So far seems ok, but because of so many scams, I am very nervous especially when it comes to personal things such as money, credit etc. The other concern is that it will take 2-3 months to start paying out the bills which is a shock because I have being paying all of my bills on time every month and are not behind.

I had an issue with the first guy and his lack of professionalism when he wasn't able to contact me, although I had already told him I had to resolve some issues prior to program enrollment. After receiving the packet of information I was uneasy at the process. As I discussed this with my husband, we decided that we couldn't have our creditors wait 6 months without a payment. This had not sunk in until I read it. I immediately tried to contact Andrew ** to cancel our involvement. To this day I have not received a call back and he doesn't answer when I call. I have also called the general number and no one will return my calls. Last week I send 3 registered letters to everyone I had addresses for and as of yesterday I have not received the return receipt yet.

The lady did explain and gave a run-thru on the welcome thing. I wish she could speak a little slower and clearer but maybe it was because I was on the road driving while on the phone. National Debt Relief is a good company to work with. I read their reviews on Google and multiple platforms, and they seemed to be a better choice based on all the people’s reviews. I reached the bottom of the reviews and I hardly found anything bad about them, which means they're doing something right. And when I made the initial contact with NDR's representative, he was pretty open. He had the information I needed and was able to answer all my questions, so I felt comfortable giving them my business.

I was getting behind on some of my bill payments and I wanted to get everything put into some form of consolidation. I saw an NDR advertisement on TV and I went and looked it up on the internet. They've been easy to contact and easy to speak to. They explained everything really well and they were able to work out a plan for me and I availed of their 36-month program. Working with NDR has been good. I'm still getting a lot of calls from some debt collectors, but when I answer the calls, I just let them know that I'm going through a consolidation process and give them the number and then they call NDR. Once it's confirmed, the phone calls pretty much stopped.

National Debt had the best reviews when I was looking around for relief help. I'm happy with what they've done for me. They're a good company and they have done what they said they'd do, which is what I was looking for. So far, everything's timely and the team at National Debt answered every question I asked. As far as my debt, working with them has helped tremendously. We're on a three-year deal, and we're halfway there now, granted I put some more money in it than expected, trying to knock it out and get it done.

National Debt Relief was able to get me in a program that gets me out of debt. I was interested in alleviating one creditor because of its high interest rate but I wound up having to put all other creditors in. That was my only regret because it took a toll on my credit rating. I was bummed out about that since I wasn’t trying to take my credit rating from a 7 down to a 5, but it is what it is. I hate that I had to be in that program but I'm thankful. Also, any interaction I've had with their team has been well.

National Debt Relief has really good customer service. While our interactions are standard, they've contacted me much. And every time I've called in so far or talked to anybody about offers for the account settlements, they've always been friendly and courteous. We've been able to get a lot of things settled in and my experience has been positive. I like the way things were going so I told others to go with National Debt Relief as well.

I'm pleased with National Debt Relief. I was struggling to keep up with my bills and looking for a way that could help feed my credit. My previous consolidation company was making me pay on the balance owed so that they could stop the interest rate from sky rocketing and also stop it from affecting my credit negatively. Then I signed up with National Debt Relief in January this year and I was not too happy with it at first. How they settled the debt was a little different but they were able to settle for lower than the amount I owe. I have not seen an increase in my credit for as of yet and it's actually plummeting but they have made my life easier as far as the payment. They're actually knocking down outstanding balances, which is a bonus for me. Also, their team members treated me very well and answered a lot of questions I had. My experience on the program has been easy and I have recommended National Debt Relief to a few people.

I graduated undergrad during the recession. It hit hard, and I wanted to take a year off to work a bit but I’m in the School of Architecture and at that time, everybody was getting laid off. The student loans weren’t awesome and it forced me to go to grad school and go into even more debt because there were no jobs at that time and I got time to kill. When I did a deep search about how to get out of debt and what programs are out there for a person like me who is in a serious amount of student loan debt, I came across National Debt's site online. And my experience started off rough because I’m in a lot of debt but they brought it all together for me.

I saw my bank account going from a lot to nothing very quickly. I signed up with National Debt Relief and every experience has been good, except there was wrong information given to me. I was told that right away they would handle all the phone calls but I got hammered with phone calls. It got to a point where they were actually using area codes by where I live so I'd think it could be somebody I work with. It was so bad that I had to turn my voicemail off on my phone. So I called National Debt Relief back and talked to them and they said that it's after they receive a certain amount that they start handling the phone calls.

Very official in every way, making sure I had a clear understanding of the whole contract. There was also a clear understanding of everything on the follow up call. Not sure that the law firm that I'm getting in my e-mail is connected to the National Debt Relief Company!

I have problems. My wife had brain tumor surgery back in August 2016 and she was pregnant with a six-month baby during the surgery. She had a stroke during the surgery, so the circumstance became more difficult because she paralyzed her eyesight and it affected her speech. Five weeks later, she had her water break, so they had to do another surgery to take the baby out. So, then life became more complicated. I don’t have family here and she either. And my wife and baby ended up, each one of them in each hospital, so I was back and forth from one hospital to another for almost nine months.
