Very easy and painless. This will help my retirement to be easier and less stressful. Thank you again for a way out of sleepless nights and worry about my financial well being. With help from NDR I feel like I have finally taken control of my debt and financial future.

This organization is one I would highly recommend. The representatives were sensitive to the nature of the issues going on, and were more than willing to reach an agreed budget that works for me. They were also expedient with all necessary paperwork.

So far everything is good. The communication in updating me on my account status is great. I've only been needing to contact customer service once. And the agent was able to explain everything. The agent was very clear in helping me understand the process.

I was a little skeptical in the beginning because it seemed to take a while for anything to happen (but then again, I was not yet behind on payments when I started). As of today, I've have two settlements - both for less than 50% less of the balance owed. I could never have negotiated that myself. NDR has given me peace of mind when my only other option would have been bankruptcy.

Steven ** and Allen (Welcome Team) were very well informed and encouraging. Appreciated their help and willingness to help me achieve my goal of debt freedom. The explanations of the program were thorough and concise. Steven arranged a bi-monthly payment that worked with my budget.

Very easy process. Nice people. Explained the program so you understand it and not talking over your head. Program seems to be easy to follow and resolve debt that would have taken forever in just a few years. This takes a lot of stress off and makes life a little easier.

As of today we are very pleased with National Debt Relief and their efforts to help pay down our debt. The only complaint that I have is the fact that they want additional funds every time they call. We do not have additional funds so I am not sure what that does. I would give them a four out of five.

So far so good. Pleasant and explained in detail. Paul and the welcome center both get the maximum stars at this time. They made the process easy and explained in detail the benefits and any potential pitfalls that may arise. I am nervous as most are but at least all is good at this point.

I had a very good experience working with National Debt Relief to settle my debts. Every customer service agent I encountered was professional, helpful, and, above all, non-judgmental of my situation. They responded with empathy and compassion, and that really helped make this process easier to deal with mentally. They were able to help me settle my debts for less than was owed, and offered a program to help me settle with creditors faster through a loan, which I will pay back at around the same amount as my original monthly payments to settle my debts with no penalty for early payment. The advantage here is that now my accounts will no longer show as delinquent and I am able to start rebuilding my credit sooner. I would definitely recommend working with them.

National Debt Relief has been so good so far. I was overextending myself and I was looking at different options at that time. From what I’ve heard over the radio and what I saw at a couple of places online, NDR appealed to me as my best bet. They had the most ads out there and Better Business Bureau ratings, and they seemed more reputable. When I first contacted them, I spoke to one of their representatives and went through my current issues. Once I authorized them to do the check on my credit, everything went through there and listed what I had on my credit.

I was overwhelmed with so many debts. I talked with Bill, a rep of National Debt Relief, and he was nice and professional. He explained everything in detail and I signed up with NDR two months after I talked with him. I've been with NDR for six months and I'm still in the beginning process. But everything has been working out and, so far, it has been good with NDR. They've been professional, motivated, kind, and eager to help.

National Debt Relief was very, very helpful in my case. I started with them September last year. I wanted to be out of my debts, so I'll be more comfortable going to school and nothing is going to bother me. The team treated me good and I had an excellent experience.

My fiancée lost her job at one point and we lived together. I wasn't making as much money at that time so, we’re getting a hard time to cover her bills plus mine. I feel great about the fact that National Debt Relief is able to help me do what I needed to do and to get rid of the debt that I had. I was feeling hopeless for a minute. It seemed like it was going to be a slow process, but it has really been moving in a good direction so I'm really excited. The people who have helped me get through this process have been most professional, courteous and prompt to respond. They explained everything clearly. When I started the process I was not sure what to expect, but I could not have had a more positive experience.

I had too much credit card debt and needed help to get it under control. Plus, medical expenses were coming up and it's so much of a mess. The gentleman who worked with me and the customer service people who called and had a settlement were really good. I heard that National Debt Relief is a good company and my friend gave me their phone number. The team at National Debt Relief is friendly and they make sure I understand. But my problem with them is they keep calling me every time they make a deal for every credit, even though I pay the monthly credit of $312. It is causing more stress and headache. But other than that, my experience with them has usually been good and I trust them not to lie. I would give National’s phone number to any friend that would ask.

Both representatives that I worked with were nothing but courteous, compassionate, and polite. The provided excellent customer service and were totally present in our conversations making me feel heard and not judged. The company has so far done everything they said they would. They negotiated with my creditors and even provided me with an attorney when I got a summons from a creditor and settled the account out of court. I am pleased with the service I have received.

Things seem to move slowly in the beginning. Hope the solutions come a little faster as the program goes on. The customer service has been good and the response to answer my questions has been good. When I would send documents to debt solutions they were very timely in verifying.

I was in a lot of debt and I looked up National Debt Relief online. I was trying to do a debt settlement program, but consolidation ended up being better. NDR's customer service is great. They're always on top of all my files and whenever they get an offer, I'm always the first person they call right away. They also send an email so they are trying hard to get in contact with me so they can get me the best possible deal. My program was supposed to be for three years, but I finished it in a year and a half because they were getting me the deals and all I had to do was put a little extra money to help everything move a lot more quickly. They're a great company to work with and I would recommend them to other people.

Everything was fine until September 10th, 2017 when Florida was struck by hurricane Irma. My home lost all power for several days. Our post offices were closed for a week. When I regained power I found numerous emails from National Debt Relief telling me that my account was in danger of being terminated, that I had missed payments, which I had not, and finally that my account had been terminated. I phoned customer service and got nowhere. They didn't know what I was talking about, and said so. None of them believed me. I think this whole thing is a scam and is crooked.

I am glad how fast they are working to resolve my debt. They are always a phone call away to answer my questions, everything is so clear. Everything is good with National Debt Relief. I was going through a lot of stress and didn’t have money to pay my stuff. I wanted something to consolidate my debt and National Debt Relief helped me. I looked at the top 10 debt relief companies and their reviews. National Debt Relief had good reviews so I went with them for that reason. Signing up with them was very fast. I did an online application and they sent all the stuff via email. I also signed everything via email. Then they called me and we settled everything by phone. They call me whenever they settle one of the accounts and they tell me if we still have enough funds to cover it. They have already settled two of my accounts and I'm very satisfied with the progress.

I was looking for something to do to get out of my situation and start cleaning things up. The team of National Debt Relief has been helpful and I certainly had no problems with them. My debt relief program is not completely done. They started working on it right away and paid off two or three of my accounts. But then I ran into some problems and had some issues with my medical bills and other expenses. So, right now, I’m on a three-month hold. They told me that I could renegotiate after the first of the year. But my creditors aren’t slowing down and I just got two summons. So, I was going to call NDR as I don’t know what to do with these summons or how to handle them. There are some issues that NDR and I still need to work on.

I called NDR and they walked me through the whole program. It took me about half an hour to sign up and I’ve been with them since December. Every time they get a credit card down or have an offer, they always call and ask me if it’s okay with me to go ahead and do it. It was very good overall.

Easy transactions so far. All agents are informative and take their time reviewing account. Easy to provide updates, were quick to update file after I faxed over info received from creditors. Only negative is not receiving updates via USPS. They still update online only.

Was considering leaving the program because I have always had good credit and letting accounts go delinquent was driving me crazy! Well my experience so far with NDR has been interesting probably because I just don't understand the entire process. To where maybe I didn't read the packet all the way through or I just didn't understand the packet as to why and has to wait four months before they contact any of my creditors or loans or credit cards whatever you want to call him. Because during those four months you were expecting phone calls from those creditors and inside the packet it does say to change your address, change your phone number. That way all incoming calls and stuff like that goes through you guys more so than me which that part makes sense.

I would give 5 stars but I just started! Everything was explained so thoroughly it was hard to not feel comfortable. The only thing that concerns me is the length of time to reach settlements with my creditors. Not paying for so long leaves me uneasy. Customer service is kind and attentive.

Kevin ** was my Debt Specialist and handled enrolling me into this program with skill, courtesy, kindness and patience (I have funky phone service and a speech impediment.). The follow-up with the Welcome representative was no different. She was friendly, professional, quick, and supportive. I'd refer to either person as an Excellent Customer Service Employee!!!!

And on the third one, they got a verbal agreement. It's going to be four payments. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'm happy that I've had NDR.

This company is awesome. I've had 10 accounts that have needed settling and have been in the program 2 years almost exactly. Out of the 10 accounts they have settled 9. I have one more left and then I'll be done. Highly recommended. Everyone I have spoken to has been nothing but helpful.

Updated on 04/25/2019: My ex-wife had run up many credit card debts so I reached out to National Debt Relief. I liked the honesty and sincerity of the person I spoke with. He described to me the simplicity of the process in an easy-to-understand way. The negotiator satisfactorily answered the questions that I asked and the agreement was easy. However, I was surprised that I received a 1099 on all the debts that was written off. Still, I am pleased with the program that I have. They took some load off me and I'm 50% through my debt now.

NDR does a great job managing my debt settlements. I don't have the time to do it myself, plus NDR knows the nuances of getting it settled properly. They contact me on a regular basis to inform me on what's going on, such as settlement offers and/or updates to my payment schedule. They are much appreciated.
