact I found out that I could have called myself to the creditors thru the letter they sent me and negotiated my accounts instead of spending 4k+ for someone else to do the leg work for me. But at the end I still needed the help. FOR THAT I AM THANKFUL. What I believe helped me the most was the idea of that additional account set up to use for paying off those accounts separately. Lesson learned. Thanks, I still needed the help.

National Debt Relief is a good way to go to becoming debt free. They work with you and your creditors. The people are very helpful and polite. They have helped a great deal with my debt. I don't know where I would be without their help and understanding.

It was informative and I appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain things to me. They took the time to call and make sure that I understood the process of the debt relief program from start to finish. They did not rush through the process.

After the 2008 crash and a battle with cancer, I was debt ridden with creditors. Foreclosure notices on the door, creditors calling at all hours of the day. I finally called National Debt Relief and they were able to negotiate deals for me to be out of debt in 3 years. Great help and I'm almost out of debt. Appreciate all that was done for me.

I see charges on my bank account that were never discussed with me at the start of the contract. Also, I am not up to date with what is happening on my credit status. I would prefer a more transparent situation where there are no hidden charges and the overall impact on my credit status is made known to me.

I haven't been with this program very long but so far what they have done for me has been good. Looking forward to getting my credit cards paid off and cleaning up my credit. I want good credit but I know not to open up so many accounts.

Very polite when a representative calls. Called about an account that had an agreement to go over. Informative and helpful employees with any questions I may have. When I receive a call it's always easy to understand what they are calling about. Great experience so far.

I signed up for NDR 7 months ago, and I am very satisfied with their service. They have been courteous and have been accommodating to adjust my payments lower than agreed upon when I signed on. I am kept informed of negotiations with my creditors and my balance. They have negotiated favorable terms with some of my creditors already.

I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief. They are efficient, quick, easy and very helpful. My process was set up in no time. I am halfway through my payments and half my bills are paid in full. Everyone from the beginning until now has been very informative and answers all questions promptly.

Overall, National Debt Relief can help reduce debt. My advice is to know fees and schedules. The fees for services are very high and taken out up front before your debts are paid. Dependent upon debt, it can also take a very long time to settle.

Overall I am satisfied, and the end goal of resolving debt was accomplished. However, they were not upfront about their fees, that were added on when I was attempting to pay the balance in full. Large fees were added on to my balance toward the end of my program giving me the impression my debt was going down, and then hitting me with large fees.

I enjoy the program. Whenever I call I'm treat with the utmost respect. They are always friendly. The young lady whom I first spoke with at the beginning was so patient. Anytime I have a question I will good about calling. They make you feel you are special.

This program helped so much. Very easy setup process. They eased my mind and helped my sanity on dealing with the collectors myself. Over a three year period our debt was cut in half and paid off without any harassment. I would definitely recommend this program.

I got to the point where I had no idea what to do. I could only pay the minimum amount on my credit cards each month and the balances were not going down. I saw a commercial for Nat'l Debt Relief, and figured I might as well check it out. The rep who called was very empathic, helpful and didn't make me feel ashamed. I now pay less each month to Nat'l Debt Relief than I paid on monthly minimum payments and my debt will be paid off in 2.5 years. They actually work with your creditors to bring the balances owed down to an unreasonable amount to get them paid off.

I don't personally like the customer service of this company. I am happy that the company can help me with the debt I have, but anytime I have had to call in for something, either my request or me questioning something, I get round about answers or three different answers from three different people. Once my debt is paid off, I will be glad to be done and I wouldn't recommend to anyone who asked.

I am willing to give to see how this program will work for me. I have found the staff to be very helpful with all questions asked. I am going to see how things go, experience is the best teacher, and in order that I tell a friend, I must witness for myself.

Overall, so far I've been disappointed. I was told with a lot of smaller balances I would probably get a lot of stuff taken care of right away and in six months we've only closed one thing and I'm still being harassed by the collection companies. I suppose it's too early to rate them completely, but I feel I was misled.

Sometimes things can get so hectic and out of hand that it can seem like there is no way out, but there is. National Debt Relief can take the worry out of paying your debt by taking the call from your creditors, setting up a payment schedule you can live with, and helping you get your life back in order and move ahead to better things. Is it easy? Not always, but it is better than the constant phone calls of the debt collectors at all hours of the day and night.

I'm very pleased with National Debt. Anytime I have a question or concern they are there to ease my mind. I don't get upset very easily, but when consumers steady call you it gets very unnerving. I am very happy with the results National Debt Relief got for me. I was expecting that National Debt Relief would settle most of my debt for 50% of what I owed my creditors. They settled five (5) of the smaller debts for 50% of what I owed. Three of the biggest they settled for 30%, 35%, and 45% of what I owed... They saved me thousands.

Service has been okay, but if I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't do it. They were able to get offers from my creditors, but I did not want to accept them all. Harassed me to beyond belief to take the offers. You are at their mercy to take the offers presented. Real pushy and though my debt is being taken care, my credit score has not improved!! I would suggest to explore other means.

So far it's been a great experience. The only thing I would like to see is what the schedule is to pay off the accounts and in what order or will they be paid all at once at the end of the program. Overall great experience. The customer service rep I talked to when I was first starting calm me down because I was scared to death missing payments but she reassured me.

Still waiting for the end result. So far I have one paid off and a few more to go. I am still taking a big hit from the credit side which I was told about just didn't think it was going to be this bad. I guess that is the only downside to the program. They were very helpful. Answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is struggling with credit card debt. Every gets caught up with credit cards and then the next thing you know it is overwhelming. But these people will listen and are there for you.

The process getting the services were great. The communication can be better. I am currently being sued from a company that should have been taken care of. They are always asking for more money for creditors. I am just not happy at all.

Some help just drag it out too long!!! If they would take care of business would be great operation!!! Had to actually be served court papers 4 times before they would act on credit debt only way to get them motivated!!! They try and drag it out to collect fees but this makes your Credit go way down for longer period of time!!! And then they National Debt become ONE OF YOUR DEBT problems!!!! Too bad. Could be good if they took care of business and handled debt in a third of the time!!!

If I ever had any questions about my account and if I did they were quick to find me the answer. Even when I didn't have any questions, they regularly called and let me know what was going on with my account. Everyone that I talked to was super helpful and very nice.

Excellent customer service! They handle the 3rd party collection agencies while you work at paying off your negotiated settled debt. I accumulated mine through school and am almost 100% debt free! Thank you National Debt! My current job required a clean history of "NO BANKRUPTCY" so am I glad I went this route!!

NDR is helping me get back to living within my means. For the first time in eighteen years I am saving money. It has been tough but the reward in the near future will be great for me and the financial part of my life. Thank you NDR for offering this program for people who need it.

They take too long to settle with creditors. I've been paying them since February and they've only settled with a few creditors. Of course my creditors are still calling me and have gone to collection companies. Not happy!!! They need to speed up the process. Besides, where is all my money going to.

The program is excellent for the long haul, but the short term effects of settling one debt at a time and leaving the other creditors waiting with no recovery plan for getting them paid off is a little frustrating. It allows the creditors that are waiting to file court proceedings, which in term can cause additional frustration for the person trying to pay off his/her debt.

I thought that having National Debt Consolidate participant, that will help me my credit score, I did not see any difference with my credit. I received letter that my credit is deficient. Even if part of the credit enrolled in the program still saying about my credit not in good standing. I did not see any difference. That worries me because it should help but it did not. I have always to talk to customer service about the status of credit enrolled. My experience paying for the service (25%) is high fees. Aside deduction of monthly fees for service. So I will not be satisfied until my credit score have change. It is lower than it was from last year and still going down hill.

I have been with National Debt relief for months now and am still getting contacted from the creditors that I have on file. It seems as if they are just taking my money and not helping me at all. I have contacted them about this issue and they have given me answers but am starting to wonder if it's true.

Accepted me was easy. They communicated well when they made deals with my creditors. The process for each creditor being paid off was simple. They did indeed help me be debt free within the time frame slotted. Now it's my job to stay debt free. Thanks to all who helped along the way.

I signed up with NDR in July of 2015. All I can say is that it was the best decision, right in the nick of time. NDR worked diligently to negotiate all the accounts I gave them. So much so, that I was able to complete the program months in advance.

I was so appreciative when I was able to get personal help from National Debt Relief customer service. Had a situation for Aug. And they were excellent in helping me, alongside of what they are already assisting me with. I look forward to my credit woes being solved. Only because of National Debt Counseling and their solutions to getting me back on track.

Everything was well explained. Very patient customer service personnel. Had no difficulty to understand the program. Will recommend to friends and family. Very easy access thru phone and email. Received call backs on the same day of contact.

All and all it has been a good experience, with the exception of one of the woman I talked to was not very helpful or nice. I am anxiously to get these payoffs finished and have tried to add more funds when I can. Need all to be paid off by end of this year.

My experience with NDR was great, I just wished they would contact me more and let me know how my accounts are doing. I have to call them to check my status. My representative was really helpful. He didn't seem too pushy into signing me up. He answered all the questions I had. He made me feel comfortable and after speaking with him I felt a huge weight off my shoulders.

I contacted National Debt Relief a few months ago because I was overwhelmed by the amount of debt I had. I was only barely able to make monthly payments for my current creditors, and often at the sacrifice of my grocery budget (and sometimes even my rent). With the FIRST phone call National Debt Relief revealed to me the reality I was living and that it was going to take 30+ years to completely free myself of the debt I had on the current payment schedule I was maintaining. In that same phone call, they alleviated a lot of stress by reassuring me that I qualified for their program, and setting me up with some general information.

This company offers a great service! It helped me settle my debt in less than the expected time frame. A three year estimate became a settlement that decreased that time frame by almost a year! I am very satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend it.

Hi. There are a lot of things I appreciate about my experience with NDR. Your reps are very considerate. Your electronic processes are very smooth and well organized. Your responses are timely and reliable. Most importantly, you are getting me good results so far. However, in my view, you have a very big problem in limiting the flow of information to your clients, and your smooth policies and processes are also an impediment in that it is very hard to get you to deviate from them and thereby to tailor you customize your service to individual clients. Specifically, for example, I have (or had) two BoA accounts enrolled. I received notice that there was a settlement offer in one. Meanwhile, I was aware that BoA had sued me, but I had not been served and did not know whether they were suing on one/which one, or both.

The website is easy to use. You can upload correspondence easily, and see your accounts all on one page. I would give it five stars, however we are not quite halfway through our program. I'll wait to see how it ends up before giving the fifth star.

With student loans and medical bills piling up and being self-employed with non-steady income, this service was exactly what I needed to get back on track. They have followed through with everything and two years later only have 1 more debt to pay off.

They have lived up to what they said. So far I’m well pleased, they call before they make an offer and give us the chance to either agree or disagree. Very good place. I highly recommend them. They are what they say they are.

Once enrolled, next steps are explained via emails and if needed via phone call, or customer portal again very thorough and detailed. When they get a creditor to agree on an amount, they call you to ask for more funds. Last account they asked for an extra $500 to pay off the creditor. Not to mention they messed up the timing on when my payment was suppose to come out of my account and pay Discover. The payment was always 2 days late, Discover then sued me and a bondsman showed up at my door on a Friday night to serve me with papers. I then had to pay an extra $300 because of their mess up to fix the mistake and so that I wouldn't have to go to court and get fined. I have yet to be satisfied about this program. Can't wait for it to be over.

Professional and honest. They deliver what they promise. In less than a year I have closed with one of my debtors and am closer to being debt-free. I also appreciate their sensitivity and non-judgement when setting up my account. I have already recommended them to two of my friends.

My experience with NDR to date has not been good. They have not kept me up to date with how things are going and when I spoke to my creditors they have said they have not been contacted. It has been very hard for me to have to go down this road and a little more contact on their part would be very much appreciated.

Up until now all agents have been friendly to talk to. What I would like is more frequent updates to know the progress of my debt. I still feel anxious when I receive letters from the places I owe about payments even though this is meant to stop my payments to them.

What I was told about the commissions has been misleading. I have asked for information as to why the commissions are taken out before an account is settled and have not gotten a straight answer. I was told in the beginning that the commissions would only be taken on those accounts being settled. This has not been the case. I was misled.

The only down side was (not with National Debt Relief) but with our credit card company, we paid off our agreement early but, the cc co wouldn't allow for early pay off. Signing up for their service was very easy and they were initially helpful. Overall I think it's been a good way to pay off debt and avoid bankruptcy. My only reservation has been that since signing up, it's been very difficult to get information about how much debt I still owe, how much has been paid off, and other general account information. Their website is poorly designed, and each debt seems to be placed in a separate account that you have to log into separately, so it's impossible to see your entire account at the same time. This lack of access to account information has made me nervous that the service is legitimate, especially since payments go to a company under a different name. The whole process and access to information is opaque and difficult to understand. That being said, my debt seems to be going down and my credit rating is improving.
