I Marylyn ** was looking for someone to help me with my overwhelming debts. I needed someone to help me and help me fast. As I was watching the tv one morning I saw the advertisement on how National Debt Relief could help me do just that, so I took a few minutes and then call them. We went over all of my bills that I owe and came up with a solution that I could combine all of my creditors and pay one that they would divide between all the creditors and I would pay them off sooner. That brought music to my ears. I so happy that one of my creditors agree to our proposal, l so thanks to my friends at National Debt Relief. I am on my way to being Debt Free.

Loved email and being able to approve by clicking the email. I don't answer the phone so email is such a convenient easy way of approving items that are needed to be taken care of. Email is a great way to go.

As a graduate student, I was too young having all this debt. So I was trying to seek relief and try to bring up my credit. My experience with National has been great. Everybody has been very helpful. They've been able to help me rid of my credit and pay off my debt. They worked with me with like the legal aspect of things. They've been able to help charge-off one of my credit cards. I saw my bank account going from a lot to nothing very quickly. I signed up with National Debt Relief and every experience has been good, except there was wrong information given to me. I was told that right away they would handle all the phone calls but I got hammered with phone calls. It got to a point where they were actually using area codes by where I live so I'd think it could be somebody I work with. It was so bad that I had to turn my voicemail off on my phone. So I called National Debt Relief back and talked to them and they said that it's after they receive a certain amount that they start handling the phone calls.

I graduated undergrad during the recession. It hit hard, and I wanted to take a year off to work a bit but I’m in the School of Architecture and at that time, everybody was getting laid off. The student loans weren’t awesome and it forced me to go to grad school and go into even more debt because there were no jobs at that time and I got time to kill. When I did a deep search about how to get out of debt and what programs are out there for a person like me who is in a serious amount of student loan debt, I came across National Debt's site online. And my experience started off rough because I’m in a lot of debt but they brought it all together for me.

I've been with National Debt Relief for a year now. The goal was to get out of debt within three years, so I was like, “Yay! One year down, two more to go!” So far, everything has been good. They’re great, they’re working well with me and I’m working well with them. And whenever I have any questions, they’re more than capable of answering my questions. They’ve also been flexible, and whenever I can make an extra payment, they allow me to do so, no questions asked. What I like about them is that they give me a debt schedule, and then see if I can work with it or not. And as far as managing my finances, it makes it a lot easier with the said goal. Now, I’m looking forward to finishing my out of debt solution, so that way, I can go back to my radiology program without any stress.

National Debt Relief affected my life in a good way. I got to get my accounts online and be able to pay them. Their reps were good with communication and all around.

When I was searching for debt relief programs online, National Debt Relief popped up so I checked it out and then enrolled in their 36-month program. I have an automatic payment setup, which works. I was in much credit card debt and they started clearing it. A lot of the calls I had with them were handled professionally. They took care of what I asked in regards to my accounts. They also helped me out numerous times with other various things regarding my claim and my account. So, my experience with National Debt Relief has been amazing.

I have problems. My wife had brain tumor surgery back in August 2016 and she was pregnant with a six-month baby during the surgery. She had a stroke during the surgery, so the circumstance became more difficult because she paralyzed her eyesight and it affected her speech. Five weeks later, she had her water break, so they had to do another surgery to take the baby out. So, then life became more complicated. I don’t have family here and she either. And my wife and baby ended up, each one of them in each hospital, so I was back and forth from one hospital to another for almost nine months.

I have quite a bit of debt and wanted to find a solution to my problem. I finally spoke with Mark from NDR and was very fearful. He was very kind and courteous and explained everything this program offers. I enrolled and I'm on my way.

My wife got sick back in 2007 and I was the only one bringing the money in to pay. It got to the point where there was hardly anything left for food and we decided to see an easier way to do without repercussions to get relieved from some of the bills, if not all, instead of claiming bankruptcy. NDR seemed to have a good report on settling debts so I chose them. They have a good communication with me. They called me, emailed me and I called them. I went online to check and see how things are going and they're doing a good job. Everything is fine and I'm really pleased with them. I have communicated with quite a few of the service department and they're great. They're doing what they promised they would do, and so far, so good.

With the financial situation I was in, I called up National Debt Relief and they gave me information. We've been into communication ever since. I'm in the program for 7 months now and they're about settling all the other outstanding debts that are open. Everything's happening for the most part of what they were promising. Yet some details could have been given further out as far as the breakdown for how they proceed with the debt that's out there. They could describe their process a little bit better for the customers going forward. Still, they've been very positive and I would tell others about the program and that they communicate and work with you well. They also need to be sure that they understand once they finalize with National Debt Relief that there are certain stuff that are going to take longer than expected.

We're trying to eliminate some debt and we've been in National Debt Relief's program for about a year. Their program has reduced our monthly payment and we've settled some of our debts. It has helped a lot up until today where we had an issue. I got two of the companies that we were settling with and today is the deadline for their response but I can't get them to respond. This is kind of a big issue and I'm waiting for a lawyer to call me now. National's legal department shouldn't wait for last minute and respond quicker. Otherwise, I'd still recommend them.

I was buried in high-interest credit cards, and didn’t understand the game with them. So, I got National Debt Relief’s services, and they explained it to me. I’ve been with them for eight months, and I went from $1,100 a month to $350 a month. And in 36 months, it’ll be paid for. Also, I can call them, and they send me emails stating what they have done, as well as what they have negotiated. NDR is pleasant and very professional in their mannerism. They’re doing their jobs, and I am happy with them.

National Debt Relief helped me with some of my credit mess and was able to close them for me but not with some. I’m not 100% happy with them because they’re slow in making agreements with the company that I owed. They’re going one by one and that is no good. I was looking for an apartment for rent but I was told that I wasn’t qualified and my credit was no good.

About a year ago I was swamped and couldn't see the end of the tunnel. When I thought there was no escape I was advised to file for bankruptcy but that is not a choice I would ever make.
