Still in the early stages of my debt relief program but everyone with the company has been more than helpful. They have put my mind at ease in the process of becoming debt free. I was scared to take charge of my financial freedom and my consuming debt situation but they are working hard to help me become debt free sooner than I could have ever imagined.

All confusion has been resolved. The fees were stated in my welcome book and I overlooked them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. My only issue of not giving 5 stars is the fees are pretty steep but they get the job done.

During my application process I did have a good experience knowing how this consolidation of my debts is all about. One thing I want to know is how long will it takes to resolve the consolidation to go in effect. I'm still receiving mails/phone calls and emails from my creditors.

Management Team - They are very helpful and gave you concrete solution of your problem. Their customer service is superb and reliable. I am confident that National Debt Relief can help me solve my financial problems. I will be proud to recommend National Debt Relief to my friends for their debt problems.

Overall I have found NDR to be doing a great job. My problem lies in the settlement offers that are sent to me via my email account. The email offers state; "National Debt Relief has some exciting news for you. We have a settlement proposal for your review. National Debt Relief has received a verbal commitment from one of your creditors to settle one of your accounts. Below are the terms of the offer."

I just joined the program a couple of months ago, so I don't have much to report so far. Everyone that I have spoken with, have been very nice, professional and understanding. I am waiting for a call back from my agent - I have a few questions for him.

Customer service was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with the forms as well as explaining the service I will be provided with. Cannot describe the feeling of relief I have knowing that I am taking care of my debt in a responsible way.

National Debt Relief has resolved one of my debts to my satisfaction and I am currently waiting for them to resolve the rest. So far so good. I hope to be debt-free relatively soon. I am hoping to be able to pay them off early once they are all resolved.

Debt relief Agents are always willing to work with you on your case... Knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile to help. Easy payments monthly, can always pay more if able... Great way to get out of debt without bankruptcy and ruining your credit.

National Debt Relief is helping me lower my credit debt but is doing nothing for my credit score. I believe that there should be a division to deal with the credit bureaus to truly assist with all aspects of debt relief.

The people handling our case are friendly and very professional. Very willing to help and explain the entire process. All the appropriate paperwork was sent in a timely manner and the process began immediately. Very respectful of the situation and understanding.

NDR has been very informative and forward acting. We have reached settlement with a large number of our creditors and have saved thousands of dollars. It was a great decision to team with NDR to draw down our debt. I have had some difficulty accessing the website but I believe the problem is with my computer.

After numerous life events that were beyond my control, I found myself in a horrible financial crisis with no solution in sight. I reached out to numerous Debt Relief agencies and NDR provided a logical solution while maintaining empathy and understanding with regard to my situation. I completed the program and, to my amazement, was offered an unsecured consolidation loan that satisfied the remaining creditor obligations I had. FOLLOW THE PROGRAM and stay in touch with NDR and it will work. This is a service so there are obviously fees but I don't consider them unreasonable when looking back at what they did for me. Understand and accept that your credit score will be impacted while the program is getting in place and agreements start to be accepted. It will quickly recover when debts begin disappearing from your report. I continue to recommend this program to friends experiencing financial turmoil and need a solution to turn things around.

Make sure when you decide to resolve your debt that you take advantage of the attorney representative! I was served with a court summons and was extremely scared. I contacted National Debt Relief and they immediately sent my summons to an attorney to represent me. All I needed to do was sign an agreement regarding the reduced payment on the case. Mailed the original signature to the plaintiff in the case and emailed a copy to debt relief and they resolved everything!!! I now have 2 of 5 accounts resolved! Thank you National Debt Relief!

So far I have had one account settled at half of what was owed. Still awaiting on more accounts to be settled. Representatives are clear in explaining everything to you. I will recommend it to anyone who is in debt.

Good at accommodating different payment schedules to meet your needs. They work really well with helping you get out of debt. I like the company, because I feel they have my best interest at heart. They give you a step by step update if you need as well.

We had went 30000.00 is debt and we had 22 accounts and I had knee surgery and we didn't know what we were going to do. Literally we were at the end of our rope. I began searching for answers and I came across this place called National Debt Relief and I called and they totally understood what we were going through with all these creditors constantly calling us wanting money.

Four months into the program, I have not seen headway. Fully understand this is not a quick process before committing. Also, don't expect the Service Request process to answer your questions, I have asked specific questions in the Service Request only to be given a generic answer that doesn't remotely answer what I was inquiring about. I can only hope the process works.

It's the best decision I made having National Debt Relief working hard to help me taking care of these debts. Not even two months in and I already got a settlement from one of my creditors and it's been drop to half.

The people were professional with great customer service. It is the knowledge that my debts are under some control that is keeping me going. It is the reality of getting the collector calls, now a very low credit rating and no credit cards/having to function on cash, along with continuing to find work that is very, very difficult. The low credit rating will now also affect my job prospects.

So far, they seem to be on top of everything, and keep me abreast of my account/situation. They keep in constant with me, almost daily, but immediately as situations arise. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family. A very professional staff.

When I initially signed up, the service was amazing. They were very direct and informative. I am now just waiting for the settlement process to finalize, so that I may rest easy at night, and know that National Debt Relief was successful!

I just realized that this company is charging me 20% of the amount originally owed, not negotiated. Because of the way the fees work, I have 1 resolved debt in over a year of providing more than 1.5% of my income. I'm looking into other options.

I just started with National Debt Relief In June, 2017. I am looking forward to Their help in resolving My debt. From the moment you called Them. I was pleased with Greg ** and His assistance. I had called the main number and got the questions I had answered. They are very professional, and courteous. No small question is a bother to them.

I worked with National Debt Relief over roughly three and a half years to dig myself out of self-inflicted credit card debt. The process was very smooth, and when one of my creditors did something illegal, they took immediate action. The only thing I can say, is that I wish I had gone a different route, as I possibly could have avoided the years of rebuilding I am now facing. That being said, National Debt Relief did what it promised and was always there to answer questions. When I went through a rough patch, they were more than willing to rework the deals made with my creditors to put my payment schedule on hold. They have excellent customer service and I am grateful they were there in my time of need.

I have been very impressed with NDR and their services to date. Aside from this past month where they have emailed several times asking for a written review (that you're currently reading), I have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone struggling to pay their bills due to excessive student debt. Personally, several of my loans have me paying 80 cents to every dollar toward interest alone, which creates an unsustainable financial situation with no end in sight, that is, without the support provided by NDR.

This experience wasn't the best. I thought I was getting out of debt in 2 years and it turned into 4 being sold into a 3rd party agency. Once I realized the difference in time it was too late. I recommend just paying off debt monthly instead to get rid of debt quickly.

Started this program in Feb 2017 and had my first credit card paid off within 3 months! Working for me so far! 2 and a half years to go and I will be debt free, including my 20,000 in student loans! NDR always stays up to date with real time info. on the status of your debt. Settled most of my debt within 6 months, and are still working tirelessly to settle the rest. The online document submittal makes submission of creditor harassment easy.

Best decision made to relieve over 10K work in debt down to a monthly payment of $200!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone with debt and looking for relief fast! Nothing more I can say other than to give them a shot! Let them handle everything for you while you sit back and become debt free.

I contacted NDR in January 2016 to see if there was anything I could do about my situation and they were very friendly and professional. I am happy with the program. We have paid off one of our accounts and we began in April 2017. Our program is 48 months but you are encouraged to make additional payments to lessen the payback period. I have been very happy with the service except I was just informed that 2 remaining debts out of 5 will not be addressed until I have contributed more money to my account which will be in May 2018. 21 months into my 32 month agreement. Should have been informed of this when I signed up.

Would recommend and actually did to at least 2 friends. I was very pleased to graduate from the program in a little over a year and for the amount of legal support I was provided when one of my creditors sued me. However, the only reason I was able to graduate so quickly was because I took the Liberty Lending Loan offer to pay off my credit balances. I regret doing that as the interest rate for this loan is predatory.

They do a great job at settling the debts. However, the information their reps provide is inconsistent and limited. You never hear the same answer twice. Additionally they are poor at providing updates when things do not go perfect. I highly recommend them to settle your debts but you better have patience for their process, it can get complicated at times.

My husband has health issues and the money wasn't coming in like it was, so I knew I needed to do something. National Debt Relief team has been very helpful and great. They were able to answer any question I had. They reached out to me at least once or twice a week to let me know about settlement offers and double check with me. The volume of detail initially was overwhelming, but Jon ** took the time to go over the most important. I was in a lot of debt and I wanted to get out. National Debt Relief's advertisement was the one that sold me the best. I felt more comfortable with what they were offering me. They were also very informative. I just signed the papers and mailed them. They will call me whenever they were coming to an agreement with the debt that I have. They will also confirm if I was happy with how much they got it lowered. I appreciated it every time they called me. Right now, it is like weight was lifted off my shoulder until everything is all set and done. They're taking care of what they have to take care of on their end and all I have to do is take care of what I have to take care of. It has been a very good experience.

I was in the process of transitioning jobs and I had a lot of debt. It was too overwhelming and I needed to get out of it to move forward with my life. We talked to National Debt Relief team and then set up the credit card with them. We deposit monthly the payment of the credit card that we need to pay off and so far, so good. We looked at other relief help but we felt National Debt was more reputable. They are working diligently for us, working with the creditors that we dealt with. Whenever there’s an opportunity, they call us and say, “Hey, we have this opportunity. Would you like to proceed with this?” And it was just very smooth. It really gives us peace of mind because now, we’re already halfway than when we started. Overall, they are fantastic.

I'm very pleased with National Debt Relief and very excited that they're helping me become debt-free. They worked very quickly to close several of my accounts already and they're working on the others now, so everything has been wonderful with them. I was out of work and looked into relief help. The team at NDR do not smile, but they have a really good program that works fine. Things are less stressful and I am happy, except there’s too much follow-up. I understand they need to know what’s going on, but the phone calls to check on things can get a little overwhelming.

Received a call about a settlement offer and the representative went through all the details perfectly and emailed them immediately. So far my settlements have saved me more than 50% of each settlement and I'm feeling less stressed knowing National Debt Relief is taking care of it.

So far the company has been excellent. I would highly recommend using this company if you run into financial issues like we have. They are always courteous and helpful and the communication is great. If anything new comes up they immediately contact you about it.

Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable of the services they are selling and so far it has been a quite easy process. At my age most computer generated applications are difficult to say the least, but yours is understandable and easy to navigate.

I felt like the informational call and initial paperwork call was amazing! But as soon as a welcome call was needed, it got awful. They would not stick to a scheduled window I established with them not once, but FOUR TIMES. I am sorry but if you call me at a time I did not tell you I would be available, no I can't stop and drop and talk to you for 20+ minutes. I would always give them a 1-2 hour window to call me when I would be available, and then they would call 2 hours after the end of that window! Then of course I would not be available.

I was very hesitant about joining the consolidation program but I was in need of help. They helped me out a great deal. Very informative and helpful. I managed to pay off the creditors that I enlisted with them which helped me pay off others as well that weren't enrolled in the program. I ended up saving more money than I would have doing this on my own.

I went with another company 18 years ago. When I saw and read about National Debt Relief a bit, I thought they’re a bit better, and they were when I called them. NDR had a trace that looked at things to make sure that people don't renege. They cost a little more but it was worth it because I was swimming and I needed a lifeline really quick. They keep telling me everything is ok. Now I have a trial date. I'm so disappointed, I wish they would've settle this card. I'm worried, and they don't seem to be. And that worries me even more.

I've called several times about my account and none of the agents can tell me anything. My questions are why have they only contacted two of my nine accounts? The response is, the negotiators are working in it. Who have they contacted? The response is, we don't have that information. I have all this money in my account why aren't any of the accounts, but the two, being paid. The response is, it has to be 120 days before we do anything with contacting your accounts. It's been over 120 days so what are they doing? The response is, the negotiators are working on it. Can I speak to the negotiators? The response is, you cannot speak with them, they don't speak with the clients. Getting frustrated with this company.

My last card will be taken care of in December which is been less than 2 years on the program I believe. They have done what they said they would do and within the time frame in which they advised me. I have no complaints.

The team was excellent at the beginning. The process was professional and explained very well. Daniel ** was very thorough and supportive in the early process. However, once he passed it off to the Success team that is where the process broke down. Daniel had explain the next few steps which included setting up the account with the bank and the process of negotiation with the two card companies. For two months money has been taken out of my account but no offer of settlement has been communicated to me, in fact the card companies have not even been contacted about a settlement. They have been very patient and willing to work with me in comparison to the Success Team. So, I would go from a very high rating to a zero.

I had thought about receiving a loan to pay off all of my credit cards at once, and then have only the loan to repay. Guess what? I went on the internet and looked up debt relief -- National Debt Relief had the highest ratings. So far, my experience with them has been good and I haven’t had any problems with them. They've been good to work with.

I was looking for relief help for credit cards and loans and got National Debt Relief. I'm still in the process of getting completed and I hope they can go a little bit faster. They said it would take like up to 48 months but still I look at it and I'm like, "Is this going to be done in 48 months?" They just say that it takes time to work out the details and get deals so that they can lower the amount of interest rate and whatnot. They don't disperse the money right away and that's what's hurting us. I can honestly say I've never seen my credit score this low. They did say that our credit would be hurt but I didn’t realize that's how bad it would hurt it. But they've gotten some really good deals on stuff that they've closed on so far so it saved us quite a bit of money and they are easy to communicate with.

I lost my job seven years ago. I had shoulder surgery and nerves in my arm were damaged. I got nothing out of it except disability. And then right after that my wife lost a $50,000 job. I'm currently separating from my wife and I've decided that it would be a good time to get my financial situation in order. So, I googled debt relief programs on the internet and found National Debt Relief. The NDR reps were very friendly, and extremely helpful and accommodating. They called and gave me a few updates on my account, as well as settlement offers from financial institutions. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this, so I have questions and they always have the answers for me. NDR has definitely been a weight off my shoulder. A lot of debt can feel like a hole you can't dig out of, so that feeling of having somebody on my side has been good.

I was overwhelmed with credit card debt and payday loans. National Debt Relief team was helpful at the time with the questions I needed to be answered. But, I just recently had to drop out because I can’t afford to be in the program anymore and I’m filing for bankruptcy. Three of my creditors that were on the program got settled so that was good. I wasn’t able to take care of my debt by myself. I'm working with National Debt Relief now, but other credit card companies keep barging on me with calls and emails. They changed the credit card and I don’t believe they’re going to be able to show my debt to them. But there’s nothing I can do, especially now that we are under a hurricane, hiding up and not able to work. Other than that, my experience with National Debt Relief has been good so far.

This program gave me hope! Reggie talked me thru the process and was very understanding and non-judgemental. Making sure I understood everything and able to answer all my questions. This program is not for everyone but it is there for people that do not have anywhere else to go but bankruptcy.

They did resolve my debt issue satisfactorily. I am satisfied with their efforts on my behalf. However, at the end of the process, when I called to find out when my last payment was due to National Debt Relief, it took a long time (two or more months) and many phone transfers to a person who could or would take the time to discover that a document I had e-signed needed to be physically signed and mailed to a creditor. That was frustrating and not well explained until I finally reached someone at a management level who knew what was happening with my account. So bottom line, National Debt Relief did a satisfactory job. Could they improve their process? Ummm - a definite yes!

We sent the change address letter and phone number to all the accounts of our debtors. We also asked them to close our accounts. However since then, everyone has been calling our cell phones and home phones as early as 7 am. When you start calling. Each month a 30 dollar late fee is added.

First I wanted to say that this company is a number 1! For helping people with who have financial difficulties and for me it was a hardship situation. I got divorced and my ex-husband left me with a lot of debt. I had a little bit of communication with the team in the first two weeks and then I didn’t hear from them for a long time. I had to call them because I’m still in the military and they didn’t pay me for a month ‘cause my pay got messed up, and NDR wasn't too helpful with that situation, but I still ended up paying it. However, the payments are really high so it was like I’m in a debt but I’m paying a debt. But it was still is a little bit lower than what they quoted me for and it would be a lot better ‘cause I’m now a single mom and on one income. They didn't really make it easy to stay off my debt though.

I had bankruptcy so I read a lot of reviews online and pretty much all of the debt relief companies are a scam. With National Debt Relief, they get their money but they do the job that you need them to do and they seemed like the most established company so I went with them. I had dealings with quite a few of their team. They do these robo-dials and I get some voice named Sarah, the robot. If I want to talk them, I push 1, and they sure seem to hound and call me a lot. They're always trying to get me to increase my contributions to the program so that they can finish early. And I'm not dumb, we've already agreed on an amount they're going to get so I would love to finish early as well. It’s outrageous that they keep me on hold for an inordinate amount of time.

I first heard about National Debt Relief from my wife and daughter. The employees are nice and everything has been okay. They said they're working well. We've paid off one card today so our credit has gotten smaller.

NDR is greatly assisting me in getting my debt to a more manageable level. I have been on the program for less than a year, and already I've had 3 creditors that have been resolved. I still have several more to go, but I have added peace of mind knowing that NDR is handling the matter. The Welcome Team rep was nice but very hard to hear. When he went over the paperwork, he was going over it too fast that it was hard to understand.

Updated on September 6, 2018: As my employment went up and down, NDR worked with me to schedule payments around that. They let me break up my payment weekly for a little while as that was easier. Then the employment changed and I wasn’t getting paid weekly anymore. They quickly changed it right over to biweekly so I didn’t get hit with overdraft fees. They were very accommodating. If I had questions, they always had answers.

NDR made some promises that I have not seen action on. In 1 year, I have seen only 1 debt settled. I have a hard time getting in touch with customer service, and the automated replies from emails are frustrating, with no help.

I have had a good experience! People have been very helpful! They have been very clear in what I need to do. When I have had questions, they have quickly answered them. It is always easy to get in contact with someone.

Some people recommended National Debt Relief to me. Before I got involved with them I didn't have any collateral to consolidate my bills. National Debt Relief helped me consolidate my debts. They cut it down to reasonable rates, and they were effective in helping me get my debts paid off. I am happy with that. I appreciate how they took care of me, how friendly everyone was and how on the ball they were.

I tried to save some money but I found out lately that National Debt Relief is pushing me to get a loan so I can finish faster. I will get my name cleared earlier but that way will cost me $14,000 more, so I looked into relief help. So far, they’re doing okay with the credit that goes into the money and I’m satisfied. Working with them is easier and better, but I don’t have no credit anymore. Also, they have to charge less interest and it will be a lot helpful to the poor people. In my situation, they get $600 for the work that they do, but it is a little high and it could be around $500. When you retire and try to make a living and then have to pay around 23%, that’s a lot of money.

There's a way to reduce the payment on bills but I didn’t have that knowledge so I called the professionals at National Debt Relief. They're the first people I called and they were great when the program first started. But then after that, I haven’t heard from anybody and I've already been with them for about nine months. Whenever they'd seal a deal, they’d shoot an email saying that they got an offer and if I like it. I have four accounts with them and I’ve received about three emails regarding moving on to some accounts and then 20 other emails asking about how they’re doing. It would be nice if they'd call once a month to say what accounts they’re waiting to close or tell me not to worry and that everything will be smooth. Nonetheless, National Debt Relief has financially helped for the bills that qualified and I’m glad there’s a company that knows how to do deal with big companies that ask for way too much interest and rip people off.

Plus, my credit score's gone back up, thankfully, and I feel better knowing that I have someone positively working to help me manage my debt and make sure that everything is getting where it needs to be. It's been a great and positive experience all around. They have excellent customer service and National Debt Relief is a good company.

I was about to file for bankruptcy and I took debt relief instead. I found NDR online and they seemed like a good company to go with. They stopped me from filing bankruptcy which is good. I'm getting things paid off, and things are working out in a way they said it would. Also, I can always get through somebody anytime I call and they help me out. I don't have to worry about machines which is cool.

Updated on 09/07/2018: National Debt Relief was able to work with me on the payment plan and I was impressed by the fact that the negotiators get results right away. It has been less than a year, but they negotiated a lot of my debt. I have a spreadsheet showing how much I owed and how much they negotiated and I was very impressed at what they’re doing. They’re getting the debt reduced at an average of 40%. Also, my negotiators are very good at addressing my questions and concerns and I could give them high marks with communication skills. I’m definitely getting my money’s worth. If my friends and family members ask about NDR, I would say do it and do it now.

I have only recently enrolled but so far the people at National Debt Relief have been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable through my onslaught of questions. Thanks to your help my head will be above water! I can't Daniel enough. He answered every question I had immediately, no having to check to find the answer. He made me feel very at ease.

I literally just signed up for this but so far, so good! Everything was explained and both people I spoke to were very concerned with making sure I understood everything I was doing. I'll try to update as it goes!
