I’ve been with them over a year. I’m happy with the 2 deals they’ve made but I hoped to be further along by now. I have 4 more that nothing have been done with. They also don’t ever check in to tell you how it’s going. I mean, not one phone call. I’ve also requested they contact creditors who have now sent me to collections and they haven’t. My sister signed up with them after me and they call her and have settled most of her accounts.

I love that I'm slowly paying things off, but my monthly "deposits" are so large that you guys budgeted me $4 extra per month. That means when I need to make an extra trip out of town because my dad is in the hospital, I can't eat. Your expectations are pretty ridiculous. I postponed several deposits because I couldn't afford them, but then couldn't reduce the payments I can't afford because I had postponed too many. How does that make sense?

I've had nothing but a positive experience while dealing with NDR. So far they have resolved 1/2 of my debt. I don't know what I would do without them. I would probably have had to file bankruptcy!! Great job NDR!

I have been with this company for about 2 months now and already we have 2 settlements on file. The payments are reasonable and they work with my pay schedule. They don't harass you for additional payments either, which is nice. Every time I've talked with them they have been honest and understanding. It's pretty refreshing to find that in a company.

I was with the debt relief program through an attorney, and they took $1,000 a month above from what they were taking but did nothing. I've been trying to do the debt relief for about 7 months and they should’ve gotten off and didn’t call me. National Debt Relief had offers immediately. They did 1% and they wanted me to do a $50 a month, but I told them that if I could do that, I wouldn’t be worried about a thousand checks. So I couldn't do that. Also, they were using my home phone and I told them that I couldn’t use that and but they kept using it. And then, it got staggered off because I am in a debt problem. I want NDR to call my phone and identify themselves as National Debt Relief because I will hang up if I didn't know who they are.

I was explained everything that was going to happen in great detail. It was explained in a way that was very understandable. And all the representatives I spoke to were very professional and friendly... I was very happy and felt very good about join the program.

National Debt Relief is a very good way of relieving your debt that is not possible to do on your own. It would take 30 years or more to do it on your own. You can also save a lot of money renegotiating the amount you owe.

Unfortunately, when my life took a turn for the worse, you kinda dropped the ball on me.

I was hearing good things about National Debt Relief and so I reached out to them. Their program is doing good for me. They handle all the business and I just say yes to everything they need to know. I just got out of the hospital last night so I wasn’t catching up on everything, but my wife handles the call. NDR handles the business and I leave everything to them. So, when they need to know something, they call. They would tell me that they got a good deal for me and ask if I would accept it or not. Then I would accept it and we would go from there. I also like the lawyer they have for me. However, I only have one problem. They are also handling Wells Fargo and I signed the papers. But then, Wells Fargo is the only one that is giving us the hard way to go. Wells Fargo tried to make a deal with me but I told them that they should talk with NDR. Nevertheless, I’d recommend NDR to anybody needing it.

I answered a automative call regarding a settlement with AMX so I stayed in line to speak with a representative. I had an issue with billing. The representative had such a bad attitude, and was very short to resolve my problem. I had to be transferred to a manager who was very sweet and handled all of my needs. I hope someone will address the sales rep about her attitude and the way she is handling her clientele.

I was sad I was over loaning. So, I researched which company is helping out people who have a lot of debt. I saw that National Debt Relief had good reviews. So far, one of my credit cards has been already paid off but the rest of them haven't as of yet. I contacted National Debt Relief in February but the answer was they will still find the accumulating funds to pay off the other credit companies.

I would say most people that are making this call are already nervous and unsure about their situation. So the representatives should slow down and give the customer time to absorb it all in. After being unable to make payments on multiple accounts that were out of control, National Debt Relief got me settlements at a much more manageable number. They did all of the negotiating and took a lot of stress off me.

Generally very positive or a very negative subject. The process is sufficiently unfamiliar and complicated that it might easily be misunderstood or not completed simply because of its nature. To the degree that one can be comfortable I think this approach is successful.

They quote you how much to pay each month and they say it is to cover what you will pay to settle your debt. When you say, "Will there be more fees," they say no. But when they negotiate your settlement they want more to process the settlement. Buyer beware, this is kind of shady how they lie. When you pay your monthly payment that should be it. I am looking into changing companies. I know other debt negotiating companies do not charge an extra fee for the settlement.

The sign-up process was amazing. Obviously this was a HUGE decision for my husband and I to make for our family and we definitely had our doubts after reading some of the reviews and talking to others who had gone with the debt relief option, but didn't use National Debt Relief. We had already signed the contract and this made us feel a bit un-easy. However, I expressed these concerns to the representative who originally assisted us in signing up, and he responded within 24 hours and even called me personally to discuss my concerns and put me back at ease. This made me feel comfortable knowing that he didn't just sign us up and move on to the next. He actually handled my email personally and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. The Welcome Call was also very informative and helpful. It was a very good experience because everything was explain very well and clear to me. They made sure I was able to understand what they were talking about. They guided me with every question I had and guided me thru the documents and made it very easy.

Someone recommended me to National Debt Relief and I had my niece research it, and she told me that their ratings were high. The enrollment process was fairly reasonable. It took some time to get everything together but it was okay. NDR is the one fighting off the creditors and they get the payoff amount. Then, they call me to see if I agree with what they are negotiating for. They told me to let them know if I was not happy with a settlement. Working with them is a plus because I don’t have any credit card to use. I just use my cash and what I don’t have, I leave alone. Based on the payoff amount for the bills and in reference to the benefits, the return on their percentage was a bit costly. Also, they could let me know how far I am into the program and what my balance is in six months, just to give me a little update as to where I’m at. I’m supposed to be in a two and a half to three-year program and I’m probably about a year and a half into it.

I lost my job and have had difficulty in meeting my bills. It finally got to a point that I had to do something and I saw the NDR advertisement. I called them and then went from there.
