I am new to this process. NDR has been very helpful and was able to explain everything clearly. Every time they have been able to resolve a debt they call me to get my approval. I feel like I have to make a minimal effort and my debt situation continues to improve every month. I look forward to being debt free at the end of the program.

While this can be an overwhelming process it was anything but while dealing with Marc **. He was patient and professional - answering all of my questions and with quick responses. I truly appreciate his assistance with everything to date!

Great customer service. They deliver what you sign for. The credit card companies might want to deal directly with you and paying extra for legal help will come in very useful. We are one year into the program waiting for positive results especially the credit report improvement.

Compared to the monthly service charge the service is hardly worth the cost. 50 percent of all my payments go into service charges. If they were able to save me 50 percent it would be a wash. In reality I am paying way more than actually owed. Some of the companies they have not negotiated with yet. What gives?

I have just begun the process of this program to get relief from all our debt, which has been building up due to many health issues of my husband. National Debt Relief will have gotten me out of debt in a matter of months. There's a lot of months left to my contract. After the final debt is paid, the rest of the money less their fees is mine. I should have a pretty good nest egg at the end.

During my welcome phone call the representative was very informative, professional, and friendly. She answered any and all of my questions politely and removed any nervousness I had from beginning the process. I felt she gave me all of the information I would need to contact the company and how to refer my creditors to the proper place.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with National Debt Relief. The customer service was always very nice and professional and anytime I had any questions, I could always get in contact with someone without having to wait for a long period of time. They were always consistent in taking the amounts agreed upon from my account on a monthly basis. The main issue I had with my experience was that once they had determined my repayment plan, there were two creditors that, for whatever reason, were simply left to just sit and wait while none of my monthly payment was going to either of them. I expected that my credit rating would take a hit, but because of this, it became worse than it needed to be. I ended up having to work out repayment plans for these two creditors on my own outside of the NDR repayment plan in order to keep from having these accounts be charged off.

I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to my friends and family. This process will take at least 3 years to be resolved but knowing that it's being resolved is what matters to me. My credit score is dropping now but I know it will eventually increase in the future.

While this process has been clearly explained, and the staff is friendly it is also obvious that they are reading off a script, and thus the presentation is somewhat monotone. However, it is great that this is not done with an automated system, as it is nice to have someone that can answer questions immediately.

Paid everything plus more, ended up in court over one credit card. Left with 3 credit cards not being paid at all. But National Debt definitely got all their fees. I was taken advantage of and still in a bad situation. Paid over $13,000 and have c/c in collection today. Horrible program!!!

My command in the military told me I had to fix my credit and a buddy of mine recommended National Debt Relief. Within the first two months I joined, they already started closing one or two of my accounts. I had one more account left, but I had to close my civilian account. National Debt Relief is very professional and working with them is bringing my credit score up, but I hope they would tell me more and update me with how many payments I have left to finish the program.

NDR supplied exact procedures towards alleviating crippling credit card debts that had high interest payments. Three out of four debts have been settled and the process of settling the fourth is ongoing. They helped me set up a monthly payment plan that was within my resources and I am very pleased with the results. Thanks to them I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!! So far I've only gotten through the first part of this journey but it has been very calming. As you probably know, financial problems are very stressful and our application for help was very reassuring in that these people do this all the time and it will get better. I feel like they're a bit protective of us in regards to collection agency calls and contacts as they tell you what to say and not to engage, just send them to the debt specialist and keep a record of who and when. Nikki was a pleasure to work with. I'm not very good with technology and she helped me with it and was very patient with me. And talked me through it. She was very pleasant to talk to also. I looked online for the highest rated for debt relief and I was given a whole list with National Debt Relief at the top. There were also a couple of other good options but National Debt Relief seemed to be the one to go with. They helped to break down our accumulated debts and they really came through for us. They were always good as far as any time we needed to contact them about anything. They were very friendly, professional, always great and fantastic. I've never found any difference with anyone I spoke to and they're super people to deal with. Everybody I've had to interact with was patient, always there and willing to listen. Our lives are a lot better now and we feel a little bit like we've taken a sigh of relief because we went underwater and we weren't exactly sure what to do. National Debt Relief was the best choice we've ever made to get our lives under control again in terms of our finances.

I was going through a divorce with my wife at the time and I’d pay the minimum amount on the credit card bill which is all that I could pay. Each additional time the bill would come back, it would be a little bit more expensive than the last time. So, I went from $350 to $360 and then $370. I couldn’t afford to eat and pay the bills at the same time so I called National Debt Relief to see what I could do about it. Everybody at NDR was really friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I call, everybody already has all my information. They’re ready for any question and I get my answer. Paying my debts is getting done a little bit quicker than they originally intended. They said it was going to be about two years and right now, we’re at a year and a half and it should be done in a few months so it’s been good so far.

NDR made the payments easier and they're still helping me out. The people I've worked with have been awesome. The first one who did everything for me and my account was really awesome to the point where I told my cousin about her. My cousin also got the program.

I have been enrolled in the program for six months and I am happy to say I have two creditors resolved out of seven. The service reps truly care and are concerned for me, they always go out of their way to answer any questions I might have. Best decision I have made enrolling in National Debt. Try it. Although it felt like the honest thing to do, it is dangerous to deal directly with creditors. They attempt to trick you into saying something incriminating on a recorded call. What a relief to have National Debt Relief field these harassing calls. In a short time they have resolved 3 out of my 4 debts and saved me thousands. They are sympathetic and more importantly, great at what they do. I'm so glad I didn't file for bankruptcy.

They have been efficient and have been available and have answered any questions I have had. My problem with the program is that I don't think I have saved the money that I thought I would. As I add up all that I have paid to the program and the original amount of my debts, they are about the same. I guess I have saved the interest. In hindsight, I wish I would have contacted my creditors on my own and negotiated better interest rates. I think my credit score would not have suffered as it has.

Not seeing the speed of resolution that I expected. The reps are nice, but I wish they would reach out to debt companies and work to resolve the issues rather than waiting out the time frames that lead to my account being charged off. When I first went to them they described exactly how the program will work what was expected of me and when I can expect from them and they were very accurate. Basically they get the creditors to drop the interest and then map out a monthly plan to pay off the balance.

I had a loan debt of 8,000 dollars and it was negotiated and settled for half. I haven't done the math yet but after fees I'm not sure how much it saved me but I know it was less than 8,000. The best part is the threatening collection calls stopped, the loan company was paid and my credit has started improving. I recommend this company and their service.

That was a huge mistake, more than once you pulled money that wasn't there, you take your fees out of the $300 you stole out of my account to provide your services. All you did was put me in even more debt to "pay settlements", I'm pretty sure you just kept all of the money. I was constantly playing catch up and every time I called to cancelled my dumb self was talked into staying resulting in my constant struggle to catch up and keep up with the money you took out of my account. When I applied with National Debt Relief, they told me it would take 4-6 months before they would start getting results with my credit card companies to get a figure they would agree on. My back is to the wall. I'm on a limited income and disabled. I'm running short each month because my rent went up and cuts into my buffer zone of money that I pay my bills with. I pay NDR $827 a month to build up funds to pay off my credit card bills within 24 to 48 months to settle my credit card debt. But the fees and interest the banks hit you with never help the balance go down. I'll never see the light of day.

It was about 3 years ago that I already finished term with them. Basically they ripped me off. I had about $10000 debt. One account is for Bank of America and about for $6000 and other is Citibank and for $4000. They said they offset both and I signed for fixed amount for both and term. The agreement was for two years and I never paid late for payment. In the very last month before term ends, they called me and the amount I signed is not enough to negotiate for offset with Citi bank. So they asked me $500 more. I said No because that is not in contract. They said if I decline, the term is dropped. They quickly dropped the contract and sent me cancellation letter.
