Very pleased with the progress that National Debt is making with settling my debt for a fraction of what I owed. I wasn't sure that the company was going to fulfill their promise of helping me become debt free, however, they are proving me wrong.

While I'm pleased that National Debt Relief has settled 2 of my accounts. They seem to think that I'm rolling in expendable income. I live on a fixed income and my budget doesn't afford me any extra cash. So I don't appreciate them coming to me just 2 months into the program and asking for more money. I simply don't have it.

I am very happy so far with the service that these folks have supplied. I am amazed at the 1st two settlement offers how much money they have saved me. It has been hard to learn to use just the money we receive from our checks as we are on a fixed income but I am feeling really optimistic about everything getting paid and saving a ton of money and the stress relief has been amazing.

I had multiple different credit cards and kinds of debt. They were all charging me interest, so it was hard to keep up with. I figured consolidating them could potentially pay it off quicker, and it was less hectic for me to keep up with to make sure I was paying everything on time. National Debt Relief has been an excellent service. I'm not the best correspondent to my emails, so I've had mostly dealt with people on the telephone. They’ve been great to call and make sure that I got my email, and everything was updated, and just checking with me. So the experience was excellent overall. It helped me clear everything, and also, just a relief of knowing that it was paid off much sooner. At this point, they referred me to a loan service that paid off the rest of it, so I can start rebuilding my credit at a much faster pace than I originally thought. So, that’s also been a very big relief.

On the phone, the NDR team was positive and helpful. Working with them has been going well so far and I'm happy. NDR is a great firm who tries to help, they do their best, and they succeed.

I searched for debt solutions online and National Debt Relief was the first one that got back to me. When I first started the program I told them all my stuff. The rep looked it up and found out what my monthly prices would be then he asked me if that would be okay. I did some paperwork and then it was set. The payment has been automatically withdrawn from my account ever since.

I really like National Debt Relief. I saw the reviews and the ratings, and I went straight to them. I've been with them since January 2017 and I've had a very good experience with their customer service. And I'm happy that I'm with them. They're always very polite, helpful, respectful, and always very cooperative in answering all the questions and concerns that I have. Whenever I call, it doesn't take me too long to wait for someone to respond to my call, and they reply with the best possible way.

My income was lowered then my house insurance got raised, and I couldn't keep up with the payments of my credit card debts. I've started the process with National Debt Relief. I pay them every month and they've been keeping up with my payments to my creditors, and I have paid off some of my debtors. But, I got a letter from Synchrony Bank saying that anything over $600 that was credited into my account is considered as income and I had to pay taxes for it. Other than that, National Debt Relief has been very helpful and I don't have to deal with any of the creditors because some of them can be very rude.

Orion was extremely helpful and explained in detail all that was involved in resolving my economic situation. I felt very relieved that I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. I feel better now that I know I can actually get out of debt and back to having a more healthy credit and economic status.

Was told at the beginning to expect settlements at an average of 50% of the amount owed. Our first settlement was for 65% of the amount owed. We are very happy with our first settlement! It will wonderful if this will be our average throughout this process.

This company helps you to resolve old debts without having to resort to bankruptcy. They negotiated fair settlements with major credit institutions for us with a payment schedule we could afford. The best possible solution. Our debts are being retired in a manageable and timely fashion and for amounts agreed to by the companies that we could not have negotiated ourselves.

I found the representatives that assisted me to be knowledgeable of the program. All my questions were answers and they walked me through the process. This was the first time I've ever done relief help and National Debt Relief has helped. Most of the time, they call me in the middle of the day while I'm at work and they want to talk to me for about 15-20 minutes about a bunch of other things that aren't relevant. It's a bit of a hindrance, but I wouldn't hold that against them because they're just doing their jobs. I'm not saying that I'm overjoyed because I have to use them because I'd rather not, but NDR is a means to an end.

Asked a question regarding issue with HOA. Rep thought I need other services that National Debt Relief was not able to assist with. Not to just guess he verified that was not a Service related. He then reviewed my account and found there was 2 items on my account that needed answers from me. Went over balance in my account, next payment date and if I could contribute more to my account at this time. Extremely Customer Friendly, and made sure he had answered everything and not trying to rush me off the phone.

Poor attitude with customer rep. She was tired of answering my questions. Her biggest concern was signing a document. That needed to go to an attorney. I told her that I had requested that I needed the form mailed to me.

So far I'm 5 months in the program and have 3 settlements for way less than 50%of what I owed. At this rate I should be debt free in shorter period than what I expected. Everything has been very smooth with National!

Service was great. I was provided with details and all my concerns and questions were answered. Call and emails were returned and detailed information on how to address my creditors were provided by the agents. The agents took their time and read documents to me over the phone. My experience with NDR started out positive and I thought it was going well until I learned that they were inconsistent in messaging and did not deliver the results they promised. The worst came with my settlement amount not being correct.

I was disabled and my bills were drowning me. It was a matter of getting relief help or going bankrupt. I got some National Debt Relief advertising in the mail and I also found them on the web. NDR’s team listened to me. Our interactions have been very positive and it’s just been a good fit. They knew what I wanted and what I could afford as well. Working with NDR has helped me a lot. It’s been very easy with them too. We don't get calls from creditors like we used to. They handle everything and give us the option of accepting or rejecting an offer. I highly recommend NDR. Before people would think about bankruptcy, they should talk to these guys first because they can help no matter what. These guys have allowed me to see blue skies for the first time in several years.

I had mounting debt with no relief and high interest rates, and I was forced to seek help. I had tried negotiating with the credit card company but they weren't willing to reduce the interest rates to help me. The National Debt Relief website has been difficult to understand and the salesperson who initially introduced the information, though a really good salesperson, described things differently than they actually turned out. It probably was confusing having never gone through something like this before, but I was sold on their product or service and then the actual process. I wasn't happy with them bringing proposals where I would pay them more than what they were reducing in my debt, so I had to decline a number of times before they got to a point where it was an acceptable proposed debt relief. But so far, the offloading of that debt has been quite comfortable and National Debt Relief has considerably taken some of the stress from my life.

National Debt Relief's reps explained every detail kindly and the settlement is really good, but it takes a pretty long time for them to settle.

National Debt Relief relieved me from a lot of strain. They classified my case as a hardship case. I wanted to go to one source to work on this rather than to have eight different creditors calling me all the time. It worked with the creditors and I found I'm not being bothered by any of them at the moment. The remaining ones all seem to be willing to work with National Debt Relief, including ones who say they never work with them. One is being finished this month and working on paying off three of the eight by the end of this month. I like to get their monthly reporting which I haven't got yet because I got my computer back just this last weekend and I'm having to go through a lot of things. Customer service is good although I don't have many interactions lately. However, it's nice when I am told that they are now ready to work on something with a creditor. Overall, talking to them, they're always very friendly people and they come across well so I don't have any problem with them at all.

I'm trying to reorganize my finances because there was so much going on. I have student loans, plus my daughter's going to college and I'm trying to help to pay for that, so I had to reorganize some things. I've had discharge of all these accounts that's showing up in my credit report. I didn't want to declare bankruptcy, and getting the creditors paid off was the objective, and it still is. That will happen, but I don't know the long-term effects on my credit. On one end, I've never missed a mortgage payment, but on the other end, I have these creditors that are reporting me delinquent.

Having National Debt Relief has been good, so far. They've talked to the creditors and they call me up to get permission to go ahead and pay off something. And they tell me what the payments are going to be out of the money that's in the account. I just have questions about what they're going to work on next. They've solved two of my debts, but I haven't heard anything since. I'm still getting some letters from my creditors. And I wouldn't mind if they checked in a little more frequently, and that way, I could tell them which one I'd like to get paid off next. They're accumulating interest but there should be enough money in my account to pay off another one. But I'm getting things paid off and the time limit is great, so it's definitely something I'm very satisfied with.
