After getting myself in debt and not seeing any other way out - I happen to get a letter about a similar program, after looking into it - I'm pretty sure it was a scam... So I got on the BBB's website and found National Debt Relief. Although I am in the very beginning of the program, I am happy with my experience so far.

I was struggling, companies took out warrants on me and have me subpoenaed. I was even supposed to go to courts because of my debts. NDR made an agreement with them, which I was thankful for. They made it a whole lot easier since I used to pay out $2,000 to $3,000 a month on bills and I was getting nowhere. I've been awfully pleased with NDR ever since I started working with them. They got things manageable for me that settling my debts felt like a vacation. They've settled two debts with Lowe's and other ones. I have never worked with any other people who were so honest and straight up. They did what they said they were going to do. Anybody that has a debt of any size should call these people if they want to get out of it and feel relief.

With NDR all I receive is the best customer service, which is very important with any company. Very helpful, explains everything in a way I can understand. Did I mention one account resolved in a matter of 3 month of starting the program, that's just awesome.

I am disappointed in myself that I allowed my finances to get out of control. Ashamed actually. My credit score was 770 last summer. It is no longer that. :( I tried to work things out with creditors, but to no avail. Bankruptcy isn't an option (though I'm not sure what looks "better" on a credit report... bankruptcy or a debt relief company. At this point though, my credit is ** anyway, so...). I had no experience with a Consumer Debt Control Company before contacting National Debt Control, However, from the very beginning on their return phone call I felt very comfortable. When first contacting NDR it was a pleasant experience, helpful and courteous counselors and the process to evaluate my debt was helpful. 3 credit card accounts were enrolled and an account was set up with a payment schedule. I was current with the accounts so I didn't have any collections calls but after I closed my accounts and stopped making payments the calls have begun and I waiting to see if NDR can begin to negotiate my payoffs. I have made 2 payments to Global. Still in the early stages to say I'm 100% satisfied with NDR. Time will tell if I can give a better rating.

They told my creditors everything that they got and then gave me the opportunities so I accepted their offer after we started settling all these solutions. I got seven cards and they covered those and they got it done on the first four cards. I had debt and after I signed up with them, everything is getting better and I won't be able to lose my credit because of NDR. I'm almost paid off for my debts and it's really faster than I expected. I can pay easily and get all these debts done after working with them to solve it. National Debt Relief is the best, they’re amazing and everything is easy to set up. I appreciate the business.

Very efficient, settled two accounts already. They were able to reduce accounts, by at least 50%. With power of attorney they were able to talk and request reasonable settlements. You're able to view your account on the internet, with all the transactions being done.

Very helpful staff and an overall pleasant experience dealing with a not so pleasant issue. Rocco helped me work through my financial issues and established a solid game plan that was easy to understand. Thanks to him and the other staff, my debt will be gone in the next 3.5 years, opposed to the roughly 20 years it would have taken had I continued on my old path.

Haven't really dealt with them much. I do know that I have been in contact with my accounts and they have not heard from you at all as of yet. Guessing you wait about 90 days to contact accounts. I'll know more in the next month or so.

It was a completed experience. Took a little longer than I was expecting, but all in all A grade is given. The person that helped me was polite and got the job done. I had to go through 3 folks to get to my final person. Giving my information to 3 different people was a bit tedious.

I have been overwhelmed thinking about how much I pay and will pay in the end of 2 high interest loans I have. I took them out in a time of need, and now I'm struggling to pay them back. Updated on September 6, 2018: National Debt Relief has been great. I am pleased with their services and I'm really happy thus far. They have settled around four of my large accounts. The amount that I pay monthly works perfectly. I even told them that with all the bills I am paying, it is really affordable for me. We worked it in that range. There has also been a couple of months that I've had to call and ask them to reduce my payments by 50 bucks and they do it without vetting out. The program is working and it has been paying off all my bills. My life is going in the right direction and there's no way I could have paid off those bills without doing it this way. National Debt Relief has helped me out of a lot of stress.

I'm so thankful that I finally can take some of the weight off my shoulders and get back on track. Audia was great. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable the entire time. No question was too dumb to ask and, I really appreciate that she really know her job. The customer service is good and everything is thoroughly explained. They make sure to answer any questions without making you feel like you're burdening them. My only complaint is the first call lasts over an hour and then you have to do another in which many of the same things are explained for a second time. Overall a really great experience though.

I couldn’t pay all my bills and I was getting phone calls. My son referred me to National Debt Relief. I was looking getting debt relief help for my credit card and personal loan. The manager at the bank said National Debt Relief and Freedom were the two best relief companies so I chose NDR. The manager told me that they do debt relief but I believed at first that they pay off this agency credit of NDR, they pay off out of my bill and then I pay them back. But it's not the way it worked. In the future, they could take in consideration and work with a customer like me with debt less than $50,000 in paying all my debt and then I pay them back. It would be better because I still have creditors calling me. In fact, Bank of America and Regions Bank were trying to sue me but NDR took care of me and their reps helped me. Sometimes I get upset because I get anxious and in a bad mood when I’m trying to do so many things and I don’t have the money. Sometimes when I call them, they think I'm a mean person, but I’m not. 

I wanted to get my financial situation under control and get out of debt. I went with National Debt Relief and they're very thorough in providing answers. I agree with everything that has been happening as far as the financial accountability that they're providing as the case moves on and my interactions with them have been excellent. It has been nice and a relief to have controlled the situation by getting these debts taken care of and I'm looking forward to the process being completed in a few more months. I never heard of this company, or the type of program until I got calls and letters in the mail. I did some searching on the internet. National Debt Relief was the top choice. Overall happy with the experience. As to be expected, I was very nervous (still am) to be in this position, and take these steps. At first, Bradley was very calm, collected, and kind. Towards the end, he was very rushed, and was even legitimately rude at one point. I get that he doesn't want to waste his time with someone who won't commit, but I was communicative, and only expressing concerns.
