Sometimes things can get so hectic and out of hand that it can seem like there is no way out, but there is. National Debt Relief can take the worry out of paying your debt by taking the call from your creditors, setting up a payment schedule you can live with, and helping you get your life back in order and move ahead to better things. Is it easy? Not always, but it is better than the constant phone calls of the debt collectors at all hours of the day and night.

I needed help and they provided effective, efficient, professional assistance to me. I was in over my head and they were there when I needed them! For that I'm grateful. They responded quickly to all my concerns and were there every step of the way.

I am totally impressed with the professionalism I have received from the team members there, especially from agent Calvin ** (excuse me if I'm misspelling his last name). He was very attentive and very helpful as well. I am so happy I decided to call National Debt Relief.

I'm very pleased with National Debt. Anytime I have a question or concern they are there to ease my mind. I don't get upset very easily, but when consumers steady call you it gets very unnerving. That's when I call National Debt and they let know things are being taking care. Five thumbs up for all they do.

My experience is ok so far. Need to be better at updating clients and letting them know that where their money is going and possibly adding more money for accounts to close faster and letting them know that the credit scores are going to be very bad during this process.

Has been a great program. It is awesome. People are very nice and helpful. Have not had any problems with anything. They always call before they do anything. They will always notify me either by email or c phone and ok anything that they do before they do it.

National Debt Relief is a company I would highly recommend if you want to help get rid of your debt. Were always very friendly and courteous and was always on top of everything. I give this 5 out of 5 stars and I truly thank them for helping me.

I am very happy with the results National Debt Relief got for me. I was expecting that National Debt Relief would settle most of my debt for 50% of what I owed my creditors. They settled five (5) of the smaller debts for 50% of what I owed. Three of the biggest they settled for 30%, 35%, and 45% of what I owed... They saved me thousands.

Service has been okay, but if I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't do it. They were able to get offers from my creditors, but I did not want to accept them all. Harassed me to beyond belief to take the offers. You are at their mercy to take the offers presented. Real pushy and though my debt is being taken care, my credit score has not improved!! I would suggest to explore other means.

So far it's been a great experience. The only thing I would like to see is what the schedule is to pay off the accounts and in what order or will they be paid all at once at the end of the program. Overall great experience. The customer service rep I talked to when I was first starting calm me down because I was scared to death missing payments but she reassured me.

Still waiting for the end result. So far I have one paid off and a few more to go. I am still taking a big hit from the credit side which I was told about just didn't think it was going to be this bad. I guess that is the only downside to the program. Other than that I am going to stick it out and can't wait to get them all cleared up. Thanks for the help.

They were very helpful. Answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is struggling with credit card debt. Every gets caught up with credit cards and then the next thing you know it is overwhelming. But these people will listen and are there for you.

Since I just started at the beginning of the year, the experience thus far has been great. They have settled a majority of my debt and is working hard on the remaining ones. Good work they are doing with trying to eliminate all my debt. I am happy with their services.

It is such a relief to see debts being resolved! The staff call and send an email so no matter what I get a full review of the offer and the control to approve it. The solutions are fair to me and the creditor. Can't wait to see more come through!

The process getting the services were great. The communication can be better. I am currently being sued from a company that should have been taken care of. They are always asking for more money for creditors. I am just not happy at all.

NDR has been very helpful! They are always looking out for your best interest and make it a goal to keep you updated with your current financial situation and what is happening. They also give positive reinforcement when you are doing well to ensure you that everything is being taken care of and that you are doing everything you can to head in the right direction.

Program is great and it was the best choice for me and my husband. We are hoping to be out of debt soon. We already have 1 of our debts paid off. Every time we have a question or concern they are always there to help us out. They work with you not against you. They want what's best for us.

Some help just drag it out too long!!! If they would take care of business would be great operation!!! Had to actually be served court papers 4 times before they would act on credit debt only way to get them motivated!!! They try and drag it out to collect fees but this makes your Credit go way down for longer period of time!!! And then they National Debt become ONE OF YOUR DEBT problems!!!! Too bad. Could be good if they took care of business and handled debt in a third of the time!!!

If I ever had any questions about my account and if I did they were quick to find me the answer. Even when I didn't have any questions, they regularly called and let me know what was going on with my account. Everyone that I talked to was super helpful and very nice.

Excellent customer service! They handle the 3rd party collection agencies while you work at paying off your negotiated settled debt. I accumulated mine through school and am almost 100% debt free! Thank you National Debt! My current job required a clean history of "NO BANKRUPTCY" so am I glad I went this route!!

NDR is helping me get back to living within my means. For the first time in eighteen years I am saving money. It has been tough but the reward in the near future will be great for me and the financial part of my life. Thank you NDR for offering this program for people who need it.

They take too long to settle with creditors. I've been paying them since February and they've only settled with a few creditors. Of course my creditors are still calling me and have gone to collection companies. Not happy!!! They need to speed up the process. Besides, where is all my money going to.

The program is excellent for the long haul, but the short term effects of settling one debt at a time and leaving the other creditors waiting with no recovery plan for getting them paid off is a little frustrating. It allows the creditors that are waiting to file court proceedings, which in term can cause additional frustration for the person trying to pay off his/her debt.

I thought that having National Debt Consolidate participant, that will help me my credit score, I did not see any difference with my credit. I received letter that my credit is deficient. Even if part of the credit enrolled in the program still saying about my credit not in good standing. I did not see any difference. That worries me because it should help but it did not. I have always to talk to customer service about the status of credit enrolled. My experience paying for the service (25%) is high fees. Aside deduction of monthly fees for service. So I will not be satisfied until my credit score have change. It is lower than it was from last year and still going down hill.

I have been with National Debt relief for months now and am still getting contacted from the creditors that I have on file. It seems as if they are just taking my money and not helping me at all. I have contacted them about this issue and they have given me answers but am starting to wonder if it's true.

Accepted me was easy. They communicated well when they made deals with my creditors. The process for each creditor being paid off was simple. They did indeed help me be debt free within the time frame slotted. Now it's my job to stay debt free. Thanks to all who helped along the way.

I signed up with NDR in July of 2015. All I can say is that it was the best decision, right in the nick of time. NDR worked diligently to negotiate all the accounts I gave them. So much so, that I was able to complete the program months in advance.

I was so appreciative when I was able to get personal help from National Debt Relief customer service. Had a situation for Aug. And they were excellent in helping me, alongside of what they are already assisting me with. I look forward to my credit woes being solved. Only because of National Debt Counseling and their solutions to getting me back on track.

Everything was well explained. Very patient customer service personnel. Had no difficulty to understand the program. Will recommend to friends and family. Very easy access thru phone and email. Received call backs on the same day of contact.

All and all it has been a good experience, with the exception of one of the woman I talked to was not very helpful or nice. I am anxiously to get these payoffs finished and have tried to add more funds when I can. Need all to be paid off by end of this year.

My experience with NDR was great, I just wished they would contact me more and let me know how my accounts are doing. I have to call them to check my status. My representative was really helpful. He didn't seem too pushy into signing me up. He answered all the questions I had. He made me feel comfortable and after speaking with him I felt a huge weight off my shoulders.

I contacted National Debt Relief a few months ago because I was overwhelmed by the amount of debt I had. I was only barely able to make monthly payments for my current creditors, and often at the sacrifice of my grocery budget (and sometimes even my rent). With the FIRST phone call National Debt Relief revealed to me the reality I was living and that it was going to take 30+ years to completely free myself of the debt I had on the current payment schedule I was maintaining. In that same phone call, they alleviated a lot of stress by reassuring me that I qualified for their program, and setting me up with some general information.

This company offers a great service! It helped me settle my debt in less than the expected time frame. A three year estimate became a settlement that decreased that time frame by almost a year! I am very satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend it.

Hi. There are a lot of things I appreciate about my experience with NDR. Your reps are very considerate. Your electronic processes are very smooth and well organized. Your responses are timely and reliable. Most importantly, you are getting me good results so far. However, in my view, you have a very big problem in limiting the flow of information to your clients, and your smooth policies and processes are also an impediment in that it is very hard to get you to deviate from them and thereby to tailor you customize your service to individual clients. Specifically, for example, I have (or had) two BoA accounts enrolled. I received notice that there was a settlement offer in one. Meanwhile, I was aware that BoA had sued me, but I had not been served and did not know whether they were suing on one/which one, or both.

The website is easy to use. You can upload correspondence easily, and see your accounts all on one page. I would give it five stars, however we are not quite halfway through our program. I'll wait to see how it ends up before giving the fifth star.

With student loans and medical bills piling up and being self-employed with non-steady income, this service was exactly what I needed to get back on track. They have followed through with everything and two years later only have 1 more debt to pay off.

They have lived up to what they said. So far I’m well pleased, they call before they make an offer and give us the chance to either agree or disagree. Very good place. I highly recommend them. They are what they say they are.

The counselors, and all the staff, strive to do everything possible to assure that there are no stones left unturned when dealing with our creditors. All have been professional and courteous. National Debt Relief Is a pain-free program. I recommend and trust this firm. My suggestion, is don't hesitate and call National Debt Relief ASAP. The longer you wait the worse off you'll be in in late charges and high interest rates.

There should be more paperless options: e-signatures, etc. Not everyone has access to a print/scanner or can afford one. Make your service more customer friendly. Customer service reps at times sound judgmental and aren't sensitive to our financial situation and the stress that comes with it. Hard financial times fall on even the most wealthy of individuals. Be mindful and empathetic.

National Debt Relief was seriously a life saver for me! They were immediately available, professional, AND in addition they were kind and understanding. They did not make me feel like a loser because I had debt problems. Every person I've spoken to there has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. That they are also always kind and supportive are important features for me. After I signed up online I got a very quick call back from a guy named Saba **. So very helpful and I didn't have to deal with any terrible recording and phone prompts. He did all the leg work for me to get my debts squared away and the feeling was such a relief. Then I get a phone call (from Another person not a recording) and she walked me through the whole process to make sure I knew what was happening how payments worked, how long this process would last. Etc. It was a great experience. I didn't feel like I was getting scammed in anyway. They are just there to help.

I can't lie, I was skeptical about signing up with NDR in the beginning. The reviews were mixed. Some good, some bad. I think when people sign up for a service like this they think that all the debt is going to go away instantly. It doesn't work like that. I completed the program. It didn't take too long. I still don't know how NDR works despite many explanations. I'm hounded by creditors who know I'm in NDR, but still call/write me while they wait for NDR to pay them. I'm paying $801/month for this limbo, and I want my creditors to be paid!

Credit cards are reaching out to me wanting to settle my accounts but when I refer them to you guys, they tell me that you are telling them I have no funds and can't settle with them. I see that customer satisfaction means nothing to your company!

Initial contact with NDR was thorough and understanding. They explain the program extensively and reps are very patient given the circumstances customers are in. Once enrolled, next steps are explained via emails and if needed via phone call, or customer portal again very thorough and detailed. This is a scary time in my life and every time I call, I get a professional person on the phone who is comforting and so far I've had great results with getting debts settled. It helped in desperation. My husband lost his job & was older took time to find work & it’s only part time. I just thought I would see them get paid off a little sooner. It takes time & money paid in to pay them off. I do recommend NDR to anyone.

When they get a creditor to agree on an amount, they call you to ask for more funds. Last account they asked for an extra $500 to pay off the creditor. Not to mention they messed up the timing on when my payment was suppose to come out of my account and pay Discover. The payment was always 2 days late, Discover then sued me and a bondsman showed up at my door on a Friday night to serve me with papers. I then had to pay an extra $300 because of their mess up to fix the mistake and so that I wouldn't have to go to court and get fined. I have yet to be satisfied about this program. Can't wait for it to be over.

Professional and honest. They deliver what they promise. In less than a year I have closed with one of my debtors and am closer to being debt-free. I also appreciate their sensitivity and non-judgement when setting up my account. I have already recommended them to two of my friends.

I have debt in excess of $24,000.00 and National Debt Relief has already lowered my debt to approximately $15,000.00 within a few months. I am very pleased with their process. It is scary to do all of this, but National Debt Relief is very reassuring, and they deliver the goods.

My experience with NDR to date has not been good. They have not kept me up to date with how things are going and when I spoke to my creditors they have said they have not been contacted. It has been very hard for me to have to go down this road and a little more contact on their part would be very much appreciated.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience with NDR. They helped me accomplish my goal of being rid of my credit card debt within 5 years. It was difficult to pay the amount I had to pay every month on my salary but it got the job done.

Up until now all agents have been friendly to talk to. What I would like is more frequent updates to know the progress of my debt. I still feel anxious when I receive letters from the places I owe about payments even though this is meant to stop my payments to them.

What I was told about the commissions has been misleading. I have asked for information as to why the commissions are taken out before an account is settled and have not gotten a straight answer. I was told in the beginning that the commissions would only be taken on those accounts being settled. This has not been the case. I was misled.

Perfect, I was immediately put at ease by young man I was speaking with. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable about the entire process. He explained what was going to take place and talked me thru the things I needed to do. It was a valuable experience for me and I am sure many others. Harassment has stopped after my calls to the five creditors.

In the beginning I thought things were going great. My first account was negotiated in the first month of me joining. Seems the other accounts that I have are on hold until they pay off one big account. Have they negotiated the other accounts? I don't know they haven't updated me on the status. Seems to me (I hope I am wrong) that they are dragging this out to collect more money.

I haven't been in it long enough to actually say what I think. So far they have been very cordial and helpful on the information I need. I will be staying with this company until my debt is taken care of.

When your situation is dire, the last thing you want to do is make another mistake. There were some negative reviews but quite a few more positive. It seemed like all the negative comments had to do with waiting for the process to work. From what I could read it wasn't quick but it could dig you all the way out of debt in two or three years. We decided to give them a call. It feels a bit scary as you go through the process but the people at Debt Relief have done exactly what they said they would do. We are almost one year into our program and one of our creditors has accepted the terms of our pay off. We still have a long ways to go but I feel a lot more confident than I did to begin with.

Our experience was great! From start to finish. The only down side was (not with National Debt Relief) but with our credit card company, we paid off our agreement early but, the cc co wouldn't allow for early pay off. So, the money is sitting in our acct until they will close it out. I'm ready to get my credit going towards the positive side again. Been waiting since June. That doesn't seem right. Signing up for their service was very easy and they were initially helpful. Overall I think it's been a good way to pay off debt and avoid bankruptcy. My only reservation has been that since signing up, it's been very difficult to get information about how much debt I still owe, how much has been paid off, and other general account information. Their website is poorly designed, and each debt seems to be placed in a separate account that you have to log into separately, so it's impossible to see your entire account at the same time. This lack of access to account information has made me nervous that the service is legitimate, especially since payments go to a company under a different name. The whole process and access to information is opaque and difficult to understand. That being said, my debt seems to be going down and my credit rating is improving.

I was told that everyone would get offered a settlement and I would then be able to start to rebuild my credit. So far so good, but I do have concerns how the reporting to the credit bureau is reporting the balance. They report the remaining balance not the settlement amount. Also there's nothing in writing about the settlement amount only what I was told via email and account lookup. I need better verification.

Hopefully, experience will get better over time. I have no idea if they have talked with the creditors yet, or negotiated with them. All I know is I am still be contacted by the creditors and still paying money into a fund that will eventually be used. Other companies are contacting me now that I am behind on payments. Before I signed up for the plan, My questions were answered on time and I felt assured this was a plan for me. Now when I have a question and happen to call in I feel like I am wasting the associates' time. They are unable to answer my concerns or promise a callback that never happens. Customer service is poor. The plan sorta works I guess. Not what I expected at all!!

I just don't understand why this is so difficult. You have money to work with and still after I have asked to reach out to a collection agency several time and now it’s all over my credit because your employees dont know how to do their job. No I would never recommend your company to any of my friends or family!!! They answer the phone as if I just called McDonald. It’s horrible. Also for the time you have wasted my money to make yours which is not what I was guaranteed with Adam on the first sales call. I am extremely disappointed in the way things have been handled. I still get calls & letters from my debtors after several months of joining NDR. The main reason why I joined when I did was to get the calls & letters to stop but it seems that your company has only contacted 1 of my debtors so far, maybe 2? It’s been over 3 months already. I joined CareCredit years ago in the past & they immediately stopped the calls & letters from my debtors within a month. I am not seeing the same great service with NDR so far.

NDR has given me my life back, so far 1 out of 6 debts have been settled. It’s a slow process but at least I know they are working on giving me my life back and I have learned my lesson. I wouldn’t know where would I be without NDR.

When I first contacted them, the person who responded was very knowledgeable and reassuring, giving me hope there was a way out of the nightmare I had gotten myself into. So far my experience has been an overall positive one, and I would definitely recommend this company.

So far, great debt relief program. Not only do they help get you out of debt but help guide you to remaining debt free. Within a few months they worked to get some of my cards and off with less than half that I owed!

When I inquired about National Debt Relief they boasted about customers only having to pay on half of their debt because of NDR negotiations but in actuality it's only a savings of about 20% of the debt due to NDR 25% commission fee added to the overall cost, which I didn't know about until well into the program. Also customers should also be able to see the payment schedule of to the debtors not just the schedule of the payment going into the escrow account. It is misleading and confusing to not see both. I think I would have been better off talking to my debtors directly.

We are very happy with what National Debt Relief had done for us. We had expected to be hounded to death by creditors, but we have only had one call and they quickly ended the call when we told them National Debt Relief was handling our account. We still have one creditor to go so it is not over yet, but to this point we are very satisfied.

It is humbling to have to ask anyone for help in a situation that is most likely your own fault. The lender's solution is most often a significant rise in interest as a penalty for not having enough money to make a payment.

This company has been so helpful in dealing with our creditors. We have/had good credit but they kept raising the interest rates. I was also paying insurance on this which came to the same amount as what was owed as far as the monthly payment was concerned. This gives us a good feeling, knowing they are working on our behalf.

Approximately 47% of money paid into NDR has gone to fees. I've been enrolled for almost 10 months. I wish more had gone to actively settling the debts via maybe a monthly fee over the term of the program rather than so much toward fees upfront. I was advised that my credit score would tank and that I may still receive collections calls, which it has and I do - even at work. This was not an easy choice to make. There are definitely consequences for incurring debt. I'm glad that 3/10 of my creditors have currently been satisfied. On a positive side, NDR is readily accessible via the internet, email and by phone with professional and helpful information and demeanors.

I was nervous at first but realizing that with their help I can be debt free in a year I have faith again. I'm not a fan that my credit score takes a hit during this progress but once the debt is paid off it will recover. Thank you Debt Relief for all your help.

Since registering with NDR approx 6 months ago, one of our debts has been handled as promised. We are becoming comfortable as time progresses and expect the remainder of our debts to be satisfactorily resolved in the same manner. Thank you National Debt Relief.

So far made two settlements and been flexible. No complaints except how much lead time is needed to change a payment if needed. But that's more of an issue with systems than anything else. This system works really well so far! I recommend it over the alternatives.

I recently finished graduate school and got a job in the Bay area, but the cost of living here is ridiculous. Unfortunately I'm also on probation for the first year of my new job, so my pay isn't stellar but after a year I get a huge promotion, and this is pretty much my dream job. It was my understanding that each would have been contacted initially informing them that I was in the program. Apparently the limited power of attorney is being sent only as National Debt Relief is ready to negotiate a settlement, so, even though I have changed my contact information to National Debt Relief and blocked their telephone numbers, THEY STILL CALL ME USING NUMEROUS TELEPHONE NUMBERS, THREATENING LETTERS, ETC.
