It has been a great experience. We can now work harder on our credit score. We have learned that payday loans are harder to pay off and just adds to financial problems. I've been with National Debt Relief since March and they’ve treated me well and I definitely like it. I've talked to them a couple times about settlements and they were all very helpful. They answered any questions I needed too. The process began with an internet chat box and it's very easy to sign for them through electronic signature. The phone call might have taken 20 minutes but after that they got all the information themselves with regards to the contact in the banks. I have biweekly payments and anytime NDR has a settlement they call me. I can also log online and they're good with communications. I still have a couple of years to go but the program has helped a lot. I'm scared of losing anything but I'm definitely starting to feel comfortable.

I came upon National Debt Relief online, and the guy that I talked with explained everything and he sounded honest. And afterward, I was handed off to customer service and I was disappointed that I couldn't stay with him. I had a couple of little bills and I thought that National Debt would pay those off first to get rid of them, and when I called, there were three times that NDR told me what was going on, but no one ever told me anything about the little bills. I don't get bills from creditors, except OneMain. They continue to send me a bill every month, which says to call them, and they've been a nuisance. It seems like my balance, according to their bill, is not going down and they're the only ones that harass me. My wife said they seem to take the money out. They say since I gave them permission to withhold or take my money automatically, that gives them the right to take out whatever they want to.

My customer service rep. Garrett ** was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He answered every question I had and he listened to everything I had to say. He is an OUTSTANDING Rep. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to my friends.

Up until last month I was very satisfied with National Debt Relief. Back in April I was told that I did not have to make a payment for three months. When that decision was made I had no idea that I would have to renegotiate that settlement. If I had not taken that advice I would be done paying for that credit card by now but instead I have to make more payments for another year. And I may have to pay another settlement fee. I did what I was advised to do. It did not help me at all and now I am paying for it.

The customer service calls may be scripted, but are presented well from the very first call to the final (welcome) call. Calls may average about 10-15 minutes, but allow you to ask questions after each bullet point. With so many collection calls, I am confident that NDR will tackle these stressful calls while trying to settle my debt.

I just decided to move forward with NDR a few months later after the first call I made. Back then I thought I could handle it. Now my situation got worst after hurricane Maria and my husband being out of work due to health conditions. I called the same guy because since the first call he was very helpful and he took the time to listen. There is no easy or fast way to get financial freedom with a debt over $80000 unless you win the lottery... I think this is the best way to go. Like everything it has its pros and cons but I see the pros are way better. I cant be unable to sleep because of debt, I am a medical technologist and my job takes a huge part in saving other people lives. I just started the program and I got faith it's the best decision I've made.

I spoked to Garrett and he answered all my questions & he spoke to me liked he genuinely cared about my credit issues. Garrett also called me on a Saturday to help get my paperwork in order. I've had a surprising number of my debts resolved since partnering with National Debt Relief in January (didn't expect them to occur this quickly). However, the fees that are assessed for the services are not exactly clear. Yes, there is a paragraph in the contract that specifies the % the fees are based on and when the fee will be assessed. But, taking the fee following the first payment to the creditor uses up all of the money in the account. If I had the money to pay off the debts in the first place, I wouldn't need this company.

As what it says in the ad, National Debt Relief is a relief. The initial interview took two and a half hours but I had no issues with their team. Some of the calls have already ceased and the experience is good. I already recommended friends to them.

So far, it's been great because they're getting me out of debt. They’re a great company to work with. If you want to get out of debt fast, it always depends on how far in debt you are. It's really a good program because you get a chance to start over eventually.

I was getting behind on some of my bill payments and I wanted to get everything put into some form of consolidation. I saw an NDR advertisement on TV and I went and looked it up on the internet. I'm still getting a lot of calls from some debt collectors, but when I answer the calls, I just let them know that I'm going through a consolidation process and give them the number and then they call NDR. Once it's confirmed, the phone calls pretty much stopped.
