Communication with NDR was good. The enrollment process was fairly easy too. It's just that I didn’t have access to a fax machine and the place that I used was UPS and there was something wrong with their machine and it wasn’t getting stuff. And that was my only glitch. I probably could have done it online but I didn’t have an access to that at that time. Now, everything has already been resolved and all the creditors are taken care of. And it’s so much better knowing that I have no more debt and no more credit cards. From now on, I use my debit card. If there’s no money, then we don’t use it. It’s so nice to feel debt-free and that’s fabulous. Even though I still have another year to do the payments, it’s still taken care of and no phone calls from the creditors and it’s great. Overall, I’ve been very happy with their service.

I had too many credit cards and bills so I looked into a debt relief service and National Debt Relief was rated number one so I decided to go with them. The enrollment was a long process but it was pretty easy The payment plan was pretty high, but they helped me out. I had a couple of loans settled, but I canceled them. I consulted with a credit advisor and he said that National Debt Relief is not gonna help me out in the future because I’m trying to fix my credit. And the debt that I have is already closed and there is no use for me paying it off. But now, National Debt Relief said they had funded me some money for my creditors and they tried to charge me extra.

They told us it would be a wait while they started negotiating, and several months later, we started getting the offers for the settlements. And the last time we checked, we’re at 20% settled.

Customer service rep was very kind, supportive and helpful. The program details were explained in detail. This is a very difficult situation and unfamiliar territory, they seem to be quite supportive in that aspect. I hope to maintain that support throughout the entire program.

Safia contacted me almost daily via phone and email for the past two weeks providing me with detailed and specific information of the program. I've only spoke to Gabriella once and she was thorough as well.

Both (representatives) were very patient, understanding and helpful. I have an older phone and no computer, I was on the phone with the reps while trying to put my signature on the spots I needed to sign on the contract but my phone wasn't allowing me so they actually went on through the whole contract and security info and then called me back after I was able to get everything signed. I liked the way that National Debt Relief was set up. I also liked that I just have one payment every month and they took care of it. The enrollment process was really smooth. I spoke to someone immediately, and he was very helpful and talked us through the whole process. And every time I've needed anything or contacted someone, they've helped immediately. I recently added a new debt, and the young lady that I spoke to was very helpful. She managed to adapt much easier than I had even thought. I just called, sent in the paperwork and she said okay and went from there.
