    I was buried in credit card debts and it made me stop and realize that I'm at a point in life where I don’t want to owe so much money. I didn’t have $50,000 or $60,000 but it was enough that I was losing sleep over it. I researched debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief has been a good option for me. They could get my debt taken care of in a shorter time. I had a monthly payment that stayed the same that they took out my checking account every month and it looked stable in terms of what I was looking for. They're paying off my credit card and they've paid three cards out of six, which is a good amount. Some of the credit card companies are still charging me interest that they haven't paid off and I'm not sure what they'll do with it. Yet hopefully, within a year or less, the rest will be paid off.

    I have not had a problem with National Debt Relief until the last two months when they took out two $400 payments instead of one. I was a little bit agitated when I saw it. The first time they did it, I called and they said that I had okayed it verbally over the phone, but I didn’t recall. So I let it go and told them I cannot afford $800 a month. Then they did it again in September so I called and I was transferred to 2-3 people. They tried to insist that I gave a verbal okay. I may have one time, but I knew I didn’t do it twice. I told them they needed to return the $400 to my checking account because it was not my agreement, and I could not afford $800 a month. So, they returned September’s double payment of $400 to my checking account. I also requested of them that anytime they're going to take out extra money, I want a letter sent to me that I can read and sign and send back.

    Still, I would tell others that working with National Debt Relief is a great way to get rid of debt. They're a viable option for consumers without doing bankruptcy. Even without signing on the dotted line, just talking to them and figuring out how it's going to be beneficial and what is the span of time it would take before they can get rid of the consumer's debt, is really eye-opening.

    I was out of debt and I couldn’t pay stuff because I’m injured and on workers’ compensation. I also have two court cases that I have to go to. I got tired of all of these, so I started looking for help. I did a web search for all kinds of debt relief companies. National Debt Relief was one of the top 10 and I called everybody in the top 10. NDR’s reps have been courteous and helpful. However, they’re hard to get a hold of. When I’d call, I’d end up waiting for 30 minutes before someone picks up. But when I finally reached to someone, the experience was good. Their reps knew what they’re talking about. When I couldn’t make a payment because of the situation I’m in, they’d help me and stop the payments toward this payment. Then, they would just start up next month.

    Since I started with NDR, I had a bit of stress relief because they’ve settled some of my accounts. However, my credit went to scrap because I had to stop making payments. I had to make my credit horrible to be able to get NDR to help me. And when I really needed something, such as when my AC blew and I wanted to get a new one and get financed, I couldn’t because my credit’s horrible.

    National Debt Relief is a good program if you can afford it. The only guy that I really dealt with was pretty cool about everything. He made things a little bit easier for me to understand, and I agreed with the program within the first couple of minutes. I worked with them only for a couple of months. I didn't really get to survive the whole program. I had no income and I couldn't fund the account anymore, so I couldn't afford it. But I loved what went on and they were knocking down the creditors big time. I had good customer service, too.

    We needed help and I called different places to get information. The customer service representative from National Debt Relief was very considerate of me asking a lot of questions and was willing to answer every question. He was awesome and the most patient person I ever talked to. He explained things in detail over and over if he needed to and I really appreciated that. We even called him back when my husband came home and got him on speaker so we could ask questions. We were just trying to figure out what to do at that time. We were frustrated because we got stuff in a bind and we were trying to figure out how to fix everything without filing for bankruptcy.

    NDR gave me peace of mind. We’ve been with them since January and they’ve been very communicative. They keep in touch with me, email me, call me and let me know what's going on, so I don’t feel like I'm hanging out there. Everyone I've spoken with has been very helpful and kind.     I applied for a consolidation loan through the internet and I was sent to National Debt Relief. I couldn’t get a consolidation loan so after applying for a couple of loans, a woman suggested I talk to NDR and see if they could help me figure out how to get things worked out. NDR explained what the program was and what it entailed, and asked if it would fit for me and if I could do it. It was neutrally agreed and it was a good fit. I showed them my debt, and they helped me with the budget and what I thought I could pay monthly and then with my agreement that I wouldn't use credit anymore. And in my case, I pay twice a month.

    The customer service team has been very easy to get a hold of. They're always very polite and they appear to be nonjudgmental. Whenever I've had a problem, they’ve really been there to help explain things and kind of show me what to do. I can always get on my internet and see where we're sitting. If they see that I'm not on there for a while, they’ll call me and ask me if I was having problems getting on my account. I am about a year in with the process. I have been meeting up with some problems and concerns, but it appears that I've got the information I need and I'd go from there. I'm very happy. It's been a very good and helpful experience. I'm working hard and keeping my end of the bargain, and so far, they’ve absolutely kept theirs.

    I got myself in some credit card trouble which has been brewing for the past few years and I needed to rectify it. I signed up with National Debt Relief and things are going great so far. I got a notice today saying that they came to an agreement with one of my creditors, which was a big one. So I was happy to see that and that leaves two more accounts that I have. I just put in some more money and I think they’re drawing it out to help speed up the whole process. So I’m trying to do my best to move the process along as well.

It was a worthwhile endeavor for me to pursue working with National Debt Relief and it helps me sleep at night.     A representative that works for a mortgage corporation mentioned National Debt Relief when I was asking about credit repair. I called them and they've been great. The representative was very nice and understanding. She went to each of the accounts and asked for balances. I spoke with her every day for three days. And then, it was all set up. She changed me to another representative who was pretty much all business. So, I'm looking forward to being able to graduate the program early. With National Debt Relief, it was definitely less stressful of not having the credit card company call my phone for payments. The program was also affordable. I was expecting a higher payment just to shorten the time that I needed to pay, but I think they do it so that nobody has any difficulty. So far, everything is good.

    There were some people from my state that had some good reports on National Debt Relief and one of them published a magazine. In his magazine, he had some people that put in testimonies and that’s what has gotten me interested in NDR.     Updated on September 6, 2018: NDR gave me 48 months to complete the program, and a few things have already been paid off. However, my husband passed away last March and my income has gotten cut in half. The $308 that I’m paying is a lot right now. If I can take $100 off it, that will be a big help. They had cut my payment to $150 for July, August, and September. So I need to call them and see if we can cut my payment back to $208. But all in all, they’ve been really helpful. They answer any questions that I have. They let me know when something’s been repaid off and what we need to pay the outstanding debt.

NDR always email me for a review but I wanted to wait to see if they will stand up to their promise. I have to say I am smiling a lot more these days because NDR has made things easier for me.
