I have looked around in a couple of places for debt relief and saw the infomercial for National Debt Relief. I have talked to a person I work with and he said that he had good luck with them. I went on the Better Business Bureau website and National has a good rating there, so I gave them a shot. Enrolment took a while because they had to create a profile for me. They asked me about all my debts and why I’m struggling to pay my bills. The initial phone call took about an hour but it wasn't difficult. It just took a while.

I found National Debt Relief online then I talked to one of their reps who sounded nice that's why I chose them to take care of my business. Because of high-interest rates, I called the credit card companies and asked for a lower rate. They won't do anything about it so I turned all my credit cards over to National Debt Relief.

I found everyone to be very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief. I cannot wait to begin the process. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and confident that this would be resolved in the shortest time possible and that they would be with me every step of the way.

Daniel ** was extremely understanding with the multiple phones between him, my husband and myself to come to an agreement with my debt. He was patient, kind, and personable. The fact he understood what I was going through with everything made it much easier to talk to him. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a cold person just waiting to get off of work for the day. He sent me adequate information that I can forward to my husband so he could get an understanding himself on what I wanted to do. I highly appreciate his service to me and to our country. He made coming to you guys worthwhile. During the welcome call. The lady was informative and spoke in an easy pace to where I could keep up also. Andrew was incredibly helpful and thorough in his explanation of the program. I had done all the research, read all the reviews, yet didn’t have to ask a single question because he answered them all before I could ask. The program is a marathon, not a sprint, and it will rank your credit short term. But let’s be honest... if you are seeking this type of help, you’re already on the way to thanking your credit yourself if it’s not already destroyed. Is it expensive? Sure. They are very clear on their fees going in. But overall I will still save 20k even after their fees. I’m at the beginning of the process, but I am optimistic that the program will work as it is designed. I know it will be a bumpy road, but the light at the end of the tunnel is worth it.

Sam explained everything to us where it was easy to understand, walked us through the process and explained every step that will take place on our journey to becoming debt free. Easy to start all paperwork and finish it within a hour after starting.

I've been with National Debt Relief for six months now. I googled similar companies and they had good ratings. They consolidated and negotiated down my credit card debt. The lady who set my stuff up was nice and everybody that I've talked to so far had been friendly. They also kept me posted every time I get updates on the accounts that were settled. They’re still negotiating with my creditors and it’s good that we’re going to knock off one at a time. I don’t have to worry about when each account is settled. Sign up as soon as you can and don’t wait.

I'm very happy with National Debt Relief. Their costs are very reasonable and they have done everything that I have ever thought they would do. They also communicate well. I got email regularly and they kept me posted. Their rep tried to make the process as clear as possible and made sure that I do understand it correctly. When they negotiated a deal, they do not stop. They are relentless to get my authorization and they attempt to contact me through phone calls and emails but emails are the best way to reach me so I appreciate that.

I'm in a “Get out of debt program” with National Debt Relief and I have absolutely positive experience with their team. National Debt Relief is consolidating our debt and then paying it off. I did a google search initially and looked at a couple of companies and National Debt was rated higher and people seem to like them better. When we were trying to get signed up, they gave us little time to fill things in but they made it easy. They sent us some forms which we filled out and took a picture on our phone and emailed back. And then we talked to an enrollment specialist on the phone. He reviewed the form, approved us and then we talked to a welcome specialist when we were enrolled.

I happened to call National Debt Relief and they seemed to be really nice and I liked what they were doing. Everyone I spoke with during my enrollment in the program was nice and the process was easy. Everything was going to be done online so it's been really simple for me. They lowered my payment plan too. The payment I had before was too many and it was too much for me to handle. They made it where it was quite more affordable for me. Their reps have done everything right and I feel comfortable with their negotiator. Anything I asked of him, he had answers for. So far their program has worked really good and they are getting rid of my debt. It's been a pleasant experience and now I've got a little more extra money.

My interactions with Steve and then Eric were thorough and to the point. Phone call appointments were right on time. They asked a few times each for my understanding and any questions, especially the important items like credit score impact. Two years ago I entered NDR's 4 year program to resolve my almost 20,000 dollars of debt (ranging from medical expenses to credit card balances). I was told it would take up to 120 days to settle my accounts. But what they failed to tell me is they don't start to settle until the money is in the account. So therefore, my credit will be screwed up for over 4 years. No happy about this experience. I will never do it again and wish I never did it. No results with this company yet.

Representative was top notch and helpful. No pressure however expressed how my situation will improve over time. I have been dutiful about paying my debts down for a year and a half. NDR is helping me with my large to humongous balances.

Almost a year into the program and my debt has been cut by 33%. At first I was very skeptical and cautious. It all seemed to easy and fast. I pictured a scam like in the movies. But National Debt Relief took all my info in a very friendly phone call, ran the numbers and told me I qualified. Apparently not everyone qualifies, so I feel very fortunate. I check my account online to see my activity. It shows my progress and a timeline. It's very nice to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I receive calls from the company when an agreement has been met. Just recently a $9,000 debt settled for 30%. You do the math. But, you have to COMMIT to the payment plan. My credit is "in the **" if you will, for five years. But I know it would have taken me twenty without this program. It only takes fifteen minutes of your time to make a call that could save you years of hair pulling and stress. Commit.

Very helpful, answered all my questions efficiently. Wanting and willing to help me resolve my debt as fast as possible. Gave me plenty of contacts to help me throughout the process and to allow me to direct my creditors to them if they were to call me personally so I’m not getting harassed throughout this process.

It took me 2 weeks to actually give National Debt Relief a call, Parker was my rep, and he did his job to the nth power. To start off, nobody wants to confide that much information about their finances to anybody, however when the rep is able to clearly express to you the importance of one taking that next step, something the credit card companies may not want us to hear, that is necessary if we are to make any type of comeback! But most importantly, I didn't feel like a victim, I never wanted to feel like a victim, I'm educated, responsible and I pay my bills! However when a system is mathematically designed to do exactly what it does to millions of people I was no more a superhero in evading the truth than the next man.

Overall satisfied. Please be advised that I am going out of my to resolve this debt by doing everything I can, borrowing from friends and family to make sure I make the payment. I expect cooperation from you as well. Thanks.

This company has great service and they seem to be experienced in handling and dealing with debt collectors and they seem to genuinely want to help you. The signup process was also fast and easy. They also had lawyers and ways of dealing weird things when the debt collectors harass you.

I've been with National Debt Relief for almost a year now because of debt consolidation. And the cost of their service is good.

I had 11 charge cards with several $1,000 on each of them. I was paying double the amount requested each month, and I still was not making any headways. They were upping my interest rates to like 30%, making it hard to get caught up. National Debt Relief called me and their offer sounded pretty good. I realized there's a few more out there, but they had a pretty good rating on Google, so I went with them. They guaranteed me where they were taking biweekly $252 out of my checking account, and they guaranteed I'd be paid off in 48 months. But I had additional money, so I put it in the escrow account, and they actually have gotten nine of them already settled. They’ve been really working on it!

People I spoke with on the phone, very knowledgeable and very very helpful. I feel like they really cared about my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has overextended their credit. They made me feel very informed, And they went the extra mile to make sure that I understood every word.

Giving your company my debt information to have you settle for a lesser amount due in a shorter period of time. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and considerate. They were willing to answer all question that I asked, very detailed in explaining what would be happening.

Too many duplications of documents and too many calls on the same subject has me wondering about the efficiency and proper processing by your company. I will give it a few months, but, the starting interactions have me a little concerned... ie...3 letters confirming that you received the P.O.A signed. 2 Letters advising me what to say if creditors call me...several conversations that my credit score will take a "dip" initially... HOW MUCH OF A DIP... I need expanded information about your $12 legal representation. Your Representatives seem to attempt to placate me when I ask these questions by stating that all of the charges are included in the monthly fee. That's their answer to everything... just a funny feeling on my part.

I wanted to get everything paid off on my credit card. National Debt Relief helped me lower my bills so it is easier to pay it off. I'm been working with them since February and I'm satisfied. I would want it to be faster, but it's ok. The negotiators have all been nice, as well as with the cost. Since working with them, life has become less stressful. I'm happy how they’re helping me and I would just let other friends know to call them if they need them.

I was in debt and I couldn't come out. I called somebody from National Debt Relief and they took my phone number. We were able to finish everything up that night and I was able to avail the debt consolidation and settlement program with them. It has been two years since I started the process so I'm halfway through completing it. I have consolidated USAA a couple of months ago. But when they took out the payments, I'm still being charged now. And my $8,000 debt with Bank of America was settled for $5,000. But all they did was wait until two years because that was the original amount that I owe. All in all, the quality of the program I received from NDR is good.

National Debt Relief is really nice to work with, and they were really knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. And when I called in and inquired information, they weren't pushing their business that I genuinely felt like they were there to help. I was trying to get rid of my credit card debt. I read reviews on them and people have really good things to say about them. A lot of people are showing that they had good progress with them and their accounts weren't just sitting without any resolution. They were also backed by the Better Business Bureau. When I looked at other companies, a lot of people are getting in a lot of trouble from accounts pending from other companies.

National Debt Relief has attorneys who act on my behalf to be able to negotiate my debt with the credit card companies. It’s been a while that I’ve been working with them. Getting set up was a little bit of a challenge because I had to fill out some paperwork and get it sent to them. Then for each card or account that I have that they're negotiating, I have to say if it's for the hospital bill or something and they will have to send some correspondence to me from the attorney and the court. So I have to kind stay up on it. But everything has been pretty easy so far. There hasn't been any increase in my credit score so I can’t really say that it’s been great. But that’s being negotiated and I’m sure there’s work that I’ll have to do on my end to be able to do it. But as far as the payment, I know some of them aren’t fully negotiated yet.

I got myself into a bit of debt with credit cards and a loan that I needed assistance with that were putting me into a financial situation. My husband saw National Debt Relief on a TV commercial and he said that they would probably be a good one to help me out. He went through one other company before and they really didn’t do much for him, and he told me to try National Debt Relief so I did. They negotiated with my four creditors to get them down to a reasonable and acceptable amount to pay back and they did a fantastic job doing that. Now, I'm making just one payment to Liberty Lenders, who took over, and it’s helping out a lot. My negotiator Igor gave me a lot of information, assured me that it’ll help and I won’t lose anything. He explained everything in layman's terms that I could understand and he always responded straight away.

Updated on 12/13/2018: I had a big drop in income and my roommate moved out among various things, and I was not in a position to pay the debt that I had. A friend said something about National Debt Relief and I did a little bit of research. I set a different a friend up on National Debt a little while earlier and they helped my friend. That seemed to be going well so I used the company as well.

I can only judge on my current experience. I just began my process with National Debt Relief and so far all the staff members have been courteous and knowledgeable on the process. I cannot rate them 5 stars just yet because I have yet to settle any debts or seen how they are able to assist me with my creditors.

I was so stressed and at the end of my rope. I was looking and fearing bankruptcy. It’s been a rough year with hurricanes, medical and dental issues and more. I had submitted for information with other companies and never heard back. Within a day I heard back and spoke to Daniel. We went over everything and he offered me a solution to help with my credit card and medical debt! I finally feel hopeful and like I have a solution!

I’ve been thru a lot with 5 children and closing a business after 9/11/2001. Never went bankrupt then and now find myself struggling due to back problems and short term disability. National Debt Relief has negotiated with my creditors and gotten favorable terms and stopped the phone calls.

I recently had 2 of my credit cards except a proposal NDR that I had to approve. I approved them and the customer service rep (Revel) that I spoke to explained everything. He even explained that I had to add money to my monthly payments to cover the proposed payments. I did not like that part as I am trying to get my finances in order so any additional money towards these payments was unexpected. But I am glad that the NDR proposals cut the balance of each card literally in half to pay off.

Arrangements were made with creditor. Although it seemed as if nothing significant was happening at first, it final felt better. I was under the impression that the accounts would not go into "charge off" status and one of the accounts did which really left me with a very negative feeling. I still don't feel good about that but at least we reached a settlement for half of the original amount owed.

Well what I can say? It been a great experience even before I made my choice to take my business with debt relief. I talk to couple of lawyers and told that the smart thing was to go bankrupt and start new slate and move on and that it was cheaper than going to a program that cost your more down the road but my gut feeling was to find a better solution to my debt and I took my chance with National Debt Relief. It did cost a lot but it was my fault that I got into this mess and I had to pay for and not declare bankruptcy even if it was the smarter choice. I contacted the company because my debt was already bad, but then I found out I was not going to get paid for a period of time. I had been looking for awhile for a way to effectively pay off my debt, like personal loans or refinance options, but being a student and my GI Bill not counting as income, this seemed to be my last best option. First of all I would like to say this was God sent. I never knew such an organization like this would easily be found not until I came across it like a dream. I was warmly welcomed by the first person I spoke with who took his time and explained into detail how this organization works and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I felt relieved immediately of my financial burden just talking with me about what this organization does to help people become debt free.
