I have been stood bad financing condition since July 2007 because economic crisis. Increase credit card debt and I've been only paid minimum amount. I didn't know about Debt Relief Program. Someone told me about this program and I started. Thank you.

Although they negotiated less debt owed, I accumulated several penalties in late fees because it took approximately 9 months to complete the negotiations with creditors. I feel that my credit suffered much more with the delay. I've use a different company in the past and should have used them again. The process was quicker and caused less damage to my credit.

During the initial setup dialog over the phone, each debt was examined, and as the representative worked through them, I was kept informed. The final monetary plan was presented in a thorough manner, and if available, options were also described to me. Not surprisingly, the first few phone conversations were lengthy, but they left me with a sense of confidence, and that NDR was a professional in its service area.

Worried about giving them more money when they've lost a settlement without letting me ahead of time! Poor communication. If you email them and ask for an email back, expect them to call you while you're at work. It's called email!!! Catch up!!! They refuse to work things until you have a large amount of money with them. They refuse to do any work until you pay into them. It's scary!

First time I joined on June they told me, they can help me to Settle my debt about 50 to 60% down from what I owe. I could not believe. Within 3 months they help me Settle 2 of my credit card. The balance go down up to 60%. Thank you very much for your help and I definitely recommend to anyone.

My experience with NDR was very positive and productive. I feel very at ease in letting NDR handle my affairs in this matter. The representative was professional and thoughtful, and patience. I did not feel pressured at any point during our phone meeting. He made the process very smooth and easy.

I was at my wit's end when I heard a commercial on the radio about National Debt Relief. I am not one who believes in bankruptcy because I feel it's the same as stealing. I was skeptical but I called them anyway just to see what they had to say. They were extremely friendly and reassuring and helpful and understanding. They were non-judgemental and made me feel comfortable with the process. Since the amount that is settled upon is paid in payments that I can afford and knowing that at the end of the year the amount that was not paid to each debtor was considered capital gain and I had to pay taxes on I felt that I had honored the amount that I had charged on credit cards. When it was over I felt good about the process and that I did not have to file bankruptcy and ruin my credit completely. I am thankful for programs like this and those people who work there to help people like me it has taught me a lesson to never overextend myself again.

This debt relief program ruined my credit. I would have been better off making payment arrangements directly with my creditors. Now, I have so many derogatory marks on my credit I can't get any line of credit. They do not tell you any of this when you start their program and say that they guarantee your credit will be better than when you started. Another lie. Do not use this program. Get help from friends or family to figure out a plan and contact your creditors and come up with a way to pay them back slowly but surely, otherwise your credit will be ruined for 7 years.

Would refer to a friend. Very helpful and understanding. Easy process and now I can breathe financially. I was about to file Chapter 7 when I received the info in the mail... Now I will be able to pay back my debtor with completely ruining my credit...

Every time I call everyone is extremely helpful, the issue I have with calling from my cell or my landline is very static and even on speaker I cant get a clear connection or control the volume. I have tried to call from home and work. The questions or issues we are discussing are very important and I really need to make sure I am hearing you and you are hearing me.

I still have two accounts that were settled that are on my Credit with Barksdale Federal Credit Union. After numerous attempts to have this taken care of it remains to this day on my credit. The other accounts were handled well with no problems. These accounts still haunt my credit.

They were very good at keeping me informed about how to get things rolling regarding my accounts. Set things up quickly and have heard from one of my accounts they were contacted and this is all within a month of starting. So far so good.

I completed my session with NDR. It takes patience, and if you stick with it, it does pay off. Your credit will really get low during the time of the session but it does get better. Now I am on my way to a better credit score and better habits compared to what my habits were before. The people I dealt with were very helpful and always were there when I had a question or concern. They kept in constant contact to ensure everything was still good with me. I would recommend this to someone facing debt. Very helpful but would like to have more contact. Only spoke to someone when set up the program and have not heard from anyone since. It would be nice to get an occasional update to make it feel like I'm not making a bad decision due to the fact I do not know what is going on.

Entering into the program gave me so much relief. My consultant Joe ** was excellent. However I've been in the program for three months and I have had very little interaction with anyone. I am always the individual making the phone call while I still have debt collectors calling and feel like I have no guidance within the situation. Great experience, pretty simple to get started. Customer service reps are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Our credit is now considered good instead of fair. Would highly recommend, it's a good feeling knowing those balances aren't hanging over our heads anymore!

We had financial circumstances that were not being resolved. National Debt Relief was highly effective and has helped us reduce our debt tremendously. Their reps were very positive, informative and professional. They assisted us with all of our needs.

Overall I am grateful that my credit is improving. The payments are high. If I had taken the money I pay them each month and dedicated to one bill at a time then my bills would all be paid off with the exception of one. Sometimes the amount I pay them causes a hardship. They can be hard to work with because when you call you get bounced from one person to the next and get put on hold a lot. When you do get someone finally they are very helpful, courteous, and respectful.

Even though I have 2 debt collectors still calling, I can say my experience is overall good. My current will be paid off in 3 months. I kept getting messages from collection agencies and I was not sure if I should return their calls. I already sent the letter requesting to close my accounts and given NDR's contact info. NDR Rep was very patient and reassured me.

I am still waiting for some sort of results but they are good at keeping me up to date with the progress of things. The website could use some work though because whenever I get a call with an update they tell me I should be able view the alert online and I can't.

I would like to recommend this to my friends. Overall good job. We were able to finish quick. After I'm done I was able to apply 2 credit cards. :) If anyone would like to apply I recommend you do it.

I was very very skeptical at first to go with a debt consolidation company just because most of them do not work in a customer's favor. However with National Debt Relief I was not only debt free in a short period of time but working with them was super easy. I'm completely debt free now and I'm glad I gave them a chance and yes I will recommend them to a friend.

When I signed up I was told I would be given credit card repair services at the end when I completed the program. Well, I completed the program and they said the credit repair was no longer offered. Secondly, I had to fight to get settlement letters from this company. They often would not send it so I would have to call back multiple times. Service was OK.

I haven't got any bills. They took care of them which is so great. I can't wait until they start getting rid of them. It's gonna be very interesting on how they do it and how much money they're gonna save me.

Everything was perfect with the initial setup and introductions... I just wish I had more communication from NDR on when exactly creditors would be contacted by NDR to let them know I filed. This way the creditors know why I'm missing the payments.

When I called National Debt Relief, the person that took my call was very pleasant, nonjudgemental, and explained everything very detailed. I have only made two deposits and none of my debt has settled yet, which I was told it could be a few months, therefore I cannot give 5 stars yet because I haven't seen any changes yet.

At this time I have not been with this company long enough to see how it is going to work for me, but the initial stages were nice and a pleasant experience. I am not very happy in the way we have to wait until we have made some money in our account for you to start negotiating with my creditors.

Do not sign up with this company if you want very bad credit for at least 2 years. It takes so long for them to reach agreements with your creditors and they don't care how it affects your credit score. My credit is so low I can't get an apartment. Plus they add on a chunk of money for themselves onto your bill. I would look into a credit relief company that improves your score or just negotiate with the companies yourself and save money.

My divorce and the economic downturn in 2008-2009 left me deep in debt. NDR saved me years of struggle. They were easy to work with and there when I had questions. I never wanted to be in that situation, but it was a blessing to receive this help. I should have called sooner.

At first I thought this would be great. Every month a small payment was auto debited out of my account and accounts were being taken care of. In the meantime I was told to stop all contact and payments to my creditors. The calls came and finally stopped. Then the letters came and subpoenas started being issued. I had to appear in court with nothing. I then had to settle and pay the court while still paying NDR. I am debt free now but my credit is horrible and I have a record with the courts. I would not recommend this program.

It's only been a month. Nothing really has been done. My only concern is the high percentage of fees due when paying off a debt. I personally think it's a little too high. I am a full-time working middle class citizen currently looking for second job. Just to pay off my debt. Why should I have to pay extra plus extra on top of that in order for help. We are so appreciative of how informative and helpful this company has been. We are Senior Citizens who have always taken care of our own debt. In the late 2000's we lost our investments that were to carry us through until we passed away. After several surgeries and illness issues we found ourselves in a financial "pickle". I'm fairly new using National Debt Relief and so far not bad. The thing that doesn't sit easy with me is they don't reach out to you with updates. You have to contact them. I would recommend that a simple email once a week should be sent to customers on the status of their account.

I find the experience frustrating dealing with repeated requests and concerns. I've called, they've called, always requesting more money in account. I'm 50% ok with what they've done. I don't like that they allow accounts to go to collection/court before actually dealing with the credit people.

I've been with them for about 2 months. And they just now got one of my creditors to agree. They do not help when creditors are harassing you. Guess we will see in another month what happens. Hopefully they get my accounts started. I'm tired of stalling and having to deal with the creditors.

I would not recommend them to family or friends mainly because they did not keep in touch with me about my account. I never knew which creditors they had contacted or had not contacted. I also felt that they should have tried to pay off the smallest creditors first and then work their way up to the largest amount instead of going in the opposite direction.

NDR was happy to help me and their representative was pleasant and professional. I got my documents fast and signed online! The problem for me was when I started with them none of my debts were behind. Most corporations won't talk to them within the first 90 days. So, I've received a numerous number of calls that have me stressed to the max! My point, ask good questions and make sure you understand the response. I kept emailing the first person I spoke and she was not able to assist me once!

I haven't had any communication on how progress is going in regards to minimizing my debt or whether or not y'all have even communicated with my credit cards. The credit collectors are calling nonstop even after blocking their numbers and providing your number and info.

I’m on a fixed income and I was in debt with the loans and the credit cards. I thought that I would be able to pay a little here, pay a little there at the time when I wanted until I got caught up and it got over my head, and it became more than I can pay. I thought about bankruptcy but I heard people talking about relief help. It would take just as long for the bankruptcy as it would to pay this debt off so I decided to go this way even though this is three years. I decided to work with National Debt Relief because I wanted to get this mess over with however I don’t understand why I’m paying 280 something dollars a month when it was $228 and they want another $50. I have two bills left and NDR is only paying one, and they’re receiving a hundred something dollars a month for themselves. That’s almost $1200 and $500 a year for one bill that I could’ve paid myself. Other than that, they’re sufficient and doing a good job.

I was in financial trouble and National Debt Relief has settled some debts for me. And I'm hoping they're going to settle the big one, which is up right now. I’ve called them many times about various things and they were courteous and able to answer all of my questions. It's been a productive, satisfying and very positive experience so far.

I've had seven back surgeries so my medical bills are out of this world and we got way far behind on everything. I figured to try and do something about it instead of ignoring it and we chose National Debt Relief. Their reps have been great. If I sent an email, I usually get a response within 24 hours. It could be just a question and they answer it. But the only thing I don't understand is that I get a recording and it says to push 2 to get an update on my account. And then I press 2 and it wants my 15 digit code and I'm not sure what that means. Otherwise, I've had wonderful service. They even helped me out when I was in a jam. They let me pay $100 for two months and we're tacking it on the back. Also, it has helped relieve some of those dreaded phone calls. They gave us a script and when debt collectors call, we have something to say to them versus ignoring them.
