But the professionalism and expertise from National Debt Relief was reassuring. We are excited and relieved that we took this step because we felt like we were drowning in interest and late fees. Great customer service. Staff there was very friendly and helpful. We initially got disconnected due to a system failure but the person I was speaking with on my first call called me back. This is a great program to those that do not want to file bankruptcy and I’m excited to get my debt paid instead of written off.

The customer service rep. Steven ** that I spoke with from the beginning made this process easy, didn't make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed of current situation that you are trying to fix. He explained everything at my level and answered all my questions.

I was having some serious credit card issues and National Debt Relief was the first one I came across. When I first called them and had all the questions, they were understanding and more than happy to help me. I gave them all the information they required as far as the credit cards are concerned then they gave me a settled amount and my payment every couple of weeks, which was much lower than what I was going to have to pay otherwise. The service cost was also great, but they should keep their paperwork a little more together. Once, during a settlement negotiation, I had to call them back and they didn’t get that I already talked to the negotiator on the other side and okay'd the deal. So I had to call them back again and it was a back and forth of phone calls.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was really easy. The negotiator explained everything, and it was nice talking to him. However, when I started, they only say the percentage but I didn't know the exact number. Now when I see how much it was for every single transaction, I'm like, "I didn't realize it's gonna be that much." But their service quality has been good and they know what they are doing. They also update me when I'm looking at my account.

National Debt Relief provides me some debt consolidation, and it makes sure that they can cut the credit to make the payment arrangement. So far, I am happy with what's going on. Enrollment was easy and the rep I dealt with was pretty good. The only thing was when I did it I was home on leave - I am in the military. They were trying to contact me, but I no longer had that number until I got back from the states. We contacted through email, but, sometimes it would be like a delay on my end because it was nothing I can do when they ask for something like when they needed a power of attorney. It' kind of hard for me to get that at the time that they would need everything. I started it in May and they told me that my credit score will go down until something has been charged off or paid off. But, it is moving along at a pace that I reasonable. Overall, the quality of the service is pretty good and I've already actually told some people I knew how my situation is planned out and is going to be taken care of.

I was in over my head and had no way of getting out. The service from National Debt Relief has been okay even though it's a little difficult getting in on the website because I keep forgetting my username and password. It's also a back and forth communication where they sent me the forms I had to sign, create a PDF and send them back to NDR. But it's getting almost in the end and the last payment is coming out.

I wanted to get out of debt and rebuild my credit like what it used to be. When I researched online, National Debt Relief had good reviews. The debt consolidation program they have really helped me out a lot. It took me a day to process the enrollment which I did around May. Their negotiators were good to work with. Most of my accounts have reached an agreement but there's one that hasn't reached anything yet so my creditor has been calling me. NDR has been giving me standardized updates. I make one payment a month and everything's taken care of. I can also review the settlements through the email and when we get them, someone might have to call in. I already referred NDR to someone who is having the same issues that I've had.

I got a payment plan with National Debt Relief because I had high credit limits. The way they did the enrollment was great and easy. In the beginning though, it was erratic and there was not as much communication. Like when they’ve reached some negotiations, they'd call and ask if I would you like to proceed. I see the numbers but the interface is not user-friendly as there are not as much options where I can view my statements, how the money was split off or what's going on. It would be wonderful if there was an app so there'd be more clarity on where the money's going and what's happening with it. But they were very easy to work with regarding the payment plan. I got an offer from a company that was willing to pay off my loan and then I'd have to pay them. I didn’t agree to do it because I was happy with how National Debt Relief handled everything. They give me the option where I can add more finances. I've had a great experience with NDR.

Everyone has been great and kind!! The representatives have been very respectful and helpful in this transaction to becoming debt free!! I know this process will be daunting, but I'm glad we have someone on our side to help us through this process!

My experience with the initial contact was fantastic, she had exemplary customer service and seemed to really know her job. The second contact for my welcome call was not as polished. The gentleman seemed to be new and it was apparent that he was reading through a script. I do not fault him on this, however, I believe additional training on clear communication through the phone as well as memorizing the scripts would greatly increase his ability to foster confidence in future clients.

The rep I spoke with was kind and helpful. I was responding to an offer email. My husband passed away the end of October and money is even more tight for me. She was kind and professional during our discussion. I appreciated that greatly.

When I sign into my account there is a message stating I need to send the lawyers a signed piece of paper that you emailed me. I NEVER received an email with an attachment. I sent a message to customer service on the 18 of Dec but apparently customer service doesn't check their inbox.

Bill collectors are still calling me saying you guys have not called them yet so they still need to call me, I really think you guys should be contacting them to inform them that we are working together to take care of my debt so they stop calling.

We've spent almost two years just paying the bare minimum of our debt. When I got sick, we just couldn't afford anything. The interest had kept on piling up and I wasn’t able to keep up with everything. I was reading about National Debt Relief and I saw something online about it and I decided to give it a shot. National Debt Relief looked better than the other ones. I got into a program where I paid National Debt Relief every month and made arrangements with my creditors. The enrollment process was easy. However, they took one of my cards and added it when they weren’t supposed to do because I was paying that one off myself. I was trying to close it out after I paid it off but I couldn’t because they had the power of attorney and I had a hell of a time to finally get a letter from those guys. It was a horrible experience which is one of the reasons why I had to cancel my thing with them. As soon as when I had to get that letter, they sent me a letter to relinquish the power of attorney and there were so many misspelled words. It was crazy.

I was very skeptical about this process. It took much longer than I had been lead to believe for the process of consolidating and reducing my bills to occur. At this point, two out of the five accounts in the program have been settled. I began this process in April 2017 and it is now December 2017. It is definitely worth it if you can manage all of the nasty phone calls from creditors and the massive amount of mail you receive from other debt consolidation programs while in the process of all of this. At this point I am pleased, I will be very pleased when all five accounts are settled.

Then they give me a phone call every month just to check in. Half of my credit card and medical bills have been resolved and I'm pretty happy so far. It's worth it.

We were trying to eliminate our debt. Aside from their customer service and accreditation, National Debt Relief seemed like a great company to work with. The enrollment process was really easy to do. We just filled out an application. We've settled quite a bit of our debt and we've only enrolled with them for a year. They gave us four years to complete the program, but it really depends on how much you can get settled and how much you can put into your settlements.

National Debt Relief had a higher rating than the other debt relief companies, and they did a really good job so far. Signing up was really easy. I just made a phone call and I told them how much debt Roy had and they told me what they could do, what the payments would be and to send them everything and sign up on it. The only person I’ve spoken to on the phone was Nomar and he was really nice. After that, everything has been by email with the service team. National Debt's cost and quality of service have been fine. And since working with them, we don't have to stress about all the bills which we couldn’t take care of.

I felt comfortable after seeing the online reviews and customer comments for National Debt Relief. Getting enrolled was very easy and comfortable, and the reps were very personable. I was very emotional about the situation and they handheld me the whole time. The cost has been fair too, and now we're almost done with the program. They would send me an email and I would sign off on it approving or not. If I didn’t answer the email right away then I would get a phone call and that was always a pleasant experience as well.

National Debt Relief put me on a consolidation program for a small credit card debt and a couple of loans I have, and they work with each provider. The enrollment process was very easy and the payment plan was reasonable. National Debt Relief worked out the payments that I would pay every paycheck so that they could negotiate on my behalf. The negotiator took everything on my credit and he assured me that all would be resolved within a certain time period. Everything that they've said that was going to happen pretty much happened. They're still working on some accounts for me and they seem to be closing up. Their customer service has been responsive and I’m confident that NDR will be able to clear the rest that is within my contract.

I had too many old debts and could not acquire a consolidation, that is why I went with National Debt Relief who was the most highly rated. One of my debts is already paid off and several others are in the process of being paid off, which is reflected in my credit report. The negotiator I dealt with was extremely helpful since I didn't really know too much about the process, and she was patient. I gave her the list of my creditors who have been in my credit report and as of right now, they've been in contact with the actual creditors and negotiating settlements, which are a lot less than what it was for, and then pay them every month. I'm extremely happy with their service. I would tell my friends that if they did not know what route to go, then they definitely give the guys at NDR a call. Did a good job solving moms problems without me getting involved too much. Do have some problems with who to contact. They call and text me and when I answer say they cant talk to me. Even though I set the whole thing up for mom they don't have the answer when I ask them. If you cant talk to me why call me.

Instead of working, I’m on disability which is a much less pay. Having to go through a debt consolidation program is an embarrassing thing but the people from National Debt Relief were really nice about it and it was easy to enroll. We came up with a payment plan that I could afford and they were really good about it. I gave them my bank information and they withdraw it right from my bank. I’ve also gotten mail here with different credit cards wanting to settle for a different amount so I’ve called them a few times. It’s really simple to get through to them and everybody there is very knowledgeable and nice. They’ve done a good job for me and the program has saved me a ton of money. Everything’s been by the book as well. I can go online and check every payment that’s been made on my behalf. I’ve already got three of the credit cards paid off so the program has made a huge difference.

My financial situation changed where I went from making a lot of money to next to no money. I had to have my leg amputated, too. I was paying all my bills every month but by the time I paid the bills, the interest would take it and I would have nothing. I never could get out of the hole. National Debt has been doing some debt settlement for me. And I've been with them since March 10. Their representative, Nate, when I initially called in, explained the program fully to me without any confusion, and I was sold on his explanation. Once a month, they take my payment right out of my account. My only problem is they took some of my cards with good standing, and I'm paying my bills and not falling behind but they closed my accounts out. They closed my Amazon and Lowe's credit cards down. But other than that, everything has been great, and I have recommended them.
