So far so good. We have followed Debt Relief's suggestions to the T, and we have not been harassed as of yet; just a few calls and emails. Dionne, who is our worker is great! She always answers all our questions, gets back to us promptly and, on top of it all, is amazingly kind, professional and empathetic. The only thing I would suggest is periodic updates, either by phone, text or email. So, we know how the process is progressing.

I choose NDR because of it's record with the Better Business Bureau and because it is not a debt consolidation plan. I am happy with the terms, length of payment plan and low cost. Everything is included in my monthly payment and I owe nothing at the end which gives me peace of mind and a budget I can live with.

I made this mess and turned to National Debt Relief to service my debt... I rang up this problem and fully intend to pay off this debt to the aforementioned creditors... With signing up with NDR it will take 4 years to conquer this mess that I made.

Customer service and promptness is so good they make you feel welcomed and not like you are a criminal or doing something wrong. They understand that you are trying to pay off your debts and not run from them or avoid them.

After I consolidated my loans with NDR my FICO score dropped from 640 to below 500. They only settle one account at a time, meanwhile the other accounts are ignored. With every payment you make some goes to the creditor. The rest goes to NDR high fees. I canceled this service after a few months and ended up paying mostly their fees. I DO NOT recommend this service for people with good/fair credit and with multiple debt accounts. It will ruin your credit and end up in court with your creditors. Deal with your creditors directly instead.

Do not keep in touch with customers. Called several times and get a runaround. Want you to settle on accounts and get no answers. Was told if not satisfied can take out the 2 bills you have not settled on. We are upset that nobody calls. You pay $200 to PNC and yet you take $1,341 out of our bank each month. Put that to our PNC payment.

Overall to date very good. Easy to respond to any communication. Initial Customer Service very helpful & informative. Continued service & set up of accounts completed as stated in introduction process. Accounts resolved as monies available with no stress to me. I liked that when I called to ask questions, staff was very friendly and professional and no long wait time to speak to someone. The only thing I did not like was at the start of the program, you all could not prevent from creditors calling me for the 1st 3 months. I wish there had been a way for you all to have intervened. After the 3 months it was great experience overall.

With National Debt Relief's help, I now can buy my medicine and some groceries as well as keep my home.

I called to see if they had received my opt out letter. They said yes. After talking a few minutes and my explaining that I had sent my opt out letter within three business days, he said he would opt me out of the program and explained the procedure to do so. I have not heard from them since that day. I took steps with my bank to make sure they could not take any money from my account. It is a little inconvenient at the moment but my account was protected.

I know we end up not paying our entire debt and NDR is there to mediate that, but when we need help it would be nice if we could somehow cut the debt in half and even less. We're already being penalized through our credit score, so I think our debt should be automatically cut in half or less to help us get back on track quicker.

Was able to take a stressful situation of trying to make all the monthly payments and turn it into a monthly payment that I can handle. Looking forward to being debt free. Some of the negotiated amounts have been better than expected. Hope to complete the program as soon as possible.

My interactions with their team have always been in my favor. They take charge and do what they say they’re going to do. They do the legwork on my behalf and with my welfare in mind. I just notify them and they take care of it. Plus, when there are emergency-type deals, they jump right on it which relieves me. I can sleep at night and they make my life better. They help me take care of my obligations, which is virtually impossible without them. With National Debt Relief, I know I’m in good hands and my only regret is that I didn’t hook up with them sooner.

I was paying $500 a month in minimum payments towards everything. Now I just have to pay $300. I really like how they don't call me all the time. They basically email me and they'll give me a number to call if I have any questions. They have called me maybe once and that was because I forgot to make a payment. Overall, the experience was fast, friendly, and effective.

I was looking into relief for credit cards and National Debt Relief has been good to me so far. I just pay them and they take care of my stuff. The only thing I feel that wasn't explained well was the fees. That kind of got lost in the process a little bit and they clarified it only on the website. But I've had a great experience. National Debt has definitely helped my stress decline. I have worked with other debt relief companies in the past and have never had the level of uncertainty that I have had with National Debt Relief. I wanted to feel "relief" once I got on the program (I had under 10k of debt) and instead I had two different credit card companies send people to my door to drop off court orders or whatever they are opening a lawsuit against me... which meant I had to drive to the given court house over 20 miles away and deal with all of the documentation and fees that go along with a lawsuit.

When I started this program I told your Rep that we could only afford no more than $250.00 a month. Then my husband had open heart surgery. Had major bills so I sent them to you all. Now my payment is 370.00. To me that's not helping at all. Makes my life worse.

I am a retired teacher. I'm being teaching for 37 years. I found National Debt Relief online at my job. I like what I read, do I Email the company. They called me baby and explain what was to take place and what was my responsibility. I like what I heard and signed on. Most of my experience had been good. Now I'm just waiting about what do I do next since I been with Debt Relief for two or three years.

We phoned to change our bank account information because my previous account had been breached. They emailed us a electronic form to sign, did that on the same day. The withdraw from my bank was not done in over a week since the account change. Then I receive an email saying that a settlement we reached earlier was now canceled because there was not enough funds in the account. That was not our fault, they told us that our signed forms were rejected but we never received any notice that the electronic forms were rejected. My experience with your company has not been a positive one unfortunately.

Things are working out for us so far and NDR seems to be making good progress on getting our debts settled. Customer service and the dissemination of information has been excellent. Thanks! We have had to experience some belt tightening but we are now learning to keep with in our budget!

National Debt Relief has been extremely helpful through this whole debt relief process. I had 5 creditors, and it took 2 years for me to be debt free. There is 2 programs on how to pay off your debt. One is to pay a lump sum of money and pay your debts off right away, and second is to make monthly payments for me $650 for 2 years to pay off my debts. The monthly payments went into a savings account National Debt Relief had set up for me, and when I had enough money in there. The National Debt negotiators would talk to the creditors one at a time and negotiate a settlement. I had to go to court for one of my creditors. National Debt Relief warned me there is a possibility of court through my creditors, and they helped me through the whole process. I didn't have to go to trial.

I want to know where my money is going to. This is ridiculous. This is fraud. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning. I want answers. I want my money. I want it now.

After coming into some incredibly difficult times we were in a situation with around $50,000 in unsecured debt (which we had been paying on consistently and we're up to date). When I have called the 2 times to get information on my account it seems like the customer service reps do not know what answer to give. It is like they are trying to get off the phone to get to the next person. Also I have signed everything via electronic and then they want a hard signature for some stuff and want you to fax it. I did that but now I have to wait 24-48 hours to see if they actual got the fax, just seems very lackadaisical. If I was to do this over I would not choose this company.

I was initially quoted to be in the program for 2 years. In actuality it was 5 years before I completed the program. Yes National Debt settled my debts but not at the percentage I was happy with, most were settled for just over 50% of original debt + late fees and penalties so it was incorrect to begin with. FYI, National Debt collects 20% of the final negotiated settlement. I thought it was a conflict of interest because while I had the right to refuse a settlement for a better deal. Eventually I was told that the attorneys couldn't do any better and suggested that creditor be taken out of the program. That totally defeated the purpose of going with National Debt if they were willing to throw a credo to out of the program.

When getting set up with National Debt Relief, it was easy and the service was great. I felt like I was being helped. Since getting set up, I'm not sure I've been contacted and had someone check in with me since after the initial welcome call(s). On my own time I have seen that NDR had started talking to one of my creditors (by changing the phone# on my account to theirs). I wonder if they've reached out to me though. I get a lot of random #s calling me these days (which I can only assume are collectors), but I recall NDR telling me when they call, it comes through caller ID as a local phone number.

We realized the debt we had wasn't going to be accommodating to our realistic reasoning. However, after National Debt explained that we needed money into the usable account we did see our 1st big debt go away. We had tried by ourselves to get Discover Card break even and they said they wouldn't move. The 3 accounts that still haven't been done anything with, I really hope that the National Debt negotiators get done. I really don't think should be taking this long.

We started the initial paperwork with no promises but an assurance that NDR would do everything they could to help. The representative made two follow-up phone calls as well as an email not to talk about the program, but to say hello and see how I was doing. I can't say how much that impressed me!

I like the program, however it's very difficult to get them to work with you if your financial situation changes. My medical expenses more than tripled (from $300 to $1000 per month) and I have to call them every 6 months and practically beg them to keep my contribution at $250/2 wks. Initially, I told them all I could do was $500 a month, and that was fine. Then they started nickeling and dimeing me - an extra $50 for this agreement, and extra $20 for that one. Eventually I was up to over $700 a month. I make $800 every two weeks, so almost half of my income was going to this. Then the medical bills changed. It's a good program but they need to be more compassionate toward people's financial situations.

Everyone has been so helpful on the phone and I can definitely breathe a sigh of relief from my debt. I am still in the early stages of the process but I have faith that all will go well. I know the end is in sight and I just have to trust in the process.
