I just started with NDR on July 1. We have never been late or missed a payment since 1978. Our hardship is heartbreaking to us, but we have high hopes with NDR, and put our trust in their abilities to help us reduce & pay debt. We do not want to consider bankruptcy.

The person on the phone was very respectable and kind. He was patient and helped me set everything up that I need to set up. He continuously asked me if I had questions and answer each and every one I had. Well everyone I talked to was kind and made me feel better about the whole situation.

Gene and Felicia were amazing while making sure that I understood the program and ensuring that I was fully taken care of. I am very happy with the level of care I receive and feel confident that I made a good decision coming the National Debt Relief for help.

Everyone I have spoken with have been professional, courteous and very thorough. They have made me feel comfortable and more reassured about my current financial situation. They have made sure that I understand everything and have been polite and professional.

I can't believe how quickly an account had been settled. This is very uneasy situation however having the customer service team there to answer any questions makes it a bit easier to deal with. I am so thankful for their help!

I had some credit card bills and as far as interest, they charge up a storm. I even asked if I would ever get out of paying them yet I didn’t want to claim any bankruptcy because I was responsible for making the bills. So I looked at National Debt Relief since I wanted to pay them and not pay too much interest. Their team was wonderful and I really enjoy them. They're very cordial, very informative and if they didn’t have the answer, they’ll get it and let me know. Other than that, I go to the website to check my account. Right now, I’m waiting for them to reset my password but I didn’t get any reply yet.

I would like to state that in making this decision was very hard for me. But I must say having both of these individuals help me & explain to me how this process goes & just making me feel comfortable was all worth it. The initial response was surprisingly quick. Every employee I interacted with on the phone was professional and didn't move forward until they were sure I understood. I received a call today to settle the first 2 of my 8 accounts that I turned over to NDR in April. They told me to expect a 120 to 180 day wait while the account builds to give them some leverage and it's right at 120 days. That being said, I'm very pleased with the amount they settled for as the bills will be settled in 3 months! I definitely recommend if you have a high number of credit card bills. My credit score is in the toilet but I expected that!

The operator answer all my questions very professionally, was extremely helpful in providing information about my status clearly showing patience and ask me questions to be sure he understood my concerns. In addition to my surprise he provided an excellent customer service. He definitely showed knowledge of his work and did not hesitate at any giving time to take care of my concerns.

The customer service is exceptional! I've had some problems in the last few months that prevented me from making my monthly payment and the customer service agents I talked to each time went out of their way to help me so I could stay with the program and they never once made me feel bad for having issues. They were always informative and helpful. I have no doubts that I'll be able to eventually reach my goal of being debt free!

I received seemingly honest advice on how to resolve my credit card debt problem. The specialist was extremely helpful, patient, polite, and wasn't putting pressure on me to make a quick decision. After being laid off from two jobs back to back I was drowning. NDR has been a lifesaver! I know my credit score will be taking a hit but all for a good cause. It's temporary. One of my favorite quotes is "Strive for progress, not perfection." NDR has helped me with progress when I wasn't getting anywhere on my own. From my first phone call to the "final" Welcome call I just received, there is a palpable feeling that they REALLY do care and are happy to answer ANY question even if you think it's dumb. Not much to say. The service was great. They explained everything to me so I know what to expect and also went over each contract that I had to sign. The process was easy and the terms are manageable. Here's hoping that the process will be as simple as the signup.

I am at the beginning of this experience. However, I appreciate the way Chris ** figuratively held my hands through the process. There were not any aggressive sales tactics! I am grateful for his knowledge, experience and calm demeanor regarding what is an uncomfortable situation for me.

Everyone I talked to was helpful and made signing up an easy process. The whole thing took minutes and they walked me through the whole way. They even give me helpful tips dealing with my creditors and who to contact when I have questions.

National Debt Relief has been really great in helping me to gain control of and manage what was previously unmanageable for me on my own. They are clear and concise in explaining how the process works and have been prompt in showing results. When initially enrolling for support, I was told by my representative several times that this would not negatively affect my credit score. Since enrolling, my credit score has dropped 200+ points and the credit card companies act like I am just not paying my bills.

I was in a really difficult spot and couldn't keep up on all my bills and keep paying my debts. National Debt Relief helped me negotiate a solution that would work for me and my creditors, so I could continue paying my bills and pay down my debts. I was even able to keep 3 of my low-limit credit lines open and continue to build my credit score while dealing with my other debt! I am very pleased with their service!

I had massive amounts of debts so I searched on Google and found National Debt Relief. It was easy and quick to set up with them. Anytime I’ve ever called for any issues, there’s always been help. Since working with NDR, I redirect everything to them then my payments are drafted. But before I signed up and started the program, I wasn’t made aware that they collect and charge fees whenever they settle with a debtor. So, I’ve had to make several payments over the past six months at least in extra thousand dollars because whenever I get a notice and start drafting, I would find out that I'm actually short because they want to take their fees upfront.

The National Debt Relief reps have been wonderful, even when they called and talked about debt negotiations. They completely relieved all my stress. I’ve been working with NDR since December and it has been a wonderful experience. They've resolved altogether four of my accounts already, so we’d be in the fifth one. The cost of the program in relation to the quality of the service that I got from them is excellent. Since working with them, I’ve been able to at least get my hair done once in a while. I have no more calls from creditors and I have no problems with the ones that I’m still paying. The only thing that I have a problem with is that I don’t use the computer much, so I’m lacking in keeping up with what networks to visit to see my accounts, but I could call them instead. I had gone to banks and everywhere else to ask about a loan, but nobody would help me, so I’m very glad to be able to go through the program of NDR.

It's a good company overall, just a bit of a shock at first. Thank goodness I was told when I signed up that it would get worse before it got better & that my credit score would tank. It's gotten better, I've been with them almost a year. I went in with 9 accounts and am down to 5. Thing is I haven't seen or heard about any proposals or changes since March. I will be calling them Monday. Other than that, I have no complaints or creditors bothering me and I am thankful for that.

I am very pleased with National Debt Relief. They took my highest debt to start and was only in the program a few months, and received a reasonable settlement. I was happy to comply. Every time I had a question would respond immediately. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you for your services.

I was very pleased with the politeness, promptness and attentiveness of all customer service personnel I spoke with. They were able to help me settle my debts in a timely manner and fulfilled all they said they would do. The only problem I have had was getting a final closure letter from them for proof of all debts satisfied.

My one and only complaint was that the two young men I spoke with on the phone talked or read way too fast! I was constantly asking them to repeat things and to slow down. They need to go a lot slower and make sure you understand what they are telling you instead of waiting until the end and then asking. I'm not hard of hearing nor do I have dementia, I just didn't understand all the things they were explaining. I was very nervous anyway about doing this. They need to talk to you as if we were actually talking in person face to face! When I would ask them to repeat something, etc. they were always very nice about it and never seemed upset. I know they have gone over this stuff with many, many people, but my biggest recommendation is to SLOW DOWN WHEN YOU GO OVER THE CONTRACT RULES, ETC.

The interaction with the National Debt Relief personnel over the phone made for better understanding and ease in working through the process. The NDR personnel explained and clarified questions that I had. The ability to use the internet to read and study the documents at one's pace has also been extremely helpful.

So far, my experience with National Debt Relief has been helpful and professional. The person assigned to my case has been most understanding and always a step ahead. The "relief" aspect is what I have needed, so that I can put this debt issue in my past.

Was told I would be done paying in 3 years and I'm paying more on credit cards than what I owed which I was told I would end up paying about half of total, more money goes into fees than goes to pay off bills, would suggest working out settlements yourself if able or file bankruptcy even when paid off items stay on credit file for 7 years. Easier to rebuild your credit after bankruptcy.

I had more than $10,000 in credit card debt and was tired with my bills. I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio and they've been handling one of my accounts for a long time. They were calling almost twice a month at first but now they just call every quarter to make sure I want any other information. Also, I’ve already had $2,000 taken from my savings for three months and they haven’t reached anything with the company. That is still pending and they didn’t tell me that they have that much. I called and verified the information because on my understanding, there was only one account open, but they kept taking money from my bank account until I decided to cancel the program because they've taken $2,000 from the savings and my bill for that credit card is less than that if I pay the total amount.

My bills were out of control and I found no end in sight so when I came across National Debt Relief, I researched it and then I had wonderful interactions with their team. I was a little apprehensive at first because I wasn't seeing any progress or communication. Outstanding! I have talk to friends cousin uncles aunts anybody that I think who need this program. The peoples from Receptionist to counselor are very good. I did not fully understand the entire process and how I would be negatively impacting my credit score prior to paying off debt. It will be another 5 years after paying off the debt a total of 8 years before my credit will be repaired. It would have been more beneficial to just file bankruptcy and at least have the extra 237.00 monthly to live on. Very disappointed.

I started this program 4 months ago and have 2 out of my 6 creditors in resolution. I really thought it would take much longer for the first ones to begin, so I am very happy as of right now. Hopefully the rest will follow suit as quickly.

Lack of personal responsibility and the excessive charges and interest of credit cards forced me to pursue National Debt Relief. Working with its staff and creating a great repayment plan within 4 years I was debt free. It is not an easy step but NDR did a thorough, organized, problem solving approach to paying back what I could afford and settling with companies for the remaining debt. National Debt Relief is an outstanding company and its approach to settling debt did not leave me feeling guilty and was not bankruptcy which I wanted to avoid. Customer service is excellent with National Debt Relief. This company truly strive to give their customers 100% satisfaction along with becoming debt free! So far, I am pleased with this company! In all honesty, I cannot rate this as I have not been informed of any activity regarding my account. Because I'm questioning certain bills I have received, I requested (by phone) a list of the bills being paid. I have yet to receive it. There has been ample amount of time.

Very smooth process. Was a little skeptical at first. But Dairy ** my representative assured me that this is a good program that their company offers. I hope that all goes according to plan and we will be debt free in 42 months.

I feel as though you enroll and agree upon a payment. Then they contact you to settle debt but want you to increase your deposits. Well I budgeted the amount that my budget allows and you want me to increase. Secondly I did not realize the fees are as high as they are. I am still being pursued by one of the creditors because NDR has been unsuccessful at negotiating with Synchrony Bank with Amazon. I think if I were to do this over I am not sure I would. I also feel their website is lacking. It could really use some serious upgrades. I have had some of my debt resolved but that is because I have put every extra dollar I have into the account and since the payment increased to NDR I am struggling. I asked for 2 small payments to be rescheduled and was basically told “Ok but you may lose your settlement terms” because apparently they need to collect their fees first. Right now I am not feeling much peace of mind from this company.

National Debt Relief does a good job cutting down debt. I put a large amount of money in my account. They continue to take out money from my checking account each month. I wanted them to stop taking out money and pay off debt with money I put into my portal. Also some of the creditors that were paid off continue to send me monthly statements. I forward the emails to NDR and they do take care of it.

The staff (Sasha) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was assuring and was able to answer my questions with accuracy and confidence. I never felt like I was being judged for my circumstances, rather I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me.

Getting started was such an easy process. The representative walked by through the process, step by step. They answered all of my questions no matter simple the question was. Most of all NDR really does negotiate your debt. I'm literally only paying fraction of the amount owed.

I had problems in the beginning getting everything all together to them. I would think they had a form and months later learned they didn't. It was frustrating but we eventually got it all together. I never hear from them except when they made an offer for a payoff. It went very smoothly. I wish they would update me from time to time.

National Debt Relief has performed as agreed. I am still early in the program so I have not received notices of negotiated payoffs but I anticipate seeing some of the smaller debts drop off soon. Contact by creditors has been minimal. Drafts are performed as scheduled. Provided you follow the guidelines in their documentation and adhere to a strict budget, this is a valid option to bankruptcy.

So far everything is going well with the resolve. From 7 credit card debt I have they settled 2. So far good experience. Hopefully they will keep trying hard and get me out of debt sooner. Because I was worry with all this debt I had.
