I found National Debt Relief great with support and help with ridding me of a headache of my own making. With their help I was able to sleep peacefully again. I was able to pay credit card debt and still be able to survive financially which included basics living expenses without rubbing my hair out with worry. Thank you for making this an experience where my dignity remained in tact.

I was worried that NDR was taking payments while creditors waited. But once negotiations started much debt was successfully reduced. I hope to be able to make all my payments and will feel great relief to rid myself of this debt load. Thank you!

I am just getting started but I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and the attitudes of the persons I have dealt with at NDR. They have not been so easy to work with in all ways so far. When I had a question on my account, I called in to the call center and received prompt, empathic, professional and friendly service with the telephone agent. Although my specific request could not be honored due to time constraints, I still recognize the service was excellent!

I must say that I am very happy with National Debt Relief, however there is something that I find to be an inconvenience. When I set up my account with them we get to choose the date we would like our payment to come out. Well there has been a few times where the payment came out before it was scheduled to do so. BIG INCONVENIENCE!!! Besides that they are great.

I had to pull 2 creditors from my program as I had good offers and National Debt Relief would not pay on them after they told me to send the info so they could pay. Also I wanted status on the last creditor on my account and they would not give me any information about it other than they were working it and that doesn't tell me anything. I have funds in my account to probably settle them. Frustrated.

I started with CareOne and it took them 3 years to eliminate just ONE account. You folks did all of the rest in less time. I cannot thank you enough. AMAZING job, especially when it came to the last account; you accepted the offer and fronted some of the money to lock the offer in. I could not have thanked you enough.

I am very pleased with the National Debt Relief program. They are very good at communicating and began to settle debts rather quickly. The pace has slowed down a bit as the payments are being made. Once the first group is paid they will make new arrangements. If I do my part, it's clear to me that, my pay off date for the program will be early. I have no complaints.

Great experience. Very easy to follow. Very helpful in understanding the steps that are to be taken. Work around your schedule/budget. Very friendly service. Longer hours to answer any questions that you may have. Feel very secure and confident about financial future.

Going with NDR ruined our credit, not only were they very difficult to coordinate, changes with their fees pretty much ate away at any savings they negotiated for us. It took forever to get a clear answer and several follow up calls to even move the date of our EFT. We finally pulled our remaining accounts out and called the creditors directly. They worked with us and we saved more by just explaining our situation. If you can't work with your creditors directly I recommend a Debt Consolidation company not Debt Settlement like NDR--your credit is so important and they will absolutely tank it.

We appreciate the quick service at the beginning of the process, but are growing a little concerned about the lack of action on negotiating with our creditors... We've only had one successful agreement reached so far... meanwhile the creditors (particularly JC Penney) continue to call aggressively. Other than that, not a bad experience so far.

Very pleased. I have settled 4 accounts and the process worked just as discussed. I actually feel relieved to know I am making progress. The customer service reps have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I get a phone call and email keeping me updated.

Paul was very informative, pleasant and helpful. He walked us through the process, making sure we understood each element. He repeated the important items to be sure we were comfortable with our decision. We are confident that our decision will eventually leave us debt free.

I just started the program, so far it's going good. I waiting for the program to start taking away my debt. Right now I'm Happy with what the program has done for me. At this time I can’t really add too much more since I've only been enrolled for a few months now.

It was easy to work with the staff, and they were more than willing to help guide me in getting this account set up and processed. I was a client before, and I had information that led me to believe that an account was getting settled. When this happened, I no longer qualified for the program but now that we found out it wasn't settled, NDR was willing to re-enroll me.

I'm in debt and needed relief help. National Debt Relief has been great. They did a real good job and helped me get out of debt.

I looked into debt relief help because the companies that provide this service help to pay off debt faster and they deal with the creditors. I went with National Debt Relief because they went well with my income. After I signed up with them, it took less than three months for them to start paying off some accounts for me. But my issue with them is that, as stated in my contract, they're supposed to take my payment out on the 1st and the 15th of the month, and I specifically told them to pull it on those days. But they never do so and instead, they do this either way before or way after. Also, it sucks that, besides the first time that I signed up for the program, I've never been able to talk to somebody on the phone because they have an automated system that calls you and issues automated email. Nevertheless, NDR is a great company and they have improved my life a lot.

Everything was happening around my home and I needed help. The team at National Debt Relief always explain things to me and they help me out. They are wonderful people. I was getting phone calls every day about my bills and stuff and with them helping me with everything that I needed to be taken care of, I don’t get the phone calls and harassment anymore. If anybody needs help, they’re the people to go to.

I am very pleased with the assistance I received from National Debt Relief. It went exactly as they said it would and my debt was resolved in a couple of years. They explained in a packet, how to speak with creditors, and to refer them over. My payments were handled well, and I was contacted quickly on settlement agreements. They were able to work within my budget. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

Got an alert that two of my accounts were closed by me on min., slowly but surely making progress. I have been getting the payments coming out every 2 weeks and I plan on making payments towards principal to have the balance go down. I am excited to be Credit Card Free!

Started with NDR in November 2014 and should pay my debt off in November 2017. Very easy to work with. Very Professional. Always answered all my questions the first time. I never had to call back because I was misinformed. Kept me up to date on my draft schedule. Helped with legal issues. I would highly recommend them.

I never for two seconds felt ashamed or afraid to call the team at National Debt Relief. Everyone was so extremely friendly and understanding. They tell you they will settle your debt for 50 percent. What they mean is one 20 or so percent. They take a huge cut before they start paying off your actual debts. Call a bankruptcy attorney first. Set up a direct deposit into an account and talk with the creditors by yourself to settle for actually half of the amount. They are not up front with you. I also ended up paying more on for 2 cards that they said were being handled. Ended up getting a judgment on me and having my wages garnish.

It's been really great so far. They are so helpful! I'm looking forward to be debt free! NDR well recommended to all my family and friends. So far my 4 highest credit cards it's been settled and they're working on the last 4... Thank you so much NDR!

Several months went by before I heard much from anyone while my account was building some working collateral. They made sure each and every account they handled was handled correctly. The only problem I had and one that they can improve on, when a client has a debtor that has not made a decision on whether or not they plan to accept the offer made to them or did they get a proper agreement between NDR and any debtor. Also make sure they have a clear number of the debtors their clients have.

My debt was totaled and we agreed on a monthly amount to be deducted from my account. It was estimated that I would pay this amt. for approx. 4 yrs. I was easily able to track my progress via the NDR portal. My debt was paid in 3 1/2 yrs and I also received a refund of approx $3,300 from NDR related to their negotiating skills with my creditors. Also, the representatives I spoke with were pleasant, respectful and answered all my questions. Excellent experience.

There was a little confusion with my account information at 1st, but a rep called and got it straightened out. I haven't been with them long, and I'm still being harassed by creditors. I'm hoping this will end soon. I can breathe a little better regardless.

Just 3 months after I signed up with National Debt Relief they already settled one of my credit cards for half the cost of what I owed. The payments have been a bit of a struggle for me, but they easily help out with moving my payments around. I give them 4 stars because the payments are pretty high for me so I am struggling with them, and I have called a couple times and had a rude employee, but they are very helpful for the most part. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to put in a little extra work and are willing to budget themselves for a couple years in order to get their credit cards paid off.

Experience was ok, nothing seems to be resolved, getting phone calls on my work phone now. I am being harassed, every day. Tell me what I need to do. I don't know what else to say, would like to get them not to call work phone, Cabelas is the one making the phone calls.

Mislead from the start. The dollar amount that was reduced was just used to pay NDR. Could have negotiated on my own with my creditors and saved my credit rating. NDR has collected way more money monthly than my current payoff amount; however, they have yet to negotiate for 1.5 years to payoff. Would not recommend this avenue for Debt relief -- do it yourself and save much more money!

They are doing a good job settling my debts for under the value of the debt itself. I'm new to this company so as time goes on I will update on how I'm being treated. So far it has been working out in my favor.

Very helpful! Every time I called the staff was very polite and thoughtful. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. They handled everything in a timely manner and were willing to helpful. When I would get a call from a creditor they would always ask what is the number and they will take care of it. When it seem like they were not getting the Job done I would get a little upset but they would be calm and answer my questions and listen to my concerns very politely. I would feel and let everyone know that they could help them with their finances. Now my concern is what do I do if I still have some debts left?

I am ecstatic about how National Debt Relief resolved my credit card debt of $12,400.00. I ended up paying back a little less than half of that amount. I highly recommend this company to anyone in financial difficulty! They exceeded my expectations!

Was very satisfied with the overall experience. Any time I had a question someone was there to help me figure it out. Am unable to give you a full explanation of my experience because as of today, Aug. 28 none of our creditors have been paid, we are only a few months in with deductions from our checking account. They say NO payment made yet. Perhaps in a month or so. I did wish they could contact Citibank for me to stop auto deductions from my checking account, they cannot. Instead saying to close the account.

As of now, I'm rating my experience with three stars. So far, the representative that I initiated the program with was helpful and professional. When I was transferred over to the Welcome Dept. the representative was helpful. I'm new to the program, so depending on the outcome will determine a true rating of my experience with the program.

My account is progressing in a very satisfactory manner. Agents have resolved any and all problems that I have encountered. It appears that my account will be finished as originally stated. No My problems exist at this time. My sincere thanks for your help.

Very professional folks. It was very easy to understand and agent explained everything in detail. I would recommend National Debt Relief to everyone who needs financial assistance. I didn't believe the pamphlet I received in the mail but once I made the first step to call, it all went smoothly. I can sleep better at night and know I only have to make one payment a month, save some and a peace of mind. I'm so glad I opened that letter which I usually toss.

Our experience with NDR was great. However, we want to completely pay off our debts and we will be able to do that, maybe longer than 3 years but not much. Do not appreciate using a bank (?) that charges 9 dollars a month to hold our money and can't even be bothered to pay the interest that our banks will pay for the use of our money.

I felt that all of the processing, handling, and Charges weren't explained in a way that I truly understood. A friend told me not to do the debt solution, but I DID and I totally understand why... Haven't heard from them in 3-4 months except when they wanted me to take out a loan at 20% for the remainder of what they THOUGHT I MIGHT owe. That was more than I was paying on any of the credit cards I owed.

While, I am disappointed that my credit will take a hit, I am happy to be out from under high interest loans in the long term. The welcome call was also very helpful, and I was able to correct a minor error--including a small credit card I have to keep for work in the payoff amount.

I found the people whom I spoke with to be kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very concerned with me, understanding all the details of the program. I would recommend this program to a friend. This was a very poor experience. We were able to pay off 2 cards utilizing the program. Another card company would not work with NDR so after back and forth for months, we had them removed from the program. With taxes on the write downs along with the excessive fees that NDR charges, it's a very poor program.

Took advantage of 90 year old mother in law. Fees after fees after fees. No return call backs. Every rep had difference excuse or reason. Additional monthly fees even though quoted an amount to pay off early. Held monies for 3 weeks before sending to credit card company for no reason except to be able to charge more monthly fees.

I would have rated National Debt Relief with 5 stars, but 2 reasons stopped me: 1) Having to deal with many different counselors made it more difficult. 2) The inability to see how much I owed as I paid my debts off. Otherwise, it was a smart move for me.

So I called them regarding a payment I had to pay a bit after my due date and after a review of my account they postponed my payment. I was surprised because I just wanted to just pay it a couple days later however after better explaining my situation to the rep. they insisted I postpone the payment for a later date in order for me to catch up with my bills. I do appreciate the help, but feel the fees charged for services rendered are really excessive! The first few did not save me much if any money after I paid fees to NDR. If I have 12,000 and I pay over 9,000 that is not much relief. I have worked with a couple companies before on my own and done much better!

Not happy with my credit rating dropping 200 points. I don't remember being told this would happen. Plus, taking too long to settle with creditors. Been 6 months now, and only 2 out of 6 have settled. I sometimes think I should of done bankruptcy. The communication is great. But the service is not to my liking.

The debt resolution of First National Bank of Omaha was satisfactory with me. It was about a 50% discount which I felt was fair. Your customer service people are very good. They are polite and friendly and really seem to want to be of help to your customers.

When I started the program I was very excited about being debt free. My estimated Program cost was $11,784.10 and my unsecured debt was $15,293. I was very happy about all the program and the customer service they were proving to me. My program was estimated to be a 2 years and half. I ended up with a program of little more than 3 years. With all the fees from Global Client Solutions and National Relief negotiation fees I ended up paying $14,345.20 which is not much saying at the end. Plus I lost a lot of points on my credit. I also had to go to Court because one of my creditors sue me for non payments. I had to pay $360 out of my pocket for court fees. I was never advice that this may happen when consolidating your debt. If you ask me if I would do it again, I would say NO!!

Everything they did I was able to do myself without paying the extra 23% of your full debt. It ends up being a lot plus they take their share out before speaking to the next account so it take a very long time. You’re better off doing it on your own. It's not difficult!

I was super happy. I just wish that it could've been resolved sooner. I thought everything was supposed to be resolved in 2 years but it wasn't, so now hopefully the last one I have is resolved QUICKLY and with the smallest payment allowed, and that I get a check back for money left over!!!

Don't do it. Not only does it cost you a monthly fee, but if your debt is eventually "forgiven" you must still pay tax on it as income. Ends up right back where you started. They don't tell you that. I would never do this again, nor would I ever run up a credit card debt again.
