At first I was not completely certain as to how this service worked. My intention was to repay a loan and to get my life in order without consequence. However, I had consequences which I had incurred, whether intentionally or unintentionally through hardship in particular. The people at Debt Relief made it clear that saving, and making a habit of doing so, would help an individual get out of the habit of bringing upon oneself debt in the future and making it possible to use cash when and if possible. It was not an easy decision, but I think it will pay off (pardon the pun!).

Very detailed information and a sense of caring when I asked questions. Consultant very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all of my concerns. I was concerned on how this would impact my credit score and they gave me the information that I needed.

So relieved to have some breathing room since I lost my job. A better program than those "consolidation loan" companies where you have to have the money to get the money. If that were the case, I wouldn't financial assistance.

National Debt Relief resolved a debt with Exxon/Mobil. I was asked to put more than the usual monthly amount into the account. I told the gentleman when and how much I could place the extra funds into my account. I can put $100 into my account starting this Thursday without too much difficulty.

I was drowning in debt, so I did something and worked with National Debt Relief. They've been everything as it was advertised to be. It seemed a little slow to get going, but that’s partly got to do with the resources that I was able to put forward to the resolution. However, I’ve had the resources they told me would be required, so we made the deal and I signed the contract. My only little blink of confusion was that I’ve been assigned an attorney who called me, and I missed the call, and I tried to call back on two occasions. And I never heard from the attorney again, so we never had the conversation. Still, I would certainly recommend them.

Me & my husband have just started our account and journey with NDR so we can't yet state whether or not this has been what we are hoping it will be and works. However, that being said we are VERY happy & confident so far with how they have walked us through the steps and stopped to explain whatever we have had questions about and have disclosed everything 100% & made sure we know that there is always someone available to help us should we need it. We are hopeful that this is our last stop on the way out of Debt Town and a more secure financial footing.

I was in debt and I was looking to lower my payments. I was checked online for companies that provide some relief and National Debt Relief was the first or the second one that came up. We had a phone call first off where they explained how it worked and what needed to be done. They were very clear that my credit would take a hit and they didn't sugarcoat it. They were also very informative. I decided to join and since then, I’ve been working pretty much exclusively on the website from the portal. Any questions I have, I asked through the portal and that quickly got the answers back to me. The reps I worked with were also professional and courteous.

I was in credit card debt and I needed some kind of help. National Debt Relief's team has been excellent since it's their business to please the customer. They've been helping me try to pay off some of my debt, and there's been a couple of things that have been paid off. Unfortunately, I was in an automobile accident and I just got out of the hospital so I haven't been able to meet some of my debt relief. But they've been very good all the way around and they've done an excellent job.

I read people's comments on National Debt Relief and it looked good to me so I took a chance with them. They have been good, helpful and cooperative. The times I called, they gave me an answer right away. I've been with them for two years and they've helped me out. To date, there’s only one account left that I'm waiting on for the last creditor to accept the offer to close while all the rest of the accounts have been taken care of. I’m happy with the choice I made in asking National for help. And if for some reason I ever need help again, I will definitely call them back.

The National Debt Relief customer service has been really great for me ever since I started. I used to change my banks, and I changed it three times and they helped me with it. I added a few accounts to it, and it was fast and easy. I already closed up three accounts in less than one year, and I'm working on my highest debt on my list right now. I still get really sour sometimes because I don't have credit. But they said the faster I finished the plan, my credit starts coming back and hopefully, that really happens soon. I'm thankful and satisfied with National Debt Relief. They were there to help me.

National Debt Relief has been positive in my life. Their representatives were good and they were able to answer my questions. I had a few bumps in getting the details of what was expected when I first started, but everything’s going okay now.

Our credit card bill is so high and none of it is going towards the principal, and we were getting nowhere. Everybody at National Debt Relief is pretty good about answering questions and overall, it’s been a good experience. We had a negative experience when we were supposed to be getting a settlement offer and apparently, it fell through and they never let us know. Then the amount that we ended up settling on that card, later on, changed substantially from what they said it was going to be. It was kind of mess for a little bit.

I had gotten some credit cards, and they overtook me, and then I lost my job and I’m on disability. Our finances were changing in 2012, and even though we have some income, it was drastically cut, so in 2016, I broke down and got a personal loan, but the interest rate was really high, and I was going to use that to pay off the credit cards, but it didn’t work out that way. I ended up with a lot of debt. And when I heard about National Debt Relief, I called them and explained my situation. They told me what they could possibly do, and so far, I’m very pleased. I’m waiting now because I qualified for a loan to wipe out my debt. They settled my last case a week ago. I started out with $14,000 worth of debt, and they settled it for half of that. I’ve even seen my credit score go up. And everything’s not even posted yet, as far as the cleared ones.

Both representatives were extremely helpful and were able to clarify all my concerns. They explained everything very well and were able to make me feel comfortable. They explained that they will work hard in getting me the best resolution possible.

There was too much time spent between client and customer representative. I had a few questions and it took the customer representative too long to return my calls and emails. I do understand if the customer representative had an emergency, that is why there was no immediate response. I do believe team members should pick up the workload that is on hold when a team member is out of the office.

I had no idea what I was getting into, had tried to get consolidation loan to pay off my cards after a family emergency was over. Expected to be able to get a low interest and pay off over 4 or 5 yrs. But all offers I had were no longer available to me. The interest was 20%. No solution. This has been lifesaver, and very smooth process.

I have had closure on one account. This program is not allowing me any leeway and I do not have enough money to even buy groceries. Unfortunately, I have had to borrow money from an Insurance plan and now find I must cancel that in order to reduce my out of pocket expenses. It would be better to take longer to pay off my debts by paying less money and also to pay off the debts which are smaller in monetary amounts first.

I was skeptical with National Debt Relief program until the first bill started coming off. I’m still a little bit shaky about it to be honest because we’re only about six months into debt settlement and we don’t have the money that we'd like to be able to put toward it. So everything that we’re putting bi-weekly, is fine. We, at one point, had a large chunk of money to be able to place towards helping relieve and resolve the debt sooner, but we haven’t had that kind of income coming in to be able to do it again. But when we did have that amount of money to put aside for that, we started seeing some of the stuff getting paid and started seeing some resolution, so it was nice. But we’re still a long way to go. I can’t even look at our credit score. It just makes me cry.

We had a bunch of bills and I just couldn’t do it by myself. I tried my hardest to do it on my own and finally used all of my money up that I had in savings, and I was drowning. I saw National Debt Relief and I decided to do it. I thought it was a good idea at the time. They take $350 out of my check book every month and put it into an escrow. Then they call the creditors and they work out a deal with them. When they find out if they accept what they accept, they call me and ask me if I accept it. I had one bill that was under $500 and we put it in the collection system. After about four months, I sent them an invoice. I got a call back saying that they did not cover that because it was only worth $300. It has got to be over $500. But nobody told me that when I signed for it. So, I was a little aggravated about that.

I had some bills that I needed to consolidate and NDR has been helping me pay off some of the bills that I haven't been able to pay off in the past. Everything's been great and their reps call me every once in a while. Recently, I needed to fill out a power of attorney for one of the creditors. Every time I talked to the reps, everyone was super helpful. They were knowledgeable and they always answered my questions.

I couldn't file bankruptcy again since I had a bankruptcy in 2010 and I looked to get help from NDR. I'm not altogether happy with them though. I don't like the fact that they can't tell me what accounts have been resolved and what accounts are being negotiated. Until they get something in writing they won't tell me anything. We signed up in April and it's frustrating that it moves so slow. I couldn't access the portal where they say all my information is at. I'm not a computer whiz and I prefer my stuff in the mail so I can see what's going on. I want to get an update on what's going on. I also resent the fact that they can't advise me at all regarding what's going to happen with 1099-C. They should be able to tell me what's going to happen with that. They should have a free legal consultation service to tell you what to expect.

I tried to decrease my payments and get out of debt. And I went with a different company previously, and it didn’t go well. National Debt Relief has good reviews on the internet, and I started in May with them. Their service has been pretty good. It’s just that I’ve been paying a lot of money every month. Life has been really tougher right now financially, but it’s for a good purpose. I would recommend National Debt. It's a very trustworthy company, and I definitely made the right choice.

We've spoken with the reps at National Debt Relief over the phone, and they’re very good people. They kept us up to date on how my wife's account with people was going. National Debt Relief is really good. I had gotten three settlements and it's helped out a bit. The program is working pretty well. But I have another account that I would like to put on to consolidate and I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that.

I was over-extended financially so I googled debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief had the highest ratings. However, the last time I heard from them was about five months ago. I don't think they're very interactive. I expected more feedback from them but the only time I get feedback is whether or not I would give them authority to go ahead with some type of financial transactions with one of my creditors. They periodically send me an email though pertaining to them and not my account. I spoke with two or three different representatives concerning my case and they showed me the best approach that I needed to take and they answered all my questions.

Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful. They answered all of my questions for me. Everything was explained to me in detail. They went over everything with me and made sure I understood what the process was. They also let me know that I needed any assistance with anything that I could reach out to them at anytime.

Going from separated... to divorce and topped with Cancer, it’s a blessing to know that I can get help when I am fighting to stay alive. I’ve been working with them for nearly a year and I was so impressed when I first started. Every now and then, I got an interaction with them and they were very helpful and they kept me updated. Any questions I asked, they gave me an answer. But recently, when I talked to National Debt Relief, I got very disappointed. I’m a little bit busy and I don’t have a computer. I was trying to request a copy of a letter stating that I have completed paying and closing the account but the person was a bit rude about it. And then she said that, “Just go online and get a copy.” I’ve already closed one account and there’s one in the process of paying off and a few more after that. This is the first time I requested for the letter and the recent experience might have thrown me off.

The amount that I was paying to my credit card each month as compared to the amount that National Debt Relief gave me was okay for my budget at that time. They’ve been very courteous and they explained things well every time I've called them. I’m still with the program and the three-year payment of $300 a month is steep sometimes. It’s a bit difficult to make the payment especially when it goes up. Sometimes, there’s a schedule for $270 or $293 a month and the agreed-upon monthly was $273, but sometimes I need to pay up as much as $400 to clear one debt and that’s really hit hard on me. They say there is not enough money in there so I need to make a larger payment, yet I don’t get a clear explanation of that action.

We are excited to embark on the road to recovery for our bills. Everyone involved so far has been helpful and insightful. We hope to be out of debt by the time the program is over. This was a blessing to find out about this program.

I've been with NDR for close to six months and I'm not satisfied with the pace of the service. It's been going for so long. I tried a different company before and my credit went up a lot faster. As a matter of fact, my credit just went lower instead of going up. And I'm paying all this money every month. I expected a faster service. I'm ready to quit the service, to go with somebody else.

NDR gave me all the information that I needed. They told me how much money I would save. They were really nice and they answered all my questions. They call me periodically and tell me what’s going on. I had some debts already taken care of by them.
