I spoke with them Tuesday and they offers me a loan to pay off all my debts extending my payments from the quote 42 months to and additional 60 months. I asked for a few days to look over the offer. The email they sent really have very little details. Wednesday I got 5 calls from them (I can not always answer the phone while at work or school events). Thursday on the 3rd call of the day I answered and then transferred me all over. They needs to speak to me about make additional deposits so they can settle an additional debt. Normally they would send an email but since they needed additional funds to settle this one had to talk to me.

National Debt Relief is in my opinion, a good company to work with and have on my team, in resolving my debt. I regret not being able to complete the prior request to settle my debt, but I've been going through financial hardships for some time now, but I hope this time I'll be able to finish this program, and become debt free with the next few years, by allowing National Debt Relief resolve my debt in its entirety.

So far National Debt Relief has resolved a few of my debts and are still working to resolve the rest of them. I have been having trouble doing it on my own so I appreciate the service and so far so good.

NDR has definitely taken a lot of stress out of my life, just knowing that they're handling things. Now, I don't get calls or letters from people threatening me for money. It's been an easy and stress-free experience with NDR. They have a good program and I would recommend it to anyone who's struggling.

National Debt Relief is handling all my debt consolidation. They have a formal agreement where the loan officer was supposed to settle a debt through Cash Central with a settled amount of $350.89. However, the loan officer put that agreement under another debt I have with Kay Jewelers who was never on my debt consolidation program. Other than that, they’ve been great, very helpful and have been constantly in communication with me. I just finished my program and they've worked really well in getting me out of debt, but a con would be the amount of fees that I've paid. For instance, the debt was $2,000 and the payoff amount would be $700 which would potentially save me $1,300, but there would be a $1,000 in fees. So technically, I'd only save $300. I'm saving money, just not what they make it sound out to be.

I've just started with National Debt Relief and they're getting me out of debt. They’ve already resolved three out of seven of them. However, they're pricey and take a good chunk of money. Their staff has always answered my questions and my interactions with them have been very good.

In the beginning, my experience with NDR was good. They were fine and very professional. Then, towards the end, it was horrible. I was speaking to one of their customer service representatives and she was very rude. She put in a bunch of stuff in the computer that wasn't accurate and messed up a lot of stuff. A bunch of payments came up and then they were returned for some odd reason. I had to change a date for a credit to come out on the 22nd. She had put it in for the 13th, when I specifically told her not to do that. Once I saw that it came out on the 13th, I called NDR up and ended my account with them.

The process was smooth and everything was detailed out for me. Both the initial person I spoke with as well as the welcome call went well. Looking forward to getting out of debt. The representatives were always putting me first and making sure I didn't have any questions along the way.

I would recommend this service to anyone who is laboring under credit card debt. The interest rate alone on most credit cards is prohibitive. Once the debts were turned over to National Debt Relief, real progress was made. I was kept informed every step of the way and had the option of not accepting the settlement.

I think it's really sad that right after we got into the program you chose the biggest debt to go after first. I guess that's because the one you get the highest commission on. But did you ever STOP TO THINK!!!!! I got into this program because I didn't have the money to pay them off right now, and I needed a little assistance with negotiating with these debtors to work something out. But NO!! You go after the biggest Ticketed item so you get paid. And then you don't worry about whether we have the money to pay them or not... SO LONG AS YOU GET PAID... THAT'S REALLY SAD.

I came upon National Debt Relief online, and the guy that I talked with explained everything and he sounded honest. And afterward, I was handed off to customer service and I was disappointed that I couldn't stay with him. I had a couple of little bills and I thought that National Debt would pay those off first to get rid of them, and when I called, there were three times that NDR told me what was going on, but no one ever told me anything about the little bills. I don't get bills from creditors, except OneMain. They continue to send me a bill every month, which says to call them, and they've been a nuisance. It seems like my balance, according to their bill, is not going down and they're the only ones that harass me. My wife said they seem to take the money out. They say since I gave them permission to withhold or take my money automatically, that gives them the right to take out whatever they want to.

I've been with National Debt Relief since March and they’ve treated me well and I definitely like it. I've talked to them a couple times about settlements and they were all very helpful. Up until last month I was very satisfied with National Debt Relief. Back in April I was told that I did not have to make a payment for three months. When that decision was made I had no idea that I would have to renegotiate that settlement. I've had a surprising number of my debts resolved since partnering with National Debt Relief in January (didn't expect them to occur this quickly). However, the fees that are assessed for the services are not exactly clear. Yes, there is a paragraph in the contract that specifies the % the fees are based on and when the fee will be assessed. But, taking the fee following the first payment to the creditor uses up all of the money in the account. If I had the money to pay off the debts in the first place, I wouldn't need this company.
