Persons that National Debt Relief are very helpful with my situation. We concluded everything in a timely manner and at the moment I’m very satisfied with how I was treated. I will know within a few months whether I would recommend them for another client. At this time the process is not started.

On my first contact with the representative of National Debt informed me that it will take four to six month to initiate the settlement with banks, within less than sixty days my first credit card debt was settled. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to settle the Credit card debt due to loss of job, any other serious issues.

This company has been amazing. They take the time to explain things clearly. They work hard to give you your life back without the hassle of dealing with these credit card companies. But the times get tougher when those high interest rates and other hidden fees make it hard to repay. I was not happy that my credit score would go down. We started a year ago with 80k credit card debt. 4 cards have been resolved with only 1 to go. (So far at less than expected) hopefully we will finish well ahead of the 51-month quote! Either way we have been extremely happy so far.

From the beginning, the representative, Jakeith, and the rest of the staff have been prompt and courteous. The process has been simple and the technology to complete the program including the portal has made it a great relief. If the remainder of the process goes as smoothly as it has to this point I will gladly sing praises to friends seeking relief from their financial struggles.

I like that I also receive emails that allows me to read and approve negotiated credit card payments. However may I suggest that you also include or add debtor name/s since my husband and I are both enrolled in the program.

Speaking to the representatives they were helpful in not only looking for my best interest but also insuring that I am aware of the reasoning in as to why it is best to go with one option than the other (Ex: Going with Debt Consolidation instead of a Loan). When I receive phone call I ask how long it will take, they reply 10-15 minutes, then they put you on hold for 2 minutes and when they come back they take 25-35 minutes. Need to be honest about the time. Most people are at work and they only have 15 minute breaks, and 30 minutes lunch.

So far so good. I have seen many negative reviews and I think this is because people do not read! 1. Debts must be delinquent prior to being able to settle! Your credit will get worse before it gets better 2. Yes there is a fee NDR is providing YOU a service! 3. Can you do it on your own, sure... but they get you an escrow account to build money faster, they deal with the phone calls and negotiating. So, people please read and understand prior to giving poor reviews. They have been amazing better CS, to bottom lining to paying off my debt! Thank you NDR!

The representative who handled my update on my account was very knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. She also went above and beyond by providing me with account details and/or updates that she noticed.

I am a private citizen, blue collar worker. Every time a debt is paid, I feel a sense of relief & burden is lifted. I didn’t think this process would be this quick, over half of my debt have been settled. I was under the impression it would take at two years. Just started in September 2017.

I was contacted by a robo-call asking me to contact National Relief, I spoke to an agent named John in regards to the Discovery CC account ending in **. He explained the current balance of this acct. is $14,230.93 and that National Debt Relief had come to a settlement of $5693.00. Additionaly he explained that in order for this settlement to go through I had to make a payment to my Global acct. of $5232.85 no later COB today (5/29/2018). I asked what the current balance of my Global acct. was, John explained that it was $1123.95 and that is why I needed to make the deposit today in order to keep the settlement on track.

Very thankful for National Debt Relief. After the bad financial decisions I made. I had most of my credit cards almost maxed out.
