The process was lengthy, but extremely thorough. All in all it was an excellent experience. I worked with Teddy and he was extremely knowledgeable. I interrupted him numerous times with questions and he was able to intelligently answer each one of them. He was very patient and understanding. During the process there were times where he had to return my call. He did so in a very timely manner. I am just beginning the program, but will give more feedback as time progresses. I lost my job and got put in a bind so I contacted National Debt Relief. Their representatives were great. I explained what was going on and they set me up on a program and I get to receive weekly to bi-weekly follow-ups. They call me and they leave a message if I don't answer then I call them right back. Ever since working with them, my mind is at ease because they're keeping track of things for me and helping out in settling my debts so I can get back on track. The only problem I've had was one creditor we couldn't reach because they never sent me anything and we're having trouble identifying who they really are. While I wish that my debts are all gone, National Debt Relief is working on it. I’m also working towards the positive to make sure things are right in my life. The experience has been wonderful.

The initial call representative was great and answered all questions. However, the welcome call was difficult to understand. I could tell she was just reading from a script and didn't really want to be doing the call. It sounded like she was just mumbling.

I received excellent customer service. Everyone was very informative. I was very happy for the convenience and availability. After losing a full-time job, I was struggling to pay bills. I contacted National Debt Relief. They were able to help me with my situation. I would recommend this company to anyone having difficulty with debt.

Initiated contact with Gene ** who was pleasant to work with on the phone. A review of creditors identified total debt and the debt repayment cost was explained. Although I wanted to handle two credit cards myself, I was not clear they had six months to be in line with balances of $500. This was clarified with the Customer Service reps on the Welcome Call. Further obligations on my part were for me to personally produce letters to the creditors stating I myself wanted to close the credit card account. All these things including a Legal partnership and a physical Power of Attorney document shows me the company has a program that is indeed solid.

I had some initial misconceptions about how the program works, but after having been in the program for some time and seen the results of the settlements made with my creditors, I am very happy with the program. All of the settlement agreements were sent to me for prior approval and all were negotiated for less than the amount that I owed each one.

Great customer service, the process was fast and efficient. The agents took their time to explain everything. The agents were knowledgeable and seemed dedicated to helping one get out of debt. I would recommend this service for anyone going through a hard time financially.

I knew that I was going to be real busy with my job and we’re terrible at money. I figured it’d be easier to let somebody else help make us do it than try to do it ourselves so I looked into National Debt Relief. They’ve all been awesome and everyone’s been really sweet, helpful, encouraging and informative. Every time I talk to them, they’re like, “I have noticed you haven’t logged on to the portal yet. You should really do that.” One guy actually made sure to sit down and take the time and walk me through how to do it. I’m glad he finally did that because once I did, I could see everything real time and I really like that and it is actually really nice to be able to have that overview.

My wife looked into debt relief companies and she found National Debt Relief on the internet. She saw a 5-star rating and took a chance with them. So far, they’ve been good to me. They always explain if I have any questions and they’ve always worked around my schedules or talk to me about things whenever they need something or we need to fix something. However, sometimes there's a waiting time of at least five minutes tops that I usually have to wait on. They also described how they were going to have to do the monthly payment. I get paid bi-weekly sometimes so my wife set the payment up to biweekly and they just charge my account. That way, we always have money for the account. At the end of the month, they always send us an email to make sure that I don’t get confused with anything. They're excellent and they help me get out of debt faster. They did a good job.

I was tired of doing this battle of paying this creditor and that creditor. I was trying to stay above water and I was still sinking. National Debt Relief is an excellent facility to become debt-free and avoid all the hassles that you might run into with some collectors who care nothing about your priorities. The reps at NDR are very informative. They are very helpful to leading me to a better credit -- a way which I don't need or want, but I need the help. Since working with NDR, I'm no longer afraid to answer the phone. I know I can easily talk to that person, whoever is calling. I would recommend NDR.

National Debt Relief has a nice team. I have a couple of questions about the amounts that are taken out for National Debt Relief first, as opposed to my creditor. Because I went on there and I'd seen a large amount taken out. I asked who it is going to and they're hesitant to tell me who it was going to. Then they say it's a payment because they get paid a certain amount. It’s like they’re taking out their money and raising, when my bill should be getting paid. They said they were going to get paid regardless. Why are they taking it out? It’s only building up more interest on the bills that I have to pay and that was bothering us. Still, working with National Debt Relief was less stressful than what I expected.

I was blown away with NDR’s clarification and the help that they gave me. In every phone call, they broke everything down to describe the whole process from beginning to end. They were quick at responding. Any time they had some things for me, they would call me right away or email me. I was super satisfied with everything. I felt like I was able to breathe a lot more. They took care of everything that they needed to take care of. They had it under control and it wasn’t stressful.

A relief help seemed like a good plan for me at the stage that I was in. I called National Debt Relief and they told me what they needed, which I sent to them, and we got started. I was very satisfied with Randall and how thorough he was however, there’s just too many steps that take my time away from my busy schedule. I had to call back and forth, constantly have access to Email which is impossible for someone always on the go. And the welcome call was the worst thing I’ve had to listen to. She read word for word everything that would be in my email. Waste of time to tell me what an email reads. If I have questions I can call on my time. I was told the process would take a year. It was not the case. This case will probably take another 6 months to complete. I wish they told me the truth so I could make sure I could afford the monthly payment but I was left in the dark until I signed up.

I am having a very hard time getting anyone to communicate clearly with me my creditors and other members of National Debt solutions. Several times I have called and explained myself or answered a question only to call again and be given another answer or more incorrect information. Also recently I have a creditor that wants to settle and arrange small payment plan and keeps calling and being told I have no funds to work with and when I call I am told that someone will get in touch with them and they never do. I have asked for managers several times and no one can resolve anything for me.

I was impressed with Armani's ability to explain everything and how he kept following up with me after having some setbacks with the hurricane and some other personal issues going on. He was very informative and professional. The other gentleman that reached out after for the welcome call was great too in explaining everything to me. Unfortunately I can't remember his name right now, I apologize. But all in all I feel I was provided great service.

I was nervous to use National Debt Relief but I am beyond happy with their service. I've had multiple credit cards settled for half the balance and very quickly. I have so many bills, small ones. I couldn't pay them all alone and I wanted to pay off what I could, but I had so many monthly payments that I couldn't accumulate anything to pay anything off with. Under those circumstances, I sought debt relief at National Debt Relief. I've been with them for a year now and they’ve been fine and helpful. However, working with them didn't do much of a change because I have bills that are too large and other bills to pay. So, I'm still struggling. But I have been able to pay a couple of the smaller bills off with their help. I just like to see more and pay more bills off. But NDR can only pay with what I give them to pay with and I can only give them what I can afford to give them. So, I'm doing the best I can and I think they are too.

We were just making minimum payments and getting nowhere with our debts so I looked up consolidation online. National Debt Relief is awesome and really on the ball. Their customer service is exceptional in how quickly they respond and how fast they answer the phone when we call. Their reps are also very professional and extremely helpful. We've been working with them for almost a year now and things are going so fast. They said it was going to take up three to four years to get out of debt but it looks like we'll be done in around 24 months only. They didn’t anticipate all the people to settle so fast and they needed more funds in the next few months. We didn't expect that but I don’t mind. They've turned our lives around for the better and relieved a lot of stress.

When I started, I wanted to see what was available to me and National Debt Relief offered to negotiate my debts down. I would pay it off within two years which was perfect for me because in two years my other son will be off to college and I wanted to be completely relinquished when I have to take on the college bill. So, I was pre-planning. I've been with them since May of this year, and I've mostly been conversing with them via emails which has been convenient for me. They have also called me every once in a while but they usually have an agenda and the calls have been very quick and nice. They've been very helpful and polite, too.

They advised me that there would be several offers that would be available to accept and I could wait for another offer if I didn't like the available offer. Working with National Debt Relief has been great and they're helping reduce my debt and make it into affordable payments. I've already gotten two offers and I’ve paid off one card. I've also already gotten a great offer for the other one to start paying it down. I've been able to save on the monthly payment plans and I'd be saving a lot down the road when I finally get the credit cards paid off. I'm very pleased and satisfied with National Debt Relief.

I wanted to end a lot of debt so I looked into debt relief. I've been with National Debt Relief for about 5 months now and it's been very good so far. They've been paying a lot of my stuff still. Also, their reps have been great and very polite.

My husband passed away and I had doctor bills that I had to pay. Most of the insurance money went to that because my husband was sick for a while and he had a heart problem. They had to do special test on him, but some of it wasn't covered by his insurance because he had the insurance since he worked for the Transit, so it didn't increase after he retired. As a person who has worked in customer service for many years in various positions I have found it easy to spot if I am just being fed lines of script and I’m being handled by someone and I did not get this feel at all. At first the whole process seemed scary. But after talking to a counselor and continuing that contact through the process I feel secure in my choice of participating in the program. At no point did I feel pressured to join either. I was given the information and then it was up to me to make a move after that. Not being harassed to join is a big thing.

Jakeith was very good at explaining how the process works, and was good at keeping me on track with getting all the required documents in. Very friendly and informative, positive vibes all around. The only thing that was a hiccup was a goofy email form I had to fill out with all of my information/expenses, but it was not a PDF or word doc that had form fields, instead it was an image. I had to list out the fields and fill them out myself. A small price to pay, in the war against payday loans.

This company claims that they are going to help me get out of debt. I really hope they do. They sound legit and nice so, maybe so. They explained everything to me and sounds good so far. When I was initially signing up. The representative told me that a credit account that I just received a summons on would be able to be included in the program. When I spoke with the representative during the welcome call, I was told that wasn't true and it wouldn't be included.

I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief and I did some research. There’s so many companies that seem to do the same thing. I reached out to them mostly due to our credit cards. They’re really responsive and they’re really good about disclosing all the information and answering any questions. Every time I’ve contacted them, I usually submit a request form through the online portal and they always get back to me really quickly. It’s been really good. I have not been with them that long but so far, four of our cards have already been taken care of.

During that time, my boyfriend had moved down here to Florida and he was in and out of jobs. You set up your payment plan and then you talk to them whenever they have an agreement. They call you for anything you need. If you have any information, they accommodate it well like doing collection notices. I emailed them and within a day, there were files on my record. For the most part, I got no complaints. There were some things and it was probably because I wasn’t paying attention 100% as it was a lot of information when they were first going over the fees. But overall, it's all good stuff. They made my life a little bit less stressful and I would recommend them.
