I was very satisfied with Randall and how thorough he was however, there’s just too many steps that take my time away from my busy schedule. I had to call back and forth, constantly have access to Email which is impossible for someone always on the go. And the welcome call was the worst thing I’ve had to listen to. She read word for word everything that would be in my email. Waste of time to tell me what an email reads. If I have questions I can call on my time. I suggest streamlining the process and making it quicker and easier to complete.

The service was extremely professional, consistent and helpful. I was well informed and they made sure I understood completely. Definitely would recommend to any one needing assistance. This service will definitely improve my life without the hassle and worry of whether or not I can make my payments each month. Thank you so much National Debt Relief.

I was told the process would take a year. It was not the case. This case will probably take another 6 months to complete. I wish they told me the truth so I could make sure I could afford the monthly payment but I was left in the dark until I signed up.

I am having a very hard time getting anyone to communicate clearly with me my creditors and other members of National Debt solutions. Several times I have called and explained myself or answered a question only to call again and be given another answer or more incorrect information. Also recently I have a creditor that wants to settle and arrange small payment plan and keeps calling and being told I have no funds to work with and when I call I am told that someone will get in touch with them and they never do. I have asked for managers several times and no one can resolve anything for me.

I was impressed with Armani's ability to explain everything and how he kept following up with me after having some setbacks with the hurricane and some other personal issues going on. He was very informative and professional. The other gentleman that reached out after for the welcome call was great too in explaining everything to me. Unfortunately I can't remember his name right now, I apologize. But all in all I feel I was provided great service.

I was referred from a relative and a friend. I'm glad I joined. The customer Service agents I spoke with were very friendly and thorough. I'm confident they will help me resolve all my debt issues in a timely manner and save me a lot of money in the process.

I was nervous to use National Debt Relief but I am beyond happy with their service. I've had multiple credit cards settled for half the balance and very quickly. I got National Debt Relief service and their rep went over the process. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They advised me that there would be several offers that would be available to accept and I could wait for another offer if I didn't like the available offer. Working with National Debt Relief has been great and they're helping reduce my debt and make it into affordable payments. I've already gotten two offers and I’ve paid off one card. I've also already gotten a great offer for the other one to start paying it down. I've been able to save on the monthly payment plans and I'd be saving a lot down the road when I finally get the credit cards paid off. I'm very pleased and satisfied with National Debt Relief.

My husband passed away and I had doctor bills that I had to pay. Most of the insurance money went to that because my husband was sick for a while and he had a heart problem. They had to do special test on him, but some of it wasn't covered by his insurance because he had the insurance since he worked for the Transit, so it didn't increase after he retired. So, I was solely left with a little bit of debt.

I have so many bills, small ones. I couldn't pay them all alone and I wanted to pay off what I could, but I had so many monthly payments that I couldn't accumulate anything to pay anything off with. Under those circumstances, I sought debt relief at National Debt Relief. I've been with them for a year now and they’ve been fine and helpful. However, working with them didn't do much of a change because I have bills that are too large and other bills to pay. So, I'm still struggling. But I have been able to pay a couple of the smaller bills off with their help. I just like to see more and pay more bills off. But NDR can only pay with what I give them to pay with and I can only give them what I can afford to give them. So, I'm doing the best I can and I think they are too.

When I started, I wanted to see what was available to me and National Debt Relief offered to negotiate my debts down. I would pay it off within two years which was perfect for me because in two years my other son will be off to college and I wanted to be completely relinquished when I have to take on the college bill. So, I was pre-planning. I've been with them since May of this year, and I've mostly been conversing with them via emails which has been convenient for me. They have also called me every once in a while but they usually have an agenda and the calls have been very quick and nice. They've been very helpful and polite, too.

We were just making minimum payments and getting nowhere with our debts so I looked up consolidation online. National Debt Relief is awesome and really on the ball. Their customer service is exceptional in how quickly they respond and how fast they answer the phone when we call. Their reps are also very professional and extremely helpful. We've been working with them for almost a year now and things are going so fast. They said it was going to take up three to four years to get out of debt but it looks like we'll be done in around 24 months only. They didn’t anticipate all the people to settle so fast and they needed more funds in the next few months. We didn't expect that but I don’t mind. They've turned our lives around for the better and relieved a lot of stress.

The person I enrolled with was Veronica ** and she was polite and professional, answered all of my questions and guided me through the process in a truly caring and professional manner. My welcome call was handled in a similar fashion. As a person who has worked in customer service for many years in various positions I have found it easy to spot if I am just being fed lines of script and I’m being handled by someone and I did not get this feel at all. I truly believe that these people genuinely care and show it in their mannerisms and professionalism on the phone.

These individuals were polite and helpful by clearly explaining all aspects of the program. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone in the future. They've reviewed all parts of my contract by detailing paragraph and ensuring that I understand what was said in the whole contract.

At first the whole process seemed scary. But after talking to a counselor and continuing that contact through the process I feel secure in my choice of participating in the program. At no point did I feel pressured to join either. I was given the information and then it was up to me to make a move after that. Not being harassed to join is a big thing.

Jakeith was very good at explaining how the process works, and was good at keeping me on track with getting all the required documents in. Very friendly and informative, positive vibes all around. The only thing that was a hiccup was a goofy email form I had to fill out with all of my information/expenses, but it was not a PDF or word doc that had form fields, instead it was an image. I had to list out the fields and fill them out myself. A small price to pay, in the war against payday loans.

This company claims that they are going to help me get out of debt. I really hope they do. They sound legit and nice so, maybe so. They explained everything to me and sounds good so far. When I was initially signing up. The representative told me that a credit account that I just received a summons on would be able to be included in the program. When I spoke with the representative during the welcome call, I was told that wasn't true and it wouldn't be included.

I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief and I did some research. There’s so many companies that seem to do the same thing. I reached out to them mostly due to our credit cards. Every time I’ve contacted them, I usually submit a request form through the online portal and they always get back to me really quickly. It’s been really good. I have not been with them that long but so far, four of our cards have already been taken care of.

I had two credit cards that by themselves were $16,000 and they weren't really changing. Signing up with National Debt Relief was easy. You set up your payment plan and then you talk to them whenever they have an agreement. They call you for anything you need. If you have any information, they accommodate it well like doing collection notices. I emailed them and within a day, there were files on my record. For the most part, I got no complaints. There were some things and it was probably because I wasn’t paying attention 100% as it was a lot of information when they were first going over the fees. But overall, it's all good stuff. They made my life a little bit less stressful and I would recommend them.

My mom was drowning in debt and left everything in National Debt Relief's hands and it's all going well. Their customer service is wonderful and I'm happy with everything they do. It's made my mom happier and her depression went away. They've done great and explained everything to us well. Plus, they taught me how to email and send copies of my mom's bills and whatever else was needed.

I had a credit card through Amazon that I used to get an iPhone. I also had one for LensCrafters where I got my glasses. Then I got a job at a department store where the only way for me to use my discount for that store was if I use a credit card. At that point, I had a beautiful credit score and they gave me the best credit card they had which I could use at any store and it would build points. During that time, my boyfriend had moved down here to Florida and he was in and out of jobs. So I used my card to help with the groceries, then Christmas came around, and six months later, I lost my job at that department store.

National Debt Relief has been a big help. Working with them had been a slow process but everything is as it’s supposed to. Our life has been much better than before. I haven't spoken with the person who I first spoke to but I've never had bad customer service.

I was out of debt and I couldn’t pay stuff because I’m injured and on workers’ compensation. I also have two court cases that I have to go to. I got tired of all of these, so I started looking for help. I did a web search for all kinds of debt relief companies. National Debt Relief was one of the top 10 and I called everybody in the top 10. NDR’s reps have been courteous and helpful. However, they’re hard to get a hold of. When I’d call, I’d end up waiting for 30 minutes before someone picks up. But when I finally reached to someone, the experience was good. Their reps knew what they’re talking about. When I couldn’t make a payment because of the situation I’m in, they’d help me and stop the payments toward this payment. Then, they would just start up next month.

I've had good luck with National Debt Relief. The team is very kind, courteous, and they explained everything well. Working with NDR has made things easier and is definitely taking a lot of pressure off. It has been a very good and welcoming experience. I was buried in credit card debts and it made me stop and realize that I'm at a point in life where I don’t want to owe so much money. I didn’t have $50,000 or $60,000 but it was enough that I was losing sleep over it. I researched debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief has been a good option for me. They could get my debt taken care of in a shorter time. I had a monthly payment that stayed the same that they took out my checking account every month and it looked stable in terms of what I was looking for. They're paying off my credit card and they've paid three cards out of six, which is a good amount. Some of the credit card companies are still charging me interest that they haven't paid off and I'm not sure what they'll do with it. Yet hopefully, within a year or less, the rest will be paid off.

I want to be simply out of debt and with National Debt Relief, my experience has been pretty much good all around. They have been good with communication too.

National Debt Relief is a good program if you can afford it. The only guy that I really dealt with was pretty cool about everything. He made things a little bit easier for me to understand, and I agreed with the program within the first couple of minutes. I worked with them only for a couple of months. I didn't really get to survive the whole program. I had no income and I couldn't fund the account anymore, so I couldn't afford it. But I loved what went on and they were knocking down the creditors big time. I had good customer service, too.

We have a small business and the cost of getting it off the ground was chomping away but we couldn't seem to get ahead. A representative that works for a mortgage corporation mentioned National Debt Relief when I was asking about credit repair. I called them and they've been great. The representative was very nice and understanding. She went to each of the accounts and asked for balances. I spoke with her every day for three days. And then, it was all set up. She changed me to another representative who was pretty much all business. So, I'm looking forward to being able to graduate the program early. With National Debt Relief, it was definitely less stressful of not having the credit card company call my phone for payments. The program was also affordable. I was expecting a higher payment just to shorten the time that I needed to pay, but I think they do it so that nobody has any difficulty. So far, everything is good.

I couldn’t get a consolidation loan so after applying for a couple of loans, a woman suggested I talk to NDR and see if they could help me figure out how to get things worked out. NDR explained what the program was and what it entailed, and asked if it would fit for me and if I could do it. It was neutrally agreed and it was a good fit. I showed them my debt, and they helped me with the budget and what I thought I could pay monthly and then with my agreement that I wouldn't use credit anymore. And in my case, I pay twice a month.
