I was checking in my different options as far as debt consolidation because I was in a bit of a mess. And I’ve seen National Debt Relief's advertisement while sitting there on TV one night and then I ran by their site a couple of times while I was doing some Google. I reached out to them and talked to one of their guys when they returned my calls the next day. He told me what different offers they’ve got going on from my different debts and I did that.

They are very helpful. The definitely know their business and they all speak clear English. It is wonderful they take time to go over the agreement document with you, explaining every single aspect of it. I am happy I contacted you to become debt free.

Young lady I spoke to on the phone her name was Diamond. I’ve been in the program for about year n half two years now. And outta all the people I have spoke to she seemed to be the most caring and nicest employee to your company I have ever spoke to. It is kind of early for a complete review as I am just beginning the process, but I can say up to this point the representatives I have spoken to were very professional and answered all my questions. Very poor communication. I used another company years ago and they worked with ALL of my credit card companies at the same time. This one takes months and does one at a time so the last one is left hanging for 4 years which I find unacceptable. I would switch if I could and would not recommend.

I looked online and found National Debt Relief then saw that they are pretty good. Their enrollment process was extremely easy and didn't take that long. A gentleman called me and walked me through it. I went on the computer and he did it step-by-step and got everything approved. I also got a copy of the paperwork as proof that I have all my debts being taken care of because I needed it for my job.

When I contacted the services of National Debt Relief (NDR), I did so with much hesitancy, as we did not have room for any additional financial difficulty. Bankruptcy was our next option. I did my research and found NDR was not a fly-by-night outfit. Many sound reviews and verifications encouraged me to trust the intake counselor who, without pressure, was truthful with us about the difficulties and expected outcomes of using their service. The plan laid out for us was a 3 year plan to put our debts to rest, based on our current income and new difficult hardships.

National Debt Relief helped me a lot. I was in a debt and so I looked for an option by searching it online. And then I called them, they explained the terms and conditions and I found them very feasible and workable so I opted to work with them. In running through all these things, the first thing I thought was if they were legit. I've been working with Donavan and he explained stuff, how it works and how many people have already gotten help from this and that helped me in moving forward with this. I signed up for their five-year program and would be paying 798 bucks monthly. I find the payment plan to be a little on the higher side though, maybe because of the amount of debt I have, but it's feasible. It's been more than a year since we started and we have finished one of the three debts I have enrolled in the program. I shall recommend National Debt Relief to people who are in debt.

We have been with NDR since January of this year. We are very pleased to have had settlements set up with several of our creditors at 50% and even 65% savings of the amount owed. We feel very good about the progress we have had already and are happy to have found a great company to help us with an otherwise insurmountable problem.

When I called NDR, I was on the verge of being sued by collection agencies. NDR representatives were very understanding of my situation and didn't judge me and actually made me feel comfortable talking about my situation with them. Phone calls stopped and within the first month they had resolved one of my debts. Yes they charge fees, but I think it's reasonable considering the stress I'm no longer having to deal with. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

In my humble opinion Lawrence ** is one fine representative for you. I had already gotten lined up with a competitor. But decided to check ratings with the BBB. Ultimately you were rated #1, and mine did not even make the top 12 on that particular list. I phoned you and got Lawrence **. And it is only because of his excellent work in explaining all the details in such a way that I could understand, that I decided to switch to you. I am a retired pastor, but at one time I was a national sales trainer for a company. From my experience Lawrence has the sales techniques down pat! You need to clone him! Give him a raise, or at the least give him a bonus. Celeste, in the Welcoming, also was able to answer questions I thought might be unanswerable. The proof is in the tasting of the pudding. As skeptical as I was to call, expecting a total sales-driven conversation, the representative was absurdly insightful, thorough and to the point, which I loved. I needed help with my credit card debt and I saw National Debt Relief's little ad. I read about it and it sounded good. Enrollment was easy. Their program consolidated everything and the debt is easier to manage now. I'm halfway through and they have already made some settlements. It was easy to deal with my debt negotiator, but their website could have been laid out a little easier. They set me up with a company for a monthly payment, and the whole plan itself could have cost a little less for the consumer. Working with National Debt Relief has given me fewer worries. But the credit is gonna hurt for at least three years and I would receive a late payment thing all the time.

I joined the program in April 2018 because of massive debt, I didn't want to claim bankruptcy, I believe you should resolve your debts not run from them. National Debt Relief has already paid one debt and is currently paying another, I have a few more to go but it feels great to stop the harassing calls and be able to pay my creditors, NDR's staff are kind, respectfully and very competent at their job... 5 stars from me.

I have tried everything under the sun to get help with the debt I have gotten into due to my divorce and getting hurt so I cannot work. N.D.R. came to the rescue so to speak. I see that the settlements are the same that the company offers. I sent the money to you guys and I am not saving anything, on the contrary, it cost me more. If I would know that the companies offer you a settlement without you, I would have done it on my own. Everytime there is a settlement, I end up paying more with lawyer cost, and the additional fees that it involves. Will never do this again.
