National Debt Relief has been a great help. I've been thinking about getting debt relief for a while now and because of their rating through the Better Business Bureau, I decided to go with NDR. Their team has been great and they have impacted my life positively by having less worry. The program is ongoing but it's been a pleasant experience.

This was the first time I've ever done relief help and National Debt Relief has helped. Most of the time, they call me in the middle of the day while I'm at work and they want to talk to me for about 15-20 minutes about a bunch of other things that aren't relevant. It's a bit of a hindrance, but I wouldn't hold that against them because they're just doing their jobs. I'm not saying that I'm overjoyed because I have to use them because I'd rather not, but NDR is a means to an end.

National Debt Relief has been very helpful. I wanted to start building up my credit because I wanted to purchase a property. So I thought I'd give myself two years to start to build my credit and we went from there. Then I’ve noticed a big change. My credit score started going up and the program is not even done yet. Their reps were awesome. They paid attention to details walked me through every step of the way. They met people who wanted to get right back on track and finish their goals. We’ve only been with them since February and they closed three accounts already. National Debt Relief is worth every cent.

I got divorced and I over budgeted. Every time I called NDR or every time they called me, they've always been very professional and always answering the questions that I had. Asked a question regarding issue with HOA. Rep thought I need other services that National Debt Relief was not able to assist with. Not to just guess he verified that was not a Service related. He then reviewed my account and found there was 2 items on my account that needed answers from me. Went over balance in my account, next payment date and if I could contribute more to my account at this time. Extremely Customer Friendly, and made sure he had answered everything and not trying to rush me off the phone.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been a positive one. Not having to deal with creditors personally has taken a lot of the stress off me. They are helpful when I have called with questions and they make sure they've addressed all of my concerns before ending the calls.

Very helpful and comforting. Followup very professional. Response to questions very understandably. Answered all my questions and explained more than once to make I understood when I had to ask to go over a couple of the statements on the agreement.

Poor attitude with customer rep. She was tired of answering my questions. Her biggest concern was signing a document. That needed to go to an attorney. I told her that I had requested that I needed the form mailed to me.

So far I'm 5 months in the program and have 3 settlements for way less than 50%of what I owed. At this rate I should be debt free in shorter period than what I expected. Everything has been very smooth with National!

Service was great. I was provided with details and all my concerns and questions were answered. Call and emails were returned and detailed information on how to address my creditors were provided by the agents. The agents took their time and read documents to me over the phone. They wanted to make sure I understand all the information and was in agreement to the terms. They also made sure I was comfortable with moving forward. The agents had my best interest in mind.

My experience with NDR started out positive and I thought it was going well until I learned that they were inconsistent in messaging and did not deliver the results they promised. The worst came with my settlement amount not being correct.

I was disabled and my bills were drowning me. It was a matter of getting relief help or going bankrupt. I got some National Debt Relief advertising in the mail and I also found them on the web. NDR’s team listened to me. Our interactions have been very positive and it’s just been a good fit. They knew what I wanted and what I could afford as well. Working with NDR has helped me a lot. It’s been very easy with them too. We don't get calls from creditors like we used to. They handle everything and give us the option of accepting or rejecting an offer. I highly recommend NDR. Before people would think about bankruptcy, they should talk to these guys first because they can help no matter what. These guys have allowed me to see blue skies for the first time in several years.

National Debt Relief's reps explained every detail kindly and the settlement is really good, but it takes a pretty long time for them to settle.

I had mounting debt with no relief and high interest rates, and I was forced to seek help. I had tried negotiating with the credit card company but they weren't willing to reduce the interest rates to help me. The National Debt Relief website has been difficult to understand and the salesperson who initially introduced the information, though a really good salesperson, described things differently than they actually turned out. It probably was confusing having never gone through something like this before, but I was sold on their product or service and then the actual process. I wasn't happy with them bringing proposals where I would pay them more than what they were reducing in my debt, so I had to decline a number of times before they got to a point where it was an acceptable proposed debt relief. But so far, the offloading of that debt has been quite comfortable and National Debt Relief has considerably taken some of the stress from my life.

National Debt Relief relieved me from a lot of strain. They classified my case as a hardship case. I wanted to go to one source to work on this rather than to have eight different creditors calling me all the time. It worked with the creditors and I found I'm not being bothered by any of them at the moment. The remaining ones all seem to be willing to work with National Debt Relief, including ones who say they never work with them. One is being finished this month and working on paying off three of the eight by the end of this month. I like to get their monthly reporting which I haven't got yet because I got my computer back just this last weekend and I'm having to go through a lot of things. Customer service is good although I don't have many interactions lately. However, it's nice when I am told that they are now ready to work on something with a creditor. Overall, talking to them, they're always very friendly people and they come across well so I don't have any problem with them at all.

I'm trying to reorganize my finances because there was so much going on. I have student loans, plus my daughter's going to college and I'm trying to help to pay for that, so I had to reorganize some things. I've had discharge of all these accounts that's showing up in my credit report. I didn't want to declare bankruptcy, and getting the creditors paid off was the objective, and it still is. That will happen, but I don't know the long-term effects on my credit. On one end, I've never missed a mortgage payment, but on the other end, I have these creditors that are reporting me delinquent.

The NDR gentleman that we spoke with first was very forthcoming in telling me how everything would work. They called me each month to let me know how things are going and put other stuff on the computer. We did everything online. When my husband gets home, he will look it up for me, in case we need to check it each month. They don't have the money completely settled in yet but they have already come to an agreement with two of them. It was very simple to get a hold of them. So I'm totally satisfied with it.

Having National Debt Relief has been good, so far. They've talked to the creditors and they call me up to get permission to go ahead and pay off something. And they tell me what the payments are going to be out of the money that's in the account. I just have questions about what they're going to work on next. They've solved two of my debts, but I haven't heard anything since. I'm still getting some letters from my creditors. And I wouldn't mind if they checked in a little more frequently, and that way, I could tell them which one I'd like to get paid off next. They're accumulating interest but there should be enough money in my account to pay off another one. But I'm getting things paid off and the time limit is great, so it's definitely something I'm very satisfied with.

I spoke with them Tuesday and they offers me a loan to pay off all my debts extending my payments from the quote 42 months to and additional 60 months. I asked for a few days to look over the offer. The email they sent really have very little details. Wednesday I got 5 calls from them (I can not always answer the phone while at work or school events). Thursday on the 3rd call of the day I answered and then transferred me all over. They needs to speak to me about make additional deposits so they can settle an additional debt. Normally they would send an email but since they needed additional funds to settle this one had to talk to me.

In the beginning, my experience with NDR was good. They were fine and very professional. Then, towards the end, it was horrible. I was speaking to one of their customer service representatives and she was very rude. She put in a bunch of stuff in the computer that wasn't accurate and messed up a lot of stuff. A bunch of payments came up and then they were returned for some odd reason. I had to change a date for a credit to come out on the 22nd. She had put it in for the 13th, when I specifically told her not to do that. Once I saw that it came out on the 13th, I called NDR up and ended my account with them.

I've just started with National Debt Relief and they're getting me out of debt. They’ve already resolved three out of seven of them. However, they're pricey and take a good chunk of money. Their staff has always answered my questions and my interactions with them have been very good.

National Debt Relief is handling all my debt consolidation. They have a formal agreement where the loan officer was supposed to settle a debt through Cash Central with a settled amount of $350.89. However, the loan officer put that agreement under another debt I have with Kay Jewelers who was never on my debt consolidation program. Other than that, they’ve been great, very helpful and have been constantly in communication with me. I just finished my program and they've worked really well in getting me out of debt, but a con would be the amount of fees that I've paid. For instance, the debt was $2,000 and the payoff amount would be $700 which would potentially save me $1,300, but there would be a $1,000 in fees. So technically, I'd only save $300. I'm saving money, just not what they make it sound out to be.

I think it's really sad that right after we got into the program you chose the biggest debt to go after first. I guess that's because the one you get the highest commission on. But did you ever STOP TO THINK!!!!! I got into this program because I didn't have the money to pay them off right now, and I needed a little assistance with negotiating with these debtors to work something out. But NO!! You go after the biggest Ticketed item so you get paid. And then you don't worry about whether we have the money to pay them or not... SO LONG AS YOU GET PAID... THAT'S REALLY SAD.
