The people at National were very nice, professional and thorough. They covered everything I needed to know to include how long it will take to establish a relationship with my creditors and how it will affect my credit score. Easy set up, however, a bit lengthy. It will be worth it in the long run though.

They went over everything - gave me time to ask questions - were easily understood. They were able to answer all of the questions that I had. They were very knowledgeable. Put me at ease. The people I talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful setting up the account. It's a tough thing to admit you can't handle your debt, and they were very supportive especially Mike ** (sp?). So far the process has been smooth, but now's the time when the waiting begins and I believe the people who work at NDR will be there to help succeed.

I was originally gonna go with ClearOne Advantage but their customer service just wasn’t as good. I just wasn’t happy with what I was hearing. I called National Debt Relief and it was a much different experience and things made more sense. I’ve never been in any negotiations. But they updated me along the way through emails. I would hear from them in person pretty much when they’ve settled something for me and they asked if I accept it. And if I don’t, they’ll keep trying. But I wish that they reach out via phone just a little more often.

I would recommend this company because I feel that they were very honest with me. I have tried personal loans and just got myself more into debt. With going about it this way my accounts will be closed so I can't get myself into any more debt with my cards. So will see how the next couple of months go.

I was in between jobs and I was getting behind in my credit cards. I liked National Debt Relief's program. But I was nervous my credit was gonna take a hit forever and I was worried. Updated on 05/24/2019: National Debt has made my life a bit easier and I didn’t have to stress so much about those credit cards. At the time I started with their program, I didn’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket and a part of the price they quoted me each month already included their service fee. I’m now over half of the program but not quite three-quarters of the way, but I’ve seen improvement on my credit scores. I get emails from them when they have negotiated a certain amount on my behalf for an account and ask me if I will accept it or not. Also, when I had to change my banking system, I called them and they were good and professional. The cost of NDR’s service is money worth spent. And as long as they take their money and I’m not getting calls by those creditors, I’m happy!

Never respond on time, I didn't receive any response for more than a month for which I had to shift on some other company. Time wasting, money wasting, do not go for this, really bad services. Stay away!

Both Customer service members that I spoke to were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions and took their time explaining everything. I'm so bad with names I just remember Joseph **, and wish I could remember the lady that helped me. Wish everyone in customer service could be as phenomenal as them.
