The person who helped me get started made the whole process seem quite simple. There was a lot to think about and she was very patient and made sure I understood each step. When it was time to review the paperwork, she went over each section explaining what I needed to know.

I Truly had an Outstanding Experience with NDR. I recently had to quit my job to take care of my mother. This left me without income to help her with bills. We were living off credit cards and drowning quickly. I finally contacted NDR and I'm so happy I did. We were connected with an Amazing Counselor name Joseph **. Joseph was our Angel that day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient with my mother. He pulled her credit report and explained to her that by only making the minimum payments on 13 credit cards, it would take 70 years to pay off. He told her in the program her debt could be paid off in 4 years.

The representative that assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and give me peace of mind that I was choosing the right organization for my needs. She did not use any jargon or acronyms, just plain English. I have great support during enrollment and on the final enrollment call. This was easy and all staff were very knowledgeable. I researched this program before I enrolled in it and it was the number 1 program in the country and now I see why. Customer service is top notch with this staff.

Settlements take some time but results are satisfactory. Some settlements are reduced in half which is great savings. I would recommend this company. It’s a smooth efficient process. Though it takes time by time settlements are arrived you will have stored money in your account to start payments immediately. So far results seem to be consistent with presented goals and expectations.

National Debt Relief is an excellent debt settlement company if you are unable to pay creditors. The customer Service success members are very knowledgeable, professional and patient when explaining the program. The only problem I had with the company was the length time it takes to get a settlement.

They seemed rushed and unwilling to spend adequate time on the forms. I would recommend National Debt Relief but I would also would caution people to expect the explanation of the forms to be rushed and they may have to ask to slow down.
