    The process was lengthy, but extremely thorough. All in all it was an excellent experience. I worked with Teddy and he was extremely knowledgeable. I interrupted him numerous times with questions and he was able to intelligently answer each one of them. He was very patient and understanding. During the process there were times where he had to return my call. He did so in a very timely manner. I am just beginning the program, but will give more feedback as time progresses.     I lost my job and got put in a bind so I contacted National Debt Relief. Their representatives were great. I explained what was going on and they set me up on a program and I get to receive weekly to bi-weekly follow-ups. They call me and they leave a message if I don't answer then I call them right back. Ever since working with them, my mind is at ease because they're keeping track of things for me and helping out in settling my debts so I can get back on track. The only problem I've had was one creditor we couldn't reach because they never sent me anything and we're having trouble identifying who they really are.     Initiated contact with Gene ** who was pleasant to work with on the phone. A review of creditors identified total debt and the debt repayment cost was explained. Although I wanted to handle two credit cards myself, I was not clear they had six months to be in line with balances of $500. This was clarified with the Customer Service reps on the Welcome Call. Further obligations on my part were for me to personally produce letters to the creditors stating I myself wanted to close the credit card account. All these things including a Legal partnership and a physical Power of Attorney document shows me the company has a program that is indeed solid.

    I knew that I was going to be real busy with my job and we’re terrible at money. I figured it’d be easier to let somebody else help make us do it than try to do it ourselves so I looked into National Debt Relief. They’ve all been awesome and everyone’s been really sweet, helpful, encouraging and informative. Every time I talk to them, they’re like, “I have noticed you haven’t logged on to the portal yet. You should really do that.” One guy actually made sure to sit down and take the time and walk me through how to do it.     My wife looked into debt relief companies and she found National Debt Relief on the internet. She saw a 5-star rating and took a chance with them. So far, they’ve been good to me. They always explain if I have any questions and they’ve always worked around my schedules or talk to me about things whenever they need something or we need to fix something. However, sometimes there's a waiting time of at least five minutes tops that I usually have to wait on. They also described how they were going to have to do the monthly payment. I get paid bi-weekly sometimes so my wife set the payment up to biweekly and they just charge my account. That way, we always have money for the account. At the end of the month, they always send us an email to make sure that I don’t get confused with anything. They're excellent and they help me get out of debt faster. They did a good job.

    National Debt Relief has a nice team. I have a couple of questions about the amounts that are taken out for National Debt Relief first, as opposed to my creditor. Because I went on there and I'd seen a large amount taken out. I asked who it is going to and they're hesitant to tell me who it was going to. Then they say it's a payment because they get paid a certain amount. It’s like they’re taking out their money and raising, when my bill should be getting paid. They said they were going to get paid regardless. Why are they taking it out? It’s only building up more interest on the bills that I have to pay and that was bothering us. Still, working with National Debt Relief was less stressful than what I expected.

    I was very satisfied with Randall and how thorough he was however, there’s just too many steps that take my time away from my busy schedule.     I have so many bills, small ones. I couldn't pay them all alone and I wanted to pay off what I could, but I had so many monthly payments that I couldn't accumulate anything to pay anything off with. I would pay it off within two years which was perfect for me because in two years my other son will be off to college and I wanted to be completely relinquished when I have to take on the college bill.     My husband passed away and I had doctor bills that I had to pay. Most of the insurance money went to that because my husband was sick for a while and he had a heart problem.     I saw a TV commercial of National Debt Relief and I did some research. There’s so many companies that seem to do the same thing. I reached out to them mostly due to our credit cards. They’re really responsive and they’re really good about disclosing all the information and answering any questions.     I had a credit card through Amazon that I used to get an iPhone. I also had one for LensCrafters where I got my glasses. Then I got a job at a department store where the only way for me to use my discount for that store was if I use a credit card.
