I was overwhelmed in credit card debt and saw a commercial on tv for National Debt Relief. I got online and applied and within one hour, I got an email with instructions. I have been enrolled for two months and they have already contacted my credit card companies and cut my debt in half. I make one monthly payment now and what a relief. I highly recommend anyone to reach out and take the first step.

I have been enrolled into the program for just over three months. Anxious to see the results that should be starting soon! I have full trust that National Debt Relief will help me get out of debt and improve my credit score if I am just patient. Soon.

It is a good help for people that is in a lot of trouble with their bills. I really thank them each and every day. I like this because they are helping me so I will not be under too much stress so I feel comfortable with myself. Thanks.

Always helpful. I will recommend to some one need the service. And good information, and respond. What I need. But I can't increase my funds, otherwise I can reach my goal quicker. But I still hope I can get more saving, then I will reach my goal as quickly as possible. Thank you!

So far everything is going as planned. The hardest part of starting the NDR program is the waiting around for the 4 to 6 month before the program kicks in. The phone calls from the creditors are getting on my nerves but NDR assured me that it is normal. I really can't give my full review until the negotiations between NDR and creditors start. But up this point what NDR has told me is moving as it should. I would recommend this program to others. I know there were other solutions however I pick the program that I thought would be the best for me.

I would recommend to a friend. The service is excellent, the staff is very patient and understanding. They keep you informed and call you as soon as an offer is available. You can always add extra monies to your account which is wonderful even if I can't do that at this time.

So far I have had a good experience with National Debt Relief. The customer service team is always very polite and I am happy that already one of my accounts has been paid off. My only critique is I wasn't fully aware of the cost of the fees to National Debt Relief. I knew that there would be fees of course (I am paying for a service after all), but nobody told me how much it would be. So in actuality I will only save around $1,000 rather than the 50% I was lead to believe. At least I am getting the accounts paid off faster than I would have if I didn't enroll.

I have not seen any negotiating action and maybe because I have not been informed on what or if National Debt relief has or even started negotiating with any of my debtors. My account has $891.00 which is enough to settle 2 or 3 of my account based on the balances yet I do not see any action being taken. My experience began from the beginning when I fax over the power of Attorney and someone lost it because it took to me to call and find out why I didn't see any action on my account for them to tell me that they needed the form again.

They are on point and help with everything I call about. I would differently recommend them to my friends. I've only been with them for a short time but they are very helpful with every problem I have had with creditors.

From the time I contacted National Debt Relief, they went out of their way to make sure I had all the help I needed. They made sure I understood what I had to pay and for how long. I also made a mistake, by giving them a creditor that I shouldn't have put on the program, and they fixed the issue for me. I would recommend the service.

Using NDR was the best thing I could have ever done. After separating from my husband my financial situation hit rock bottom with debt. Amazing Program: Honest, committed, sets a reachable goal for the client, keeps their promises, excellent customer service, easy to contact, excellent staff, gives encouragement, returns calls, truly cares about the client, will make adjustment, if necessary (I lost my husband and they volunteered to make adjustments in my payments). The only thing they didn't do was send me a document, paperwork or email confirming completion of the program... but I still give them a 5 star rating because all the things that mattered the most were SPOT ON!!! I am no longer in debt and I owe that to God first because He directed me to them and National Debt Relief second because they are the "REAL DEAL". God does not make mistakes!!!

The onboarding particularly was great. Very patient, walked you through everything. The online platform needs some help. Would like to know how progress is going etc., without having to always call the excellent customer service people. Other than that, very happy so far with the experience.

The process working with National Debt has been mostly smooth. Only one glitch which has been resolved but still never should have happened. Everything happens exactly as they said it would. And I have been able to follow my credit score increasing for the past year. I have been in the program for 2 years and have 1 left to go.

All my accounts weren't included in my portfolio as I thought they were. PayPal in particular! Other than that everything seems to be ok. The representatives call from time to time! Every thing appears to be moving in the right direction - just very very slowly!

Overall so far good. Wish they would follow up with you more often on the state of your account to keep you at ease. Haven't received any info regarding settlement. More communication would make the process feel like you're important. Only been with NDR for 3 months.

I was so stressed out from being in debt that when I finally reached out to National Debt Relief. I was almost in break down mode. It's ok. I just want to be out of debt and good credit score so I can purchase a house. I think they should at least let me know what my credit score is at least every month so I'll know. I really want to take a break because I can't afford to pay $191 anymore.

When logging into account gives no data on how much was paid into my account and doesn't show my decreasing balance. Left in the dark, guess I have to call in for account info. The company should make this data more available to all of its clients.

My divorce left me with nearly $50k in various credit debt. I considered bankruptcy but had heard of NDR on the radio and decided to give it a try. I'm very happy with my experience thus far. Initially they set up a program to have all the debt negotiated and settled within a 4 year period and set up a payment plan based on that. On occasion I've had to make changes in my payment schedule due to unforeseen expenses and they have always been polite and accommodating. The fee for the service is not inexpensive, 20-25% of enrolled debt. But they don't take their fee until debt is negotiated and settled. Worth it in the long run to not have to deal with creditors.

National Debt Relief has provided me the opportunity to get my debt under control after being unemployed for two years. They are always very professional and provide excellent service over the phone. The online portal is also a great place to access account information. I'm looking forward to the day of being debt free with the help of National Debt Relief.

Anytime I call National Debt - my questions are answered. The customer service people are very efficient. They explain any questions I have. I recently had a strange call. Explained it to the representative. I don't think it had anything to do with my program but she listened and noted on my account for future if anything came up regarding this call.

When I first heard of National Debt Relief I was skeptical; however, after calling on them and explaining my situation, they completely understood, spoke to me with compassion and kindness, and after asking a lot of questions about my debt, (two credit cards), they worked with me on an amount I could afford, and when I was down on my luck while still paying off my debt, I called them, saying I had had surgery and only had a part time job that paid very little. They assured me I had enough in the "bank" they deposit your money into while waiting for a resolution that I could go a few months without paying and to let them know when I was back on my feet.

Very professional and great follow through. I highly recommend this approach to anyone who needs debt relief. They call you and make sure things are working to calm your fears. I couldn't imagine using any other service. They are in my opinion the best there is in this market.

They doing good. But my only concern is that process is little slow. Means they will have account and you will still receive collection calls. Other than that it's all good. Also fees are little high. They don't ever call and check with customer to see if they have any questions or concerns.

I should have paid more attention when fees were discussed, but they are terrible at answering emails or keeping you updated. While I don't want to do it I'm investigating bankruptcy options. My credit has taken such a deep dive it's not even funny. Maybe it worked for other people but the fees are ridiculous.

It was good experience. Only issue I'd complain about is draft rules having to call 5 days before a draft to change it when it used to be 3 days. And some of the staff doesn't know this and sometimes are rude.

The program works. My only complaint and the reason I did not give 5 stars is the fact that payments do not continue while they are in the negotiation stage. This adversely affects your credit. However, the team was very responsive and helpful. I saved a lot of money overall and my credit will be repaired in time.

Misleading at best. I reached out to NDR preemptively to any negative financial impact due to a job layoff. The handling one creditor at a time doesn't make sense, as well as the not negotiating unless adequate funds are available. I was given contradictory information depending on the representative. I suggest that NDR does reach out to the client's creditors to at least acknowledge the fact NDR's services are being used. I have decided to handle my creditors myself... even though irreparable damage has been done. My recommendation, find another non-profit debt relief company that specializes in consolidation of debt instead of the one at a time game NDR plays.

Regarding the settlement on my final creditor, the same exact offer was proposed to me up to 6 separate times. Along with the same settlement offer, a request for additional contributions of money to meet the proposed offer. I do not have "extra" money, which was verbally and written in a notification multiple times. I entered into this program to help eliminate the debt, if I had "extra money" I could have paid the creditors off myself.

National Debt Relief has helped me relieve the stress of credit card obligations. I had to have a surgery and miss work for 10 months. By the time I went back to work my credit card debt was almost $25,000. I called expecting to be turned away. One phone call was all it took to take away the burden of $25,000.

I'm still receiving phone calls, emails and mail from companies looking to get payments. How much longer is it going to take for settlements to be reached with these companies?

The beginning of the process I had a lot of help understanding the terms and conditions. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed in order to feel comfortable. So far, I haven't had any settled debts which is unfortunate but it's still early. My biggest concern is now that I'm all set up, it's hard for me to get any response from NDR. The original person that helped me responds quickly, but doesn't always give enough info or will call me really late in the evening. I wish there was some way I could view the progress or status of the negotiations.

So far so good with National Debt Relief. They have helped me settle debt for two of my 5 creditors I enrolled. I have been with them close to a year I believe. The only downside is the fees associated. I had accumulated close to $2,000 in my account with them and when they settled one creditor they took their "fee" right away which ended up being $1,400 so I was only left with a few hundred to make my first modified payment. The fees add up fast. Other than that it is very helpful for someone who doesn't know how to go about resolving debt on their own!

You took more money than the debts I owed. You lumped payments together so I couldn't afford them. You owed me money when I ended our "relationship" and never reimbursed me. All in all, a terrible experience and a huge mistake on my part.

I saw results within 3 months of enrolling in the program. I had cards enrolled in the program and I already have three settlements. I find them to be responsive and I never had to guess whether they were working in my interest! I would highly recommend their service.

Any time I need to call in everyone is very friendly, helpful and thorough. They have really worked to help me reduce my debt in a timely manner. I paid the extra for the legal support and was told I would probably never need it. Well, I did and they replied right away! A lawyer got in touch with me, with the creditor, kept me informed and reached a settlement on that account all within a matter of days. It's tough to see your credit score decline further, but it's good to know that the debt will be gone and then you can rebuild it, instead of living with the debt AND bad credit for years!

After having my identity stolen, my credit was destroyed, making it impossible for me to consolidate loans, and refinance my mortgage, as planned after graduating college. This put me into a financial hardship. Then, I took on custody of a family member when he was 3 days old, putting me out of work for 2 months without pay, putting me into even more of a financial hardship. National Debt Relief has helped me settle many accounts, wiping out late fees and interest charges. Couldn't be happier with the help they have given me so far and would definitely recommend them.

Was not explained all the cost expenses that National Debt Relief was going to charge. Not any savings over. Just paying them off myself. Left program and negotiated with my creditors and actually saved money and satisfied my creditors. Would not refer National Debt Relief to anyone. My initial experience with NDR was amazing. They were very prompt in getting me signed up and getting my paperwork. It looked like they would ultimately save me around 25% of my debt which was exciting! When my first settlement offer came through, they contacted me and we approved it. They sent the funds to the creditor. Apparently, the funds were returned to the escrow account, and we didn't know it. All mail was going to NDR (as it was supposed to). It then canceled the settlement. I called to check a couple of months later and then started investigating with the creditor. Neither company would accept fault. Ultimately it cost me about $4,000-$5,000 extra to settle which nullified all my savings except maybe on interest. So... that sucked. They also did a very poor job of explaining what the completion process would be, so I had no idea how much money I would actually pay into escrow even after I paid off my settlements.

My husband and I collaborated our credit cards and realized our monthly payments were not making a single dent! We looked into consolidation with hesitation but boy oh boy. It was by far the best decision we made. National Debt save us. Their staff and program are top notch!!! Thank you National, we are def 'relieved'.

In viewing advertising with respect to several debt relief companies, National Debt Relief, and in conjunction with reviews appearing on the Consumer Affairs website, as the preeminent force behind ethical, expeditious 'no nonsense' debt solution. Based on the enormity of their 'task' I was taken aback by the courteous, thorough consultative process as well as the ease with which I signed over my obligations to the expertise of NDR. All dealings with this company have thus far been superior!

So far so good. About 3/4 out of debt. Only bad thing is I did get a 1099 from one creditor for the amount they discounted and had to pay taxes on this, you also do get a negative report on the credit report marked as discharged. How long that remains on report not sure.

I really appreciated and loved the National Debt Relief program. It help me cut my debt in half and saved me a lot of years of debt as well as half the money that I would have paid if I had not been able to settle and pay off my debt. My issue was that I was misled into believing that my funds were being drafted from my account according to my draft schedule. I later came to find out that no money was being taken and caused me to lose opportunity to pay off one of my creditors, because they denied many future settlement agreements.

I have received no contact from anyone since signing up in January. I have no idea if my debts are being negotiated or if you're just taking my money. An update would be highly appreciated as I called a couple months ago and the representative told me next to nothing when I asked about the status of negotiations.

I enrolled in your program almost a year ago. I have been sending in extra payment just to pay off my debt faster. I have been taking advantage of and lied to by your company. Now that I have almost paid off my debt now they say I owe another $3000.00. This was not part of our agreement and makes my total payment what I would have paid my creditors to begin with. Except now I have bad credit for going through you all and not just going through a bank. This company is a ripoff and I am going to the credit bureau. I have called in and have been treated so rude and poorly by your people as well. Saying they take 25% of all debt for themselves first. Nowhere in your paperwork does it say that. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Had to pay taxes end of year for the bit of debt paid off (of which I was not informed at the outset). A most unpleasant and expensive surprise. Would discourage any affiliation with this company.

I was drowning in credit card debt. I googled for National Debt Relief on the internet and called them when they popped up. So far, they have settled four of my debts. They call me whenever they need something like they need me to agree to a settlement. They talk to me anytime I had questions and I’ve had plenty of those. I've been really pleased with NDR. National Debt Relief got two of my three accounts taken care of and this is the last month they’re taking care of one, but communication’s been lacking. They had six months of my money and they’re not communicating what’s going on with the last account. They were all excited to cut my payment in half for the next four months, but that’s not enough. And if this is the case, then I could just let my own accounts go delinquent, call and settle myself with the fees they’re charging. National Debt Relief is being immature ‘cause they’re overrated, they’re not living up to what they say they do and they could really hurt one’s credit.
