From the first email to the welcome call. I dealt with Erik **, he made you feel like there is true concern and the I'm here to help attitude. We made mistakes with our monies, most companies make you feel like a criminal. Erik truly cares. The welcome call, I can't remember his name, however he too was very professional and caring.

I was curious about the email I got with the companies lowering my amount due and the high monthly cost it would be that I couldn't afford. It was worked out so I could afford it by splitting the extra amount in three bills. Great help. Thank you.

There was too much time spent between client and customer representative. I had a few questions and it took the customer representative too long to return my calls and emails. I do understand if the customer representative had an emergency, that is why there was no immediate response. I do believe team members should pick up the workload that is on hold when a team member is out of the office.

Very helpful. Speedy. Customer service is very polite and helpful. Fast response to contact creditors and settle the debt. Communication is very good. Emails and letters are sent and explain in detail of break down. Works well with financial demand. Overall very happy right now.

I had no idea what I was getting into, had tried to get consolidation loan to pay off my cards after a family emergency was over. Expected to be able to get a low interest and pay off over 4 or 5 yrs. But all offers I had were no longer available to me. The interest was 20%. No solution. This has been lifesaver, and very smooth process.

The Welcome procedure was less than ideal as the representative spoke very quickly and was obviously speaking from a script. I can always call back for clarification and I am relieved that I made the decision and that I was approved for help.

I have had closure on one account. This program is not allowing me any leeway and I do not have enough money to even buy groceries. Unfortunately, I have had to borrow money from an Insurance plan and now find I must cancel that in order to reduce my out of pocket expenses. It would be better to take longer to pay off my debts by paying less money and also to pay off the debts which are smaller in monetary amounts first.

I stop making payment when they told me that the only way to get help to pay was having multiple past due payment. My account at that was 1400 and now is 2100 and this bank sold my account to a different company. I thought this company really will help me but I am really disappointed.

I was skeptical with National Debt Relief program until the first bill started coming off. I’m still a little bit shaky about it to be honest because we’re only about six months into debt settlement and we don’t have the money that we'd like to be able to put toward it. So everything that we’re putting bi-weekly, is fine. We, at one point, had a large chunk of money to be able to place towards helping relieve and resolve the debt sooner, but we haven’t had that kind of income coming in to be able to do it again. But when we did have that amount of money to put aside for that, we started seeing some of the stuff getting paid and started seeing some resolution, so it was nice. But we’re still a long way to go. I can’t even look at our credit score. It just makes me cry.

I couldn't file bankruptcy again since I had a bankruptcy in 2010 and I looked to get help from NDR. I'm not altogether happy with them though. I don't like the fact that they can't tell me what accounts have been resolved and what accounts are being negotiated. Until they get something in writing they won't tell me anything. We signed up in April and it's frustrating that it moves so slow. I couldn't access the portal where they say all my information is at. I'm not a computer whiz and I prefer my stuff in the mail so I can see what's going on. I want to get an update on what's going on. I also resent the fact that they can't advise me at all regarding what's going to happen with 1099-C. They should be able to tell me what's going to happen with that. They should have a free legal consultation service to tell you what to expect.

We've spoken with the reps at National Debt Relief over the phone, and they’re very good people. They kept us up to date on how my wife's account with people was going. NDR is paying the account as we pay them the amount that they settled with the credit card companies. I'd tell my friends to call National Debt Relief.

I tried to decrease my payments and get out of debt. And I went with a different company previously, and it didn’t go well. National Debt Relief has good reviews on the internet, and I started in May with them. Their service has been pretty good. It’s just that I’ve been paying a lot of money every month. Life has been really tougher right now financially, but it’s for a good purpose. I would recommend National Debt. It's a very trustworthy company, and I definitely made the right choice.

National Debt Relief is really good. I had gotten three settlements and it's helped out a bit. The program is working pretty well. But I have another account that I would like to put on to consolidate and I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that.

I was over-extended financially so I googled debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief had the highest ratings. However, the last time I heard from them was about five months ago. I don't think they're very interactive. I expected more feedback from them but the only time I get feedback is whether or not I would give them authority to go ahead with some type of financial transactions with one of my creditors. They periodically send me an email though pertaining to them and not my account. I spoke with two or three different representatives concerning my case and they showed me the best approach that I needed to take and they answered all my questions.

I had some bills that I needed to consolidate and NDR has been helping me pay off some of the bills that I haven't been able to pay off in the past. Everything's been great and their reps call me every once in a while. Recently, I needed to fill out a power of attorney for one of the creditors. Every time I talked to the reps, everyone was super helpful. They were knowledgeable and they always answered my questions.

We had a bunch of bills and I just couldn’t do it by myself. I tried my hardest to do it on my own and finally used all of my money up that I had in savings, and I was drowning. I saw National Debt Relief and I decided to do it. I thought it was a good idea at the time. They take $350 out of my check book every month and put it into an escrow. Then they call the creditors and they work out a deal with them. When they find out if they accept what they accept, they call me and ask me if I accept it. I had one bill that was under $500 and we put it in the collection system. After about four months, I sent them an invoice. I got a call back saying that they did not cover that because it was only worth $300. It has got to be over $500. But nobody told me that when I signed for it. So, I was a little aggravated about that.

Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful. They answered all of my questions for me. Everything was explained to me in detail. They went over everything with me and made sure I understood what the process was. They also let me know that I needed any assistance with anything that I could reach out to them at anytime.

Going from separated... to divorce and topped with Cancer, it’s a blessing to know that I can get help when I am fighting to stay alive. I hated not being able to fund my divorce lawyer and clean up bad credit. So thankful to Tabia ** for getting me back on my feet again. Wonderful customer service and look forward to working with them to resolve my debt.

I feel they charge a high fee to resolve debt, I didn't realize the fee was that high... all they do is negotiate the balance. The fee is outrageous. I don't remember going over that fee at time of signing up. Thank you for taking someone over the coals.

Has so far been a great experience. There are quite a few of these types of companies out there, this one had the best reviews and I'm glad I chose them. I used a different company last time. I tried to settle my debt and it was a disaster. They took my money and let my accounts go and I had two lawsuits so do your research and choose the right one.

This assistant (I can't remember the person gender) was very helpful and even went and look for the answer to one of my questions, she made me less stress about the 25.00 to be paid for several month before the account was paid off. She explain why and proceeded to tell me that they were negotiating the payments for the last company that we needed to pay off. I'm very grateful for your help, I so need to get my credit back as soon as possible, my credit score is so low. The National Debt Relief team has always been helpful. They've made my payments a lot better and they've helped me to be able to afford the bills and money for everyday life. My experience has been pleasant.

I’ve been working with them for nearly a year and I was so impressed when I first started. Every now and then, I got an interaction with them and they were very helpful and they kept me updated. Any questions I asked, they gave me an answer. But recently, when I talked to National Debt Relief, I got very disappointed. I’m a little bit busy and I don’t have a computer. I was trying to request a copy of a letter stating that I have completed paying and closing the account but the person was a bit rude about it. And then she said that, “Just go online and get a copy.” I’ve already closed one account and there’s one in the process of paying off and a few more after that. This is the first time I requested for the letter and the recent experience might have thrown me off.

National Debt Relief is a great company to work with. I've been working with them for about 8 months now to get control of everything. When first I called in, they reviewed everything and made it simple on what documentation I needed to give them. My interactions with their team members have been very pleasant. The payments are set up on automatic withdraw and it's easy. National Debt Relief helps me get back on track.

The amount that I was paying to my credit card each month as compared to the amount that National Debt Relief gave me was okay for my budget at that time. They’ve been very courteous and they explained things well every time I've called them. I’m still with the program and the three-year payment of $300 a month is steep sometimes. It’s a bit difficult to make the payment especially when it goes up. Sometimes, there’s a schedule for $270 or $293 a month and the agreed-upon monthly was $273, but sometimes I need to pay up as much as $400 to clear one debt and that’s really hit hard on me. They say there is not enough money in there so I need to make a larger payment, yet I don’t get a clear explanation of that action.

The people at National Debt Relief were nice. We were making our payments but we couldn’t get it done the right way. But now that we're with NDR, everything’s going in the right direction and everything's a lot better than it was financially. I would recommend them to a friend.

I called and talked to their salesman, and he told me what it was like, what they did and that I could get out of debt in a few years, so I decided to go ahead with it. It sounded like a good deal. They were convincing and helpful. Working with them had been a bit less stress-free. I still get phone calls and there is the question about when they're going to reach out to the people. But, I just have to be patient and hang with it.

Updated on 03/26/2021: It has been good so far. The reps have been very good in communicating with me and taking care of things. I'm not micromanaging and getting involved in every single thing. They also painted a very realistic picture of things and gave me all the information I needed. They alerted a couple of things, including the potential that I would have to pay taxes on the debt that is forgiven or charged off.

I feel very confident that NDR will do a great job. They have been very thorough in explaining the program. They were all very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They were also quick to respond and have great communication.

Upon graduating from grad school, my wife and I decided that we needed to consolidate our debts so we can find some financial management into our life. With National Debt Relief, I don't have to worry about the debts that I have surrendered over to get an agreement for. I got a one who called in the beginning and I just referred the caller to NDR. NDR has been responsive and followed up with whatever information I asked of them. I also have access online to follow-up with my progress, and I particularly like pie charts that let me know how much of my debts are being financed, how much has been settled, and how much agreement has been met. So far I haven’t had any problems with National Debt Relief. They seem to be doing what they promised to be doing.

I'm enrolled with National Debt Relief and I gave them 12 credit cards then started putting money into an account. As soon as I started putting money, they started negotiating with the lowest one, and they settled two or three. The others are all larger amounts and it's sitting there idling, waiting on enough money to be in there for them to go ahead and negotiate. I figured they would go ahead and negotiate and get figures agreed on ahead of time. That way, the calls would stop. There's only so much I can pay a month so there's only so much they can do on their end. It's still stressful and I expected a little more from them.

I looked at what other people had to say about National Debt Relief and then, I chose them. They’ve been upfront and our interactions have been short and to the point, which is what I like. They’re honest enough to tell me what they’re going to do, what we need to do and I try and stick to their plan. Everything’s going well and I’m halfway through with the program, so I’m pleased. If I'm ever asked what to do to get a bond, I would refer NDR.
