I had a very positive experience with National Debt Relief. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and always reassuring when I called Customer Service. NDR was always on top of each situation that I was concerned about, and made me feel at ease. From my personal experience, I would definitely recommend them to others.

I highly recommend them. They made settlements with my credit card companies that I could not never done. I am debt free and it feels great. Always received phones calls with lots of updates on my account. I have told all of my family and friends.

The service they have provided thus far has been excellent. When you call they are knowledgeable and answer your questions intelligently. The services have eased my stress level from day one. I have no doubt that this will continue throughout the process!

I started the program with over $15,000 in credit card debt and paid it off over 3 years. I have been completely debt free for 1 year now. Most of my debt was accumulated over the course of college and the first year or two in the work force. This program allowed me to pay back my debt and not completely ruin my credit like bankruptcy would have. I was impressed with how easy this program was too. They do all the hard work for you. You don't have to field credit card collection calls anymore. They simply call you when they've reached a resolution and allow you to accept or refuse it.

Always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. All staff are knowledgeable. The entire process is very well explained and documented. I was very hesitant to start this process but they were so helpful every step of the way. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Overall it was a good experience. It is a lot to take in on the first interview. After I read your booklet you sent me, and a few calls to you I felt more at ease. All the people I talked to were extremely courteous, and helpful. I feel comfortable with NDR handling my case.

These guys are the bomb! I always had a courteous person on the line when I needed to talk with them. They helped me get rid of 6 huge credit card debts and it took awhile, but after all is said and done it was a great feeling to be done with the mountain of debt I had created for myself. My job of course, would never have provided the funds to get it done. Without their help, I would still be struggling.

Great customer service, provides an amazing service that saved me money, have recommended to friends time and time again who are considering a consolidation loan or even bankruptcy. Saved at least 50% after negotiations and, whereas my credit score dipped at first (as is normal), my score had recovered and improved before I even finished making my payments. Anyone struggling with maxed out credit cards should consider.

Just started program but so far so good! Started program 2 months ago and settled one account so far! One down many more to go! Looking forward to good results! My husband and I have been drowning! We pay minimums every month but are literally left with NOTHING. NDR is really helping to let us breathe again and work to get out of debt, and never turn back. I Do what they say they will do! Saving me thousands of dollars by consolidating my debt, and negotiating with my creditors. I am glad I decided to take this step to financial freedom. I am a very satisfied client!

Most settlements were over what they said they would be and when cc company's want to sue me for money they charged me extra 200 dollars for paperwork to sent to court. Then they settled with cc company right after I paid. They did this 2 times.

I had an awesome experience with National Debt Relief. I was skeptical at first about how this would be achieved but the end results were fantastic. Everything they said would happen, did happen. There were no surprise or hidden fees, and I was still able to live my normal life during the whole process. The program is awesome for paying back your debts. NDR negotiates with the creditors on your behalf to reduce some of the interest etc. so that getting out of debt is more attainable. This is my second go around and they added some new fees but overall 5 stars!

My bill collectors keep calling and they say you guys need to call them!!! But you haven't!!! All have your name and number but all companies say that you guys NEED TO CALL THEM AND YOU HAVEN'T!!! Why??? PLEASE CALL THEM!!! PLEASE CALL THEM!!! PLEASE CALL THEM SO THEY STOP CALLING ME 5 times a day!!! Please contact the companies my wife, Mary and I, Robert ** stop getting all the phone calls! Each company says that you guys need to call them!!! Please call them!

My customer service rep was very, professional, and helpful. It was nice to feel like I had a "friend" helping and not a "collector". No judgment, just exceptional and timely service. Even when I was not sure what to do, she helped me find a way!

From the first call I made to start my debt relief I felt relief. I was answered all my questions I had and the customer service advisor was great. I indeed recommended to a friend and she herself also join the relief of debt. From the timeframe I was given that I would be debt free actually was even sooner. Great company.

NDR Is only interested in what money they are going to make. With that aside, I am one of their clients which I do not feel that way. I feel more like I am indebted to them. I have went to recording my conversations on how they treat me anyway. They make a deal with the debtor and expect you to come up with the money to cover their deal. I came to NDR because I was unable met the obligations I made after income changes. Up to this point every thing NDR has saved me as they strongly indicate, I have giving to NDR in fees and other things they want me to do as sending Registered letters. I do not work for NDR, I asked for their help because they stated to deal with and help get you out of debt quicker. It has went from Approx. 3 yrs. to maybe 5 yrs. Am I happy? NO!

The person was clear on what was happening with settlement. He was polite and made sure I understood was required to settle. Thank you for updating me on this matter. I understand additional funds would be required and he split them up for me and explained exactly when they would be required.

When I first applied to the program I asked if there will be any settlement or monthly fees, the representative said only a $9.99 monthly fee, no additional costs. I was supposed to pay only $9,800 for my $20,000 debt which in reality, I ended up paying close to $15,000 because National Debt Relief was pocketing settlement fees that I was not aware of! My best advice is call the credit card companies yourself and negotiate. All companies will settle for half of the debt owed and they will close your account to avoid additional interest fees AND will give you a 6 month payment plan. Which is exactly what National Debt Relief EXCEPT they charged $500-$600 per settlement. Save yourself the money and consolidate yourself. I'm very disappointed with them and will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

While I would always first recommend that someone pay off their debt if they can on their own, when push comes to shove, and if they literally cannot make their payments and their creditors won't work with them, then my experience with NDR would have me recommend them. A divorce left me high and dry with a stack of unsecured debt, and I literally did not earn enough money (working 3 jobs) to make all the payments - nonetheless eat or have gas to get to work.

Joshua ** was really good explaining in detail what I needed to do and the welcome call sealed my doubts. I was looking for a way to relief my debts and I found it here. The service is excellent and I am really excited to see how NDR will help me solve my financial problems.

My experience has been professional. Every person I have spoken to have been knowledgeable and kind. I wish I had done this a long time ago. I care about my debt. My family experience a hardship. Feeling hopeless afraid we would have to file bankruptcy scared me so. My husband and I have always had very good credit. When we found this company it took a lot of pressure off of us. We are very Thankful!!!

I wasn't too happy with my experience with them, I was in almost a 4 year program with them. In 7 or 8 months they only resolved 1 account, and although the account was resolved for about $7000 less than what it was they charged me more than it cost to resolve to the account. This was also one of my higher accounts, so I'm confused on why they didn't resolve my lower accounts before working on the higher ones. I had about 8 different things in there and they could have resolved 3 or 4 little things during that time compared to that 1 item. I ended up deciding to file bankruptcy. That was a personal choice that I felt was better for myself.

All is going good except for two creditors whom I have to keep on call block. They keep calling all day long so therefore I keep on call block. Most are complying with my wishes. I am having to get used to arranging my other bills along with the money coming out of my bank account.

I have just started but I feel with their help. It will be good. They are very patient and helpful. I’m glad to have found National Debt Relief. If you need help with bills I would go to them. Very understanding. If they can deal with me they can deal with anyone.

Your representative, Michelle ** was very helpful and patient with us. Over several days, she answered all of our questions succinctly and made the unfamiliar process almost painless. I am much relieved to find that there can be a solution to our debt problems.

Was unsure if this would help me at the time. Staff was outstanding, we set out a plan with an estimate number of months for completion. Was able to complete sooner than expected and my credit score just continues to go up. Best choice for me.

One creditor down, one more to go. I'm shocked at what the settlement agreement was for the first creditor, a fraction of what I owed. I have to say, I was a little skeptical and leery, always concerned about being taken for a ride but National Debt Relief has proven legit. Too early to make a call at this point however I would like to see them reach out to the creditors so they will know we are working on this but I do understand that I am not the expert and I am putting my trust in the company I selected to get me through this matter.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with to help consolidate and eradicate debt. Kind, knowledgeable personnel. Always someone to talk to via phone, timely emails as well as mail correspondence. Referred to many friends for debt consolidation. Helped me feel secure and confident and that I wasnt being "played" in any way. Continued contact after program ended was unexpected but welcomed. Still receive contact if any of the help is needed, but it is not bothersome or unwarranted.

I dont like that you have to get your account saved up to correspond with your creditors! I think even though you have the option that you can pay more that it should be mandatory! So far all my creditors tell me that they dont accept the debt relief but that they WILL ruin my credit. They are correct on that part anyway!

The credit cards that were supposed to be taken care of are constantly calling me!!! Why? I thought you were supposed to take care of that. They call 4 and 5 times a day, and complain they haven't received a payment. I try to explain I turned my bills over to you.

The enrollment advisor was great and efficient. When I was thinking about canceling I called in and spoke to someone that explained the program even better. He explained that the program is going to free you from debt. They reach out to your lenders to settle on a reduced amount.

I would like to say what a privilege it has been to work with this firm. I contacted them a while back and explained how my work life had been cut drastically. They reviewed my file and could see my efforts to pay not just minimum payments but double on my credit cards. With the high percentage rates on the few cards I had. Unable to United States postal mail papers in. Would not arrive if you do. They said there were too many offices and too much mail for them to sort through. Had to pay about $600 back as income one company turned into the IRS as income since the bill was negotiated down. Will recommend a local bill negotiator if anyone asks.

I am not happy with the way I was talk to when I join this Debt Relief. They were rude and made me feel low down. I have not heard from them at all. They took my money but the bills are ringing my phone off the wall. Know I am not happy.

All the creditors are calling me constantly few times a day. You need to work faster. It is the first time that I am in this situation and is so uncomfortable. They are harassing me and treating me. If I do not see any progress I will start paying my debts.

Paid off 20,000 worth of debt in 2 years. It is great to be debt free. We are still trying to rebuild our credit rating. It will probably take about 5 years. Everyone was very professional and did everything they could to help us. Overall as good an experience as debt paying can be.

The biggest outstanding account was settled first to earn the highest possible fees. For the first six months I was paying fees earned on one account settlement. It also trapped me in the program because fees are deducted up front with smaller payments toward the settled loans.

So far I have had a good experience. Just wish there was more that could be done about all my debtor's calling everyday hundreds of times. It gets aggravating because my phone never stops ringing. I was under the impression that the calls would stop after a short period.

I was able to accomplish reducing my debt. The low rating is because at the end, I had to keep calling to see where I was at. Then when I completed my obligations no congratulations letter sent. I received some money back with no explanation.

National Debt really helped with my creditors. The collectors’ call stopped and everyone were paid on time. They contacted everyone and set a payment plan, it’s better than going bankrupt. Your credit score will go up afterwards, it’s worth the effort to apply.

2 months and $800 in I am not impressed. I never hear from you about my status unless I initiate contact and then I get curt minimal info. I am deeply disappointed and If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't.

I have only been in the program one year. So far so good. It is moving slowly but I recognize that is a reflection of the funds available in my account. I do have to call them regularly as they do not call me much.

I was in over my head in debt ever since my divorce and career changes. Using National Debt Relief I paid off all my credit card debt and was able to get my credit score back up into the 600's and purchase my first house on my own. I better understand how to control my spending and what factors affect my credit score.

I followed the instruction completely. So I had no problems, w/ the program. I had only 2 problems. First your email will become flooded w/ everybody's business and advertisements. Best advise create email just for them! I finally ended up deleted my email account. Second, when the program was finished (I ended earlier than planned) I was never notified! I got a check in mail for over payment. I had called about the check and that's how I found out.

This is my 2nd month and nothing has happened so far except I'm getting charged more on my cards. They are trying to make me do payment plan. I have not reached out to them. I'm guessing I just keep doing what I'm doing. I have had no contact with you since I started. So I guess everything is ok at this time.

Good service. Did not give 5 Stars, because NDR refused to provide me a letter of support which was requested by a VA lender. I found their inability to provide the note unacceptable, because per VA guidelines, NDR's input as a Debt Counseling Agency was needed.

This Service helped me to consolidate all my loans and put me back into financial stabilization. The way they handled my debtors and handled my account is very good. I may use this service if I need any personal loans in future. Thank you very much.

We were slated to be out of debt in 48 months and did it in 24 -- BUT only because we kept giving more cash than was our payments. Also, I kept calling. Weekly. To check on the status. We were served with papers by 2 creditors after only a year which was troubling and we negotiated those. Our credit plummeted and even though it has gotten better since, it'll be a while before those delinquencies drop off. It was a necessary evil as we were in over our head, but if I had to do it again I would opt for consolidation as opposed to relief so that We would be continuing to pay the bills and therefore not being marked as delinquent.

I wish there was a way you all could talk to credit holders so they would know the situation. Right now when they ask why I'm not paying and I tell them, they say they know nothing about it. I've only been doing this for a month so I don't really have an opinion on how I like the program yet.

Due to house repairs and medical bills for a sick kid, the bills piled up. I was only able to make minimum payments on everything. National Debt Relief showed me the estimated cost of paying things off that way compared to allowing them to settle debts for less. I only had two of the creditors send me a form making me claim it on my taxes. It may have taken 3 years and my credit went way down, but it still didn't hurt my credit as much as filing bankruptcy. I only had one issue in all the time I was with them, the computer double drafted from my account causing me to go under. I called and complained, and one of the managers called me back and put the money back in my account, refunded the overdraft fee, and knocked 2% off their fee for all my remaining debts.

At first they were great. They seemed like a really great solution to our financial situation but how they did things was horrible. What they do is wait until the companies that you owe money to are ready to file a law suit against you. Then they try to negotiate the amount down and they make some kind of an agreement with that company. But if that company is insistent on getting the money from you they continue with the civil law suit they made. I started out owing one company 8,000.00. They sued me. The court's judgment was not only the 8000.00. The judge also order I pay court fees and lawyer's fees adding up to 11,000.00 then they tried to negotiate an payment agreement that was more than I could afford.

I am glad that I found National Debt Relief! It was difficult at first just knowing my credit score would take a hit, but it was worth it in the end. What a great relief it was getting an email indicating that one of my creditors accepted the payoff offer. I am now rebuilding my credit and am now on track.

So far I have had a great experience with National Debt Relief, they helped to advise me on what to do for my high debt and have answered every question I have had, even the stupid ones, with professionalism. I talk highly of them to everyone.

Very deceptive organization. I declined an offer, they settled anyway. Beware as they charge 25% of the ORIGINAL balance, not what is settled. I had 4 creditors, they settled 2. I settled the remaining 2 by MYSELF for a 1/4 of the original debt and no service charge.

I will definitely keep my eyes open with this program, which is new to me. I'm looking forward to them helping me get my credit back in good standard, and at the same time get out of debt faster. And hopefully it won't take as long to get out of debt, with National Debt Relief program helping me.

Everyone at NDR works very hard to help the customer in the best way possible. Every customer service rep had access to my file and reviewed my progress continually. They are there to help! I even got a refund at the end!

I was in a bad relationship with a compulsive spender who put me thousands of dollars into credit card debt. National Debt Relief was there for me in my time of need when I had nowhere left to turn, and about a year later I was debt free and I could begin to work on improving my credit score once again, a fresh start from the situation I was in.

I was contacted by NDR in May of 2017. The program was fully explained to me and I wanted and needed to be Debt free. I filled out ALL the paperwork. I did what I needed to do and NDR did what they were supposed to do. They have been there for me when I've had questions or concerns and they've taken care of every issue. I give them five stars for being so patient with me. The creditors didn't keep calling me when I reminded them, I changed my address and phone number. They're great at what they do!

I've been following the direction of the representative signing the above form. First form signed on 7/17 second on 8/17. Each time they got it. I called yesterday I have to sign a third one. It's frustrating when you think everything is ok when it's not.

Was not told that the debt that was forgiven by credit card companies was declared as income so had to claim on my tax return which incurred me paying more taxes. Was very disappointed with the lack of information and would recommend this be a talking point.

So far so good with National Debt Relief, no phone calls all day no emails all day... I can check my account and see where my money is. I know it's too early to see results but I feel good about NDR. I was with another debt relief program that bugged me day in and day out... I felt like I owed them money with all the calls and emails... With NDR I feel relief already.

No follow through with Credit bureaus. Consumer has burden of fighting information on credit report - merchants can but anything on report. NDR should clear garbage from report. Not Fair! Consumers cannot compete with the absolute preference given to unscrupulous merchants. Banks and credit bureaus could not care less about hurting consumers with bogus credit information.

Amazing support and effort. The transparency was so worrisome in the beginning, that I had to call and check in. Every call was, no worries Mr. **. They literally took care of everything. Great experience and they did exactly what they offered.

National Debt paid my bills off. I submitted them 11,000 but I found out Ginny credit is still showing I owe them a balance so I called National Debt earlier this year and they said there was nothing they can do about it. Now I'm not sure if National Debt did pay them off.

They explained fully the process and what to expect as I build the account up to allow them to negotiate with my creditors. So far the experience has been great and they have kept me in the loop and have been easy to work with. Looking forward to getting rid of my debt.

I thought when I signed up with National Debt Relief that it was going to be a good experience. However there is no communication between you and your team. I had to call every couple of months to find out the progress of my affairs. When I complained they said they would put it in the notes... Yeah a lot of good that did me. When I was towards the end I never got a letter stating that we are done. This was almost a year ago. Now a year later they are sending me a review...

I received a call today to settle the first 2 of my 8 accounts that I turned over to NDR in April. They told me to expect a 120 to 180 day wait while the account builds to give them some leverage and it's right at 120 days. That being said, I'm very pleased with the amount they settled for as the bills will be settled in 3 months! I definitely recommend if you have a high number of credit card bills. My credit score is in the toilet but I expected that!
