Very nice. Short, sweet, and to the point. Explained how the program works again. Went over each email sent. Excited to do business and eliminate the debt I have incurred. Assured me I would have access to lawyers if needed and have helped to lighten the weight I am carrying.

I spoke to Chris and one other gentleman (I don't remember his name but he did my welcome call). All of our options were laid out for us and we were helped picking the best option. I'm very happy we chose debt relief to help us with our debt and we feel confident this is the path that will get us debt free!

It has been a very helpful and friendly experience, working with National Debt Relief. I am just glad to be finally able to slowly take care of some of my debts. I am still in a slight financial bind, but they have really worked with me in my situations.

I spoke with Adrian ** and he was great to work with. He explained each step to me in detail and was very helpful if I had any questions. He made the process easy for me. I am happy with my experiences I have had over the telephone conversations, with the different representatives. I am a worrier, and I tend to panic and cry when pressured. There is one creditor in particular that continues to call me, and said they do not even correspond with NDR. When I have spoken to NDR representatives, even though I was upset and crying, they remained calm and calmed me down, also. I appreciated that and still do. They answered my questions and I felt better. Oh yeah... I don't answer those phone calls anymore.

I am very happy and relief. The two people I dealt with were excellent. I am so happy. I was so stressed out before I did this. I am so relieved now. Speaking with Marcus he put me at ease with the fact I am doing the right thing. He went over all the points with me, showed me how much money I would be saving and in 3 years I will be debt free. I got my 4th settlement in 4 months. We are thrilled. We have saved about $7-8,000 so far and in process of paying off 4th account. Been decently smooth until yesterday For my 4th settlement MY account would be short. I spoke to the first girl that wanted $2,000 today. Did a horrible job explaining why. Kept placing me on hold, explained I had to go. She said call back with 24-36 hours to decide how we will pay. They called me four more times that day. After work I called again. This guy gave me different info but just kept throwing numbers at me that again made no sense. But he did say they need 54.00$ to post by Friday or they have to deny settlement and they will not stop calling. They work for me. They have no right harassing me. I said turn down the offer and not to call again. I was going to take it higher.

I am confident that I am taking the first step towards financial freedom. I'm thankful to National Debt Relief having this program. I am grateful to Andrew for being just one email or call away. The beginning of the process is a bit scary seeing how you don't have a relationship built with NDR, but with time they'll prove their worth. I'm looking at graduating the program about a year early! I was resilient even after a year of being in the program. I was probably also being impatient, expecting instant results. I decided to stick with them after they helped me save $4000 on the first settlement. My credit really started jumping up once I settled about 75% of my debt.

I was at a point where I couldn’t debt consolidate. My credit was already to a point where it was diminishing badly and I needed help out of it. I saw an advertisement and gave National Debt Relief a call. I gave them all my bank information and they did a credit check. There was paperwork involved and there were things I can opt in or out of and the more they would help me if somebody wanted to take me to court. I’ve been with them for less than a year and it is supposed to be three and a half years. It seems to work out for what they put together so far and I got a couple of my balances paid off already.

I was in debt and was always making minimum payments. I read a lot of reviews for National Debt Relief and going with them sounded like a good idea. When I enrolled with them, their process was easy. A nice lady called and talked to me about my history, my family, and my employment. She was very concerned about my life and everything that I’ve gone through, which I really appreciated. She made me feel very comfortable and kept telling me about what National Debt Relief could do for me.

I called National Debt Relief and they gave me good options. The service was okay and the cost was not the best, but it's okay, too. I need to call and ask them to explain the situation that is going on because I've had put money already for over six months and then I had put on a lump sum money and then they have not paid no account yet. And I see they had some withdrawals they're taking and there are lots of withdrawals to pay themselves at first instead of paying the debt.

So far so good. Creditor stop calling, my life is finally getting on track and my family is getting a peace of mind. I just question myself why I didn't do it early and all my problems would be resolve by now.

I was a bit confused in the beginning. Though I got three different answers on which credit card to pay on for two months or six months. Then which credit card, was I to keep paying on. Overall they were pretty good with me.

A little over a year ago, we were considering bankruptcy and decided we’d give National Debt Relief a try first. The enrollment process was pretty easy and interactions with the negotiator has gone pretty well. The biggest problem we have is that when they call us they use a number scrambler. It shows up like a different number every time and I don’t know if it is them or if it’s a spam call. Other than that, it has been really pretty good. I usually just give them a call if we need to get a hold of them for something and they’re pretty quick. We still have some stuff in the works but we have made some progress.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been really nice. Also, the program I signed up with them was nice and it helped me save money. A couple of my debts have been settled already and I still have a couple more years to go. Their reps were very courteous and helpful as well. Overall, National Debt Relief is doing a good job.

Our experience with National Debt Relief has been more than satisfactory. We were getting further and further behind every month, so we decided we had to stop the bleeding sometime. I had contacted a credit card service years ago in 2010 or 2011 and was not satisfied with what I was hearing. Our payment has been paid every month, we are happy with what has been settled. The biggest thing is we were misled and I talked the guy that originally helped us and he had the same spiel and when I confronted him he said the exact same thing we were mad about to begin with. He said, "Your fees would be calculated from the settlement balance," but it isnt, it is calculated from the original balance. All of your fees are paid before our debts. We were going to cancel but we already had two payments in.

Every question I asked was answered with great knowledge and care. He also impressed upon me of the serious nature of what I was doing. My experience with NDR was great! I chose NDR because they were rated the top debt consolidation company for 2018. When I received my first call from Kennedy I was very please how patient and kind he was. He was also very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. My husband and I were given plenty of time to think things over and we were not pressured at all to make a decision. I would recommend NDR to anyone that has found themselves in a financial crisis.
