My credit card bills were alarming so I looked into relief help. I saw National Debt Relief on the internet and I had perfect dealing with their team. However, they’re a little slower in paying off the bills. They said my credit would get worse before it gets better. But right now it's worst. They dropped some of my credit cards because it was all paid off by one of my daughters. And, they add up all my debt but if it’s below $500, they couldn’t give me the lump sum. Overall, it's just a long process and they're taking too long to settle.

National Debt Relief was cut and dry as far as what was being told to me. There were some factors that the other companies could not explain to me directly, like costs, that I could not understand. We've been with NDR since February and setting up for their program was okay. We did that through phone calls, emails, and fax. NDR settled one account and they are working on some others. Some things do take a minute but I can understand. I looked through the statements and will call them to get a couple of questions answered. I want to make sure it is what they explained to me. Working with NDR has helped in not having the creditors calling my parents all the time. My parents are both sick and NDR has taken some weight off their shoulders to help them.

I was looking for ways in which I can consolidate my debt and I found National Debt Relief online. I did some research about it and realized this might be a good company for me to call. The team was extremely informative. One of the things they said to me was that they would consolidate my credit for really low and I understood the concept clearly because they explained to me how they were going to go about helping me relieve my debt.

National Debt Relief sounded on TV like I could call them about taking care of some of the debt that I owed so I called them. The team worked with me and they did good. They’re really friendly with a good attitude. They understood where I was coming from and what I was trying to do. They were always courteous and they would answer any questions that I had. They would call every time one of the payers that I owed was ready to settle. They took care of that for me and they'd ask me if I was okay with what they wanted and they'd say that I had enough money in my account to cover that. That happened two or three times. As a matter of fact, right now, I only owe two companies. That’s the Home Depot and Target. Three of them have been taken care of.

I needed help with my situation so I gave National Debt Relief a call to see if they could help me. It's great dealing with their team and they're doing a lot of progress. They're very patient with me. They helped me out on a situation that I was stuck with. I couldn’t pay so they gave me a month or two and now I'm paying. They're still helping me and doing what they got to do for me. Everything’s running smooth and on schedule. The process has been going very lovely and a lot better than what I predicted. I sleep much better at night time knowing that NDR’s helping me. I recommended them to two more people from my job, and NDR has been helping them the same way they’ve been helping me. These people stand by their word.

National Debt Relief is getting me out of debt. I paid off three to five already while they are still working on the others, doing all the negotiating with the creditors. It’ll be another year before I get through the program. Everything’s positive so far. And I’ve been getting great customer help. They’re prompt and they’ve been calling me before they do any arrangements or agreements. I had no issues and they’ve been perfect up to this point.

Whenever I did an inquiry with an issue I had, National Debt Relief gave me a decent way of knowing if it's a ball in their court or my court but more or less, they took care of it. They were responsive and extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The program is still in process and still have around two and a half years to be done with them, but so far, everything seems to do well. Overall, it's been a relieving and wonderful experience with NDR.

Getting lots of calls but nothing from Debt Relief. Just threats from creditors. I have reached out three times and still hearing they are working on it. I'd like to see some type of action. How long does it take to negotiate? Need to find out how to access funds and do it myself I guess.

As of today, we have been very pleased with their services. Within the last nine months we have paid off 5 out of 10 of our creditors. As the process is long, the best advice I can give to someone is read their instructions & do as they instruct! It does work!!!

We were with National Debt Relief program for 21 months, at which time they transferred us to Liberty Lending from whom they borrowed additional funds to speed the settling of accounts. All was good - until we received the new loan amount from Liberty with a 21% interest rate. When all is said and done I am not sure we have improved our circumstances - yes we had some immediate relief, but the total amount we will pay out is not less than when we started.

We were unsure about doing this, but National Debt Relief was so helpful and friendly. It relieved all of our fears. On top of that they more than kept their word and got great deals from our creditors. We couldn't be happier with what they achieved.

Kudos to NDR for stopping the creditors from calling me and for negotiating substantial reductions in the debts owed. However, NDR fell down on the job in securing final settlement "paid in full" commitments from the creditors, especially Capital One. It took WAY too long -- almost 18 months(!) -- to get a settlement agreement out of Capital One! Also, NDR needs to demand and extract letters from each creditor that they have accepted the settlement amount as "payment in full! Thanks.

I feel like there was little communication about progress on improvement. I emailed several times to my agent and didn't get much information in return. I feel like this was a waste of money and time trying to figure out if sending the credit reports in was helping. I would not recommend this agency.

There was never any problems with my creditors calling or harassing me for any payments. Everything was clear and I understood all terms and policies. Everything went smooth, payments were taken out of my account as promised. My creditors were paid and there was some funds that was left over that was reimbursed back to me. I finished the program and there was not much that I needed to do. Just overall pleased and it worked for me just fine.

NDR did a great job settling our accounts. They are very helpful that is no doubt on that but it is not free and rocky along the way and pricey too but, in a short period of time compare to how many years you will pay your credit card debt yourself. They will do all the work for you and less stress. At the end, although it's stressful, everything will be settled and can start a fresh one. Thank you NDR for a job well done!

They will contact you when offers are available. They do not contact you to give any updates so you will have to contact them. I was told that they deal with all major credit cards accounts but that was not the case. They did help me settle with 3 out 4 creditors.

Although I did get out of debt, I found National Debt Relief to lack communication with each other and to me. I also found myself dealing with legal issues on my own after they counseled me to stop payment on my accounts. Lesson learned.

I worked with Josh ** to apply for the program. I had trepidations about not being able to service my credit card debt. I didn't want to not "stick with it" but Josh was sensitive to my feelings and also really knew all the ins and outs that go with Debt settlement. He was patient with all my questions and though it took me about a month to make up my mind and pull the trigger, I never felt pressured once.

Signing up was a very thorough experience. Some crucial information was not highlighted but overall I have been pleased with the service and the ease of setting up the payment arrangements. Creditors stop calling after a while but know that your credit will be ruined for a long while and you will be taxed on the amount not paid through the settlement that NDR negotiates.

My consultant with starting the process has been extremely helpful with answering my questions, and he was willing to work with me with my small income that I receive. My only qualm is that it takes 120-180 days to start losing the debt but it's better than being in debt for 15 years! I can be debt free in 3 years!

Spoke with a Manager who guaranteed he would send request items that day and do it. He guaranteed follow up the filing Wednesday and has never called back. We were sued by three different companies. National Debt Relief said that American Express would work with them. That did not happen and we ended up having to go to court. Then we were told that there was something else That they could've done. A little too late. We ended up paying a additional thousand dollars. Bad experience, Poor communication skills.

I paid off a credit card and a small loan after my insurance payment dropped to a very low amount. They were always very helpful, I could never have done it without them. The payments were hard, but doable and I would use them again if I had to and will tell anyone I knew who was in the same situation.

The Team always informs me of when they have an offer, to settling the debt of a creditor, prior to making an offer, of acceptance, and I like that. However, they are still working on 2 of my creditors, yet. Most of them has been paid off, though. The payment plan, was a great plan for me to work with, when I was in the Relief Program. The program worked and I was told 'there may be tax implications'. I am still in battles with the IRS and when I asked for the details of my account I was given Completely unusable information. You need to let people know you can not give them the Exact Amounts Required. I would've been better off filing bankruptcy.

Two months after signing up and nothing has been done. This has been a slow process. When I call I am told they wait 90 days after signing up to step in. Meanwhile creditors and collections are calling me. No results two months later.

It is nice to have the help organizing and paying off debts. I feel the help or service is somewhat slow in resolving the debts though (two debts resolved in four months). I do hope to see more accounts resolved soon!

Received the welcome call and was explained of what to expect during the process of the program. Got answers on my questions. Don't have much questions yet since I don't know what to expect when one goes through a debt relief program but I believe that all my questions were addressed at the moment.

Was doing good with them until the payments were too high because of some medical bills. I went to the bank and borrowed the amount they said would pay off what I owed and sent to them thinking I'd have a lower payment and I do to the bank but instead of paying off the rest of what I owed in one lump sum, they kept making payments and taking their part out each month. So now when the money I borrowed is gone I'm still going to owe them a payment each month plus a bank payment. I have no way of doing this! If they had explained from the beginning that this would happen, I never would have borrowed the money!!!

I cannot recall a more professional and knowledgeable service organization such as NDR. Their deep knowledge of consumer debt repair, their open, professional and courteous services, their attention to detail, their immediacy of handling issues that pop up and their confidence in handling all aspects of my plan all made for a successful graduation from the program in about half a year under projection. To say I was satisfied and would recommend them in a heartbeat is an understatement.

When I started, NDR seemed to be gung ho in getting my debt paid off for me. Now, I have only two more accounts left and haven't heard from them in months. When I inquire, I get the same scripted response. Makes for a feeling of very uneasiness.

I had a few problems at first, because I didn't understand how everything worked, but anytime I called (which was a lot) the people I talked to were very patient and answered all my questions. Could not have asked for nicer people.

What they don't tell you is that the process of negotiating your credit cards for a settlement is something you can do on your own... This process doesn't save your credit at all and you'll walk out of it with credit that's ruined for the next 7 years and having paid them hundreds of dollars in fees. I finished the program and the employee told me "Well I hope next time you'll make better choices". Excuse me? The debt didn't even happen because of my choices but someone else who was involved with me but thanks for judging me anyway.

I was skeptical at first. But when the accounts started because handled a huge wave a relief came over me. And the best part is I didn't have to continue to struggle with make the minimum payments anymore. This has been the best part for me and my family.

I have been very happy with the program, with the exception of communication when I will be complete with it. I applied for the program 3 years ago, with the outlook of being complete in October 2017, and now they have yet to contact the last two creditors so I really have no idea when I will be done. When asked, they say they are working on it, however, one representative I spoke with said nothing had been done with these last two at all this year? I want to be done with this program and wish better communication would occur when you are getting to the end.

They were great to work with in the beginning and would work with you but it got to where is then they put that they had to have at least two weeks before you called in and needed to change payments and Seymour worried about or when they were going to get their money rather than still trying to help you out.

National Debt Relief helped me pay my debt and I really appreciate it. The only complaint I have is that I was poor due to making payments. We literally could not eat and just had a baby. I asked to get my payments lowered for a couple of months so I could make it through maternity leave and was told I could not. At the end I looked at the money National Debt made off of me and was a little disappointed that they made so much. Other than that, I am glad I am now debt free.

When I first called looking for information on how this worked, the person I talked to answered all my questions. He must have stayed on the phone with me close to an hour after I asked question after question. After 3 months I wished they would call or e-mail to let me know how things would be moving forward.

Good support from Customer Service working with questions and issues with transition. Kind supportive personnel. Easy to make adjustments and understand long term process. Transition for me is 90 days for all creditors and various levels of contact. National Debt provided excellent verbiage for responding to creditors.

My personal experience has all been positive. NDR is trying to help me relieve my credit card debt, so I can move forward. I have not yet completed the program, however, I am on a payment program that works with my budget.

I was very pleased with my experience of National Debt Relief. Not only did they keep my creditors phone calls at bay, they also worked with me on my payment schedules as I needed to use part of the money I had in escrow on a couple different occasions. In the end my debt was reduced by about half!

Customer Service is great; however, my bills keep going up because of the interest; I was told at the time of enrollment, that settlements would start at in three months, and I was just informed that it's more like seven months, and the calls and emails from creditors are hard.

You guys dumped me out of the program with zero instructions on how to resolve the last part of my debt and told me nothing about taxes. A heads up on those would have been helpful. Instead I got hit with a $3k back taxes bill.

Very easy to work with. Customer service is above par. They break it down to where it's easily understood. And, it's all done in one day. By far the best is the mental relief knowing that there is help and there is someone who understands all situations. This program is a positive turning point.

Things have gone well, but don't like the unexpected phone calls when you need more money on top of what is paid each month. Like how, when you call you get an advisor right away and questions are always answered. Everyone friendly, credit score is improving and nice not having to do any work.

At first it was rough, but the support from the program was great, the people that work for National Debt Relief were always there for me and answered all of my questions and concerns whenever I had any. This is a great program and was a big help.

National Debt Relief handled two credit cards for me. One was handled as they promised. I paid roughly 13,000 to Chase bank to settle debt. The other card was not handled correctly. I was promised this balance was forgiven. NDR took their fees, BUT Chase did not forgive the debt. I had to represent myself with Chase and settle it. To this date NDR has not refunded my fees (approximately 900.00).

The workers are welcoming and helpful. The whole process is nerve wracking to say the least. The representatives were wonderful and took the time I needed to sort this all out. I'm still early in the process but it is already such a relief to have NDR on my side.

Months after I graduated from the program I was served at my home by Bank of America who sued me and won because they told the judge that I had signed a settlement with them through National Debt Relief. I had actually refused this agreement because it was not good, and now NDR can't provide me with any paperwork proving this because I am no longer in the program. So they created this problem for me, and now tell me I am on my own to fight it. I am waiting to hear back from Bank of America as they seem more willing to help.

Everything seems to be working good. Only several calls from creditors. National has been very helpful with lowering my debts. Their fees can sometimes interfere with monthly payments that may cause some problems with your creditors. Overall, they do get the job done.

Everyone was informative and helpful. Knowledgeable, I felt at ease with them and their expertise. Timely with response back. I would recommend this service to anyone that is struggling with debt as an option before filing bankruptcy. A plus with my interaction with all of their employees.

The point of this company is to help you consolidate your debts. While that is a positive it can affect your credit score negatively. In my case I paid all my credit cards on time but between four credit cards my payment was $400 a month. It because difficult and I reached out to National Debt Relief. They stated that they could get my payments consolidated into one payment and the amounts due to the creditors reduced. It sounded good. I ended up only paying $20 less a month. I also had to pay them for their services. They said in order to negotiate I had to be in a hardship. So I paid to their account and didnt pay my credit cards. I ended up with 4 charge offs on my credit report. 2 credit card companies settled on a lower amount. One took me to court for the full amount and the fourth one still has a balance but they are no longer pursuing.

I had over 20k in credit card debt. Due to some circumstances I was not able to maintain the minimum payments. I worked with National Debt Relief and they were able to settle my payments and negotiate terms that were good for all parties. I would recommend them to anyone that is in credit card debt and needs assistance.

I admit that I was nervous and skeptical about using any debt relief program. I was happily surprised by the kindness and understanding of the folks I spoke to at NDR and would certainly recommend NDR to a friend. I am so looking forward to being out of debt in 51 months, or sooner!

I thought the creditors were notified by your company that we are in your program but I was told by several creditors that we would have never got summons if they were told in advance. I'm not sure how this issue will be fixed. So I have a outside person working on this now. I'm really having 2nd thought about the program. I'm really just thinking Bankruptcy at this point.

I used National Debt Relief to assist me in getting rid of my debt as fast as possible. The program fees are very expensive. Their process is very slow. Towards the end of the program, I asked to pay off my remaining balance with them and was given an incorrect amount. At the time, I was not aware that the amount was incorrect. It took them 5 months to come back to let me know that they forgot to add their fee to the pay off amount. I don't fault anyone for charging a fee for a service, however, I do have an issue with waiting until 5 months after I thought everything was done and settled to be hit with another $2,000. I entered the program because I didn't have the money to pay all of my debt.

So far it is OK but I think there may be funds available to try to clear some of the debt, knowingly some companies may debate as to accept the offers. I am somewhat satisfied with the experience. The employees are always very courteous and I am satisfied that NDR has reached an agreement to reduce my debt. What I don't like is that every time I call, I am always being asked to give my social security number as proof of who I am and having to give this information on the phone is uncomfortable. The other problem that I have is that I continue to get collection letters every month from the collection agency even though this process has been in the works for over a year.

The staff was professional and very helpful. I had to make a few changes during my experience and the staff went out of their way to meet my needs. The only part of the process that was less than desirable was the cost. The extra charges and fees almost equaled the amount of debt that was marked off the account. So, I ended up paying the amount to NDR and then paying taxes on the amount.

They were always professional and helpful when called and all questions were always answered quickly. As far as the debt negotiations did a great job. Had issues with one of my accounts of numerous phone calls and handled it with ease. I Thank you for all you did for me.

NDR is very expensive; sky high service fee. We all try hard to build trust fund. Yet, the biggest main priority is to ensure that the 25% fee is accounted for first before credit resolution. They could at least pro rate the settlement fee instead of taking the lump chunk whenever there is $ in the trust fund. I have two accounts settled; however I was very disappointed with one of the settled @ 74% and the other was more like a payment plan with no cost saving. For this particular reason, I have pull four accounts from the program and went with another organization.

They have done what they told me they would do. Only complaint I have had is the constant calling during the day when there is a settlement. Can't always answer my cell phone. I have asked them several times to only email during the day but I guess they cannot.

So far, so good, but it's only been 4 months, ($1536) I have done what was expected of me and forwarded all of my Collection/Past Due notices to them. And have kept in touch by way of E-mail. It may be too early to give a full evaluation as of yet. Nevertheless I am happy with their service thus far. Went from $900 to $512 a month, with a 3 year, 9 month plan to resolve my credit debt.

DON'T get wrapped up with this!!! We ended up paying just as much as we would have if we just paid off the debt. We received a notice from the IRS that we owed $5000 in taxes from this program that we were not warned about!! We also were not told how the monthly payments are not made on the debt. Huge mistake!

The lack of contact since signing the contract is really disappointing. I have not gotten any updates from a person about the status of my account. This is not what I expected given I was treated so well when I was signing on. I hope this changes.

When I joined the program, I was $70,000 in debt and struggling to keep it all afloat. Today I am debt free and it was settled for around $32,000 (not including NDR's fees). The person who walked me through the program was really great and I wish I could have stayed in contact with them. However you don't keep one counselor throughout the entire experience. When you call in, you will get a customer service rep (some are better than others). My credit score took a major hit but now has rebounded to the mid 700s. The length of my program was about 4 years which required a true commitment. Overall the experience was a positive one and I would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in need like I was.

I'm still keeping my faith in NDR. I'm waiting for NDR to start helping with my bills. I started paying back in July, it is now September and I haven't received anything about any account. I would gladly change my rating once I start having a "Experience ".

It was so easy getting set up with services and it has been a laid back process! I haven't gotten to the point that they are negotiating with creditors but they gave me all of the appropriate information to switch my contact information so I wouldn't be "hounded" by my creditors.

Paid off all our credit cards & paid back about 50% of what was owed. It gave us poor credit rating, but our credit would have been just as bad if not worse! The monthly pay back rates was easy to handle.

Given my current income, I knew that it would take a long time to clear out my debt, so it was a blessing to see that NDR was able to negotiate substantial settlements with my debtors. The only reason I canceled my policy was due to a decrease in income which made debt consolidation impossible and bankruptcy necessary. But, if I ever needed this type of help again, I would definitely turn to NDR.

National Debt Relief is doing well with all my accounts and with contacting the company and helping me settle the accounts for less than the amount owed. I would only like for them to settle much faster and end the program quicker but I understand that's my own amount owed that determines the end date.

Although the website and follow up is good, they do not tell you clearly that they charge a fee of 20% of any settlement offer. So if you owe $40k, and the settlement is for $20k, they will charge you $4000. If your credit bills total $40k, you will pay these guys 20% of 20k. Which is $4k. I felt this was a very high charge and canceled everything. They do not tell you that the credit company will send you a 1099 and that you will pay taxes on the credit charges waived. There is a better plan, cheaper by far, and that does not ruin your credit, at CCC.

I originally signed up with NDR to find some help in managing my CC debt. Circumstances wouldn't provide that I continued on in the program. To my extreme dismay I wasn't able to receive any help, and due to the fees they charge I not only didn't settle any debt I obtained more on top of it. Seriously disappointed in this company.

Your staff are easy to talk to and they were respectful to my elderly mother... Especially Ms. **. She explained everything twice so that we understood what my mum had to sign. They didn't judge or make us feel like crap... And yes I would refer you to a friend.

I had a restructuring at work and made less money and fell behind on my credit cards. Called National Debt Relief, they asked me some questions said they could help me. Set me up a program, sent info to my email electronically signed. Payments were taken directly from my bank account bi-weekly. I chose the 15th and 30th, but if you ran into problems you call and they work with. Did everything they said in the time I was told. At the end you start with a clean slate. I would do it again but hopefully won't have to.

NDR has been nothing but professional and courteous at all times. When I started they were very efficient at Client On Boarding and getting all the contracts and paperwork processed. They have been very timely and efficient in EFT the monthly payment from us. We had three credit cards that they took over the negotiations for and have completed one of these about six months ago... Since then we have heard nothing. Not sure why they haven't completed the process with the other two creditors. We would like to get these completed so the calls would stop. We would also like to know the end game of when the monthly charges will end.

My counselor has been awesome. He explained everything in depth and always answered my questions. Everything they explained would happen has happened so I was prepared for it. I am just so relieved that I was able to do this program instead of claiming bankruptcy. Thanks a lot.

This process takes too long. I haven't heard anything from them since I signed up. They take too long to contact your creditors to negotiate and settle debt. Seems like you are making payments to them and fees are being taken out each month but no work is being done. I'm not happy with this program thus far.

I was able to get out of debt in 14 months. But I later had to use Lexington law because National Debt Relief was unable to resolve a debt which had been charged off but still needed to be paid off to get my credit report to be accurately reflected. Overall my experience with National Debt Relief was a good one and I achieved my goal fairly quickly. I would recommend them.

Everybody I have spoken with during my enrollment have been very helpful and friendly. Talking with everyone over a two day period was a pleasure. Answering all my questions to my satisfaction. They made me feel like I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
