Although it felt like the honest thing to do, it is dangerous to deal directly with creditors. They attempt to trick you into saying something incriminating on a recorded call. What a relief to have National Debt Relief field these harassing calls. In a short time they have resolved 3 out of my 4 debts and saved me thousands. They are sympathetic and more importantly, great at what they do. I'm so glad I didn't file for bankruptcy.

They have been efficient and have been available and have answered any questions I have had. My problem with the program is that I don't think I have saved the money that I thought I would. As I add up all that I have paid to the program and the original amount of my debts, they are about the same. I guess I have saved the interest. In hindsight, I wish I would have contacted my creditors on my own and negotiated better interest rates. I think my credit score would not have suffered as it has.

Just signed up in June. No bills paid off yet. Still receiving calls from some companies. 1 registered letter from one of them. Going ok I guess. No word otherwise. They told me it would take around 6 months before we would see any results, waiting patiently.

Not seeing the speed of resolution that I expected. The reps are nice, but I wish they would reach out to debt companies and work to resolve the issues rather than waiting out the time frames that lead to my account being charged off. If they would strive harder in that aspect it would help everyone.

When I first went to them they described exactly how the program will work what was expected of me and when I can expect from them and they were very accurate. Basically they get the creditors to drop the interest and then map out a monthly plan to pay off the balance.

I had a loan debt of 8,000 dollars and it was negotiated and settled for half. I haven't done the math yet but after fees I'm not sure how much it saved me but I know it was less than 8,000. The best part is the threatening collection calls stopped, the loan company was paid and my credit has started improving. I recommend this company and their service.

If I could give less than one star I would. Getting into this you idiots actually gave me hope, I had gotten myself into a mess and sought help to fix it. That was a huge mistake, more than once you pulled money that wasn't there, you take your fees out of the $300 you stole out of my account to provide your services. All you did was put me in even more debt to "pay settlements", I'm pretty sure you just kept all of the money. I was constantly playing catch up and every time I called to cancelled my dumb self was talked into staying resulting in my constant struggle to catch up and keep up with the money you took out of my account. Feel free to refund all of my money, which I'm sure you won't because you stole it fair and square. You're a crap company and you're not there to help. Refund my money. Seriously.

Whenever I ran into a problem support was there to help me. They were understanding and found the best solution to my problem. I am pleased with the service and the support that I am getting. It's not going as fast as I want only because I had to suffered my payments.

When I applied with National Debt Relief, they told me it would take 4-6 months before they would start getting results with my credit card companies to get a figure they would agree on. My back is to the wall. I'm on a limited income and disabled. I'm running short each month because my rent went up and cuts into my buffer zone of money that I pay my bills with. I pay NDR $827 a month to build up funds to pay off my credit card bills within 24 to 48 months to settle my credit card debt. But the fees and interest the banks hit you with never help the balance go down. I'll never see the light of day.

It was about 3 years ago that I already finished term with them. Basically they ripped me off. I had about $10000 debt. One account is for Bank of America and about for $6000 and other is Citibank and for $4000. They said they offset both and I signed for fixed amount for both and term. The agreement was for two years and I never paid late for payment. In the very last month before term ends, they called me and the amount I signed is not enough to negotiate for offset with Citi bank. So they asked me $500 more. I said No because that is not in contract. They said if I decline, the term is dropped. They quickly dropped the contract and sent me cancellation letter.

I was impressed with the speed and ease of enrollment. The agents were super nice, understanding and professional. They took time to explain to make sure I understood the program and process. I am very pleased with the National Debt Relief program. They are very good at communicating and began to settle debts rather quickly. The pace has slowed down a bit as the payments are being made. Once the first group is paid they will make new arrangements. If I do my part, it's clear to me that, my pay off date for the program will be early. I have no complaints.

Going with NDR ruined our credit, not only were they very difficult to coordinate, changes with their fees pretty much ate away at any savings they negotiated for us. It took forever to get a clear answer and several follow up calls to even move the date of our EFT. We finally pulled our remaining accounts out and called the creditors directly. They worked with us and we saved more by just explaining our situation. If you can't work with your creditors directly I recommend a Debt Consolidation company not Debt Settlement like NDR--your credit is so important and they will absolutely tank it.

We appreciate the quick service at the beginning of the process, but are growing a little concerned about the lack of action on negotiating with our creditors... We've only had one successful agreement reached so far... meanwhile the creditors (particularly JC Penney) continue to call aggressively. Other than that, not a bad experience so far.

I looked into debt relief help because the companies that provide this service help to pay off debt faster and they deal with the creditors. I went with National Debt Relief because they went well with my income. After I signed up with them, it took less than three months for them to start paying off some accounts for me. But my issue with them is that, as stated in my contract, they're supposed to take my payment out on the 1st and the 15th of the month, and I specifically told them to pull it on those days. But they never do so and instead, they do this either way before or way after. Also, it sucks that, besides the first time that I signed up for the program, I've never been able to talk to somebody on the phone because they have an automated system that calls you and issues automated email. Nevertheless, NDR is a great company and they have improved my life a lot.

They tell you they will settle your debt for 50 percent. What they mean is one 20 or so percent. They take a huge cut before they start paying off your actual debts. Call a bankruptcy attorney first. Set up a direct deposit into an account and talk with the creditors by yourself to settle for actually half of the amount. They are not up front with you. I also ended up paying more on for 2 cards that they said were being handled. Ended up getting a judgment on me and having my wages garnish.

It's been really great so far. They are so helpful! I'm looking forward to be debt free! NDR well recommended to all my family and friends. So far my 4 highest credit cards it's been settled and they're working on the last 4... Thank you so much NDR!
