Great people who really wants to help and get you back on track. I have had no issues when it comes to questions or the need of help with NDR. This is a truly stand out company. If you are looking to grab a hold of your debt and tackle it with professionals this is the only place to look.

I am thankful for the help of National Debt Relief. I have almost completed my program, and am so happy and thankful for their help. The one thing I would say is to have clearer communication so that your clients know what is going on. I would sometimes go months without hearing anything, and when you are paying a large sum of money monthly, you should hear something.

Right now, I couldn't be happier with our experience so far with National Debt Relief. With 3 kids in college at the same time, we just got buried. Slowly we are working our way through. The only problem we have now is our Credit Score.

I had about $25,000 in credit card debt that wasn't going and something had to be done. I called National Debt Relief and I made an appointment to meet the representative in Manhattan. I prefer to do something like this in person rather than through an email or talking to an anonymous person on the phone. If I had a question, I could ask them and they can answer me right away. The reps were very helpful and they made sure the paper was done correctly.

It's been over a year now since I joined NDR's program. I was recently divorced and wasn't making enough to manage all my debt. My counselor had given me the information about them. I'm in my 60s. I had run up a lot of debt and I spent money that I shouldn’t have spent. It went from bad to worse to a point where we couldn’t keep up with our bills. I have panic disorder with people calling every few minutes. I couldn’t handle that. It's not like I didn’t want to pay anybody. I just could not pay them. I wanted to pay every month at an exact date so I called National Debt Relief and talked with them to pay my creditors. They are happy to do that and I'm very happy with what's going on.

I got overwhelmed with my credit card debt so I looked into relief help. I saw National Debt Relief on a consumer website and they were in the top 10 rated companies so I availed of the settlement. I'm faithful in my payment and I’ve had three debts settled so far. What National Debt Relief does is they get in contact with my creditors and offer them a settlement. I pay into the system twice a month and once funds build up they reach out to the creditors and offer them a settlement. If the creditors accept it then NDR gets back with me to get permission to settle that debt at that amount. That's how it has worked so far. Liberty Lending then took me on and has approved me for the loan amount to get these squared away that much quicker.

I’m on the poorest level of income which is very low on Social Security. I’m taking care of a schizophrenic sister and my husband has diabetes, and I can’t feed them and my expenses. When I retired, my income dropped in half and in the first two to three years, I ran up some debt that I can’t pay off so I went to National Debt Relief. They were very helpful but I wasn’t expecting that they'd take their fee first before they start negotiating. As a result, my credit rating dropped 200 points. That was bad because when I wanted to sell my house or move, something happened to my husband. They said my credit rating will drop but as soon as things are starting to pay off, I’ll go back up again. But we’re talking about four or five years. They have finished two accounts, a smaller one and then a bigger one which was a credit card and a difficult one. They used outside attorneys to do it for them and I didn’t have to pay that, which was good.

National Debt Relief is amazing. I’m retired and it’s tough to be by myself and have no income coming and with NDR, I don’t have to worry. After my husband died, I had a lot of things cleaned up and NDR was a neat way to do it. Everything that they say is like clockwork. If they have somebody that wants to settle, they’ll call and say, “This is what we have. We don’t like emailing any messages. We'd like to talk to you directly.” I always call them back. I got it in February and for a short time, I settled three accounts out of five which can't be beaten.

I was at a point where I didn't know what to do. I saw National Debt Relief's rating on Facebook was high so I chose them, and they were very professional. We're just at the beginning now but my bills are being paid off. I'm still in the program and so far, everything's been going smoothly. I was overwhelmed with credit debt. I was a recruiter and the job market was not stable for us, so I had racked up a lot of debt being unemployed. Before the hurricane and before I lost my job, I had set myself up because my husband and I wanted to buy a home, so I needed to get my credit score up. We were on our way and then I lost my job and so we're kind of set back again. When you're doing debt consolidation, they wanted you to have a perfect credit score and that was my problem. A friend of mine told me about National Debt Relief. I heard a lot of good things from my friend and I decided that debt consolidation was what I'm going to do and so I went with National Debt Relief.

I wanted to do a consolidation for my credit cards but nobody would give me a loan for the amount that I needed so I had to go through National Debt Relief. At first, the process was slow but now, it’s been moving along well. They’ve also been very upfront and forward in letting me know what the processes were. Plus every time they negotiate something, they let me know right away and handle it from there. It hasn't been quite a year yet but it's been a very positive experience and they made my life better.

My husband had a stroke and he didn’t have a job for six months. I wanted to do a debt settlement and I basically sent NDR bills and what I had then they called people and made payment arrangements. I pay them so much a month but we're still at the beginning and we're still struggling. We started in February and they’ve only been working on a couple of the bills right now. Great service with creditors. Sometimes the amount of time it takes for them start working gets really annoying. But once they start and creditors get resolved it's fast process. The longer I have been en4 it's seems to be quicker service now than in the past.

When I first talked to Erika she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out the fact that National was rated #1 in the Nation by a review online. I looked it up and sure enough the information was accurate. I saw the big blue ribbon and knew that this was the best company of its kind. She was very patient with me while I learned how to operate within the system. She always explained everything thoroughly and gave me the answers to all of the questions that I asked. She is obviously very good at what she does. The man who welcomed me was excellent as well.

The people who helped me was extremely welcoming and friendly. I’m glad I made the choice to contact them. Customer care/service was excellent. I was given a thorough walk through and any questions I had I was able to have them answered without any problems.

We wanted to have one payment and not have 500 people to pay, and NDR made it a lot easier to pay the bills. However, we said we would pay every pay period that we have, which is two times a month. Then when we had a three-pay period in a month, they ended up taking $900 from us a month instead of $600 like we agreed. I didn’t like that because that’s a lot of money. I had to ask them one month not to and I had to submit something. Once they get $600 or the fee that we agreed on, they shouldn’t take any more. I shouldn’t have to ask them not to. Other than that, so far, they're really good. We're able to pay off our bills a heck of a lot quicker than we would have ever been able to without NDR.

I like the communication with National Debt Relief. They explained everything - how it's going to work, how to look it up online, etc. I'm into the program for about six months now and and I have a year and a half left, and National Debt Relief made my life a lot better. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have gotten out of this stress. I appreciate what they do.

When I retired, I realized I couldn’t pay my bills so I decided to look into relief help. The people at National Debt Relief were very courteous. They call me as soon as I have an offer, and they take care of it. However I wanted to know if it's possible for them to send me a list of everything that’s been paid or in the process of being paid and whatever is left so I would have an idea if I have enough money to finish paying them. But other than that working with NDR has been good. Everything was fast and my bills have been taken care of.

I did a search online to find somebody who would help me out of my problem. I came across National Debt Relief and then I backtracked it and checked it with the Better Business Bureau. They've been helpful and I'm pleased. They're doing what they said they would help me with. I got 3 of 11 creditors taken care of and it has taken a lot of pressure off of me. I know that my credit is going to take a slight hit but it's not as devastating as if I had filed bankruptcy.

I didn't want to file for bankruptcy. I've had a few people that I talked with at National Debt Relief and they're all pretty helpful. It's given me a little peace of mind using NDR. I felt like I had someone helping me. I don't have to talk to the creditors and worry about the phone calls and all that.

NDR was fine during the sign up although they were kind of pushy. We told them at the beginning that it's something me and my wife both have to do and make decisions. But when we went to make an agreement on one of the creditors, my wife wasn't with me and this woman kept on and on until finally, I wound up hanging up on her. After I've talked to my wife, I called NDR back. For the most part, they're good, easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. They went too much in detail explaining every little thing but that was good. I've been working with them for six months now and they've taken the burden off of me. They got one account completely settled and then they're working on two more right now. However, I'm not happy about having to give them 20% of the full amount. On the other hand, NDR provided service that I needed.
