The staff at National Debt Relief were good and they informed me of their process and how they do business. I had too much debt and they have settled at least two of my debts.

We started relying on our credit after my ankle injury and surgery. I had a lot of credit card debts so I decided to look into relief help. My sister was using National Debt Relief so I went with them too. I gave a lot of information to the person who handled my case, we chatted for quite a while and he was really helpful. The program that I took was 36 months and I started this process with them in December of 2016. They have relieved a lot of financial stress. However, after the initial setup, communication is somewhat lacking. I'm not upset by it, but I feel like they have a very automated system versus any sort of personal interaction. Everything is automated, which is nice because I don’t have to think about it, but I had a question once that took a while to get through to anybody to get a response. Nonetheless, my experience has been simple and straightforward.

Alban was the specialist who guided us through this process. He was clearly thorough and very professional. He made out decision a lot easier. We had to call them multiple times with additional questions and every time we felt treated with respect and kindness.

It took a few month to see anything getting done, but after that I'm seeing some action, and am sleeping a lot better now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend NDR to anyone that wants to get debt free.

I had a really good experience with debt relief. Everything was explained in great detail. Very professional when I spoke to them. I would recommend this company to others. NDR is helping take care of my bills and I'm only paying one company, not all the different companies. NDR’s representatives are very helpful. They can explain the answers to all the questions that I have. This company is good. They are still dealing with some of my credit cards and so far, it's so good. They are following up on me. It’s very easy and there’s no stress at all. It's very convenient if you have problems about a credit card. I recommend them and I have already recommended them to my friends.

I got behind with my credit cards and I wanted to settle them. I had 10 credit cards, some with a small amount and some with a big amount. I started off with a rep named Randel and he was a really great guy. And the customer service that I've dealt with after him were super nice, answered all of my questions and were informative. I searched for places that would help me consolidate my bills and I've been with National Debt Relief for a few months. They called me a couple of times to update me on calls that they’ve made to my creditors and deals that they’ve made to allow me to pay off the debt for different companies. I appreciate that. It's a slow process with National but I know that I’m headed in the right direction. Unfortunately, there are still a few creditors calling me about them not hearing or receiving any information as far as them being included in the plan that I have with National Debt Relief. I have let the creditors know that they will be hearing from National at some point. But it’s out of my hands right now and I can’t afford to just pay the debt that are included in the plan. For the most part though, my experience has been good but I initially thought and hoped that things would go a little smoother.

I had too much in all my cards and I was making minimum payments. I also missed one payment, so I thought I’d try and do something. Everybody that I spoke to from National Debt Relief was very nice, understanding and informative. I exchanged several phone calls with their reps, and if I had a question and somebody couldn’t answer, they’d tell me to hold on so they can make sure. They didn't want to give me the wrong information, which was good.

After a divorce, I had a lot of credit card debt. So I signed up with National Debt Relief and so far, so good. I only have four creditors and two of them have been resolved. Two more and I’m done. Working with them has been a huge relief and very helpful with my situation. But they could have a little bit more communication with their clients because some time will go by and I don’t hear anything from them. So it would be good to hear how they’re working with certain creditors or where certain things stand up before it’s completely at that point where they’re ready to settle.

The details of NDR's program were more appealing than going out with other providers, and I felt comfortable with it. They answered all my questions and gave me the comfort level to go ahead and proceed. I haven't communicated with them in a while but so far, it's been good.

I was having a problem with several small bills that added to a large lump sum. For the most part, especially in the beginning, the National Debt Relief team were extremely cooperative, prompt, responsive. I thought they were great and I was very pleased with the way they were handling things. And then all of a sudden, it was like the ball got trapped and nothing has happened since April. I've made a deposit of $20,000 into the account because I wanted this all resolved quickly. I didn't want to be making monthly payments and waiting for them to get enough money to pay off accounts. I made the $20,000 deposit with the agreement that they were going to wrap these things up. And they did. The first five went really quickly. Then the last two have been going on for months and months and months and nothing has happened. So now, I'm not happy.

We want to get out of debt and everyone at National Debt Relief has been great. I’m in the first year out of four of the program and we're happy now that we’re on our way to being debt free.

I definitely recommend National Debt Relief. They have affected my life in a positive way and I'm out of debt. I wanted to take care of the money that I owed to different accounts and a friend told me about them. They have an excellent team and all were very well. They walked me through the entire thing and answered whenever I need them.

I called whenever I have an issue or question and the National Debt Relief team answers right away. I had mail delivered telling me to start the program. I called and told them I already started. I also had an issue where my bank numbers were wrong but we figured that out. It was a hard start but my anxiety level is not as high as it used to be.

I really need help with managing the huge amount of debt I've incurred. I explained what was going on and they set me up on a program and I get to receive weekly to bi-weekly follow-ups. They call me and they leave a message if I don't answer then I call them right back. Initiated contact with Gene ** who was pleasant to work with on the phone. A review of creditors identified total debt and the debt repayment cost was explained. Although I wanted to handle two credit cards myself, I was not clear they had six months to be in line with balances of $500. This was clarified with the Customer Service reps on the Welcome Call. Further obligations on my part were for me to personally produce letters to the creditors stating I myself wanted to close the credit card account. All these things including a Legal partnership and a physical Power of Attorney document shows me the company has a program that is indeed solid.

My wife looked into debt relief companies and she found National Debt Relief on the internet. She saw a 5-star rating and took a chance with them. So far, they’ve been good to me. They always explain if I have any questions and they’ve always worked around my schedules or talk to me about things whenever they need something or we need to fix something. However, sometimes there's a waiting time of at least five minutes tops that I usually have to wait on. They also described how they were going to have to do the monthly payment. I get paid bi-weekly sometimes so my wife set the payment up to biweekly and they just charge my account. That way, we always have money for the account. At the end of the month, they always send us an email to make sure that I don’t get confused with anything. They're excellent and they help me get out of debt faster. They did a good job.

National Debt Relief has a nice team. I have a couple of questions about the amounts that are taken out for National Debt Relief first, as opposed to my creditor. Because I went on there and I'd seen a large amount taken out. I asked who it is going to and they're hesitant to tell me who it was going to. Then they say it's a payment because they get paid a certain amount. It’s like they’re taking out their money and raising, when my bill should be getting paid. They said they were going to get paid regardless. Why are they taking it out? It’s only building up more interest on the bills that I have to pay and that was bothering us. Still, working with National Debt Relief was less stressful than what I expected.

I knew that I was going to be real busy with my job and we’re terrible at money. I figured it’d be easier to let somebody else help make us do it than try to do it ourselves so I looked into National Debt Relief.
