Well it's pretty good so far, but I'm kinda confused because I don't know which companies they're really helping me with. I'm still getting a lot of phone calls, I'm not sure who to answer to tell them about this company...

Safia was extremely helpful through my process in explaining everything I needed to know before agreeing to enroll. She was always readily available via email or phone which made it extremely comforting to know my questions would always be answered. She showed true concern for my current issues and I never felt like I was not a person with problems as she addressed my current concerns and ways to help me with them, regardless of enrolling. She made me feel comfortable with trusting the National Debt Relief company.

We are in the early stages of debt relief but the experience I have experienced so far is good. The customer service has been point on so far and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I also like the fact that they are willing to go over everything on the phone and follow up in an email.

The process has been respectful and efficient. When I speak to a representative, they are always polite and patient - ready and willing to answer my questions. I do feel Debt Relief is doing as they promised.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. I was always informed of what could be done and never was without help. They helped me consolidate and reduce my debt so I could move on with my life. I would highly recommend National Debt Relief to anyone suffering from overwhelming debt and needing assistance getting it under control. I was in a really difficult spot and couldn't keep up on all my bills and keep paying my debts. National Debt Relief helped me negotiate a solution that would work for me and my creditors, so I could continue paying my bills and pay down my debts. I was even able to keep 3 of my low-limit credit lines open and continue to build my credit score while dealing with my other debt! I am very pleased with their service!

The team was very informative, polite and took the time to make sure I understood the process. They scheduled phone conferences at times most convenient to me. I feel much better knowing I am working towards resolving my debt. The team members were very professional.

The National Debt Relief reps have been wonderful, even when they called and talked about debt negotiations. They completely relieved all my stress. I’ve been working with NDR since December and it has been a wonderful experience. They've resolved altogether four of my accounts already, so we’d be in the fifth one. The cost of the program in relation to the quality of the service that I got from them is excellent. Since working with them, I’ve been able to at least get my hair done once in a while. I have no more calls from creditors and I have no problems with the ones that I’m still paying. The only thing that I have a problem with is that I don’t use the computer much, so I’m lacking in keeping up with what networks to visit to see my accounts, but I could call them instead. I had gone to banks and everywhere else to ask about a loan, but nobody would help me, so I’m very glad to be able to go through the program of NDR.

I had massive amounts of debts so I searched on Google and found National Debt Relief. It was easy and quick to set up with them. Anytime I’ve ever called for any issues, there’s always been help. Since working with NDR, I redirect everything to them then my payments are drafted. But before I signed up and started the program, I wasn’t made aware that they collect and charge fees whenever they settle with a debtor. So, I’ve had to make several payments over the past six months at least in extra thousand dollars because whenever I get a notice and start drafting, I would find out that I'm actually short because they want to take their fees upfront.

It's a good company overall, just a bit of a shock at first. Thank goodness I was told when I signed up that it would get worse before it got better & that my credit score would tank. It's gotten better, I've been with them almost a year. I went in with 9 accounts and am down to 5. Thing is I haven't seen or heard about any proposals or changes since March. I will be calling them Monday. Other than that, I have no complaints or creditors bothering me and I am thankful for that.

I am very pleased with National Debt Relief. They took my highest debt to start and was only in the program a few months, and received a reasonable settlement. I was happy to comply. Every time I had a question would respond immediately. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you for your services.

I was very pleased with the politeness, promptness and attentiveness of all customer service personnel I spoke with. They were able to help me settle my debts in a timely manner and fulfilled all they said they would do. The only problem I have had was getting a final closure letter from them for proof of all debts satisfied.

My one and only complaint was that the two young men I spoke with on the phone talked or read way too fast! I was constantly asking them to repeat things and to slow down. They need to go a lot slower and make sure you understand what they are telling you instead of waiting until the end and then asking. I'm not hard of hearing nor do I have dementia, I just didn't understand all the things they were explaining. I was very nervous anyway about doing this. They need to talk to you as if we were actually talking in person face to face! When I would ask them to repeat something, etc. they were always very nice about it and never seemed upset. I know they have gone over this stuff with many, many people, but my biggest recommendation is to SLOW DOWN WHEN YOU GO OVER THE CONTRACT RULES, ETC.

The Team Work in the company is very good and everyone was so helpfully to me. I remember few name like Mr. Greg ** and Mr. ** and welcome officer. Wish them all great future. God Bless. BEST REGARDS.

The interaction with the National Debt Relief personnel over the phone made for better understanding and ease in working through the process. The NDR personnel explained and clarified questions that I had. The ability to use the internet to read and study the documents at one's pace has also been extremely helpful.

Very helpful. Very understanding. Willing to help when you are in a pinch. Just gotta keep in contact with them and they take care of you. Keeps creditors off your back. Very good job. Please keep it up. Also they have a team of professionals to help with any financial concerns you may have.

We have been in the program for a little under a year. Which is a 3 year program and we are almost 70% done. It can be overwhelming at times but this is a great way to get back on your feet without all the debt.

I've struggled to pay my credit cards after losing my job and fell so far behind. It's scary. I researched online for a reputable company approved by BBB and read customer reviews. I'm just completing paperworks now but I can feel some relief that I can be helped. The service I received was great. I'll update after I see results.

I felt very pressured, uninformed. I'm still not completely sure what I've gotten myself into. All that I'm sure of is I have more money going out with no assurance this program really works. Your employee spoke very fast and answered my questions with answers that weren't very reassuring. I need help here, and I'm not sure I've made the right choice, and now it's too late.

I have not completed the program but I have not been disappointed with my decision. So far, my experience with National Debt Relief has been helpful and professional. The person assigned to my case has been most understanding and always a step ahead. The "relief" aspect is what I have needed, so that I can put this debt issue in my past.

Was told I would be done paying in 3 years and I'm paying more on credit cards than what I owed which I was told I would end up paying about half of total, more money goes into fees than goes to pay off bills, would suggest working out settlements yourself if able or file bankruptcy even when paid off items stay on credit file for 7 years. Easier to rebuild your credit after bankruptcy.

My bills were out of control and I found no end in sight so when I came across National Debt Relief, I researched it and then I had wonderful interactions with their team. I was a little apprehensive at first because I wasn't seeing any progress or communication. But once I expressed that, they were very understanding and they educated me on the different ways to review my processes and my data. I'm very pleased with them and everything that they've been talking to me is true. National Debt Relief isn't just an ad and it really works.

I had more than $10,000 in credit card debt and was tired with my bills. I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio and they've been handling one of my accounts for a long time. They were calling almost twice a month at first but now they just call every quarter to make sure I want any other information. Also, I’ve already had $2,000 taken from my savings for three months and they haven’t reached anything with the company. That is still pending and they didn’t tell me that they have that much. I called and verified the information because on my understanding, there was only one account open, but they kept taking money from my bank account until I decided to cancel the program because they've taken $2,000 from the savings and my bill for that credit card is less than that if I pay the total amount.

I feel such relief for not worrying about our debt. We just turned everything over to National Debt Relief and they are taking care of bills that piled up. Every time I call them I get very polite workers and they take care of everything I ask. All I can say is thank you.

Outstanding! I have talk to friends cousin uncles aunts anybody that I think who need this program. The peoples from Receptionist to counselor are very good. What they do if I call with a problem and if they didn't know the answer the Receptionist would make sure put me in contact with who knows the answer. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

My experience with National Debt Relief was great and professional. I'm very happy with finally being debt free. I would recommend you to any of my friends and/or family. You guys are awesome! They are more than willing to work with you on getting yourself out of debt. They are able to call and/or send you an email.

I did not fully understand the entire process and how I would be negatively impacting my credit score prior to paying off debt. It will be another 5 years after paying off the debt a total of 8 years before my credit will be repaired. It would have been more beneficial to just file bankruptcy and at least have the extra 237.00 monthly to live on. Very disappointed.

I started this program 4 months ago and have 2 out of my 6 creditors in resolution. I really thought it would take much longer for the first ones to begin, so I am very happy as of right now. Hopefully the rest will follow suit as quickly.

The specialist listen to my needs before even recommending what would be best for me. I appreciated her knowledge. I was explained several options. Lack of personal responsibility and the excessive charges and interest of credit cards forced me to pursue National Debt Relief. Working with its staff and creating a great repayment plan within 4 years I was debt free. It is not an easy step but NDR did a thorough, organized, problem solving approach to paying back what I could afford and settling with companies for the remaining debt. Customer service is excellent with National Debt Relief. This company truly strive to give their customers 100% satisfaction along with becoming debt free! So far, I am pleased with this company! In my experience I have been able to get three of my major credit cards debt reduced. Without NDR, I would still be striving to work through my mind how I would pay these bills.

In all honesty, I cannot rate this as I have not been informed of any activity regarding my account. Because I'm questioning certain bills I have received, I requested (by phone) a list of the bills being paid. I have yet to receive it. There has been ample amount of time.

I have been trying to reach someone on possible disenrolling on this service. I put myself in a larger financial position than what I was when I started. So you have helped me with some credit cards but I have been struggling to keep your payment up and my student loan, car and other bills that you could not add to my file have been jeopardized. It's a shame that I cannot reach out to anyone on Saturday or Sundays, when that is how I started in the beginning. Thanks.

I am very disappointed in the settlement of one of the two debts I enrolled to have resolved. I have NOT gotten any kind of update on the one unresolved debt and it is causing me great anxiety not knowing what the settled amount is. I was trying to get my debt to income ratio a little bit better than what it was so I looked into getting relief help. I never had any problems working with the team at Nation Debt Relief. The answer the question to any concerns. I saw a difference in a few creditors that I owe. I saw that some were paid off and I'm paying still some. It was, overall, great teamwork, always courteous. I feel as though you enroll and agree upon a payment. Then they contact you to settle debt but want you to increase your deposits. Well I budgeted the amount that my budget allows and you want me to increase. Secondly I did not realize the fees are as high as they are. I am still being pursued by one of the creditors because NDR has been unsuccessful at negotiating with Synchrony Bank with Amazon. I think if I were to do this over I am not sure I would. I also feel their website is lacking. It could really use some serious upgrades. I have had some of my debt resolved but that is because I have put every extra dollar I have into the account and since the payment increased to NDR I am struggling. I asked for 2 small payments to be rescheduled and was basically told “Ok but you may lose your settlement terms” because apparently they need to collect their fees first. Right now I am not feeling much peace of mind from this company.

National Debt Relief does a good job cutting down debt. I put a large amount of money in my account. They continue to take out money from my checking account each month. I wanted them to stop taking out money and pay off debt with money I put into my portal. Also some of the creditors that were paid off continue to send me monthly statements. I forward the emails to NDR and they do take care of it.

The staff (Sasha) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was assuring and was able to answer my questions with accuracy and confidence. I never felt like I was being judged for my circumstances, rather I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me.

Getting started was such an easy process. The representative walked by through the process, step by step. They answered all of my questions no matter simple the question was. Most of all NDR really does negotiate your debt. I'm literally only paying fraction of the amount owed.

Steven ** was the initial agent assisting us. He was very polite, he explained the whole process very clearly, he was very patient with any questions/concerns we had and this played a key part in us enrolling in your program! Andrew did the welcome call and he was also very professional and courteous. I appreciated he was considerate when I told him I was on my lunch break. I had problems in the beginning getting everything all together to them. I would think they had a form and months later learned they didn't. It was frustrating but we eventually got it all together. I never hear from them except when they made an offer for a payoff. It went very smoothly. I wish they would update me from time to time.

National Debt Relief has performed as agreed. I am still early in the program so I have not received notices of negotiated payoffs but I anticipate seeing some of the smaller debts drop off soon. Contact by creditors has been minimal. Drafts are performed as scheduled. Provided you follow the guidelines in their documentation and adhere to a strict budget, this is a valid option to bankruptcy.

So far everything is going well with the resolve. From 7 credit card debt I have they settled 2. So far good experience. Hopefully they will keep trying hard and get me out of debt sooner. Because I was worry with all this debt I had.

I recommend their services to those that find themselves against a financial wall, but keep in mind PATIENCE is necessary for this process to work for you. It's much easier to let them deal with this than try and deal with the companies yourself. When setting up your contract with NDR, I highly recommend paying the meager fee for legal advice. They have kept me out of trouble. Do NOT expect overnight miracles. They can only work with the money you make available to them. Do NOT contact the creditors yourself once NDR has the ball.

Days ago I agreed to a settlement email sent to me by NDR for one of my creditors. I have had NO email communication regarding that matter since. However, I am continuing to receive DAILY multiple phone calls from your organization but without any message left. Until I do hear something regarding the details of my agreement to settle, I will NOT be pleased with NDR's actions.

I often times felt confused about what was actually going on and when I called to ask questions I had to talk to different people and some do not seem to know what is going on or don't give complete answers. I don't consider myself ignorant, but there were times when I felt that way because I had to rephrase my questions to get the answer I was looking for... like going to the dentist to get your teeth pulled. Also, after I was done paying off the debt the response for what was going to happen next was over 30 days. I would like to see a new credit report upon completing my debt. I would recommend your service to others and am over all pleased with the service.
