From my initial inquiry, then on to counseling and through my account set-up NDR personnel were patient answering questions, helpful and extremely courteous. Very pleasant experience in dealing with a somewhat stressful topic. I don't think a better job of explaining the options and program could be had.

It was great, very attentive and informative. Both representatives answered all my questions while explaining the agreement. I am confident that all my debt will be settled in a timely manner. I think the monthly fees and payment is fair and possible to pay.

Awesome, kind, and very helpful staff. Both men I worked with were polite and informative, taking the time to work with me and my busy schedule. The enrollment process was also very easy which is much appreciated. Clearly staff work hard for this company.

Very satisfied with the 60% reduction on this loan and the way the payments are spread over 3 months on the for the loan and five months for your fees so that it would not require extra payments on my part.

Call center personnel are pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and low hold/wait time. Could do more about emphasizing that participant's credit score will have negative impact during negotiation period. Certain customer fees charged per month need to be explained in detail prior to enrollment. Very satisfied overall. Provided a wealth of written material. Excellent advice in handling creditors. Creditors are aware of their ability and character to assist those in need of financial guidance during difficult times.

National Debt Relief has been great and pretty honest. I would recommend them.

I have some serious debt issue so I was looking for someone that could give me some help. National Debt Relief got to the bottom that booted the issue and they've been great. They gave me a timeline and set me up on some payments. They are a good service and I’ve gotten two of my debts paid off already. There’s no way I would’ve been able to settle and do the things I’ve done without them. I’ve recommended them to several people, too.

I have a lot credit card bills and I try to do everything to finish my business with them. So I got help from National Debt Relief and the guy there said I could have all my bills paid off. They're really helpful. I had a lot of questions for their team but they were able to always give me the right answers. Also, they always receive my calls. I am left with one year, 2018, in the program. My credit score is still very low but they tell me credit is not going to be a problem. I'm relaxed right now because they take care of everything.

I liked my experience with NDR. I'm on a limited income and I went a little wild with my credit cards. I couldn't afford the payments. Their reps were all helpful in seeing what I could afford. They were courteous and they worked with me. When they have a settlement offer, they call or email me to let me know. They don't just go and do things, they confer with me first. So far, they've helped me pay three accounts and I should be done by next summer. They don't overcharge and they let me know upfront what the fees are going to be and what's going to come out every month. I like that I can log on to my account and see everything that's going on. Plus, if I have another thing to add, they can let me add it.

I spoke to National Debt Relief's rep two years ago and she said they can help me out. I enrolled with them, and they automatically deduct payment from my account every month. They helped me to lower the bills and about six months ago, they came with a $3,000 plus settlement for Chase bank instead of paying $11,000. I've been satisfied with NDR, but I was trying to get out of it. Their process is slow and it looked like they were doing nothing and they were just getting my money and I was getting calls and bills left and right. I have to speak with them plenty of times, but as of now, I just let it go.

I am very happy with the complete explanation and assistance starting with my first phone call with Tom at NDR. Since then, I knew that this was the best company to go with to resolve my debt issues. I now have the peace of mind that I have a quicker and safer way out of trouble.

The process to get started was easy, but I struggled with wanting to talk to someone "now" and these people are busy. Then there was a network issue where they couldn't get my application, then calling my "rep"... Call couldn't be transferred... Then their phone network cut us off. Once everything was done and established, it went smooth. Can't really say I am comfortable yet, until I find out my creditors are going to allow this process or not. I am nervous about this part as well.

The program seems like a Great help. Waiting to see the outcome of the program. Putting my Trust to see if I can get help with my debt. Customer Service was good and my rep was really knowledgeable and helped me understand the program. Callback was very understandable also. Thank you.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was alright. They tried to change the account that the money was supposed to automatically come out of but it wouldn’t change. Then I submitted the information so I left it as it is. National Debt Relief has some of the debts down. So far, so good.

I had too many credit cards and I was having problems keeping up with them. I needed to figure out a way to get them paid. National Debt Relief has done a good job for me but Discover decided to sue me. It’s my understanding that this shouldn’t happen when I turned it over to National Debt Relief as long as they can work out a deal with them and get them paid. But National Debt Relief has paid off two debtors and is working on a third one. When they get something going with a debtor that they're paying, they get a hold of me right away and ask me if it's good with me. So they're doing good.

We were pretty much over the head with debt. We tried National Debt Relief and their reps were pretty informative. When they needed us, they called us. We also got the answers we needed if we had questions and so far most of their people that we met were pretty helpful. We signed up in February but they started the settlements only recently. At first, we thought that they were taking a little bit too long but they needed to build up our account. As we’re making the payments, they needed to see about the funds to negotiate with. There seemed to be a little bit of a late fee but that’s based on how much we’ve been giving to them. They’ve helped us by relieving a lot of financial stress that we were on. So far, it’s worked out okay though we don’t know what to expect at the end of the year as far as the write-off being in our income.

I was on a really tight budget and I had so much going on financially, and I needed help. I called National Debt Relief and asked them if they can help me with my situation. Their rep was good and professional. He was helpful and was telling me what was going to happen and was giving me all the numbers that I kind of want to hit because it can help my debt go down and clear it by how many years. NDR is good and so far, working with them helped me a lot with how I budgeted. I'd recommend them to people like me who need help.

I was paying my bills but not really able to put down any substantial amount on them. I was sick and tired of that so I decided to look into debt relief help. National Debt Relief was referred by a friend, so I went with them. This December will be one year that I have been involved in the program and I’m very happy with it. Every time they contact me, if they don’t reach me at my office number, they call my cell and then my home. It works wonderfully. They’re courteous and fantastic. I would definitely refer them. I believe the negotiating team has done a very good job in settling two of my debts. I am very hopeful they can continue to negotiate with the same level of skill for my remaining claims.
