We were pretty much over the head with debt. We tried National Debt Relief and their reps were pretty informative. When they needed us, they called us. We also got the answers we needed if we had questions and so far most of their people that we met were pretty helpful. We signed up in February but they started the settlements only recently. At first, we thought that they were taking a little bit too long but they needed to build up our account. As we’re making the payments, they needed to see about the funds to negotiate with. There seemed to be a little bit of a late fee but that’s based on how much we’ve been giving to them. They’ve helped us by relieving a lot of financial stress that we were on. So far, it’s worked out okay though we don’t know what to expect at the end of the year as far as the write-off being in our income.

I was paying my bills but not really able to put down any substantial amount on them. I was sick and tired of that so I decided to look into debt relief help. National Debt Relief was referred by a friend, so I went with them. This December will be one year that I have been involved in the program and I’m very happy with it. Every time they contact me, if they don’t reach me at my office number, they call my cell and then my home. It works wonderfully. They’re courteous and fantastic. I would definitely refer them. I have some coworkers that I have referred and they told me, once the holidays were over, they would. It’s an excellent program.

I had too many credit cards and I was having problems keeping up with them. I needed to figure out a way to get them paid. National Debt Relief has done a good job for me but Discover decided to sue me. It’s my understanding that this shouldn’t happen when I turned it over to National Debt Relief as long as they can work out a deal with them and get them paid. But National Debt Relief has paid off two debtors and is working on a third one. When they get something going with a debtor that they're paying, they get a hold of me right away and ask me if it's good with me. So they're doing good.

I was on a really tight budget and I had so much going on financially, and I needed help. I called National Debt Relief and asked them if they can help me with my situation. Their rep was good and professional. He was helpful and was telling me what was going to happen and was giving me all the numbers that I kind of want to hit because it can help my debt go down and clear it by how many years. NDR is good and so far, working with them helped me a lot with how I budgeted. I'd recommend them to people like me who need help.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was alright. They tried to change the account that the money was supposed to automatically come out of but it wouldn’t change. Then I submitted the information so I left it as it is. National Debt Relief has some of the debts down. So far, so good.

She was very patient, explained everything clear and where I could understand. Changes were needed she handled it without complications. Very pleasant. Helped me through all the forms to sign. And in a timely manner. My husband and I are happy so far.

I had a wonderful experience from start to Welcome call. Marvo ** was great from the initial set up and explanation. I was a bit apprehensive but he was very forthright with information. I also loved the Welcome call. Everything was explained again and Shawn made sure I understood everything thoroughly. So far a great experience.

Thank you for all your help. We do hope that this is the right thing to do. However, as it is we are no longer able to make even the minimum payments on our accounts. We are very happy that if all goes well we will be debt free in about four years.

So Far so Good!! Customer service is so easy and friendly to deal with. Very honest and open about everything. Was able to resolve a debt within the first 4 months, happy so far and encouraging to know I'm finally getting somewhere with my debt!!

I believe the negotiating team has done a very good job in settling two of my debts. I am very hopeful they can continue to negotiate with the same level of skill for my remaining claims. I do regret that my credit has suffered setbacks and will significantly impact future needs. Credit is a necessity in today's world so hopefully they will have some recommendations for recovery. I like how getting relief help can get me to the point that I needed to be without having to file bankruptcy. Staff is friendly and accommodating to all my questions and concerns. I was a little apprehensive at first but after I saw the savings and the short period to complete the program I jumped right on it. National Debt Relief is amazing. I’m retired and it’s tough to be by myself and have no income coming and with NDR, I don’t have to worry. After my husband died, I had a lot of things cleaned up and NDR was a neat way to do it. Everything that they say is like clockwork. If they have somebody that wants to settle, they’ll call and say, “This is what we have. We don’t like emailing any messages. We'd like to talk to you directly.” I always call them back. I got it in February and for a short time, I settled three accounts out of five which can't be beaten.

I’m on the poorest level of income which is very low on Social Security. I’m taking care of a schizophrenic sister and my husband has diabetes, and I can’t feed them and my expenses. When I retired, my income dropped in half and in the first two to three years, I ran up some debt that I can’t pay off so I went to National Debt Relief. They were very helpful but I wasn’t expecting that they'd take their fee first before they start negotiating. As a result, my credit rating dropped 200 points. That was bad because when I wanted to sell my house or move, something happened to my husband. They said my credit rating will drop but as soon as things are starting to pay off, I’ll go back up again. But we’re talking about four or five years. They have finished two accounts, a smaller one and then a bigger one which was a credit card and a difficult one. They used outside attorneys to do it for them and I didn’t have to pay that, which was good.
