When I began to tell my story I felt like someone was actually listening to me on the other line, I have been struggling to keep my rent and bills paid up on time, and with this program would make it much easier for me to continue without having a nervous breakdown. I have already recommended someone else.

My payments are comfortable and fits my budget. Again thank you for helping me out of a strenuous situation.

National Debt Relief has been a refreshing experience. I don’t have a bunch of creditors calling me on the phone. I feel like they're doing the work for me. I don’t have to keep stressing about, “Oh, did I pay this bill this month?” They pay it automatically. There were 10 different accounts to settle because some of them were medical. There were credit cards debts and medical debts by use of a credit card. Three were successfully paid off. They work fast. And I can log on to their internet page and I can check. I also see it on my bank account as well.
They had a method of taking my own money, saving it and paying off one bill at a time as opposed to taking out a loan. They have a very nice team who explained everything to me. They called me to say I'm eligible for a loan to pay off all my debts. I declined because I really like the fact that I'm paying it with my own money and I don’t have to pay a loan back. My experience was helpful and stress-free and I would recommend them to anybody.

I've never had trouble with National Debt Relief. They work with me. There was one time when I had a little trouble paying the monthly payment that I should be paying and they worked out a payment for me so I could pay at least the minimum and not affect me in any way. They let me know how it would affect me in the future and gave me a different option. As of right now, I only have one credit card debt that needs to be paid off and they're working on a settlement with that. So, it's good. They've been really helpful.

I had not been able to pay my bills so I looked into relief help and found National Debt Relief online. My experience with them has been good so far. They took our information, gave us the payment, and told us how it would work. We have a little bit of an issue now with a judgment against us. They're working on that. But other than that, it seems to be fine. I would recommend them to a friend.

I liked the National Debt Relief's reviews that I saw online when I did a search so I made the call and they got me all taken care of. So far, everything has been fine. They've closed some of my accounts but I’m still working with them. They’ve been great and I’m not as worried about my debts.

I had a number of credit-type accounts and it got to the point where I could only make the minimum payment. I wasn’t gaining any ground with it at all so my family member told me about National Debt Relief's program. They're also involved in it and that sounded like something that would help me out so I signed up. Their customer service has been very good. Anytime that there’s been a solution to one of the accounts, they’re always very quick to notify me of that both in the mail and in my website.
Occasionally, I would get a letter from one of the creditors indicating that they were going to turn me over to a collection agency and those kind of letters I had to send in to NDR's team right away. I don’t know exactly what kind of action they take with it but that’s the kind of thing that I’ve had with them. They’ve been very helpful and I’m glad that they’re handling the situation with the different creditors. We’ve settled three of 11 accounts already so there’s more on the way from the looks of things. Working with NDR has freed up some money not just for our day-to-day living but also for other things that I’m having to pay on that’s not on the program. Everything is going very well and I would suggest the program to anybody who needs help with their indebtedness.

I've been with National Debt Relief since March. I wanted to get out of debt. I have one more credit card that’s waiting to be settled and I'll be completely out of debt. Then I just have to pay this loan company back the money they gave me to get me out of debt. The reps of National Debt Relief answered all my questions. I wanted to make sure everything was going right so I just called and I got my answers. I'm happy as National Debt Relief has been very good. If you want to get out of debt National Debt Relief is the way to go but always remember your creditworthiness is going to take a while to get back to where it was.

National Debt Relief is a little bit slow, but they're good. They verify everything, and they ask me if I do have any questions. They're very qualified! They helped me to clean up all my credit bills. I have one account with them, with seven credit cards, three of which have been successful already. Sometimes the money is not on my account, but I had to put it back. They draft it out from my account, but everything is good. The two payments, it was easy to make it. I've been with them for six months already. They're very professional.

My credit’s terrible and I just wanted to get it better because I know it’s been bad for a long time. And NDR was the first one that popped up under best debt relief or debt collectors. They used to call me at the beginning within the first couple of months and told me that they had reached the creditor and made a compromise and they will set it paying $1,000 I owed on a card and reduce it down to $500. And then they tell me that they would automatically start sending the money and pay that one off. One of them I know has been paid off. But the others -- there’s nothing going on. They have money to pay things off, but they haven't contacted me about it. So, I’m beginning to get a little worried.
I don’t understand what is taking them so long. They told me when I first signed up with them. I live on a very fixed income and I’m retired. I wanted to get this cleared up in case I want to buy another car in the future and I can’t buy a car and get decent payments unless I have good credit. They’re getting $350 a month from me and that’s money I really can’t afford to pay out. But I want to get good credit. I'm willing to do it if they can clear it up in 18 or 24 months if it’ll totally get me back in good standing.

So, I decided to go down that route with National Debt Relief. I'm a very bad person to interact with because I'm always busy but these guys were really good because they went out of their way all the time for me. They had to call me back a lot because of work issues but they were extremely patient with me. They were always very helpful and they got everything settled pretty well. So, I appreciated that a lot. Having them made things easier, too. I've been struggling with bills for at least seven years now so, it's a good relief to have them settled. I would advise NDR for anybody that's in debt.

I was searching for bill collectors to help me out and National Debt Relief was the one that was on the top of the list so I figured it would be good. Two credit cards got paid off so far so it went very smoothly. I enjoyed working with them. But this last one has been helI. I got one more account left to be paid and they told me that it was going to be taken care of and then all of a sudden I'm eating dinner, I look at my window and there's some guy who summons me some paperwork about it. I was like, “Okay.” All of a sudden now my payments are almost my whole paycheck to where I'm going to have no money.
Right now I'm trying to get my mom on this account to help me out like talking-wise because I've never had to go through something like this. As a single parent I never want this to happen. It seems like my account was started out to be $5,000 for what I owed and then it jumped up to almost six grand because it's taken them so long to get in contact with them to make payments. It's stressing me out. Then my next payment next month, December should be a total of $530 something and I make about $1,200 each paycheck and it varies because I'm a mover. They need to call back because the figures don’t quite add up to me.

I began to research a couple companies that were available to help us out with our situation and NDR seemed pretty reliable having approval of Better Business Bureau and others rated them really high. Everyone I dealt with at National Debt Relief has been very nice and very helpful. Having them helped with some stress. Their rep came up with a plan and they’ve been able to resolve five of my creditors at this point. The negative side of that is I've always had a very good credit rating and now I don't have a good credit rating. But that’s not their fault. I knew that this process would affect my credit rating until we're able to resolve everything. Everything else has been positive and I have recommended them.

I was put in a different financial situation where I wasn't able to pay my credit cards the way I used to. I would have been paying just whatever the amount they asked for as opposed to double-payments. I knew that wasn't going to get me anywhere. I reached out to National Debt Relief, and I had to go through a lot of questions in order to find out if I was eligible. I was, and so far, everything is good. I haven't had a problem with them. If I ask a question, they immediately give me an answer, which was only in the beginning part because I wasn't sure if I should commit to it. I was kind of iffy about the company so I looked it up on the BBB and then I decided to go with it.
I pay one amount to them every month and they go piling it up. I'd call them or they'd call me and let me know whatever credit card has been resolved. They always ask me if it's okay to go forward. I'll say yes, that gets done, and they move on to the next. They make the decision which credit card they're going to attack next. They finalize whatever deal they make. They call me and talk to me about the deal and the benefits of it, and where it would put me in the future. They seem to know what can be done and how to tackle each and every situation.
National Debt Relief has made it easy for me because I don't have to deal with all those phone calls. The only one I have to deal with is my bank because the bank keeps telling me that they don't do a third-party. Other than that, I'm at ease because I don't have all these mails coming in, I don't have those harassment calls, and I don't have to keep telling my story over and over to the people that I owe money to because it's taken care of by National Debt Relief. It's been a relief for me and I don't have the stress. Once you've been through the program, it's like a turnkey. Everything flows smoothly. You can go online also and create your own account. You could see your account and what's being done and how much is in there from everything that you're putting every month. It's a wonderful program for those that qualify.

I still do have a large amount of credit card debt and I was trying to get rid of it. With NDR really don’t have that much anymore. At the beginning, I talked to the guy and he explained everything, showed me how to get it all set up, explained what we do, how they do it, and what I had to do. They were very informative at first, and it sounded like a good plan, and which seems to be so far. And every time there’s a new plan where they made a deal with a creditor, they contact me and then I just approve it.
So far I haven't heard from any of the creditors at all, which is good and I think I have three of the cards paid off already. We're working on a fourth one right now. But I'm skeptic. I actually called the companies up to make sure they did get paid off and asked for documentation. However they don’t give like the final pay off that shows that. When I checked on my card from one company, they actually emailed me. The company that we’re paying off, every time we make a payment, they send me an email, so I know they’re getting paid. But the other three that are already paid off, I didn’t get that aside from the email.
The only downside with the NDR is the high percentage of the payment is part of the deal. They take a big chunk upfront. They’re taking their money pretty much before the things to be paid off. I know they calculate how much I'm paying twice a month. And then they figure out how much I have. I understand how it works now. If I had $10,000 and gave it to them, they’ll be able to pay off the debt. But I don’t have the funds in there that’s why they can’t make the deal with everybody. And that’s why it takes to four years because they got to wait for my money that I'm paying into it to get there.

I had to tell them what I was indebted to then they kind of compiled everything and let me know about what we needed to do. Now my credit score is improving slowly but surely and I don’t have to worry about being overwhelmed with all the debt anymore. I would recommend them to somebody in my situation.

Before I lost my job, I was already in a financial kind of pickle. I called National Debt Relief for information and it went well, but I wasn’t ready to mess up my credit yet and I thought I could keep it together. I called them again after I lost my job and for the most part, the guy who first talked to me was really helpful. He sent me over to the underwriter and the underwriter read me all the stuff.
By the time I joined the program, I was already really far behind in a lot of things and I wanted them to start negotiating right away. But they said they couldn't until they there's money. So I asked them to at least call the creditors because they were bugging me. I changed all the information over and sent in National Debt Relief as my contact. But I was still getting quite a lot of calls. Also, at that time, my income was not very great. I was working a contract and I was going back to court to try to get more child support. So the intake gentleman based my income off of what I planned to be making in a few weeks and he told me that they're a hardship program and they were out to help me. He also said that if I couldn't make one of the payments, I could call them and I wouldn't have to make that payment.
But the first time I had to do that, it wasn’t that easy at all. Their rep told me that she didn't know what I was talking about. He said that they could skip the payment if I double my payments the very next month but I told her that I couldn't do that. I also told her that I got back into fulltime employment and I was doing a lot better. But I still got caught up in a lot of things that they weren't covering like sewer bills, electric bills and phone service that I was still working on privately. That person also said that I had to pay the money back before the end of the year. I was not prepared for that kind of conversation at all because if I didn’t skip that payment, I was going to be short on my mortgage. I told her that I was told that this was an option and that I really needed to do it for that upcoming payment.
So a supervisor got on the phone and said that they could divvy up my payment into multiple payments. So it would be $50 each but I had to start paying it back immediately. He also said they couldn't fix things on the end-of-year program and that’s not how it worked. At least it was only $50 and I could scrape that up from the mortgage. I just couldn’t make the $450 that they were asking for at that time. The second time that I needed to skip the payment, that person let me put it for next January. They let me spread it out the time that I knew I would have my income returns and that I would have more things to pay with. They were a lot more reasonable and the conversation was a lot easier. So my interactions with them has been like a mixed bag, so far. Things have gone kind of smoothly since then.
I'm still within my first year with them and for now, they reached an agreement with Lowe’s and my Lowe’s consumer card was paid off. They also contacted me about Federal Credit Union and I realized that there's an arrangement for that to be paid off. So they did some settlements, but I haven't really heard from National Debt Relief for a while. I was also trying to decrease the amount of monthly payment that I had because I was still paying some of the creditors out of pocket. I told NDR to remove some creditors to make the payment easier but the underwriter said that they could remove them but it wouldn't change my monthly payment at all.
For instance, Discover called and they were harassing me. They said they didn't work with National Debt Relief and they pretty much bugged me until I decided to do their payment program. So I called NDR and had Discover removed from the list of creditors that they need to settle with. In fact, I removed some people from that list but it hasn't brought down any my monthly payment. Meanwhile, I have some other things that I wanted to add in like collections from a medical thing that I didn’t have at that time when I signed up. I'd love to have that added in but I couldn't afford to have these monthly payments go up more so I solved that on my own. Between my education loans, and my mortgage, electric and water bills, I am paying $800 plus a month on this program and it's not really that reasonable.
When I called NDR to try to cut my payment in half or remove some of the payments so that I could try to get caught up on some of these other things, it has not been very great. They told me that it's a set program, it's supposed to last so many months and they couldn't extend it. On occasion, I have thought about taking the money in the trust account, taking the settlements on my own and just get out. But I haven't done that yet. Overall, NDR is an option, but not the best.

I'm drowning in debt so I sought the help of National Debt Relief and they've been excellent. If I had to contact them, I had great service! They've always answered all my questions. Working with National Debt Relief has given me some recourse when I get debt collectors calling me. I wish though that their fees were a slightly lower and that I could get more installments done. I would recommend National Debt Relief. You're excellent with your customer service and that's a big deal. I would tell my friends that they need to totally understand the process. I would give it a good explanation of how their process operates.
Furthermore, I wish that I had a label with the return address at NDR because lately, I've been returning some of the bills and some of the creditor’s letter saying that they are willing to settle. I wish to return them all for those kinds of things and a label that I could attach to all my bills so I could send them back out with that label on there and officially have it on record that NDR is representing me.

National Debt Relief had great reviews so I decided to go with them.At the beginning it was okay but now that they're getting my money and I've tried to send them emails and tried to call it's not like it was at the beginning. I have not been able to get somebody to listen to what I'm trying to offer. They don’t respond to my emails. Then I would get an email saying I'm not a customer. They're pulling money out of my account all the time so I am a customer. But they’ve paid off a couple of credit cards that I had going on so that’s been a great experience. Two accounts have been done.

I looked into relief help out of desperation. We’re older and just barely scraping by and I thought this got to be something. I want to pay these people but I just can’t. National Debt Relief has been great. They immediately made me feel better but in the months that followed I’m religiously paying but I don’t know where I am with it. I’m not getting as much feedback as I would like to get. I know they all probably have a bazillion customers but I don’t hear anything by month. I live way out in the country and so my Wifi isn't good sometimes.
They’ll ask me, “Have you been on your portal?”Most people probably can but I can't and if you can’t get in the portal that’s not a good thing. So I would like to be able to talk to someone more regularly - maybe once a month someone will call me and say, “Okay. We’ve settled this debt. Now we’re going to go on this one.” It’s kind of hit and miss. I don’t know where they’re at with my debt whatsoever and it’s coming up on a year so that’s my only criticism. I’m paying my 1300 every month but I don’t know exactly what is settled and what isn’t then I’m not really abreast of what’s going on.
There's wasn't a lot of initiative to go after my creditors that keep calling and then I say, “Call National Debt Relief” and they say, “We don’t call them, they call us” and then National Debt Relief says, “They call us.” But they call me. I went with them to keep the monkey off my back to begin with so there seems to be a burden down there.

The National Debt Relief reps asked me several questions about roughly how much debt that I thought I was in. So, I gave them a ballpark figure and they asked permission to do a soft pull on my credit report to see what was there. Then they explained how the process worked, where they talk directly with the creditors to try to work out a settlement on those accounts. After that, they told me which ones they would work on to try to get paid for first and go from there, and I've actually gotten five or six of them already paid for. I have seven months left with them because I was almost $30,000 in credit card debt.
They were fair about their service. They asked me what I thought I could afford at the time once I tried to get it set up. They were trying to get a little bit more money, but I explained that it would straighten me too much. They said, "We can look and take this amount out every two weeks," 'cause that's how I have it set-up before it comes out of my checking account. They deal with the creditors and I don't have to deal with any of it. The gentleman that I initially talked to to get everything set up was Jonathan, and he was very helpful. All the questions that I asked him, he was able to provide me an answer right away. They contact me when they have come to an agreement with whatever creditor it is, and they send me an email to prove the settlement offer. And then they handle the rest of it from there. They also send a notice to me once a month to let me know what's going on as an update.
Now I can pay my everyday liability. I had bought a car based on my pretenses of my bonus structure at work and the bonus structure didn't work out, so I started to get behind on credit cards because I had to have transportation to get to and from work. The car came first and the credit card went on the back burner. Working with National Debt Relief has relieved a lot of mental and emotional stress, and I'll be glad when it's all over and done with. The only thing they could work on a little bit better is when an account is actually paid off, I could get a notification from National Debt Relief that the account is actually fully done with.

I’m very happy with NDR. It’s a good thing. I got sick and lost my job. It’s tough when you lose your job and then you can't pay your bills but I’ve always had a pleasurable experience with them. If I’d call, they answer all my questions and figure what’s best for me. I'm with them close to a year but they said I'll be with them for four years. They took over the bills that I had and then, they worked out a system to what they would pay to each of the bills. They've done that so far and they’ve stayed right with it. They take money from my account every month and break it up. Right now, they’re paying two of the loans.

It seemed like I was hitting a roadblock and wasn’t getting straight answers, so I filed a complaint on their website and Roberto reached out to me and I’ve been dealing with him ever since. I don’t have to worry about the creditors, they’re handling it all. I’m paying them every two weeks, which seems to be working out fine for the moment. They’re helping us with our creditors and they’ve got some that have agreed to lower amounts. I’ve also sent a subpoena that I received to them, which they had turned over to the law part of it. When I have a problem I give them a call and question it, and get the problem resolved.

I joined National Debt in June. It has recently been brought to my attention after doing my own research that 3 of the credit card debts I turned over to the company were not eligible to be put in the program, but I was never notified by National debt Relief that that was the case. Now because of this I am 5 months behind in payments on these cards. When a person enrolls in your program you should notify them if debt trying to be turned over to you is not eligible.

It is an excellent service and the terms and conditions were explicit. However, I believe 21% flat rate from my total debt amount is too steep (they tell you they have a range of 18-25% pending your state). I also didn't like the "possibility" that the money they are saving me "could" be taxed. I got close to a co-worker of mine and I confided in her that I had some debt. She told me that her daughter had cleared all of her debt with National Debt Relief and that she recommended it. I was not making as much money, and just making the minimum payments and sometimes no payment on the credit cards, and needed the help. It wasn’t something that I had heard of before and I assumed it was a scam. I didn’t trust it at first and had to do a lot of research online before I decided to give them a call. I made the phone calls and they called me within the week and told me the plan and the payment schedule, and asked if I wanted to do it. It sounded like the right thing for me.
Every single phone call I’ve had with National Debt Relief, they’ve been nothing but helpful. The only thing that comes up every once in a while is that I get transferred a lot. There was one issue where I was wanting to make a change to the amount that I was paying. I was also going on maternity leave, so there was a series of issues that I wanted to address and see what could be done about. A couple of times when calling to speak on the phone, I would talk to one person and they’d say, “Okay, you need to talk to this person. They’d transfer me. And then that person would say, “Okay, this is the wrong person. You need to actually talk to this person.” It wasn’t very streamlined. But every person whom I spoke to was helpful, kind, and professional.
National Debt Relief has taken a whole lot of pressure. The other thing is having this program has helped me make reasonable payments and not incur any additional debt while making those payments. I am about halfway through paying off everything entirely. So that’s a really wonderful feeling. I would absolutely recommend and have recommended National Debt Relief to friends. National Debt Relief seemed like they're the best option. Their team has been informative and they let us know what was going on. Everybody was personable and seemed to care about trying to help. They've helped in some ways 'cause I don’t have as many different bills that I'm trying to keep up with. We have seven or eight accounts and three have been successfully completed.
However, with a couple of the things that they said were very unlikely to happen, one of them seems to be in the process of happening. They said that hardly anybody ever gets sued by the creditors, but we're just six months in and our biggest one’s getting ready to sue us. We've got a bunch of stuff in the mail from lawyers around our area. Apparently, it's on verification that this creditor has filed in our local district court. We haven't been served yet because there's a court date listed on it. Once we get the summons, we send the summons to NDR and then they’ll work through the process with us, though they didn’t say they’ll stop it.

We'd recommend National Debt Relief. They have given us some relief because we've quit paying some of these large debts. Some of them have been 20 years back when we were trying to sell our house years ago. Then the housing market fell apart and we didn't sell the house. We ended up with money invested in a farm. So, we were kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place and all we could do is survive. Now we have a little leeway because we're not paying Chase and Bank of America so much. They were taking $3,000 a month on top of the $1,700 house payment. It was just eating away at everything.
We haven't been involved with National Debt Relief that long, but so far, it's working fine. They sent me a website where I can go and see where our account stands. They settled with Citibank so we've got that one taken care of. They said it normally takes six months to get rid of the first debt and they did it faster than the first one. So, we're just waiting for the second one to get knocked out. They're slowly whacking away at it. Some of them are fairly large accounts so it's going to take them a while. Chase is saying they don't work with National Debt Relief and National Debt Relief keeps saying they do. Bank of America is still hanging in there, too, thinking that if they send us enough letters that we're going to start paying them again. I said, "We're in our '70s. We just can't do that now." I haven't heard from National Debt Relief for a while though. They're just collecting the money out of our account every month to pay off the creditors.

My husband is disabled and he can't work again. Then my car broke down and I had to get a new car. It cost a lot of money and I had to get the warranty because you can't fix cars anymore. You pay for your debt, but on the other hand, once you pay it off, you're broke. So, then, you have to use them again. And it's a vicious cycle that it was time we took control. We got into National Debt Relief's program. Their process was quite annoying because we had to stop paying bills and I never missed a payment until I got a hold of them.
Then the calls and threats from the collectors started. Discover, they're terrible creditors because they just harass, harass and harass. That on top of the other debt was rough. They told me to phone NDR and to fire the latter and pay them. I also called in and talked to someone about taking that to NDR but they kept telling me that they don't accept NDR's program. So I don't know what's going to happen but it is what is is so that's what we're doing. So far, I got two cleared up debts already and I'm building up some more funds to continue their services. It's still stressful but they're trying to figure it out as we go. I am getting less debt eventually and the long term goal is better than the immediate situation right now.

They’ve been good at answering our questions and they keep in touch with email and call. I call them whenever I’ve had some paperwork and letters and service of intent to sue and they took care of it immediately. However, since I avoided bankruptcy, I wasn’t really happy about the hit my credit says but I guess it is what it is. I've had a good experience with them so far and they do really well. They work with what your budget will allow, make a plan and work it. They're very efficient and I’m pleased with the results. I would recommend them.

I liked how other people were talking about how National Debt Relief dealt with their situations. I needed help with my credit card, and I had many conversations with many people, and finally, I decided to work with National Debt Relief. They’re very professional. They update me on where I stand and they have an excellent website, and every time they make a settlement, they send me a letter. Also, they asked me how much I can afford to put up. And I also have the opportunity to pay it off if I don’t want to, so I have options. Once I was in the system, they're taking money out of my account every two weeks over a four year period. And they settle with the credit cards, and I end up paying less than my total amount. It will hurt my credit for the four years, but after that, I’ll be fine. I have one year in, and I'd be out of debt in three years.

It took about a week or so in order to gather the paperwork together and start withdrawing the money. They did what they said they were going to do as far as relieving some of my credit card debt. I am still in the program right now where there's monthly payments or bi-weekly payments that they're taking out from my checking account. When I couldn’t afford it, they were able to lower the payment and then take it back up at my request. I'm supposed to be out of debt in two years. So far, they took away some of the phone calls because they were dealing with the creditors instead of me, and that helped. But other than that, I'm still working with them.

National Debt Relief is a great resource and they help people. But one would find little bumps on the road here and there. When I tried to reach out, they weren’t too helpful. I had a couple of big problems with them, and I wasn’t too happy about that. I still get letters offering me their service though I already have it. That’s not okay. There’s a huge disconnection.
Five months ago, there was an amount that was supposed to be withdrawn from my account, and it wasn’t. I wasn’t paying attention. So, I got all these phone calls. I was told by somebody at National Debt Relief not to answer the phone calls, because I was getting a lot of collectors. So, I wasn’t answering any phone calls. Then the consolidation with JCPenney fell through. When I called, whoever answered the phone was very defensive, saying, “It’s your fault because money didn’t go through.” I was trying to explain that I didn't answer the phone for that weekend. I was really disappointed with that.
The other thing is every time that I get a proposition for a settlement with one of the accounts, I get asked for more money. They tell me to call them immediately for permission to make sure that I know what the deal is and I’m okay with it. So I get in touch with them and they say, “Well, yeah. It’s going to go through, but we don’t have enough money, so we’ll have to get 150 more dollars next week,” or “You have to put $50 in three days.” I didn’t sign for that and I didn’t have money to do that. But so far the accounts that I have settled have been really good. National Debt Relief helped me and they’re still helping me, and I appreciate them for that.

We just started 4 months ago to really pay and it takes a while to get the money accumulated and get the agreements with the companies. Now that I'm working with NDR, I don’t have to worry anymore about forgetting a bill, and it has taken a lot of stress off of me.
