Completely satisfied! I highly recommend this program to anyone who has debt that they are trying to deal with. Completely affordable and they are super friendly and will work with you all they can to help you. It’s not like a bankruptcy. It’s not a debt. Consolidation. It’s a group of people working on your side to help settle your debts with your creditors.

When I started this research to find a credible debt consolidation journey I was scared and not sure of what was going to happen. I got an email last week saying my debt with Discover Card had been settled, and I had been warned that this was going to be the really tough one to settle. They wanted me to pay some money upfront that I didn't have, so instead NDR did some work on their end so we can go ahead with the settlement. I would totally recommend the service. Both agents were really helpful and helped and explain everything to me. They went step by step all over the contract. They asked questions and answer all my questions. They gave me all the details about the process and how it is going to work.

Customer service agent spoke too fast for us to understand. If I could make a suggestion, I would have a meeting and explain the importance of speaking slow enough and clearly enough for the clients to understand. Six creditors in my account, one settled in 5 months. For the settled account, the original amount was $2713 and the negotiated amount is $1120. I like the online website that allows me to see the current status of all card accounts and deposits into escrow.

I recently got an email on regards to a deal that your attorneys worked with one of my credit card companies to negotiate a payment amount and I was very pleased at the amount, I know you guys can help me out and get over all of the debt and be financial free of it all.

I kept getting more into debt and no matter how many times I tried paying off my credit card, it seemed like every two weeks, it was the same balance. And I figured that if I get another car or whatever, I don't want to sink further into debt, so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The lady who I spoke with was wonderful and super helpful. She was with me all the way through signing the contract. She told me to make sure I have all the profiles updated with the National Debt Relief contact information, which I did and everything's much better now with being contacted by the creditors.

Not being able to pay my regular bills for paying too many credit card bills, I sought National Debt Relief and the experience was a relief. I went in anxious then I was confident and it was a full transition. They provided me with the credit consolidation program which worked by lowering my debt and the payment that I had to pay out. My interaction with the negotiators was very good and promising. They knew what they were talking about and I'm also impressed by the fact that they did it in a faster timeframe than they actually estimate it. I gave them 8 accounts 5 have been settled already. My payments were set up through automatic express. Now, I’m a little less worried about paying bills. It’s one lump sum, which works and gives me hope. I feel that I don’t have to stretch these payments out in 15 years and I should be done within three to five years. National Debt Relief provides very good service and I've recommended them to a friend.

I had heard nothing but good things about National Debt Relief, whereas some of the other ones that I had heard about just took the consumer’s money. I went through the enrollment process and NDR ended up pulling my records. They came up with an amount with their fees and the amount of debt I owed and a day or two later, they said what my program would be. Another guy called from a different department and set everything up. I signed all the papers electronically, but everything was so small in print. I wish I could have gotten something in the mail where I could have in-hand info. They set me up with somebody else, so I was set up with three different people. Amber was one of the them and she was nice.

I was drowning in credit card debt and I made some research that led me to decide on them. Enrollment was fairly simple and it was done over the phone and then I signed some papers and they emailed them. I had to get approved and National Debt Relief had to pull my credit. I've been able to pay off several credit cards. I couldn't pay just the minimum interest, so they settled several for me. But, there's still a couple more. It came to a point where somebody also threatened to take me to court and they got with them and got that taken care of so I can make payments there.

National Debt Relief had the best reviews from the people who have used them out of any other companies so I went with them. I submitted my name, phone number and email and someone contacted me in within a day or so. They sent some more information to me via email, read everything with the disclosure and how everything worked and then, started the process pretty quickly. I started the program in March of this past year and three of the credits cards I had debt on have already been closed out. The first two that were settled were probably three months after I started the program when they told me in the beginning that the program can take up to four years. It just basically depends on how far you're in debt and how much the creditors want to work with in the debt relief program. The negotiator was very personable and made me not feel like I was in a bad situation and that it was something that can be taken cared of.

I just started with NDR and it’s a big step to take. Everyone has been so supportive and so informative. Armani made me feel comfortable with the situation which is hard to do because it’s not a comfortable situation to be in. All my questions were answered.

My program with National Debt Relief was supposed to be for 23 months. I had so much credit card debt and I didn't have any other way to pay it without consolidating it. I gave them a lot of personal information. They looked up the credit card debt, and then, they established the payment process and what I could afford to pay. I pay twice a month for that. However, when I talked to someone the last time, they said it could be longer than 23 months. I was led to believe that it would only be a 23 months process because I'm paying over $250 a month. The person I spoke to was vague about his answers. Other than that, everybody has been very polite.

I am a single parent and I was having so much that I just wanted to consolidate everything into one easily manageable payment and hopefully come out with a lower amount than what I was paying several. I chose National Debt Relief because of their reputation. Enrollment was very easy and I felt like I was doing the right thing. When I signed up, they had said I should be paid off by November 2018. The program has cut down the debt on one of them. They have several of them accept what they've offered, so I only need to pay my payment. There are still a couple of them that they haven't come in with offers yet, but some of them they have gotten paid completely off. That feels good.

Everything went smoothly when I enrolled with National Debt Relief and their rep did a fantastic job. Their service was A-1. They were easy to talk to and were very accessible. There were a couple times early on when I needed a little help and they were more than willing to do what they could. And we made it work. They had good deals with the companies. They got us debt-free and we graduated from their program last month.

National Debt Relief as opposed to a different company were easier to work with and they didn’t ask me to put it more than I could at that time. I was with their two year program where I’d be out of debt and it happened. First person I spoke with was Michael and he was awesome with me. But sometimes I’d get calls from different people over there and maybe two out of ten were very rude and not customer service oriented.

I was in an endless cycle of just being able to pay the minimum balance and I knew there's no way to fight for that. So I did my homework as far as trying to figure out what would be the best way to consolidate debt. I had accounts from other people that used National Debt Relief's service and some of those stuff that was reported online. They also said they had the answers to the hump I was on, so I chose them. Just to be able to consolidate all the debts that I had was huge.

I did a Google search and National Debt Relief came up. They seemed to be reputable enough and when I spoke to their rep, she reinforced that I could trust them. They’re very knowledgeable and very friendly. NDR keeps in contact with me on certain thngs. They email you, they call you and communication is well. They also managed to cut my payments significantly lower. The cost of their service is well worth it and you get what you pay for. I’ve negotiated a couple of accounts with them and they’ve surpassed my expectations. NDR is efficient and they get you results.

Representative was very informative about the process and quick to return a call with information to move forward to assist me on credit card debt. Brandon ** was excellent and his customer service was great. He did well at making me feel comfortable because it was not an easy call for me to make.

I saw relief help as a reputable way of taking care of some issues as far as our debt as opposed to filing bankruptcy. National Debt Relief has been on top of things. I recently gave them a list of our debts. And they initiated a lift of automatic dates where withdrawals would be made from our checking account. They negotiate with the creditors and let us know whenever an agreement has been made. And as long as we're making the initial deposits allowing them to withdraw from our account every month, so far, it's been working. National Debt's representatives have been very responsive and very good at callbacks and initiating written documentation of what we're doing. There was one time that I noticed they were doing an automatic withdrawal three times instead of twice out of one particular month. I contacted them and they were able to readjust the schedule so that it was continuously twice a month.

National Debt Relief has helped me so far, and I would be glad to get everything settled. They got all my information and got everything together, and everything’s been a good experience. Everybody who I talked to at NDR did a great job and when I had any questions, they answered them for me. I just wish that when I send in a service request that they would send some kind of feedback showing that they’ve got it for it may be a couple of weeks down the road before I hear anything back from them. But I’d tell others to go ahead with NDR, and not be afraid for it will be a good experience for them.

I feel comfortable with National Debt Relief. I looked online to see what might be out there that can help me through the situation that I was in. I happened to come across them and I liked what I read. I started almost six months ago and enrolling was smooth, very strict and clear. They told me step by step what I had to do so it wasn’t complicated at all.

I had a financial issue that I wanted to have some options on. National Debt Relief has a good rating in the Better Business Bureau, which was attractive. I couldn’t find any negative indicators and it was a scary proposition but they seemed to be the best. I brought over 5 accounts to them and they did a settlement negotiation for me. Payments have been on automatic draw set up. I have a bunch of people dealing with the accounts themselves who have been great for the most part and have high level of professionalism. They clinch the numbers and see if it’s something they could attempt while still being profitable. Three of the smaller accounts have been settled but there’s a much larger one that’s got some legal components attached to it right now so I’m in a sticky spot. National Debt Relief has been organized and working with them has put me in a goal. So far, the experience is good.

The majority of National Debt Relief's enrollment process was easy. There was a lot more paperwork involved than what I thought but other than that, everything was outstanding including the process of setting it up and the customer service which was very friendly. I looked around with other places and none of them charge quite a bit significantly more than what National Debt charge.

I had a bunch of credit card debt. I researched on the internet and National Debt Relief seemed to be the most reputable one. Their enrollment process was pretty easy. They laid everything out for me and told me what I needed to do and made me feel assured that they were going to take care of everything and help me. Their rep told me that we can get it done and he would work with me and keep me updated on everything that was going on and he was very good. He asked what can I afford and what is the best monthly pay for me. He let me decide if I wanted to do it bi-weekly or monthly. Then he said that they're going to work around with me and are going to do what's going to best benefit me.

The team members seemed well informed and repeatedly asked if I had and questions and if I understood. Quick response times on callbacks and email of information. I appreciate these things because this is my first time ever doing anything like this.

The only suggestion is you can tell they are Robots reading the same things over and over. I can tell they were just reading what they had to get through the process but both representatives were nice and very understanding to my needs and answered all my questions as needed.

My experience with National Debt Relief was wonderful so far. I needed help paying my debt then. Took 7 months before any accounts were negotiated, only 3 of my accounts were paid and the mark up rate very high 25%... I don't even know where the money went literally. In one week I've made 4 payment arrangements without a problem or fee, and another thing they had a lot of phone issues or some reps really didn't know what a power of attorney was. I wish I would of done this myself from the beginning because I feel like I gave away money. When you're undergoing a lot of financial stress you really aren't thinking clear enough to even handle these issues.

National Debt Relief is in the process of helping us with our overwhelming debt, which we allowed to get out of control. They have stepped in and stopped 15 to 20 phone calls per day, contacted and organized our debtors, saved us a lot of money by negotiating our debt down and keeping us well informed of their success bailing us out of debt.

I had S&N Debt Solutions before but they weren’t covering hospital bills and payday loans. National Debt Relief did and their reps have been good to me. They have been settling everything and they told me at what plan I would be able to settle quicker. They also tell me if I need something or if I could get more funds but I’m giving them all I could do right now. It’s a slow process but they’re helping me and I appreciate it.

I heard one morning that National Debt Relief was offering their services to consolidate someone's debt and would help pay a locked and lowered rate without the high interest that one normally pays on cards. It just felt right and I did a debt consolidation. Christian was my rep and he was caring and concerned about the hardships I was having. I believed he would be able to fix it and he did. But the process takes time and I have to give National a little time to do their work. They're looking into upgrading some of the account services and it seems to be doing well. So far, my experience has been good and I have paid off some things.

My bank said that they couldn't help me out so I looked for the next best thing. I called National Debt Relief and I told them my situation and they said that was exactly what they were there for. It has been easier since working with them because I don't have to worry about the things. So far, they told me all the stuff and they all sounded legit. Also, they have lawyers that represent me so it seems normal to me. They're dealing with all the issues and I'm satisfied with them. My bank screwed up my life and National Debt Relief was there to help me.

National Debt Relief was willing to work with me about the payment being able to bill twice a month instead of all at one time. They usually keep me informed once a month of what's going on and who they're dealing with. They answered all my questions and they were real courteous. They also sent me a copy of everything that we discussed and before I made a final decision. I kept in touch through emails and they also have their own website set up to my account so I can see everything that's going on. Working with them has eased the phone calls of collectors. Now, I've got a little bit of more money that I could take care of my family with. Everything they're doing is great and I highly recommend them. It's one of the better things I did in my life.

Very good with your debt. They take and contact all your creditors and make a great deal that almost 1/2 of the amount you owe and set up monthly payments that covers all of your bills in one payment. They will even work with you to make sure you can make the amount and if not then they will try and lower it and whatever they can do to make it more simple to pay all of what you owe to all of them.

We got into trouble with credit card debt and I was making an extreme amount of payments every month so I decided to put it all in National Debt. They are saving me money in negotiating and bringing down what I owe to each creditor. It's working well and they are paying off things quickly. I talked to a very nice woman when I first called. She told me my debt could be paid off in 22 to 24 months. She explained the whole process and it sounded too good to be true so I was a little skeptical at first. However, it worked out great and I'm very happy. They looked at my credit report and they were able to pull all the companies that I had debt with. I was able to choose which companies I wanted to put in with them and which companies I wanted to leave out. I had a couple of credit cards that I still use. I left those out and I put the rest in.

I found National Debt Relief online, I filled out the online form and somebody contacted me within 30 minutes. We came to a number that was right for me at that time and things went from there. I've been with them now for almost a year. The rep I worked with seemed knowledgeable. They call every now and then and if they come to a settlement, I get an email and I get the option of receiving if I want to accept or not. I was paying more and then trying to pay my bills, so I’m paying out less money. I'm not quite done yet but so far, things have been going well.

I was paying more every month than I was getting ahead on my credit card. I was paying one at a time, and it was still getting too high. I sought National Debt Relief's help and I talk to the team a few times, and everything’s cool. They’ve answered my questions, and they even called me a couple of times and told me to go online and check everything out, which I haven’t even thought about it since I’ve been in a lot of pain in the last several months.

My experience with National Debt Relief wasn't great. There were a lot of problems and they couldn't keep our agreement. They told me that they will only charge this amount but they would end up charging me over that amount. I started the program around February and made the agreement to pay off all the debt because I felt overwhelmed and I made the mistake of using cards. I said that I'll do what's needed and they made the agreement with different credit card companies.

I looked NDR up at Better Business Bureau and they were awesome at the setup. They walked me through the whole process of what would happen, what wouldn’t happen. So, I have absolutely positively no complaints with them working with me and trying to help me everywhere they could. After using them, life felt tough but I just got through the storm -- at least I have another avenue to go down. I have a limited income and it's hard at times to make that payment strictly because of the amount of medication I'm on and the copays, which is 500$ off the pocket, of that medicine. So, when it comes time to order medicine, there are times when it's rough to make the payment. So, there are times that they have been able to reduce my monthly payment to work with me to get me through it.

We wound up falling on hard times. My husband had gotten hurt at work, was put on to disability and lost his job. I'm disabled, so I'm on a limited income. The different creditors always asked if we were having a hardship and we said no. But when we started to get to the point that things were stressed, we called and told them that we were having a hardship but they said there was nothing they could do for us. Then we called National Debt Relief to see what we could do to try to make our debts more manageable.

I looked up consolidation on Google, National Debt Relief came up and I called them. They take $300 a month from my account and they call credit companies to settle my debt. Most of the time their team is good, but they're taking more out now than they're supposed to and I need to call them back about that. The past couple of times I called I asked what was going on, and they said that they didn't show a balance in my account. I don't know how that's possible when I pay them $600 a month now. It's supposed to be $300 but I missed a couple of payments and now they're taking $600 out every time. I go swipe my card to get some diesel for my truck and it gets declined. When I go look at my bank account, they took out another payment. I don't like what's going on. At this point, I'm dissatisfied but they did settle one debt.

My husband has been sick for several years and wasn’t able to work, and then I was sick and wasn’t able to work, too. Also, our house burned down, we had a lot of car trouble, we had a couple of international moves, and we lost a job. We didn't want to do a relief help because we didn’t want to ruin our credit, but it was necessary after a while. I started researching relief help companies, and National Debt Relief had the highest rating. Getting set up with them was super easy. There was one guy who went over a questionnaire with me to find out the averages of how much debt we were in because I couldn’t remember each individual thing. And he had to get a list of why we needed the help to make sure we qualify, and they sent me a pamphlet in the mail and explained to me exactly what to do.

I had credits, and when I searched for debt relief online, NDR came up as number one. At first I spoke to somebody, and then we sent emails back and forth, which was great because they answered every question I had in 24 hours. They also call me every once in a while to see how things are going, like if they have a settlement and go from there. With the program, I paid off a lot of my debt already -- good work to them! I’m probably to be three-quarters of the way, and I have like three more accounts or two more accounts. The negotiator I dealt with was very helpful, very easy, and very informative. She took care of mine right away. Working with them is comfortable and they made a track of the payment plan for me. The program is great and affordable too. They are professional and they are efficient.

The application process was simple. The payments are low and flexible. The perfect program for my situation. I've been trying for years to catch up on my debt, with this program I'm on track to be debt free. I wish I found this program earlier. It would have saved me thousands more.
