I've had two accounts settled with unsatisfactory results. Was told they could resolve my account with as much as 1/2 off. What they don't tell you is that most likely you'll end pay more or close to the same after they tack on 25%. So say they settle for 20% less, then they charge 25% of original so you end up paying 5% more than original. With 3300 of resolved credit I've paid $3,179. So I've saved less than 4%. Add in monthly fees and I'm breaking even. So it's more like extremely expensive savings account.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and respectful to me. I am so glad that I done this. Because now I can feel like I am going to work for a paycheck again. Not because I have to give my whole paycheck to whoever has a hand out.

Due to my job loss, loss on home sale, and an out of state move with a promise of a job which fell thru, all credit cards and loans were maxed or close to maxed and delinquent. All creditors were sympathetic but still demanding payments which I could not make. I began blaming and shaming myself even though I actually knew that the circumstances were not my fault. Avoiding all phone calls and no sleep brought me to the internet to seek help. After much investigation I contacted National Debt Relief. A very kind and knowledgeable gentleman spoke with me and we reviewed my situation. When he told me that I was eligible and we could begin the processed right away I could feel the burden melting away. That night was the 1st time I had a peaceful nights sleep in months. My credit was good and my bills were paid on time. It's just that the debt was overwhelming so we looked into debt relief help. I did a Google search in regards to debt consolidation.and National Debt Relief kept popping up so I just went with them. They basically collect my money, and then when I have a certain amount allotted to an account, they contact the collectors and settle my amount.

I took a big pay cut from $23 an hour to $15 and I was keeping up but I was having an issue trying to make monthly payments on most credit cards. I was $39,000 in credit card debt and it can all happen so fast. When I first talked to National Debt Relief, they sounded sincere and it impressed me and I didn’t even check into any other. The first couple of months, I was frustrated and leery but all the representatives and the people I talked to on the phone were knowledgeable, calm and overly nice. Plus, everything they told me was true. I checked it out. So, I stuck with them and we wrote it out. I called Debt Relief several times and they were able to work out my issues and nothing has come back to me so it’s great.

I went through a divorce and I was left with about $62,000 worth of credit card debt. Enrolling with National Debt Relief was very straightforward. The negotiators are very upfront and forthright and they seem to be very helpful. They're taking $853 a month for 51 months. Though it's not easy, it will get me out of debt and it's worth the money not to have the aggravation. Now I don’t have debtors calling six times a day and we're resolving this debt. In about two or three months, I'll be ¼ of the way through. I'm a very happy consumer so far.

I wanted to clear out all my debt and National Debt Relief was the company I heard most about. During the enrolment process, they communicated with me and tried to find out my goals. I recently switched over from Bedrock Legal with no success and paying for their service for over 6 months with no luck. In total I lost around 2k and was only able to recover 320 something dollars back. I contacted NDR and in less than 1 month they negotiated 1 creditor down to almost 30%. Wow. I was very unsure that I wanted to take this step with my debt and I had many questions. But after speaking to my representative he was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease that this is the best option I have, to get out of debt faster while I saved thousands of dollars!!

I feel as though this company is disorganized. They tell you in the beginning the payment you will need to make each month. Then, after they settle with each creditor they call you and ask for additional funds. After not contacting discover, they came after me with court papers, suing me for the amount. I had to pay their lawyers $350 to fix the issue that they made so that I did not have to go to court. This program is a joke. They also didn't take out payments from January and February and delayed me being out of debt by 2 months. If I was to do this again, I would never use this program again.

National Debt Relief The Sales Rep didn't explain completely how the program worked. Your monies are used for interest until your account have a certain amount of monies for disbursement. It's a waiting game. Staff members are always nice. You must wait 24 hours to get a response. The programs far exceeds your Time & money. Overall the pays off creditors with lowest amount first. Creditors still continue to call while you continue to be in the program. I had one file a court order, a deputy delivered the court order. NDR took care of this. Very thankful for this.

No one likes to be in this position, of being unable to pay their bills. National Debt Relief are complete professionals, making an embarrassing and humiliating process feel much more human. I was told to put $6000.00 into my account and that would cover all debt as well as mostly likely receive money back. In November I put $5500.00 into my account and now it's March and I am still making payments and all debt is not resolved. This is very disappointing to me as I am being told my debt will not be resolved until June. As I look at my account I truly doubt June is doable. Multiple inconsistencies.

I was presented with a very good settlement, but I didn’t have enough extra funds to add to what was in my account. The agent worked it out that they would take their cut at a later date and managed to work it so I only had to add 34 cents. These people really do want to see you succeed. It was a good decision to go with them!

I am disappointed in the amount of the payments each month and the fees that it cost me. I know when I signed up for this program that there would be fees. But I never thought that my account balance would be a problem. I think to make it better for clients like myself. Fees also should be monthly payments. I thought this program was designed to help people down on their luck. But I should of known that it's all about money. I feel like this is my only choice now. After my credit is completely destroyed. I would not recommend doing this ever again.

I am very annoyed with how many calls I get from you. When you have an offer for me, I get bombarded with calls even though you send me the emails notifying me. I need to be able to take care of business online and not on the phone.

Being in debt due to to medical hardship is very overwhelming and scary. We received letters from three company wanting to help my husband and I. I choose your Company because your are with BBB. My initial contact person was very helpful and did make me feel I was doing the right thing. However, the person in charge of completing my agreement seemed to be reading from a prepared script. I am not sure how much she actually knew without having the script in front of her. Nevertheless, I feel comfortable with my decision to enroll.

I gave them my full name to look up my debt as well as my wife's debt, and then some information about how much I make and how much I can afford to pay a month. They did a debt to income ratio analysis. And they came up with a number that should be the best amount if I could afford it, and I told them, "Yes". They're making payments on my credit and I make payments to them, and they've resolved a lot of debts for a lower price. I still have two years on the program.

I did most of the work to get this done. Pushed and pushed. The company started out great then kind of slacked off. Not overly great at return calls especially on legal end. Slow to talk to other companies once they have settled one debt.

NDR did EVERYTHING for me and I am so grateful! I am not one to negotiate well and wouldn't even know where to start negotiating with creditors. It's up to you to get out of debt. This made it quick and easy. I am debt free 6 months later since I started this program. So thrilled to be out from credit card debt and no extra stress on my part. They talked to me and had me approve everything before moving forward.

I ask questions resolving debt counter offers and resolutions and get very little answers. I requested to pay a debt off in full since the money is available. The customer service rep became verbally combative. I requested my proposal be submitted and she said "fine". I called back for update and different customer rep said there was no record of me wanting to pay in full.

I had a very pleasant and professional conversation, with one of your female representatives today. She answered all of my questions, and I was very satisfied. She was able to give me results of the vendor's acceptance, and also a timetable of how, and the monies will be paid.

I cannot thank them enough. My representative is very detailed and always keeps in touch with me. He responds immediately to any questions. I have been with National Debt Relief for approximately 17 months and they have settled some of my debts. The problem I have is they do not take the next step to make sure they come off of my credit report and they do not let you know where they are at with the ones that are still pending. I would have loved to have all of these debts resolved in less than two years but I guess at this rate they will not be. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the ones they were able to settle.

Only thing I have had a problem with is that when I signed up I was told if something shows up my credit report to just call and it would be added on no problem. One account was added to my credit report and I want to add it to the program but now I’m told I need a statement from the company and have to speak with them myself. I’m still trying to get a statement to add this on and it’s not as easy as I thought it would be.

Your settlement fees to close an account are completely outrageous. Make sure the customer knows this really clearly before they sign on. I thought first payment was a settling fee. I would not have joined. Just lost my job and asked for last payment to be forgiven since I have paid all my accounts and your company can't be forgiving. I've never missed a payment not once and now that I'm in hardship the last damn 200$ can't be forgiven, but I'm told if I push last payment to two months away CLIENT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS WILL STILL CHARGE ME AN ACCOUNT FEE OF 10.00 FOR EVERY MONTH THAT PASSES TO MAINTAIN MY ACCOUNT. Computer does that. NEVER AGAIN. Dont use this company. Watch those settlement fees. They are really high.

So far the processes was explained understandably and my case worker was very comprehensive. I was in debt up to my eyeballs and hopefully the debt relief program will give me a second chance at a new beginning. Thanks to the National Debt Relief program, hopefully everything will go as planned.
