My experience with National Debt Relief has been very positive. Customer Service has been extremely helpful answering any questions. When you have Creditors calling and sending letters it nice to have someone on your side you can count on to provide information on how to deal with the situation.

This process was so easy and so much relief. Now I can save up to negotiate my debts to creditors. With the money I will put aside this is big relief to me and my household. It's been very hard to save while having so much credit cards to pay each month.

I'm glad I completed the program but the overall fees were extremely high and I wouldn't participate in the program again. I was buried in credit card debts and it made me stop and realize that I'm at a point in life where I don’t want to owe so much money. I didn’t have $50,000 or $60,000 but it was enough that I was losing sleep over it. I researched debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief has been a good option for me. They could get my debt taken care of in a shorter time. I had a monthly payment that stayed the same that they took out my checking account every month and it looked stable in terms of what I was looking for. They're paying off my credit card and they've paid three cards out of six, which is a good amount. Some of the credit card companies are still charging me interest that they haven't paid off and I'm not sure what they'll do with it. Yet hopefully, within a year or less, the rest will be paid off.

I want to be simply out of debt and with National Debt Relief, my experience has been pretty much good all around. They have been good with communication too.

I was out of debt and I couldn’t pay stuff because I’m injured and on workers’ compensation. I also have two court cases that I have to go to. I got tired of all of these, so I started looking for help. I did a web search for all kinds of debt relief companies. National Debt Relief was one of the top 10 and I called everybody in the top 10. NDR’s reps have been courteous and helpful. However, they’re hard to get a hold of. When I’d call, I’d end up waiting for 30 minutes before someone picks up. But when I finally reached to someone, the experience was good. Their reps knew what they’re talking about. When I couldn’t make a payment because of the situation I’m in, they’d help me and stop the payments toward this payment. Then, they would just start up next month.

National Debt Relief is a good program if you can afford it. The only guy that I really dealt with was pretty cool about everything. He made things a little bit easier for me to understand, and I agreed with the program within the first couple of minutes. I worked with them only for a couple of months. I didn't really get to survive the whole program. I had no income and I couldn't fund the account anymore, so I couldn't afford it. But I loved what went on and they were knocking down the creditors big time. I had good customer service, too.

We needed help and I called different places to get information. The customer service representative from National Debt Relief was very considerate of me asking a lot of questions and was willing to answer every question. He was awesome and the most patient person I ever talked to. He explained things in detail over and over if he needed to and I really appreciated that. We even called him back when my husband came home and got him on speaker so we could ask questions. We were just trying to figure out what to do at that time. We were frustrated because we got stuff in a bind and we were trying to figure out how to fix everything without filing for bankruptcy.

I've had good luck with National Debt Relief. The team is very kind, courteous, and they explained everything well. Working with NDR has made things easier and is definitely taking a lot of pressure off. It has been a very good and welcoming experience. I would recommend them to anybody who's trying to fix their credit and I would also definitely suggest it to friends. I even signed my father up to get help as well.

National Debt Relief has been a big help. Working with them had been a slow process but everything is as it’s supposed to. Our life has been much better than before. I haven't spoken with the person who I first spoke to but I've never had bad customer service.

I applied for a consolidation loan through the internet and I was sent to National Debt Relief. I couldn’t get a consolidation loan so after applying for a couple of loans, a woman suggested I talk to NDR and see if they could help me figure out how to get things worked out. NDR explained what the program was and what it entailed, and asked if it would fit for me and if I could do it. It was neutrally agreed and it was a good fit. I showed them my debt, and they helped me with the budget and what I thought I could pay monthly and then with my agreement that I wouldn't use credit anymore. And in my case, I pay twice a month.

I usually don't trust financial companies that combine credit cards and tries to pay them off since I've used them in the past and it didn't work for me. But National Debt Relief is totally different and I like them. It's been a very positive experience for me. My credit card was out of control and I was paying and paying but it was never going down because of the interest. I've been with National Debt Relief for at least six months now and they've always been very caring, concerned, patient and treated me respectfully. Excellent customer service. Then they got my credit card in order and got me into a payment plan to get them paid off. Now, I don't feel so much anxious and I feel my credit would be better in the future.

I got myself in some credit card trouble which has been brewing for the past few years and I needed to rectify it. I signed up with National Debt Relief and things are going great so far. I got a notice today saying that they came to an agreement with one of my creditors, which was a big one. So I was happy to see that and that leaves two more accounts that I have. I just put in some more money and I think they’re drawing it out to help speed up the whole process. So I’m trying to do my best to move the process along as well.

A representative that works for a mortgage corporation mentioned National Debt Relief when I was asking about credit repair. I called them and they've been great. The representative was very nice and understanding. She went to each of the accounts and asked for balances. I spoke with her every day for three days. And then, it was all set up. She changed me to another representative who was pretty much all business. So, I'm looking forward to being able to graduate the program early. With National Debt Relief, it was definitely less stressful of not having the credit card company call my phone for payments. The program was also affordable. I was expecting a higher payment just to shorten the time that I needed to pay, but I think they do it so that nobody has any difficulty. So far, everything is good.

National Debt Relief is working on my debt consolidation and some accounts have been paid off but not as fast as I would have liked. Creditors still keep calling me when at this point, I don't think I should have any creditors contacting me because supposedly National had sent a letter to them. Otherwise, my experience has been okay and every time I call, they're very helpful.

There were some people from my state that had some good reports on National Debt Relief and one of them published a magazine. In his magazine, he had some people that put in testimonies and that’s what has gotten me interested in NDR. I’ve been with NDR now for about 6 months and it’s been going okay but a couple of issues arose in negotiating larger amounts that they’re taking care of as well. They’ve been a big help. I don’t have to keep up with all the creditors at all different dates of the month. Now, I only have one day out of the month to pay what I needed to pay.

I tried to consolidate my bills with my bank to get done with it, but the bank didn't offer personal loans so I consolidated with National Debt Relief. Their team has been awesome and everything has been great. NDR gave me peace of mind knowing that everything is going to be taken care of. I'm not as stressed out. And though I have not received things that they said I would get in the mail, that’s more of our system than National Debt.

National Debt Relief is good and they’re helping me get out of debt. With this company, everything’s done online. They send me emails and I get online to check my account out. However, I wish I could get out quicker than what they’re doing. NDR has a lot of fees too.

The only problem I had with anyone I spoke with was on two occasions over the telephone. It was very very difficult to hear the person I was speaking with, even though I had turned my volume as loud as it would go... It was like they were a distance away from the receiver on their phone.

Updated on September 6, 2018: NDR gave me 48 months to complete the program, and a few things have already been paid off. However, my husband passed away last March and my income has gotten cut in half. The $308 that I’m paying is a lot right now. If I can take $100 off it, that will be a big help. They had cut my payment to $150 for July, August, and September. So I need to call them and see if we can cut my payment back to $208. But all in all, they’ve been really helpful. They answer any questions that I have. They let me know when something’s been repaid off and what we need to pay the outstanding debt.

I have to admit that I should never have allowed myself to be a position in which I would need National Debt Relief. When I contacted them I was less than enthusiastic and fairly upset with myself, my situation and had looked into every single option I possibly could - including getting more jobs (which I did). The folks that I have worked with at National Debt Relief so far have been incredibly supportive and informative. They hung with me over a very long decision cycle to explain everything and give me hope in a situation that I have spent a good amount of time trying to work through and feeling quite upset with myself over. I was surprised how fast I was able to pay the debt off and I didn't have many problems throughout the whole process. Now I got four credit cards paid off. My credit score is still a little bit low but I think all the credit cards that were on my credit report has been changed to zero. Enormous hidden fees upon fees. I called and got out of this program and they said I still owe them $800.00 and they will take it out of the credit cards I've already paid off which means they are holding an Escrow account and haven't paid off the three cards they told me they paid off. Good Riddance, Don't deal with them.

Very nice and helpful explaining how the program worked, what would work for me, what wouldn't work for me, what would affect and wouldn't affect my credit score. Did explain that my credit score would drop initially but once the creditors were paid off that my credit would go back up drastically. Extremely nice and helpful and very thorough. I am scared to death but know I am doing the right thing. Kenny comforted me quite a bit. He is very kind and helpful. Both gentlemen were very assuring and professional. Very thorough and positive experience. Getting thru the next few months will be quite challenging but hope it will be worth the effort.
