    I was very satisfied with Randall and how thorough he was however, there’s just too many steps that take my time away from my busy schedule. I had to call back and forth, constantly have access to Email which is impossible for someone always on the go. And the welcome call was the worst thing I’ve had to listen to. She read word for word everything that would be in my email. Waste of time to tell me what an email reads. If I have questions I can call on my time. I suggest streamlining the process and making it quicker and easier to complete.

    Having been employed in a customer service capacity myself, I have to say that NDR maintains excellent customer service. Joe ** and Felesha ** were AMAZING! From their prompt response to inquiries, to their consistent information, to their assurance and reassurance that all of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and understanding. There is no confusing hidden language or pretense, and I'm given the sense that I'm speaking with a real human being, not just someone reading from a script.

    National Debt Relief was recommended to me by a family friend and I would strongly recommend NDR to anyone struggling to make ends meet due to rising cost of living, stagnant salaries, and ever increasing interest rates on credit accounts, which make it virtually impossible to stay afloat. The method the program uses may not seem ideal for some, but for those who want to start fresh; with a clean slate; and not file for the dreaded B (bankruptcy) word, NDR in my opinion, is a great way to get that fresh start. It might take a few years, but I'd rather spend 5 or 6 years building and establishing new credit than spend 20 years paying ONLY interest to the greedy big banking institutions that promised naive young people the financial freedom we all hope for.

    I feel like National Debt Relief has done a pretty good job. I have had some places I owe still charge off my accounts and my credit score took a huge hit.     I am having a very hard time getting anyone to communicate clearly with me my creditors and other members of National Debt solutions. Several times I have called and explained myself or answered a question only to call again and be given another answer or more incorrect information. Also recently I have a creditor that wants to settle and arrange small payment plan and keeps calling and being told I have no funds to work with and when I call I am told that someone will get in touch with them and they never do.     My husband passed away and I had doctor bills that I had to pay. Most of the insurance money went to that because my husband was sick for a while and he had a heart problem. They had to do special test on him, but some of it wasn't covered by his insurance because he had the insurance since he worked for the Transit, so it didn't increase after he retired.     I have so many bills, small ones. I couldn't pay them all alone and I wanted to pay off what I could, but I had so many monthly payments that I couldn't accumulate anything to pay anything off with. Under those circumstances, I sought debt relief at National Debt Relief. I've been with them for a year now and they’ve been fine and helpful. However, working with them didn't do much of a change because I have bills that are too large and other bills to pay. So, I'm still struggling.     When I started, I wanted to see what was available to me and National Debt Relief offered to negotiate my debts down. I would pay it off within two years which was perfect for me because in two years my other son will be off to college and I wanted to be completely relinquished when I have to take on the college bill. So, I was pre-planning. I've been with them since May of this year, and I've mostly been conversing with them via emails which has been convenient for me. They have also called me every once in a while but they usually have an agenda and the calls have been very quick and nice. They've been very helpful and polite, too.

    We were just making minimum payments and getting nowhere with our debts so I looked up consolidation online. National Debt Relief is awesome and really on the ball. Their customer service is exceptional in how quickly they respond and how fast they answer the phone when we call. Their reps are also very professional and extremely helpful.     I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief and I did some research. There’s so many companies that seem to do the same thing. I reached out to them mostly due to our credit cards. They’re really responsive and they’re really good about disclosing all the information and answering any questions. Every time I’ve contacted them, I usually submit a request form through the online portal and they always get back to me really quickly. It’s been really good. You set up your payment plan and then you talk to them whenever they have an agreement. They call you for anything you need.     I had a credit card through Amazon that I used to get an iPhone. I also had one for LensCrafters where I got my glasses. Then I got a job at a department store where the only way for me to use my discount for that store was if I use a credit card. At that point, I had a beautiful credit score and they gave me the best credit card they had which I could use at any store and it would build points. During that time, my boyfriend had moved down here to Florida and he was in and out of jobs.     I was out of debt and I couldn’t pay stuff because I’m injured and on workers’ compensation. I also have two court cases that I have to go to. I got tired of all of these, so I started looking for help. I did a web search for all kinds of debt relief companies. National Debt Relief was one of the top 10 and I called everybody in the top 10. NDR’s reps have been courteous and helpful. However, they’re hard to get a hold of. When I’d call, I’d end up waiting for 30 minutes before someone picks up. But when I finally reached to someone, the experience was good. Their reps knew what they’re talking about. When I couldn’t make a payment because of the situation I’m in, they’d help me and stop the payments toward this payment. Then, they would just start up next month.

    Since I started with NDR, I had a bit of stress relief because they’ve settled some of my accounts. However, my credit went to scrap because I had to stop making payments. I had to make my credit horrible to be able to get NDR to help me. And when I really needed something, such as when my AC blew and I wanted to get a new one and get financed, I couldn’t because my credit’s horrible.

    I was buried in credit card debts and it made me stop and realize that I'm at a point in life where I don’t want to owe so much money. I didn’t have $50,000 or $60,000 but it was enough that I was losing sleep over it. I researched debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief has been a good option for me. They could get my debt taken care of in a shorter time. I had a monthly payment that stayed the same that they took out my checking account every month and it looked stable in terms of what I was looking for. They're paying off my credit card and they've paid three cards out of six, which is a good amount. Some of the credit card companies are still charging me interest that they haven't paid off and I'm not sure what they'll do with it. Yet hopefully, within a year or less, the rest will be paid off.

    I have not had a problem with National Debt Relief until the last two months when they took out two $400 payments instead of one. I was a little bit agitated when I saw it. The first time they did it, I called and they said that I had okayed it verbally over the phone, but I didn’t recall. So I let it go and told them I cannot afford $800 a month. Then they did it again in September so I called and I was transferred to 2-3 people. They tried to insist that I gave a verbal okay. I may have one time, but I knew I didn’t do it twice. I told them they needed to return the $400 to my checking account because it was not my agreement, and I could not afford $800 a month. So, they returned September’s double payment of $400 to my checking account. I also requested of them that anytime they're going to take out extra money, I want a letter sent to me that I can read and sign and send back.

    Still, I would tell others that working with National Debt Relief is a great way to get rid of debt. They're a viable option for consumers without doing bankruptcy. Even without signing on the dotted line, just talking to them and figuring out how it's going to be beneficial and what is the span of time it would take before they can get rid of the consumer's debt, is really eye-opening.

    I applied for a consolidation loan through the internet and I was sent to National Debt Relief. I couldn’t get a consolidation loan so after applying for a couple of loans, a woman suggested I talk to NDR and see if they could help me figure out how to get things worked out. NDR explained what the program was and what it entailed, and asked if it would fit for me and if I could do it. It was neutrally agreed and it was a good fit. I showed them my debt, and they helped me with the budget and what I thought I could pay monthly and then with my agreement that I wouldn't use credit anymore. And in my case, I pay twice a month.

    The customer service team has been very easy to get a hold of. They're always very polite and they appear to be nonjudgmental. Whenever I've had a problem, they’ve really been there to help explain things and kind of show me what to do. I can always get on my internet and see where we're sitting. If they see that I'm not on there for a while, they’ll call me and ask me if I was having problems getting on my account. I am about a year in with the process. I have been meeting up with some problems and concerns, but it appears that I've got the information I need and I'd go from there. I'm very happy. It's been a very good and helpful experience.     I had a lot of bills. I thought maybe I could consolidate them all and get some help. I tried National Debt Relief and they've been great. They're very upfront about everything. It’s a legitimate program, however, they charge a lot of money to consolidate your debt. And I just canceled it. The situation is, I’m 75 years old, I’m going to quit work this next summer and I have heart problems. And I realized that I wasn’t going to be able to complete the program.

    I needed help with my credit and National Debt Relief has been very helpful. I called somebody else before NDR and didn't feel good even with the process of giving us the information and accepting the proposal so when I saw NDR I tried them. They were less expensive and were more knowledgeable. I've had very little interaction with them and just let them handle everything. But, they'll call me or reach out to me when I needed to do something and everything's been fine.

    National Debt Relief is helping me out quite a bit. I lost my husband two years ago and I went into debt and I needed to get out of it. They send me emails and when I don’t respond to it, they call me. They’re on top of everything and they keep me updated. Right now, they’re negotiating to take me out of Small Claims Court, and they’ve got a lawyer who’s going to represent me. I like National Debt because I don’t have to worry. They take the money that we agreed on out of my account once a month and they keep me informed when something comes up. So, they’re very helpful.

    I lost my job around 2016 so I couldn’t pay a lot of my credit cards and a lot of bills. When I found a new job I was trying to clean up my credit and pay some of my stuff.
