I am pleased with the experience and service. I would like to know how the negotiations are going with each account. I don't get an update on my accounts. Would you provide updates on each account? Or have a feature that allows me to review notes.

I suffered much anxiety when it came to not paying the bills that I enrolled in the program. I felt like a deadbeat. My debt was overwhelming as I was paying the minimum due each month and getting nowhere. I'm now at year two in the program and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm almost free of that incredible debt. I will never get another credit card for the rest of my life. I've learned that if you cannot pay with cash, let it go! I'm truly indebted (no pun) to National Debt for restoring my sanity. I'm almost there and will be able to exhale.

When I enrolled into the program I was told it would be $9 fee for every account resolved and $1.50 for processing. I checked my account and in one month I've paid $314 in fees. I also have derogatory marks on accounts that have been settled when I was told National Debt Relief would make sure no bad marks would be added on credit reports after settled debt.

My experience is excellent. The process to get in the program was fast and easy. They are really nice and courteous. Explained everything. I had options on the fastest ways I can become debt free. It's monthly payments that eventually I will clear all my credit cards.

I was having issues. I was just paying the credit card bills and it wasn’t doing anything because of the interest rates and it was just killing me. As much as I put in, I couldn't get it down. I will always spend extra and it didn't seem like it would do anything. I received a few notifications online to help with my credit and ended being with National Debt Relief. We talked to them and the guy was super helpful until he got me connected to them. They were all very helpful and always answered questions. And if I ever needed anything, if I needed them to call me back, they'd call back.

By making the decision to sign up with National Debt Relief's program, not only was I able to save my credit from long term damage, but I was able to get out of debt by only paying a fraction of what I owed. Being in this program has taught me how to balance out my credit card usage alongside my Monthly income. I've already recommended this program to my boyfriend and several others. Another plus is National Debt Relief's customer service center. Every single time I had someone on the phone not only were they helpful, but they sounded like people who loved their job, making it a pleasurable experience from start to finish!

Our experience was exceptional. Each person we spoke to explained everything in detail. The response time from when I signed up was immediate. My approval only took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was efficient and very kind. We had an amazing experience with everyone we talked to.

So far the experience has been made detailed, clear, and as simple as possible. Both of the representatives that I have spoken to (Dean & another woman) have been so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My first account was settled and National Debt Relief did exactly what they promised. They contacted me to present the settlement and it was less than I imagined. They called me and emailed me to notify me of the offer.

Customer service is friendly and helpful. It is a little scary to make that first step, but if you are able to save the amount suggested into your security account, it is worth it. I started with National Debt Relief 3 months ago and have already had one of my accounts resolved and paid off. It's a relief to have the stress of debt taken off your shoulders. The customer support services are there for you to refer all attempts to collect your debts (phone calls, letters, etc) to them, so that is another worry taken care of.

Very helpful, answered all questions and concerns. Nikki ** was very friendly and understanding. She let me take my time in deciding what to do. The welcome caller was also very helpful and answered concerns. He also recommended bi-monthly payments to help me out.

I have spoken with three different representatives of National Debt Relief and they were patient, courteous, and thorough. I have been considering contacting National Debt Relief for several months but was hesitant because I didn't want to withhold payment to my creditors. Once I finally called, the individual with whom I spoke was so nice and encouraging that I decided to go ahead and take the first step toward financial stability.

The peace of mind you get from them handling your finances is well worth letting them take over for you. I lost more than half my income and went through a very stressful time. Didn't want to file bankruptcy because I respected my creditors. I needed help and they provided that for me. I sought for debt relief due to a big lump sum of about a five or a six. When I first started with National Debt Relief, I spoke to them a little bit more often, but over the time, I have not. I would like to feel a little bit more connected with them. Maybe I opted for something at the beginning that when I go online, what I am able to see is very limited. They have a backup company that has contacted me once or twice.

I had tried consolidation before, but it didn’t work out for me, so I tried National Debt Relief. Their reps were very informative. I’ve been with them for less than a year and so far, I’m done with three of my major credit cards. They're paid off already and now, I have four left. It was a good experience.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. My husband and I were getting to the point where we couldn’t keep our head above water. National Debt Relief was Better Bureau accredited and it had so many great reviews when I looked it up. The signing process was a little bit lengthy which was close to two hours, but my interactions with them have been wonderful. They are really good about getting a hold of me. Sometimes they have to reach out to me multiple times because I work a lot of hours so they have to kind of reach out to me and continuously call me. I deeply appreciate it.

National Debt Relief made me stop spending and I don’t party and go out as often. They tell me what they're going to be taking out of my checking account so I have to budget myself. It's an embarrassing situation and the rep was terrific. He was extremely kind and generous. It’s been a very positive and confidence-building experience. Somehow I have peace of mind for the debts... But last week they called me asked me to give extra money for 2 months which I already agreed for the fix terms. Somehow they didn't force me to pay but asked me and not sure why they do that... That make me a little bit unhappy.

Updated on 05/24/2019: At this point, they have me at about 50% of the way through the process. I've had a couple of different reps and they keep me well informed of what’s going on. I’m having no problems. National Debt Relief has done excellent work. They called me one time and we talked over an issue that we were having. They settled it right there. Working with them took a load off and I don't have large payments to make.

This process has been a pleasant one. During this challenging period, the staff at National Debt made me feel comfortable. They explained step by step the process of becoming debt free. Encouraging questions after each step. And reassuring me that National Debt Relief will handle the creditors. I feel so relieved.

They provide services in Spanish and they answer all your questions. The process is fast and clear and if you have any questions you can call them anytime. I checked different places and the total amount was bigger than National Debt Relief.

They provide a breakdown of the monthly payments as well as the begin/end dates. Their continued work has provided resolution to a debt-filled existence.

NDR was among the debt consolidation and settlement companies that I saw online and they had high ratings in the reviews. This company is the true meaning of debt relief. Initially, I had a settlement that I could handle. When funds started to get tight, I was concerned about paying the settlement every month. Have just enrolled in this program today 9.26.2017 and the experience was amazingly quick. Within 3 hours' time all paperwork was completed and payment plan confirmed with date and payment amount. So essentially nothing has happened and have no real rating to give. I have been promised certain things regarding my credit and how it will be affected as well as resolution time frame with individual creditors. A year from now I will have a much better review to give.

They are helping get rid of my debt, as promised and for a fraction for what I owe! Very happy with this company!! Someone who worked at a bank was telling me about National Debt Relief, and I looked into it to better my credit. As soon as NDR sets up with someone, they contact you and ask for your approval before they go in with the settlement. I like the fact that they keep up on it and contact me when in need. My score shot from a four to over a six within seven to eight months. So, it's helping me with credit. I was also able to get a car and I got my credit card for the first time since college. Now, we’re getting things in the mail for mortgage loans, other loans and credit cards. At one point, I wasn't eligible for any of it. I love NDR and I am recommending them to everyone I know.

My experience has been okay. It's a long process in terms of getting a handle on my creditors as well as negotiating. The representatives are nice and professional, however they all speak in a scripted manner. Often times I don't quite understand but just go along with it. Seems they don't explain in normal language but follow a script and give vague answers or ask questions that has been answered already out of script turn. I wish I could get more paper notification rather than an email or portal which is a little impersonal. Thanks.
