As far as my experience goes currently, I have had great conversation and calls back have been prompt. As far as the program we will have to wait and see how it turns out. I hope to be debt free one day and not have the stress of living with collection calls coming every day.

The rep I spoke with was kind and helpful. I was responding to an offer email. My husband passed away the end of October and money is even more tight for me. She was kind and professional during our discussion. I appreciated that greatly.

Actual enrollment involved a lot more forms, calls, etc. then explained ahead of time. But my agent, Teddy **, was very patient and helpful in all the process. Process could be better. That is, have an alternative route [such as chat] for those of us who are hearing impaired and, phone is rather difficult to use. As, I said time will tell how good the process is. BUT--for now thanks.

The representative was clear and concise. He was very informative. Took the time out to explain my documents. Asked if I had any questions. Made sure I understood everything before we hung up the phone. Everyone that I spoke to was really nice.

I am very happy with National Debt Relief so far. I think the communication is outstanding and everyone I have dealt with on the phone there have explained things in a way I can easily understand. So happy to get help with all my debt and finally feel like I am not drowning anymore.

Upon submitting a request for consultation, a very experienced agent called and explained how this organization helps out with financial hardship. Contract was explained to me verbally and I elected to accept their help with my debt. The Welcome agent was also very kind and patient with me going over all the information I would receive in my welcome packet.

Wonderful, amazing service! My first 6 months or so nothing happened then BAM. It seems debt after debt is being resolved. I didn't have the funds to cover a payoff and they paid it for me. When I sign into my account there is a message stating I need to send the lawyers a signed piece of paper that you emailed me. I NEVER received an email with an attachment. I sent a message to customer service on the 18 of Dec but apparently customer service doesn't check their inbox.

Everyone was very helpful and explained the program in its entirety, however it was overwhelming the amount of information received. Staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process and program. Was very appreciative of their knowledge and time.

Keeps me informed of all aspects of all creditor transactions. Always has friendly, helpful customer service reps. I should have done this 2 yrs ago. Sends timely emails as needed. No problem contacting them online, emails or by phone. Gives me peace of mind.

This rating is for my experience thus far with customer service, not with the progress or success of the program as I have not yet officially started. Speaking to William ** and going over what this program is and what they planned on accomplishing and all the details, really put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence that we could actually successfully complete the program and resolve our debt. Bill collectors are still calling me saying you guys have not called them yet so they still need to call me, I really think you guys should be contacting them to inform them that we are working together to take care of my debt so they stop calling.

I called somebody from National Debt Relief and they told me to submit some paperwork. I sent them the paperwork and I've been working with them for the past six months. They have done some settlements and it's been good. I just have another year and a half to go. Overall, their program was really easy and pretty painless.

The interest had kept on piling up and I wasn’t able to keep up with everything. I was reading about National Debt Relief and I saw something online about it and I decided to give it a shot. National Debt Relief looked better than the other ones. I got into a program where I paid National Debt Relief every month and made arrangements with my creditors. The enrollment process was easy. However, they took one of my cards and added it when they weren’t supposed to do because I was paying that one off myself. I was trying to close it out after I paid it off but I couldn’t because they had the power of attorney and I had a hell of a time to finally get a letter from those guys. It was a horrible experience which is one of the reasons why I had to cancel my thing with them. As soon as when I had to get that letter, they sent me a letter to relinquish the power of attorney and there were so many misspelled words. It was crazy.

We've spent almost two years just paying the bare minimum of our debt. When I got sick, we just couldn't afford anything. And then I got to the point where we were paying fees because we were over the limit, because of paying the bare minimum. So we signed up with National Debt Relief to take care of it. National Debt Relief was more highly accredited than a couple of companies I had looked at. Their process was not too difficult. I just had to go through and change my address and phone number.

National Debt Relief was a slow but sure way into relief from my troubles. I went through it and found out if it was exactly what I expected. I got into their debt consolidation program and their negotiator was nice to me. He was always friendly and gave me advice. I've been with them since May and so far, I'm happy. I wish they could be more informative though because I was informed at the last minute of my action. I want to know what's going on and if I should plan my action or do it right now. Other than that, I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I was having trouble with a lot of the credit card stuff that accumulated so I called up National Debt Relief and got their debt resolution services. The process was pretty swift and easy. They sent me a packet in the mail then I sent that along with some information. It got back to me and it was basically set up. They looked at what I could afford and then helped find a way that it would work out the best for me in terms of what I had available. Then I could pay extra if I needed to. They get a hold of me when they need to, and I can get back a hold of them pretty quick too. It's been a really good service so far, and it has discharged half of my debt. I'm very comfortable working with National Debt Relief. They made a big difference with my budget and my ability to continue doing what I need to do without worrying about getting further behind. It's been a good experience.

I was very skeptical about this process. It took much longer than I had been lead to believe for the process of consolidating and reducing my bills to occur. At this point, two out of the five accounts in the program have been settled. I began this process in April 2017 and it is now December 2017. It is definitely worth it if you can manage all of the nasty phone calls from creditors and the massive amount of mail you receive from other debt consolidation programs while in the process of all of this. At this point I am pleased, I will be very pleased when all five accounts are settled.

This was the best decision I made, going with National Debt Relief. I had a lot of debt and in less than 9 months almost half has been settled. It is very easy to get set up. My credit score is bad but In the long run it will be worth it. Like I said best decision I've made.

National Debt Relief put me on a consolidation program for a small credit card debt and a couple of loans I have, and they work with each provider. The enrollment process was very easy and the payment plan was reasonable. National Debt Relief worked out the payments that I would pay every paycheck so that they could negotiate on my behalf. The negotiator took everything on my credit and he assured me that all would be resolved within a certain time period. Everything that they've said that was going to happen pretty much happened. They're still working on some accounts for me and they seem to be closing up. Their customer service has been responsive and I’m confident that NDR will be able to clear the rest that is within my contract.

I had too many old debts and could not acquire a consolidation, that is why I went with National Debt Relief who was the most highly rated. One of my debts is already paid off and several others are in the process of being paid off, which is reflected in my credit report. The negotiator I dealt with was extremely helpful since I didn't really know too much about the process, and she was patient. I gave her the list of my creditors who have been in my credit report and as of right now, they've been in contact with the actual creditors and negotiating settlements, which are a lot less than what it was for, and then pay them every month. I'm extremely happy with their service. I would tell my friends that if they did not know what route to go, then they definitely give the guys at NDR a call. I will also let them know what my experience.

We were trying to eliminate our debt. Aside from their customer service and accreditation, National Debt Relief seemed like a great company to work with. The enrollment process was really easy to do. We just filled out an application. We've settled quite a bit of our debt and we've only enrolled with them for a year. They gave us four years to complete the program, but it really depends on how much you can get settled and how much you can put into your settlements.

National Debt Relief had a higher rating than the other debt relief companies, and they did a really good job so far. Signing up was really easy. I just made a phone call and I told them how much debt Roy had and they told me what they could do, what the payments would be and to send them everything and sign up on it. The only person I’ve spoken to on the phone was Nomar and he was really nice. After that, everything has been by email with the service team. National Debt's cost and quality of service have been fine. And since working with them, we don't have to stress about all the bills which we couldn’t take care of.

National Debt Relief has been great for me. The enrollment process was fairly easy and the rep was very informative. I talked to a rep for several hours the first time that I called them. Then they give me a phone call every month just to check in. Half of my credit card and medical bills have been resolved and I'm pretty happy so far. It's worth it.

I felt comfortable after seeing the online reviews and customer comments for National Debt Relief. Getting enrolled was very easy and comfortable, and the reps were very personable. I was very emotional about the situation and they handheld me the whole time. The cost has been fair too, and now we're almost done with the program. They would send me an email and I would sign off on it approving or not. If I didn’t answer the email right away then I would get a phone call and that was always a pleasant experience as well.

Did a good job solving moms problems without me getting involved too much. Do have some problems with who to contact. They call and text me and when I answer say they cant talk to me. Even though I set the whole thing up for mom they don't have the answer when I ask them. If you cant talk to me why call me.

Love this company. I really saved a lot of money and they stop the debt collectors from harassing me. They negotiate great deals to save money. They keep me updated about my case and my deals. Friendly customer service and always willing to help.

Great at handling the accounts without too much communication. Yet they keep you updated on the process and have you accept every offer. It’s great! My financial situation changed where I went from making a lot of money to next to no money. I had to have my leg amputated, too. I was paying all my bills every month but by the time I paid the bills, the interest would take it and I would have nothing. I never could get out of the hole. National Debt has been doing some debt settlement for me. And I've been with them since March 10. Their representative, Nate, when I initially called in, explained the program fully to me without any confusion, and I was sold on his explanation. Once a month, they take my payment right out of my account. My only problem is they took some of my cards with good standing, and I'm paying my bills and not falling behind but they closed my accounts out. They closed my Amazon and Lowe's credit cards down. But other than that, everything has been great, and I have recommended them.

I had National Debt Relief do debt consolidation of my credit cards. They got the amount lower and we're getting them paid off. Signing up to their program was fairly easy. I just talked to a gentleman on the phone, and I got him all the information he needed. I faxed them a few things, then he called me back and said I was approved. So far, we've got three paid off and I'm paying off the fourth account now and got two more to go. I've been very comfortable working with National Debt Relief and the cost has been reasonable so far. We worked it out so I could pay biweekly instead of once a month. If I had any questions, they were able to answer them. They're good at their job. And they're very polite and helpful.

After my wife's recommendation, I got into National Debt Relief's program and it's been very good so far. They have very good customer service and they’ve been on top of things. Everything has gone as planned with the payment plan and there hasn't been any surprises. Also, the cost of service is fair. So if anyone is in the same situation like me, National Debt Relief is definitely the option to go with.

Enrolling in National Debt Relief was easy. I just filled out some of my information online, then somebody called me back, and then just talked about my case on the phone, then they helped me to set up everything. It only took a couple of days. The customer service agent named Gaber was very nice, and he helped me to start it. I started in July of 2016 and it will not be done yet until July 2018, so I am halfway done already. Everything is going well right now, but, in the middle, somebody did not understand what I was saying. I have two credit cards, and they transfer my balance to Citibank because they changed my credit card from Costco. I had some troubles on that, but it is fine right now. Also, they can't cover all my debt too.

Instead of working, I’m on disability which is a much less pay. Having to go through a debt consolidation program is an embarrassing thing but the people from National Debt Relief were really nice about it and it was easy to enroll. We came up with a payment plan that I could afford and they were really good about it. I gave them my bank information and they withdraw it right from my bank. I’ve also gotten mail here with different credit cards wanting to settle for a different amount so I’ve called them a few times. It’s really simple to get through to them and everybody there is very knowledgeable and nice. They’ve done a good job for me and the program has saved me a ton of money. Everything’s been by the book as well. I can go online and check every payment that’s been made on my behalf. I’ve already got three of the credit cards paid off so the program has made a huge difference.

Enrolling in National Debt Relief was easy. I just filled out some of my information online, then somebody called me back, and then just talked about my case on the phone, then they helped me to set up everything. It only took a couple of days. The customer service agent named Gaber was very nice, and he helped me to start it. I started in July of 2016 and it will not be done yet until July 2018, so I am halfway done already. Everything is going well right now, but, in the middle, somebody did not understand what I was saying. I have two credit cards, and they transfer my balance to Citibank because they changed my credit card from Costco. I had some troubles on that, but it is fine right now. Also, they can't cover all my debt too.

It's going to take close to three years to complete the program with National Debt Relief. My credit was spiraling out of control. I talked to a counselor and they got the accounts. Then we came up with an amount of money to be paid every couple of weeks. We just recently paid off two credit cards and I have three more to go. I got stuck with an unplanned bill and they adjusted the monthly amount for a few months that was taken out. The legal fees are a little higher than what I expected but otherwise, it's been okay. They were responsive and I've been a little less worry-some with them. The only bad thing about it is that it destroys your credit as you go through the process. But I'm happy with their service.

I told them what accounts were behind and I went through there. It only took a month to get everything completed. I do my payments and anytime I call, they respond super quickly. They also keep me up to date. Everything has been smooth and I should be almost done in June. If anyone’s going through a hardship, Debt Relief is willing to help.

The guy from National Debt Relief was very nice and he explained everything to me, like what they would do and what they could do, and I liked what he was saying. I was convinced with what he said, and so far I'm very satisfied. Every time I talk with someone, they're right on top of everything. I had a question two weeks ago and I called. I have been receiving phone calls from NDR about Liberty Lending. I was told that I have a good record of making my agreed deposits that I qualified borrow $16,068.07 to quickly pay off the balances with the remaining 7 of my creditors and any fees to collect to NDR. The loan interest rate is 21%. My payments would be $438.00 per month for a term of 60 months. I asked to receive a callback so I would have time to think about it and do some figuring. I would end up paying more on the loan to Liberty Lending than the total amount I went to NDR with in the very beginning! And that amount included the amounts before the totals were adjusted after negotiation!!!

My income to debt ratio equation changed drastically when I retired and my income was cut to about 45% of what it was. I had to do something so I called National Debt Relief to find out about their program. My negotiator explained pieces of the program that I didn't realize were going to fall into place later on, rather than immediately. But as far as that goes, he did fine. So I signed up with the program where National Debt negotiates the settlement of the accounts for less than half, then I pay them a base amount to negotiate with.

Everything has been great with National Debt Relief. They asked me what my budget was for each month and they really worked with me to get me on something that’s affordable while resolving all the issues that I had. I pay monthly into an account and then they can make bills based on that. I have more than half of the debt already settled. Getting rid of my credit card is a nice feeling.

I'm getting a lot of my debt resolve and then get my credit score up. National Debt Relief is doing the work, where the other ones, I see as a scam and they will say, "Oh, well, just monitored our..." stuff like that. They mean work, work, work to bring down my debt. I would pay so much and so much of it goes to pay the debt, so much goes for negotiation fees and all. First I have to talk to them and tell them all my debtors and how much was own each. And then once they get done, they said, well, I am qualified for a program that they were talking about before each month, I would put in and each month they would pay these debts once they get into the settlement of less than half or almost to a third of what the debt is.The program has been working because I have seen the increase in my credit score gradually as it goes up.

We had too much debt. National Debt Relief had a very simple program, and we got them for both settlement and consolidation. The reps went through our questions and they were very upfront. Everything was completely transparent and the experience was great. They don’t just reconstruct. They negotiate a payoff and it was very streamlined. They provided a single payment and then they would help with the cards and with everything as far as getting them paid off. We’re maybe six months far into the program and we’re still making payments at this point, but we’re doing a pretty good. We have control over finances. I like National Debt Relief and I would tell my friends to look into it.

I was going to get another house based on the increased value of the house to pay off all our debt. The game plan was I was going to use Home Depot or Lowe's cards to buy the materials to fix up my house. Well, my plan didn't work because I wound up borrowing too much money. And by the time the house was picked up, nobody would loan me money with a lower interest rate. I really put myself in a bad position where I was faced with decades of interests and I didn't see how I could get out of this hell. I hooked up with an NDR rep, Mark, and he told me that we could do a consolidation loan and we were still going to pay the principal and some of the interest instead of trying to pay all the interest and generally ripping people off. Basically, Mark said, "We're going to be able to cut your debt in half and stop the interest and you'll be able to pay it off in about five or six years." He also said to go and look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau.

If I had to critique NDR, I would only say that the deposits for eliminating my debts is very high for my budget. I do understand that the more I can pay, the faster my debts are cleared. Also, the percentage of fees that NDR charges is high as well. I have had to get my deposits reduced by half in order to survive and that is still a struggle. After all, I overspent trying to start a business and a lot of my debtors sent me the reduced amounts for payoff before NDR ever contacted me about possible settlements. I do appreciate what NDR does, but the fees and deposits are too high to be very satisfied with.
