Phoned to find out what I can do with my debt. They were nice helpful and friendly, a little hard to follow as there is a lot of information that they provide you with for this service, but overall a good experience and hopefully it will be a good end as well.

Per phone conversation & email confirmation of lowering debt relief amount from $402 to $315 starting 07/04/2018, with Anthony's assistance, made me very happy. Realized the negotiable amounts based on hardship according to my situation is ongoing and can be readjusted when there is a need to, based on unforeseen addt'l expenses, etc. NDR being voluntary & concerned about the person needing debt relief is better than negotiating with the bank directly... Thank God!

Monique needs to learn to talk more slowly and clearly. I had to listen to my v-mail 3 times to get the number she left. Picky, I know but everything else was OK. Maybe a little practice time with Edgar would be helpful.

Enrollment seemed ok but very tedious. Rep talking while I tried reading documents very difficult. Talked too fast felt like the "bums rush". Welcome was awful, not all of us seniors are computer savvy. Too many emails burying me. Talked too fast. Very stressful to a senior.

When I alerted the DF about some changes in my income and my hardship I encountered two people who shut me down and refused to understand where I was coming from. They were totally unwilling to help. When I pushed back and said that maybe it was time for me to negotiate with creditors on my own--I was transferred to someone who was “willing” to help. I am not sure about this interaction either as I read this morning the emails he sent me.

Everyone was helpful when I started the program. Within two hours I received my first called follow by emails. Customer service was great and they answered all my questions. They allowed me time to review all my paperwork. I really appreciated them.

National Debt Relief is really slow and their fees were exorbitant. I wish I would have done more research on them. The enrollment process wasn't very easy, but I did it. And somehow I missed the fine print as to how much they were taking and how much they were paying to the creditors. My negotiator told me everything is gonna be great but everything isn’t. And years ago, I worked with another company and they took $5 for every bill that they paid. I wanted to consolidate my credit card debt and I used National Debt Relief's services, but too much money goes to them and not enough money goes to pay the creditors. I pay $125 every other week and they’ve paid off two out of my twelve creditors. I’ve been doing this a couple of years and it’s too late to cancel now because I’ve been paying for so long.

I'm very happy having received a letter from one of my creditors telling me that my debt was all paid in. I started working with National Debt Relief on my debt in the end of 2017 wherein I pay them so much every month, and they take care of the debt. I went through their enrollment process and everything went smoothly. I had a payment plan but if I could not pay one month, they'd say, “Okay. Make sure you let us know when you're not gonna be able to make the payments.” They'd talk to me and they'd make sure that I was in agreement with everything. So far, my debt is being cleared up and I'm not stressed about bill collectors. I still get the letters from some of them though and those creditors get notified that I am in the NDR program.
