I needed help so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The few reps that I talked to were nice. They answered any questions I had. So far, there’s one or two that are pending and they might have settled one of them. The cost of service was okay, but they keep asking for more and they wanted to change the price than what it was in the beginning. When I asked, they didn’t really have much to say. I pay three hundred and some now, and then for one of the settlements, the one now, it’s an extra $300 and I can’t afford that.

I decided National Debt Relief may be the answer to my problem after seeing them advertised on TV. I worked with Kaylee almost through the whole process and she was very informative. A lot of people you talk to in cases like these are gung ho, but she seemed to know what she was doing. The cost is reasonable and the program has worked very well so I’m satisfied. They’ve gotten four of my accounts agreeing to a pay-off type thing, and they’re working with the other ones as well.

I got too much credit, then Hurricane Irma hit me and I got a lot of damage in my house. My friends told me that NDR is good. I saw NDR online a couple of times and they were my first choice. When I enrolled, they told me the deal and sent me the contract. They paid those credit cards and it's proving good so far. My negotiator was very good. I was very comfortable working with him. I was a little confused sometimes but they connected me to the big boss and she explained everything. With NDR, I got no headaches and no more stress. I just started but everything is okay.

I lost my job and went on unemployment. Some of the bills were too high and I have a mortgage to take care of and so I called National Debt Relief up. I asked questions and they gave me a good answer so I went with them. I've been in the program for five months and I'm happy with NDR. Working with them takes a big load off my shoulder.

They signed an agreement that they would pay off or we would pay off the debt together. They would talk to the credit card companies and negotiate a settlement, and we pay that settlement from my bank account where I deposit my money. They call me any time they reach a new settlement to see if we accept, and they have kept in contact with me when needed.

National Debt Relief had good reviews so when my brother has credit card debt he got them to reconcile and pay off his debt. They had told us that it was going to be three and a half to four years. They’re definitely going to save him some money and the structure that they have is set up in a way that if you make a payment to them then they’re going to work on your behalf to settle some of the debts or hopefully all of them. But I understand they’re in business to make money. I looked at the numbers and what we would have paid if my brother can pay it off right now, which wasn’t an option for him. It’s less than what they represent.

When I called National Debt Relief, the rep went through the enrollment steps. We got into their 48-month program and we’re now on our 9th month. We got a couple of items taken care of. However, it takes longer than how we were expecting it to work. Right now, I'm still waiting for the others to get completed and waiting on NDR to negotiate the other items. And they keep saying they're still working on the other ones, and I’m not sure what that process is because there's no update on their website. I have 7 items that I'm working on. But they said they're only doing the two, and I don't know if they're talking to the other ones. I'm worried and I don't want to sit there in the process like I’m going to get a letter soon from the attorney. I wish they would have been more clear upfront on how the process works.

National Debt Relief had the best reviews when I looked them up. I got in a consolidation program wherein they narrowed down less than what we had to pay. Enrolling with them was pretty easy to do and it's cool when we got them. I’ve been with the company for about six months now and the service is great. Their rep was a nice guy and he explained a lot of stuff to us. This company helped in getting my credit cards paid off and it had a good impact on me. I’d recommend them.

I was struggling from check to check and it became a little more than I could handle. I didn't know what to do. I was only paying the minimum and my debt was growing. I did some research and came across National Debt. They had a better rating and based on some of the reviews, they seem more caring about you as a person as opposed to just trying to get you out of debt. They didn't focus on you as a bad person because you were in debt. I used their debt consolidation service and it's been great ever since. I know they're taking care of things and they've relieved me from the stress of the calls, mail and all that stuff.

National Debt Relief provided me a service to get rid of my credit all at once. The enrollment was easy. I just had to call and give them my information and they paid off all my credit. I've been in the program for about eight months and it's going a good a direction. I’m in it for two years and all throughout I would do two payments a month. They squared it up for me so it's easier. They take care of things when they can. And then they would phone call whenever they need to tell us about the debt. They're taking a good chunk of the debt away and I’m very comfortable working with our negotiator. It's still so long up to the end but I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

I wanted to cut my debt and pay it off and my goal was to get that done in a time frame of three years. When I heard about NDR on the radio, I called them and they called me back. I liked their plan and I wasn’t going to pay any exorbitant fees to them. It was relatively easy to enroll in their program. All I did was do an interview where I laid out what my income was, what my debt ratio was, what money I had coming in and my employment history. They got me approved for a certain amount that they took out and we agreed to it. Then they started working on it right away. Their plan of taking money out was good. They’ve been very successful at getting my debt reduced and paying out several of my debtors already.

So far it has been helpful as far as lessening our debts which is a plus with your services provided. The only concern on our part is that our credits have been reported by the creditors and ones that are settled are taking time to delete our records even if they are paid in full. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Yes it has eased our financial burden but still we are also dealing with paying off other creditors that do not accept your program.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great so far. I first saw them online and their reviews got me decided on them over others. I enrolled in the consolidation program through a quick phone call. They told me what needs to happen, asked if I’m okay with it and then we went with it. It was easy. I’m five months into the program. Working with them takes the stress off. The fees are a little high, though. But I’d tell friends to go for it.

I was in a lot of debt, and we couldn't pay off the credit cards. National Debt Relief gave me amendable payment on each month and I'll be able to get a lot of that debt gone for four years. I get emails updating me on the credit card debts they came to agreements. I also go on my portal and check out what's going on and they seem to be doing a good job. They were able to talk the credit cards down from what I owed to settlement. What I'm paying them every month is less than what I was paying my creditors without them.

I’m happy with what National Debt is taking care of. I couldn’t keep up with all my bills and I was getting deeper and deeper into the hole. My friend at work told me that she had gone to National Debt and how much it had helped her, and talking with her made me decide to go through with it. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been sincere. I thought National Debt Relief was going to help me with my debt's interest which was piling up. When they reached a settlement, they called me and then I had to come up with the amount of money that the person that I borrowed from want, which will either be in one or three installments. I've already paid three of my creditors but now I'm at a point that I might drop National Debt Relief because what I have left isn't much that I can’t handle on my own. NDR, however, waits so long before they start to negotiate with debt collectors. That makes the person's credit go bad. Instead of trying to tell the creditors that people are with them, they wait until it's few months due and then negotiate, which sucks for us people who like to keep our credit clean. Also, it seems that they don't help much with the interest. I'm still paying interest on things. All in all, my experience with them is fine.

I was having some issues with some credit cards’ interest rates and I ended up reaching out to National Debt Relief to see what they could help me with. I decided on them over other companies given their communication - they are easy to talk to and they communicate clearly on a lot of possibilities. I was aware of everything they could offer and what the plan was. Then I made a couple of phone calls and I provided them with some information. They returned a couple of electronic communication back and forth and I was able to electronically sign some documents. It was an easy enrollment. And then, they keep in touch. They email and call me as they have updates regarding my account with them. So far, they’re able to deliver what they had promised.

After seeing the commercial for National Debt Relief, I got online, did a little bit of research, and then I gave them a call. Everything has been awesome and everybody has been great. One time, I had to call and give them the okay. The rep talked to me about the options that I had and different stuff. It wasn’t the best time to go with that one because we had just started doing the process a few months ago and we didn’t have much in the account. Still, they walk me through everything, tell what's what, and don’t give the runaround.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong for me this year but the process with National Debt Relief was one that was really easy. It was one of the simpler tasks that I've done this year. Enrolment was extremely easy because there was a guy there who was extremely professional. He took care of everything. I just sent him my bills and he took care of the rest. They really took the time to listen to what it was that was going on with me. They kept in really good contact and that was very important to me at that time. I would absolutely recommend them. I'm planning on calling them on Monday, but I'm hoping that they would be able to work with the IRS as well because if they can work with the IRS I'm going to stick with the program.

I got too far overhead and I wanted to get rid of all the credit cards and so I just basically started looking around and came across National Debt Relief. I decided to have them because of the time it would take for me to actually be done with the credit cards and the monthly amount that I’d pay. There are programs where I’d be five years down the road before I have it all paid off and the payment double what I'm paying right now.

The first person that I spoke to was a little bit more sales pitchy than I expected. And the first month was the roughest but once National Debt Relief started contacting people, the call from creditors didn’t happen anymore. It was slow in the beginning because they won't start negotiating with people until you have enough money in your account. But so far, they’ve cut down about a half of what I needed to pay. They tailored the program to the person. How much you're able to spend monthly dictates on how quickly you can get out of the program. Mine for instance is three years, and I've been able to put more money down because once I stopped paying the creditors directly and gave all of the money to National Debt, I'll probably finish within the first year on how much they were able to drop it.

I heard from other people that National Debt Relief was one of the best ones to hook up with. I did enrollment over the phone, and the people that I spoke with were very helpful. They did the best they could, and it worked out very well. I’m very satisfied with them. I’m probably about three-quarters of the way through the process and it was easy overall.

I got very good service from NDR because now, my credit is getting up again. However, everything could have happened faster. Whatever they're doing now, they could have done it earlier, which is trying to help me save by taking that loan. But the whole experience wasn't hard at all. They really helped me and have been pleasant. But there are the things that I wanted to talk to them about like how much does the service cost me because I was paying over $1,000 a month in credit card debt. They told me to go on the website but I wanted to speak to someone regarding the conclusion discussing what happened and how it happened. But overall, it was a good idea to join National Debt Relief.

I went with National Debt Relief because after talking to 4 or 5 companies, they were the ones who said they'd work with my creditors to pay them each month once I made a full month's payment into the program. THIS IS A LIE! They tell you to stop paying your creditors and let you get MONTHS of late fees until you have 25% to 40% of the amount due and THEN they try to make your creditors settle for a lower amount. This is completely the opposite of what I was told and I even asked the rep outright if this is how they do it and I was told NO, it's not.

I was called by one of my credit cards. They claimed they were never contacted by N.D.R. I called the customer service number and they guaranteed me they were notified and they reminded me of the script in case it happens again.

I am very excited to join the program. I didn't know my debt consolidation includes store cards. I searched for a site on debt relief, and National Debt Relief came up in the results, so I made that call after I saw that your company was legit. When I called National Debt Relief I was overwhelmed with student and other debt accrued during my early twenties. It felt like my debt was consuming me and keeping me from my goals. Upon calling, I was assured that I had options and could work with them to resolve my debt as quickly as possible. After a year in the program 85% of my debt has been settled and I was approved for a loan to pay off the remaining debt and allow my credit to rebuild. I am so thankful for the opportunity to resolve my debt and rebuild my credit!

This is a good company for resolving debt. The reason for the 3 stars is for two reasons. First, I really don't like to give a rating until I have used a company for more than a year. Second, twice they have requested more money. The first time it was an amount that I could afford. This last time they requested over $300.00. They wanted more right before Christmas. I enrolled into a debt relief program and it's been very helpful. Everything's going smoothly so far. They have been keeping me up to date. They always contact me through email or phone and they always ask before going ahead with any negotiation that reaches a result and whether it's accepted or whatever. I don't feel left in the dark. Instead I feel like I'm a priority. So I'm paying the money. And considering the quality of service I’ve received the cost is well worth it. I now have more financial freedom and so less stress. I'm really surprised and impressed with the experience. I'm comfortable with National Debt Relief and I would tell friends they can go with them too if they're behind on some bills.

We had a lot of debt on our plate and we were needing to consolidate it all and get rid of it. National Debt Relief was the one we've heard the most about so we decided to check them out. Then, when we called and talked to them, it seemed like the logical thing to do. The enrollment process was super easy but it was a lot of questions. It seemed like they had everything at their fingertips. They asked the questions and we gave the okay, signed the documents and sent it back. It’s been a non-stress kind of situation. They just took care of it. When they’re ready to settle, they call us and we give them the okay, and then they settle. And then, we don’t have to worry about it until they’re ready to settle again.

National Debt Relief has a good rating, so I went online to enroll and then I talked to somebody. I signed up with them January of 2017, and their service has been fair and I appreciate it. I was in critical debt and since working with NDR, I am paying off the debt instead of accruing it.

We had credit card debt that was more than we can pay due to illnesses and different things. I did a search and National Debt Relief seems to be the most capable and they live up to that reputation. The reps were friendly and very efficient and the process of setting set up the loan was rather gentle. NDR has different divisions so you have to learn to work with different people, and then they send you a packet that gives all the information and people to contact so that makes it a little easy. I misunderstood their program not because they misrepresented, but because of a previous experience.

I had a lot of overwhelming debt and I felt like it wasn't ever going to get paid or taken care of. Every single thing that NDR has paid, it's been substantially less than what I owed. One was $2,000 that they saved me then another one was $1,300. They've been doing justice with what they said they were going to do so I'm very pleased. They're always there to take care of me. I had one instance where I had to go to court for a case so I was a bit fired up. They said they're going to make it the first thing on their priority list, which I assume they did. But I got lucky, I didn't have to go to court because of a hurricane. I never even needed to pass through and go to court because they settled the debt. They sent my signature on the signed document with the payments over to the lawyer. They got everything taken care of for me. Then they walked me through it in a professional manner, letting me know what was going to happen.

I lost my job and couldn’t pay my credit cards off. National Debt Relief was suggested by a friend of mine whose friend used the service, and they said it was the best decision they ever made. And also, I could not make my monthly payment once, and they postponed it for a few days which helped me a lot.

Please with the Debt Negotiation but not fast enough. Too much dragging. It would be best to see how the Debt Negotiation procedures go showing each month what had so far been accomplished on each of their clients that is enrolled in this program. The amount being withdrawn does not speed up negotiations and since there is too much dragging in the settling of those debts.

Very easygoing process, and quick moving. It did not take forever. Very pleasant on the phone and explained everything in great detail and was able to answer all of the questions I had.
