I wish the company would contact the ones they are taking over to let them know personally. I did as they asked with the phone, email and address and they still constantly call me. I will have to call them all myself.

So far everything has been great. Anytime I have a question a representative from the company responds quickly and with detailed information. All things considered it has been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to others who are in the same position.

They have many resources to pull from to review your account. I just need to be reminded to go to my account. I wish they would call AND leave a message if there was something important. I feel like many times there are pressing issues but you are only to view your account and I'm so busy I fail to view my account.

So far my experience with National Debt Relief has been a good one. I have only been the program for a few months. I am hoping and I am working toward resolving this issue as soon as possible and having to be in the program for 4 years.

My experience so far has been very good. The young man that I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable of his work. He made me feel better about my hardship and he was very confident that we were on the track to solve my problems. It will be a long haul and I appreciate the time he took to explain the process to me.

My creditors jumped over National Debt Relief and my first two small claims lawsuits were the same week as my second deposit. Obviously I didn't have any funds to negotiate. What was a hot mess when I started is now a full blown disaster.

I don't have enough experience with NDR at this time to offer a review. The one opinion I have is I thought they could have notified my debtors sooner. I only am dealing with 4 debtors. How far behind do I have to get before you start negotiating with my debtors?

Do not sign up with this company if you want very bad credit for at least 2 years. It takes so long for them to reach agreements with your creditors and they don't care how it affects your credit score. My credit is so low I can't get an apartment. Plus they add on a chunk of money for themselves onto your bill. I would look into a credit relief company that improves your score or just negotiate with the companies yourself and save money.

Your customer service agents were great to speak to. Gary was considerate and caring. Would highly recommend your company to someone who needs help with debt. Payment plan was affordable and I am looking forward to being debt free sooner than I expected.

My divorce and the economic downturn in 2008-2009 left me deep in debt. NDR saved me years of struggle. They were easy to work with and there when I had questions. I never wanted to be in that situation, but it was a blessing to receive this help. I should have called sooner.

At first I thought this would be great. Every month a small payment was auto debited out of my account and accounts were being taken care of. In the meantime I was told to stop all contact and payments to my creditors. The calls came and finally stopped. Then the letters came and subpoenas started being issued. I had to appear in court with nothing. I then had to settle and pay the court while still paying NDR. I am debt free now but my credit is horrible and I have a record with the courts. I would not recommend this program.

Excellent customer service and detailed information. Highly recommend this organization. Very helpful and understanding of all my needs and concerns. The log on site is very easy to understand and negotiate through. I would highly recommend this site to anyone in need debt resolution.

When I called National Debt Relief they were able to give me a full overview of what they could do the same day. It's only been a month. Nothing really has been done. My only concern is the high percentage of fees due when paying off a debt. I personally think it's a little too high. I am a full-time working middle class citizen currently looking for second job. Just to pay off my debt. Why should I have to pay extra plus extra on top of that in order for help. Help shouldn't cost so much. I'm trying to do the right thing by settle my debt.

The customer service is second to none. Everything was explained very, very carefully and clearly, and utmost care was taken to avoid judgment of myself or my financial situation throughout the whole process. Additionally, I have some medical issues that I mentioned, and the debt counselor (Daniel **) was incredibly kind and sensitive about them. We are so appreciative of how informative and helpful this company has been. We are Senior Citizens who have always taken care of our own debt. In the late 2000's we lost our investments that were to carry us through until we passed away. After several surgeries and illness issues we found ourselves in a financial "pickle". I'm fairly new using National Debt Relief and so far not bad. The thing that doesn't sit easy with me is they don't reach out to you with updates. You have to contact them. I would recommend that a simple email once a week should be sent to customers on the status of their account.

I find the experience frustrating dealing with repeated requests and concerns. I've called, they've called, always requesting more money in account. I'm 50% ok with what they've done. I don't like that they allow accounts to go to collection/court before actually dealing with the credit people.

I've been with them for about 2 months. And they just now got one of my creditors to agree. They do not help when creditors are harassing you. Guess we will see in another month what happens. Hopefully they get my accounts started. I'm tired of stalling and having to deal with the creditors.

I would not recommend them to family or friends mainly because they did not keep in touch with me about my account. I never knew which creditors they had contacted or had not contacted. I also felt that they should have tried to pay off the smallest creditors first and then work their way up to the largest amount instead of going in the opposite direction.

NDR was happy to help me and their representative was pleasant and professional. I got my documents fast and signed online! The problem for me was when I started with them none of my debts were behind. Most corporations won't talk to them within the first 90 days. So, I've received a numerous number of calls that have me stressed to the max! My point, ask good questions and make sure you understand the response. I kept emailing the first person I spoke and she was not able to assist me once!

I haven't had any communication on how progress is going in regards to minimizing my debt or whether or not y'all have even communicated with my credit cards. The credit collectors are calling nonstop even after blocking their numbers and providing your number and info.

It would take more money than what I was putting in unless I gave extra. They tried not to squeeze everything out of my account. If people are stressed or overwhelmed with bills or they don't have extra to try to keep the bills at a minimum payment, they should go ahead and explore the good things that this company will give them. National Debt Relief has been fine. I have zero problems with them. They were courteous and were able to answer my questions. I don't have to deal with creditors so it’s been a positive effect. My overall experience with NDR has been relatively painless.

I’m on a fixed income and I was in debt with the loans and the credit cards. I thought that I would be able to pay a little here, pay a little there at the time when I wanted until I got caught up and it got over my head, and it became more than I can pay. I thought about bankruptcy but I heard people talking about relief help. It would take just as long for the bankruptcy as it would to pay this debt off so I decided to go this way even though this is three years. I decided to work with National Debt Relief because I wanted to get this mess over with however I don’t understand why I’m paying 280 something dollars a month when it was $228 and they want another $50. I have two bills left and NDR is only paying one, and they’re receiving a hundred something dollars a month for themselves. That’s almost $1200 and $500 a year for one bill that I could’ve paid myself. Other than that, they’re sufficient and doing a good job.

I got divorced and everything was in my name. I was paying $1,000 a month on credit card debt but it wasn't going anywhere and I knew that I've got to do something different so I went for relief help. I was in financial trouble and National Debt Relief has settled some debts for me. And I'm hoping they're going to settle the big one, which is up right now. I’ve called them many times about various things and they were courteous and able to answer all of my questions. It's been a productive, satisfying and very positive experience so far.

A relief help is a better alternative than bankruptcy. I put information on National Debt Relief's website and I called them. They were very responsive and answered all my questions right then. I reached out to some competitive companies and NDR was head and shoulders above everybody else in their professionalism and their response in taking the time to meet with me. I got messages about National Debt Relief and I reviewed them a bit by reading the information that was online. I went with them and their reps were very helpful. So far, everything is good and I have no complaints.

I've had seven back surgeries so my medical bills are out of this world and we got way far behind on everything. I figured to try and do something about it instead of ignoring it and we chose National Debt Relief. Their reps have been great. If I sent an email, I usually get a response within 24 hours. It could be just a question and they answer it. But the only thing I don't understand is that I get a recording and it says to push 2 to get an update on my account. And then I press 2 and it wants my 15 digit code and I'm not sure what that means. Otherwise, I've had wonderful service. They even helped me out when I was in a jam. They let me pay $100 for two months and we're tacking it on the back. Also, it has helped relieve some of those dreaded phone calls. They gave us a script and when debt collectors call, we have something to say to them versus ignoring them.

I was falling out in debt, just got through a divorce and I wasn’t making near as much money as I did the year before. I was struggling. The NDR reps were friendly and very straight in talking with me. They answered all of the questions I needed and they helped me out a lot. My credit has already gone out a lot since I’ve been with them. It’s a good experience. If I ever need them again, I’d be sure to call them.

I had a lot of debt and didn’t really have a whole lot of options, so I looked into debt relief help. I heard about National Debt Relief by word of mouth and I've had nothing but a good experience with them. The initial call took about 20 minutes. They basically let me make a monthly payment and they asked if I could afford that. My budget was tight but they didn’t pressure me into anything. Working with them was a lot easier than I thought. While I still have a couple of other accounts that need to be settled, they were able to settle my first account within a couple of months, then it took them another six months to settle another account.

As a client of National Debt Relief since May 2017 I have become less stressed knowing that I am in good hands with NDR. I was extremely stressed out about my reoccurring debt. I knew there was no way out of my situation if I tried to handle it by myself. I needed help. I contacted NDR and was immediately put at ease. Their customer service reps are professional and spoke to me in a reassuring manner. My mind was comforted in the fact that there was help out there and I have great hopes that NDR will be able to settle my debt.

Deciding to rely on a company to settle your debts on your behalf is always a scary thing, these guys were extremely knowledgable and comforting throughout the process. I'm still scared but I believe I'm in good hands so I decided to take the leap of faith. 2-3 years from now I expect to be in a much better position financially. I didn't realize that National was going to just pay off one creditor at a time. I thought a little bit would be paid to each one every month. Since the other accounts were just sitting unpaid for many months, it has made my credit look very bad. I'm 70 yrs old and in a low-income bracket so I'm trying to qualify for low-income housing, but the months that creditors have been waiting for payment have made it hard for me to qualify. I have talked to representatives multiple times about this and although they were nice, they said nothing could be done. Perhaps I should have worked with a different kind of debt payment service, I'd like to see the negotiations settle more quickly so they don't keep calling.

Thank you to the kind woman who helped welcome me to the program. She was thorough, natural, and personable. The only suggestion I have is that she pause a little bit between each read sentence. It got a little confusing listening on the phone, and at times, I found myself a little confused by what she said. The only problems I had was they never advised me that 1- they don't pay off my credit cards all at once & it takes the entire 3 years to settle my debt with the creditors. 2 - Because of the length of time they take to settle my debt, my credit score plummeted over 300 points to a poor credit score which takes years to bring it back up. Therefore it has been very hard to acquire a new car lease which I do every 3 years and get anywhere where your credit score is required.

The overall experience was quite stressful. While the staff at the end of the process was very friendly and helpful, the initial "salesperson" was very pushy and not professional at all. He asked very personal questions that did not need to be asked and called at least 7-10 times a day.
