I have quite a bit of debt and wanted to find a solution to my problem. I finally spoke with Mark from NDR and was very fearful. He was very kind and courteous and explained everything this program offers. I enrolled and I'm on my way.

National Debt Relief helped me with some of my credit mess and was able to close them for me but not with some. I’m not 100% happy with them because they’re slow in making agreements with the company that I owed. They’re going one by one and that is no good. I was looking for an apartment for rent but I was told that I wasn’t qualified and my credit was no good.

We're trying to eliminate some debt and we've been in National Debt Relief's program for about a year. Their program has reduced our monthly payment and we've settled some of our debts. It has helped a lot up until today where we had an issue. I got two of the companies that we were settling with and today is the deadline for their response but I can't get them to respond. This is kind of a big issue and I'm waiting for a lawyer to call me now. National's legal department shouldn't wait for last minute and respond quicker. Otherwise, I'd still recommend them.

I dug a deep hole and I didn’t see myself getting out of it eventually so I contacted National Debt Relief. I had a pleasant experience and they were very helpful. They went over a lot of stuff with me and explained to the best of my understanding what they were going to do for me. I have four debt creditors that I don't have to deal with right now. They've helped me close two accounts so I've got two more accounts open. Using National Debt Relief's service is supposed to be cheaper than if I continued with the credit companies. And it was with the way it all added up. So I'm happy with the savings and I tell friends that my experience with them is fast, easy, and understandable.

My wife got sick back in 2007 and I was the only one bringing the money in to pay. It got to the point where there was hardly anything left for food and we decided to see an easier way to do without repercussions to get relieved from some of the bills, if not all, instead of claiming bankruptcy. NDR seemed to have a good report on settling debts so I chose them. They have a good communication with me. They called me, emailed me and I called them. I went online to check and see how things are going and they're doing a good job. Everything is fine and I'm really pleased with them. I have communicated with quite a few of the service department and they're great. They're doing what they promised they would do, and so far, so good.

I called National Debt Relief and talked to the reps, and it sounded like it was time for me to do a debt relief program with them. Everybody I talked to there has been nice, polite, and knowledgeable. All of them seemed to be on the ball. They explained everything and did what they could to help me. It has been great with NDR and working with them has relieved my mind a little bit, knowing that claims are going to get solved.

With the financial situation I was in, I called up National Debt Relief and they gave me information. We've been into communication ever since. I'm in the program for 7 months now and they're about settling all the other outstanding debts that are open. Everything's happening for the most part of what they were promising. Yet some details could have been given further out as far as the breakdown for how they proceed with the debt that's out there. They could describe their process a little bit better for the customers going forward. Still, they've been very positive and I would tell others about the program and that they communicate and work with you well. They also need to be sure that they understand once they finalize with National Debt Relief that there are certain stuff that are going to take longer than expected.

I was buried in high-interest credit cards, and didn’t understand the game with them. So, I got National Debt Relief’s services, and they explained it to me. I’ve been with them for eight months, and I went from $1,100 a month to $350 a month. And in 36 months, it’ll be paid for. Also, I can call them, and they send me emails stating what they have done, as well as what they have negotiated. NDR is pleasant and very professional in their mannerism. They’re doing their jobs, and I am happy with them.

Describing our experience was both terrifying and calming. Both Mark and the young woman we spoke with tonight walked us through the process. They answered all our questions patiently and strove to make us feel like we were going to be ok. We were made to feel like this process could help us. Up until now we had only met with people that made us feel like losers. They treated you like people in trouble that needed help and a little mercy. They helped us understand the process. We understand that it may be difficult, but in the long run we would be out of this debt in a few short years.

So far, outstanding. Only thing I would recommend is verbal updates frequencies. Personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. Always ask if things are going ok and if they can do anything else at this time. I would like the agents to let me know what they are currently working on and where they are on the total account.

About a year ago I was swamped and couldn't see the end of the tunnel. When I thought there was no escape I was advised to file for bankruptcy but that is not a choice I would ever make. I always paid creditors back, with as much as I could. But at that time it was almost impossible to make ends meet. Not until I found National Debt Relief, which at first I was reluctant they would be able to help when no creditor would be willing to help me. Today, just a little over a year since I signed up with them all the accounts are settled and will be free of debt, continuing on making my regular payment that fits my budget. Working with National Debt Relief has relieved stress mainly on my monthly bills. It cut my bills from $1000 a month down to $400 a month. Most of the interactions I’ve had with them has been very good. They’re very good at detailing exactly what’s going on, the processes, and the price that it’s going to take. National Debt Relief is the largest debt relief agency in the country and their team members are very easy to work with. They’ve been communicative, explained everything well and let me know everything that’s going on. They're very clear, concise, and detailed on their description. Their materials are very comprehensible, nothing particularly difficult. My debt is over $100,000 and I've only been working with National Debt Relief for four months but everything has been smooth so far. I've been trying to avoid declaring bankruptcy but I'm starting to run out of money. I feel compelled to pay at least something back and I don’t want to cut and run. I feel lousy about the whole thing but I blew through a $1,000,000 in about two and a half years, so it's not a pretty story. Still, they know what they're doing. It's been a fairly positive experience and everything has been problem-free so far.

I was having financial hardship so I decided to get help from National Debt Relief. They're straightforward and we wanted to give them a try to see if it will work. They're still working with the creditors since there are ways to go. It’s taken some time to get all the creditors, but once they get with them, the negotiations have been well. We have a certain budget that we have to adhere to but when NDR is talking to the creditors, there’s not an option to deposit more funds than what was already established. On the other hand, the cost is fair. Because of the situation that we're in, anything would help. I think it’s a trade-off for what they provide. So far, the program has been going very well and I’m happy with the progress, and it's great not having to get any calls

Everything's well with National Debt Relief. We started not too long ago on a three and a half-year program and we've been able to make our other payments, so NDR is a big relief for us.

I had credit card debt and I had lost my job, so I was four months without being able to make credit card payment. I really didn’t have an option but to reach out to National Debt Relief. It took me a while to figure out how it works but they’d been keeping me informed for the most part. I had three loans. One was paid off recently. Another one would be paid off next summer and then I got one more that hasn’t been resolved yet. But they’re waiting for funds to build up in my account. It’s been good and I’ve been happy with it so far. They've given me a little stress relief. It’s a lot easier to make one payment a month than have to worry about trying to make the minimum and all the interest occurring.
