When I filled out an online application to National Debt Relief, I had no idea what to expect. Was afraid it was just another scam. When I received a call from Tom **, my fears were allayed. Tom explained the process as many times as I needed him to and answered all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to and understand. I really liked that I was able to gain a rapport with him which made me able to trust him that much more.

I wasn't too sure about it all at first. I didn't hear from anyone for the first few months but then I received an email and it was super easy and saved me money. I'm very happy! Thank you National Debt Relief.

Pleasantly surprised how well the program has been going so far, and I will admit I was a little hesitant at first. I just didn't understand the program or how it worked at first. From the get go, I received amazing customer service. The reps I worked with answered and explained everything to me as needed. Once I signed up and went through the steps, the annoying calls stopped, and I settled my first creditor within 2 months time. I was at a very stressful point prior to joining with NDR. I was scared to be in a situation which I never had been in before and didn't know what to do or how to fix it. After I joined with them it literally was night and day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help! Still got a bit to go, but so far absolutely no complaints working with them. They have already given me relief beyond belief.

So far I am satisfied with my experience with NDR, 1 out of 3 is being settled after 4-5 months in the program. I look forward to settling 2 more enrolled accounts in a sooner time. NDR staffs has been very helpful for answering questions and up to date.

My parents have been with National Debt Relief for five months now and everything has really been handled professionally from day one. My parents are older and retired and I was suddenly sending them money all the time and it’s just going right to their credit card. I wanted for them to live out their lives a little bit comfortable. When I first talked to NDR they made things pretty crystal clear. I'm taking care of everything and I had a lot of questions. They were patient enough to answer all my questions and they took me through everything which was helpful. I tried to consolidate my bills with my bank to get done with it, but the bank didn't offer personal loans so I consolidated with National Debt Relief. Their team has been awesome and everything has been great. NDR gave me peace of mind knowing that everything is going to be taken care of. I'm not as stressed out. In a few short years, I'll be able to go back to school and do things that I want to do and not have to worry about huge debt. And though I have not received things that they said I would get in the mail, that’s more of our system than National Debt.

I was feeling overwhelmed and I didn't know how to handle it, and National Debt Relief greatly helped the situation. We spoke on the phone and they're very pleasant and informative. I like how they follow up and that they gave me their number. The creditors were calling me consistently. And I told NDR about it, and they advised me on what to do. There were some people from my state that had some good reports on National Debt Relief and one of them published a magazine. In his magazine, he had some people that put in testimonies and that’s what has gotten me interested in NDR. I’ve been with NDR now for about 6 months and it’s been going okay but a couple of issues arose in negotiating larger amounts that they’re taking care of as well. They’ve been a big help. I don’t have to keep up with all the creditors at all different dates of the month. Now, I only have one day out of the month to pay what I needed to pay.

National Debt Relief is good and they’re helping me get out of debt. With this company, everything’s done online. They send me emails and I get online to check my account out. However, I wish I could get out quicker than what they’re doing. NDR has a lot of fees too.

The only problem I had with anyone I spoke with was on two occasions over the telephone. It was very very difficult to hear the person I was speaking with, even though I had turned my volume as loud as it would go... It was like they were a distance away from the receiver on their phone.

They were both very very helpful. They explained everything to me and answer every question I had. I would recommend this to anyone that wanted to clean their credit record. They provided me with the necessary tools to finally get ahead of my credit debt.

My experience with the people involved in our case are truly second to none. This is a very stressful time for us during our lives and they are so wonderful and comforting to know we are not alone and can and will get through this.

They were very personable, easy to understand and reviewed any question I had in the process. The phone connection at times was not too good but they did try to adjust it. Seeing that don't have computer access at the moment, only my cellphone they've made this process fairly easy.

The agent conducting the interview did an excellent job. She was very professional, easy to understand and thorough, repeating back to me every item of information that I gave her. She sounded joyful and lighthearted, I felt I could see her smile. She welcomed me into the program several times and congratulated me for joining the team. I regret that I cannot remember her name.

I called you folks stressed and not knowing where to go for help. Was worried that everyone would be rude about the predicament we are in. It took me a lot to finally give in and ask for help. Updated on September 6, 2018: NDR gave me 48 months to complete the program, and a few things have already been paid off. However, my husband passed away last March and my income has gotten cut in half. The $308 that I’m paying is a lot right now. If I can take $100 off it, that will be a big help. They had cut my payment to $150 for July, August, and September. So I need to call them and see if we can cut my payment back to $208. But all in all, they’ve been really helpful. They answer any questions that I have. They let me know when something’s been repaid off and what we need to pay the outstanding debt.

I have to admit that I should never have allowed myself to be a position in which I would need National Debt Relief. When I contacted them I was less than enthusiastic and fairly upset with myself, my situation and had looked into every single option I possibly could - including getting more jobs (which I did). The folks that I have worked with at National Debt Relief so far have been incredibly supportive and informative. They hung with me over a very long decision cycle to explain everything and give me hope in a situation that I have spent a good amount of time trying to work through and feeling quite upset with myself over. They were kind, knowledgeable and offered guidance and space to make my decisions. I appreciate that in so many ways.

We got a little bit out of control on the credit card and stuff and wanted to get things taken care of. It's been a year now since we started the process with NDR and every time they called, they're nice and polite. If I have any questions, they were right on top of things. If they don’t know the answer, they find out pretty quickly and get right back to me. NDR has taken a lot of stress out of things and I'm very happy with them.

I needed help getting out of my debt problems and wanted the bill collectors to stop calling me. I searched the Internet and found National Debt Relief. Their website is intuitive. They're easy to talk on the phone and all their staff have been very helpful. National Debt Relief has got some limited services and they can't help me much with my education student loans and with taxes. But otherwise, they're good with the credit cards and other debts. I had one creditor that has taken legal action with me and they've intersected with that. They've negotiated agreements with the debt collectors and they've setup payment arrangements for them for me. The phone calls have stopped and so it definitely decreased the stress load off my daily life. They've done good so I'm very happy with them so far.

I needed some relief from a lot of debt so I called National Debt Relief and got set up the same day on a deposit plan around my schedule. I was surprised how fast I was able to pay the debt off and I didn't have many problems throughout the whole process. It seemed like it took a little bit longer than it should have sometimes when I would call and request to change my bank account or get information about deposits, but everyone was very helpful and friendly. Now I got four credit cards paid off. My credit score is still a little bit low but I think all the credit cards that were on my credit report has been changed to zero. All worked out really well and I'm highly satisfied. It has been a positive experience.

They got me organized and I don't have to think or worry about my debts anymore. I simply pay NDR. I just wish the process of contacting all my creditors was faster. Enormous hidden fees upon fees. I called and got out of this program and they said I still owe them $800.00 and they will take it out of the credit cards I've already paid off which means they are holding an Escrow account and haven't paid off the three cards they told me they paid off. Good Riddance, Don't deal with them.

NDR is a very knowledgeable company. All the representatives I dealt with were fantastic. They were courteous, helpful, understanding, patient and knew what they were talking about. They got back to you immediately and graciously answered any questions you might have. They are with you through the whole process and don't just sign you up and leave you hanging. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get out from under high unsecured debt.

My initial signup was a good experience, but these guys talk way too fast. William ** was awesome, but the person I spoke to during the second phase was obviously reading a script. I felt like I was at an auction. They really need to slow down.

Very nice and helpful explaining how the program worked, what would work for me, what wouldn't work for me, what would affect and wouldn't affect my credit score. Did explain that my credit score would drop initially but once the creditors were paid off that my credit would go back up drastically. Extremely nice and helpful and very thorough. Made sure I could log into my portal and made sure that I understood everything.

They are very nice and understanding, very easy to work with when we had questions. When we asked questions they would give best of their knowledge answers as well as call us back when they found out the answers for us.

I started my journey with National Debt Relief on May 2017 and it has been a good one so far. I registered 10 credit cards and so far 5 months later I have 2 resolutions. My debt ranged from $12,000 to $500. One resolved from $6,734.18 to $2020.25 WOW!! Another from $9900 to $4900. NDR always email me for a review but I wanted to wait to see if they will stand up to their promise. I have to say I am smiling a lot more these days because NDR has made things easier for me. I suffered much anxiety when it came to not paying the bills that I enrolled in the program. I felt like a deadbeat. My debt was overwhelming as I was paying the minimum due each month and getting nowhere. I'm now at year two in the program and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm almost free of that incredible debt. I will never get another credit card for the rest of my life. I've learned that if you cannot pay with cash, let it go! I'm truly indebted (no pun) to National Debt for restoring my sanity. I'm almost there and will be able to exhale.

When I enrolled into the program I was told it would be $9 fee for every account resolved and $1.50 for processing. I checked my account and in one month I've paid $314 in fees. I also have derogatory marks on accounts that have been settled when I was told National Debt Relief would make sure no bad marks would be added on credit reports after settled debt.

My experience is excellent. The process to get in the program was fast and easy. They are really nice and courteous. Explained everything. I had options on the fastest ways I can become debt free. It's monthly payments that eventually I will clear all my credit cards.

I was having issues. I was just paying the credit card bills and it wasn’t doing anything because of the interest rates and it was just killing me. As much as I put in, I couldn't get it down. I sought for debt relief due to a big lump sum of about a five or a six. When I first started with National Debt Relief, I spoke to them a little bit more often, but over the time, I have not. I’m having no problems. National Debt Relief has done excellent work. They called me one time and we talked over an issue that we were having. They settled it right there. Working with them took a load off and I don't have large payments to make.

This process has been a pleasant one. During this challenging period, the staff at National Debt made me feel comfortable. They explained step by step the process of becoming debt free. Encouraging questions after each step. And reassuring me that National Debt Relief will handle the creditors. I feel so relieved.
