I am very satisfied with the service provided. We are involved in an ongoing process with several creditors. Three have been resolved, the rest are ongoing. Very happy with the process, and I'm very happy that I found National Debt Relief.

NDR was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to get out of credit card debt. I've already recommended it to one friend. When I started the program, my NDR rep gave me an estimated time frame of how long it might take me to pay off the debt. I completed the program in exactly 2 years, which was just under the amount of time he had estimated. I am extremely happy with the results of being enrolled in this program.

The staff was exceptional. I never felt judged for getting myself into a situation with debt that I needed help. They emailed, called, checked up on me and worked with me on what I could afford to make my life debt free. They worked professionally and quickly with my accounts and today I am debt free. I have never felt so calm and relaxed knowing my phone isn't ringing with creditors. I work one full time job and spend the rest of the time with my family. No more part time work and 16 hour days to make ends meet. Thank you.

I have had a good experience with NDR so far and hope they come through on their word. We have a lot of work to do in the next few years to get us completely out of debt. This process has been easy and I have been happy with our rep.

So far I am satisfied with the service that I am receiving in the program, though I am still concern about how the program is going to work out for my overall benefit so, it is too early to make adequate judgment. I hope all will work out well for me at the end of the program for to be able to give five stars.

Everyone has been extremely helpful during our process of moving forward with the program. Debt is a very uncomfortable situation, but we now see a light at the end of the tunnel. They have flexibility for pushing payment dates and nothing is done unless we approve it.

I was in an awful place and at my wit's end when I finally found NDR. Having nearly two decades of unsecured debt that had piled up due to medical expenses and unemployment, compounded by my recent divorce and move cross country, I didn't see any way out of the monumental hole I had found myself in financially. I spent countless hours trying to figure out a way to catch up, only to find myself falling further behind. With nearly a dozen separate creditors and maxed out credit limits, I could barely make my overwhelming minimum payments let alone actually get to a place where I was paying down any of my massive debt.

Superb Customer Service. Carly helped us every step of the way, answering my numerous questions with her extensive knowledge on debt relief. The time and effort she has put into making sure we are informed and confident in our decision to enroll in the program really made a difference in our decision. I am so thankful for this program. I am excited to be on my way to becoming debt free!

First of all, when I signed up for the program I was told a bunch of stuff that was not true, and I ended up getting two summons to show up in court due to debts that they were supposed to take care of. When I called to confront the situation with one of the employees, they thought they had me on hold but I could still hear them talking and one of them called me the "B" word. Once they came back on the line I told them that I heard them call me that, and they said they were speaking to somebody else and they apologized that I heard it. I told them that I heard them say "I don't want to talk to that ** lady. She is a total B." I told them that I know this phone call is being recorded and they can play it back to hear that is exactly what they said.

Two of my bills were paid off before the end of the first year of being in the program. This company does what it says it will do to resolve your debt as quickly as possible! If you have extra money to add to account, I would highly recommend paying extra. This makes it easier to resolve debt faster.

Several years ago, I got into a dire financial situation with bad credit and high debt. I had read about NDR and I heard good and mostly bad things about these type companies. I hesitantly decided to give it a try because my initial call was very difficult but they were so compassionate about my situation and told me the best route to go. Best decision ever! They have settled ALL of my accounts, and have directed and guided me with the best possible solutions through the years I've been with them. Their hours make it easy no matter where you live, and they are quick to respond to questions. If they don't know something, they will research and get back to you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I am very happy with National Debt Relief as I had $18,000.00 worth of debt, it was paid off in approximately 1 1/2 years, we didn't have to pay quite a bit of interest to these creditors and we’re relieved of this debt fairly quickly! I have become overwhelmed with bills that I could no longer afford to pay due to a job loss. I was considering bankruptcy when I decided to find out what National Debt Relief (NDR) was all about. I spoke to Victor who personally walked me through the set up, ensured I had all the information I needed, and most important to me, is that he was very honest about how the program works. I have been a client for nearly just two months now, and have already had one settlement offer with one of my creditors. I appreciate that NDR is here for the client and not just about making money. I only imagine that things will start to get better from here on out, and I am truly grateful for NDR and Victor. I will suggest that my friends and family call NDR first if they are considering a debt management program.

I started with NDR back in May and this week got results on my account. Only 3 months in to the program and one of my largest accounts has been settled! Was a little skeptical at first, but after seeing results it is totally worth the wait.

The customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful. They usually respond to my questions in a very knowledgeable manner in that they have the answers to all my questions and if they don't, they would ask someone in the department who would respond to me as soon as possible.

So far everything is going good have not gotten very far along yet. We are putting money into the account but not enough yet to start paying. Hopefully that will start happening in a few months. Counting on this to help us be able to retire in a few years.

Customer service representatives are very accommodating. The anticipated date of paying off debts was way off as initially proposed. I'm trusting National Debt Relief that this second date proposed to pay off debts in the plan will follow through this time...

I am getting a lot of calls saying that they are not getting any information from you. Also that they are getting no answer when they call the number you gave me. It would be nice if you would send everyone a letter saying what is going on. Also you have been taking $252 a month out of my checking account & I would like to know if you have paid anyone anything.

Working with National Debt Relief has been effective for me and I've already recommended them. They've kept the credit card people off my back so I've less stress. When they were making arrangements with credit card companies, they would call me and ask me if I wanted to settle a certain amount.

I found myself in debt way over my head after saying "YES" to the credit card companies. I was very upset about losing control of keeping up my monthly payments. I entered into a 42 months payment agreement with National Debt Relief program to pay off my credit card debt. They have kept me posted as to whom, the date and the amount of the agreed payments to be made to each credit card company. Looking forward to being debt free by the end of May, 2018. I am very pleased with the National Debt Relief program.

When dealing with National Debt has been a good experience. Very helpful and courteous. When I had someone serve me papers at my house about one of my debts they took care of everything. It gave me such relief. I feel ashamed but got help.

I signed up in May 2017. At this time I continue to receive bills from the one & only debtor. I have no idea if any negotiations have been made with them since I have not received any communications from National Debt Relief. Other than the times I have called to inquire... being told it may take up to 90 days. The debtor tells me they "do not negotiate"??? My payments are taken out monthly as agreed to.

They have really been helpful in helping me settling my debts. Because of them I was able to avoid spending my time in court rooms fighting the litigations with the debt collectors. I would recommend this option to anyone before thinking about bankruptcy.

When starting out this program, I hesitated wondering if this will ruin my credit score. Everything went well until the last debt, which I was paying $345.00. Y'all wanted me to pay $600 and something to finish the last debtor. I felt that I was force to extend our agreement, so that you would get your 25% payment for your company.

At first, I was very unhappy, since I thought we would have more connections with someone, and it took a bit for the first acceptance from creditor. It did take a good two months, but it All worked, and we have those taken care of for good.

I paid 218.00 every 2 weeks for 2 years to "consolidate" my debt. It's been almost 1 yr since then and I still get harassed by creditors. Also they were right when they said that with joining the program it would drive your credit score down. My credit score is worst then when I started with the program. Very unhappy.

My entire experience was very satisfying with NDR, from the day I made my 1st phone call until the day I was informed the balance of my debit could be picked up by a loan company. I was informed that my credit score would lower. And once payments to creditors began, my credit score went back up. Performing as promised. Debts are being resolved in a timely fashion. Credit Reports are greatly improved and the monthly payment is reasonable. The representatives are willing to work with you to find the best plan that meets your needs and available finances.

Your company gets paid by me to settle my debts and that's what you did so I'm satisfied. A little slow on the uptake for the negotiators considering I need to dig up a recent statement from a card I stopped using 2 years ago so I think I will remove it from the program and talk to the creditor myself. At least that savings for me instead of fees to NDR... But like I said you get what you pay for.

We had 7 credit cards which were maxed out and we're struggling to make minimum payments. I called National Debt Relief and accepted their help in getting rid of our debt. People I talked to were always professional and had answers for all my questions. It was relief to have someone helping us get our debt gone. If we had an unexpected expense they always helped us by reducing a payment or by taking their fee at the end of the settlement instead of the beginning. I would have rated 5 stars except 2 of our credit cards weren't being very agreeable to settle and by the time these 2 were settled they cost us more than if we had just paid them off with regular payments.

Finishing the program was frustrating at times, and stressful. But National Debt Relief was always willing to work within my budget to help with my month to month bills and my changing lifestyle. They always gave me updates on what was getting paid off first, and what was next. Oh and they always called me or e-mailed me for confirmation on when to take action on an account. I've only been in the program a few months. The communication has improved. Continuing with the program at this time. I’m sure our situation was not as bad as some people but we're trying to get everything streamlined. I'm a very hands-on guy so I came to National Debt Relief. I've spoken to the team on the phone and they've been very helpful and available. It was a slow start of getting logged in online, but they’ve been perfect. Their website is user-friendly. I was fine when I dealt with different merchants. However, when you call their customer care, you feel like you haven’t done their job for them, didn’t get enough information, and sometimes you don’t know what question to ask, whereas the professionals should know what information you should know, but I didn't feel that with NDR and I was impressed with their willingness to help. Overall, National Debt Relief has helped things 100% in streamlining everything and putting the buffers on between me and the debtors. I've been in the program for over a year and I'm on my last account right now.

Everything went haywire, so I decided to look into relief help to get back my credit. The National Debt Relief team was so professional. They were able to answer my questions and they set up a program that works for me. Also, they alert me when they paid it off and they always call me to make sure that I'm okay or if I have any questions and they were really on it. Working with them has helped a lot because my credit has been good. They're great for people whose credit is not so good and want to get it back. National Debt Relief will really help.

I got myself into trouble with credit cards over time into a spot that I can’t get out of, not without spending the next 20 years paying off credit card debt, so I looked into relief help. My wife looked online for reviews of companies and National Debt Relief came up. It has been great and really positive, but I only have one sticking point. I was in the middle of a move so I couldn’t receive mailings from one company that I have collections with and all they could do was fax me a statement. I asked them to fax these statements to National Debt Relief and at the same time, I passed on to NDR all the contact information and got it set up, so they can communicate. Apparently, the fax didn’t make it to NDR or they weren’t willing to accept it and they kept hounding me to fax them something but I said, “This company isn’t getting me anything I can fax to you.”

I was paying all my bills on time, but I had nothing left over for medical bills. I was barely making gas and groceries and I didn’t have anything for car repairs and that type of thing. And so I decided to get help from National Debt Relief. I had three accounts and NDR was able to quickly settle two of the accounts for a lesser balance. So that was great. But the third account was sold to another company and now the balance is even higher. I sent them paperwork that I received from the company who bought out that third account and I had remember emailing them asking how come they weren’t able to settle for the third account. They said they’ll work otherwise with the other company but I haven’t heard anything since then. Hopefully, they can also settle that third account on a less amount that I owed. Working with NDR definitely relieved some stress of mine. They helped me settle my debts from a really large debt to a lesser debt and I'll be able to pay off my debt sooner.

I wasn't fully satisfied with the service because NDR didn't prioritize which creditors they should take care first. Example is Rise Credit. My balance went from 3K + to 5K +, and NDR is demanding more money from me. Another example is Capital One. I got sued and have to pay extra $250 on top of the monthly payment. A while ago, I spoke to a customer service from NDR and was told that I have to come up with $289 by February 2018 to make the last payment for Rise Credit. I told the CS person that my contract is up until December and there's no way I will come up with that amount by February since my mortgage payment will go up by $500 starting January next year. I was told then that they will re-negotiate. Overall, NDR should have taken care of the bigger debts so that interest didn't accrue.

I think it is a decent company to get you out of credit card debt. I signed up almost 2 years ago and they have only contacted me 2 times to let me know any updates to my account. I have the agreed amount taken out every month but have no idea when I may be finished or if any of my cards have been paid off yet. There is zero communication with me but I pay a lot in fees to them. I think there should be more support to the client. The website does not even show when I may be getting close to being done. It is hard. My credit score has gone way down due to this also. I was told it would but "not too much". It has gone down 150 points. Overall it’s been ok.

I'm satisfied with National Debt Relief. My only problem is while they're working on one account there is no activity on any other accounts. All of the other accounts build up more and more late charges and further damage your credit. Other than that they work hard and negotiate very well with your creditors.

Jessica was very patient when explaining the program to me and giving me time to decide on what to do. She was also very pleasant to speak with. The underwriter was also very nice and did a good job going over the contract with me.

The very best people are working for this company, very polite and concerned with people. I work in the medical field and I wish more of my fellow co-workers were as good as your staff have been with me while on the phone. Patience is a virtue!!!

The program is good if it was a continuous improvement with one company, but it starts with National Debt, but they sell to another company, resulting in having to pay double fees. The fees I'm paying for both companies, I could have paid my own debt. I would preferred to be informed of this before I continued in the program.

The experience has been great thus far. The website is very user friendly. It is very easy to maneuver. I have been able to access all information regarding my case. Any time that I have had to contact customer service, I have gotten my questions answered and received quality assistance.

I'm currently under a lot of stress and making this decision was not easy. I had several questions before enrolling and they were all answered. The enrollment process was not difficult and all personnel were very helpful. All information was sent to me quickly and that made me feel better. The only thing that may be deemed negative is the signature box was difficult to do with my finger. Also, the person I spoke with on the welcome call was hard to understand but once I asked her to slow down it was much better. I'm grateful for all of the help and happy there was an option for me at this time of hardship in my life.

Revised payment. Customer service is poor, no one gives you the correct information, you spend more 20 minutes on the phone and still the information is wrong, continuously repeating the same problem that you thought the first three reps documented, horrible, everyone is trained differently and it's not a professional. As the client I'm disgusted with the service. I spoke to a supervisor about my financial situation and still the I see mistakes. I feel it's done purpose. How many times do I gave explain the same situation?

I cannot give an accurate review, because I don't know whats happening yet. All I can do is tell people that the guy I talked to, when first checking the Co. out, was a very nice fellow and so easy to talk to. All I can say is I signed a bunch of paperwork, and don't know what's going on yet.

We paid off all of our debts except student loans in 3 years. I wish student loans could be negotiated, but that is not NDR's fault. Over the past 3 years the only thing I wished they did was communicate more with email regarding the negotiated deals with our creditors. The phone calls were nice, but a follow-up email would have been very helpful. NDR should send updates to their clients as to how much they still owe and how many more payments are left. Trying to figure it out using the statements from Global Client Solutions (where our money was stored for NDR's use) was nearly impossible. Finally, the amount that NDR charges for their service was a surprise. They saved us money on the payoff amounts, but they charged us a fee which most likely was at or more than what we saved. But, at least I didn't have to negotiate with the creditors!

Every person I have spoken with so far has explained the process very well. I have the utmost confidence this will end well. I'm so glad I decided to get help with this process.

I found both Kenny and the young man who welcomed me today to be very helpful and most of all patient with me... Gave me information I was able to understand and answered my questions and helped me do the computer parts. They help me. A lot with Merrick Bank. Keeping them from suing me and settling my other debts. And helping me and keeping me up to date with my debt and I'll be debt free in three years they say. Hopefully before then if I can pay more later towards the debt. Thanks so much.

They are good about keeping up with you and your accounts. Overall it's a good program and I'm glad I got in it. They have provided me with a sense of relief in dealing with my debt that I thought I'd never be able to pay.

I like the fact that if we are not happy with the program, We can cancel at any time without any penalties. Glad that we have a choice to have legal services for our use in case a creditor would decide to sue or other issues on accounts listed in program and included in deposit.

Service often times has been baseline unless I prod for more thorough responses and/or comprehensive agency care. Like any big business, I am sure it is in their best interest to optimize and when possible streamline their scope of service, but for something as important as this I would often times prefer more.

The setup process was very quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that I was not made aware that during next tax season, I'll be receiving a 1099 because going through this program, from what I've been told, is considered earned income.

I would like to get my settlements offers that I have done to be sent to me in the mail instead of just on emails. I am still unsure of how the larger debt accounts will be handled before someone comes after me legally? I also don't understand what I am to do at tax time? If there was more communication would help. I am happy with what has been done just worried about larger accounts still pending.

I am not very happy with how slow the whole process is taking. I have called several times and never get any new progress. It has been 8 months and only one credit card has been negotiated and I have not received any new negotiations since.

This organization bills itself as a non-profit, but they collected exorbitant fees on all of my settlements; they would typically bargain the creditors down to less than 50% of what I originally owed, but then charge me virtually the same amount that the creditors received. It seemed clear that they were in it for the money far more than to help me out.

I'm still unclear how much longer I have on the program. I check Global Solutions but all it tells me is how much has been paid. Customer service is ok. I didn't like having to wait on hold to talk to another rep just to repeat what I already said.

National Debt is very happy to sign you up, make vague promises, and take your money. They are NOT so happy to talk to you when you question what they are doing, or follow up when you have a concern. I (sadly) was desperate enough to enroll in their 'program' a couple years ago. Spoiler alert: their promises aren't quite accurate. Sure, they usually can temporarily reduce your settlement with your debtors, but don't buy into their promise that you won't be sued, have your credit score wrecked, or be reported to the IRS.

NDR helped me cut my consumer debt in half and helped me set up a fair payment plan. They provided legal assistance when a debtor took me to court. I'll be consumer debt free by the end of this year. Their fees are high, but worth it if you are in deep debt.

When I contacted National Debt Relief I was desperate to get out of the circle of paying minimum payments and getting nowhere with my balance. I've been in the program 2 years, with about 1 more year remaining. I called because I was making zero progress on paying off debts with no end in sight. Now I am 85% debt-free, with only one more creditor to settle. The process sounds more complicated than it is, but they do a good job explaining it to you. Your credit takes a temporary hit, which they tell you upfront, and I've already started recovering my credit score (which didn't fall as much as they warned it might). There are tax implications, which again are explained and not as bad as it sounds. I was served a summons for one creditor, and NDR took care of that for me with no penalties or court time.

The process was quite easy and the NDR rep was quite clear with helping me understand the procedures. Whenever I contact them, they respond quickly. I always get confirmation when I forward debt information to them. The only suggestion I would have is instead of having one welcome phone call to go over all of the forms, etc., that it be divided up a bit. It was so overwhelming and I am still a little confused on some of the forms. I would have liked a little more explanation on the change of address/closing account form.

National Debt Relief does a fairly good job of settling my debts, however I find their fees are a little high. I can and have settled a couple of my debts on my own for less than .50 on the dollar with no fees. If I had it to do all over again I just settle my own debts and save some money.

I think that they are very good at what they do. But communicate little more to let customers where they stand on resolving their debt. Everyone is helpful and courteous when they do communicate with you. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with debt.

I have had great results and wish I could afford to pay more to do it faster. It would be nice if they noticed your payment consistency and over 6 MO to a year offered to finance the rest to finish the program keeping the payment back to themselves. I'm almost there thank goodness!
