    I was having some serious credit card issues and National Debt Relief was the first one I came across. When I first called them and had all the questions, they were understanding and more than happy to help me. I gave them all the information they required as far as the credit cards are concerned then they gave me a settled amount and my payment every couple of weeks, which was much lower than what I was going to have to pay otherwise. The service cost was also great, but they should keep their paperwork a little more together. Once, during a settlement negotiation, I had to call them back and they didn’t get that I already talked to the negotiator on the other side and okay'd the deal. So I had to call them back again and it was a back and forth of phone calls.

    Other than that, their customer service was good and their reps helped me out every time I had a question. When a settlement came, they also called to let me know what was going on, so that was cool. National Debt Relief made life a lot easier and it was a nearly perfect experience. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do until I came across them. When my friend was having some problems, I told her to contact the National Debt Relief. I also told her that their process was easy and straightforward, and they were more than happy to discuss it with her.

    National Debt Relief provides me some debt consolidation, and it makes sure that they can cut the credit to make the payment arrangement. So far, I am happy with what's going on. Enrollment was easy and the rep I dealt with was pretty good. The only thing was when I did it I was home on leave - I am in the military. They were trying to contact me, but I no longer had that number until I got back from the states. We contacted through email, but, sometimes it would be like a delay on my end because it was nothing I can do when they ask for something like when they needed a power of attorney. It' kind of hard for me to get that at the time that they would need everything. I started it in May and they told me that my credit score will go down until something has been charged off or paid off. But, it is moving along at a pace that I reasonable. Overall, the quality of the service is pretty good and I've already actually told some people I knew how my situation is planned out and is going to be taken care of.

    I wanted to get out of debt and rebuild my credit like what it used to be. When I researched online, National Debt Relief had good reviews. The debt consolidation program they have really helped me out a lot. It took me a day to process the enrollment which I did around May. Their negotiators were good to work with. Most of my accounts have reached an agreement but there's one that hasn't reached anything yet so my creditor has been calling me. NDR has been giving me standardized updates. I make one payment a month and everything's taken care of. I can also review the settlements through the email and when we get them, someone might have to call in. I already referred NDR to someone who is having the same issues that I've had.

    I got a payment plan with National Debt Relief because I had high credit limits. The way they did the enrollment was great and easy. In the beginning though, it was erratic and there was not as much communication. Like when they’ve reached some negotiations, they'd call and ask if I would you like to proceed. I see the numbers but the interface is not user-friendly as there are not as much options where I can view my statements, how the money was split off or what's going on. It would be wonderful if there was an app so there'd be more clarity on where the money's going and what's happening with it. But they were very easy to work with regarding the payment plan. I got an offer from a company that was willing to pay off my loan and then I'd have to pay them. I didn’t agree to do it because I was happy with how National Debt Relief handled everything. They give me the option where I can add more finances. I've had a great experience with NDR.

They sent me a packet in the mail then I sent that along with some information. It got back to me and it was basically set up.     The interest had kept on piling up and I wasn’t able to keep up with everything. I was reading about National Debt Relief and I saw something online about it and I decided to give it a shot. National Debt Relief looked better than the other ones. I got into a program where I paid National Debt Relief every month and made arrangements with my creditors. The enrollment process was easy. However, they took one of my cards and added it when they weren’t supposed to do because I was paying that one off myself. I was trying to close it out after I paid it off but I couldn’t because they had the power of attorney and I had a hell of a time to finally get a letter from those guys. It was a horrible experience which is one of the reasons why I had to cancel my thing with them. As soon as when I had to get that letter, they sent me a letter to relinquish the power of attorney and there were so many misspelled words. It was crazy.

    They even misspelled National Debt, for all of it spelled it wrong. I called them and then they sent me another letter -- exact same thing with more misspelled words. So, I called them again and they kept on sending me the same letter with all the misspelled words. I was told they could fax the letter to the credit card company and then was told they are not allowed to do that. Everybody had different answers and nobody was consistent on anything, which was frustrating.

    Then when I went to cancel, I had two payments left and there was enough money to pay it off. I told them to pay it off and my negotiator was going to. He told me to call back to make sure. As soon as I called back, somebody else canceled me out completely and never paid the JC Penny’s. I called today and my person there said that that person canceled me on that when he wasn’t supposed to. He knew he was to pay it but he told me that whatever my initial debt, they were keeping. I said, “That’s fine.” They should pay for what I paid. It is a huge mess now.

    We were trying to eliminate our debt. Aside from their customer service and accreditation, National Debt Relief seemed like a great company to work with. The enrollment process was really easy to do. We just filled out an application. We've settled quite a bit of our debt and we've only enrolled with them for a year. They gave us four years to complete the program, but it really depends on how much you can get settled and how much you can put into your settlements.

    We really enjoyed being with NDR. They’ve been very helpful and friendly. With them, we really feel like we have people in our corner for us. Also, they're really flexible with us trying to get out of this whole thing. If we can't make a payment, we call them within that time frame and say, "Can we switch it to this day?" There's really no penalties if we need to move the payment date a little bit later. They've been pretty awesome all around. The cost of the program is reasonable, too. It works for us. I didn't know how we were getting out of the debt that we were in, so definitely, it's been a great impact on us. They've provided that light at the end of the tunnel.     National Debt Relief put me on a consolidation program for a small credit card debt and a couple of loans I have, and they work with each provider. The enrollment process was very easy and the payment plan was reasonable. National Debt Relief worked out the payments that I would pay every paycheck so that they could negotiate on my behalf. The negotiator took everything on my credit and he assured me that all would be resolved within a certain time period. Everything that they've said that was going to happen pretty much happened.     Instead of working, I’m on disability which is a much less pay.     I was never paying things off and I didn't want to file bankruptcy. I saw NDR on TV and on the internet and when I looked, they were the first ones listed for debt settlement companies. I explained to them my situation. I had a loss of income and I wasn't going to regain it in any way. They went thorough on my debt with me and made sure I qualified.     I’m in debt and I want to clear up my credits. It’s always better if you can do it on your own, but in my situation, I couldn’t. They pushed me around and I don’t know what’s going on with my account now. I also don’t know who I’m working with.
