The person who assisted me was thorough but was going by info so fast. I had to stop her a few times to ask questions because she will be explaining the next area without asking if I had any questions. Every area of the enrollment, the rep should stop and ask "Do you have any questions". We were already on a new topic when my question was on the previous topic. All in all it's a good experience.

Thus far - I felt that I was provided good customer service that was efficient, clear and patient. I did not feel that details were vague and the communication was at a pace that was easily understandable. Stephanie is a great agent. She was very patient with us and explained everything, on the other hand the last agent that we spoke to was in my opinion kind of pushy. Like she wanted to get off the phone and go to another customer. It was almost if she was getting paid for how many she could get done in a day.

Everyone has been very helpful so far. The employees make me feel like I matter and that my debt isn't so bad. They make me feel like I did make the right choice by choosing to consolidate my debt. When I first thought about doing this, this was very frightening to me. However, looking the reviews and after talking to Chris, I knew this was something I had to do. Chris was such a great person to work with. I am looking forward to getting out of debt and being able to breathe again.

Everyone explained everything to me in a very long explanation. Loan companies will just shove you through it but my consultants with National Debt Relief took 2 hours to make sure I understood everything and even was able to push back my first payment a month so that I didn't go without.
