We’ve been working with National Debt Relief for approximately a year now. Their team has always been thorough, nice and positive. The person that we’re dealing with was nice as well. The monthly bill worked and NDR has been great and helped us out a lot.

I had a bunch of debt. I was getting to the point where I couldn't pay and decided to look into relief help. The team over at National Debt Relief were all very friendly. I called and they gave me the information I needed to know and it just went from there. Their rep told me that it's going to take about 2 years because I have a lot of debt. I'm on my ninth month. Working with National Debt Relief, I don't have to worry about calling and making my monthly payments or coming up with an excuse on why I can't make it, because now, I can afford to make whatever it is they need. I was paying $500 a month in minimum payments towards everything. Now I just have to pay $300. I really like how they don't call me all the time. They basically email me and they'll give me a number to call if I have any questions. They have called me maybe once and that was because I forgot to make a payment. Overall, the experience was fast, friendly, and effective.

Getting started and getting the information I need to make a decision made me feel very comfortable with my final decision to move forward with the solution. I read reviews on several debt solutions before I chose National Debt Relief. The only thing that I found lacking is a full explanation of resolved complaints to the BBB as did one competitor. However, I did see that they made effort to resolve problems so I felt comfortable with the A+ rating from the BBB.

All were very knowledgeable about their positions and treated me as a client which had plenty of concerns, all matters were handled in a professional manner. I would recommend to anyone if in need. They showed no pressure to the client and continued to review and break all my question down in a detailed format.

I am a happy and satisfied customer on my initial calls. I was taken complete care of. Both customer service staff I spoke with were great and made me feel comfortable. I was pretty nervous to make the call but was put at ease. Professional, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Thorough, Personable Kody was exceptional.

Both of the people I spoke with (Brandon **, plus the person on the Welcome Call) were helpful, but in both cases there were significant issues with the phone lines. I received multiple inexplicable calls from Brandon (call hung up after answering), and the Welcome Call was difficult to hear.

My experience with my NDR Consultant (Ms. LaShawnda **) was a pleasant experience. Ms. ** was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation, she was persistent (yet not overbearing) and professional. She cleared all my concerns. I started this process a few weeks ago. Since then, my family was affected by Hurricane Harvey. Ms. ** was empathetic and patient.

I was frustrated over the amount of debt that I have owed for the past three years. My representative at the NDR was very knowledgeable that he explained clearly to me how this program works and lead clients to be debt free. And this is something I would recommend to people who have the same situation as I am in right now. This is totally different from bankruptcy, my debt has reduce 37%. I am pleased with the service. I have worked with other debt relief companies in the past and have never had the level of uncertainty that I have had with National Debt Relief. I wanted to feel "relief" once I got on the program (I had under 10k of debt) and instead I had two different credit card companies send people to my door to drop off court orders or whatever they are opening a lawsuit against me... which meant I had to drive to the given court house over 20 miles away and deal with all of the documentation and fees that go along with a lawsuit.

The person I spoke with was well informed and explained to me what we would do with this program to help me pay off my debt in a matter of time. He was professional and very nice. I think with their help I will understand better how the program works. Thank you all so very much for helping us out.

I submitted a summons document and no one has followed-up. I did get the confirmation email. It has been more than 4 days. I called on yesterday, no one has returned my call yet. This is regarding the welcome call I received yesterday upon signing my agreement with National Debt Relief. I received excellent customer service throughout the call. When I had questions, they would stop and answer anything I had a concern about.

I was a single mother trying to raise two teenage daughters, and because of the debt I was left with after my divorce, I had to use credit cards to make ends meet. I was keeping up with payments but only the minimums on over $16,000 of credit card debt alone. After several years of struggling with that, I discovered I had breast cancer and had to decide which bills were going to be paid. I could no longer make the minimum payments to the credit card companies or to the doctors who helped me survive. After looking at the only options I thought I had, none of which seemed plausible, I got an email from National Debt Relief. When I started this program I told your Rep that we could only afford no more than $250.00 a month. Then my husband had open heart surgery. Had major bills so I sent them to you all. Now my payment is 370.00. To me that's not helping at all. Makes my life worse.

I am a retired teacher. I'm being teaching for 37 years. I found National Debt Relief online at my job. I like what I read, do I Email the company. They called me baby and explain what was to take place and what was my responsibility. I like what I heard and signed on. Most of my experience had been good. Now I'm just waiting about what do I do next since I been with Debt Relief for two or three years.

We phoned to change our bank account information because my previous account had been breached. They emailed us a electronic form to sign, did that on the same day. The withdraw from my bank was not done in over a week since the account change. Then I receive an email saying that a settlement we reached earlier was now canceled because there was not enough funds in the account. That was not our fault, they told us that our signed forms were rejected but we never received any notice that the electronic forms were rejected. My experience with your company has not been a positive one unfortunately.

Things are working out for us so far and NDR seems to be making good progress on getting our debts settled. Customer service and the dissemination of information has been excellent. Thanks! We have had to experience some belt tightening but we are now learning to keep with in our budget!

National Debt Relief has been extremely helpful through this whole debt relief process. I had 5 creditors, and it took 2 years for me to be debt free. There is 2 programs on how to pay off your debt. One is to pay a lump sum of money and pay your debts off right away, and second is to make monthly payments for me $650 for 2 years to pay off my debts. The monthly payments went into a savings account National Debt Relief had set up for me, and when I had enough money in there. The National Debt negotiators would talk to the creditors one at a time and negotiate a settlement. I had to go to court for one of my creditors. National Debt Relief warned me there is a possibility of court through my creditors, and they helped me through the whole process. I didn't have to go to trial.

National Debt Relief so very helpful! I thought I was going to fall into debt for years but National Debt Relief made it possible to live! To live a life without so much worries about your fiances problems. They helped me sort out so many problems I could of had and continue having by using resources to their knowledge. The process lowers your credit score considerably but my scores are now within the "good" range so I am happy. This has all happened within the past three years. I cannot be more happy with the results I received from National Debt Relief and their customer service is second to none.

I'm very unhappy, very dissatisfied. I have not been contacted at all with updates on any of the accounts from Debt Relief but from one of the major bills that they were supposed to be paying they have contacted me three times, one of them twice saying they've have had no contact at all from Debt Relief, saying they wanted to settle the accounts. I want to know where my money is going to. This is ridiculous. This is fraud. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning. I want answers. I want my money. I want it now.

After coming into some incredibly difficult times we were in a situation with around $50,000 in unsecured debt (which we had been paying on consistently and we're up to date). We were in a place where we had no income, as my husband was trying to start a business and I stay home with our three children (aged 4,2, and new born at the time). We had used our entire savings and all the money we had received from selling our home so that we could continue to pay our bills. We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place. It was either find help or file bankruptcy. I started looking at some options and after looking through the BBB and other websites for a trustworthy company the outlook seemed grim. Debt settlement may be more common now but it didn't seem like many people had nice things to say about any companies. So I called the one that had the most positive reviews. That's how we got into contact with National Debt Relief.

When I have called the 2 times to get information on my account it seems like the customer service reps do not know what answer to give. It is like they are trying to get off the phone to get to the next person. Also I have signed everything via electronic and then they want a hard signature for some stuff and want you to fax it. I did that but now I have to wait 24-48 hours to see if they actual got the fax, just seems very lackadaisical. If I was to do this over I would not choose this company.

The service was outstanding and EVERY associate I ever spoke with was helpful, professional and compassionate. I was so very pleased from my first contact to the last. Everyone there made a difficult situation bearable. I was kept informed on my progress and even contacted on a regular basis just to ask if I had any questions. I was initially quoted to be in the program for 2 years. In actuality it was 5 years before I completed the program. Yes National Debt settled my debts but not at the percentage I was happy with, most were settled for just over 50% of original debt + late fees and penalties so it was incorrect to begin with. FYI, National Debt collects 20% of the final negotiated settlement. I thought it was a conflict of interest because while I had the right to refuse a settlement for a better deal. Eventually I was told that the attorneys couldn't do any better and suggested that creditor be taken out of the program. That totally defeated the purpose of going with National Debt if they were willing to throw a credo to out of the program.

When getting set up with National Debt Relief, it was easy and the service was great. I felt like I was being helped. Since getting set up, I'm not sure I've been contacted and had someone check in with me since after the initial welcome call(s). On my own time I have seen that NDR had started talking to one of my creditors (by changing the phone# on my account to theirs). I wonder if they've reached out to me though. I get a lot of random #s calling me these days (which I can only assume are collectors), but I recall NDR telling me when they call, it comes through caller ID as a local phone number.

We realized the debt we had wasn't going to be accommodating to our realistic reasoning. However, after National Debt explained that we needed money into the usable account we did see our 1st big debt go away. We had tried by ourselves to get Discover Card break even and they said they wouldn't move. The 3 accounts that still haven't been done anything with, I really hope that the National Debt negotiators get done. I really don't think should be taking this long.

From the very first call, I felt as if the representative truly cared for what I was going through and wanted to help me. We started the initial paperwork with no promises but an assurance that NDR would do everything they could to help. The representative made two follow-up phone calls as well as an email not to talk about the program, but to say hello and see how I was doing. I can't say how much that impressed me!

I like the program, however it's very difficult to get them to work with you if your financial situation changes. My medical expenses more than tripled (from $300 to $1000 per month) and I have to call them every 6 months and practically beg them to keep my contribution at $250/2 wks. Initially, I told them all I could do was $500 a month, and that was fine. Then they started nickeling and dimeing me - an extra $50 for this agreement, and extra $20 for that one. Eventually I was up to over $700 a month. I make $800 every two weeks, so almost half of my income was going to this. Then the medical bills changed. It's a good program but they need to be more compassionate toward people's financial situations.

Everyone has been so helpful on the phone and I can definitely breathe a sigh of relief from my debt. I am still in the early stages of the process but I have faith that all will go well. I know the end is in sight and I just have to trust in the process.

My credit card bills were alarming so I looked into relief help. I saw National Debt Relief on the internet and I had perfect dealing with their team. However, they’re a little slower in paying off the bills. They said my credit would get worse before it gets better. But right now it's worst. They dropped some of my credit cards because it was all paid off by one of my daughters. And, they add up all my debt but if it’s below $500, they couldn’t give me the lump sum. Overall, it's just a long process and they're taking too long to settle.

I was looking for ways in which I can consolidate my debt and I found National Debt Relief online. I did some research about it and realized this might be a good company for me to call. The team was extremely informative. One of the things they said to me was that they would consolidate my credit for really low and I understood the concept clearly because they explained to me how they were going to go about helping me relieve my debt.

National Debt Relief was cut and dry as far as what was being told to me. There were some factors that the other companies could not explain to me directly, like costs, that I could not understand. We've been with NDR since February and setting up for their program was okay. We did that through phone calls, emails, and fax. NDR settled one account and they are working on some others. Some things do take a minute but I can understand. I looked through the statements and will call them to get a couple of questions answered. I want to make sure it is what they explained to me. Working with NDR has helped in not having the creditors calling my parents all the time. My parents are both sick and NDR has taken some weight off their shoulders to help them.

National Debt Relief sounded on TV like I could call them about taking care of some of the debt that I owed so I called them. The team worked with me and they did good. They’re really friendly with a good attitude. They understood where I was coming from and what I was trying to do. They were always courteous and they would answer any questions that I had. They would call every time one of the payers that I owed was ready to settle. They took care of that for me and they'd ask me if I was okay with what they wanted and they'd say that I had enough money in my account to cover that. That happened two or three times. As a matter of fact, right now, I only owe two companies. That’s the Home Depot and Target. Three of them have been taken care of.

National Debt Relief is getting me out of debt. I paid off three to five already while they are still working on the others, doing all the negotiating with the creditors. It’ll be another year before I get through the program. Everything’s positive so far. And I’ve been getting great customer help. They’re prompt and they’ve been calling me before they do any arrangements or agreements. I had no issues and they’ve been perfect up to this point.

Whenever I did an inquiry with an issue I had, National Debt Relief gave me a decent way of knowing if it's a ball in their court or my court but more or less, they took care of it. They were responsive and extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The program is still in process and still have around two and a half years to be done with them, but so far, everything seems to do well. Overall, it's been a relieving and wonderful experience with NDR.

We were with National Debt Relief program for 21 months, at which time they transferred us to Liberty Lending from whom they borrowed additional funds to speed the settling of accounts. All was good - until we received the new loan amount from Liberty with a 21% interest rate. When all is said and done I am not sure we have improved our circumstances - yes we had some immediate relief, but the total amount we will pay out is not less than when we started.

We were unsure about doing this, but National Debt Relief was so helpful and friendly. It relieved all of our fears. On top of that they more than kept their word and got great deals from our creditors. We couldn't be happier with what they achieved.

Kudos to NDR for stopping the creditors from calling me and for negotiating substantial reductions in the debts owed. However, NDR fell down on the job in securing final settlement "paid in full" commitments from the creditors, especially Capital One. It took WAY too long -- almost 18 months(!) -- to get a settlement agreement out of Capital One! Also, NDR needs to demand and extract letters from each creditor that they have accepted the settlement amount as "payment in full! Thanks.

I feel like there was little communication about progress on improvement. I emailed several times to my agent and didn't get much information in return. I feel like this was a waste of money and time trying to figure out if sending the credit reports in was helping. I would not recommend this agency.

There was never any problems with my creditors calling or harassing me for any payments. Everything was clear and I understood all terms and policies. Everything went smooth, payments were taken out of my account as promised. My creditors were paid and there was some funds that was left over that was reimbursed back to me. My consultant with starting the process has been extremely helpful with answering my questions, and he was willing to work with me with my small income that I receive. My only qualm is that it takes 120-180 days to start losing the debt but it's better than being in debt for 15 years! I can be debt free in 3 years!

I paid off a credit card and a small loan after my insurance payment dropped to a very low amount. They were always very helpful, I could never have done it without them.
