Customer Service is excellence! I was informed, in detail, about every process every step of the way. You can call them anytime and they will always be able to answer your questions. Even during stressful times (the beginning when I my credit card companies were calling me daily, & towards the middle when credit card companies threatened to sue), National Debt Relief was there for me to guide me on how to deal with these issues and they all turned out a success. After 6 months of finishing the program, my credit is finally in "average" standing and I'm excited to be on track to obtaining good/excellent credit again. Thank you National Debt Relief to helping me settle my credit card debt and getting on a cash basis lifestyle, which was my original goal!

My experience has been great so far and the customers support personnel has helped me through some hard times by adjusting payments to meet my needs. I would recommend National Debt Relief. The National Debt Relief gave me the opportunity to pay off a reduced portion of my credit card debt over a 45 month period. With two years to go before completing the program I am able to pay my bills without the worry I had before of not having enough of money. I am happy that I did not have to resort to bankruptcy and the stigma that is associated with that. I am satisfied.

Debt Relief has been very supportive and helpful in my family's time of need. All questions have been answered and they take the time to make sure I understand the answers. Whenever I have a question they're always there to answer. I have told a few friends about this company and how much they help and looking forward to see my credit where it once was. They always let me know when another deal is made to pay off another debt. I am always aware of what is going on.

I feel this company make it sound like a great idea. But in fact having a police officer come to your house with your kids watching to give you papers is not a good idea. We found a better company to go with what really works with us and our debtors.

Very friendly & they speak English!! Can understand them when they call. I like dealing with them. They answer all my questions, and spending time with you on the phone. Don't rush you when you are talking to them, I like that. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that has debt issues.

Debt is real hard to get out of but they give you hope. You understand what you're in for from the beginning and involved in every decision. There are no surprises. You are guided and informed. They are on your side and have your best interest.

So far this has been a seamless process with excellent customer service. I am finding so much relief with their help to get out of debt after my 100% disabled Veteran husband had to fight with the VA to get benefits for 2 years which affected us financially in a very negative way.

Actually haven't had any debt relief as of yet. It's is hard with the creditors calling or sending letters stating they do not negotiate with any debt relief companies so that is the down side. However; that was told to be expected. So my feedback as of now is not to beneficial for that its only been since May for me.

Pleasant, professional, compassionate. Our experience with them has been positive. They keep us updated on our progress every month. If we call them, they can locate our information right away no matter who is on the phone. Their security also seems good as they always verify to make sure we are who we say we are.

I am not happy with any of the outcomes they have negotiated with and of my creditors so far. They tell you they can do this for you but when it comes down to it in end with a creditor, you come out paying the same if not more after their fee is applied.

I was told it typically takes 1 month to come to a settlement with the Credit Card companies and that this would be a simple process because all my creditors are people that National Debt work with regularly. Nothing has happened to date.

We have only been in this program for a few short months, however so far the customer service has been wonderful! The staff is always so helpful and responses have been quick! I was apprehensive at signing up in the beginning but the rep on the phone provided us with a lot of information and eased us in letting us know that we were making the best decision to become debt free!

My husband and I just joined. Doug ** was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding NDR. He explained everything that was needed from me. Once I received the welcome call, the person I spoke to regarding this was also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this to a friend or a family member.

At first I thought it was going to take forever but I have been in the program since July and they have already negotiated 3 of my bills. You just have to wait for about 3 months before the credit cards will negotiate. I am going to be debt free in no time.

I called and they had everything set up right away. When I speak with customer service there is always someone that answers immediately. Only issue really so far was when I called to find out why I had not received new mailing info and Global Client Solutions had not contacted me it ended up someone had my address incorrect in the National Debt Relief database. I called many times to try to find out what the issue was and finally someone figured out my address was entered wrong. So basically no one was really listening to my issue, customer service was just very quick to get me off the phone. But the program seems to be running smoothly for me.

Outstanding Service. From the first contact with an NDR representative the professionalism of the company was evident. Each contact continued the professionalism and demonstrated their knowledge of the company and the procedure that was to be followed in the program. We have been in the program about a year and are completely satisfied with the results so far.

NDR has helped me in my time of need. They have great communication along the way and are easy to reach when I need to speak with someone. It's nice to have a team on my side working out the details and negotiations for me. I just make my monthly payment and I'm done!

I would recommend anyone to use these services. I am happy so far with my experience. I only have a few more accounts that need to be settled then I will be debt free. NDR has been very helpful when I have questions they always answer them right away. The communication is excellent.

National Debt Relief did what they said as far as communicating with the companies on my behalf and settling debt in a timely manner which was great... However I felt very misled when I was hit with a ton of fees and added payments at the end of the program. Even after all my debts had been settled, I owed NDR several thousand dollars. It was my understanding that the monthly fee added to one of my payments was the NDR fee. That's not how it was. I paid that fee every month for almost 2 years and after my program was complete they informed me of the other fees owed.

Currently National Debt has done the job they told me they would do. They have paid off some of my debt and they answer my questions. The only annoying thing is the number of times a week we get an automated call from National Debt stating if we want to speak to a representative. We will call if we need to talk. The NDR customer care really lives up to their service. I'm very satisfied with how the company worked to consolidate my debts and for me to be able to pay them with an affordable amount. The ones who negotiated for my debt were able to come to an agreement with my creditors. NDR kept me updated regarding the negotiations and would seek my approval for every negotiated amount. The service has helped out in dealing with my debt. The personnel are always friendly and professional. They do well, taking into account that they are dealing with lenders only intent on obtaining their profits, such as DISCOVER. National Debt Relief also stepped up with legal aid when a lender decided to sue.

I have been enrolled for about two months now with NDR! The process went really smooth, and very helpful. I can sigh that eventually I will be debt free! All thanks to NDR program! If you are looking to also give it a try you have nothing to lose!

Lola was my contact to get me started and signed up for Debt Relief. The ease of conversing and getting my questions answered was so easy and the transition was just a matter of about 45 minutes. The confirmation call was within 24-48 hours and only took an additional 10-15 minutes to verify all information and correct any mistakes. I recommend listening and writing things down as you go with your first representative as this makes the transition much easier and accurate. I give them 5 stars!!

Nothing has really happened so far. But I have not received any updates about anything. I am not even sure if this is how it works. Have been set up with draft and money is being taken out, but have not received info on how negotiation with companies are going to help consolidate my debt. They kind of leave you in the dark. All the while getting harassed by the creditors. I hope it works for my sake. Or I have seriously messed up.

I was and still really not understanding how the payments are working - they still have not came to any conclusions of the settlement for other cases and card. I pay every month and I still don't see any progress since the beginning - I show nothing in the account for the banking but I'm paying almost 500.00 a month!!! I have asked for a break down in writing several times -- HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET -- am I wasting my money on this - and come 2 years later I still have those bills trailing me.

It took us a little over 3 years to get several credit cards paid off. Thank goodness for choosing National Debt and I'm seventy years old so its payments I could do without. We have payments for medical supplies we need and car repairs so I'm very happy we chose National Debt.

The process of contacting National Debt Relief was indeed very frightening. Their agent, Sue, was excellent at explaining our options. She was exceptional at explaining their program to us. The only regret I have is the immediate loss of my credit rating. Had I realized it was going to be so severe & so damaging, I might have given more thought into entering this program. The deep concern I have is - how long will it take to see some benefit from this program & how long will it take to see some corrective action for re-building my credit score? It would be helpful to receive an update once in a while from National Debt Relief to let me know how they are doing in dealing with my creditors. National Debt Relief did offer an option other than bankruptcy but the collateral damage to my credit has been devastating. It would be nice to hear from them once in a while just to let me know this nightmare does have an end to it. Thanks.

I have been paying $397 for two months, have gotten late fees added to my accounts and my credit score is declining. Just want to know when negotiations are completed and my debt is being paid. It is very stressful. Just want to know I am on the road to no debt.

Although I have had great customer service over the phone. I still feel apprehensive about the process as I receive no feedback on the process and I am getting hundreds of calls from creditors. Also there is no definite schedule on payments being withdrawn so have now been overdrawn in my bank account twice which can lead to problems with my IRS payments. I have been satisfied with the process, however it is taking a very long time. I am in year three and seem to kind of be at a stand still. The staff have always been very professional and helpful when they call me or when I call them to discuss progress. I do like the new features they have added, such as having settlement information in an email for me to review and approve. They have successfully negotiated with 4 creditors but I feel as if my last creditor is being dragged out.

Of the 3 co.'s Pacific Debt Relief, Freedom Debt Relief... I have had more support from National Debt Relief! My question for National Debt Relief is: can you help me with the Three Credit Bureaus to update their records of those creditors I have paid off and those creditors I am working with to pay off my debt with them???

Excellent. Work very hard to help their clients. I stopped receiving notices and in no time my debt was being negotiated. National Debt keeps you up to speed on your case but don't bother you. They just get your debt negotiated at a much reduced payoff. Easy to use and up to date website.

Finally, they are doing what I asked them to do. At first I thought they was never going to get around to the bills I gave them in the first place to handle. They was handling things over seven years old, that I never gave them and that upset me.

National Debt Relief wasn't the first consolidation company I contact but National Debt Relief has the most professional staff and they figured out a way for me to make easy payments on my budget and keep me posted every time they're getting closer to a settlement.

Informative and I needed to approve before they would settle. It saved me quite a bit of money. They have been doing well with all of my accounts and keep me informed. The terms that they seem to work out are very good - only once in the past 2 years have I not agreed to the original terms and they worked on it to get it to where it needed to be.

I don't know what's going on. We are getting notices from the credit card companies and the accounts have been closed but our Credit rating has gone down 200 points. Have you even contacted them or are we supposed to tell them what we are doing. There is no real communication here.

My experience has been rather good as of tonight. They have helped me with the creditors to lower my pay off. I think that they have paid one in full and another almost paid with I believe three or four to go.

I have mixed feelings. I have 7 creditors and I have settle 5. My problem is the 2 not settled were the 2 I wanted settled first cause my husband on those 2 and they affect him. Then so I put extra money in to settle Umpqua and guess what they didn't do it. Settled one main and took a big payment for it so nothing left over. Wow they don't listen and now both my husband and my credit shot when if they would of listened mine would just be shot. So I am upset.

I really appreciated NDR quick turn around. I submitted an online interest and I received a response the same day. The online information was accurate and up to date. The website was easy to maneuver. I would recommend NDR to my family and friends.

When I signed up for National Debt Relief I was in way over my head in debt. This organization not only helped get rid of all my debt (with the exception of my car payment), they did without judgment or harsh criticism. It was a relief to have my debt paid off.

They were able to help me with my debt problem and broke down what I needed to do in a simple way I can understand. Sending and receiving documents to them was easy and they were able to talk to my creditors to my bring my debt down to a manageable reason.

I wish we could do more via email. I work different crazy hours so never have time to call when open. It makes it hard to communicate what is going on and the importance of some of the accounts. Maybe have some later night hours for help with communication.

Very personable and professional individuals. It took them no time for my first settlements. When I could not make a monthly payment, they were happy to work with me, by either letting me defer (advising me though of possible consequences), or making payment arrangement to make up the deferred payment.

One of four debts settled so far, they do keep their word, and what they say they do they will do. Website is poor design and customer interaction could be much better considering they are working with people at a highly emotional time. Of course anyone can settle their own debts with any company, but due to a sudden life changing event, I was not in the mood to do it for myself. The good thing? The money I put in is mine and at any time I could pull out and do it myself if I so choose. Fees seem high but then I think about how high full price would have been and I am asking them to do this for me, so they deserve the fee. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication to keep my level of comfort up, and then the poor website experience. The reason I went to them, however, is going as expected and I thank them for that.

My life is more what a retire person should be, because of National Debt Relief. My debt was more than my retirement check, they found away to make my check work and still be able to live fuller. They handle the hassling phones, collection agents. They did just what they said and for me more.

I have had great experience with National Debt Relief. I joined them April, 2016 and all my debt that was listed with them has been settled and I have been set up with a Lending Co. and in 18 months I will be debt free with the balance left. In Summary: $11,500 in total debt spread across 4 or 5 credit cards. They negotiated with the creditors on my behalf, some take a little longer to get on board with the consolidation program however, I had a very reasonable, and manageable monthly payment, but unfortunately I had additional medical, legal, and everyday expense arise, and my only option was Chapter 7. Trust me the program works, but for me loss of my job and the inability to work forced me into my only option. I would definitely recommend this program.

I am a client. About 2 weeks ago I called to advise the National Debt Relief about my husband being out of work. He was laid off due to company financial situation (lack of funding from NASA). The person I talked to told me that I have to keep paying the same amount ($ 1470.00 ) per month. We are now only on SS, and about to lose our house to foreclosure. National Debt Relief takes their sweet time at the end of the program. They take more money from me than they need to close the last account. They are not helpful in resolving the issue. I was told that there wasn't anyone I can talk to about negotiating my account. I don't understand why it's taking so long to resolve the last account. There is more than enough money to resolve the account and pay it off, but they don't seem to care. They just keep taking my money.

My experience with National Debt Relief was nothing but professional, easy, productive. My Rep always followed through on phone calls that were set up and emailed me all the documents he said he would. So far I have nothing but wonderful things to say.

I am very excited that my debt is being settled & paid. It has been very distressing to feel helpless and not know where to begin with climbing out of debt. I was unemployed for 7 months last year and am finally getting back on my feet. Creditors are still calling, but only a few (Moneytree & Lendmark). Allotting a certain proportion each pay period has made me realize how it should be in the future when I am debt free. Thank you for such great service. I am grateful for the help I have received from NDR. If I have one suggestion it is that I would like NDR to contact me every three or four months to bring me up to date on exactly how my account is doing, how much debt I have eliminated, how much further I have to go and what my costs have been. For example a couple of months ago I had to change my payment to NDR; did that cost me extra to do that? Did that lengthen the time I still have to go in my payments, etc? I think you should be totally transparent with your clients about these matters and hope you would be so with any people I recommend. Please let me still learn those answers if you can on those same questions. Thank you so much...

I was very apprehensive to even call and speak with someone regarding my debt since I was the person solely responsible. I've always been able to manage money well and budget and have a successful career but unfortunately I've had a series of bad events happen in the last year that have caused me to fall behind on bills and I didn't want to file for bankruptcy because in the future I would like to purchase a home. The whole process seems invisible. I do not think there is a solution with my concerns. Except completing all the paperwork I have not heard a word from any members of this organization. I see my money going into an account but I have no idea what is happening except I get phone calls all day long concerning credit card companies. I would be so happy if there was some type of interaction by this company to resolve my issues. What I am saying is that I am not a happy customer.

I have paid thousands but do not see payoffs as fast as I like... One creditor has a collection on my report. I want to get this behind me as quickly as possible. Why is there a collection on my report if a payoff amount has been negotiated... Very confusing.

I've been in the program for a little over a year and have 3 of my 4 creditors resolved. In the end it is going to save me close to $3,000. When having any questions, the customer service team is readily available. I don't have a complaint about this program. I am glad that I took the leap to doing debt consolidation, best decision I have ever made. Yes, it has hurt my credit for the time I am in the program, but it's better than me struggling month to month to make the bare minimum of my payments.

I am halfway through the program and I am very happy with the service. I see my credit score rising. If I get anything in the mail from a creditor I just fax it to the legal department and it is taken care of for me.

It's ok. I feel overwhelmed with the payments and feel like this would not end it up. I guess I didn't understand well how it would work. I had to get other credit card and I have another debt, so it's not really helping me.

The experience of getting started was very simple. The welcome call brought up an issue that was not mentioned at first. The issue being that I wanted to keep my bank, but also had debt with them. We just had to remove the debt that was with them and then were back on track to following the program. This experience is really overwhelming and it has been hard to get the debt down without having some help. Everyone gave me the sense that this was the right move and that it will work.

Since they haven't done anything yet but collect my money I cannot rate their performance. It's impossible to rate them, my creditors still call me daily. They should have a system that could prevent me getting those calls since they told me to stop paying those monthly bills.

The customer service is very excellent. They are very prompt with handling matters. They want you to get on track to be debt free. They are willing to work with you. They also help me with a legal matter and settled it for me so I wouldn't have to worry about it. They put my mind at ease.

I have love my experience with National Debt Relief. They have help me with two of my debt and two more to go. It's harder to talk over the phone due to being overseas. But they make sure I get the information I need. When I do talk to them over the phone they are very nice.

National Debt Relief Company did a great job in lowering my credit card debt by 51%. I always received courteous and in-depth answers to my questions as we went along with the process. I was nervous at first but always received reassurance from the staff at NDR. It took a little less than six months to resolve my debt. I gave the NDR company only four stars because they set me up with a loan company to pay off my remaining debt in two years at a whopping 25% interest rate. I realize that my credit is poor but couldn't the interest on my remaining debt be just a bit lower, say, 20%? But I am happy I went with National Debt Relief Company. I would surely recommend them to anyone with overwhelming credit card debt which would take many years to pay off.

Not satisfied with outcome on my credit score, slow to process card companies. Score dropped, I wished I had not signed up for services. I would not do this or recommend to anyone. My score is horrible and very disappointed.

The company hasn't done anything yet so I'm not sure how good it is but I am still getting calls from creditors and they haven't settled anything yet. I contacted them about the calls I have been receiving but they said they couldn't do anything. Everything is fine though.

Even though we consider ourselves savvy, through a series of unfortunate circumstances (the economy, husbands hrs cut back, etc) our debt got out of control. I called National Debt looking for help. From that first phone call, they were nothing but understanding and supportive. They have fought for us every step of the way, even when one debtor had threatened to take me to court. National Debt had stayed in contact even when nothing is happening to check on us, see if we have had any hardship changes or just to say nothing to report. Yes, it is hard. Yes our credit score has tanked. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have settled all our debts and about 6 mos away from finishing the program. I would highly recommend National Debt to anyone in the same situation we were in.

For the most part my experience was ok. But after the fact I found out that I could have called myself to the creditors thru the letter they sent me and negotiated my accounts instead of spending 4k+ for someone else to do the leg work for me. But at the end I still needed the help. FOR THAT I AM THANKFUL. What I believe helped me the most was the idea of that additional account set up to use for paying off those accounts separately. I see charges on my bank account that were never discussed with me at the start of the contract. Also, I am not up to date with what is happening on my credit status. I would prefer a more transparent situation where there are no hidden charges and the overall impact on my credit status is made known to me.

I signed up for NDR 7 months ago, and I am very satisfied with their service. They have been courteous and have been accommodating to adjust my payments lower than agreed upon when I signed on. I am kept informed of negotiations with my creditors and my balance. They have negotiated favorable terms with some of my creditors already.

I am halfway through my payments and half my bills are paid in full. Everyone from the beginning until now has been very informative and answers all questions promptly.

Overall, National Debt Relief can help reduce debt. My advice is to know fees and schedules. The fees for services are very high and taken out up front before your debts are paid. Dependent upon debt, it can also take a very long time to settle.

Overall I am satisfied, and the end goal of resolving debt was accomplished. However, they were not upfront about their fees, that were added on when I was attempting to pay the balance in full. Large fees were added on to my balance toward the end of my program giving me the impression my debt was going down, and then hitting me with large fees.

NDR stayed on top of my debt and kept me well informed throughout the entire process... Not to mention they also reduced my outstanding debt by half. I don't ever plan to get in that situation again, but would definitely recommend NDR to anyone in similar circumstances.

I got to the point where I had no idea what to do. I could only pay the minimum amount on my credit cards each month and the balances were not going down. I saw a commercial for Nat'l Debt Relief, and figured I might as well check it out. The rep who called was very empathic, helpful and didn't make me feel ashamed. I now pay less each month to Nat'l Debt Relief than I paid on monthly minimum payments and my debt will be paid off in 2.5 years. They actually work with your creditors to bring the balances owed down to an unreasonable amount to get them paid off.

I don't personally like the customer service of this company. I am happy that the company can help me with the debt I have, but anytime I have had to call in for something, either my request or me questioning something, I get round about answers or three different answers from three different people. Once my debt is paid off, I will be glad to be done and I wouldn't recommend to anyone who asked.

Overall, so far I've been disappointed. I was told with a lot of smaller balances I would probably get a lot of stuff taken care of right away and in six months we've only closed one thing and I'm still being harassed by the collection companies. I suppose it's too early to rate them completely, but I feel I was misled.
