Finally starting to close on my acct. Beyond happy that the process is starting to get going. Was getting a little worried about this company but this definitely helped believe in you guys. The associate was so helpful and made sure I understood what was going on.

I couldn't be more pleased with NDR. The customer service is best you'll ever deal with. I haven't even started the program and already glad I made this choice. They have also made me feel very secure in my choice to consolidate. Hopefully the rest of my time will be the same quality.

The customer service person was polite and understanding about my not being financially able to meet the settlement agreement set forth by my creditor, but was able to work out that I can continue to pay my regular bi-monthly payments and that NDR/Global Solutions would continue to work something out with my creditor.

Customer service reps are courteous and efficient. The company continues to work on negotiating with creditors to reach a great settlement even if it does takes months. They provide a breakdown of the monthly payments as well as the begin/end dates. Their continued work has provided resolution to a debt-filled existence.

I did a personal research online on a lot of debt relief programs. National Debt Relief was the one that stuck out to me and they had the best reviews out of all the ones that I've looked at. I've been in the program for about a year now so it's definitely helped me to get back on track and be able to pay down some of the debt that I had. This company is the true meaning of debt relief. Initially, I had a settlement that I could handle. When funds started to get tight, I was concerned about paying the settlement every month. Have just enrolled in this program today 9.26.2017 and the experience was amazingly quick. Within 3 hours' time all paperwork was completed and payment plan confirmed with date and payment amount. So essentially nothing has happened and have no real rating to give. I have been promised certain things regarding my credit and how it will be affected as well as resolution time frame with individual creditors. A year from now I will have a much better review to give.

They are helping get rid of my debt, as promised and for a fraction for what I owe! Very happy with this company!! Have been in this program since 2015, with a lot of credit card debt, your credit score will drop like a rock, but then it starts to rise and keeps rising, as your debts are paid off. Someone who worked at a bank was telling me about National Debt Relief, and I looked into it to better my credit. As soon as NDR sets up with someone, they contact you and ask for your approval before they go in with the settlement. I like the fact that they keep up on it and contact me when in need. My score shot from a four to over a six within seven to eight months. So, it's helping me with credit. I was also able to get a car and I got my credit card for the first time since college. Now, we’re getting things in the mail for mortgage loans, other loans and credit cards. At one point, I wasn't eligible for any of it. I love NDR and I am recommending them to everyone I know.

I think they are doing a great job! We started in May of 2017 and some of our debt seems to be getting resolved quickly. No complaints at all. Out of 13 bad accounts 2 have been resolve, which we thought wasn't going to happen until the end of the year.

My experience has been okay. It's a long process in terms of getting a handle on my creditors as well as negotiating. The representatives are nice and professional, however they all speak in a scripted manner. Often times I don't quite understand but just go along with it. Seems they don't explain in normal language but follow a script and give vague answers or ask questions that has been answered already out of script turn. I wish I could get more paper notification rather than an email or portal which is a little impersonal. Thanks.

I started this process early Saturday morning and was completely enrolled by Tuesday early morning. I would have been enrolled by Monday but I still had to complete my welcome call. It was not an easy decision to do this. I was looking for a bulk loan to combine all that I owed in loans/credit cards. I was turned down by many lenders. I tried online banking and made no progress. This is a great company, they have really helped us. I only have one complaint. I signed up for emails so I could avoid phone calls about my account, but they do both. They should give us a choice, don't do both unless that's what someone wants.

My getting scammed doubled my debt and I had to get rid of all my debt, so I looked into debt relief help. I talked with my boyfriend’s sister and, in turn, she spoke with her boss about my issue, then he told her to refer me to National Debt Relief. I tried NDR out and I've been very happy with them. The reps were very informative. Every little detail was broken down and everything was very clear. I also knew when and exactly how many credit card debts had been cleared.

The amount of cards that I had was too much. I knew I wasn't able to take care of all of them so I looked into relief help but the National Debt Relief program has taken a lot of money out of my pocket. When I first started the program, I didn't know how much percentage they took out to settle on each account. The amount they had taken out would have cleared off the collections if it went to the principal. I didn't feel it was doing anything for me at the moment and I was paying too much for the percentage. The National Debt Relief team was good and friendly. But I decided to get out at the time I was on the program and the last person I spoke to regarding canceling gave me a hard time because she was trying to scare me to stay in. I was confused and I wasn't satisfied how the program went for me. I'm still in debt and I found out I lost money towards what I put in the program.

Every once in a while I get an email or a text saying that they have settled something and they just want to get my approval to go ahead and go for it. Every time, it’s great. They answer any questions I have. I can go through everyday knowing that that whole part of my life is being handled, which is nice.

I was doing a search online and this company seems to me like the one with the best rating. I would say they're really very helpful, and informative. I don't have to worry about harassing calls where they tell me every three days or every two days that I owe money and I know. But my problem with them is they keep calling me every time they make a deal for every credit, even though I pay the monthly credit of $312. It is causing more stress and headache. They're always on top of all my files and whenever they get an offer, I'm always the first person they call right away. They also send an email so they are trying hard to get in contact with me so they can get me the best possible deal. My program was supposed to be for three years, but I finished it in a year and a half because they were getting me the deals and all I had to do was put a little extra money to help everything move a lot more quickly. They're a great company to work with and I would recommend them to other people.

Everything was fine until September 10th, 2017 when Florida was struck by hurricane Irma. My home lost all power for several days. Our post offices were closed for a week. When I regained power I found numerous emails from National Debt Relief telling me that my account was in danger of being terminated, that I had missed payments, which I had not, and finally that my account had been terminated. I phoned customer service and got nowhere. They didn't know what I was talking about, and said so. None of them believed me. I think this whole thing is a scam and is crooked.
