It was a very helpful and pleasing experience. They are very nice and explain every detail very clear. I also have been please with how fast they are moving with my process. I never have any complaint and they are also on top of everything that needs to be done for my process.

Everything seems to move along quickly, rep had my best interest in mind from the sounds of things, looking forward to getting resolution. When things hit the skids this company was where everyone pointed me to. Everyone has so far been very friendly and the company is very forthcoming.

So far very easy to work with. Explained in detail what they could and could not accomplish and what it would take to complete their program. Knowledgeable, understanding, don't make you feel worse because of your issues. As I am new to the program "Time will tell."

Called NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF in May. They were able to resolve 1 out of 3 of my current credit card debt in September that same year!! Excellent customer service experience. If I had a question a representative was able to answer plus put my mind at ease.

So far so good with my debt consolidation. The people are very nice and give me the information when I call. They email me and update me when my debt is paid or they settled an agreement with the Credit Card Companies. I just had to pay the Court $65.00. I'm still waiting for to be deposited into my bank account as I had to pay for my answer to summons from Sears which I pay you guys each monthly $12.00 for the Lawyers. So I'm still waiting on this. So far everyone that I have come into contact with has been nice, however it just really seems that they are in a hurry and just read from a script. It's not really personable so that leaves me a little uneasy with my trust in the system. So far I just feel a little in a whirlwind, I don't know that I am getting everything together that is needed. My overall faith in this program has started off Rocky. I was under the impression that settlement offer would start after first deposit. It didn't. And I thought it would be smooth negotiation process. It wasn't. Most of the clerks are pleasant but I had a call escalated to supervisor (I didn't request either). Mrs. ** was dry and mad. It seem like I was being unreasonable. But in the end what I was asking for was done. So the three stars is simply for the Rocky start. I am hoping it will be better throughout the remainder of the process.

I had a problem with one of my aggressive creditors and National Debt Relief resolved it fast and accurate and was very helpful in assuring me that they could help me without courts or trouble and they did and I was very satisfied the way they handled it.

After hearing much about this program, I am disappointed by some of the things that have transpired during our participation in the program. Like pressuring us to take out a 21% interest loan to "help us settle" our accounts faster. We went with this program to try to get out from under 21% credit cards. Also we needed to move our payment date by 15 days because of my husband's disability and of course our payment went up $15/month. And with our last offer of settlement they wanted us to pay an ADDITIONAL $383/month on top of a $415/month payment. So originally our program was supposed to be for 22 months and now we are up to 30 months? :(

National Debt Relief is helping me tremendously with my loans. They're very knowledgeable. If I have a problem, they work with me. So, that's very, very good. I had a few loans that they have taken care of. And I think there's one that's coming to closure but I have to get back to them as soon as I get myself together because I've been very sick.

We're still paying on all our debts and trying to take care of that so it seems like we're still very much in the same situation we were before but so far, it's been very good working with National. I could never catch up with my debts so I looked into relief help and went with NDR. A lady called me and she was very helpful and sincere on the phone. I get an alert if something closes and if they have any questions, they call me. Also, all of my questions have always been answered. Everything is being taken care of and it’s made my life less stressful. It’s been a pretty pleasant experience so far.

I was getting overwhelmed with all my debts. I had allowed my head to overload my health and I had led my family members get me all in bad debt. I don't know which way to go with it and I don't know whether to file for bankruptcy or debt relief. I checked a couple of websites. Then I checked the ratings and National Debt Relief came out the better one at that time.

I had about ten debts that had really made my credit report horrific. This was something that was impacting my life and it became overwhelming. I was trying to look for more reputable debt companies that I can trust. I came across NDR and looked at what other people said about them. Their fees are high and it was almost 25%. And it’s off of the actual initial balance and not on what's settled. But it took away all the headache. They’re literally on top of things. They call me and they’re letting me know when they are making a settlement, if I want to settle for that or if I say no to it. They have a legal team that would negotiate for me things that I would have no time to do. So if I have to pay for that, then it’s worth it for me.

Things were getting out of control and I needed to fix the problem. National Debt Relief takes the pressure off of me and I'm getting things that I control. The reps are also very helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience, very simple and easy.

I talked to a friend who said that National Debt Relief was good and would help me a lot. He told me that they would give better options instead of paying all that money every month. I called them up and they were very professional. They gave me the spiel and told me to put something in an account then they would try to get a better deal and work on my debts on my behalf. I like what they said and I went for it.

National Debt Relief has been great and they've helped me. Everything is working out and I have no issues as of now. I also trust them and their representatives were knowledgeable. When I talked to Allan, my representative, he was very nice and gave me confidence that I can relieve my debts through them. At least to set everything up and continue to move forward in my life. National Debt Relief stopped the collection calls and they were able to settle six out of the 16 debts that we had at a much lower rate. And they did all the paperwork so the collectors can't come back at us later. I've heard that even though you settle, some people try to come back at you again. Also, NDR was helpful every time and they let me know when they were getting ready to settle a debt and they called to get permission. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We wanted to try to get out of debt because we were drowning in it and NDR lowered our stress levels significantly since we didn't have to get calls every day from collectors. I would recommend them.

I didn't want bankruptcy so I looked into relief help. My interactions with National Debt Relief have been good for the most part. I got irritated a couple of times but it still worked out in the end. The most recent problem is that they kept transferring me back and forth. They transferred me to one department and then they would say that I’m in the wrong area so I'm transferred back. The representative did it three or four times in a row. I said, "Wait. Hold on. Before you transfer me, let me tell you what's going on because you're just switching me back between two different departments." But they've always been courteous and eventually they were able to answer my questions. National Debt Relief definitely lowered my stress level and took a lot off my plate. They met my expectations and I would recommend them.

Am too new to write accurate review. From what have experienced so far, dont feel I've been helped enough. Debtors still contact me and send statements to me even with signed cease communications paperwork. Also feel negotiations should start from the first deposit. Not after the balance has accumulated to a certain point. Like stated before, too new to program to write accurate review. Maybe in 6 months things will improve.

This debt relief program ruined my credit. I would have been better off making payment arrangements directly with my creditors. Now, I have so many derogatory marks on my credit I can't get any line of credit. They do not tell you any of this when you start their program and say that they guarantee your credit will be better than when you started. Another lie. Do not use this program. Get help from friends or family to figure out a plan and contact your creditors and come up with a way to pay them back slowly but surely, otherwise your credit will be ruined for 7 years.

Every time I call everyone is extremely helpful, the issue I have with calling from my cell or my landline is very static and even on speaker I cant get a clear connection or control the volume. I have tried to call from home and work. The questions or issues we are discussing are very important and I really need to make sure I am hearing you and you are hearing me.
