I have been with NDR for about 3 months. I've heard from them once telling me about how they have talked to one of my creditors. And have arranged payments. That's the only time I've heard from them. I have A LOT of creditors still bothering me. Hoping they talk to them soon.

This process has been so easy with NDR. Everyone has been so professional and nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone considering it. I have been pleased and have not regretted going this route with them. I never knew debt relief could be this stress free.

It's hard to trust entity or anyone for that matter when it comes to financial issues. It took a long time, of hand-holding and talking me down from the ledge for my representative to get me to the point that I actually took the leap toward becoming debt-free. A month long process of fear has turned into a very helpful solution toward a debt-free life. Thank you.

Since I have just enrolled it seems to be moving along. I would like to see that all creditors be made to quit calling. I do not answer the phone if I do not know the number. Any help in that area would be appreciated.

NDR has been easy to work with, professional, and transparent during all parts of this process. We have had an excellent experience working with them and would recommend their services to any families like ours who are looking to get out of debt and better their lives.

It was an easy process to start. Had our first settlement in one of our cards within a few weeks. Wish we had started it sooner. We have family that we are trying to get to start using this service. It's a life saver. We feel like we can breathe again.

When I first got in contact with NDR I was given top-notch attention and customer service. I felt 100% supported. I had 4 accounts they helped me resolve. Several months went by before I heard much from anyone while my account was building some working collateral. I had quite a nest egg built, only to have it all depleted by NDR fees (several thousands of dollars). But that's OK, they were dealing with my creditors successfully.

While I haven't exactly started my debt relief process, my experience has been quite painless. Grace ** has been outstanding and never hesitates to answer any questions I have. The welcome call was very informative and answered any questions I had going into the call. I am excited to hopefully get my finances back on track and I've already been talking to a friend about your program. 5 stars.

I find National Debt Relief to be patient, understanding, and willing to work with me and my debt problems. There is no kind of pressure and they gave me a fair assessment of the payments I will have to make. I chose very wisely.

Thanks to NDR I have a peace of mind that things will get better, even when creditors call and harass me I can turn to them. It was an easy process and I am glad I was referred to them by my friend. I have referred several other people to look into them when I hear of their hardships.

Both parties very knowledgeable and made sure any questions I had about the program. It kills me. I do not remember the gentleman that helped me with the welcome call. He made sure any and all questions were answered, as did Ryan **. I feel the program will take a lot of the weight off. I know I still have responsibility, but much of the worry is off!

When you are behind in your debt and making your payments only to find that you owe more money. You need National Debt Relief. Their staff is very welcoming and answer your questions forthright. We really feel that we are in truly in good hands and can see light down the tunnel. Thank you NDR.

They made sure each and every account they handled was handled correctly. The only problem I had and one that they can improve on, when a client has a debtor that has not made a decision on whether or not they plan to accept the offer made to them or did they get a proper agreement between NDR and any debtor. Also make sure they have a clear number of the debtors their clients have.

My debt was totaled and we agreed on a monthly amount to be deducted from my account. It was estimated that I would pay this amt. for approx. 4 yrs. I was easily able to track my progress via the NDR portal. My debt was paid in 3 1/2 yrs and I also received a refund of approx $3,300 from NDR related to their negotiating skills with my creditors. Also, the representatives I spoke with were pleasant, respectful and answered all my questions. Excellent experience.

There was a little confusion with my account information at 1st, but a rep called and got it straightened out. I haven't been with them long, and I'm still being harassed by creditors. I'm hoping this will end soon. I can breathe a little better regardless.

Just 3 months after I signed up with National Debt Relief they already settled one of my credit cards for half the cost of what I owed. The payments have been a bit of a struggle for me, but they easily help out with moving my payments around. I give them 4 stars because the payments are pretty high for me so I am struggling with them, and I have called a couple times and had a rude employee, but they are very helpful for the most part. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to put in a little extra work and are willing to budget themselves for a couple years in order to get their credit cards paid off.

Experience was ok, nothing seems to be resolved, getting phone calls on my work phone now. I am being harassed, every day. Tell me what I need to do. I don't know what else to say, would like to get them not to call work phone, Cabelas is the one making the phone calls.

A time came for my wife and I that we had to do something about all of our debt. We came across an ad for National Debt Relief. They seemed to have the best rep out of the companies that we were looking at. I called and spoke to Daniel ** and he helped me get motivated to begin the program. There were a few bumps in the road with the companies we had debt with. With assistance and guidance from NDR, we got those smoothed out and we are on our way to be done with this debt. I recommend them to just about anyone.

My representative was completely honest and very informative with me. He talked me through each step and all the paperwork. I feel comfortable and excited about NDR. I can't wait to be debt free so I can put my money to better use rather than debt.

Anything I have ever needed help with there has been nothing but a quick, accurate, and caring response. They have assisted with legal action, understanding of expectations and end results. I am very pleased with all of the representatives that I spoke with. They were very friendly and courteous. They assisted me in a timely manner and assisted me with all of my questions. I am hoping they will be just as helpful through the whole process.

I appreciated most that I was not made to feel embarrassed. Although my situation was what I consider bad, they handled me with respect. They took the time to answer my questions and queried me to make sure their response was clear. It was a safe experience.

Mislead from the start. The dollar amount that was reduced was just used to pay NDR. Could have negotiated on my own with my creditors and saved my credit rating. NDR has collected way more money monthly than my current payoff amount; however, they have yet to negotiate for 1.5 years to payoff. Would not recommend this avenue for Debt relief -- do it yourself and save much more money!

They are doing a good job settling my debts for under the value of the debt itself. I'm new to this company so as time goes on I will update on how I'm being treated. So far it has been working out in my favor.

They did what they promised, in a timely manner. What better recommendation can I write. We would still be trying to make "minimum payments". Really hope we don't need your services anytime soon - no offense -- lol. Real good job folks.

From the first person I spoke to to the following up with representatives has been a good Morning experience. They are still helping me to resolve my debts. I have since referred 2 more persons.

Very helpful! Every time I called the staff was very polite and thoughtful. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. They handled everything in a timely manner and were willing to helpful. When I would get a call from a creditor they would always ask what is the number and they will take care of it. When it seem like they were not getting the Job done I would get a little upset but they would be calm and answer my questions and listen to my concerns very politely. I would feel and let everyone know that they could help them with their finances. Now my concern is what do I do if I still have some debts left?

I had a fantastic experience at National Debt Relief, the staff were extremely polite and respectful, never once did they judge me. I am ecstatic about how National Debt Relief resolved my credit card debt of $12,400.00. I ended up paying back a little less than half of that amount. I highly recommend this company to anyone in financial difficulty! They exceeded my expectations!

Was very satisfied with the overall experience. Any time I had a question someone was there to help me figure it out. Thankful that they were able to help me and hopefully never get into a situation again where I will need a program like this. If I do ever need a program like this I will be a returning customer and recommend them to anyone that asks.

Am unable to give you a full explanation of my experience because as of today, Aug. 28 none of our creditors have been paid, we are only a few months in with deductions from our checking account. They say NO payment made yet. Perhaps in a month or so. I did wish they could contact Citibank for me to stop auto deductions from my checking account, they cannot. Instead saying to close the account.

As of now, I'm rating my experience with three stars. So far, the representative that I initiated the program with was helpful and professional. When I was transferred over to the Welcome Dept. the representative was helpful. I'm new to the program, so depending on the outcome will determine a true rating of my experience with the program.

My account is progressing in a very satisfactory manner. Agents have resolved any and all problems that I have encountered. It appears that my account will be finished as originally stated. No My problems exist at this time. My sincere thanks for your help.

Very professional folks. It was very easy to understand and agent explained everything in detail. I would recommend National Debt Relief to everyone who needs financial assistance. I didn't believe the pamphlet I received in the mail but once I made the first step to call, it all went smoothly. I can sleep better at night and know I only have to make one payment a month, save some and a peace of mind. I'm so glad I opened that letter which I usually toss.

Our experience with NDR was great. However, we want to completely pay off our debts and we will be able to do that, maybe longer than 3 years but not much. Do not appreciate using a bank (?) that charges 9 dollars a month to hold our money and can't even be bothered to pay the interest that our banks will pay for the use of our money.

I felt that all of the processing, handling, and Charges weren't explained in a way that I truly understood. A friend told me not to do the debt solution, but I DID and I totally understand why... Haven't heard from them in 3-4 months except when they wanted me to take out a loan at 20% for the remainder of what they THOUGHT I MIGHT owe. That was more than I was paying on any of the credit cards I owed.

National Debt Relief helped me to get my debt paid off in an efficient and convenient way. I was able to manage monthly payments that I could afford and pay off debt in a timely manner. I was so stressed before I called and everything was so easy!

Kenny was very patient with my questions and explained everything clearly. While, I am disappointed that my credit will take a hit, I am happy to be out from under high interest loans in the long term. The welcome call was also very helpful, and I was able to correct a minor error--including a small credit card I have to keep for work in the payoff amount.

This was a very poor experience. We were able to pay off 2 cards utilizing the program. Another card company would not work with NDR so after back and forth for months, we had them removed from the program. With taxes on the write downs along with the excessive fees that NDR charges, it's a very poor program.

I had initial contact with Devin ** and his ability to make a connection with the client and talk them through everything was outstanding. I had secondary contact with Vanessa(?) from the Welcome Team and she made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. She was willing to sit and answer all of my questions and talk every thing through with me in detail.

Took advantage of 90 year old mother in law. Fees after fees after fees. No return call backs. Every rep had difference excuse or reason. Additional monthly fees even though quoted an amount to pay off early. Held monies for 3 weeks before sending to credit card company for no reason except to be able to charge more monthly fees.

This company did exactly what they said they would do. At first I was skeptical and thought it could potentially be a scam. But am I glad I gave them a shot, they really helped me out of a bad situation.

Overall a good experience. My reason for three stars after completing program as of more than a year ago I was told I would receive some sort of documentation showing completion. Still have not received this. Fees should be assessed for settlement. Amount not full balance. IMO.

I would have rated National Debt Relief with 5 stars, but 2 reasons stopped me: 1) Having to deal with many different counselors made it more difficult. 2) The inability to see how much I owed as I paid my debts off. Otherwise, it was a smart move for me.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been truly wonderful. They are incredibly informative, always keeping me in the loop when there is an update to my account. Not only that, but if I ever have questions, I hear back very promptly, whether I've called or emailed. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is trying to get out from under their debt!

So I called them regarding a payment I had to pay a bit after my due date and after a review of my account they postponed my payment. I was surprised because I just wanted to just pay it a couple days later however after better explaining my situation to the rep. they insisted I postpone the payment for a later date in order for me to catch up with my bills. They care.

National Debt Relief has settled my accounts for much less than the original amount. I am almost debt free from credit cards, I couldn't have done it by myself. The folks at National Debt Relief have kept me informed about what was happening to certain accounts. I would recommend this service to anyone with high credit card debt as I was.

I do appreciate the help, but feel the fees charged for services rendered are really excessive! The first few did not save me much if any money after I paid fees to NDR. If I have 12,000 and I pay over 9,000 that is not much relief. I have worked with a couple companies before on my own and done much better!

Not happy with my credit rating dropping 200 points. I don't remember being told this would happen. Plus, taking too long to settle with creditors. Been 6 months now, and only 2 out of 6 have settled. I sometimes think I should of done bankruptcy. The communication is great. But the service is not to my liking.

I spent years making minimum payments and getting nowhere. Now my debt is actually getting resolved and I can breathe a lot easier. This program is incredible, and I highly recommend it. It may be difficult at first, but it's well worth pursuing.

Very easy process and very good at describing what the process entails. All of the representatives were very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Was very reluctant but was reassured time and time again that I was doing the right thing.

The debt resolution of First National Bank of Omaha was satisfactory with me. It was about a 50% discount which I felt was fair. Your customer service people are very good. They are polite and friendly and really seem to want to be of help to your customers.

After beating stage 4 cancer and my husband divorcing me after 33 years, I was left with a few large debts. National Debt Relief were very helpful in relieving some of my debt. Their charge was a little steep but they did take care of everything.

This was a great option for me. About 16 months and I have graduated the program. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is thinking about getting out of debt. It's a much better alternative to bankruptcy. The communication is excellent and you can speak to a person.

When I started the program I was very excited about being debt free. My estimated Program cost was $11,784.10 and my unsecured debt was $15,293. I was very happy about all the program and the customer service they were proving to me. My program was estimated to be a 2 years and half. I ended up with a program of little more than 3 years. With all the fees from Global Client Solutions and National Relief negotiation fees I ended up paying $14,345.20 which is not much saying at the end. Plus I lost a lot of points on my credit. I also had to go to Court because one of my creditors sue me for non payments. I had to pay $360 out of my pocket for court fees. I was never advice that this may happen when consolidating your debt. If you ask me if I would do it again, I would say NO!!

Everyone who I have spoken to at NDR have been awesome! It's been a great experience and one I would recommend to my friends. Thank you for all your help. It's appreciated! And I wouldn't be able to pay off my debts and move forward if it wasn't for all your assistance.

Thus far my experience has been positive. The staff I have been in touch with have been professional and helpful. In fact they have been outstanding. Not because of the result of debt consolidation actions, but in their professional approach, ability to listen and understand the client. Very well trained and I always leave the phone feeling good about the conversations.

NDR had been helpful since day one! Customer service was amazing the first day I got a call. They are with you every step of the way. At first, I didn't believe my friend. But now that I'm connected this experience has been unbelievable!!

Use this program as a last resort if possible. See what other options are out there to help you get out of debt. I wish I would have done more research on how exactly it works. I now have a judgment against me from one of my creditors and it looks horrible on my credit report besides just having a bunch of charge-offs. I am finally down to my last creditor over 3 years later, this has been a long process! I hope to never have to be in this situation ever again!

Everything they did I was able to do myself without paying the extra 23% of your full debt. It ends up being a lot plus they take their share out before speaking to the next account so it take a very long time. You’re better off doing it on your own. It's not difficult!

I was super happy. I just wish that it could've been resolved sooner. I thought everything was supposed to be resolved in 2 years but it wasn't, so now hopefully the last one I have is resolved QUICKLY and with the smallest payment allowed, and that I get a check back for money left over!!!

Don't do it. Not only does it cost you a monthly fee, but if your debt is eventually "forgiven" you must still pay tax on it as income. Ends up right back where you started. They don't tell you that. I would never do this again, nor would I ever run up a credit card debt again.

So far everything is going as planned. The hardest part of starting the NDR program is the waiting around for the 4 to 6 month before the program kicks in. The phone calls from the creditors are getting on my nerves but NDR assured me that it is normal. I really can't give my full review until the negotiations between NDR and creditors start. But up this point what NDR has told me is moving as it should. I would recommend this program to others. I know there were other solutions however I pick the program that I thought would be the best for me.

I would recommend to a friend. The service is excellent, the staff is very patient and understanding. They keep you informed and call you as soon as an offer is available. You can always add extra monies to your account which is wonderful even if I can't do that at this time.

So far I have had a good experience with National Debt Relief. The customer service team is always very polite and I am happy that already one of my accounts has been paid off. My only critique is I wasn't fully aware of the cost of the fees to National Debt Relief. I knew that there would be fees of course (I am paying for a service after all), but nobody told me how much it would be. So in actuality I will only save around $1,000 rather than the 50% I was lead to believe. At least I am getting the accounts paid off faster than I would have if I didn't enroll.

I have not seen any negotiating action and maybe because I have not been informed on what or if National Debt relief has or even started negotiating with any of my debtors. My account has $891.00 which is enough to settle 2 or 3 of my account based on the balances yet I do not see any action being taken. My experience began from the beginning when I fax over the power of Attorney and someone lost it because it took to me to call and find out why I didn't see any action on my account for them to tell me that they needed the form again.

Initially they set up a program to have all the debt negotiated and settled within a 4 year period and set up a payment plan based on that. On occasion I've had to make changes in my payment schedule due to unforeseen expenses and they have always been polite and accommodating. The fee for the service is not inexpensive, 20-25% of enrolled debt. But they don't take their fee until debt is negotiated and settled. Worth it in the long run to not have to deal with creditors.

They assured me I had enough in the "bank" they deposit your money into while waiting for a resolution that I could go a few months without paying and to let them know when I was back on my feet.

Very professional and great follow through. I highly recommend this approach to anyone who needs debt relief. They call you and make sure things are working to calm your fears. I couldn't imagine using any other service. They are in my opinion the best there is in this market.

They doing good. But my only concern is that process is little slow. Means they will have account and you will still receive collection calls. Other than that it's all good. Also fees are little high. They don't ever call and check with customer to see if they have any questions or concerns.
