This Process is difficult and scary, but everyone has been helpful and educational. This gives me hope that I can actually be out of debt someday and not have to be in debt forever. All my questions are answered and I am ready for my journey to debt free.

Performing as promised. Debts are being resolved in a timely fashion. Credit Reports are greatly improved and the monthly payment is reasonable. The representatives are willing to work with you to find the best plan that meets your needs and available finances.

I was very scared and nervous going into this program. It has been seamless since the beginning. People are friendly and knowledgeable and always prepared to help. I still have a way to go, but hope this experience carries through my program.

Your company gets paid by me to settle my debts and that's what you did so I'm satisfied. A little slow on the uptake for the negotiators considering I need to dig up a recent statement from a card I stopped using 2 years ago so I think I will remove it from the program and talk to the creditor myself. At least that savings for me instead of fees to NDR... But like I said you get what you pay for.

Everything I needed to know I was told and I asked all the questions I could think of to ask. Nothing complicated. They are following through thus far and I've got light at the end of my tunnel for the first time in a while???

We had 7 credit cards which were maxed out and we're struggling to make minimum payments. I called National Debt Relief and accepted their help in getting rid of our debt. People I talked to were always professional and had answers for all my questions. It was relief to have someone helping us get our debt gone. If we had an unexpected expense they always helped us by reducing a payment or by taking their fee at the end of the settlement instead of the beginning. I would have rated 5 stars except 2 of our credit cards weren't being very agreeable to settle and by the time these 2 were settled they cost us more than if we had just paid them off with regular payments.

Finishing the program was frustrating at times, and stressful. But National Debt Relief was always willing to work within my budget to help with my month to month bills and my changing lifestyle. They always gave me updates on what was getting paid off first, and what was next. Oh and they always called me or e-mailed me for confirmation on when to take action on an account. They did a great job.

I've only been in the program a few months. The communication has improved. Continuing with the program at this time. I was hoping for faster settlements, but I'm an impatient person. 2 accounts in 3 months isn't bad. I have saved quite a bit of money and I can avoid bankruptcy. So far, it's a good program.

Great job +++, debt problem solver, wonderful and very helpful customer representatives. I had a super professional debt service by National Debt Relief experts, debt advisers, negotiators and also magnificent law firm through my current mile stone with NDR.

I got myself into trouble with credit cards over time into a spot that I can’t get out of, not without spending the next 20 years paying off credit card debt, so I looked into relief help. My wife looked online for reviews of companies and National Debt Relief came up. It has been great and really positive, but I only have one sticking point. I was in the middle of a move so I couldn’t receive mailings from one company that I have collections with and all they could do was fax me a statement. I asked them to fax these statements to National Debt Relief and at the same time, I passed on to NDR all the contact information and got it set up, so they can communicate. Apparently, the fax didn’t make it to NDR or they weren’t willing to accept it and they kept hounding me to fax them something but I said, “This company isn’t getting me anything I can fax to you.”

I’m sure our situation was not as bad as some people but we're trying to get everything streamlined. I'm a very hands-on guy so I came to National Debt Relief. I've spoken to the team on the phone and they've been very helpful and available. It was a slow start of getting logged in online, but they’ve been perfect. Their website is user-friendly. I was fine when I dealt with different merchants. However, when you call their customer care, you feel like you haven’t done their job for them, didn’t get enough information, and sometimes you don’t know what question to ask, whereas the professionals should know what information you should know, but I didn't feel that with NDR and I was impressed with their willingness to help. Overall, National Debt Relief has helped things 100% in streamlining everything and putting the buffers on between me and the debtors. I've been in the program for over a year and I'm on my last account right now.

I was paying all my bills on time, but I had nothing left over for medical bills. I was barely making gas and groceries and I didn’t have anything for car repairs and that type of thing. And so I decided to get help from National Debt Relief. I had three accounts and NDR was able to quickly settle two of the accounts for a lesser balance. So that was great. But the third account was sold to another company and now the balance is even higher. I sent them paperwork that I received from the company who bought out that third account and I had remember emailing them asking how come they weren’t able to settle for the third account. They said they’ll work otherwise with the other company but I haven’t heard anything since then. Hopefully, they can also settle that third account on a less amount that I owed. Working with NDR definitely relieved some stress of mine. They helped me settle my debts from a really large debt to a lesser debt and I'll be able to pay off my debt sooner.

Everything went haywire, so I decided to look into relief help to get back my credit. The National Debt Relief team was so professional. They were able to answer my questions and they set up a program that works for me. Also, they alert me when they paid it off and they always call me to make sure that I'm okay or if I have any questions and they were really on it. Working with them has helped a lot because my credit has been good. They're great for people whose credit is not so good and want to get it back. National Debt Relief will really help.

I wasn't fully satisfied with the service because NDR didn't prioritize which creditors they should take care first. Example is Rise Credit. My balance went from 3K + to 5K +, and NDR is demanding more money from me. Another example is Capital One. I got sued and have to pay extra $250 on top of the monthly payment. A while ago, I spoke to a customer service from NDR and was told that I have to come up with $289 by February 2018 to make the last payment for Rise Credit. I told the CS person that my contract is up until December and there's no way I will come up with that amount by February since my mortgage payment will go up by $500 starting January next year. I was told then that they will re-negotiate. Overall, NDR should have taken care of the bigger debts so that interest didn't accrue.

I think it is a decent company to get you out of credit card debt. I signed up almost 2 years ago and they have only contacted me 2 times to let me know any updates to my account. I have the agreed amount taken out every month but have no idea when I may be finished or if any of my cards have been paid off yet. There is zero communication with me but I pay a lot in fees to them. I think there should be more support to the client. The website does not even show when I may be getting close to being done. It is hard. My credit score has gone way down due to this also. I was told it would but "not too much". It has gone down 150 points. Overall it’s been ok.

I'm satisfied with National Debt Relief. My only problem is while they're working on one account there is no activity on any other accounts. All of the other accounts build up more and more late charges and further damage your credit. Other than that they work hard and negotiate very well with your creditors.

Jessica was very patient when explaining the program to me and giving me time to decide on what to do. She was also very pleasant to speak with. The underwriter was also very nice and did a good job going over the contract with me.

The very best people are working for this company, very polite and concerned with people. I work in the medical field and I wish more of my fellow co-workers were as good as your staff have been with me while on the phone. Patience is a virtue!!!

NDR is wonderful... Great service. Everything is clearly laid out in the welcome package... They are always ready to answer any questions or resolve any issues. They take care of the debt collectors... Such a load has been removed... They are the best!!!

The program is good if it was a continuous improvement with one company, but it starts with National Debt, but they sell to another company, resulting in having to pay double fees. The fees I'm paying for both companies, I could have paid my own debt. I would preferred to be informed of this before I continued in the program.

The experience has been great thus far. The website is very user friendly. It is very easy to maneuver. I have been able to access all information regarding my case. Any time that I have had to contact customer service, I have gotten my questions answered and received quality assistance.

I'm currently under a lot of stress and making this decision was not easy. I had several questions before enrolling and they were all answered. The enrollment process was not difficult and all personnel were very helpful. All information was sent to me quickly and that made me feel better. The only thing that may be deemed negative is the signature box was difficult to do with my finger. Also, the person I spoke with on the welcome call was hard to understand but once I asked her to slow down it was much better. I'm grateful for all of the help and happy there was an option for me at this time of hardship in my life.

Revised payment. Customer service is poor, no one gives you the correct information, you spend more 20 minutes on the phone and still the information is wrong, continuously repeating the same problem that you thought the first three reps documented, horrible, everyone is trained differently and it's not a professional. As the client I'm disgusted with the service. I spoke to a supervisor about my financial situation and still the I see mistakes. I feel it's done purpose. How many times do I gave explain the same situation?

I cannot give an accurate review, because I don't know whats happening yet. All I can do is tell people that the guy I talked to, when first checking the Co. out, was a very nice fellow and so easy to talk to. All I can say is I signed a bunch of paperwork, and don't know what's going on yet.

We paid off all of our debts except student loans in 3 years. I wish student loans could be negotiated, but that is not NDR's fault. Over the past 3 years the only thing I wished they did was communicate more with email regarding the negotiated deals with our creditors. The phone calls were nice, but a follow-up email would have been very helpful. NDR should send updates to their clients as to how much they still owe and how many more payments are left. Trying to figure it out using the statements from Global Client Solutions (where our money was stored for NDR's use) was nearly impossible. Finally, the amount that NDR charges for their service was a surprise. They saved us money on the payoff amounts, but they charged us a fee which most likely was at or more than what we saved. But, at least I didn't have to negotiate with the creditors!

Every person I have spoken with so far has explained the process very well. I have the utmost confidence this will end well. I'm so glad I decided to get help with this process.

I found both Kenny and the young man who welcomed me today to be very helpful and most of all patient with me... Gave me information I was able to understand and answered my questions and helped me do the computer parts. I like the fact that if we are not happy with the program, We can cancel at any time without any penalties. Glad that we have a choice to have legal services for our use in case a creditor would decide to sue or other issues on accounts listed in program and included in deposit.

A few years back I was in Debt and didn't seem to be able to get out of Debt myself. One Wonderful phone call and with their help I was out of my credit card Debt in just a few years otherwise it would have been around my neck till I was ninety!! They did what they said they would do. I am now debt free. It was about 24 mos. And I thank them for everything. I have talk to other people and friends about them. My family is help. I did this because we still have a home.

Service often times has been baseline unless I prod for more thorough responses and/or comprehensive agency care. Like any big business, I am sure it is in their best interest to optimize and when possible streamline their scope of service, but for something as important as this I would often times prefer more.

I have been well pleased in the handling of my debt resolution program. They have been very helpful along the way. I am thankful that I was able to obtain their services to help get me back on my feet financially.

The setup process was very quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that I was not made aware that during next tax season, I'll be receiving a 1099 because going through this program, from what I've been told, is considered earned income.

Was very pleased to hear NDR had already negotiated a deal to one of my creditors within the first month of starting the plan. For the first time feeling like there is a way out of debt. Can't wait for the next deal.

What I like about National Debt Relief is they explain the process very clearly so that you understand how the program works. I have talked one on one several times about concerns I had and they answered my questions on the spot. I'm very happy with the company and customer service.

Every representative I spoke with over the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped turn a difficult situation (too much debt) into a smooth process for me. While NDR saved me money and a lot of head ache, I found their fees (percentage negotiated debt) to be a bit high. The excellent customer service made it easier for me to accept their high fees. When my marriage was falling apart and I collected more debt again than I cared for. I lost my marriage, my job and my home. First calling National Debt Relief, I was very nervous from the letter I had gotten from a creditor. But after talking to Michael I was able to feel calm and assured that they would help me take care of it.

The person I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to explain how soon my program will be finished. This experience was challenging and rewarding, you listened to me when I didn't understand and followed up on my suggestions.

I would like to get my settlements offers that I have done to be sent to me in the mail instead of just on emails. I am still unsure of how the larger debt accounts will be handled before someone comes after me legally? I also don't understand what I am to do at tax time? If there was more communication would help. I am happy with what has been done just worried about larger accounts still pending.

I have only been with this program three months now, so cannot say how well it is going yet. It is a big weight lift off my shoulder since I am making smaller monthly payments. My experience has been amazing. The explanations are clear and accurate. The people I have dealt with so far have been very helpful and caring. Moreover they want to resolve my issues. I am not very happy with how slow the whole process is taking. I have called several times and never get any new progress. It has been 8 months and only one credit card has been negotiated and I have not received any new negotiations since.

Excellent and knowledgeable personnel Made me fully aware of my issues and developed a solid plan for me to correct my debt issues. The plan and customer service were excellent and they spent a good deal amount of time ensuring all my information was accurate.

The representative was polite, knew her subject and handled the call in a professional manner. Very easy to work, get fast response and all questions answered. Was a bit concerned to use this type of service but after speaking with the rep, all my concerns were gone. I felt this was the best decision for me under the current circumstances. Not only did they hear what I had to say, they empathized with what I was going through.

This organization bills itself as a non-profit, but they collected exorbitant fees on all of my settlements; they would typically bargain the creditors down to less than 50% of what I originally owed, but then charge me virtually the same amount that the creditors received. It seemed clear that they were in it for the money far more than to help me out.

The Customer Service Representatives have taken great care of me and answered all my questions whether big or small with understanding and great empathy for what I am going thru. Everyone at NDR is very compassionate and willing to listen. I appreciate their kindness so much!

I would like to say that I would recommend this to my friend. To get out of Debt Free!! This is the way to go. National Debt Relief is a great way, they let you know everything that they offer your creditors & you can choose to accept the offer & the payments are made the way that they promise you. Then when you get extra cash, you can resolve it much quicker. Works out to your advantage!!! Your best way to go!!!

I'm still unclear how much longer I have on the program. I check Global Solutions but all it tells me is how much has been paid. Customer service is ok. I didn't like having to wait on hold to talk to another rep just to repeat what I already said.

So far so good. Thank you for all the support. I would like a phone call at least once per month in the first 2 to 3 months of having started the process. This has been very stressful for me and my family. Nevertheless I am grateful to have initiated this debt elimination program.

I would like to state that in making this decision was very hard for me. But I must say having both of these individuals help me & explain to me how this process goes & just making me feel comfortable was all worth it. I reached out to National Debt Relief out of desperation after finding out the company I had been paying for months wasn't confident they could help me get out of debt (but would love to keep taking my money). Carlos called me within minutes of my application being submitted and began looking for the best solution for me. I felt very confident signing the documents and fully understood what National Debt Relief is going to do to help me get my life back on track. I am so relieved to have finally found a solution to my debt.

Both people I talked to were super friendly and very helpful. They had no issue explaining things to me and didn't make me feel like they were giving me a sales pitch. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the call quality. It was really scratchy and sometimes really hard to hear.

I had hit exceptionally hard times and, admittedly, was a bit apprehensive about calling National Debt Relief but needed help. All my worries were immediately put to rest. Their customer service is amazing. No one ever made me feel guilty about my amount of debt. They never pressed for more payments or harassed me with phone calls. When I needed the date of my monthly withdrawal moved because of a new pay schedule, it was no hassle. They took care of all the hounding phone calls from the debt they took over and my phone actually was quiet. They do not save you as much as they say they do or will. Their fees are so high that it pretty much evens out what they settled with the debt collector. I would not recommend this type of company to anyone. I wish I had known more before making the decision.

Rude lady name Taneisha was being very rude when I ask her a question About money drafting. If she hates her job that much she should just hit and find something that has nothing to do with customer service. After I answer her question about not changing the draft date she keeps asking me every time I try to tell her that I didn't like her tone.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been positive. I have always been treated respectfully and my questions answered. The application process was straight forward and simple. NDR has settled with all but one of my creditors and that last one is pending. I recommend this organization to anyone who has need of their services.

National Debt Relief took a big weight off my shoulders at a very bad time in my life. I would recommend them to anyone and also a BIG thank you to them. I had a bad experience with a company like them and was not sure, but they made me feel comfortable.

National Debt is very happy to sign you up, make vague promises, and take your money. They are NOT so happy to talk to you when you question what they are doing, or follow up when you have a concern. I (sadly) was desperate enough to enroll in their 'program' a couple years ago. Spoiler alert: their promises aren't quite accurate. Sure, they usually can temporarily reduce your settlement with your debtors, but don't buy into their promise that you won't be sued, have your credit score wrecked, or be reported to the IRS.

NDR helped me cut my consumer debt in half and helped me set up a fair payment plan. They provided legal assistance when a debtor took me to court. I'll be consumer debt free by the end of this year. Their fees are high, but worth it if you are in deep debt.

When I contacted National Debt Relief I was desperate to get out of the circle of paying minimum payments and getting nowhere with my balance. Thanks to National Debt Relief all of my debt has been settled and I am on my to getting my credit score back to where it used to be. Thank you for all of your help and making this process so easy!

I've been in the program 2 years, with about 1 more year remaining. I called because I was making zero progress on paying off debts with no end in sight. Now I am 85% debt-free, with only one more creditor to settle. The process sounds more complicated than it is, but they do a good job explaining it to you. Your credit takes a temporary hit, which they tell you upfront, and I've already started recovering my credit score (which didn't fall as much as they warned it might). There are tax implications, which again are explained and not as bad as it sounds. I was served a summons for one creditor, and NDR took care of that for me with no penalties or court time.

Had a great experience so far with the debt relief program. Very helpful customer service and a really speedy service. They helped us with our ongoing debt issues. Definitely recommend using National Debt Relief to relieve any stress of debt.

The process was quite easy and the NDR rep was quite clear with helping me understand the procedures. Whenever I contact them, they respond quickly. I always get confirmation when I forward debt information to them. The only suggestion I would have is instead of having one welcome phone call to go over all of the forms, etc., that it be divided up a bit. It was so overwhelming and I am still a little confused on some of the forms. I would have liked a little more explanation on the change of address/closing account form.

National Debt Relief does a fairly good job of settling my debts, however I find their fees are a little high. I can and have settled a couple of my debts on my own for less than .50 on the dollar with no fees. If I had it to do all over again I just settle my own debts and save some money.

I think that they are very good at what they do. But communicate little more to let customers where they stand on resolving their debt. Everyone is helpful and courteous when they do communicate with you. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with debt.

I have had great results and wish I could afford to pay more to do it faster. It would be nice if they noticed your payment consistency and over 6 MO to a year offered to finance the rest to finish the program keeping the payment back to themselves. I'm almost there thank goodness!

My experience with NDR was nothing but great. Very attentive and helped me get out of debt. They were able to settle most my debt for less than what was owed. Any court orders, they resolved for me. I signed up in mid June. I guess it is too early to hear anything. Would like to hear more progress. Receive 20-30 calls daily and lots of mail. Very stressful and credit score dropped 240 points. I hope National Debt relief works fast for me, I am already in a very stressful financial situation.

I read a lot of reviews about National Debt Relief before deciding to proceed. It seems the bad reviews only come from people who were, for some reason, unaware that their credit would be hit (even though the representative who signed me up mentioned it multiple times). I was well aware that resolving a debt for less than what I owed would hurt my credit. I was also well aware that stopping payments on my debts would hurt my credit. I had a 1 year vision - to clean up my debt within one year, then work on re-building my credit the next.

I am happy with the program. They keep me informed on how my file is doing and updates as well. I highly recommend to family and friends. They get right on your file and negotiate with creditors. I had 5 creditors which needed to be paid and within a few months they were able to settle with 4 of them and the other is being worked on now. Glad I found your company.

I do want to say I would get numerous calls and then I'd call back only to get a customer service rep that didn't have new information because the call was just an automatic call. I really didn't save too much money because of the fees that National Debt Relief charges but I am happy to be free of debt. The last debt I ended up settling without the program because of having to get a notarized signature of release of information twice and they still wanted another one after going twice already.

National Debt Relief was my lifeline to getting control of my debts. I had got into such a jam with credit cards and loans that my paycheck was not enough to cover my debt. So I found NDR and they soon work with me and got me back on track, negotiated and got my payment down and with making one payment to them for them to disburse took the pressure off of me. The harassing phone calls stopped and I was able to get back on track. I have almost completed the program and could not have done it on my own. You just have to be obedient and follow the steps. Credit score has improved and I have learned to manage my money better and say to no to credit card offers and loans. So grateful to them and would recommend anyone in need to this company.

Overall, I would say that National Debt Relief did an excellent job getting me enrolled into their program. However, the follow up is lacking. We submitted several requests with no answers but the requests were closed out as if there was resolution.

So far this company has been incredibly kind and fair while helping me resolve my debt. They have been effective too. So far I have been able to resolve two debts for far less than I originally owed. They have helped stop collections calls and put me and my family at peace.

My experience has been overall very good. So far so good. I just wish ALL the outstanding debt was resolved or at least had a payment plan. Or at least I know that it is trying to be resolved. There was a hiccup in the beginning but was resolved quickly.

In one month National Debt Relief has worked with one of my creditors to accept a debt settlement for less than half of what I owed – it will be paid off in November. It’s important to come into this program with reasonable expectations. I read a lot of reviews of this program before joining, and it was hit or miss. I think that those who are unhappy with the program didn’t fully understand what they were getting into. You didn’t go into debt in a day, and your debt isn’t going to vanish overnight. Ask a lot of questions, they’re super supportive and very patient even with my million questions, and get comfortable with your credit score going lower – it’s going to go back up once the debt is settled and paid up. Don’t worry!

My experience with the National Debt Relief program at first started out fantastic. I felt they were prompt with settlements and made sure I was informed as to what was happening, until I received a court summons for one of my accounts. I had forwarded my summons to NDR and the response given was that particular account had already been resolved and no action or response to the summons was given, which at the time I was relieved. However, since there was not a response sent, the judgment went to the creditor and I now have pending additional payment to make to the creditor, along with my payment to NDR. Also, the constant automated phone calls from NDR have gotten a bit too much.

I have had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Never felt belittled because of my predicament. Soon I will be rid of a good chunk of my debt and I can't wait for that! Thanks NDR!

I was completely satisfied with the accuracy on how the amount had drop down to almost nothing compared to what I was owing Fingerhut. National Debt had settled for as little as nothing. I was in total shock and disbelief. Fingerhut was a total disaster but now I'm almost out of debt with them.

The communication between employees and NDR is poor. We were given bad advice after bad advice. They messed up one account and didn't even get it in the program but didn't tell us. Our credit got trashed for no good reason. We finally declined the "deal" they got us and opted out of the program. We then called the creditors ourselves and we got a deal that cost less than half of theirs and it took an hour total. This was after National Debt Relief tried for over a year. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would tell them to handle it themselves because they can probably get a better deal and not have their credit screwed by the end of it. We had a horrible experience.

First off, the fact that companies like this exist, that not only help you get out of debt, but prove that credit card companies can try to bully you but won't succeed, is just amazing. Second, to have friendly people you can get in touch with quickly and not sit around going through a long automated voice, is very pleasing. I would highly recommend this company.

The customer service is always friendly and eager to help. I always do appreciate getting notified that a creditor agrees to a settlement. The initial setup was pretty lengthy and it stressed me out a little but in the end it was well worth the time and effort to get it started. I considered going bankrupt at first but I'm glad I didn't.

When I signed up for the program, I was under the impression that National Debt Relief would be contacting all of my creditors that we had discussed with them and tell them what was going on. Instead I was told to no longer pay any of those creditors and send them to contact NDR.

First I would to say the employees of this company are very friendly. I am not sure I like the way the company negotiates with your creditors. Because they do it one at a time and I was attempted to be sued by one of my creditors for non payment which cost me an additional $200.00 for a lawyer with the company to get involved and then I had to make lump sum payments to the company in addition to what I already was paying per month which was a hardship on me.

You guys been taking money out of my bank account. Can I get a monthly statement on total of money that's being deducted out of my account please. I think that's the right thing to do. Can you please contact me by phone immediately.

It's not easy carrying debt, but NDR has made it possible to assist in clearing up old debt. I'm at 33% complete and I would not have been there if it weren't for NDR.
