I have been struggling financially and National Debt Relief helps pay off bills, and whatever else that you are having a hard time paying off. I spoke with Wilson the first time I heard about this program and he gave excellent advice to those who need help with their bills, etc.

Very new to this program. Read reviews on many debt relief companies before decided to use National Debt Relief. So far they have done a great job. I have called a few times with questions and all of the people I have dealt with have been very helpful.

David was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. I would recommend National Debt Relief to my family and friends. I hope my future interactions with staff is as wonderful and easy as it has been up to this point. Thanks for all the help!

My husband and I accumulated a lot of debt during the course of my building a new business (which I started in the summer of 2008, shortly before the Great Recession began) and my husband changing jobs, which involved his income being cut in half for a year. We just finished our program with National Debt Relief, and I'm so grateful to them! There's no way we could have gotten out of that much debt without their help (unless we had declared bankruptcy, which was not a good choice). We would not have been able to negotiate the settlements that National Debt Relief negotiated on our behalf (for example, one credit card company completely forgave what we owed them on three credit cards, which is why we were able to finish the program in less than the expected four years). And when two of the companies to which we owned money took legal action against us, National Debt Relief took care of everything for us.

Very good program. The success team is awesome. This program is a Godsend program for people who is rebuilding their lives and finances. You can call them at any time and they are available to assist you and very POLITE. God bless you all.

The process was easy. The hard part was deciding to take this step to relieve some financial burdens. They answered all questions and never made us feel like we were a stigma. After signing the paperwork I instantly felt like we were going to be ok.

I would recommend this to anyone who are experiencing debt. Go for it. It's a great program, payments are very low and the representative that helped me is named Keith ** and he was great. He took his time and walked me through and answered any questions that I had or have. NDR IS A GREAT PROGRAM.

The Team members were nice, patient and willing to answer questions and concerns I had. Sounds like they will be there if needed. I just started but am hopeful that this will be a good thing to do for me. The phone connection was not the best though. The phone issue could have been from my end but they had no problem repeating them self when asked.

When I made up my mind to cut up all the credit cards, I found my balances were way out of line - and would be impossible for me to pay. I contacted National Debt Relief, was very satisfied with the responses. They understood my position and set up a payback plan that I could afford. The money comes out of my account right after I get my SS check - couldn't be easier. I get updates on how things are going. There is a website or I can call if I want to talk to someone. There is of course paperwork - believe me, it will open your eyes on how much money gets frittered away - now with a budget I'm much more careful. I have hope, and now I will get out of trouble with credit cards - Never again!!!

We decided to give NDR a try (although skeptical) because we had quite a bit of cc debt and wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. Using this service was super easy to set up and they have taken care of everything. We just gave them the information of our creditors, once then set up an automatic debit from our account once a month and that was it. The automatic debit is the same each month and they disperse the monies as agreed upon with the cc companies. If you find yourself in a bit of pickle with debt, call NDR you will not be sorry.

My 5-star rating says I would recommend to a friend and I already have! My account representative and the person who made the welcome call were very informative and knowledgeable about the whole process. I felt my account representative could tell I was "embarrassed" (for lack of a better word) to be in the position where I would need debt relief and he was very reassuring and walked me through my debt solution plan. After finishing the sign-up and receiving confirmation I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

NDR made me feel easy throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and was very patient. The concept is simple and teaches you money management rather than just forgiveness. I also like that I am in control of the process. I highly recommend this program.

Olga was very friendly and patient throughout the sign up process. We worked mostly through email due to my cell phone not being able to have a good signal but she stuck with me and helped me get all the info together. She was very helpful in making sure I understood the program and treated me with respect which was nice. I didn't feel like she was judging me for going through a hard time. The welcome call went well to go over all info again.

This was the first debt I had settled which I'm so excited about. I've only been in the program for a little over 2 months and look forward to settling the rest of my debt! Every customer service person I have talked to was always helpful and when I have sent in letters I have received from my creditors they have reminded me to sent copies to them.

Additional debt withdrawal $293 on 10/6. I was schedule for a $400 withdrawal on 10/6 and the $293 was suppose to be in effect on the next withdrawal according to customer service rep and payment schedule. Please credit my checking account the $293... I need these funds for bills. Thanks!

Completely professional, courteous, rapid response. It took only one and a half days to complete enrollment with fairly easy understanding of process and applicable documents. All phone calls and emails were handled extremely well by competent, knowledgeable staff. Thanks.

My husband got really sick. He's still unable to work and I can barely work myself so I didn’t have any choice but get help with our debt. I went with National Debt Relief and they were fine. I’m still working on my debt with them and I don’t feel that they reach out to the creditors fast enough to try to make a settlement. They have settled a few debts but with those the creditors involved have called them to make an arrangement. They have not tried to reach out for anybody. And now we’re at the point where we have the four paid off and now it's building up again. So I keep calling my creditors asking them to call NDR.

I still can't believe how quickly my debts were resolved. I began participating in this program in March with some reluctance but I can say it was the best decision I ever made. The representatives are easy to work with. I would recommend.

We wanted to get our debt cleared up. We were just paying the interest every month and our situation was terrible. We're getting out of this hole by working with National Debt Relief. We've been with them for almost a year now. Our interactions with the NDR team have been really good and the last one was amazing. My experience with National Debt Relief was not too good. I thought my credit score would be lowered by now because I'm into the program for over a year. But, unfortunately, my score is not good and I’m disappointed. I wanted to get a home equity loan but my credit score is too low. Maybe I took it for granted that it would get lowered or maybe it’s an oversight on their part. I’ll find out when I speak to them tomorrow.

I'm in a program with National Debt Relief for about a year now and it's been a great experience. I've had no real trouble with them and their team members are good and decent. National Debt Relief made my transition into being debt-free easier like they said it would be.

National Debt Relief keeps us closer to our goal of being out of debt. Other agencies require that I get all statements and have a lot of contact with the creditors, but National Debt Relief did the work for me. I didn't have to do a whole lot of work and they are polite, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable to me. They know more than I know about the situation. So far, we've already gotten one settlement and that's a blessing.

We were trying to get out of debt and wanted to consolidate so we set up with National Debt Relief. The lady representative was really nice and very helpful during the quick setup process. Our credit is not going to get better overnight because we're charging off on some stuff. But it's been good and we're slowly getting there. The experience is pain-free.

With National Debt, I’m making one payment and they are distributing it wherever it needs to go. I’m now making progress without having to make 20 different payments a month and the harassing phone calls stopped. We’ve already paid off a few of the cards. Although the team at National Debt is fab, there were surprises of how much the fees were. They said I'm paying 50% of my debt, but their fees bring it above 50% and I’m paying like 70%. They should explain their fees and when they’re taking them because when they told me that they don’t take their fees until after the settlement is paid, I didn’t realize how much the fees were. And then there are codes, and they should define what they mean. On their site, they send the S4 and they should define that, so I know where all the money is going to. But that was when I first started and it ended now.

I initially called National Debt Relief and once I’ve started doing business with them, I’ve always paid on time. When I had the cash ready to pay one account, I told their reps, “Okay, put that towards it, then we will see where it's at, so don't make these monthly withdrawals until you all paid something off. And then call me back.” But they didn’t do it and the money would still come out of the account no matter what. I only figured this out after several months because I don’t mess with the computer. I was also under the impression that there were no early termination fees. That account went ahead and got negligent because it's still coming out and this happened a couple of times. I got about six accounts that I usually just move money to and I let one go there every now and then. Then I got hit with all of the fees from the bank and ended up paying a lot more.

I am grateful for Brian helping me in this process. I feel very happy that I can get my life back on track. Thank you National Debt Relief! I am not sure what I would have done if I wouldn't have contact you. I felt that there was no hope until now. I am definitely going to recommended this service to anyone else I may know that might be going through the same thing.

I gave a lot of information to the person who handled my case, we chatted for quite a while and he was really helpful. The program that I took was 36 months and I started this process with them in December of 2016. They have relieved a lot of financial stress. However, after the initial setup, communication is somewhat lacking. I'm not upset by it, but I feel like they have a very automated system versus any sort of personal interaction. Everything is automated, which is nice because I don’t have to think about it, but I had a question once that took a while to get through to anybody to get a response. Nonetheless, my experience has been simple and straightforward.

Medical bills got me involved with NDR and I've been with them for six months. The rep was nice with me. Everything has been okay in working with NDR and I have no issues with them right now. I got behind with my credit cards and I wanted to settle them. I had 10 credit cards, some with a small amount and some with a big amount. I started off with a rep named Randel and he was a really great guy. And the customer service that I've dealt with after him were super nice, answered all of my questions and were informative. It turned out to be a great experience.

I searched for places that would help me consolidate my bills and I've been with National Debt Relief for a few months. They called me a couple of times to update me on calls that they’ve made to my creditors and deals that they’ve made to allow me to pay off the debt for different companies. I appreciate that. It's a slow process with National but I know that I’m headed in the right direction. Unfortunately, there are still a few creditors calling me about them not hearing or receiving any information as far as them being included in the plan that I have with National Debt Relief. I have let the creditors know that they will be hearing from National at some point. But it’s out of my hands right now and I can’t afford to just pay the debt that are included in the plan. For the most part though, my experience has been good but I initially thought and hoped that things would go a little smoother.

National Debt Relief has helped me pay off a couple of cards and made my life a little easier. I've called in for questions about the account and they've been really helpful. They provide me with anything that concerns me and all the information that I could possibly know. I'm now towards the middle of the process but I haven't been able to make the last couple of payments because I'm trying to look for a job.

The team at National Debt Relief has been great to work with. I'm so far in debt and the guy who got me all set up answered all questions and responded right away. Once we got it approved, everything had gone smoothly. Now, my life has been hassle-free and I haven't had to deal with creditors.

I've been with NDR for seven to eight months and my progress has been as expected. Other than when setting up the account, all I've gotten from them are emails and a couple of phone calls when they came up with the settlement offer. They've alleviated some of my financial stress because I know that I can expect one sum to come out of my account per month. The process has been smooth and simple. The only thing that I worry about is the very slow process to engage my debt collectors about my debt, etc. I hate to keep getting those calls and people absolutely oblivious and non-negotiable about my debt and about National Debt Relief.

My experience with them has been very effective and my credit rating has gone up 85 points on TransUnion and about 60 points on Equifax in the past six months.

I was getting a divorce and things were getting out of control and I wanted to be able to buy a house. I looked into debt relief and I've been with National Debt Relief for a year now. The rep that I have spoken with over the phone was very friendly. And everybody has been very nice and courteous and they don’t make me feel uncomfortable that I have debts. They encouraged me that I could get my debts taken care of fairly quickly, and they were responsive, too. I had an issue where I had to change my account that they were debiting, and they got it in right away and didn’t charge me anything. NDR has already paid off one of my bills and they already got a settlement with another one. It's been a slow process because I don’t have the money to put into it, but right now, I'm thinking of building up my savings again so that they can get my other two debts settled. I really enjoy working with them, and my experience has been very pleasant.

I definitely recommend National Debt Relief. They have affected my life in a positive way and I'm out of debt. I wanted to take care of the money that I owed to different accounts and a friend told me about them. They have an excellent team and all were very well. They walked me through the entire thing and answered whenever I need them.

I was having a problem with several small bills that added to a large lump sum. For the most part, especially in the beginning, the National Debt Relief team were extremely cooperative, prompt, responsive. I thought they were great and I was very pleased with the way they were handling things. And then all of a sudden, it was like the ball got trapped and nothing has happened since April. I've made a deposit of $20,000 into the account because I wanted this all resolved quickly. I didn't want to be making monthly payments and waiting for them to get enough money to pay off accounts. I made the $20,000 deposit with the agreement that they were going to wrap these things up. And they did. The first five went really quickly. Then the last two have been going on for months and months and months and nothing has happened. So now, I'm not happy.

I called whenever I have an issue or question and the National Debt Relief team answers right away. I had mail delivered telling me to start the program. I called and told them I already started. I also had an issue where my bank numbers were wrong but we figured that out. It was a hard start but my anxiety level is not as high as it used to be.

After a divorce, I had a lot of credit card debt. So I signed up with National Debt Relief and so far, so good. I only have four creditors and two of them have been resolved. Two more and I’m done. Working with them has been a huge relief and very helpful with my situation. But they could have a little bit more communication with their clients because some time will go by and I don’t hear anything from them. So it would be good to hear how they’re working with certain creditors or where certain things stand up before it’s completely at that point where they’re ready to settle.

The details of NDR's program were more appealing than going out with other providers, and I felt comfortable with it. They answered all my questions and gave me the comfort level to go ahead and proceed. I haven't communicated with them in a while but so far, it's been good.

I really need help with managing the huge amount of debt I've incurred. Over the past few years I've struggled to make monthly payments, yet still not able to lower the debt by making minimum payments.
